Listen up [ __ ] This is the most saucy, most up-to-date AIO FM course on the whole of YouTube right now. And it is June 2026 as of filming. The last course I gave for you guys for free on YouTube was over 3 months ago now. So the whole landscape of AI OFM has shifted, right? The marketing, the content creation, the bandwid platter to you today because if it wasn't going to be me, who else would it be? Everyone likes to talk in theoreticals.

Everyone likes to yap and waffle. No one actually likes breaking it down step by step and showing you how to make money with AI OFM, which is the most important thing. We do this to make money, not for fun, right? So, without further ado, if you can watch the entirety of this video, if your brain rotted mind can last 45 minutes to an hour, you are going to walk away with this with a model, knowing how to generate content in terms of images and videos, how to market, how to chat even, and how to automate your workflow.

So without further ado, let's get into it. So without further ado, the course goal and outcome, right? So the objective is to learn how to create consistent AI images using Nano Banana Pro, Seream and a metadata remover. Generate content for your socials as such. Produce highquality videos with seed dance and cling. Drive traffic using short form platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Snapchat, and Telegram.

Those are all the platforms I'm going to be covering. Convert traffic using landing pages. Right? Get all my links. Scale with systems not effort. So content batching, delegation, hiring, automations, automation with Claude and automations with MCP. So I'm going to be covering content automation with Claude and how to run your Found View internally completely automated with the new Found MCP. Right. So the end result will be a fully built out AI model with 30 days plus of content ready to go off the bat.

A fan view that is live with multiple scripts. Now I just want to clarify if you want to see some more of the internal side in terms of running fan view. Go and watch the first course video that is on this YouTube right because I covered it in more detail. This time round I'm not going to risk it. YouTube are heavy right now. So, it's not going to be included in this, right? If you want to go back, go and watch the video, right?

All your socials will be live with a funnel connected to the landing page converting them over to fan view where you'll have a 247 chatting team or yourself chatting with the information I provide you in this video plus scripts. Right? And that is how you are going to make your money. Right? Now, moving on to the tool stack. So, these are going to be the tools you use on a day-to-day basis running your AI model. So first things first, your content image generation tools.

Now first things first, you have Nano Banana Pro. This is for the safer work and the base model creation. You have Cream for refinement, which is essentially taking your Nano Banana Pro images, editing them a little bit, making them a little bit pro provocative. You can change small details like facial angles, put them in bikinis and stuff. Stuff that Nano Banana Pro pretty much blocks. And then you are going to run it through a metadata remover.

Now, I'm going to cover what metadata remover we use. We've tried and tested several different metadata removers over the course, right, of the last 12 months. And this is the one that can keep the quality the highest as well as doing the job, right? Removing the metadata and the synth ID. Now, moving on to video generation, right, video tools, cling and cot 2.0. Now, Cance 2.0 has absolutely changed the game, and I'm going to get into that when I get on to video creation and IG reels.

But that is what I mean by the landscape of AIOM changing. The quality of videos you can produce with seed dance is absolutely insane and it is very easy to do. So moving on to the platforms that we're going to be covering. Social medias, IG, Facebook, Tik Tok, Snapchat, and Telegram. Now these are the funnels that I believe are most effective and are going to be the most convenient for repurposing content. Right. Moving on to the infrastructure, your useful tools.

So, Google Drive, and it doesn't need to be a Google Drive. It can be a Dropbox. It can be a physical SSD. It doesn't really [ __ ] matter. And the main reason for using a drive is just to store your content safely and effectively, right? There is no point of having it clattered on your desktop. You're going to find it hard to find specific content that you've made in the past. You're going to accidentally delete stuff.

You're just going to be wasting time on the lowest lowest level ROI [ __ ] Imagine that. You spend hours trying to find an image you generated three weeks ago because you couldn't be [ __ ] bothered to label it. So don't be a slob. If you want to operate like someone running a highlevel AI model or a highlevel AI OFM agency, then you've got to get the basics right. And stuff like just storing your content in terms of labeled into specifics, what sort of content it is, separating them, dates of generations, you are going to thank yourself in the future coming back.

Right? Moving on to myros for planning and SOPs. This whole presentation, this whole course is hosted on Myro. So it's really effective for showing visuals, so images, videos and text and making something that you can show and display to a VA for example to teach them how to do something. So something like content creation. Myra would be really good for making an SOP which is essentially a document that is going to train the VA.

Right? Moving on to notion scripts and captions. Now notion is really good for performing at high level. Right? So what I use notion for, I have my monthly revenue goals for my agency. I have all my spend track in there in terms of generation VAS. I keep it all stored in there. I have my to-do list hosted in there on a daily and weekly time frame. It is just good. It's good to be like to declutter your mind in terms of your workflow running the agency.

Right. Then moving on to Claude. So MCP and content automation. Now, Fan View MCP is essentially it allows you to automate all of the internal stuff on your Fan View in terms of fan tracking, scheduling posts, uh, renewing subscriptions, all stuff like that you can just leave to the MCP, which I'm going to cover at the end of the video, as well as content automation. Now, this is images, videos, creating a persona, scripting it, and this is all hosted through CEOs.

Right now, moving on to the image generation pipeline. So, the purpose is to create IG carousel photos, realbased images. Pretty self-explanatory. The image that gets turned into a video for your reals, profile images, and story content. All pretty similar, right? Now, moving on. Content repurpose. So, like I said earlier in the video and that I'm going to cover in the marketing section, you can essentially repurpose pretty much all of the content across the board with all of these socials.

Now, on different platforms, there's obviously different matters, but pretty much Instagram, you can repurpose the content on Facebook directly, one for one. Tik Tok essentially one for one, right? That you're going to make few tweaks in terms of what you're actually putting out, right? Snapchat pretty much one for one. Telegram is the only one where you're going to really need to be refining it to make it a little bit more appealing.

Change the outfits, right? Because Telegram is essentially to miss out on extra conversions. So, you want it to be a level above Instagram, but I'll get into that when I get into the Telegram funnel. So, the process of creating a 10 out of 10 AI model every single time is the following. So, first things first, you're going to go to Pinterest and find your facial reference images. Now, before you even begin to make your model, you need to create a model with intention.

So, what niche are you going for? What content strategy are you going for? And it all has to align, right? For example, you wanted to go for a natural Latina look because that aligns with the content strategy that you're going to go down. You would go and search up natural Latina. If you wanted a blonde Barbie looking girl, you were going to type up blonde baddy. And it is important to make sure the reference images that you are taking and using are high quality.

So good angles, good lighting. For example, you would not use this with the shadows all over her face. It would absolutely [ __ ] the base image generation for your model. [snorts] But once you have two to three high quality facial reference images, you thought intentionally about the model you're building. And one other thing I want to mention is you have two ends of the spectrum when building a face. Now I don't want to go too psychologically on like facial structure and psychology behind it but one thing you need to you know keep in mind is there's two ends of the spectrum.

On this end you have the feminine look. So the soft look, the submissive look, the sort of girlfriend uh girlfriend next door look, right? And that is a round face, big forehead, big eyes, big lips, a small chin, a very submissive feminine look. And then on the other end of the spectrum, you have a masculine look. So striking eyebrows, sharp sharp jawline, a big nose, sort of that masculine look, right? And nine times out of 10, you're always going to want to build a model with a very feminine look, especially if you're brand new to AFM.

This might be your first model. And there, you know, unless you have a real specific intention behind the strategy of building a more masculine looking model, because you know, people out there can do it. I've seen it been done. If this is your first model or you just want to play it safe in terms of what is going to work the best, if you if you if you don't even understand niching or anything about strategy at this point in the video, your best bet is to build the most feminine, submissive looking model you possibly can.

So, make sure you're thinking about that when you're actually selecting the facial reference images. Don't be choosing these scary, masculine looking girls. Make sure it is like that. And nine times out of 10, that will be a good base regardless the niche you go down if you can get the face right because it is very important. I'm not just waffling here. Genuinely, if you go look at the biggest OF models in the game, Sophie Rain, Julia, Filipo, Camila, and you analyze their face, they will all be on the left end of the spectrum with all the traits I've just said.

So, moving on, right, creating your actual base model in Nano Banana Pro. So, you are going to go to Wavespeed or Hicksfield, your choice, right? And create the base model. So you are going to lock in a face, hair and skin tone and then you are going to start drafting up the initial images of your brand new AI model. So moving forward you are going to save those reference images and create a master face reference image.

Now what I mean by a master face reference images is the image you are going to use every single time when it comes to generating images in the future. Now, it could be one to two primarily, no more than two, but pretty much you need it to be very high quality in terms of lighting, skin details. You want it to be a front photo, good angles, good lighting. It just needs to be a very high quality photo because two things, you either generate a really low quality master face reference and all of your content comes out [ __ ] Make sure you're generating it in the right resolution as well, not in 1K.

And then secondly, a thing that people do a lot of the time is they generate loads of different content using loads of different facial reference images. Like they're just using a different one every day. It's going to mean that she's going to look different in every single [ __ ] image that you generate. So make sure you lock in one really good master facial reference image and you only use that every single time. Possibly two, right?

And you alternate, but that is the rule of thumb. So after that, you will have your first initial model. And like I said, when it comes to generating, make sure you do it with intention because there's two types of people that I see fail. And number one is the guy who generates 20 models trying to chase perfection and takes absolute no action. They don't launch a fan view. They don't launch any marketing. They are just obsessed trying to get this perfect model.

Like, bro, we're trying to build an AI model that's going to make you money, not your [ __ ] future wife or your girlfriend. So, chill the [ __ ] out, right? don't need to be building 20 models trying to find perfection at the [ __ ] start of your journey. Make sure that you, you know, build a model with intention. Not saying to do the first draft, which is I'm about to get into. Don't do the first draft. Refine it a little bit, but don't build 20 models, bro.

Like, what the [ __ ] are you doing? Don't waste your time. And then on the other hand, the other people that fall at the first hurdle are people that have no intention with their model. They generally just make the most basic looking midgirl with no intention, no sort of niche, no content strategy, just the first model that they could come up with and then they run with that and then they wonder why it has no conversion, why people don't find it attractive.

And then the third one being you're too new to AIFM. You go in with this really hyper niche that really has a really small target audience and not many guys like and you just aren't at the level to make content to convert that. So it's like the opposite of all that. you make a model that is so niched and specific that no one actually wants to buy content and [ __ ] sub. And that's another problem I've seen people have.

So, it's kind of those three problems, right? So, make sure you're in the happy median. You generate maybe a couple drafts. You have good intention with it, but it's not too niched and too specific to the point that you've only got like 100 guys out there that would pay for the content, right? But that's how you create your base model. [snorts] Now, moving forward. Now, I'm not trying to shill anything on this. I'm not trying to gateep anything.

I'm literally trying to drop as much source as I can for you guys. But if you want an additional image generation workflow, we do cover it in the school 1.0 revamp. It is essentially a different combination of tools where you don't need a metadata remover. You don't use nano or crad. And it kind of just allows for better consistencies, especially with body. It requires a lot less refinement in comparison to nano banana pro, which is very sensitive.

And you can recreate images in one click. So, if you want access to that, I'm not shilling. Nano Banana Pro for making your base model is completely fine and for image generation for your real base images and whatnot. It's still high quality. We still use it. But if you want an additional workflow, like I've just said, join the 1.0, join the school. The link is in the description. Now, the exact methods to using Nano Banana Pro, Cadream, and the metadata remover in sync is the following.

Now you're going to generate your base images in Nano Banana Pro using your master facial reference image. You are going to take it over to waves on desktop. I repeat on desktop. It's not going to work if it's not. Cream v4.5 edit just to be specific. And then you are going to refine the photo. So you can change stuff like facial features, angles, small little details, and most importantly the outfit. Now obviously YouTube are on everyone's ass.

I'm not going to show you the full capabilities, but you can put it in a bikini, lingerie, just stuff that is a bit more appealing, going to have a bit more impact. Right? Then moving forward, you are going to run it through the metadata remover. Now, the metadata remover we are using is called tubeensors.ai. I'll leave a link in the description, right? You can use any metadata remover, but this is the one that we use and I can vouch for it personally.

It's quite good at keeping the quality of the images as well as doing the job. You simply drag and drop your finished product. Once you take it through nano, refine it in Cream, drop it in here and download it at the highest quality and that is the metadata removing and that is essentially the whole sort of image generation workflow. Now moving on to the video creation system. Now seed dance 2.0 like I said absolute game changer.

I am going to show you how to generate videos with seed dance. what sort of videos you can generate C dance and the specifics, right? So, the purpose is to generate hyperrealistic reels, talking reals, street UGC reels, third person reels. Realistically, guys, you can generate whatever the [ __ ] you want with Cance 2.0. And it isn't even just limited to AIOM and AI models. So many brands and business models are generating content, highquality videos to sell products, right?

Which is we are selling a product here, right? Moving on. So the process, this is how to recreate videos with sea dance, right? So first things first, you've got your reference image here. This is the reference video. So this is a real video from a real creator >> growers because there's always this short per [snorts] >> moving on. Right, we are going to take our reference image, recreate the video, right? Same face, same shape, freckles, green eyes, lip syncing the same words with the same timing expression.

You can use this prompt if you'd like. taking us over to here where we have a hyper realistic selfie frame style UGC talking >> because there's always this short period of time when I'm giving them a where >> there you can see right loopable 8 to 15 seconds in terms of duration that you can choose from and we've got a final finished video that we can post as a reel. Now obviously off the top you take it to cap cut right add on auto captions.

Now one thing I will talk about a little bit later down the line on the video generation is obviously you generate the base videos on either seance or cleaning but to actually make them viral to add retention you know engagement and watch time. So I you can either use Cap Cut Pro or Edits. I use Cap Cut Pro. However, Edits apparently does have some good boosting quantities in terms of the push on Instagram's algorithm.

But over here, these are some examples of what the sort of meta is when it comes to IG reels in the current landscape with AI OFM. So over here we got this reel. Now this is literally just a a watch bait. Like she doesn't even change outfit as you can see on the end. That's just for retention, right? And watch time because people are going to keep watching that over here. [music] So, this is the sort of nursing, elderly, care home, meta.

It's a big sort of niche that's going on viral on Instagram right now. A lot of models are blowing the [ __ ] up off of it, [snorts] but this is essentially all generated with C dance and then they've taken it over to either Cap Cut or Snapchat to add that sort of filter, right? It just adds watch time, adds retention. It's a hook instantly on the screen as a caption, right? >> The most important tips to give. >> So over here we have a Australian model doing a a car style talking reel >> where I can literally swallow that. >> And then over here it's another one like this is kind of the meta now. these third person in public reels and these talking personality reels.

Over here we've got these >> about charging stations like they discovered oil. >> That's going to make people like >> me. >> So is that a yes? >> It's a he better be funny. And then over here we've got these third person street interviews look hyperrealistic because they're in public they're in public settings. The consistencies match up in them and [snorts] then they're also personality driven. So this is the meta when it comes to reels now. like six months ago, those image only transition reels, they are completely done and dusted.

And to be competitive, you need to be producing high quality reels across the board. Right now, Cance is your best bet. Obviously, Cling, if you execute it right with the editing and the concept of the reel, they can go well uh they can go viral still, but that is sort of the meta when it comes to videos. And these are the sort of videos you can actually produce with C. 2.0. Now, moving on to Cling, right? This is Cling Motion.

So essentially the same thing that I showed you to begin. Real girl video replication. So first things first over here we have Sophie Rain's video. We are taking the first frame, taking it over, swapping it with our nano banana model's face. We are going to input the motion as you can see here on the beach. And we are going to recreate it with our model. Generate short clips, [snorts] generate the motion, and then export for reals, Facebook, Tik Tok, and Snapchat to repurpose the content.

[snorts] Now, next up, I'm going to cover cling image to video. So, this is just replication. This is actually turning base images into videos. Now, these are a mix. Some of these are motion and some of these are just image to video. But these are the quality you can expect with cling versus sea dance. [music] >> [singing] [music] >> me in a bikini [music] and the water and the sand and grease. >> So, cling [clears throat] videos are still very high quality as you can see.

Not as high quality as sea dance, but everyone is at different points. Obviously, sea dance generations cost more than cling. But as you can see here with the right prompting, the right editing and execution around viral concepts, cling videos can perform very well as well. Now the purpose of this is to turn static images into motion videos, increase watch time and content can be reused. Now these are completely original reels.

Right now moving on to the final process of how you can actually generate these videos. So over here we have cling 3.0. Select your strongest image. So this is our reference image of her in a bar. Now this would be you know related to the concept of the real that we're going with right then over here this is the prompt that we've used basically just to make natural head movement body shift and camera sway I've used claude to generate this prompt for me and this is the outcome.

This is the result. So, as you can see, it is still very high quality, 8 to 15 seconds duration, just like sea dance. And we have the final video here. Now, it all lies down within the editing. Like, that's high quality enough of a video. It's realistic enough with the right sort of trending audio, the right caption over top of it to do numbers on socials. But as a whole, that is the pipeline for video creation and image generation.

Moving on to marketing. Now the funnels that I'm going to be covering today is Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Snapchat and Telegram. Now these are the most effective funnels in my opinion. Now they all come in different orders, right? But there is not one right way to do anything. Like there are students that I know that are running Tik Tok even though I don't personally run it and they're doing 10 to 15K a month solely from Tik Tok.

So it depends. I'm going to lay them all out for you. But one thing I want to clarify is scaling and running a model at a high level doesn't mean running seven different marketing funnels. All you need is really two at a max. Now IG is a non-negotiable primary source of traffic. But say you're funneling that with Facebook and then maybe Telegram as an extra way to get conversions on your landing page, right? That is more than enough to, you know, hit 100K a month if you do it effectively and correctly, right? at scale running five Instagram accounts for example versus sitting there and running seven funnels on the same way it's about diversifying traffic because say you are just running one Instagram main account no other forms of traffic you were doing 20k a month for 3 months boom your IG main gets banned you can't get it back and overnight your business crumbles your model's gone and you are absolutely [ __ ] so it is about that as well not having all of your eggs in one basket and having different sources of traffic to avoid problems right but first First things first, Instagram is the primary source of traffic.

I always say this, this is where the money is at. Now, the purpose of using Instagram as a marketing funnel is to bring in cold traffic through viral content, convert them to warm traffic with regular posting, you know, stories, carousels, reals, and then convert them over to fan view. Now, in terms of the content, you're going to be using Nano for the images, seance, and cling for the reals and different framing. Not just PIV framing, third person framing.

You're going to be doing different content verticals. Right now, when it comes to your quotota for posting, you're going to be getting three reels out per day, two carousels out a week, and then two stories a day, every single day to build retention, moving to two stories with your landing page link, pushing them to fan view twice a week once you launch your fan view. And I will get into when you should launch your fan view later in the video, but that is the meta per account.

That's the sort of volume you need to be getting out. So, three rules per day. Now, when it comes to the quotota, that is per account. So, you need to be getting this out per account. And the absolute best sort of number that you can start on if you are serious about scaling your AR model and doing it fast is running two accounts. Now, on each of those accounts, you're going to be running a different niche, right? Completely separate.

I used to recommend and the meta was to have, you know, my main account for your carousels to look real and you do a bit of boosting. run another account for reals, but that is over, right? We don't I I no longer do paid boosting. I don't recommend it to students. And the meta has changed. You don't want to be running multiple accounts for one niche really. You want to be running multiple accounts all targeting different niches, right?

For example, one account you were going to be running like this care home sort of elderly people niche. It's um it's a big meta right now. A lot of models are popping off with it. [music] You know, another account Sharks and girls have in common. >> The great ones come in white. >> Another one you're going to be doing street interviews and then another one you're going to be doing like [ __ ] outfit changes. Something like this, right?

That's a retention based video. The whole video goes and she doesn't even change her outfit. But each account you are going to be running a different sort of content strategy, completely separate, not as close as before, right? I used to recommend multiple accounts of the same niche running in slightly different content, but the meta is now to run multiple accounts in completely opposite different niches. And that way, you're going to get the most reach.

And by doing so, you're going to be able to split test your content. And what I mean by split testing is running separate content strategies on separate accounts over an extended period of time. You know, at least a month to see what performs best. That way you can go to the analytics, look at the audience, look at how many followers you're bringing in, look at what each account's actually bringing in on traffic to Fan View with tracking links, and then you know what content works best for your model, and you double down on it.

But off the base, I would 100% recommend two accounts, hitting this quota per day. It might seem like a lot, but if you batch create your content on one day, you know, maybe it's a day for each account or one day you do all of your content creation for the week with scheduling, Instagram will run very smoothly. You need to be getting a mixture of high quality content out with high volume to be competitive in June of 2026.

I'm telling you now. So, two accounts, there's no such thing as running one Instagram main account now because bans are just too frequent. Even with banan avoidance, even with the sort of workflow we're using now, you still can't always avoid bans and you can't predict it. And the last thing you want to be doing is running one Instagram man, get banned and you lose all of your traffic. So if you are starting today, if you have already started and just want to run, run two separate accounts, three reels a day, two carousels per week, two stories a day with a fan view link.

Well, a get all my link twice a week on your stories once your fan view drops. And that is the sort of quot you need to be doing for Instagram. Now, in terms of reals, right, like I said, go and lock in, find two separate niches and content strategy you're going to be running for each account. Find target accounts. The way you can do this is by creating a completely separate Instagram, a burner Instagram, or just using the models Instagram, right? going and finding high quality AI models or real OAF models, following them, engaging with their content, liking, saving, commenting, and that way you're going to build an algorithm full of content relevant to you that you can use for inspiration.

Because at the end of the day, getting this sort of volume out a week, say for example, 7 days a week, three reels a day, 21 reels per week on each account. If you are sitting there trying to make this content originally, all of it from your head, you are going to struggle. you're going to miss days and you're going to fall off. Whereas, if you have an Instagram algorithm with a feed that is completely feeding you highquality reels that you can pretty much steal and replicate with your model on a daily basis, you won't even have to think twice about creating reels and it becomes a lot easier because at the end of the day, we're not creative marketers here.

Obviously, if you can add your own spin, you know, don't get me wrong, I've made rules in my day. I've made rules in my time that have actually gone viral and I basically come up with the concept myself, but everyone is copying each other, right? As long as you make it unique, you put your model spin on it and you don't be lazy and copy it bar for bar, it is going to perform. That is the point of copying something because you already have seen the proven result.

It's a proven format. If it's gone viral for someone else, it will go viral for you. Right? The carousels essentially I'm going to go through carousel structure, how you can make really good carousels and the stories, right? You want a mix. So the strategy is using a mix of AI generated photos of your model and then also using real life photos. Whether you're taking it from people's Instagrams, you're taking it from Google, Pinterest is is really good for this as well.

Say for example, your model is a footballer. You're running a football niche account. You are going to go and archive 30 stories for example for the month of football related content, right? Day-to-day stuff, whether it's a girl like here in football boots, right? like non identifiable to the model. As long as it's like the same sort of skin tone and whatnot, they're never going to put two and two together. It's quite easy to just use it.

Uh morning ritual in the sauna, it could be at the training ground. It could be at a football game. It could be a healthy restaurant. Whatever it is, just some day-to-day stuff. And by using these real photos from Pinterest, from Google, from other Instagram accounts, it is going to make look your model look like a real person. She isn't just making reals. She isn't just posting [ __ ] photos every day on Instagram. She's actually living a real life just like any real girl you'd follow on Instagram.

Just like any of these big OF models on Instagram, they are running day-to-day content to build a persona. Stories are really good for retention as well. They're one of the most consumed pits of material on Instagram. And the more that people watch your stories, the more that they'll see your content. It's it's literally a fact, right? And once you do launch your fan view, you can drop that link twice a week by essentially going and copying your landing page, pasting it into the sticker button, putting on a light, gentle CTA, nothing aggressive, nothing explicit, and then pushing them over gently to your landing page to then funnel over to your fan view.

Right now, moving on to like building a personal brand. And I know this might sound a bit wild, like we're making an AI model here. What do you mean a personal brand? But I'm telling you, the biggest models in the game in terms of OFS, the biggest models in the AI industry as well, all have a strong identifiable brand in terms of their content, in terms of being recognizable and having a cohesion across all of their stuff.

Right? So, these are two models lined back to back. Right now, Allison Beexley, right, shout out you, bro, this is Feed Cohesion at the best. I don't even think he's actively running this model anymore, but I had these saved from before. And pretty much Allison Beexley, the whole personal brand, all of the reels, all of the images was all built around this girl being like a bit of a tomboy, being a girl that was out in nature.

Every sort of carousel reel would either have a surfboard, she'd be in a bikini, have a dog, or be doing something outdoors. And that is memorable, that is recognizable, that builds trust, that builds a brand, that builds something that is identifiable. Right? Moving over here, we have this other model. I don't even know the name, but I've seen it come and go viral many, many times cuz they're pumping out reals now. But essentially, this is some sort of white vampire emo goth, right?

And every single carousel, every single reel on this model's feed is always with dark tones in a dark lit setting. She's always wearing similar sort of gothic clothes. The backdrops are always gothic with small little details like a white monster can. It builds familiarity. It builds trust. It builds a brand. And when it comes to building a personal brand, you want to make a visual identity log. So every model needs instantly recognizable visual traits.

As you can see here on Allison Beexley, it was just her overall look and the birth mark. Over here we've got this [ __ ] that has never seen sunlight. She is white as [ __ ] Right. Every model needs instantly recognizable visual traits. lock in a background style, color palette, lighting type, camera angle style, postar, and outfit categories, which you can clearly see the two ends of the spectrum right in front of you.

Uh, for example, alt girl, bedroom, LED lighting, black outfits, close-up camera, gym girl, locker room mirrors, neon gym lighting, ass focus, outdoors girl, you know, right here, Allison Beexley feed cohesion. Your grid should look like one consistent world, not random photos. Consistency elements include same locations, same outfit categories, same lighting, same vibe, and same framing style. So, every image should feel like it belongs in the same universe.

When you look at these two accounts, even though it's just three and four images from each account, can you clearly identify that? Yes. Right? When it comes to carousels, right, and structuring a good quality carousel, because a lot of you guys might be like, "How many should I post? What should I do?" And I see these shitty carousels all the time. It's like two images and it's like the exact ident like identical image.

She's drinking a drink in the most basic outfit. No sort of appeal. No male appeal. Nothing stand out. Like I could find better photos from girls I follow on Instagram. And you've got AI, bro. Come on now. Right. Carousels should feel like moments, not random shots. They should create a story. The same way you watch a real, you get hooked in the first three seconds, you have the retention, then the reward. It's the same with carousels, right?

And Instagram measures when people engage, how many slides people go through. So, it is important if you want any chance of getting pushed onto the explore page to nonfollowers, which is OP as [ __ ] when it happens, you need to structure them like this. So, carousel structure, this is just an example. Slide one, your hook image. Slide two, different pose. Slide three, closer shot. Slide four, personality shot. Slide five, strong final image.

The goal is to make viewers swipe. And then the types of carousel stories could be outfit reveal, mirror sequence, POV moment, day out like this, and experience. Leverage real images paired with AI for storytelling. A little bit like the system that we're using for the stories. You can blend in Pinterest or real photos mixed in with your AI generated images of your model to make a sort of dump. Now, I'm sure you guys know what dumps are nowadays.

Some of you guys probably even do it yourself. I do it myself personally where you create a little dump of photos of you or your model and the stuff that you or your model has got up to, right? It's, you know, that is pretty self-explanatory. Location systems. So, location should be repeatable so the audience feels like they're following her life. Examples: job location, high-end settings, car selfies, outdoor settings.

The top creators reuse the same three to five locations consistently. This builds realism. As you can see, clear and evident in here. As you can see, clear and evident in here. And obviously, this will go from account to account. Whatever niche you're running on that certain account, whatever content strategy you're running on that certain account, you want to be reusing backgrounds. You want to be creating familiarity and keep them separate.

Like, you wouldn't be using the same backgrounds on two separate accounts because they're going to be completely different content strategies. But that is quite self-explanatory. That is kind of a breakdown in terms of real creation. How to find reels for inspiration, how to copy them. Obviously, I taught you how to create them, how to structure your carousels, how often you should be getting them out, and then the story, sequence, strategy.

Now, moving on to Facebook, the purpose, set up, and goal, separate Facebook account. So, you want to set this up completely separate. Don't use the crossosting feature on your Instagram because then it interlinks your Instagram and Facebook. Can hurt if you get banned. Also, it can affect your Instagram views, right? Repurpose your IG content literally as it is. You don't even need to make any edits to it. The goal is to build up to 500 friends, then enable creator mode, plus drop a link in the bio, your landing page.

Never directly link your fan view. I don't know if I've mentioned it in this video yet, but this is a fast track to getting banned, right? In terms of growth, early growth, join small niche groups, engage naturally, and add people from those groups. Say for example your football your model is a footballer Man United girl Man United fan you will go and join a Man United fans group on Facebook and then you'll start adding engaging with people naturally through that.

That's just an example right accepting requests accept older white men plus audience matching your demographic. Let's just be real guys. Those are the best spenders. You don't really want to be adding Indians and Africans. It's just the reality of it. Avoid random people outside your target audience. Like I just said, daily limits five to 10 friend requests per day. Keep the growth natural. No aggressive scaling. No aggressive adding.

Follow the quote as I've just given you here. Why? Keeps the fee plus your audience algorithm aligned, which is extremely important. Like I said, just down here, the the Man United thing, you could add these right here, right? And these are going to be your target audience. These guys are going to be [ __ ] loving your Manchester United girl, right? And then content. Create folders/ albums. Holiday location 2026, gym, selfie, travel, night out.

Makes your profile feel more real, more established, and more active. Long-term, reuse your Instagram carousels and reels. Like I said, you don't even need to make any changes, right? Be selective with it, though. And the difference between Facebook and Instagram just in the way that it's laid out, the way that the platform works, it feels a lot more personal, right? So lean into that, utilize it, it's pretty much the same thing in a different font, right?

So moving on to repurposing Instagram content, right? You can repost content to different socials, but you can never crossost. So crossosting is, say, for example, you've got two Instagram accounts and you are posting the same content on both of those Instagram accounts. That is crossosting. And you shouldn't do that on any platform. Right over here, Facebook rep um repurposing, Tik Tok repurposing, you can use it for Snapchat and Telegram.

And the thing is, especially for Facebook and Tik Tok and even Snapchat Spotlight. If a real goes viral, right, it will go viral on Tik Tok. If a Tik Tok goes viral, it will go viral on Facebook, so forth. Videos don't go viral because of chance or because of luck. It is because the way that they are structured. And when it comes to a video going viral, it is never through luck or through chance, is literally the structure of a video, right?

Every single viral video across all socials, especially reals, right? Has a hook, which is the first 3 seconds, retention, and reward. Say for example, it is me holding a cup with some drink pouring out. I get them hooked off the bat. The retention, they're waiting for me to pour it on my friend's face, and then the reward is me actually pouring it on his face. That is the structure of a viral video. You watch, you get hooked, you have the retention, then you get the reward, and then you end up watching the whole video at least once, maybe even multiple times, you're more likely to engage.

This is how the algorithm works. So, it goes off watch time, engagement, retention, people sending it, people comment, people liking, right? But that is it. Now, moving on to Snapchat and how to run Snapchat, right? The SOP for running Snapchat is as the following. [snorts] The setup. So, what you want to do is make the account, create a Bitmoji that looks exactly like your model. Activate your public profile, right?

This is very important. Activate your public profile, otherwise no one will be able to find you. Put your IG handle in the bio because no links are allowed. And let it settle for a few days before posting anything. Right now, moving over to building your audience. Right, the quick ad. quick ad. You want to be going to on to quick ad just like here and you want to be finding people of the target demographic that you're going for.

Now, I've made a little list just so you can see what to expect. Obviously, like I said, you're going to be going for older white guys with gray hair, balden, it's quite easy to determine who to add. Pokey, I'm sure you're a nice guy, but we don't want to add you because you're probably Asian and we are targeting, right, rich white guys from first world countries, right? Abdi, we're not going to be adding Abdi. We're not going to be adding silent me.

He looks young. We are going and we're not going to be adding Anna either because she's a girl. We're going to be adding old white guys. Right now, moving back onto that. Right. Three to five people with gray hair bit emojis and English sounding names. Now, you're going to be doing three to five people per day off the back after you let your cat settle for a few days. Posting. You're going to be repurposing your IG content.

Just change the ratio to 9 to6. You need to be posting natively on Snapchat or it's just not going to work. 9 to 16. So you can take your image, go over to Nano, keep everything about this image identical, but make it 9 to 16, and you are going to be posting two to three times every single day, and you are going to be dropping a teasing photo with your Telegram channel link once a week. Now, I've got a whole video on the YouTube already covering how to run Snapchat, but I just want to clarify if you're watching this now, don't post more than once a week your Telegram link because it will [ __ ] your push and your engagement and your reach.

Leave it once a week. We've tried and tested this over 6 months. Any more than once a week, your story views will drop off, right? Like I said, repurpose all your content to make it 9 to 16. And then at the same time, you can repurpose your images from Instagram, right? You can use reals as well. So, there's a feature called spotlight, right? Which is essentially like the reals tab for Snapchat or the FP Tik Tok for Snapchat.

And you can literally post your Instagram res as is with no sort of edits to Spotlight. And you can get people come to your page and find you this way as an extra little bonus right now. Don't no spam adding or deleting or messaging. It's a se simple weekly funnel to grow your Telegram. Nothing more. Take it slow and careful like every other social. [cough] Don't go spamming [clears throat] ads. Don't go adding the wrong people.

Don't be posting 20 times a day. Don't be posting the Telegram link every day. Follow that as simple as I've just said it. Alternatively, go and watch the video on my YouTube for a more in-depth breakdown. But that is how you run Snapchat. The whole purpose is to build up a Telegram. We're not funneling them directly to Fan View. This is the way to build up the Telegram, which then I will cover next is where we push from Telegram to Fan View.

Now just so you can visualize the sort of content you should be posting on Snapchat, right? Like content like this. So obviously content of your model. Now you can run it through Cream to make it a little bit more runchy, but you want to keep it safe for work on all of these socials other than Telegram really. And even then, you know, no nudity here. Post daily stories. So the method I run, I'm going to be running three stories a day and each day going to be doing like two photos of my model and a photo of day-to-day stuff.

Now, Snapchat is, you know, this is the sort of content that works best on Snapchat, like nails, uh, toes, like in bed, showing a bit of flesh, bikin, and as long as it adds up to your model, like the same skin tone. You're not going to have a black model and be posting white feet, you know, and vice versa. As long as it all adds up, you can just use a mix of AI generated content of your model showing everything and then just little like nonidentifiable photos on the story dayto-day from Pinterest or Instagram or wherever you find them.

Right? I've covered the spotlight reel. So just reposting your reels onto the spotlight, the quick ad, you know, you should be looking, these are the people you should be looking for. These are the people you shouldn't be looking for. And then snap score. Now, your snap score will increase naturally, right? Anyway, but one thing you can always do to farm some snap score is add your account, add a friend, add whatever, and start sending photos to them on a day-to-day basis.

Don't go overboard, but sending them 10 to 20 photos a day will boost your snap score. Snap score is just like social proofing. It's like followers on Instagram. If you find a Snapchat account that has 10 snap score, you're going to assume it's fake or a bot. If it's 92K, you're going to assume it's a real girl, right? And it will grow fast because people will be sending you all sorts of stuff unsolicited. So, it's important to not open it and not to reply.

Moving on to my last point about Snapchat. Don't try and sell content over Snapchat. Don't try to send people the link directly to push them over. You will get banned. You will get limited and it will [ __ ] everything up. Don't waste your time doing that low-level stuff. You just need to be getting them to the Telegram over to the fan view and your chatters will make the money. You don't want to be doing that. We're here to run stuff at high level, not for little pennies.

Right? The SOP for Telegram is as follows. Right? So set up. You are going to create a broadcast only channel, right? Don't make a group. Don't make anything else. A broadcast only channel. And you're going to name it like your models. Let's say the model's Becky, Becky Secret Club, Becky Private, Becky Exclusive, right? Just to get the gist of what they're going to be getting, right? A read only channel. So no one can reply to it.

If you've set up the broadcast channel correctly, they shouldn't be able to message in it anyway. A short bio. So just don't put your Telegram out. you don't want them messaging you, right? Just a short bio, the stuff you don't see on Instagram. My wild side, something like this, right? Just to follow them over to actually join. And then the profile picture, just a safer work face, and a bit of cleavage, right? Then [snorts] when it comes to posting, daily posting, building personality.

So, real life day-to-day niche content, sort of the stuff that you're going to be doing like for stories and IG and Snapchat, but you could also just generate your whole model in it. say like I just keep going back to the example of the model being a footballer girl cuz it's on my mind. But you could have a photo of your model on match day for Man United with a Man United top on AI generated and it's going to build familiarity.

They're going to think [ __ ] hell, this is a real girl and it's going to do the job. Repurposing Instagram content off socials. But I would definitely say on Telegram you want to take it a level higher than Instagram. So run that through seedream, make it a bit more runchy, a little bit more showy. That's the sort of content you want to be doing on Telegram because Telegram is obviously the funnel from Snapchat to Fan View, but it's also going to be in your landing page as an alternative option, which I will cover later in the video, as you know, a way to catch fans that don't actually sub to Fan View, a way to build more trust with fans and a way to just kind of get them pre-warmed up, right?

They go to your Telegram, they see a little bit more runchy stuff, they see you post every day, and then they go, "Fuck it. Finally, I'm going to subscribe." They message you and then your chatters get to work and they start becoming a spending fan, right? The stuff you don't see on Instagram, that's the sort of stuff you should be posting and then funnel to fan you for the full pick if they message, right? Pretty much you can post like the [ __ ] base photo you posted on Instagram for example.

Then you're going to edit on Cing to make it a little bit more showy. And then you're going to caption that photo for example on like a prime time and you're gonna go if you message me on fan view I'll send you the full the the the full pick right for example. And then on fan view they message you. You still send them a pick where they can't see anything that's maybe a level higher than that. And then your chatters have got them.

Boom. They've messaged they've subbed. They're now actively in conversation with your chatters. And then you leave it down to them to make them a spending fan. Right. Conversion. This is what you need to be doing. Paying your fan view link and a strong CTA. Right. Essentially, you can link directly to fan view on Telegram. There's no sort of centering. Pin it with a strong CTA image, like something that's a good bit of teasing content with the fan view link and then a CTA.

CTA is a call to action to push them over. Like I said, message me for the full. I'm bored and lonely tonight. Someone help me. Engagement bait with reactions. For example, if the Lakers win, everyone gets a free pick on Fan View, right? And you know, react to this if you want a free pick, right? a safe haven for your leads if a social gets banned. So, say for example, one day Instagram come and absolutely ruin your life, right?

They ban all of your IGs and you are back at square one, right? But because you've listened to Ken, right? You've listened to me, you've now built an Instagram up to 3,000 members. Now, when it comes to launching your new Instagram, all you've got to do is drop it into your Telegram, promise a little something if people follow you and engage at the start, and then boom, you've instantly got a couple hundred followers at minimum, probably even more if you do a good job, and it's an active Telegram, and you can really fast track building up your IG or socials again.

Like, if it gets banned, can relaunch new ones with ease and then boost conversions to Fan View Plus nurtures your fans. Like I said, some people just won't subscribe to Fan View, whether they've never made an account on there. They just don't want to. Telegram is one of the most used apps in the world, right? So, most people have it. Most people can join your Telegram group with ease. And then it is your job to turn them into warm leads with your posting and your content, right?

But that is Telegram. Now, the purpose is to build trust, open your broadcast channel, and post daily exclusive content. Right? [snorts] Now, moving on to Tik Tok. Right. Last but not least, the purpose of Tik Tok is for volume, reach, and virality. It is very easy to just repurpose content that you've made for IG in terms of photos and carousels and reals and turn them into extra conversions to build up your Instagram.

That is one thing that Tik Tok is really good for, building up your Instagram and then obviously funneling traffic to fan view. Now, the sort of content strategy that works at the moment, image to video loops, trending audio, short captions, carousels, right, men, is it true that I don't want no good morning text. [singing and music] >> I want you to hold my head down how much you miss while I'm not. [music] >> Very simple, very easy.

It's something you can add into your workflow. And that is all in terms of the marketing funnels, right, that I'm going to be covering in the course. And like I said, priority matters. Order matters. Instagram absolute number one. Um, Telegram is an essential, right? I would 100% be running Telegram. It is so straightforward and important in terms of safety, right? In terms of launching new accounts and extra conversions and the rest is is really up to you what you want to run, right?

Try and test different things. See what works best for you. Now, moving on to landing pages. Now, we have used many different landing pages in the past. Link.mme was a good one until it got flagged by Instagram. [snorts] We've used Link Boo. The developers went ghost and now we're at the point where we are using Get All My Links, right? We've tried and tested many. They have the best interface, the best features, and the development team are very very aware of the bandwave.

So, they have done everything in their power to make this the most optimal setup. Right. I'm going to leave a link down below. You can use code blueprint for 10% off. This isn't a shill. It's just we genuinely use it and we reached out to them and they thought they would gift us with a little promo code right but elements profile image short bio single CTA something like literally just like the name keep this our secret and then below you are going to have fan view and then below that telegram keep this as safe for work as possible all facial barely any cleavage barely anything borderline don't give an Instagram a reason to ban you right that is how you're going to set up and you're going to use get all my links And this is the order.

Fan view then Telegram. And then the goal is to funnel them over to your fan view or your Telegram where you're going to redirect them to your fan view. [snorts] Now, these are just some of the results from people inside the blueprint. Just a little [ __ ] ad break here. 104K one to one shooting Alex. 42K for the month. 100K milestone here. A 10K weekend. 25K milestone. 20K week. And someone hitting their 50k milestone.

And these are all within the last month. Right. Just thought I'd flex on you [ __ ] Right now, moving on to chatting. Now, I do have a whole master class on my YouTube for free right now. It's like a 45minute video, but for many of you, this is probably the first time, you know, hearing about chatting, learning how to chat. Whether you're going to do it yourself or you're going to delegate it, you should understand the principles, right?

So, first things first, content, right? You want to deliver a high quality engaging experience. And that's going to be a mix of the chat in and the content that you sell to them. Right? So sales psychology, you want to focus on delivering a satisfying highquality experience. Speak their language and match their energy. Every fan is different. Some fans come in and they want love. Some fans come in and they want something purely transactional.

Align with their interests and preferences. Use customer insights to personalize conversations. So fan notes. So for example, Jimmy comes in and he works at Walmart, at Tesco. he stack shelves and he's a part-time student, he is going to be, you know, less likely to be a high spender. So, you're going to note these sorts of things. Whereas Jimmy, uh, no, not Jimmy, Johnny comes in and he's a 55year-old single, recently divorced dad and he owns a trucking company in Texas.

He is much more likely to be a high spender, aka a well. So, you're going to note these things and personal things that you're going to leverage later in conversation with them. Content structure, start casual and approachable. Build curiosity and engagement. Progress into higher value content. Offer premium or exclusive bundles. Now, I'm not going into specifics on content. YouTube don't like that. But offering premium or exclusive bundles is either content bundles.

You could do girlfriend experiences where they pay a certain amount a week and you're giving them a certain amount of content and talking to them or the chatters, right? Scripts and systems. Create repeatable conversation frameworks. Store proven messages and adapt per user. Keep tone setting and delivery consistent. Now, this is finding about what works for you and your model and the niche and the sort of fans you're attracting, right?

Figuring out the sort of structure from start to finish, from when someone first comes in and that first welcome message to the point that you've got them in a [ __ ] spending relationship. How do you get there? And the only way to find that out is by trial and error. And most of the time, guys, you're going to start chatting by yourself. It's the truth. I have done it. We've all done it. I'm not afraid to admit it. I'm I'm man enough to admit it.

We've all done chatting at one point because you need to understand the principles before you try and delegate it to a bunch of Filipinos for $3 an hour, right? You know, you need to understand and be able to teach them and recognize good versus bad chatting because good chatting is maximizing your traffic. Bad chatting is missing so much money. And right now, some of you guys might be watching this going, "Oh, my chat is doing all right." And then you watch this video, you finish this, and you realize, "Holy [ __ ] I'm missing out on thousands." But that's it. and storing it.

In terms of like notion, like I said at the start of the video, you can store, copy and paste messages for you or your chatters, right? Voice and personalization. Use voice notes. Um, you can use 11 Lab to generate voices. Train up a voice and have a consistent voice that you can use anytime to nudge people to pay. Uses mass messages, whatever it is to win back a fan. Enhances realism and connection. Support content and conversational elements.

Positive performance indicators. fast replies to your messages, strong engagement in terms of like positive feedback and whatnot and ongoing interactions, as well as if they're actually purchasing content, and you're sending a script. When they purchase it in relatively good time, you know that they're enjoying the experience. There's no complaints. Negative performance indicators, slow replies, slow time to purchase, low engagement, drop off in conversation, and price sensitivity. either they're complaining that you're even trying to sell them something or they're moaning and they want it for [ __ ] a dollar which isn't going to happen.

Now, moving on to relationships. The whole goal of chatting is to build connection and long-term engagement, right? Engagement design, create a fun, immersive experience, right? Make it fun, gify it for them because Fan View is set up to be gamified. They don't make it the way everything's set up. The interface, the psychology, it's not as degrading as I am purchasing content off an AI girl. It is supposed to be a fun experience and that's what you've got to provide it in terms of the the way you make your content, in terms of the sort of structures of your scripts, in terms of like making them feel like this is an actual relationship, right?

[snorts] Avoid making interactions feel transactional. Don't over focus on pricing. Don't beg. Don't mention pricing all time. You don't want them to be aware to the fact that they are basically paying for an AI model. Right? Think user experience, emotional engagement, ease of interaction, entertainment. Fan notes are so important because you can actually note down with AI everything they ever say. So you know about their dog, you know about their day, you know about their job, and you can lean into it.

It makes them feel heard and it makes a hell of a difference. Right? Data collection phase. Start with a warm engagement message. You can set this up automated with the Fan View MCP or inside Fan View settings. Ask simple questions to learn about them, their job, their hobbies, their location, their background, their their romantic life, have they got kids, whatever it is, right? Track preference, interest, and behavior.

Mark down from the get-go what sort of person they are. Don't mix them up. There's not one way that fits all. You can't chat to every fan the same way. It's got to be different depending on that fan and their needs. audience segmentation which is essentially splitting your chatters into three different sections right one is called transactional right a transactional spender they want quick value keep it direct and efficient there most of the time isn't much relationship involved they don't care they don't want to they don't want the love of their life they just want to come and buy content right connectionbased that sort of relationship right engage emotionally and consistently value that sort of relationship conversation and interaction more than the actual content that they're buying and And then high value which is essentially a well high spend high engagement focuses on quality and exclusivity.

You've got to be very very locked in when speaking to them either yourself or with the chatters. They are your utmost priority. Those if you do everything right and good chatting will make up like 80% of your revenue each month. Right? And then low intent essentially time wasters. Don't overinvest your time. Low engagement. They just want to waste your time. They're most of the time they're young, broke or from third world countries.

Label them that from the get-go. And the way you can do this, time waster, little time clock emoji, well, like high value, a well emoji, uh relationship, a little love heart, and then transactional or dollar sign. Then you can just identify off the bat or you or your chatters and you don't have to figure out every single time, right? As well as like not their name. Agent location is good to have at the very top of where their name is, right?

Mass messaging strategy. Group users based on behavior. Tailor messages to each segment. Keep messages relevant and intentional. Avoid over sending. Now, mass messages you can essentially when you send messages to multiple people at once instead of individually. It can be an image and a text. It can be a text only. It can be a voice note. And pretty much the importance of this is you are not going to send the same mass messages, you know, to your relationship people where you're going to be asking them how their day was. um you know something like that deep rooted emotional whereas if you're sending to transactional it's just going to be like a pay-per-view content and something that's like a CTA to trigger them to buy it right you don't you don't different strokes for different folks that's the best way to say it right now moving on to closing right convert and maximize lifetime value so afterare now afterare is important maybe some of you can relate maybe some of you can't right but let's just say you're buying a product because essentially what we are selling Here is a product.

If you went into Rolex and you spent 20,000 on a watch, right? A little Rolex, right? After you are going to want some afterare, right? You're going to want to have a little bit of talk about your purchase, how it's made you feel. Uh they're going to give you a glass of champagne, some procco, and you are going to walk out happy, appreciated, and you are probably going to come back and spend again when you have the money.

It is the same thing when you're selling content to these fans, right? Follow up after every purchase. Show appreciation and attention. Reinforce the experience and keep the conversation going. Don't just once they say they've run out of money, [ __ ] you. We're done. Keep the conversation going. Now, this is a lot easier to do when you have chatters because who in their right mind wants to get the money and then wants to continue to talk to a fan for 3 hours after?

Not me. Not you. That's why you hire chatters and that's why you hire them as soon as you can once you understand the basics of chatting. Right? Pricing strategy, right? Build a clear pricing ladder for your scripts in terms of the structure. Say the start of the script to the end of the script, you progressively increase the price in terms of the value of the content. You know what I mean by that? You set kind of overall price structures for each bundle.

But at the same time, you need to be flexible, right? Use optional tips, right? Tips you can utilize quite a lot. Let users choose their level of engagement, right? So, don't push scripts completely on everyone. Some people just want bundles, one-off bits of content. Some people want the live experience. You've got to be assessing it on a a person-toperson basis. Power and positioning. So, maintain control of interactions.

You are the person in control. They are on your page here to buy your content. So, don't let them boss you around. Don't let them talk down to you. Don't let them ask for [ __ ] for free. put them in their place the same way a real hot woman would if you were to try to do that to them, right? Don't appear overly available. So, when you're at full scale, when you've got good traffic, obviously you want 24/7 chatting, but at the same time, you shouldn't be ever talking to a fan 24/7, 7 days a week, right?

Because they are going to realize that they are talking to a chatting agency, right? Or they're going to think it's AI. You need to appear like a real girl who's got a real life and real responsibilities outside of fan view, right? and then build anticipation and exclusivity. You don't want to be letting people know that this content isn't live, especially when it comes to scripts. The whole thing is to make it feel like it is in real time and just for them, right?

So, never forget that. But overall, that's a quick summary of chatting. I don't want to sit here and waste [ __ ] an hour about chatting, right? There's a lot better stuff to get into, but that is kind of the basics of chatting, right? Content, content, relationships, and closing. And then one last thing I want to say is pricing, right? Obviously build those rough price structures for your content. So differential pricing is the last thing I want to cover.

Essentially when you price content and price things at different rates for different people when someone comes in like I said that first example Jimmy who stack shelves at supermarket is a college student. He can buy a whole script for $100, right? And that's still $100 in, right? $100 of revenue. That's great. On the other hand, you have John, right? the single recently divorced truck company owner from Texas, right?

You obviously know off the back of that that he is more likely to be a higher spender. So, the first script you sell to him could be for $300, right? The same way it could be a K you sell the script for and $100 to Jimmy. There's a 900 difference and it's the same thing but it is still revenue in on each person and you are maximizing the amount of money you can get out of each fan depending on their background, depending on their income, depending on their occupation, right?

But that is chatting. So moving on to daily operating systems. Now the posting frequency on a dayto-day basis and on a weekly level is the following. [snorts] So for IG per account you're going to do real one, rule two and rele three. story one, story two, carousel scheduled day or off the back of when you have a viral reel, but two of those a week and a CTA story uh to your landing page after you've launched your fan view twice a week, right?

And when you should launch your fan view is a big thing I get asked all the time. You should only launch your fan view once you have a substantial amount of engagement on your socials. Whether it's IG, multiple funnels, once you actually have content going viral, you're building your following up and you were getting messages. That's the point you should drop your fan view, especially on Instagram. Like you I wouldn't recommend dropping your fan view till at least a couple followers because then you can do one big launch all in one go. you can have a really successful launch day, make a lot of money, and it builds up anticipation, somewhat like it's a real girl dropping an OF, right?

Don't launch it too early. The whole thing is risk-to-reward. If the risk outweighs the reward, i.e., you have 50 followers, you're going to get like no conversion into money from those 50 followers and your IG account is only two weeks old and you want to drop your link. The only thing that's going to do is potentially flag your account early and get you banned. So there is no reward to that. On the other hand, you've been running your IG for four weeks, you've got 10K followers, you've had a bunch of interest, and you drop your link and you do it in a smart way and you end up, you know, having a launch day and you end up doing a K on launch day.

That's what I mean by launching your fan view at the right time. And once you launch your fan view, that is when you introduce the CTA stories, right? Snapchat story one, story two, story three. Spotlight post which is a repurposed re a telegram link story one day of each week. Telegram do two posts a day broadcast post one broadcast post two and I would be running a weekly pin post with a teasing image and a CTA with your fan view link.

Now on a weekly basis fan view analytic tracking. So this is something you should be doing ongoing right conversions plus analytic tracking. So tracking links, right? And I'm going to cover this and I should have covered this actually already with the get on my links, but essentially for each page you run on IG, you're going to have a separate get on my links, right? And for each get on my links, you're going to have a different tracking link.

So it can be identical, but for IG1 and IG2, it's going to be maybe Becky live one, Becky Live 2 on get on my links, right? Exactly the same structure, but on fan view, instead of having one tracking link that you're going to use on both, you're going to go and create IG1 and IG2 and put those in the appropriate get all my links. And that way, you can track all of your traffic, right? And then the same for Telegram. You can have a tracking link for Telegram.

You can have a different landing page for Facebook with a separate tracking link and so and so forth. And this way you can actually measure what amount of spend from subs, what amount of traffic's coming in in terms of subscribers and what is the conversion rate of clicks to subscribers from each page and you know each niche and you then can determine what actually works best. I should have mentioned that but it just came to mind right split testing content niches, chatter management, looking at your actual sales and stuff from your chatters and then one other thing I want to mention is using free promotions on Fan View.

Now, one thing that I recommend to all students on all levels, mentorship and 1.0, 2.0, whatever it is, right, is free subscription promos, right? And this is essentially where you set up a promotion on Fan View in the settings to allow free subscribers, right? You can choose how long you want them on the page, how long you want the the promo to last for, and how many people can claim it. Say, for example, 100 people.

You say 100, it's a 7-day trial, and it lasts for 7 days. they can see 100 are left. So it creates urgency. They see that seven days are left and then they get seven days on the page for free, right? But you want to toggle the payment method on. This essentially allows them to subscribe for free, but they have their payment attached to fan view, which means they're more likely to be a spender. And after 7 days, if they forget to cancel, then you were going to make the money from subscriptions where you definitely would not because if you did have paid subs, there would be more friction of them even getting onto the page.

And it's more just about giving your chatting team more traffic to work with. But that is essentially it when it comes to fan view. Replace underperformers. And this is when it goes back to your social content. Say for example, your different IG accounts, your different niches. If one is underperforming, rebrand your account and reattack with a new content strategy. Monthly niche optimization. Same thing there. Funnel tweaks and pricing test.

Right? That is your daily operating system. [snorts] Moving on to scaling and future planning, right? One thing that is a big misconception, the first thing, right, is multiple models. Now, multiple models is a way that you can scale, but it is not the only way you can scale. People get it wrong. More models equals more money. No, that is completely wrong. You should only really launch multiple models if you're trying to target completely opposite niches.

I mean, for example, you've got a blonde white girl and you want to make a dark black skinned African girl or at the point where you've run a model, you've hit your cap, it's not really performing, and you see a gap in the market. Maybe you've been inspired by a different model. You see something that's working well and you want to try that and you're not going to abandon your old model because you've got stuff going on.

That's when you should run multiple models, right? But you need the systems in place. You need to be making good money on that model originally and you need to have liquidity. You need VAS. You need automations to run multiple models successfully, right? Reuse frameworks, SOPs, VA run systems. So, this is more than just hiring chatters. This is getting hires maybe for content gen to run socials for you. Content batching.

Pretty straightforward. Making all of your content on designated days, organizing it in your drive, using Meta Business Suite to schedule it, right? And then moving on, paid traffic later. But this is something you need to do later down the line. You need weeks slash months of data in terms of your content performance to actually be profitable with paid traffic versus just guessing. Right now, moving on to claw automations.

Now, I'm not going to teach you how to vibe go and how to set it up on this video. This video is already long enough, right? But pretty much with our agency, with our students on the onetoone, we have set up claude automations to generate images automatically, videos. We have created a persona, separate personas for each niched account, right? For example, it's a Hooters girl. The sort of content that we're making is all either in Hooters or in her car.

POV selfie talking. Basically, we have vibe coded a setup that allows us to generate the image, generate the video. It has a persona given it to already. It scripts it like according to the persona and the length of the video and then puts it all together in seed dance and automatically generates the content for us on the back end, right? And in terms of that, it is really [ __ ] solid. Go to YouTube and learn how to vibe code for free if you want to get started today.

And I'm sure you can put two and two together, but automating a level of your content creation is an absolute game changer. At this point with my agency, it's probably like a 7030 split. 70% of content is created manually or under you know like VA supervision and then the other 30% is made automatically with Claude right using seed dance and it's really [ __ ] good because you buy back your time say for example you start and automate 10% of your content with Claude automations right and it performs really [ __ ] well so you double down to 20% then that performs really well and you double down to 40% near enough to the point that half of your content generation is done automatically with Claude, you are buying back so much of your [ __ ] time because at a high level, realistically talking from firstirhand experience, right, most of the time goes into content creation cuz it is high level.

But if you can automate that, [ __ ] amazing, right? Fan view launched their MCP very recently, right? And this allows you to manage fan view on the back end. Post distribution in terms of like how like scheduling posts and have them going at certain times. Create content DM management and analytics tracking. Now this is taken from their website, right? Auto reply to fans. Read unread chats. Draft on brand replies. Keep conversations warm around the clock.

Pull account info. Fetch your profile followers, subs and notifications. Manage posts. Insights on demand. Right. Um top spenders, subscriber trends. media and vault, organizing your vault, mass messages and building lists, and then agencies if you are running multiple AR models. Right now, I am going to make a completely separate videos on automations and claw use just because this video is already as long as enough as it is and this is a whole hour video if I break all of this down.

Now, that is the AFM course finished. That is it. If you have watched this video in full, if you follow everything as I have just said, you will be able to hit 10K a month with an AR model. We are back on YouTube, right? Me and Scotty are taking a bit of time away to focus on our agency and on our one-to-one students, but we are back uploading regularly twice a week. Now, I'm going to leave my Telegram down below as well as Scotty's.

I'm going to leave the Myro in the Telegram so you can go and watch this in real time without the video as well as the unedited version giving you some fan view details that I couldn't mention in the YouTube video. Now, if you want to join the blueprint, I will leave the link in the description. Join the school, right? is the biggest AI OFM community out there. We have over 3,000 members right now.
