Ladies and gentlemen, hope you guys had a fantastic break. We are going to jump into part one of our discussion debate. Uh we are going to be discussing the Trinity and whether it is biblical or not. And so without any further ado, we're going to have Captain Tesaria and the Hebrew Israelites come on up. [applause] Nah, we not going to boo. We not going to boo anybody. We not going to boo anybody. Appreciate you. Yes, sir.
Yes, sir. Whichever side y'all want. What's up, brother? Bruce. Good to meet you, >> Roolan. Good to meet you. >> Kat Kataza. Kataza. And what is your name? >> Gaddaiwan. >> Gdaiwan. All right. My name is Rousan. So, yes. No, you still said it wrong. That's all right. So, now I don't feel bad for saying your name wrong. All right. And then our our debaters, our m Never mind. Uh, we got God Logic, Mike Jones, and a special surprise guest, Elijah [cheering] [screaming] Uh >> David Wood is not going to be participating in this portion of the discussion.
That's why Elijah is filling in. And uh that is because I didn't tell David the prompt or who they he was debating. So that's on me. >> I'll take that on the chin. Pause. Um, >> we and we also have a reader, >> Vocab Malone. >> All right. So, we are going to be starting with part one. There's going to be two parts. So, we're going to do part one for about uh 40 minutes, then we're going to take a quick intermission and we're going to jump into part two.
Part one, we are going to be discussing the Trinity and whether it is biblical or not. Uh, it was Jesus the most high. >> I told you trinity in the Bible included with Jesus the most high man. >> Yes. >> And Trinity. >> It's all in the same thing. >> Okay. The prompt is the Trinity and is Jesus the most high God. Do you feel comfortable with that? All right. There we go. And uh to be to be fair uh so we're clear and this is just a clarifying question because I genuinely don't know.
Uh do do you guys all hold to the scriptures being the inspired word of God? You do. Okay. That is that is within your guys' obviously. Yeah. >> What about y'all? >> Yeah. >> Amen. >> Amen. Okay. So, this is going to be informal discussion. I'll try to butt out butt out as much as I need to uh and you know really just interject for clarity sake and to hopefully move the discussion move it along. Uh we'll have Avery start since he is taking the affirmative that the Bible does teach that Jesus is the most high God and does teach a biblical model of the Trinity and then you guys can respond and we'll just kind of flow that way.
Is that cool? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Freestyle without no instrumentals. [laughter] >> No, we don't want to be bucks. Y'all lose that too. >> Ivory will beat y'all. [laughter] >> Light work, man. Light work, Coco. [laughter] All right, so um speaking of the Trinity, we get into a lot of debates when it comes to the deity of Christ all the time. Uh we usually don't have to argue on whether or not the father is God. That's always granted.
So, it's really always is Jesus God or in their case, is Jesus the most high God? Because then that would actually make him equal ontologically with the father. Um, but the Holy Spirit also gets left out of these conversations a lot. And so, in speaking with the Trinity as a whole, I want to kind of get you guys' thoughts on the Holy Spirit as well, because I don't think I even asked you this before, Cap, about what you believe about the Holy Spirit.
So I'll I'll state our position and then you guys can state your position in against I guess the trinity uh with all that. Okay. So obviously we believe the trinity is simply that there is one god one divine essence um that exists as three distinct persons. The father, the son and the holy spirit. And what we believe is that the father eternally begets the son. There's not a point in time where the son did not exist but or and there was not a time where the father was not the father.
So the father eternally beggets the son outside of time and the spirit eternally proceeds from the father's essence which is what makes it one substance one essence. That's why there's only one god. >> So that's the trinity. >> The bible teaches this. The bible teaches how Jesus says that that he comes from the father. how he teaches how the spirit comes forth and proceeds from the father. And so nothing that proceeds from the father's substance will be finite.
It would always be eternal. And so we'll get into these things. Um so and we believe in the personhood of the holy spirit. Not that he is a human being, but when we say personhood, we mean a conscious agent, a a rational agent. So the Holy Spirit is a rational agent that has intelligibility, has a mind, his will, uh his self-awareness. This is what makes him a person while being distinct from the father and the son. Okay.
So the father, son, and spirit are three distinct persons that share the same one divine essence that is the trinity. All right. Make sure y'all clip that and share it how to you know explain the trinity. What would be you guys' I guess disagreement or objection with this specifically like on the Holy Spirit? Do you guys believe the Holy Spirit is has personhood or what? Quick question, right? Just before we get that, can you just clarify on what your context of eternal is? >> Eternal.
Yeah. >> Yeah. So having no beginning, no end, uh being uncaused, you know, according to your essence. >> Okay. So, so no beginning of days, no end of life. >> No beginning of days in regards to your essence. >> So not in regards to record. >> What do you mean by that? >> So me meaning that you have always existed. >> Always existed. >> Always existed. There's never been a point in time you came into existence. >> Okay.
The thing you said, all the things you said, right? Where y'all getting that from in the Bible? You said the essence and all that other stuff. Where is that scripture in the Bible? At least the concept. >> Are you asking where the word essence is? >> No, not the word essence. >> I'm asking the concept of it. Right. Because if I can understand what y'all saying, right? Y'all believe in one God, the Lord our God is one.
However, that one God is a shared essence between three distinct persons. >> All right. Well, before we get to that, we we stated our position. We want to know your [clears throat] position then. >> Our nobody know our position by now. You don't watch us on online. >> I I legitimately don't know. We believe in we believe in one God, the father. And we believe that Jesus Christ is instead of God to us. >> Instead of God. >> Say that one more time.
Instead of God. >> In Y'all know that scripture. Instead of instead of God. >> Instead of God. >> Yeah. Oh my goodness. It's about to be a good one. Y'all don't know that. [clears throat] >> It's been cap. It's going to be a good one. Oh my goodness. Listen. I'm gonna break it down for y'all. Right. The scripture says this. Moses said prophesied the Lord was going to raise up a prophet like unto him. The Lord also told Moses that instead of he will be instead of God to Aaron and Aaron will be his prophet. >> Oh, so when you say instead, you mean in place of >> in place of.
I got you. >> No one have seen no one have seen the father. >> Okay. >> No one can go through the father except through Christ. Awesome. >> Now, what about the Holy Spirit? We want to know >> the Holy Spirit. I mean, y'all saying person personhood like it's not a human is conscious. >> We would say that we would say so if I ask you just to clarify, what's your spirit to you? My spirit to me I am a spirit in a body. >> Okay.
In a body. So would you say like can your spirit rest on somebody else? >> No. I'm just a human. >> Oh my goodness. Okay. >> So that doesn't count. >> I think we have a wrong definition of spirit. I'm going to help you out. Right. >> Well, that's why we're asking so we know your definition. >> I got you. I'll help you out. So in Daniel, right, Daniel said that his spirit was grieved. That's personification, right? Spirit being grieved, right? >> Uh depends on how it's defining because spirit takes on different meanings in the scriptures. like you can have a spirit upon you like a spirit for music, a spirit to like go out and preach the word.
So is it being used in an abstract sense or in an onlogical sense depending on where it's used in the scriptures? >> So I'm going help you out. Right. So when Daniel said that his spirit was grieved, I think Paul's another one who said that his spirit was grieved. However, when we go to the Old Testament, it said the spirit of Elijah rested on Alicia. So whatever y'all want to define that as is the exact same thing with God.
So I think >> is the spirit a person to you is what we're asking. >> No, that's why I'm clarifying. I'm saying if you want to say that your sp spirit I don't know y'all what y'all believe in. If you want to say your spirit is personified to another person >> then I guess what y'all would say that but we wouldn't say that. So the same way all spirit operates it would just be God's spirit. >> Okay. So can your spirit talk to you and commune with you? >> Yeah.
My you know what my spirit told me today? >> Your spirit talks to you? >> Yeah. God doesn't talk to you. >> Your spirit? >> Yeah. Do God talk to you? >> No. No. Not God. Your spirit. >> Yeah. >> Exactly. >> Is your spirit God's spirit? >> Yes. Exactly. >> Exactly. What? Man, this early. What is >> Wait, wait, wait, wait. This early. >> Hold on. Hold on. >> You can wrap this up now. It's early. >> Are y'all Are y'all telling me your spirit does not come from God? >> We didn't say that. >> You said is your spirit God's spirit. >> Yeah.
Your spirit your spirit coming from God and your spirit being God's spirit is two different things because in in the Bible, it very clearly teaches that God's spirit is the one that made us. We weren't made by you. Your spirit did not create us. So your spirit is distinct from God's spirit. Two completely different things. Your spirit was created. God's spirit is not created. >> Okay? >> Right? So your spirit is going to be very different from God. >> So I'm guessing >> Wait, do you do you agree with that?
That God's God's spirit is not created. Yours is >> God. Okay? I'm going to help you out. God's spirit is him. When I'm saying I have God's spirit. My spirit is God's spirit is because I'm born of God. >> So So do you mean that your spirit is God's spirit by possession? Like he just owns your spirit? >> Yeah, of course. No, I say it like this. I have God's spirit because the actions that I do. >> Okay, that's that's not what I'm talking about, bro. >> Okay. >> Is your spirit, your own human spirit, is it created or uncreated? >> It's created. >> Okay.
Is God's spirit created? >> No. >> All right. So, there's a distinction. >> I got you. This is now this is when it's going to get bad. >> It's [laughter] already bad. >> No, it's bad. >> It's already bad. >> I guess I understand your point now. Your point is this. >> So, when y'all talk about created spirits, right? Now, are you familiar with the verse that says the father is the father of all spirits? Uh, no. >> Oh my goodness. >> Hopefully y'all clap for this.
Can I Can I read it? >> I think so. >> Hebrews. No. Hebrews in Hebrews. This is going to get bad. Let me get it. >> We We wouldn't have a problem with God being the father of all spirits. >> What? No. Who's that God? >> Hebrews. >> What do you mean? Who's that God? >> Oh my goodness. Y'all believe. See? Okay. This this when I'm asking to the answer to our question. >> Hold up. Hold up. Now I was getting a little nervous.
Listen. I'm nervous. You 12, >> brother. What's your name? My fault. >> Gdan. What's your name, brother? >> No, Gdiaan. >> My brother, man, he presented me, man. You didn't listen. >> No, I wasn't. So, >> damn, man. What's your name? [laughter] >> Elijah. >> Yeah. >> All right, man. Nice to meet you, man. >> The thing that we're trying to figure out. Nice to meet you, man. [laughter] >> The thing that we're trying with you on that.
He should have said it back. >> Yeah. >> The thing that we're trying to figure out though is exactly what you guys believe about the spirit of God. So first you said that hey uh you know my spirit is God's spirit which is obviously blasphemy but you know we're going to put that to the side. So now we know that the spirit of God and your spirit is different. So what do you believe about the spirit of God? If it's not a person what is it?
That's why I explained to you when I sit there and I explained how my when Elijah spirit could rest on Elisha that's one example right the Lord said he will pour his spirit upon all flesh. That's another example. Then the scripture says that you know Paul's spirit was grieved. Those are different examples explaining a spirit. >> I got a question. When when the Most High say, "I'mma pour my spirit upon all flesh." Is that separate from the Holy Spirit? >> That is the Holy Spirit. >> So then you would say the Holy Spirit is the father, right? >> No. >> So that Wait, wait.
So I'm I'm confused in unison. >> So y'all say So y'all say >> Man, we might as well switch places, man. >> So y'all say So y'all say the Holy Spirit, the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit. >> Yes, sir. That's That's right. But the Holy Spirit is The Holy Spirit is not the father. >> That's right. >> So the father doesn't have his own spirit. >> Come. >> Does Christ have his own spirit? >> No. So they have the same. So you're you're talking about two different things. >> I'm so No.
No, I'm not. >> You are. >> Y'all said the Holy Spirit. Excuse me. The father. >> Yeah. You have the Holy Spirit who's the person >> and the Holy Spirit. And y'all have the Holy Spirit as a person. >> Right. >> So I'm asking you, does the father have his own spirit? >> I'm trying to help you. >> Just answer yes or no. >> I'm trying. It's not a yes or no because why isn't it? >> Because you're conflating. >> I'm not I'm asking question.
I'm not conf I love you. I'm trying to help you. >> Don't Don't bring that out. This ain't love right now. >> Yes, it is. >> No, it ain't. >> Yes, it is. It's always love. >> No, it's not. Y'all are saying that the Holy Spirit >> You ain't got to repeat the question. Okay, answer. >> Okay. It's not a yes or no because you're conflating. You're switching from personhood to nature now. So, let me tell you how because look, I don't want you to make this mistake with somebody else because somebody else might not be as nice to as as me.
Okay. So look, when you're saying there's the father, there's the son, and there's the holy spirit. This is the category of personhood that you're talking about. But then when you ask does the father have his own spirit? Now you're talking about the ontology, the nature of the father. So the father, the son, and and >> not the totality of what I said. >> That's not >> this brother said that he that the most high said he would pour his spirit upon all flesh. >> So the father is clearly saying his spirit. >> Yes.
The Holy Spirit belongs to the father. >> Jesus Christ. So the father don't have his own spirit, right? >> But he just has the holy he only has the holy spirit. He don't have his own spirit. >> No. The the holy >> just answer the question. It has to be no. >> The holy no. The holy spirit is the spirit of the father. >> No sweat. Does Christ have his own spirit? >> And the holy spirit is the spirit of truth. Christ is the truth.
Right. The holy spirit is also the spirit of Christ because they all have the same nature. So when Christ said, "Not my will," what will was that? >> That's different. That's different. >> That's not different. Yes, it is. >> His will is his spirit. His spirit wanted to do something else. His spirit did not want to take that cup. >> You telling me, he said, "Let this cup pass from me." >> All right. Let me let me tell you what you just did.
Hold on. Before you go, uh uh priest, what you just did is you did the Hebrew hopscotch. >> That's not a That's not a hopscotch at all. >> You did because we're talking about the spirit. Now you want to talk about the will in the will and spirit is the same. It's my Yes, it is. >> No, it's not. >> Yes, it's absolutely is. >> It was not Christ's desire to drink that cup, >> was it? >> What? >> It was not his desire to drink that cup. >> No, we're not.
That's not what we're talking about. We're not talking about the spirit. His spirit was different than the father's. And then he submitted to that will. I can Can I answer you? What you're doing is getting away from talking about spirit and how you guys understand. Let me listen, brother. >> Please. >> Thank you. Hey, listening is a is a art. >> Listening is an art. [laughter] >> Listening is a art, y'all. Listening is an art. >> That's right.
LET ME GET AN THAT'S RIGHT. >> Listening teaching them to slain. That's my line. [laughter] >> It is a line. That's why I work here. Look right there. Look, look, listen. Listening is an art. >> So when you are, we're telling what you're doing. So now we're not even talking about the spirit anymore. Now we're talking about will or desire. That's something else. Right now we're talking about whether or not the spirit has the spirit of God has personhood.
Instead of answering that and dealing with that, you guys have asked us the million questions. We've answered about the spirit personhood, spirit ontological or nature. What you guys need to do is tell us how do you understand the Holy Spirit of the father? Is he a person of God? >> When Gdai said we believe here's simply the father the spirit is the father and the father can give that spirit to say that but that's what >> the father the father can give that spirit to whoever he wants.
That's why when he said the father shall pour out excuse me I will pour upon my spirit upon all flesh that's the father's spirit. So you guys believe that the spirit is the father? >> Yes. >> Okay. So in John chapter 16, we >> verse 13. Hold on. Hold on. We got We got to read it. We got to read it. >> Hey John, >> John chapter 16 verse 13. >> 16:13. Uh >> John 16:13. >> HOW BE IT, WHEN HE, the Spirit of truth, is come, HE WILL GUIDE YOU INTO ALL TRUTH.
FOR HE shall not speak of himself, but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak, and he will show you things to come. >> That's right. >> Perfect. So, so he will not speak of himself. You said the spirit of the truth is the father. The Holy Spirit is the >> This don't say Holy Spirit. I didn't say >> Okay. >> Wait, wait a minute. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. >> So, wait, wait. Who Who that is then? >> So, who who's the spirit of truth, right? >> Who's the spirit of truth?
We're going to explain that. We said the just to get y'all clarification, right? But I won't. What y'all saying? >> Who is that, please? Right. I'm I'm explain it. Right. >> Just give me a name, bro. >> It's a Is it Wait. See, see that? Why? Why has to have a name? See, the Bible says he has a name. >> No, I'm explain it. When it says a spirit of truth, what I was going to ask y'all is this. Do you believe there's a spirit?
Like, say if I say a spirit of >> Before asking us, my brother, can you tell us? >> I'm about to I'm about to explain. Can I explain? Can I explain? >> Who is it? >> Can I explain? >> Yes. >> Okay. That's [laughter] it. >> That was diabolical. [laughter] >> We're going to explain. I'm going to tell you why it's going to be in yard theology is different than what we saying, right? I'm assuming from >> We know it's different.
I got you. >> I got you. Hold on, man. Come on. >> If If I You're going to turn us into owls over here. We're going to be >> I kept talking when you was [laughter] talking. You didn't want me to talk. >> No, I want him to talk. I just want to talk. >> All right. Go ahead. >> Thank you. >> Who is it? Go ahead. >> Okay. >> You can read it. Okay. I read it. You want me to read >> the scripture they pulling? The spirit of truth. >> Now, now they got to read it. >> I'm going to read it.
I'm going to read it. >> If you want if you want to John 16, right? >> Yeah. But if you want, so if you go to John 14, it literally tells you who the spirit of truth is. So in in John chapter 14, because you know 14:15, and 16 is speaking about the sending of the Holy Spirit. So in John chapter 14 it calls the spirit the advocate the helper right and then in in chapter 14 it says but the helper the holy spirit and it also >> 14 26 BUT THE COMFORTER WHICH IS THE HOLY GHOST WHOM THE FATHER WILL SEND in my name he will teach you all things >> exactly and then verse my fault I forgot we had to read >> okay I think I I think I understand who's who's sending that spirit >> it's not it's not about that it's about who the spirit is so but can we read verse 16 and Because hold on in verse 16 and 17 it says that the helper even the spirit of truth or is the spirit of truth.
No I'm explain I got >> oh hold listening is art. This is what I said earlier. I want everybody to realize this is what I said. If anybody learn how to listen we wouldn't even be this far. I said Elijah's spirit rested on Elisha. >> Did El was Elisha alone at one point? Wasn't Elijah taken up? >> I'm Elijah. >> Elijah. You don't know about Elijah. >> El Oh my goodness. They going to talk about MY DAD MAN. GO AHEAD. WE GOT TO >> COME ON, MAN. >> We We got you.
We got you. >> Come on, man. >> We got you. >> I'm from the south, man. Y'all got to give me some Let him go, man. >> He's southern, man. >> I'm southern, man. Come on, [laughter] man. I'm a common man, man. So, Eli Elijah's spirit rested on Elisha, but Elijah was taken off. If Elijah's already gone, how can his spirit rest on Elicia? >> Awesome question. Who is the spirit of truth? >> Oh, >> no. Like for real, can you answer the question? >> We need to stay on topic.
We can't even get to Jesus if we can't get past the Holy Spirit. >> Asking that because it says he >> No, no. I Well, right now we're just trying to figure out who the spirit of truth is. You said >> I already said that the Holy Spirit is the father. Okay. And then you said that in John 16 when it's talking about the spirit of truth, you saying that's not talking about the Holy Spirit, but the Bible says otherwise. So now we're trying to figure out whether or not you guys agree with the Bible.
The Bible says the spirit of truth is the Holy Spirit. >> Okay. But how does that change from the Holy Spirit being the father? >> Well, right now it's going to change your answer that John 16 is speaking about the Holy Spirit. >> How is that going to change the father? >> So, do you agree that John 16 is speaking about the Holy Spirit? >> When it talks about the spirit of truth and I I forget which chapter Christ said the God is a spirit 424, >> they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. >> Perfect.
So when it's talk about the truth in there, it's talk about on that vibe about worshiping him in spirit. That truth comes to you so you can have understanding. >> Jesus talking about a vibe. >> Well, that's what the spirit is. >> That's what the spirit is. So when the spirit >> I don't I don't I don't see what's so hard to understand. So we we've established that the Holy Spirit is the father. No, you haven't. >> Comes directly from the father.
Even the verse that he quoted when he said the comforter which is the holy which my father shall send which is the holy spirit from the father. So the the father controls that spirit. Correct. >> No no problem. >> Does the father control that spirit? >> But the father sends the spirit. That's not the problem. The problem that we're having is >> we've established who the holy spirit is from our side. Yes we have. We said plainly >> does the father did the father control. >> This is probably rigor right now.
Did the father control. arguing over what the spirit is. When you said crime, before he asked you that question. >> Oh my goodness. >> Before he asked you a question, what you said to him first, I want y'all to establish what the Holy Spirit is. You would not let him. So, we've established what you said. We did answer though. You said the father is the Holy Spirit. >> Do you agree with that? >> Are we all on the same side? >> UNLIKE UNLIKE Y'ALL, WE ALL AGREE. >> WE ALL AGREE.
WE ALL THE HOLY SPIRIT, RIGHT? >> Me and my brothers are one. >> All right. Sounds good on one. All right. >> So, now that we've established that on the subject, we got to touch on that. Cab, you got to let us touch on that. Okay. So, now we got the full understanding the >> But y'all set the wait. But when y'all set forth your premise supposed to be for us to set our >> premise I'm trying to I'm trying to walk, bro. >> We got it.
Holy Spirit is the father. The reason why he brought you to this verse is because he demonstrated that the spirit of truth does not speak of himself. He doesn't speak on his own authority, which means that there's someone distinct from him that he's hearing from and speaking on the authority of. >> That's what you're saying. >> That's what the scriptures are saying. >> Thank you. >> That's what the scriptures are saying.
John 16:13. Give me that. When anybody receive 13, >> how be it, when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will GUIDE YOU INTO ALL TRUTH. >> For he shall not SPEAK OF HIMSELF, >> HE SHALL NOT WHAT? >> SPEAK OF HIMSELF. >> WHAT? >> BUT WHOSOEVER HE SHALL HEAR, THAT shall he speak, he will show you things to come. >> Notice there are three persons here. You have Jesus speaking of the spirit coming from someone who he's not whose authority he's speaking about.
One, two, three. How are they all? There's the three person. But they're not there. >> But the the problem is the the problem is is that they're not all God. No one on our side. No one on our side says that Jesus don't exist and that's our king. No one on this side says the Holy Spirit don't exist. That comes from the father. Nobody on this side says the father is not the most high. The problem that y'all have when Gdaiwan asked you where in the Bible was you getting that you didn't give it you then flipped it and said you need to understand our position that was the question Gdaiwan asked you with all that rigomearrow you said he asked you for a verse for what you said because for us for us when we see the scripture when Christ says the one true God is the father you're dividing what God said >> if God said that's the one true God.
You can't say that these three people make up God. God said excuse me. Christ says he has a God all throughout the Bible. >> But you're saying that he has a excrement that he's that God. >> All right. I got you. So watch what happens. The spirit you believe is God. Right? >> Because you believe he's the father. Is that correct? >> Is this a no? >> Yeah. Now they running for mine. I just said Christ said the father is the one.
CHRIST SAID MULTIPLE TIMES once again before it happened. Once again, >> Christ said the father is the one true God. So if you act, but that's what I asked. It's not about what you asked. This is a back and forth. So I said Christ said he had a God multiple times throughout the text before his death, after his death in Revelations. So where can we see this trinity if Christ has a God? >> Okay, good question. valuable question. >> We'll get there. >> No, it's not.
No, no, no. Because you held us to answer in that question. >> I just heard you out, please. Okay. The reason why I'm saying we will get there is because we started with the Holy Spirit and you guys want to run from the Holy Spirit because >> we answered it. We just don't want to stay there because you want to stay there. Let me tell you, you got to answer the question. >> Yeah. Listen, you know, look, brother, you know, we don't run from no questions.
I'm telling you right now, I cannot wait to talk about Jesus, but right now y'all are trembling about the Holy Spirit. >> NO, WE'RE NOT. >> YES, YOU'RE YOU'RE SHAKING. >> WE gave you a clear and concise answer. We said the spirit. >> Let me let me let me let me let me chime in. Let me chime in respectfully because I'm confused >> as the five vers as as is the Holy Spirit the father or is the holy spirit sent from the father. >> Oh, this is diabolical.
Can I can I answer? Can I answer without being interrupted? >> 5. Can I answer? See how I'm answering with a scripture? When I told you this supposed to open your mind up. I said, "How can Elijah Elijah's spirit rest on Elisha if Elijah's gone?" >> And that was supposed to hold up. That was supposed to open your mind up to understand it would answer this question. What y'all get stuck on is because Christians don't know the Bible.
When you see per Hold up. When you see, come on. Y'all know y' don't know the Bible. Come on. >> Well, y'all hold up. Can I Can I finish Let me Come on. Because y'all don't understand. How can I say it? >> Personification. >> They don't understand it. I got a scripture. I'll answer you right here. This is Genesis 4:7. It says, "If thou doest well, shall thou not be accepted. And if thou doest not well, sin lith at the door, and unto thee shall be his desire, and thou shalt rule over him." So is is a is sin some special spirit? >> No, it is not.
No. >> Okay. Thank you. >> This is this is completely irrelevant because no one is denying that personification happens in the Bible. >> Y'all been cutting us off the inside. >> You just heard you. >> No one is denying that personification happens in the Bible. This is a separate topic than who the spirit is. You've acknowledged that the Holy Spirit is the father. So you don't think the father is just a personification of some eternal nothingness or whatever.
You think it's an actual person. So now we're showing you scriptures where there's a distinction between the person of the holy spirit and the person of the father and the person. >> What you're looking at is someone describe you're looking at someone describing the holy spirit. Even in Romans 9:19 it say who has resisted his will? His will is his spirit. So to answer your question directly so that we can get back to the question we asked you asked is the Holy Spirit the father or is he sent from the father that's what you asked it's both >> so the holy spirit is the father and he says I can pour my no we going to my question after this >> no let finish once again >> let the black man speak >> we got to sit here what' you say >> so let the black man speak >> you don't have to say that >> okay >> all right so now it says the I will pour my spirit upon upon all flesh.
That is the Holy Spirit. >> That's Joel the second chapter that we see seen in Acts the 2 chapter. That's the father's spirit that he sent to be poured. That's why in Romans 9:19 it says, "Who has resisted his will?" That's his spirit. The will is his spirit. So now that we've answered the moderator's question and we've answered y'all question, now y'all can answer our question. We don't have to stay on the spirit no more.
Right, moderator? >> No. Why? >> You got your clarification. We going to be biased. So just stuck on there. >> Here I ask your question and then >> don't tell me I'm running right back to it cuz you still you still haven't provided an answer. >> I care about y'all can y'all can run back. You have the right to ask whatever question y'all want. >> I have a simple question. >> Y'all have the right to ask whatever question. >> But we have not before ours. >> Okay.
What's your question? >> Before yours. That's >> So look look cat. Look, I'm just in love, bro. I'm saying this, we're not like, I don't know, bulldozing your question to the side. Hear me when I say this. We want to answer your objections to deity of Christ. We want to Thank you, man. Goodness, they hating on me. We We want to answer your objection to the Christ. The reason why we're stuck here is because you guys aren't dealing with the argument we're raising to you in which you're saying the father is the spirit and he sent the spirit.
So he's sinning himself, but we gave you a verse that shows a clear distinction. >> We want you guys to deal with that. >> You have to deal with that. >> We never said he's When you say sinning himself, that sounds weird to me because sending his spirit is not sinning himself. He doesn't come down. His spirit comes down. Like his spirit can come down in here right now, but him physically is not here. So that sounds >> is he the spirit? >> Yes.
I just >> then he is sinning himself. >> Okay, just quick quick question here. I I got you. You can I'm sure that you can listen. So, who is the father hearing from? Since the spirit is the father, it says that he doesn't speak from himself, but whatever he hears. Who is the father hearing from? That's it. That's all I need to know. >> Once once again, y'all are just It's as if y'all just not listen to nothing I'm saying at all.
I'm >> So, no answer. >> Can I Can I speak? >> That's the That's the rigo right there. Rigo. That's not rigor. >> Listen, listen, listen. You guys, you guys answered. >> Look, I can sum it up in one body language. >> No, no, because we got 10 minutes left in this round. Let me let me let me let me let me state back what I'm hearing. >> The the spirit >> the spirit is the father, but the spirit comes from the father. Let me let me finish.
They presented a verse where there's a distinction between these two things. So, he's saying how how is this possible and where is it coming from? So, that's that's where we are overass. We Who is the father hearing from? >> Who is the father hearing from? The spirit is the father. You agree with cap, right? The spirit is the father. So we're not going to sit here and act like, oh, it's just a personification of something that's not a person cuz the father is a person. >> How not? >> The father's a person, right? >> How is not >> is the father a person? >> Is it the spirit?
We talking about a spirit, are we not? >> The father's a person. >> Okay. Are we talking about a spirit? Yes or no? >> Yes. >> Okay. Can a spirit be personified? >> Yes. And the father is this spirit be personified? The father is a person, right? >> When you say the father is a person, what you mean? >> That means that he's a rational agent. >> Do you agree? He has a mind. He has a will. If I could, if I could just >> We need an answer to this cap. >> He was He was right there.
He on the edge. >> If I could, when I'm asking y'all these definitions, because when we said there's one God, y'all look at one God as three distinct persons. Correct. >> Yes. It looks like y'all talking about persons. Y'all talking I think y'all talking about philosophy at this point. There is an element of philosophy in it, right? >> Okay. So, we listen, we listen to the Bible. We're biblical. I guess y'all the um what's your name?
Vain philosophy. I mean, MY BAD. >> IS YOUR Is your philosophy to listen to the Bible? [laughter] >> Hold up. >> Is that what your philosophy? >> You have philosophy. >> Yeah, your philos. >> You have vain philosophy. >> Well, I at least know what philosophy is. Unlike you, >> this philosophy is pretty inspiring to me. I don't lie here. >> At least we at least we understand what philosophy is over on this side. Verse 15.
In verse 15 of John 16, >> look like we got somewhere. >> And things and all things that the father hath are mine. Therefore said I that he shall take of mine and shall show it unto you. >> Who's the he? >> The spirit. >> Right. >> So I'm asking y'all. >> Yeah. I said the spirit. Do you agree with that? According to the vers So when it says all things that the father hath are mine, therefore said I that he shall take of mine and he shall show it unto you. >> Yeah. >> And you're saying that that's the spirit. >> That's the spirit.
Even though Christ starts off in that verse talking about the father. >> Well, it the com the verse it does the conversation doesn't start there. It can do me a reader. >> Can you read verse 13 to 15? >> I can read I can read 13. >> I got my reader. >> Verse 13. >> How be it when he the spirit of truth is come. Who? >> THE SPIRIT OF TRUTH. >> All right. So we know who the subject is. Keep going. >> THE SPIRIT OF TRUTH IS COME.
He will guide you into all truth. >> Who's going to guide him? >> THE SPIRIT OF TRUTH. >> KEEP READING. HE shall not speak of himself. >> But whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak, and he will show you things to come. >> Who will show them all things TO COME? >> THE SPIRIT OF TRUTH. >> ALL RIGHT, keep going. >> He shall glorify me. >> Oh, who's going to glorify him? >> The spirit of truth. >> Keep going. >> For he SHALL RECEIVE OF MINE and shall show it unto you. >> Who's going to receive of Jesus? >> Who Who's going to receive of mine? >> Spirit of truth. >> The spirit of truth. >> So you're saying that the spirit can glorify?
I thought the father glorified. >> The father glorifies. >> I thought I thought I thought Christ said father glorify me. >> The look. >> So when we say the spirit is the father, y'all are proving my point the more you read this verse. >> No. Let me >> Even when it says the glory, who's the who gives the glory? >> Do you think only one person can give glory? >> Who gives the glory? >> Well, >> who did Christ ask for the glory? >> We'll answer.
We'll answer. Thank you. >> So the father gives glory, the son gives glory, >> and the holy spirit gives glory. what I asked you. [cheering] >> Who is the glory that Christ is talking about? >> Who's the glory? It's his glory. >> No. No. >> He says that he shall glorify me. >> Listening is an art. >> Yes. And you still haven't told me who he is from. >> Who did he ask it from? >> Uh in this in this particular part, the Holy Spirit. >> No.
No. Which is the father. >> Are you talking about John 17:1? >> Which is the father? No. >> Because the father is the one that gives the glory to the son. >> We'll go with you. Okay. So the father and the spirit in that verse is the same. >> So let's go with you. Okay. So let's go with you. >> You said we got like 15 minutes left. >> I got you. So we all the father spirit and I asked the moderator when we asked who's the father.
We can ask other questions and the moderator would not promise you that's the tend 30 minutes on one question. >> IF YOU ANSWER THIS QUESTION cap we WILL SHUT UP. I PROMISE >> you have answered every answer every question that y'all asked. But when we asked y'all a question, y'all have not answered none of this. That's why we're done this job. When we asked the question and then the moderator interjected and said, "Are you saying the father is now mad at you or the father comes from the spirit to answer this question?" We asked that we could then ask our question.
We have not been allowed to ask one question. No, we have not. I'll tell you why. We only respond. The reason why the reason why you do not have the reason why you haven't been able to get to your question is because you've been trying to hopcotch from the question. We have answered this question at length. No, you haven't. Then who is he hearing FROM? WHAT WAS THE ANSWER RIGHT NOW? >> Who is the father hearing from? >> Who is he hearing from? >> Answer that question. >> That's it. >> Then then we'll move on. >> Who is the father hearing from? >> There's three of you guys.
Put your brains together and give us an answer. The saddest part about this is that we've answered this question. The reason why you see we're all heard an answer because we don't have it's okay. We have to keep answering this question. This brother answered the question four times. I've answered it five times. >> Can they can they answer when the moderator moderator intervene? He didn't even say okay we've been this is about to be over.
One's question your refusal. Everybody's seen it. It's not a refusal to answer this question. Was your burial? >> Our position is that we've answered this question at length for 30 minutes. But when we ask our question, y'all keep asking questions on top of that. >> What's your question? >> That's the truth. You ask your question now. >> Question was on the table. I answered the I asked the question. I said if Christ said the father is the one true God >> and Christ before his death and after his resurrection said he has a god.
How can there be a trinity and he has a god? So the is is it one true god that he said or is it multiple gods? >> Whoever is true god is god. Right? >> My question is how can he be god if he has a god? He said out of his mouth that he has a god. We heard your question, Cap. >> Yeah, we heard your question. Okay. So, and I need a clarification question because you brought up John 17:3. So, if someone is true God, that makes them God then, right?
According to John, >> let's bring up John 17 and three. I brought up I said before death and after resurrection, he said he has a God. Okay? So, if he has a God in John, in Revelations, all throughout the text, how can he be God if he has a God? >> Because in Jeremiah, it says that he is God of all flesh. When Jesus took on flesh, therefore he has flesh and he has a god the father. Very simple there. THAT'S HOW YOU ANSWER A QUESTION.
Do you see how easy that was? >> That was just LIKE, HEY, LOOK, THERE'S THE ANSWER. SO, now that we've answered that question, can you repeat that? You said you said he has a god because what? Say that again. >> Because he has flesh. >> So, when have we never been in flesh? >> Say that again. >> When have we never been in flesh? >> What is that? >> Before our creation. Okay, let me help you out. Let me help you out. Christ has a God according to what? >> His flesh. flesh.
His human nature, right? Yes. >> He has two natures, right? >> Correct. >> How many natures do you have? >> One. >> Okay. So, how come who's Christ God? >> The father. >> Okay. So, who's who's the god of all flesh? >> So, if you have you THINK YOU THINK THE QUESTION [laughter] ANSWER, can you listen? They don't want THEY DON'T WANT TO LET HIM ANSWER. LOOK at him. This why they didn't answer. >> ARE THE THEATRICS DONE SO WE CAN ANSWER?
[laughter] >> I GOT YOU. >> SO, can we answer? >> Who is your God according to your flesh? >> That's a different question. Can I answer you just as I ask? >> They don't want us to answer. >> You just asked then who is the God of all flesh? Yes. Go ahead. >> Right. So, when Jesus is talking about uh the father being his God according to his flesh, this is demonstrating the father in his divine essence is God over all flesh.
Whoever has a divine essence is God over all flesh. You understand? >> So Christ is his God over his own flesh. >> So now now [laughter] watch this. NOW WATCH THIS. NOW THIS NOW WATCH THIS. WATCH THIS. WHEN YOU SAY when you say God being God over someone, is that relational? >> What I'm saying is this. >> Please. Is that relational? >> Explain it. >> Please. Is it relational? Yes or no? Then explain. >> When you say what do you mean when you say relational? >> So you don't know what that means? >> That's a question.
I'M ASKING A QUESTION. >> FOR FOR EXAMPLE, um a father over a son. Is that relational? >> I guess so. Yeah. >> Okay. >> But they also separate though. >> Excuse me. Being [laughter] there's a distinction. >> Yo, you're proving a trinity. >> He's not Look, he first say you just said that that's relational, right? You said that's relational. All right. God be God being God over someone. Is that relational? >> Yes. >> Thank you.
So I said I SAID NO. I'M SAYING I'M CLARIFY. >> OH, NOW LOOK AT HIM NOW. LOOK AT HIM NOW. I'M CLARIFYING BROTHER. THIS IS A SLOW IT'S A SLOW. >> NO, IT'S NOT. It's a slow one. What you're not waiting, right, brother? I let you walk us down, right? >> And what was my question again? You said, "Who's the God over all flesh?" And I'm answering that. Right. So, you just So, you just asked your your final question was since God is the God over all flesh, whoever has the divine essence, then is Jesus his own God?
Is he the God over his own flesh? My answer to you is that being the God over someone is a relationship. It's relational. So, it requires another party. So this is why Jesus wouldn't be God over himself because that's relational. He wouldn't be God. >> So he's not the most high God because he got a God. >> AND IF I COULD LISTEN TO GOD OVER ALL his flesh relationship. >> You're refusing relation to Jesus. According to Jesus, HOLD UP.
ACCORDING to Jesus Christ human nature and our our human nature, do we have two different gods? >> You have the same God, the father. >> But you but BUT GOD IS [laughter] WHAT? WE ARE THE SAME GOD. GOD. THAT'S WHAT JESUS SAYS. SO WHAT IS THE ARGUMENT? How does that defeat? >> Because your Isn't your God Yahweh >> the triune being? >> How does that defeat the deity of Christ? >> I'm about No, look. Now he's trying to change it to the deity of Christ. >> THAT'S WHAT WE'RE TALKING ABOUT.
WE'RE TALKING ABOUT the deity. WE TALKING ABOUT TALKING ABOUT IS JESUS GOD COOKED. >> IT'S COOKED. SO I DON'T EVEN KNOW JESUS BEING GOD IS A DEITY. >> ALL RIGHT, GUYS. HEY, it's 6:35. >> That was the time of this. Do you guys want to keep going on this or do you guys want to take a break? >> MODERATOR TRYING TO SAVE THEM. I'M NOT TRYING TO SAVE the moderator out. So, it's it's it's up to them because they feel like they didn't Right.
But if we keep going, we would have to skip the intermission and go straight to the second topic. >> Okay. Do you Because it doesn't sound like we're going to get to the second topic. >> All right. >> All right. Now, this is what I'm saying. >> Are you guys cool not to get to this the second topic? >> Is everybody in agreement with that? >> What you said? >> No. So, >> you do want to get to the second topic? >> I want to get to the second topic, but they they want to finish this line of thinking.
Okay. according to >> according to your human nature is your god only the father is your god the triune being the father son holy spirit >> this is why I was saying this is relational question so for >> brother you hear me talking to you >> my bad brother >> okay [laughter] answer >> all right this is why I said it's relational remember listening is an art >> so since it's relational you got shirts oh man we gonna build out [laughter] >> since it's relational the type of relationship that the that Jesus has with the father is different than what we have with the father.
That's why it's it's it's like if I had a a biological son and I had an adopted son. Um they would both call me father. But would I be father to both of them in the same way? >> No. >> I know you guys are smart enough to know that. >> Would would I be a father to them in the same way? >> Don't confuse relation and ontology. >> Okay. First of all, please answer that. >> First of all, this is hold up. >> Would I be a father to them in the same way? >> Yes.
Yes. You know why? >> So I the same way. So, THE SAME WAY I'M A FATHER TO MY biological son, I'm also a The same exact way I'm a FATHER TO MY ADOPTED SON. >> PLEASE DON'T. OH MY GOODNESS. YOUR way out of this. >> No, I'm No, I'm going tell you. Your example is not is not >> saying it doesn't work doesn't answer. >> No, I'm I'm explain. Because your example is trying to say that this son is my biological. >> That doesn't answer. >> Is can I can I can I finish? >> Look, let him finish.
Let him finish. Let him finish. >> THIS IS YOUR ARGUMENT. I'm still maning your argument. I learned that. Still, man, you don't go there. >> I said it right. Did I say it right? I said it right. >> I said it right. [laughter] >> I should cut for that, man. [cheering] >> Listen. So, this is this is what this is what you're saying that Jesus your analogy is that Jesus Christ is different because he's the biological son.
He's the only begotten. He's eternal. >> I didn't say biological. >> No. And your analogy >> and please stop trying to guess what you're saying. >> No. In your anal Okay, let me clarify. your analogy you gave. Can you just please answer >> to am I the am I a father to my bi biological son in the same way that I am to my adopted son >> answer >> or no >> if I could if I could I'll answer the question directly if you have a biological son or you have an adopted son when you make it relationship it could be the same because although the adopted son is adopted if the biolog >> let him talk let him talk relationship is just that it's based on the relationship between two parties. >> Is it the same? >> So the party it depends. >> Let me finish.
It depends. If that biological son is not a good son to you, but the adopted son is a good son to you, then the relationship would change. But the question wasn't about a relationship that you spent it to. >> He said that the God is the God of all flesh, which means the father is the God over Christ. Y'all say Christ is the most high. So the analogy that you're trying to switch it and making a relationship doesn't make sense unless you're saying God, excuse me, Christ is the God over himself.
And that's not true. The father is the God over Christ. Correct. >> Jesus is on the father to God over Christ. Yes or no? >> Relationally. Yes. But he's still on relationship. So So let's not rel since you guys can't answer this question. did answer. I did I answered it directly. I broke down a relationship. No, look. Saying it depends is not you answering it directly. I gave you a true dichotomy. Is the father the same father to his biological son that he is to his ADOPTED SON.
THE OBVIOUS answer to that is hell no. >> And we're saying it's a false equivalent in this situation. So look, no, the the what I'm showing, what I'm what I'm showing you, >> not only is it false, you should have said genetic say relationship. Yeah, you should have said biological relationship. Anybody can have a RELATIONSHIP WITH ANYBODY. >> ME OFF, MAN. >> Since because you guys can't answer this question, I have to answer it for you and then break it down.
A father to his biological son is a different father because there's a biological relationship. Regardless, >> not using my word now. Now he's saying by line. >> Please allow me to finish. >> Now you're not saying really he's saying by brought this up. >> What? >> So man, my goodness, man. This is this is great. Hey, pray actively pray for these brothers. Please >> don't don't pray for me. I don't want none of y'all prayers. >> I pray to Jesus the most high God for this brother. >> The Lord don't hear none of y >> I'm the one who brought this up.
I use these words. >> So when you have the question, are you to run from the >> When you have No, you're running. When you have a father >> who plants his seed in a woman, and then she gives birth to his blood son, he is a biological father. >> When he goes to the adopted agency, signs up and fills out forms and they say, "Here's your son." That's an adoptive son, not of his own seed, but one that he signed up to take care of and give his name.
Mhm. >> Those are two different relationships, right? >> Biologically, yes. But that's not what you said. That's not what you said. And that has nothing to do with the connect. >> I'm about to show you how it connects. >> So, how does that make Christ be the God over his own flesh? >> I'm about to show it to you. Get to it. >> I'm demonstrating to you the difference between relationship and nature or ontology. Let me break it down.
So when Jesus says for example that I'm going to my God and your God, my father and your father, he is he has a different relationship to the father than we do. We are not the begotten sons of God. The father we are. Yes we are. In the Bible in the Bible it says the children of Israel are thy only begotten, thy fervent lover. Yes we are. So you're lying. We are the only begotten. >> I got you. So yes, just like Christ is the only begotten, we're the only begotten.
That's the relationship. >> Can you show me? >> Yeah. Say less. >> Say less. He said, "Show me." >> He's still running from THE QUESTION. >> DON'T DON'T ACT if I quote something. It's in the Bible. All that biological stuff you said, that's not in the Bible. Look, man. This is the book. Show me. >> No problem. This is second Ezra 6 >> and 58. >> Oh, it says >> second. >> I'm going to start at 2 Ezra 6 and 58. It says, "But we, thy people, whom thou HAS CALLED THY FIRST READ AGAIN." Now they interrupted.
Don't get mad at me. Let it read. GET MAD AT THE SCRIPTURE. I DIDN'T WRITE. I WANT TO HEAR IT. >> I'M not talking to you this time. Thank God. I appreciate it. >> 2 Ezra 6:58. But we thy people whom thou hast called thy firstborn, thy only begotten, and thy fervent lover are given into thy hands. So the children of Israel are the firstborn and the only begotten. So the SPECIAL RELATIONSHIP, EVEN SOLOMON, DIDN'T SOLOMON HAVE A SPECIAL RELATIONSHIP? >> I GUESS SO. >> HE SAID DAVE, the Lord said to David, I will be his father.
He will be my son. >> Is that correct? >> Yeah, I got you. >> Is that special? >> I got you. >> IS THAT RELATIONSHIP? >> FIRST OF ALL, THAT'S NOT THE DAVID. THAT'S [laughter] ABOUT the Messiah. But not notice what happened. You guys >> cook. >> They had to go to second address. >> That's in the Bible. >> They had to go to second address. >> That's in the Bible. Brother, but hold on. Let me let me grant you something tonight.
Let's grant something. You said because you made a a beautiful point connecting I guess uh Messiah the uh uh David being called uh begotten in Psalm 2. Correct? >> Watch this. Let let me ask you this. When it says today I have begotten you, what does that mean exactly? >> What scripture you talking about? >> Did you not quote it? >> Psalm chapter 2. >> You just said it says the same about David in the Psalms. >> I quoted No, no.
I quoted 2 Samuel 7 about Solomon. He said, "I will be his father. He shall be." >> But then you asked if David was begotten. Didn't >> I didn't say David. No, I didn't. I said Solomon was tripping. No, he literally said, >> You're right. You're right. >> I said was Solomon was special with in that relationship. >> When it says that David >> I'm sorry. Wait, wait. I said Solomon was begotten. I still didn't say David was >> He said Solomon was begotten of who? >> Of the father.
By the relationship that you like to use. What does it say? When he said I will begotten. When he say I will be my excuse me I will be his father he will be my son where does it say there's other >> this I'm telling you how special the uniqueness of Solomon >> that Christ comes from no it doesn't say the word of God I said the word you lied >> it's not about the lie it's about the uniqueness because Exodus 4:22 says Israel is my son even my firstborn we agree right >> say that again sorry >> Exodus 4:22 says Israel is my son even my firstborn we agree so there's no reason to say I will be his father, he would be my son.
He's already a son. It's pointing out the uniqueness >> talking about. That's that's you went from Solomon to Israel. Why? Why you >> I'm not going from Solomon to Israel. I'm going from Israel to Israel because I'm showing you that the father didn't have to tell David that his son would be his son because he was already his son. He's telling him he's going to be his son because that's who he's going to build the temple with.
That's the uniqueness of David. I'm to Solomon. That's the relationship that you talk about. >> I I hear you. I'm super confused. >> I know. >> David is called the begotten in Psalm 2:7. Correct. >> We have to read it if you got the verse. >> He says he says, "This is the decree of my Lord. He said to me >> that you are my son. Today I have begotten you." Right. >> You said Psalms 2 and 7. >> Yes. Go ahead. >> Read her. >> No, we ain't got TO READ. >> PSALM 2:7.
I WILL DECLARE the decree. The Lord hath said unto me, THOU ART MY SON. This day have I begotten thee. >> So today I've begotten you, right? You said you said that's talking about David. >> That's what you earlier talked about. >> No, when I I wasn't talking about this scripture at all. >> Okay. So, who is that scripture talking about? >> Well, this this when we read it, it says um this I would say it's talking about David and Solomon and every son that came from uh David. >> But that's not where is Solomon in there. >> Solomon is the start. >> But that's has nothing to do with Solomon.
He's he says, "The Lord has said to me, >> you are my son. Today I become you." >> Yeah. Solomon Solomon Solomon is the start of the line because that's what David excuse me that's what the Most High established with David that his son would be the king and that's the king that they submitted to that's the king that they worship and so whoever sat on that throne sat on the throne of God and was the son of God >> that's not what this says though who is he talking to >> this is a prophet well I would use this this is a prophecy of Christ and it's talking about David >> okay so there's double right so there's media context about >> Hebrews the first chapter is a prime example Example, Hebrews the first chapter quotes the Psalms. >> You're right.
I agree with you. Okay. So, double fulfillment here. It's talking about David. How is David begotten of God? >> Because he was chosen. >> Okay. How was Jesus begotten of God? >> Because he was Well, he was begotten of God because he's the first creation. >> Ah, wait. Let me wait. Let me finish answering. Let me let me finish answering. >> This is interesting. >> He's the first creation of God. >> All right. So, watch.
No, notice what we had to do here. Now, we're not going to attack this just yet, >> but we got here because you tried to say that, >> yeah, we all are begotten sons of God. >> That's not how we got here. >> That's is Yes. Because remember how we got here cuz you ran from him saying that Christ is that God is the God of all flesh. >> When I when I argue when I argue with Lady Logic, I forget what I said. When I argue with you, I remember everything you said, >> right? >> Which Well, we how we got here from his how we got here.
He said that God is the God of all flesh. You brought up adopted sons, biological sons. When you mentioned begotten first, I didn't mention begotten first. >> Was not finished. >> But I didn't mention begotten first. Whatever you want to say. >> Is that true or false? >> The reason it's false. The reason why we got >> Christ is the only begotten. And then I read second. You know where we going? I just don't like when I'm lied on. >> Okay, look.
No, I'm going to claim. No problem. We going to correct the begotten. You said Christ was the only begotten. >> Interrupting me, bro. >> I am going to interrupt you. I don't like being lied on. >> Okay, my mistake. >> No problem. I'm going to I'm going to let it be on the record. You said Christ was the only begotten. Nobody else was. So, you brought up begotten first. You said no, we all are begotten. >> I read a verse that said Israel was begotten.
So, that's how we got here. >> No, you said we ARE WE ARE BEGOTTEN. IT SAYS WE ARE BEGOTTEN SON. >> AND IT SAYS THAT. >> SO, YOU DID SAY IT >> BECAUSE YOU BROUGHT IT UP. >> HE DOING THIS ON PURPOSE. BECAUSE YOU BROUGHT UP HE BROUGHT IT UP. >> We're at We're We're at We're We're at time. We're at time. >> All right. Let me Let me run this and then this is it. Okay. >> How does he get to run when it's his question? >> Let me show you what I'm going to show cuz I didn't get to finish.
I'm about to show you what you did and you running from the trap. You saw the trap. You're stuck in it. You don't know where it's going. And I'm going TO PULL YOU OUT BY the grace of God. >> WHAT YOU WHAT happened here is I started this whole thing off, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, BY DEMONSTRATING a distinction in relationship. Right? Y'all remember this, right? So I said Jesus has a different relationship with the father than we do.
He the father is the father of Jesus in a different way than he's the father of us. Jesus is the begotten son. We are the adopted children of God by the Bible. NOW HOLD ON A SECOND. DON'T CLAP JUST YET. HE wanted to say WELL WE ALL ARE BEGOTTEN. WELL THE ISRAELITES THE Israelites are also the begotten sons of God. Trying to elude that they have the same father and son RELATIONSHIP THAT JESUS HAS. BUT WHEN I ASKED HIM, OKAY, how is David begotten?
Oh, well, he's chosen. How is Jesus begotten? Oh, he was there in the beginning, FIRST CREATED. OH, SO IT'S A DIFFERENCE. >> All of that running, listen, all this. >> I'm about to land it. I'm about to land it. You can respond. So, what we demonstrated even by your own theology that Christ has a fundamental naturally by nature different relationship with the father than you or I have. So when Jesus says to my God and your God, the father is a god to Jesus in a way not to us.
We are the father is a god to us by ontology because he created us. We are uh his creation. Jesus is not his creation. And I hope we can get into that. >> So now wait let him let him respond. Let's let them respond. Can they respond and then we move on? Do you guys want to go to part two? >> Let me tell you how much of a let me tell you how much of a rigor it was. This conversation wasn't about no relationship that we have as opposed to what Christ had.
This conversation, the brother asked, "Was God the God of all flesh? And how is Jesus the most high God and not the God of his own flesh?" That was the subject. His whole rigomearo proved that Jesus is not the most high because he's not the God of all flesh. So if he's not the God of all flesh, then he's not the most high. And then he said, "We don't have the same relationship." But I could have swore Yahawasha said we going to do greater works than him.
I COULD HAVE SWORE YAHAWASHA SAID WHATEVER SINS we remit on earth will be remitted in heaven. I COULD HAVE SWORN SAW PETER HAVE THE HOLY SPIRIT ANANAS AND THEM DROP DEAD. HOW CAN WE NOT DO GREATER things than Christ because Christ said it but that's not what this was about once he admitted that the father is the God over Christ. Christ is not the most high. The father is the most high. You can go ahead and then we can go to the next one. >> I'm gonna tell you why it got bad for them.
I think you know what I was asking. I know you know what I was asking. Christ, you keep talking about his relationship with the father. I'm not talking about Christ's divinity. I'm talking about his human nature. Is Christ's human nature different than our human nature? He was fully man. Right? So according to Christ fully Christ according to Christ's human nature, who is his God according to his human nature? Now how the father.
Thank you. Now how many natures do we have? >> Okay. So who's our God according to our human nature? >> You have the father, the son, AND THE SPIRIT. >> NO. SEE THAT? HE SAID THE FATHER. Y'ALL SEE THAT? >> He said, >> "Hey, that's what Thomas said. Thomas went to him and said, "My Lord and my God. That's our clothes." You can't even close. He asked us that question. >> You a question. It was rhetorical. It was rhetorical. >> Are you supposed to be an Israelite man?
We supposed to know that about I'm about to finish. >> Okay. Go ahead. >> So this is this is what we understand. We have one human nature. We only have one nature. >> Our God according to our human nature to y'all is the father, son, holy spirit. >> According to Christ's human nature, not his divinity, his human nature, who is that God? >> The father. >> The father. So this is what y'all telling me. Me and Christ according TO OUR HUMAN NATURES HAVE different gods. >> How in the world conclude that? >> CAN WE UH YOUR GOD?
LET ME EXPLAIN. I'M I'M EXPLAIN. Let me explain. Be unfair cuz I don't want the close out to be that long cuz we do have another subject. Yeah, we got another subject and we're running out of time. So, do you guys feel like that was sufficient to artic I I think there's a a clear distinction in position. That's good. All right. So, let's move on. Can we move on? Yep. >> Okay. >> So, uh >> Gentile salvation. >> Yeah, >> that is the next topic. >> You need water?
Can we get some more water on the stage, please? >> Okay. Gentile salvation. This is uh an interesting one. Uh is this it's not open is it? >> Okay. Um in in uh in your guys's framework uh can Gentiles become children of God to heaven? >> Yeah. So to clarify the only Gentiles, do you understand that are going to be adopted in and become the children of God are the dispersed Israelites that for a time were cast off. And now this is the fulfillment of every prophecy that we've seen from whether it was Isaiah with the envy of of Ephraim departing and the vexation of Judah from the two sticks of wood being put together.
Fast forward all the way to the prodical son where the entire point of Christ is to put back the entire nation of Israel because at this time the Jews is Judah, Benjamin, and Levi. At this time the Jews that's the vast majority of the populace of the commonwealth of Israel. So as a result is why you see in the epistles to the 12 tribes which are scattered abroad greetings so that now those who are scattered and outside can come back home.
Those are the only Gentiles. You understand that the covenant and the promises are for >> Okay. So just clarifying question. So are you a Jew or a Gentile? >> I'm an Israelite. You're an Israelite. >> I was a gentile. You were a gentile. >> You understand? And now I've been adopted back because I've awakened, you understand, to the culture of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. So, as a result, I'm able to receive that promise of Abraham because of Christ. >> All right.
It's now Yeah, I got a bunch of more questions. We could check more. Yeah. >> I got I got a I have a quick question. I do have a quick question real quick, though. >> [laughter] >> So, how do you guys what's the word? What's what's the one word that the Bible uses to specifically speak about Gentiles in the flesh? Not Israel that was dispersed, but the word that when this shows up, we know that it's speaking specifically about Gentiles in the flesh. >> There's not one word.
It's contextual. >> How do you differentiate what verses are speaking about Gentiles in the flesh and what verses are only speaking about the dispersed of Israel? >> Okay, the context. Let's do some word association right now. Right. So, if I use the word dog, right, and I talk about, "Yo, that's my dog." What am I talking about? >> You're saying that that's your friend, but I'm asking. >> Okay. And if I say, "Did you feed the dog?" >> Okay. >> What am I talking about? >> You're speaking about a pet. >> Oh, do you see how easy it is to understand context? >> Okay.
But the thing is is that you guys take verses that literally just says Gentiles in the flesh and then say that's speaking about the disperse of Israel. >> I got you. So we don't asking well I'm asking specifically how do you differentiate in those verses that where the words are exactly the same the context seems to be speaking about specifically Gentiles in the not the dispersed of Israel how are you differentiating between the dispersed of Israel and actual gentiles >> I got you so now once again it's context so very easily >> what does the context need to say >> I'm going to give it to you right now you're asking a question I'm trying to answer it right now so the context for example Romans 9 I believe is perfect example of this when we go inside Romans 9 and we read from nine let's see let's go to verse 24 real quick right so when we read inside Romans 9 and 24 this is the perfect context for y'all to be able to understand right >> no let him read this let him cook let him cook >> I know I know this hurts cuz you know what I'm saying you can't save the white person next to you I understand so now let's get let's get let's get right back into it I get it I know I No, don't worry.
Listen, we going to get through this together. Don't worry about it. All right. So, now we're going to go to Romans the [laughter] 9th chapter and the 24th verse. And so, it says, "Even us whom he hath called not of the Jews only, but also of the Gentiles." You believe these Gentiles to be other nations? >> I'm ask No, I'm asking you. >> Yeah. I'm trying to figure out how you differentiate. >> No, no, that's fine. I just want to know.
Do you believe that's who they are? Yes. Look, don't say sure. Let your yay be yay and your nay. >> Yes. Yes. That's fine. >> Oh, the communication. Just give me the way you differentiate. >> So now, and so it says, all right, as he saith also in OC, we agree. O is Hosea. >> Okay. >> Correct. >> Yep. >> Do we agree? >> Yep. >> Cool. >> So now it says, I will call them my people which were not my people, and her beloved which was not beloved.
Now, if I go off what you're trying to infer because you believe this is another nation when I read Hosea, I should find another nation here. >> Not necessarily. >> Let's continue. No, absolutely. Let's continue on. And it shall come to pass that in the place where it was said unto them, "Ye are not my people. There shall they be called the children of the living God." >> If I want to understand who these Gentiles are, you know what we have to do?
Keep reading. >> Go to OC. We got to go to Hosea. >> And we can Did you ask me to answer the question or or or not? >> Well, you asked a question. What do you want us to do? >> I asked you a clarifying question to see if we agree on a point. >> You actually if you if you keep reading, literally if you just keep reading the pre like the next verses, >> I don't mind coming back here, but in order for us to be able to establish, hold on.
In order for us to be able Now, a moment ago, right, we just said how you asked me the question. You said >> something. >> You know what's crazy? He say keep reading but if we keep reading he references another prophet. So we have to first see what he said about this prophet before we go to the next prophet. Why we going to go to Isaiah when he first just talked about Hosea? So we got to read what he said about Hosea first then Isaiah.
That's fine. No problem. >> Paul is literally juaposing the two groups. Let's read it. speaking about the Gentiles and then he says and concerning Isaiah and we should read when we read let them let them so when we read Hosea we should read other nations >> facts >> that's that's not the case [laughter] if they believe in the Bible get that from >> if they believe in the Bible wait all of a sudden God don't want us to read the Bible fellas let's let's actually engage so you're using Romans 9 you're saying okay in verses 24 to 26 it references the prophecy of Hosea which talks about Israel who's not called his people.
Now they're called his people one day later on. Is that correct? >> God is saying it's other nations. >> Watch this. We're going to show you how it's other nations because we're in Romans 9. >> You skipped to verse 24. You should have started IN THE BEGINNING. READER, >> GIVE ME VERSE SIX. >> Romans 9:6. Not as though the word of God HAS TAKEN NONE EFFECT. For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel. >> Stop it. >> Beautiful. >> Not all.
Wait. Beautiful. >> I couldn't I couldn't >> I couldn't believe it. >> What do the Christians say? Praise God for this. Praise God. >> Hey, all what all praises. >> When these dudes came to Romans 9, my jaw dropped. >> My jaw. DID Y'ALL SEE THAT? >> MY JAW DROPPED BECAUSE IN VERSE SIX, it literally says that not all who come from Israel are of Israel. >> But you guys are arguing physical descendants. Now, keep reading seven and 8.
Romans 9:7. NEITHER BECAUSE THEY ARE THE SEED OF ABRAHAM. BEAUTIFUL ARE THEY ALL CHILDREN. >> IT'S GETTING WORSE. >> IT'S getting worse. >> WE GOING SEED BE CALLED. >> SO WAIT, WAIT, WAIT, WAIT. So now read verse seven one more time cuz they STARTED >> NEITHER BECAUSE THEY ARE THE SEED OF ABRAHAM. ARE THEY ALL CHILDREN, BUT in Isaac shall thy seed be called. So according to the verse, that same chapter you went to, not all who are born of Abraham or descendant of Abraham are actually seeds of Abraham or sons of Abraham.
Exactly. SO YOU STARTING TO GET IT. >> THIS WHY keep walking. >> This why the natural Israelites JUST BECAUSE THEY'RE NATURAL ISRAELITES DON'T MEAN THAT THEY'RE OF ISRAEL. >> NO. WHOA, WHOA, WHOA. >> GENTILES, BABY. WAIT, WAIT, WAIT. That's not what we're talking about here. You're moving too far. It it gets very simple because we're talking about the seed. You said of Israel. We have to understand what Israel is of.
Israel is of Abraham and Isaac. But hold on. The seed of Abraham. Let me ask you something. I'll clarify, right? I I see I see we got to be real specific here. How many biological physical sons did Abraham have? HOW MANY CHILDREN CAME OF Abraham's seed? What's the numerical number? >> Uh, actually I don't know. However, he had others. >> Oh, he doesn't know. No problem. That's why you don't understand this scripture.
Perfect. >> Hold on. Watch this. Cuz by my goodness gracious, >> it's about to get >> what you're what you guys name on the building. You don't know that. >> You're right. Look, I promise you this is where we agree. It's about to get BAD BECAUSE NOW WE'RE talking about the true seed of Abraham. Correct. >> We're talking about this seed right here. Perfect. Wait. Before you run before you run, hold on. Hold on. IS THIS THE TRUE SEED of Abraham? >> We're talking about the absolute true seed. >> So So we're talking Yes, we're talk Hold on.
We're talking about who it qualifies for. >> Who? Yes. >> Yes, I got you. >> Right. So now as a result, >> okay, >> Abraham had eight biological sons, right? So like when you read inside Genesis 25, you start you no I got separate. So now gen Genesis 25, right? It starts to talk about Coutura, his wife. And in verse two, and she bare him Zimron and Jockan and Medan and Midian and so on and so forth. Guess who else he had?
He also had Ishmael. However, all of those, while those are sons of the flesh, sons of carnality, they're not counted for the seed. Please read >> Genesis 22 and2. And he said, "Take now thy son, thine only son Isaac, whom?" >> Wait, but Couttor HAD HOW MANY SONS FROM HIM? >> EIGHT. H. So now, no, not she just had those. You understand? The other Sarah had one. The the the old girl had another one total. >> But the but the only son he had.
Genesis 22:2. And he said, "Take now thy son, thine only son Isaac, whom thou lovest, and get thee out of the land of Mariah." >> So now Isaac is counted as his only son. >> Correct. >> So meaning the son of the promise. meaning the children that come of Isaac now right now inside here that's the next level of criteria so now to be of Israel >> you need Abraham and Isaac because if you're outside of that guess what you're a child of the flesh hold on just like been going for a long time >> I have to clarify >> you did you it's pretty clear okay you're saying and correct me if I'm wrong you're saying that in order to be of the seed of Abraham the true seed of Abraham you have to be born through Isaac.
Is that correct? >> Not okay. Not just Isaac, Isaac, and Jacob. You need all three. They're like trinities. >> I'm with you. [laughter] I like that. I like that. So Abraham, so physical descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. That's the true seed of Abraham, right? >> This is This is the only one to receive. This is who the promise is for. No, no, we're talking about the promise. >> I got you. I got you. So So watch this.
You remember earlier you said this is gonna get bad? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So notice in context. Hey reader, can you read verses four and five >> of Romans 9? >> I'm about I'm about to show you the context. >> Chapter nine. >> Cuz watch this. WHEN WE GO TO THE CONTEXT, he's going TO DIE. >> WHO ARE Israelites to whom pertainth the adoption >> and the glory and the covenants and the giving of the law and the service of God and the promises?
WHOSE ARE THE FATHERS? AND OF WHOM AS CONCERNING THE FLESH CHRIST came who is over all God blessed forever. Amen. >> Thank you so much sir. So now so watch this. So in context so in context and now look my brother you built. So I'm building my point now. Okay. So I'm just asking you this really quick if you can give a quick answer so I can continue to build. So in context it's talking about physical Israel who received the adoption, the the promises, the covenants, the law, the Messiah.
It's talking about physical Israel. Correct. >> According to the flesh. >> According to the flesh. Awesome. And so in context, it's talking about physical Israel according to the flesh. But what does verse SIX SAY? >> ROMANS 9:6. NOT AS THOUGH THE WORD OF GOD HATH TAKEN NONE EFFECT. FOR THEY are not all Israel which are of Israel. >> So according to this, it's specifically talking about Israel, not all those other children and Ishmael and all that. is talking about Israel.
And it just said that not all who are of Israel, the physical seed are Israel. >> So then what happens in verse seven? >> Neither because they are the seed of Abraham. >> Hey brother, hold on. I need you to pay attention, brother. >> I hear everything you say. >> Okay. >> No, brother. Brother, I >> I hear everything you say. >> I really need you to get this. >> I hear everything you say. >> I'm trying to minister to you. >> Listen. >> Lift your hands.
I see something. I threw this professionally. I'm trying to tell you. I hear everything you say. Continue on something. You understand? >> Verse seven. >> Neither because THEY ARE THE SEED OF Abraham are they all children. >> Okay. So according to what you said earlier and we all clocked this uh the qualification to be a seed of Abraham is to be brother. >> No you're not bro. >> Okay. Can you just for this at least se >> I hear everything you're saying.
Just continue on. >> All right. So to be absolutely what so to be the children of of Israel or the seed of Abraham, excuse me, the qualification you gave step one was to be born of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. That's what qualifies you to be a seed of Abraham. Correct? >> For sure. >> Okay. Hey, give me Galatians 3. HUH? >> GALATIANS CHAPTER. >> What we're about to do, look before you read, I'm going to give you guys why they reacted this way.
Because it's a cut. IT GOT BAD FOR THEM. He gave us a qualification of what it means to be a seed of Abraham. WHAT DOES THE BIBLE SAY? >> VERSE SEVEN. KNOW YE THEREFORE THAT THEY WHICH ARE OF FAITH, THE SAME ARE THE CHILDREN OF ABRAHAM. >> WHOA. THE ONES WHO ARE OF FAITH ARE CHILDREN OF ABRAHAM. >> YEAH. >> So it has nothing about being physically born of Abraham or Isaac or Jacob. But the ONE WHO HAS FAITH IS THE SEED OF ABRAHAM.
KEEP READING. [cheering] GALATIANS 3:29 AND >> KEEP READING. >> IF YE BE CHRIST, [cheering] IF YE BE CHRIST, THEN ABRAHAM. >> THEY DON'T HEAR [screaming] THAT. THEY DON'T HEAR THAT. WHAT DID IT SAY? >> GALATIANS 3:29. AND IF YE BE CHRIST, THEN ARE YE ABRAHAM. >> SO ALL I GOT TO DO IS BE IN CHRIST JESUS, AND I'M OF THE SEED OF ABRAHAM. STOP PLAYING. >> [cheering] >> AND >> STOP PLAYING >> ACCORDING TO THE PROMISE. >> STOP PLAYING.
[cheering] >> ALL RIGHT. YEAH. You you you done, right? >> Just make sure. Watch when he picked the mic back up. >> Quick quick yes or no. Quick yes or no. The the quick yes or no. The same writer of Galatians is the same writer of Romans. Right. >> Say that again. >> Yes. >> Thank you. What I wouldn't read is Romans 9:8 when it said first of all in Romans 9:6 when it says not as though the word of God had taken an effect for they are not of Israel.
Excuse me. They are not all Israel which are of Israel. A good example of that is King Herod. Was he an Israelite? >> Uh I believe so. >> No, he was not. [laughter] >> HE SAID KING HEROD. >> HE SAID HE SAID HE WAS NOT. >> HE SAID WAS HE KING OVER THE JEWS? >> I GOT CONFUSED. WAS HE KING OVER THE JEWS? >> I GOT I got confused. So even though he was in Israel, he wasn't Israel. He was an Edomite. SO THAT'S NOW WHY IS THAT IMPORTANT?
HEY, WE LET YOU COOK. THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE TOPIC. >> WE LET YOU COOK. WE'RE NOT TALKING ABOUT THE LOCATION. >> WE LET YOU COOK YOUR SWINE. >> Nobody interrupted. >> I'M TRYING TO FEED YOU THE PORK. >> NO, I JUST WANT TO FINISH without interrupting you, too. No. No. I said quick yes or no. You said yes. You don't have no problem. So I'm going to finish now. So if everybody want to understand what it mean to be of Israel, it's just that simple.
Because King Herod was not an Israelite. Now when you read verse first of all about King Herod in the New Testament, I just want the audience King Herod in the Edomite. So everybody's on clarification for my for my I'm going to let you go. It's just clarification so I can understand you. >> So you're saying that King Herod >> We was chilling with you talking. >> Yeah. You're saying he just hold it till I wasn't asking you anything. >> I don't need you to get clarity. >> You pick that mic up.
I JUST WANT TO FINISH. Don't take away from my point. Let me CLARIFY JUST AND I PROMISE I'M GOING TO BE QUIET. So when you're saying that King Herod was in Israel but he's not an Israelite. So you're talking about the location. >> Yes. For example, Cornelius was of the Italian band. Does not mean he was Italian. He was just in the Italian army. I just want to finish. So now this is why that's important. In Romans 9 and4 it says who are Israelites to whom pertain?
That word means own. That's what it means. So nobody owned these things except the Israelites. That's why I don't know why you read this. And it says who pertain the adoption. That means Israel owns the adoption, not another nation. That mean Israel owns the glory, not another nation. Israel owns the covenants. Israel own the giving of the law, the services of God, AND THE PROMISES whose are the fathers and whom concerning the flesh Christ came.
So he didn't come for the flesh of Moabites, Hammites. He came for the flesh of Israel. Now I'm gonna I didn't interrupt you, >> but you just you just misqualified. It says, it says, "Whose are the fathers and of whom concerning the flesh Christ came?" I just want to finish. Nobody interrupted you. >> You butchered every scripture you broke down and nobody interrupted you. >> I had a reader. >> But you can't sit still. >> I had a reader. >> But you can't sit still. >> The verse. >> You can't sit still.
Can I finish? >> Stop. >> I'm not butchering. You butchered everything to me, but I didn't interject. You objectively. >> WHY CAN'T YOU JUST BE QUIET THOUGH? GET a moment ago. HE SAID, "HEY, BROTHER, CAN I GET A MINUTE TO BUILD?" SO, HERE'S WHAT YOU DO. >> DROP THE MIC AGAIN AND LET HIM DROP THE MIC. >> HE READ HE WAS ROMANS 9 and6. Romans 9 and 7 when it says, "Neither because they ought to see Abraham are they all children, but in Isaac shall they see be called." They didn't read verse eight.
Verse 8 says, "That is they which are the children of the flesh. These are not the children of God, but the children of the promise are counted for the seed. So in ro in two verses in VERSE BEING INTERRUPTED. DO I WHY DO I GOT TO GET INTERRUPTED? KEEP GOING. KEEP GOING. PAUL JUST SAID in verse four, >> AMEN. IT'S FOUR VERS. PAUL JUST said in verse four that the promises pertain only to Israel. >> There ain't a verse in the Bible that said the promises belong to anyone else.
AND SO WHEN YOU RAN TO GALATIANS and made it about faith, it is about faith of the Israelites. So when I go down in Galatians 3, which is so beautiful, man, Paul says, "There is neither Jew nor Greek, neither bond nor free. There is neither male nor female, for ye are all ONE IN CHRIST JESUS." >> THAT'S RIGHT. >> WHEN I KEEP GOING, >> THANK YOU, CAP. THAT'S GOOD. >> WHEN I KEEP GOING, when I keep going, and if ye be Christ, then ye are Abraham's seed and hes according to THE PROMISE.
SO MY QUESTION SO MY QUESTION, my question, GOOD MY >> HEY, DROP THE MIC. MY QUESTION, WHO DID Paul said the promises belong to? >> All right, so now watch this. My goodness. So he said, well, I'm I'm about to answer you, man. First f first of all, uh, Pastor Cap, >> watch him run. >> Thank you so much for preaching the gospel. Distraction helped us a lot. Preaching the gospel distraction and the answer. Sure. >> Can we get an answer?
Answer the question, brother. We got you. >> Answer the question, brother. >> I'm I'm about to. So according to Romans 9:5, he says that the promises were given to Israel. And then hold on, hold on. >> Potain means >> hold on. But watch what I I I do not see. This is why I say guys, actively pray for this, brother. I'm in all seriousness, pray for him. I don't want the question without this is the rumor. This is a distraction. >> No.
Oh, you can say it's distraction all you want. I'm trying to tell you how you are preaching the gospel. >> The promises you just to Israel. Show me they belong to somebody else. Show us where you answer the question. >> I'm trying TO ANSWER YOU BROTHERS. NOW YOU'RE FIDGETY. >> All right. So the promises were given to uh Israel according to the flesh. In Romans 9:5, it emphasized according to the flesh. BUT THEN YOU READ VERSE 8 THAT SAYS THAT NOT ALL WHO ARE BORN OF THE FLESH ARE OF THE SEED. >> So then when YOU COME SAY THAT. >> YEAH.
HEY, GIVE ME VERSE EIGHT. I PROMISE I >> THAT IS THEY WHICH ARE THE CHILDREN of the flesh, THESE ARE NOT the children of God, BUT THE CHILDREN OF THE PROMISE ARE COUNTED for the seed. >> Thank you. SO THE CHILDREN OF THE PROMISE ARE COUNTED FOR THE SEED. NOW WATCH THIS. >> That was dumb as hell. Let me show Well, you you can say that the reason why this is bad for you and not me is because you're what you guys been arguing is that physical Israel according to the flesh is the only one that God is saving and loves and cares about.
When the Bible just said that it's not the CHILDREN OF THE FLESH THAT ARE THE SEED OF THE PROMISE, BUT THOSE of faith. So then when we take you to Galatians 3 verse 28, it told us who the seed of Abraham were. those who are in Christ. It doesn't matter if you're physically born of Abraham or not. If you have faith IN CHRIST, YOU ARE of the seed of Abraham. >> That the problem that you have with that when you read a when you ran, first of all, you didn't show that anybody else had the promise. >> Saying that having faith in Christ gives you access to the promise.
That's not answering the question because in verse seven it says, "Neither because they are the seed of Abraham are they all children." How does I explain that to you? This ain't even talking about a Hamite nation or a Moabitete nation. What Paul is doing is eliminating all the other sons that came from Abraham. That's why he says, "Neither because they are the seed of Abraham are they all children, but in Isaac shall thy seed be called." And then when he reads the next verse when he said, "The children of the promise are counted for the seed." YOU KNOW WHAT HE DOES?
HE SAYS, "AND NOT ONLY THIS, BUT WHEN Rebecca had two sons and THEY STRUGGLED IN HER WOMB, the one that was born for the promise was Jacob. The one that wasn't born from the promise was Esau." So it kept being about Israelites. So Romans 9:4 when it says who are Israelites to whom pertaining >> was Israelite? >> Jacob is the first Israelite. >> Jacob is where everybody his name was changed to Israel. So again when it says Israel. >> Israel.
When it says to whom, excuse me, who are Israelites to whom pertaining to adoption, you ain't going to see nothing where another nation by name gets adopted. That's what he trying to do. There's not another nation that gets adopted. >> I'm going to say this and I'm going to let my brothers respond here and get in this. Brother, you just destroyed your entire point that you made in the first place. Remember your entire point was this has nothing to do with like the sea, but it's talking about the location of Israel.
But now what you're talking about, please allow me to please. You're lying. Please. Okay. You're lying. >> So now I'm lying. So did this brother not just this brother? You're delusional. >> I said that verse in verse six when it says they are not all Israel which are of Israel and I explain what the verse meant you don't me. I don't like being lied on. >> Please now you're agitated. >> I'm not agitated. I'm just saying you're unfortunate Captain Tazar.
I'm sorry. Pastor Tazario. Unfortunately we all have good like listening skills. That's right. >> So we heard what you said. You brought up the point in Romans 9 6 to8 that is talking about location and you gave the example that King Herod who was an Edomite was ruler over Israel and so he wasn't an Israelite even though he was in Israel and I asked you just for clarification because I knew you would do this. I asked you just for clarification are you talking about Israel the location?
He said yeah of course. >> SO NOW HE DIDN'T SAY THAT THOUGH. I'M SO FREAKING LOST in this context and everything. So now look what we broke down. What we wrote down, I'm gonna pass it over. What we broke down is that in Romans nine, it has nothing to do back. No, cuz No, cuz you guys piggy back. >> What he's saying is he going to stop talking. >> Yeah. Yeah. So what I'm saying is is that in Romans nine we broke down how it has nothing to do with the location of Israel but it's talking about children of the flesh and how Israel thinks that because by the flesh they receive the promises receive the covenants receive even the Messiah from the flesh they are not children of the promise because they don't have faith in the Messiah that therefore they are canceled from being born of Abraham born of the promise.
You have to be in Christ to be a seed of Abraham as Galatians says. So, the reason why this isn't tracking for you, right, is because you were so quick to rather just answer me because you you thought you had something in reading Romans 9, you didn't even let us finish our position. Then you'd understand that this is our point of disagreement at large inside Romans 9. You think that according to the flesh means of Israel, but what it's talking about is those sons that I read earlier.
You can't include them. You battle Muslims all the time that claim that they're the sons of Ishmael and THEY BELIEVE THAT THEY GOT THE PROMISE. AND IT'S A LIE THAT THEY GOT THE PROMISE. YOU CAN'T VALIDATE THAT OFF the Quran because the Bible's THE AUTHORITY. AND WITH THE BIBLE being the authority, THE SEED OF THE PROMISE IS ISAAC. BUT YOU KNOW WHAT YOU CAN'T DO? GIVE IT TO A CHILD OF THE FLESH THAT IS ISHMAEL. BECAUSE THEN THEY'LL RUN AND CREATE ISLAM. >> THAT'S RIGHT. >> THAT'S WHAT IT'S TALKING ABOUT.
SO NOW YOU HAVE TO NOT ONLY BE OF ABRAHAM, of Isaac, of Jacob to be an Israelite, but then you got to have the FAITH IN CHRIST. IT'S ALMOST LIKE IF I WANT A JOB, RIGHT, AND THE QUALIFICATION IS I NEED A COLLEGE DEGREE. THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS. I HAVE TO HAVE MY DEGREE AND GO TO THE INTERVIEW. IF I didn't graduate from college, I'M NOT EVEN ALLOWED THROUGH THE DOOR TO SEE IF I EVEN GET many are called few are chosen. SO NOW THIS IS OUR COLLEGE degree being of the seed of Abraham.
THAT'S THE FIRST THING THAT GETS YOU IN THROUGH THE DOOR. HERE'S THE SECOND THING. THEN FOLLOWING CHRIST BECAUSE EVERY ISRAELITE DIDN'T FOLLOW CHRIST. THAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TWO. SO WHAT YOU'RE TRYING TO SAY IS A LIE ACCORDING TO ROMANS 9. SO SO FAR FROM ROMANS 9 AND 3, FOUR, FIVE, 6, 7, AND 8 is still about the flesh. Get your hat. >> I told you. >> Look, HE WANTED TO TAKE THE MIC BACK. HE JUST GAVE IT TO THEM. >> YEAH, AND THEY GAVE IT TO ME.
SO, >> I bet they did. >> Yeah, they did because they know what I'm doing to you right now. >> LISTEN, THEY THEY ALREADY CHANGED PRESENTERS. YOU WEREN'T EVEN SUPPOSED TO BE THERE. >> THIS IS CRAZY. >> BROTHER, CAN I CAN I can I answer you? >> Can I Can I answer? >> They scared you to answer. >> They They scared you to answer. That's what's going on. Is that what it is? That's what's happening. That's why they got to keep the theatric's got to come out. >> So it it boggles my mind, ladies and gentlemen, >> that they go to Romans 9 where it verbatim reader. >> Children of the flesh. >> Romans 9 what? >> Romans 9:8. >> Romans 9:8.
THAT IS THEY WHICH ARE THE CHILDREN OF THE FLESH. >> WHAT? WHAT ABOUT >> THESE ARE NOT the children of God, but the children of the promise are counted for the seed. >> And then in Galatians 3 it says, who are the promise? Who are the seed of Abraham? >> Galatians chapter 3 verse 29. AND IF YE BE CHRIST, then are ye Abraham's seed and hes according to the promise. Does it isn't talking about anything about Ishraelites or >> Now, now see, this is my thing.
I don't mind Islam catching strays. [laughter] That that's why I sat there like this cuz he was speaking my language, YOU KNOW. I ALMOST CONVERTED, YOU KNOW. YEAH, he had me. But but here's the thing. You're going to verses. They're going to verses that verbatim talks about it's not about the flesh, >> but it's about the faith. >> And so you can be a physical seed of Abraham and not the seed of Abraham. >> THAT'S WHAT IT JUST SAID. >> So when SO WHEN THESE GUYS ARE COMING IN AND MIKE TURNED TO THE SIDE AND EVERYTHING, BRO, you you're helping me.
Yeah. This is embarrassing. According to the Bible, this is and this is why Elijah asked this. How do you then differentiate in the context when it talks about how when you're not children who are of the flesh are not the children of Abraham, but those who are of faith. So now it just made a distinction about when it's talking about of the flesh of who you're born from. It has nothing to do with being born of Ishmael, being born of Isaac, being born of Coutur.
It doesn't what don't matter. It's talking about where your faith reli or lies in. So when Galatians 3 says neither Jew nor I loved how pastor Cap put it neither Jew nor Greek slave or free >> right but all ARE ONE IN CHRIST JESUS FOR ALL WHO ARE IN CHRIST THEY ARE THE SEED OF ABRAHAM HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH ISRAEL. >> I got you. >> So in that particular verse how do you differentiate that? Okay that's specifically only those physically born of Israel.
So now I I hope you don't do what you did earlier, right? Because the answer to everything that you're saying is literally inside Romans 9. You wanted to jump to the beginning. And he and just so you know, you just literally answered what I told you a moment ago. I said our point of contention is going to be through verses 6 through 8. You believe that this is talking about Israel. I'm explaining to you that this is talking about those sons Abraham had that aren't qualified.
That's why you were paying attention. That's absolutely what it's talking about. Now, the initial question that he asked was, "HOW DO YOU KNOW THE CONTEXT?" When I went to show you the context, you ran from it. Because when I said, "Who's OC?" It's Hosea. We have to go to Hosea. When I wanted to read HOSEA TO FIND OUT WHO HOSEA is prophesying about, you wanted to go into THE BEGINNING OF THE CHAPTER. SO IF WHAT YOU'RE SAYING IS TRUE AND now 6, seven, and 8 is opening the door for these Gentiles that are other nations by the time we get to verse 24, then when we read in Hosea, we should read about these other nations, shouldn't we?
So why don't we go to Hosea and find out the context of who those Gentiles are? [clears throat] >> Real simple. So let's just go to Hosea the first chapter and we'll start at the ninth verse. This is real easy. So now we going to Hosea chapter 1 and verse 9. And it sounds very familiar to what Paul was quoting. It says, "Then God call his people, excuse me, then said God call his name low am I, for ye are not my people." Y'all just want that to be someone else.
And I will not be your God. Yet the number of the children of Israel. THIS IS WHY THE ADOPTION APPLIES TO FLESHLY Israel because there was a time where ISRAEL WAS CAST OFF. DIDN'T PAUL SAID, "HATH GOD CAST AWAY HIS PEOPLE? GOD FORBID?" AND it says, "Yet the number of the children of Israel shall be as the sand of the sea, which cannot be measured nor numbered. And it shall come to pass that in the place where it was said UNTO THEM, WHO'S THE THEM?
ISRAEL, YE ARE NOT MY PEOPLE. THERE IT SHALL BE SAID unto them, "Ye are the sons of the living God." AND THIS IS HOW YOU KNOW THAT 6,78 IS LETTING YOU KNOW THIS is the Israelites that are the children of God. Now the last verse, then shall the children of Judah and the children of Israel be gathered together. Why is it separating them? For the same reason that when the moderator asked me, I talked about the commonwealth of Israel and who separated from it.
THESE PEOPLE WERE CAST OFF FROM GOD. AND GUESS WHAT? According to the flesh, THIS IS WHO CHRIST DIED FOR SO THEY could be adopted back in. So, you know what? You lied on Paul because Paul quoted a verse that was talking about bringing his people back. Here, here's a pretty big problem. New Testament authors are filled with the spirit and they do something that's called typology. So, for example, Matthew I know I calm down.
Calm down. So, Matthew, for example, cites a verse about out of Egypt I called my son. That's about Israel, but it's applied to Jesus. So, they want to take all this context, Hosea, and say, "Well, that's all he's talking about." But Avery just went over how the children of Abraham are of THE PROMISE. PEOPLE HAVE FAITH. THEY IGNORE ALL THAT AND THEY WANT TO RUN TO THE BACK AND PRETEND LIKE, "OH, NO, NO, IT'S ALL ABOUT WHAT HOSEA SAYS." >> It's because that's who. >> It's because that's why.
So they're ignoring the points that Avery made BECAUSE THEY CAN'T DEAL WITH IT. SO THEY GOT TO BRING ALL THIS CONTEXT IN. Ignore what Paul is actually saying in full context because they know it cooks them. >> So real real quick question just he just went >> I know it's capitalizing. >> Just real quick question. >> Um remember we talked about uh Psalm 27 earlier about uh about David, >> right? In context, Psalm 27 is about David, correct?
Yeah. Um but the fulfillment of that is in Jesus. Is that correct? >> Started with David. >> Started with David, but the fulfillment is in Jesus. So the verse can have an immediate context and have a fulfillment with another. >> That's right. >> Is that correct? >> Right. So the point here is is that when you bring up Hosea in the immediate context is the scattered Israelites. doesn't mean that it's only about the scattered Israelites, but this is also fulfilled in Gentiles Gentiles.
So, can I >> which is why which is why Paul applies it to non-Israelites when he makes a separation from those born flesh. They're not the children but those of the faith. They're of the seed of Abraham. >> So, so what y'all what this is called is replacement theology. >> Oh my. >> That's what Christians teach inclusive. The the Christians teach the Christians teach that now Hosea, you would have to show me where his prophecy would be fulfilled with another race.
Even if I go with the logic that you did with David and Christ, they both Israelites, right? >> Yeah. >> The seed didn't change, did it? >> No. [laughter] >> How does How does that touch the point of >> Because the seed didn't change with Hosea either. >> Based on what? >> Let me finish. Let me finish. Let me cook >> the seed in Hosea. And this is why it's important when you read Romans 9, he wanted to read the next verse in Romans 9.
In Romans 9 and 27, Paul says, "Is also crith concerning Israel." Oh my God. >> So now he quoted Hosea who's talking about Israel. And then now he quotes Isaiah who says, "Also crith concerning Israel. Though the number of the children of Israel be as the sand of the sea, a remnant shall be saved. So now Isaiah is saying the same thing about Hosea, excuse me, that Hosea is saying which is about Israel. But logic wants you to believe in typology where it could be a fake Israel. >> Wait, so so the verse starts >> fake Israelites. believe that >> the verse starts right [laughter] with all of THIS BEING ABOUT ISRAEL AND THE PEOPLE WE GET IN EVERY SINGLE quote even when we go back has nothing to do with anybody else being brought in adopted prophesied but it has to do with Israel being redeemed when they go off >> and listen and this is heavy because they act like the physical seed don't matter I'm going to read two scriptures >> nobody said that >> yes you do >> nobody said that once you bring in >> nonIsraelites you're saying The seed doesn't matter. >> But here's what you think you're doing.
IT DOESN'T MATTER. HERE'S what you think. I just want to speak. Here's what you think you're doing. You're saying it's the seed of Israel and everybody else. But we don't read that it's the seed of Israel and everybody else. And this is what Paul said. And as Isaiah said before, >> same chapter, >> same chapter. Verse 29. Still in Romans 9. And as Isaiah say before, except the Lord of the Sabbath had lest us as a seed, we had been as Sodom and be made like unto Gomorrah, there is not a single living sodomite existing because God well not not in the flesh.
Meaning not in the flesh meaning [laughter] it means to be deceed, >> right? It means to be NO PHYSICAL SEED OR DESCENDING. >> THERE'S NO PHYSICAL deceit or spiritually you could be. >> Yeah. Spiritually you could be a sodomite. Just ask the Christian church. They know all about that. And no, now if Christ if Paul is in Isaiah is saying that you got to be the seed, let me see what Jeremiah said, >> bro. How how long y'all gonna go, man? >> This the last set.
I only first of all, I only read three scriptures. >> But y'all been like talking for a long time. >> You talking in the talk. This is killing that there's no such thing as a spiritual Israel. >> That's what it's destroying. >> I haven't I haven't seen that yet. >> I know cuz you're not listening because you wanted to speak. So I haven't heard one. Everything that Paul said in Romans the 9th chapter is about being a physical Israelite and recovering the physical Israelites.
Jeremiah 31 and31 starts off saying, "I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and the house of Judah." There ain't going to be no verse in the Bible that he makes a new covenant with any other nation. >> And in verse 36 in that same chapter, it says, and I'll read it. Oh, I'm going start at 35. Thus sayeth the Lord, which giveth the sun for a light by day, and the ordinance of the moon, and of the stars for a light by night, which divideth the sea, when the waves thereof roar, the Lord of hosts is his name.
If those ordinances depart from before me, sayeth the Lord, then the seed of Israel also shall cease from being a nation before me forever. So, ain't no topology, ain't no replacement theology. Paul said, "If you're not the children of the promise, you are not the children of God." And Paul said, and we read that that promise only went to the children of Israel. So my question, show me where the promise went to any other nation. >> All right.
So I'm get one verse because you said that these it destroys spiritual Israel. Spiritual children. Hey reader, give me Romans 2. >> Y'all went all that long just for nothing. >> Romans chapter 2. Give me verse 28 and 29. >> What? Which verse? >> 28 and 29. >> All right. >> FOR HE IS NOT A Jew which is one outwardly. Neither is that circumcision which is outward IN THE FLESH. >> WHAT? >> OUTWARD IN THE FLESH. >> BUT I THOUGHT CIRCUMCISION IS PHYSICAL.
I thought being a Jew is is a is physical seed. Right. But he just said that you're not a Jew outwardly nor a circumcision of the flesh. But keep going. But he is a Jew which is one inwardly. >> Oh, >> I could have sworn that he destroyed this argument that it's the flesh that matters. But we just got another verse that destroys this ideology that it's the flesh that matters. It just said that a Jew is one inwardly, not outwardly.
IT'S YOUR SPIRITUAL POSITION, NOT YOUR FLESHLY POSITION. You're done. BORN OF GOD, NOT OF MEN. >> AND CIRCUMCISION IS THAT OF the heart IN THE SPIRIT. >> WHAT? WAIT. >> IN THE SPIRIT. >> CIRCUMCISION IS THAT OF the heart in the spirit, >> not the flesh, >> man. Man, I must be hearing things. Go ahead, Elijah. >> Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Let him go. Let him go. Let Elijah come. >> What? One second. Cuz >> So, this isn't a back and forth.
Well, y'all basically he's been going back and forth to to further go to further go on this point because this is exactly what we see in the Old Testament. >> This is exact. He literally answered the question. This is literally exactly you said never do we see something of spiritual Israel. That was that was literally the thing that you said. MY QUESTION WAS my question was just my question was show me in the Bible where the promise was given TO ANOTHER NATION. >> THAT WAS MY QUESTION.
I SAID DON'T SAY OKAY CUZ YOU SAID IT WAS SPIRITUAL ISRAEL. HE RAN INTO A VERSE ABOUT CIRCUMCISION WHEN EVEN THE CIRCUMCISION OF THE HEART IS IN THE OLD TESTAMENT. >> SO THAT AIN'T NEW AND IT WAS ONLY ANSWER MY QUESTION. NONE OF THIS IS NEW. ARE YOU ANSWER ONE OTHER THING ALSO? HOLD ON, ISAIAH. I don't listen to Isaiah. I don't have a problem with you going, Elijah. I'm sorry. >> Yeah, let me go. >> He misrepresented me.
He did not. >> I'm going to explain why. Because earlier, right earlier. Y got to let him go. >> Moderator. Can I just clarify how he misrepresented me? >> Go ahead and clarify real quick. One second. >> Thank you, moderator. It's because if anybody paid attention earlier when I had turned around and said that there's a prerequisite, I said the first prerequisite is the flesh. The second one is then the faith which incorporates >> We destroyed the first prerequisite. >> I brought up both. >> WE DESTROYED THE FIRST RESPONSE.
HE WANTED TO SAY MY ARGUMENT WAS SOLELY BASED ON FLESH. YOU CAN LIE to them. You can't lie to me. >> WE DESTROYED YOUR FIRST PREREQUISITE. >> WE DESTROYED YOUR FIRSTATION. >> So I I only got a couple minutes. So I'm going to ask quick questions and just let me build. >> No, we got to we got to leave this unit.
