I grew my own digital product business from zero to over 1.8 million per month. And I'm about to show you step by step how to start a digital product business in 2026. Because let me tell you right now, it has never been easier for beginners to start making money online. Once you understand how to use AI the right way, it will literally build you the product, build you your website, and sell the product for you, which then allows you to make money from anywhere so long as you have a Wi-Fi connection.
Now, in this video, I'm giving you the entire blueprint from start to finish. How to pick who you're selling to, how to build an offer that people actually want, how to create the product with AI, and how to get your first customers without spending a single dollar on ads. Let's dive straight in. A digital product business is like a staircase. You're building someone a staircase from their current situation to their dream situation.
For someone to actually walk up your staircase, it has to check a few boxes first in their head. Number one, it has to take them to where they actually want to go. Two, it has to feel safe enough for them to keep taking steps. Three, it has to feel doable for them specifically. And four, it needs to be faster than the other staircases that they could take instead. Simple, but almost everybody gets this backwards. Most people, they go out there and build their product first.
[music] They spend 3 months making a course or an app and then they go and look for someone to sell it to and then they end up confused when nobody wants it. See, we do the exact opposite. We first figure out what a specific group of people desperately wants and then we build it. So always the offer comes first, the product comes second. Write that down. That one sequence flip is the [music] difference between selling something that people already want and begging people to buy your thing.
Now if the offer comes first, the very first real decision that you need to make is who is this actually for? And your answer can't be everyone. If you try to help everyone, you end up helping no one. So, I need you to get really specific, painfully specific. Think about it. Who earns more money? A family doctor or a brain surgeon? The specialist? The brain surgeon makes more money every single time? Because the market pays for depth [music] and not range.
The same logic applies to a time management course. So, let's say you're selling a time management course at 19 bucks and there's a guy that does outbound B2B sales who scrolls right past it because, you know, generic time management courses have never worked for his weird schedule. Now, picture this. The outbound B2B sales guy sees a time management course built specifically for outbound B2B sales reps. Same price. He doesn't even think of it as a course anymore.
It feels like an amazing product that somebody has built after studying his exact life just for him. That is what specificity does. It makes you the sale before you've even said a word about the product. So the question is how specific is specific enough? Well, there is a sweet spot. Young people way too broad. 18 to 24 year old guys who go to the gym and want to achieve their first ever muscle up. Now we're talking.
If you go too far and too specific, you'll end up with an audience of like nine people. But if you're stuck between going too broad and too narrow, I'm telling you, 99% of beginners fail because they go too broad. And then here's the part that almost nobody actually does. Once you've picked your people, you need to study them like an obsession. What does their current situation look like on a random Tuesday? What's the dream that they'd never say out loud?
What have they already tried with before and failed? And what do they secretly believe is wrong with them? See, humans make decisions based on emotions and then they justify them with logic after. When your content and your offer describe somebody else's life better than they can describe it themselves, they hand you their trust. And I promise you, if you understand your audience five times better than your competition, you don't just get five times the results.
It will compound way past that. You know your people. Now, we need to craft the offer. And this is the 8020 of this whole business model. The first rule of offers is to sell the outcome and never the deliverables. Think about it. Apple doesn't sell you a 6.1 in OLED display with an A16 chip. Instead, they sell you capturing memories of your kids in stunning [music] 4K. Same phone, completely different purchase decision.
Let's say you're a relationship coach and you help people move on after a divorce. If you titled your offer something like, "I offer eight coaching sessions and a workbook." That shit's dead on arrival. But instead, what if you said, "Break free from the heartbreak and become the one who got away." Now you've got my attention. [music] Same service. One of them describes the staircase, the one that I was talking about earlier, but the other one describes you already standing on top of it.
Your offer needs to pass what I call the split-second [music] test. When your dream client sees it, they should instantly get what problem it solves, who it's for, and why this is different than everything else on the market. And if it takes more than a split second to figure out what you actually do, they're gone. You don't get a second read. So, don't be clever. Just be clear. Just talk in plain human English. strip it down to a fifth grade level.
Then you need to stack certainty. And this matters more right now than ever before because the general consumer is exhausted. You know, fake countdown timers, only three spots left on digital products and screenshots that just smell fake. Everyone's seen the guru circus and all the tricks out there. Which is exactly why the honest operator is the one who wins [music] right now. The number one reason that people buy today is certainty.
Certainty that the outcome they're going to get from buying is real. that the path they're going to follow after they buy makes sense and that they can actually pull it off, that they feel capable of making this transformation. For example, one of our offers that brings in over a million dollars a month is a completely free mentorship with me and my whole team where I give away all the digital product templates, show you the entire system to sell them, and give you access to one-on-one direct calls with my sevenfigure coaches who help you start and scale your AI digital product.
Long story short, I used to run a coaching business doing over $3 million a year and I shut it all down because charging thousands of dollars for information just stopped sitting right with me. So, in this free program, I hand you every digital product template we use. I walk you through the entire [music] system for selling them and give you access to one-on-one coaching calls that will help you start and scale your very own AI digital product.
Now, we can do all of that for free because we've negotiated partnerships with billion-dollar software companies that you'd already need in order to run a digital product business anyway. [music] So, all you have to do is spend the money on the tools that you're going to pay for regardless. And that's how we can hand you a coaching program that would normally cost thousands of dollars for free. Not only is it a great example of a digital product that works that we're actively running right now, but if you want to get inside yourself, have us build your store with AI, coach you one-on-one, and help you scale your digital product business, then just click on the first link down below in the description and get straight back to the video.
Now, the next big part of your offer is going to be your guarantee. If you're confident in your product, which you probably should be, offer a money back guarantee. If the product is the staircase, the guarantee is the trampoline underneath it. People climb a lot more confidently when falling down doesn't hurt. And then there's pricing. People agonize over this. Who am I to charge for this? What if nobody wants to pay me?
There's somebody else out there who can teach it better than I can. This thought experiment killed my pricing fear and my fear of rejection from clients for good. If I offered you a Lamborghini in perfect condition for 10 grand, but you only had 24 hours to come up with the money, would you buy it? Hell yeah, you would. You would beg. You would borrow. You would sell your stuff. If you would take money from a friend or a family member, when somebody tells you that they can't afford your product, what they're almost always saying is, "You haven't shown me a Lambo." Cuz price isn't the problem.
Clarity is. For your first digital product, just don't overthink it. Start somewhere between $30 and $100. That's the sweet spot zone. That's low enough that most of the time it can earn an easy yes, but it's also high enough that buyers take it seriously. There's a full eight-step offer framework inside the program that walks you through building this piece by piece with an AI prompt that drafts the entire thing for [music] you.
But for now, just remember outcome over deliverables, instant clarity, real guarantee, and fair price. All right, now for the fun part. Everything up till here you could have done 5 years ago, but this part you couldn't. When I [music] wanted software built back in my e-commerce days, my options were either an agency quoting tens of thousands of dollars or duct taping together five different subscription tools for a couple hundred bucks a month forever.
Either way, months of back and forth before anything actually worked. Today, I open a tool called Base 44. I get to describe what I want in plain English and watch it generate the entire thing. So, landing pages, design, database, user accounts, payments connected, real working software ready to go. And full transparency, they're a partner of ours. We also use them oursel for multiple digital products, including our AI digital product program.
It's what we use. It's what our clients inside of our digital products use. And it genuinely is just a life-changing software if you're running a business. And in just a minute, I'll show you how to use it live to build your digital product. But first, we need to figure out what you should actually build. See, everyone's first instinct is either a PDF, which just screams like $8, or a full-blown software startup, which is definitely a full-time job that you didn't sign up for.
I would skip both. The sweet spot for a first AI digital product is what we call an AI resource app. It's basically just your transformation method or your staircase packaged up as a guide inside a clean paid members area. Plus, you can throw in a small AI tool inside of it that does part of the work for your customer. So now the workout calisthenics guy, he doesn't just read your training method on how to do a muscle up.
He uses a tool that generates his weekly program for him every single week. To your buyer, it's going to feel premium, like a legitimate software. But to build, it's just about the same amount of work as it would take you to write out this transformation on a Google document. That's your 27 to $97 product right there. All right. So inside of B 44, you'll see on the left side you have apps and you have agents. So agents, you can think of them as like AI employees that can do a bunch of things to help you automate your business.
But at this stage, all we need to do right now is actually build our first AI digital product. So we'll stay over here in the apps section. And on the homepage, you're actually going to have this chat window, which is very similar to chatbt cloud or any other AI chat box that you've used before. So you can also change the model here, but I recommend just leaving it on auto as it'll know what model to use best depending on what you're building.
Now it says describe the app that you want to create. I have this prompt along with many other prompts inside of our free program, but this one can get you started. So it says prompt to use. Build an app that sells and delivers my paid guide, my customer. And this is where you input your customer. So in this case, I'll use the example that we were using before, which is fitness enthusiast trying to learn how to do their first muscle up.
Their painful problem. They've tried so many different calisthenics exercises. They've been bodybuilding for years and they're still unable to complete their first muscle up. The result that my product gets them, they will get more confidence, more respect, and they will feel fulfilled because they have finally achieved the goal that they've been working towards for so long, which is completing their muscle up. This product is called zero to muscle up in 6 weeks and costs $39 one time.
The app has three parts. a public sales landing page with no navigation menu. Finally, learn how to do your first muscle up. One sentence, sub headline saying who it's for and what they get, three bullet points naming their pains, a section showing what's inside, the price, and a buy button repeated twice. a payw wall. Visitors pay $39 one time through base 44 payments to create an account and unlock a members area for paying customers only with three pages, the guide in a clean sidebar with chapters and a mark complete checkbox, a bonus resource page, and an AI tool that takes member inputs and returns a personalized output.
By the way, I'll leave the prompts that I'm showing you in this video in the description so that you can use them as well. But I would highly recommend jumping into our free program because we not only have these prompts, we have so many more that will help you build the perfect product. But just like that, I'm going to go ahead and hit enter. And just like that, it's going ahead and building out the product. You can also use WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord.
I believe any different type of chat interface that you have can actually connect to B 44. So you can just do your work in there on your phone, on the go, whatever it is. But I of course like to use the application here on my computer because it has just the most functionality. I would say it's best for ease of use. On the left hand side, it's basically going to spit out its thinking. And on the right hand side, it's going to show us what it's actually building.
So, as you can see, it says, "Waiting for your next step right now." So, basically what it's doing is it's asking me this question. It's saying, "In order to set up payments, you need to approve the Stripe integration installation." Now, all you have to do is go ahead and click install Stripe. It'll connect to your email, set you up a new Stripe account, and you'll be ready to start collecting payments in seconds. I'm just going to go ahead and hit reject, though, because I already have an account, and I don't want to mix it up with this demo product I'm building.
So, right now, because I haven't set up Stripe, it's going to ask me what I should do in the meantime. I'll just say a wait list and email capture, which if you're ever having problems with your payment processor and you just want to get launched and get started, I'd recommend doing the same. All right. And just like that, everything is built out. Look at this. Finally learn how to do your mouse flop. Now, bear in mind, like I just literally did this copy off the top of my head.
So, obviously, this could be a million times better, but I just wanted to show you how quick and how easy it is to actually build your first real AI digital product. And not some generic PDF either. Like, this is a full-fledged application that people can actually create an account with, they can log into, you know, it really gives them that software experience. and selling it for $39 one time is crazy because most people would expect that a software application like this they would have to pay for every single month.
But basically, this is the landing page. So, pretty clean color scheme. Uh just, you know, pretty much white and black. Uh it tells them what's inside. So, the key benefits of uh buying this product, they got the guarantee. They got bonus resources. They got a personalized AI coach that can help them with anything. And of course, the six week program that's actually going to help them get over the bar. Uh, so the onetime payment here at $39, your first muscle up is closer than it feels.
And then at the top where it says home, this is where you can kind of click and you can go to all the different pages to make sure that everything works well. So let's head over to the AI coach part of it. So once they've paid and they've logged in, they'll be inside the members area. They have access to the guide right here, which basically shows them weeks 1 through six and everything that they're going to need to do.
Now, the bonus resources are here. So, printable workout logs, uh, video libraries, 10-minute warm-ups, pretty much any resource imaginable. It's already gone ahead and built out for us. Imagine if we actually took more time prompting it and gave it more context and and more specific information that we have because, you know, we're the experts who have solved that problem, and now we're helping somebody else with it.
And then down here, we have the AI coach. So, for example, let's say that my maximum strict pull-ups are 10. I can only do 10 pull-ups in a session, right? My maximum dips are 20. Uh, false grip. Yes, I'm comfortable with it. I'm usually training 23 twice a week. And my biggest struggle is generating enough explosive power to get over the bar. Say I'm 175 lbs. Uh, let's go ahead and get my personalized routine. And just like that, it's going to build your routine custom to you.
So, it's going to give you an assessment. You know, you have a solid foundation. You have the raw strength required. Your transition is currently lacking the necessary explosive hip drives to propel your chest over the bar. Number one thing holding you back, lack of explosive vertical pull velocity. Your timeline is about 4 to 6 weeks. Here's the priority drill that you have to focus on. And here's what you should be doing every single week.
Pretty freaking cool. Just like that. And if you wanted to change anything, you can just navigate over to the page and then you can just go ahead and prompt it in the left hand side like so. Now, I want to show you what this looks like when you've put a lot of love and time into prompting Bass 44 because, as I said, we use Base 44 for our own digital products. So, I just want to show you where this could go. And this digital product, our e-commerce program currently has thousands of members inside of it, and it's working like a charm all around Base 44.
So, here's the homepage. When users get in, they go ahead and book their onboarding call. Then, they get taken to a quick start guide. They set up their payments. They set up their super agent. They set up their shipping and then they're off to the races. On the lefth hand side, we have course. So, basically all the different course videos that they're going to get laid out here. I'm a really big fan of our organic AI drop shipping masterass.
And by the way, this program is free as well. So, if you know me from ecom, you've been learning ecom, we'll also have this link down below and in all the other videos on our channel. Of course, all you have to do is pay for the subscription to the platforms that are going to host your website online anyway, which is why we can offer this program for 100% free. Then we have the onboarding call section. We have daily Q&A calls where we literally have our sevenigure coaches taking calls with all of our clients every single day.
All hosted inside B4 here. Email marketing, B4 guide, expert website upgrades. So we actually have developers go into our client stores, improve their website. We have tools built into the AI digital product that we have here. exclusive deals, 24/7 support for all of our members, and yeah, literally everything that someone would need to succeed from zero with e-commerce. Of course, this took a lot of prompting, a lot of love to get here, but I just wanted to show it to you as an example for what it could look like later down the road for you to have a million a month digital product business of your own.
But with what I've shown you how to do in this video already, you're genuinely priming up to have a $10,000 per month AI digital product business in no time. You just have to master getting customers. And I'll talk about that a little bit later in the video. Now, I need to be clear real quick. The first thing that AI is going to generate for you will be about 80% right or 80% good. And that last 20% is where most beginners quit and where you won't because the fix is a skill that anyone can learn.
You just have to keep iterating in small bites. One change per prompt. Small and specific prompts get clean results. Big, massive, vague prompts get spaghetti. Put yourself in your client's shoes and make it work very well for you before you make it pretty or before you start selling. The graveyard of failed products is full of beautiful apps that just never function. Then once you're satisfied with your product, you flip it live, connect your payments, publish it, and do the tests that actually matter.
Buy your own product with a real credit card. If a stranger could buy this thing right now without your help, congratulations. You have a real business. Okay, so you've got a real product with a real checkout page. Now you need customers. And no, you don't need to spend a single dollar on ads. I want you to burn this into your brain. You do not need to be a big creator in order to make this work. You don't need a 100,000 subscribers.
What you need is a very small number of qualified viewers, people who actually have the problem that you can solve. There are creators that you've never heard of with view counts that look like a failure by your judgment that are quietly doing seven figures a year. I can tell you from experience, from someone who's been in the content game for so many years, that the right thousand views beats a million random ones every single time, and it's not even close.
Because the algorithm in today's day and age has never been better at putting your content in front of exactly the kind of people who would buy. Now, the content itself is one framework, hook, story, and offer. The first few seconds are there to stop the scroll. The story part is what makes your customer feel understood. And this is why, if you remember earlier in the video, I said that you have to a deep knowledge or information about who your dream customer is.
Because if you know their random Tuesday better than even they do, and you tell them what to do next, boom, you already got the sale. I would strongly recommend posting short form every single day if you can. If you're playing the long game, one searchable YouTube video every single week in your niche works, too. Remember, evergreen content beats viral in this business every single time. Now, you might be wondering, people viewed my videos.
These people want to buy my product. Where do I actually send them? And the answer is one place. A simple landing page for your product, which base 44 can easily spin up for you in one prompt. By the way, your landing page is a hallway with one door. No menu, no about page, no 17 different links. You're not building a portfolio website here. One page, one action, as frictionless as possible. If a visitor can do 10 different things on your page, they'll end up doing the 11th, which is leave.
And the last piece of advice here is to follow up. Collect emails from day one. Your email list is the only audience that you'll actually own. Everything else is rented land, even your content. Most sales happen after the fifth touch point, and most sellers give up after one or two. The person who didn't buy today isn't a no forever. They're just simply a not yet sitting on the list that you own. And if you can hit them with emails and follow up once a week, eventually the timing will align.
That was a lot. But now that you know how to make your first few sales, you need to understand the best digital products that are working right now in 2026. And there's a select handful that I and some of our most successful clients have been selling that are working extremely well right now. So, go check out this video next where I show you exactly what they are, how they work, and how I've scaled them to millions of dollars in revenue and profit.
Thanks for watching, and I'll see you next time.
