Marriott is Hiring Remote plus No Phone No Experience Work From Home Jobs 2026 transcript

Today, I have two open remote roles at Marriott. One of them, no talking on the phone, so background noise is okay. And then I have two more work-from-home jobs, one entry-level position with no experience required, that is also open to US and international candidates, and one that offers day and night shifts. Hey everyone, it's Suzanne, and today's first work-from-home company is Cerona Medical. I did share this company with my night jobs video from a couple of days ago, but I wanted to show it again because this is a great opportunity.

They are one of the top places to work, and they are also open in 20 states and four countries. And one of the great things about this company is they have day, night, overnight, and weekend shifts available, and so you can see here they have all of them here that they are taking applications for. Let's go ahead and take a look at this second shift, which is going to be more of an evening shift. And in this particular role as an application support specialist, you're primarily going to be delivering assistance to their users, which are doctors, and your primary focus is going to be on addressing and resolving their questions.

Now, this particular job is an hourly role working within the United States, and the preferred shift is between 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Sometimes you might have to work an overnight or a weekend shift, but if you're hourly, you're going to get paid for any hours of overtime that you work. Now, I'm just going to walk through a couple of the key responsibilities. You're going to be responding to client issues and maintain active monitoring of the client sites.

You're going to be documenting any kind of incidents within the ticketing system, ensuring accuracy. You're going to also escalate any unresolved issues. You're also going to collaborate with some of the teams, like engineering and product development, so you can address and resolve any software-related issues. Now, what they're looking for in this role is some experience within a call center or customer care environment.

If you have radiology or PACS administration experience, go ahead and make sure you get that on your resume. Some experience working directly with clinician onboarding and clinical applications. Some background in healthcare is preferred. Basic familiarity with DICOM, HL7, and MWL standards. And then minimum of 3 years experience in a level one or higher troubleshooting call center role. Now, they are paying between $30 and $36 per hour plus equity and benefits.

And they're also going to provide either an Apple MacBook or an Apple computer so that you can go ahead and do your job. And then the second remote position is with Process Street. Process Street is a very remote-friendly position. Right here on their website, they say, "We work from wherever we want, anywhere that there's reliable internet." So, they are a startup from San Francisco, but they have a global footprint, people working from all over different time zones.

So, you have to be able to work within those specific standard time zone hours. Now, they are hiring here fully remote, open to candidates based outside of the US. So, they're looking for people who are either outside of the US or you can also be within the United States. Now, if you're outside of the US, you're going to work US business hours, primarily the Pacific Standard Time Zone, with the flexibility to support customers across Pacific, Mountain, and Central Time Zone.

Now, this is an early career customer success role, which means that this is an entry-level position. They say right here, "You don't need to have experience as a customer service representative before, but you do genuinely need to love working with people, solving problems, and a real curiosity about how people and companies operate." So, no experience needed in this role and main responsibilities, you're going to build trusted relationships with customers.

You're going to take those customers, you're going to help them plan and guide them through the implementation, onboarding, and training. You're going to support them by answering any questions that they have as well as highlighting features. You're also going to work closely with other departments so that you can help the process improve. And you're going to do all that through Dash, their browser, and a Slack native AI coworker alongside their Process Street workflows.

Now, what they're looking from you, you're someone who loves customer service and bringing a great customer experience. You come from a startup or an entrepreneurial or build-it-yourself environment. You're someone basically who's very resourceful and can learn very quickly. You're a self-starter. You think strategically and creatively. You love building relationships. You enjoy experimenting with AI and new tools, and you love to learn and help others learn, and you're an excellent written and verbal communicator.

So, we said up above, you don't have to have any experience, but if you just have these core capabilities, you are someone they definitely want to talk to. So, their benefits, unlimited PTO policy. Most take 3 to 4 weeks a year plus their major holidays and a company-wide week off in December. They're going to have social time, regular coffee chats, games, storytelling. Most likely those are going to be online or virtually.

Generous health insurance for US employees and their family and equity for all full-time roles. And I just want to point this out, very important. Confidence can sometimes hold us back from applying for a job, but we'll let you in on a secret, there's no such thing as a perfect candidate. Process Street is a place where everyone can grow. So, very open to just about anybody applying if it's something you're truly interested in. All right, and the last highlighted company today is Marriott. I have two positions to show you today that are currently open. They are both remote positions. This is a reservations clerk. It is full-time. They are paying $25 per hour. And in this role, you're going to be processing all reservation requests, any changes and cancellations.

Those will be received either by phone, fax, or mail. You're going to identify guest reservation needs and determine appropriate room type. You're going to verify availability of those rooms and the rates and explain the guarantee, the special rate, and cancellation policies to those callers. You're going to accommodate and document any special requests and answer questions about property facilities or services and room accommodations.

You're going to follow their sales techniques to maximize revenue, and you're also going to be inputting and accessing data into the reservation system. Now, preferred qualifications here, very little if any experience needed, high school diploma or GED, no related work experience, and you also don't need any supervisory experience because this is not a supervisory role. Now, the second role that's open right now is a data entry clerk.

You're going to be entering and locating work-related information using the computers and the point of sale systems. You're going to be transmitting information or documents using a computer, read and visually verify information in a variety of formats. You're going to enter and retrieve information contained in the computer databases using a keyboard, mouse, or trackball to update those records, files, reservations, and answer inquiries from guests.

Now, this is primarily going to be a no phone position, so background noise will be okay as long as you're not having to take phone calls, which typically these data entry positions really aren't requiring you to take inbound calls. And the pay for this position is between 1850 and $25 per hour. It is a full-time remote position. They are also going to offer you 401k plan, stock purchase plan, discounts at Marriott properties, medical, dental, and vision insurance.
