If you are doing affiliate marketing on Facebook, you already know how much time it takes to post manually. Finding products, writing posts, creating affiliate links, posting to multiple groups one by one every single day. It adds up fast. Affiliate Flow automates all of that. With this tool, you can automatically post to multiple Facebook groups at the same time with your affiliate link dropped directly in the first comment of every post.
So, your audience sees the link exactly where they expect it. And because you are running multiple accounts, you are not limited to one group or one post at a time. You can run several accounts simultaneously, each posting to different groups, scaling your reach without extra work. The system is also built smart. It controls the speed between posts, adds delays between accounts, and manages how many actions each account takes.
So, Facebook does not flag your activity or limit your comments. You stay under the radar while the app does the heavy lifting. By the end of this tutorial, you will have the full setup running. Groups, accounts, products, AI-written posts, affiliate links, and automated campaigns. All connected and ready to go. Let's start. Part one, groups manager. The first thing you need to do before anything else is add your Facebook groups.
These are the groups where Affiliate Flow will automatically post your deals. From the main dashboard, click groups manager, then click add group. The first field is the group name. This is just a label for your reference inside the app. Name it something you will recognize. The second field is the Facebook group ID. To find this, open the Facebook group in your browser and look at the URL. You will see a long number after the word groups.
That number is the group ID. Copy it and paste it here. The third field is the comment prefix. This is the text that will appear at the beginning of the comment under each post, right before your affiliate link. Something like grab it here or get this deal works well. Keep it short and natural. When everything is filled in, click create. Your group is now added and ready to use. Repeat this process for every Facebook group you want to post in.
You can add as many groups as you need. Part two, accounts manager. Now that your groups are set up, it is time to connect your Facebook accounts. These are the accounts that will do the actual posting inside your groups. From the main dashboard, click accounts manager. Adding your first account manually. Click add account in the top right corner. Select the group from the drop down. This links the account to one of the groups you created in part one.
One important setting before you start. Your Facebook account language must be set to English. This is required for Affiliate Flow to work correctly. If the account is in another language, the app will not be able to read and interact with Facebook properly. To switch the language, go to your Facebook settings, click on language and change it to English. Save the changes, then refresh Facebook before extracting your cookie.
Do this for every account before adding it to Affiliate Flow. Now the most important field, the cookie. Before you extract the cookie, make sure you are switched to the correct Facebook page inside Facebook. Click profile picture and select the page you want to post from. Make sure you are browsing as that page before doing anything else. Once you're on the page, use the Chrome extension called Get Cookie Token. You will find it in the Chrome Web Store.
Once installed, click the extension icon while you are on the Facebook page and it will extract the cookie for that page automatically. Copy the full value and paste it into the cookie field in Affiliate Flow. This step is important. Always make sure you are on the correct page before extracting the cookie. Otherwise, the posting will not work correctly. The page ID is required. This is the ID of the Facebook page this account will post from.
You can find it in your Facebook page settings under the about section. It is a long number similar to the group ID. Page name. This is just a label for your reference. Name it something clear like the account name or the page it belongs to. Then enter the email or phone and password for this Facebook account. If you use a proxy for this account, enter it in the proxy field at the bottom. When everything is filled in, click create.
If you have more than one account, do not add them one by one. Use the bulk import button. It saves a lot of time. Click bulk import. As you can see in the video, I use a Google Sheets template to prepare the accounts. You fill in each column, account name, login, password, page ID, and cookie. One row per account. There is a formula in the last column that automatically combines all the fields into the correct format with a pipe separator between each value.
Once your sheet is ready, just copy the last column. Go back to Affiliate Flow and paste it directly into the text area. Select the group you want to assign these accounts to from the drop-down. When everything looks correct, click import accounts. All your accounts will be added instantly. Repeat the same process for each group you have. Select the group, paste the accounts that belong to it, and import. Do this until all your accounts are added across all your groups.
Once your accounts are checked and showing as active, take a look at the columns in the table. This is the part most people find confusing at first, so let me explain it clearly. You have three post type columns. BG means post with a background. These are posts where the text is displayed on a colored or designed background image. No BG means post with no background, plain text post with no image behind the text. Image means post that include a product image, the actual photo of the product being promoted.
The total column shows the combined number of posts assigned to that account across all three types. Now, here is how the distribution works, and this is important to understand. The numbers you enter for each account tell Affiliate Flow how of each type that account will send. For example, if you put one for BG, one for no BG, and one for image, that account will post three posts total. One with a background, one without a background, and one with a product image.
Then the app moves to the next account and does the same thing. So, the posting order goes account by account. It does not post everything from one account before moving on. It distributes the work evenly across all your accounts, which is exactly what keeps you safe from Facebook limits. The recommendation is to keep the same total number of posts per account within the same group. This balance is what protects your accounts and keeps the posting looking natural to Facebook.
Before you run any campaign, you need to verify that all your accounts are working correctly. First, select all your accounts by checking the box at the top of the table. You will see the check button update to show how many accounts you have selected. Then look at the two options at the top, hide browser and speed. Hide browser, keep this checked. It means the checking process runs in the background without opening visible browser windows on your screen.
Leave it on. Speed, this controls how many accounts are checked at the same time. When you are ready, click the check button. The app will go through each account, log in, verify the cookie is valid, and update the status. Once checking is complete, all working accounts will show as active in green. If any account shows an error, it means the cookie has expired and you need to extract a fresh one using the get cookie extension and update it by clicking edit on that account.
Always check your accounts before starting a new campaign, especially if you have not posted in a few days as cookies can expire. Part three, posts manager. Now that your accounts are ready, you need posts to send. Open posts manager from the main dashboard. The posts manager is your post library. Every post you want to send through Affiliate Flow lives here. You can add posts in two ways and we will cover both. Method one, import from Google Sheets.
If you prefer to prepare your posts yourself outside of the app, you can do that in Google Sheets and import them directly. Open your Google Sheet and prepare your posts in the correct format. Each row is one post. You will need the post text, the product image URL, and the affiliate link. One per column. Once your sheet is ready, go back to post manager and click import. And all your posts will be loaded into the library instantly.
This method is great if you already have a list of products and links ready or if you want full control over how each post is written before it goes out. The second method is fully automated. The app finds the products, writes the posts, and generates the affiliate links for you. This is the method we will cover in the next parts. You will use the product scraper to pull deals from Facebook groups or from Walmart, then use AI posts to generate ready-to-post content automatically, and finally use affiliate links to attach your commission links.
Everything then gets sent directly to post manager from inside the app. So, think of post manager as the destination. No matter which method you use, all your posts end up here, ready to be used in a campaign. In the next part, we will go through the full automated method step by step. Now we are going to pull products directly from Walmart and turn them into ready-to-post content automatically. Open product scraper from the main dashboard.
Click from Walmart as your source. You will see one field, Walmart page URL. This is where you paste any Walmart page you want to scrape from. You can use a deals page, a flash deals page, a category page, or any Walmart listing page. Just copy the URL from your browser and paste it here. Next, set the products to scrape number. This is how many products you want to collect from that page. You will also see a sale items only checkbox.
If this is checked, the app will only collect products that have a sale price, meaning products that show a was price crossed out. This is recommended because sale items perform much better in deal groups. When everything is set, click start scraping. The app will go through the Walmart page and collect all the products with a product name, image, price, and URL. When it finishes, you will see all the products listed below under Walmart products with their image, full description, and the direct Walmart link.
Generating AI posts. Now, open AI posts from the main dashboard. You will see all the Walmart products you just scraped listed here under Walmart products. Select the products you want to generate posts for. You can pick specific ones or click the checkbox at the top to select all of them at once. Before you generate, click settings at the top to expand it. This is where you enter your prompt, the instructions that tell the AI how to write your posts.
You can control the tone, the style, the format, everything. If you already have a prompt you used before, it will be saved as default and loaded automatically. Just check that it looks correct and close the settings. If this is your first time, write your prompt in the field. When your settings are ready and your products are selected, click generate posts. The button shows exactly how many posts it is about to create.
The app will now write a unique post for every product using AI. You will see the progress bar update as each post is generated. At certain points, it will pause automatically and show a rate limit message. This is completely normal. Just wait and it will resume on its own. When done, all your AI-written posts appear in the AI posts section below. Ready for the next step. As you can see, the posts are short, punchy, and ready for Facebook deal groups.
With emojis, urgency, and the price included, things like snag these fire caps for just $10.49, major steal, or oh my god, grab this totes bag for just $16.99. This is exactly the style that performs well in deal groups. No fluff, straight to the deal. Now, let me show you the second way to scrape products directly from Facebook deal groups. Go back to product scraper and this time select Facebook groups as your source.
First, go to the target groups tab and add the Facebook deal groups you want to scrape from. These are active deal-sharing groups where people are already posting affiliate deals every day. Enter a name, paste the group URL, and click add group. Then go to the scraper accounts tab and click add account. You'll see a form with a few fields. Enter a name for this account, then enter the email or phone and password. This is important.
The login and password are there so that if the session expires and the account gets logged out, the app will log back in automatically without you having to do anything. The seed cookies field is optional. If you have the cookie for this account, you can paste it here. Click add account to save. Once the account is saved, you will see it listed with a session column showing none at first. Now, click the login button.
A browser will open for you to log into Facebook manually. Log in, and the app will save the session automatically. From this point on, the app uses that saved session every time it scrapes. And if it ever gets logged out, it will use your email and password to log back in on its own. Now, go back to scraping results. Your scraper account and target groups will appear automatically. Set how many posts you want to collect per group.
Before clicking start, you need to assign the target group to the account. Click on the account and you will see the groups you added appear as options. Select the group you want this account to scrape. Click start scraping. You will see the progress bar update in real time showing exactly which account and group it is working on and how many links it has found so far. In the background, the app is opening the groups, reading through the posts, and extracting the affiliate links from the comments automatically.
When it finishes, all the scraped products appear in the Facebook products section below. Each product comes with the original post text written by the person who posted it, the product image, the original product link, or the affiliate link that was in the comment. So, you get everything in one place, the content, the image, and the link. Ready to use directly without any extra work. This is a powerful way to find what is already working in deal groups and replicate it with your own affiliate links attached.
Now that we have products from both Walmart and Facebook groups, let's move to the next step and generate our affiliate links. Now, we attach your affiliate links to all the posts. Open affiliate links from the main dashboard. Before we start, let me mention which platforms Affiliate Flow currently supports for affiliate link generation. Mavely, Shop Your Likes, Amazon, and BrandCycle. We will go through each one in this section.
If you only use one or two of them, feel free to skip directly to the platform you use. You do not need to set up all of them. Just watch the part that applies to you. Setting up Mavely. At the top, you have platform settings. Click the Mavely tab. You need a bearer token. Here is exactly how to get it step by step. First, go to Walmart and copy any product link. Any product will work. It does not matter which one. Now, go to the Mavely creators website.
Make sure you are logged in. You will see a link generator bar at the top of the page. Paste your Walmart link there. Before clicking generate, press F12 to open Chrome DevTools and click on the network tab. Then click fetch {slash} XHR in the filter bar. Now click the generate button on the Mavely page to create the affiliate link. You will see new requests appear in the network tab. Look for the request called mavely.live and click on it.
On the right side, click headers and scroll down until you find the authorization row. Right next to it, you will see a long value. That entire value after the word bearer is your token. Copy it. Once you have copied the token, paste it into the bearer token field. Important, after pasting, check that there is no extra empty line at the end of the token. Now let's look at the two settings on the right. Delay. This is the number of seconds to wait between generating each link.
You can set it to 1 second if you want to go faster. Sleep for. This is a longer pause the app takes after generating a certain number of links. For example, if you are generating 400 links, you would set it to sleep for 120 seconds after every 200 links. When everything is set, click save settings. The button will turn green, confirming your settings are saved. Generating your affiliate links. Scroll down to generate affiliate links.
Select your product source, AI posts, FB groups, or all. The app tells you exactly how many posts will be processed. Select the source you want and click generate links. Progress bar will count up as each link is created. When it finishes, you will see a pop-up saying done, generated X affiliate links. Click okay. Now look at the affiliate links table below. Each row shows the post content, the original Walmart URL, and your Mavely affiliate link.
To confirm that the links were actually created in your Mavely account and not just generated locally, go to the Mavely Creators website and click on links. You will see all the links that were just generated listed there in your account with the product name, the Walmart URL, and your short affiliate link. This confirms everything is working correctly and your commissions will be tracked properly. Now, you can also go back and generate links for the AI posts if you did not do them at the same time.
Just select AI posts as the product source and click generate links again. You can do them one source at a time or all at once, whatever works best for you. Once you have verified the links are in your Mavely account, come back to Affiliate Flow and click send to Post Manager to move everything to the next step. A dialog will appear showing you the platforms available. You can filter by platform and send only Mavely links, only ShopStyle LikeIt links, or send all of them at once.
The dialog shows you exactly how many posts will be added. Now, open Posts Manager from the main dashboard. You will see all your posts are now there. Each one with the post text, the product image, and the affiliate link already attached and ready to go. These posts are now in your library permanently and can be used in as many campaigns as you want. Setting up ShopStyle LikeIt. Click the ShopStyle LikeIt tab in platform settings.
You will see four fields: publisher ID, API key, AF creative ID, and cookie. Here is how to get all of them in one go. Go to the ShopStyle LikeIt website and make sure you are logged in. Now, on the ShopStyle LikeIt page, paste any Walmart product link into the link generator, open Chrome DevTools with F12 and click the network tab. Click fetch/XHR to filter the requests and click convert link. You will see new requests appear in the network tab.
Now, go to the headers tab on the same request and scroll down to find the cookie row. Copy that entire value and paste it into the cookie field in Affiliate Flow. After pasting the cookie, check there is no extra empty line at the end and remove it if there is, and go to the payload tab. You will see three values right there: Publisher ID, API key, and AF creative ID. Copy each one and paste them into the matching fields in Affiliate Flow.
The delay and sleep for settings work the same way as Mavely. Click save settings. ShopStyle is now ready. Generating links works exactly the same way as Mavely. Select your product source, click generate links, and your ShopStyle short links will be created automatically. To confirm the links were created correctly, go to your ShopStyle account and click on links. You will see all the generated links listed in your link journal.
This confirms your commissions will be tracked correctly. Once you have verified your links, come back to Affiliate Flow and click send to post manager. Select your platform filter and click send posts. Your post with the ShopStyle links attached are now in your post manager library ready to use in a campaign. Now, let's set up Amazon using Join Link. Go to platform settings and click the Join Link tab. Here you'll see the bearer token field.
This is where you paste your authorization token from Join Link. Below that, the tag field is your Amazon Associates tracking ID. Go to the Join Link website and open your dashboard. Get any Amazon product link and paste it into the field at the top. Before doing anything, press F12 to open dev tools and go to the network tab. Select your affiliate tag from the drop-down. This is your Amazon Associates tracking ID. Then click create link.
Watch the network tab. You'll see a request called generate- short-link appear. Click on it. Go to the headers tab and find the authorization value. It starts with bearer followed by a long token. Copy everything after the word bearer. That's your token. Now, go back to Affiliate Flow and paste your bearer token into the token field. Make sure there is no extra empty line at the end. Enter your Amazon Associates tag.
You also have a delay setting, seconds between each link, and a sleep for setting to pause after a set number of links to avoid rate limits. Then click save settings. Now scroll down to generate affiliate links, select the Joylink tab, and the app will show how many Amazon posts are ready to process. Click generate links. Once it finishes, your Joylink.io affiliate links will appear in the results table. You can verify them directly in your Joylink account.
When everything looks good, click send to post manager. Now let's set up Brandcycle. Open Affiliate Flow, go to platform settings, and click the Brandcycle tab. The process here is very similar to what we did before. Go to the Brandcycle website, open tools, then build a link. Open dev tools with F12, go to network, and filter by fetch/XHR. Paste any product URL into the destination URL field, and click create link. Look for the deep_linking request in the network tab.
Click it. Go to headers, and copy the authorization value. Come back to Affiliate Flow, paste your token into the authorization token field. Make sure there's no extra empty line, and click save settings. Then scroll down to generate affiliate links, select Brandcycle. Choose your product source, and click generate links. Once done, click send to post manager. Now let's set up GoLikely. Open Affiliate Flow, go to platform settings, and click the GoLikely tab.
You'll see the bearer token field we know wire. We need to get that first. Go to the GoLikely website, open dev tools with F12, go to the network tab, and filter by fetch/XHR. Paste any Walmart product URL into the field, and click generate. Look for a request called links in the network tab. Click it, go to headers, and copy the authorization value. Everything after the word bearer. Back in Affiliate Flow, paste the token into the bearer token field.
Make sure there's no extra empty line at the end and click save settings. Then scroll down to generate affiliate links, select Go Likely, choose your product source, and click generate links. Once done, click send to post manager. Now we get to the main tool, the FB poster. This is where everything comes together. Go back to the Affiliate Flow home screen and click new campaign in the FB poster section. Before we start, let me explain the two types of campaigns you can run.
The first is for pre-approved pages. The second is for admin pages where your account is an admin of the group. In the target group drop-down, select the group you want to post to. For campaign type, select link in comment. This means the app posts the content as the post and then adds the affiliate link as the first comment automatically. Now check the box that says pages are pre-approved. This tells the app to use the pre-approved page mode when posting.
Set your post per account and your wait between posts in minutes. Important. The number of posts per account here must match the total you set for each account in the accounts manager for this group. For example, if the total posts is three, so you set three posts per account here. And your wait between posts in minutes. Then set your campaign start date. Under schedules, you'll see day one already created. Under schedules, set your campaign start date.
Then plan your posting schedule. You can set it daily, weekly, or for as many days as you want to automate. For each day, you set one or more time slots. Click plus time to add more slots in the same day or add day to add a new day. For example, in this campaign, day one has two time slots. At 8:14 a.m., the app will post three posts, then it will wait until 8:30 a.m. and post the next six posts. This way you can spread your posts throughout the day naturally instead of posting everything at once.
Use save as default to save your schedule so you can reuse it next time with load default. The app will automatically select the active accounts for this group. Click start campaign when you're ready. Once you click start campaign, the app will open Facebook automatically and start posting. It will create the post using the exact post type you set for each account in the accounts manager, whether that's BG, no BG, or image, and wait for the post to be approved by the group before moving to the next step.
Once the post is approved and live, the app will automatically add the affiliate link in the first comment using the comment prefix you already set up in the accounts manager. Then it moves to the next post and repeats the same process following your schedule exactly. You can watch everything happening live in the activity log at the bottom of the campaign window. Now, let's set up the second example, an admin page campaign.
The setup is almost identical to what we just did with one key difference. Select your group from the target group drop-down and set the campaign type to link in comment. This time, do not check the pre-approve box. Since your account is already an admin of the group, the app handles posting directly without waiting for approval. Set your posts per account to match what you configured in the accounts manager for this group, and set your wait between posts.
For the schedule, you can use the generate button to save time. Just enter the number of days you want to run the campaign and click generate. The app will automatically spread the posting slots across the day for you. For example, with four accounts, it creates multiple time slots, like 8:00 a.m., 8:30 a.m., and 10:00 a.m. each with the right number of posts. The app will automatically select the active accounts for this group.
Click start campaign. Just like before, the app will post each post in the exact type set in the accounts manager, then automatically add the affiliate link in the comment with the prefix following your schedule precisely. You can also run both campaigns at the same time. Open the execution tracker to see all your active campaigns running simultaneously with live progress for each schedule. There's also a second campaign type called link in post.
This is useful when you don't have enough accounts to post with link in comment. Instead of adding the affiliate link as a comment, the app includes the link directly inside the post text itself. The post goes live with the content and the affiliate link already embedded in the body. No separate comment needed. To use it, simply select link in post from the campaign type drop down. Everything else, the schedule, accounts, post types, works exactly the same way.
You also noticed in this example that one of the accounts was logged out. The app detected this automatically and logged it back in without any action needed from you. Then continued posting right where it left off. This is why it's important to save your account credentials correctly in the accounts manager. At any point during the campaign, you can open your Facebook group to check that the posts are going live correctly.
And if you need to stop the campaign for any reason, just click stop in the execution tracker. You can start it again whenever you're ready. The campaign will resume from where it left off, and that's everything you need to start automating your Facebook group posts with Affiliate Flow, from scraping products, generating AI posts, creating affiliate links, all the way to scheduling and posting automatically across multiple accounts.
