In this video, I'll show you exactly how to sell AI, how to run an AI agency. I did 172,000 last month. And in this video, I will break down exactly how we talk to clients, what we sell, how we price, what softwares we use. I'll actually give you an example of an entire closing call. Um, I'm trying to do everything in my power to help my audience get rich. I know that I posted uh two other fiveh hourlong courses before this.
They're still amazing to watch for you to get a base, but uh I was watching it back with Joe last night and honestly it's they're old. They're only just two to three weeks like posted ago, but it genuinely is old. We have the latest and greatest methods to sell AI. Um and I'm super excited for you to go through this entire video. I want you to take notes, be dialed in, click those buttons, execute while you watch and implement so u you can close your first few deals, save up a couple thousand, and then join AI Front Runners for real.
Join up our Discord. We actually are printing. Our guys are seeing massive results. Um, and the last thing I want you to do is just watch us get rich. Um, come join us for real. Because you guys are an AI front runners, I'm going to demand like just you just spend all your time, whatever time you have, you're spending all your time grinding this [ __ ] Uh, you guys are in here for a reason. All of you guys are very ambitious.
I've talked to each one of you one-on-one and I know you're wise. So, get her done. Whatever all the stuff is in the channels, all the kurick. Um, it's valid. It's not AI slop. It's literally what we do. I know there's so much in the process, but there should be so many things you push at once. Our business philosophy, what aligns with me, Garrett, Avi, Archie, Joe, all of us, is you have to do everything kind of at once.
In a business, how you fail is trying to perfect one thing and then another and another. There's a lot of people that will just build AI or like be, oh, I want to sell voice AI and then they'll just start trying to build it and then build it and make it better and make it better and make it better and then a month's pass and they've made zero dollars. That's not the point of this. Um, like with our system, you should in a couple days, less than a week, you should be able to build out the whole business and then start actually closing some deals.
Y'all are sellers. You're in the middle and you should just be closing. If I literally duplicate our marketing system for you guys, um, and then we have the exact same fulfillment. I use these devs. I use Joe and his team. I use Rakis and Julian and his team. You guys should be able to deliver the same client success and upsells genuinely. So, when you look at it, marketing, sales, fulfillment, we have marketing and fulfillment that's there that we have to continue to always dial in, but it'll be that sales portion.
You guys have to be nice at sales. I often think, why do my students close one to 5K deals and me five to 35? It's because I'm nicer at sales. I'm not scared to talk to certain clientele. I'm not scared to enter into different niches or industries. Like I could speak with certainty when I speak with like 50, 60 year old OMG guys. Like these oil and gas guys are they're all type A. So you need to get her done. When I say you have to do everything at once, we do you go to GTM.
GTM does SMS, email, LinkedIn outreach. That's only three channels. What else do we need to do? Hit the phones, get phone setters, have the phone setters hit the hit the leads. Um, what else? We have a couple guys here running ads. A lot of us pushing blog post, AEO, SEO, um content with demos and audits on X, Insta, on your LinkedIn, on your blog, on your email list, on your newsletter. We do everything. I do everything.
I'm on every channel. Like, your advantage is being omniresent and your true advantage is when you're actually able to crawl. Um, it's valid to do outreach, especially when you sell AI because it they can't even Google it. Um, oil and gas implementation for AI, there's nothing like it's valid for me to put myself in front of the business owner and be like, "Yo, I am your solution. I'm one of one. Like, I can actually help understand your business.
I am in your niche. I've done deals before. We can get XYZ done. we could do magic. Uh, and when we're going in front of the business owner, you got to think like omni, why we do omniresence is because some people don't check their emails, but they check LinkedIn all day. Some people have a LinkedIn but never check it, but they check their phone all day. They'll check they'll see the phone. Some people will see a text, forget it, and then check their LinkedIn, be like, "Oh, yeah, it's the same guy." And then you give them a call and then you walk in.
Like you have to go like when we're trying to strike I'm trying to strike deals that are like multiple five figures. Even in like commercial cleaning contracts that are four figures, multiple five figures, they'll send like little squishy stuff, little stuff to put on the desk, water bottles to like dealerships, companies, warehouses. Um just as a touch point too, an additional touch point after email, SMS phone. So, when I say you have to crawl and do all at once, it's ass.
Like, I know it's going to be ass. It's like you're figuring out new [ __ ] every single day. And you know, it's like we have GTM launching on Monday, but it does SMS, email, LinkedIn, but it's like you have to go in and go on Twilio, figure out your email copy, SMS copy, your deliverability, your open rate. You have to not only you have to look at it, you have to manage it. You have to make everything better and better.
Like when you hit the phones and you have your data, you're like, "Damn, I called 300 people. Only 50 people picked up this many." So you're like immediately you're like, "Okay, clearly this phone, there's something wrong with this phone number. I need to refresh it. I need to get another phone from a different software. I should maybe try texting first and then calling." You have to optimize your process. And then let's just say you optimize that and then you're at like you know um 70 80 pickups and then you diagnose the next problem is like oh everyone just you know um ends the call on first ring like you know after I say a few things people end the call under 10 seconds.
Okay, now you know that you need to figure out what the [ __ ] to say u in your niche, right? That's why it's like, okay, I could give you guys a sales script, but most of the times when people ask for advice and like, what should I say on the call? I'm just like, get to the business owner, tell them who you are, tell them what you could do for them, tell them that you have cool [ __ ] to show them without selling them anything, and then get them on the call.
Like, get them booked on the call. Like, it's it's that simple of a framework. I know I'm oversimplifying it, but it is that easy. Like, it it genuinely is. Just figure those things out and then whenever there are gaps or interesting topics to talk about, you get it done. If you've watched this far, go ahead and click below and subscribe. All right, I know you guys are subscribed to [ __ ] Mr. Beast or just people that are is not even edifying you, right?
My channel will actually help you make money instead of Mr. Beast. Oh, I hope he picks me for some challenge. But I see here 78% of you guys that watched my content in the last 90 days are not subscribed. So, I need you guys to click that button below and subscribe. And then let's just say it's the phone and then maybe it's a conversation. Um you're able to get past 10 seconds but a lot of the problems aren't like you you're not able to book them in.
It's because of your sales skill. Now you're going into our Mox channel. We have Mox one, Mox 2, Mox 3. You guys have the ability to add each other as friends and get on a little Discord meet and mock cuz you're supposed to. I demand you guys to do so. There's no way you I'm trying to, you know, if I'm a your cello coach and you're trying to play the cello and you're trying to tell me you're trying to compete and win a trophy without practicing, um, I would tell you to [ __ ] off.
I wouldn't believe that you're trying to win the competition. Um, and for us, it isn't a trophy. It's dollars in your bank. And I'm sure you guys want that [ __ ] prize. So, put the correct inputs. Do it correctly. Um, and you could see how just in this one process that I'm using as an example, like I'm just talking about how you need to track, track, track, give me numbers, give me numbers. You need the numbers. [ __ ] if you don't get any value out of me, at least the biggest value you get is understanding that business is just a math word problem.
Like that's the biggest value ever. Um main thing is like when you push with big volume or small volume it will it will make everything transparent and the only way to feed data only way to actually have a strong knowledge base with your AI is to feed it a CRM. like I could have a knowledge base knowing exactly who my students are, what their clients got, uh what my uh OMG guys uh ballooned in profit and then what I did for it, but then ulteriorly it's what I could just connect the CRM and be like, okay, this is exactly what's going on, right?
Um, but I just want to impress on you guys like you have to mock the set, you have to mock the clothes. And if you're the prospect when you're playing the prospect on a mock call, uh, please take different personalities. Like go to Claude and be like, "Okay, I'm mock calling with this guy who's selling this at this price. Like, give me 10 personalities uh with different levels of business that I can with different pain points, with different objections, and you play that." Like I want to help you guys make it as real as possible, right?
You guys are potentially going to buy be buying leads on Apollo Clay. I know there's sense, but like still like you're investing in your business. Don't [ __ ] up your leads. Like you have that lead pack. Spend time actually getting nice at sales. I ran a or I was part of a door to door team. ran a small team and in door to door we'd always tell the new guys to knock like the absolute like worst no soliciting like absolute hood and be like yeah this is a normal community go and like sell some solar go do it they do that for two weeks and then we actually put them to knock in a like a good community and then they just bang the [ __ ] out like they just start selling like crazy because they've dealt with every objection in book.
That's just how it works. And we kind of trick them like we we trick them by being like, "Yo, this is a" In their head, they're like, "I have to make this work. I have to make this work. This is a valid sale. I have to deal with this." Instead of being like, "Oh, it's a [ __ ] lead. I'm going to go on to the next. Oh, this is a bad community. I I can't make this sale. Okay, I'm going just do this quickly and do take every sale." Again, sales is like alchemy.
Sales is not doing alchemy. It's it's sifting for gold. It's not like turning a [ __ ] lead into a buyer. It's when you find someone that's a potential buyer, you you you like really work on that deal, right? You're not turning coal into gold. You're literally sifting for gold and removing all the [ __ ] And when you have gold, you focus on the gold, right? Especially some of you guys that already have I don't know if anyone has clients in here yet.
I know most of you guys in here are new, but when you have your book of business, uh they are pretty big. They're nuggets of gold cuz now you've done work with them. Please refer me to people. Business owners are only friends with business owners straight up. Um, and business owners in their niche. Agency owners know other agency owners. Detailers know other detailers. HVAC guys know every HVAC guy in their city. like it's not only adjacent to their business, but telling them like I often tell my guys like, "Yo, do you have any friends that have any business at all that's any interest in talking to me about AI?
I have so much cool [ __ ] to tell them. Let me just get on call with them. I promise you I won't hard sell." Okay, I'm lying. I promise you I won't sell too hard. Um, and it's like those are that's the gold you want to extract. Then if you look at their company too, I often over try try to overd deliver. Like when I deliver something to the client, we sell a website, maybe I'll just be like, "Yo, also we hardcoded and spend an extra few days getting you a chatbot." And like there's also this that you could look at.
Super cool. They're like, "Holy shit." Like, "Dude, y'all cooked. Y'all actually cooked." And then optimization call in two weeks. And then two week in between that two weeks, Joe knows. Joe see me. I I practice what I preach even with our client that we're trying to close another trying to close a half a million dollar deal a year AR. Um, and I'm just like sending cool AI [ __ ] to look at, send a little reel, give him a little update on what our devs have built kind of an example or built out a wire for it, a frame wire, a wire frame.
And it's like there's you have to be able to with those clients like go above and beyond to sign your sign some of these clients. like they're fat. Like you think you're just going to call someone up and they're going to give you that much bread. Like do it do it the correct way, guys. Like don't cut any corners. Um that's why I say when you do all at once, it's not going to start hitting until like 30 day 30 rolling days.
Like people who have we started making people mandatorily get active on LinkedIn 30 days ago and people are now seeing results from LinkedIn. potential book calls um a lot of engagement conversations happening in LinkedIn authority like I have LinkedIn premium and when I see people like when I talk to some it's always the clinic guys always the clinic guys when I talk to them I always yeah do your due diligence I'm like that me and my team like we were we've done xyz like when I jump on call and after the call I'll take a look at my LinkedIn and in premium you could see who's viewed your profile they viewed my profile they went and found me on LinkedIn LinkedIn, guys.
We're selling B2B. Um, I don't care if you have some [ __ ] limiting belief. Oh, but I'm 18. Oh, but I don't have anything on LinkedIn. Oh, but I don't even have LinkedIn. Oh, but I it's it's I'm just has experience in this. Start building it today. Start getting that active today. We have so much like so many AI systems and little looms of us building Grock bots and little agents that auto post, autorespond, auto you just there's so much to build and everything.
And I'm just talking about LinkedIn now, right? Um, there's so much to do. There's so many free trials you can get. Just try [ __ ] Just continue to build. You do each one of these over and over and over again. Each channel in about a month will book you one call each. One or two calls a day if you're doing it correctly. One call each. You have eight omniresent channels. Eight calls a day. There you go. Make some bread.
And that's like a a level-headed estimate. Like it's not crazy for me to book one [ __ ] call a day off sending 500 to a thousand emails that's dialed in. It's really not. And then my phone setting team of two banging a thousand leads a day. It's really not crazy to book one [ __ ] call. It's really not. You do enough LinkedIn posting, demos, audits, people hitting you up to build [ __ ] on X on in. It's not crazy for it to book one [ __ ] call.
It's just not I truly don't believe some of you Well, I was speaking to some new guys like if some of you don't ask me, "Yeah, what's next? There's nothing to do. I went over everything." I'm like, "Dude, what the [ __ ] are you talking about?" Like, actually, like there's unlimited things to do for your business. with all the curriculum and what we're going to talk about and all the Monday through Friday chats and also our VC chats.
Um there's unlimited things to do like there's always the next step. Um it's always about the biggest thing I learned from Luke Belmar's group is like the iteration portion. You can take as much action you want and track as much as you want, but it's how high level of iteration you can do. And for you guys new to the mentorship, just in chat at me and I will help you iterate. My talent is looking at numbers and figuring out what to do to get make the numbers look better.
That's my talent. That's how I went from closer, sales manager to owning three offers or just organiz sales organizations. I just really good at looking at the numbers and be like, huh, what five things can we do to actually push this [ __ ] forward? All right. I want you guys to also understand what high leverage work is and what low leverage work is. Like sure, we can go out and look at a funnel and website and build out the little colors, look at the little button, trying to change the little copy.
Um, but that ain't that ain't going to do [ __ ] Like, um, you know, just make AI make you the 100 and a toz test all of it and it'll let the numbers tell you what it is, right? It's you have to think a little bit more high leverage. Also, what I mean by that is like Joe is top 10 hardest workers I know. No lar LAR. Like he's he works so hard. Um, but I often tell him sometimes the biggest leverage work isn't sitting in front of your computer and continue to code and like build build and like get these things and have these small ideas to try to connect things and integrate things and like it's not that.
It's when he's at the gym and sitting in the sauna and he's like, "Oh [ __ ] we could email this list that we have and this partner and angle it this way and then we could do like a 20% deal. I need to call him later." Like that will literally make dollars. That that that idea literally is high leverage enough to make that's a dollar idea, right? Um, if you find yourself doing [ __ ] that doesn't actively make you money or get you the infrastructure to make you money or a sale, you're doing the wrong [ __ ] Um, like like I use the button example, brother.
That's a button. Like what's your offer? What's your pricing? What's your sale? What what do you talk about? What's your film? Like there's so much more. It's so it's like think about it in levels of importance. And I know that the important [ __ ] is a [ __ ] to do. That's why a lot of people I know that's why a lot of people tend to ask me what to do. You already know what to do. Like I often say dumb questions, but that actually is there's no dumb question, but that's actually a dumb question.
But what's a smart question is, hey, I've built this, this, and this. Like, I don't know how to get this implemented, how to get things started, how this actually helps me make money, how this actually helps me book calls, what copy I need, like speak to me in detail. Right? Again, I asked you guys to be uh again, now understanding what I've said, I want y'all to have more in this VC as I go kind of through our method and what you guys want to do.
But in give me a detailed question, right? U I know that maybe you guys are new but like you guys should be fast as [ __ ] where by the time we meet next week or in three days on Monday in two days on Monday two three days um you're asking me detailed questions very hyper specific to how it can help you get things built out faster right um before I go on it let me just answer y'all's initial questions so for pricing um if there if it's a business doing 10 to50 50,000 you'll charge them 2 to 4K for some generic buildup.
These are generic ass numbers. All right. 2 to four ball range they could afford. For a business doing 50 to a quarter mil they could afford >> All right. I got you. >> 5 to 10k. >> Oh, you need clock out. >> Turkey. Turkey. Mute yourself. >> If they're doing like uh 50 to 250 to 10k build out is valid. Um, and then if they're doing it's a quarter million plus a month if it's still that's still small business quarter mill to a mill, it'd be more so like 10 to 30k buildouts and then if they're doing a mill a months like or annually they're doing over eight figures.
They usually would be overhaul deals that are like 10 to 35k plus too. But it depends on what they need. It's hard to ask me pricing because it's like when I'm talking about voice AI, I'll have the base number be around like 5K, 2K a month, 4K, 1,500 a month. If it's like AI CRM, I like charging 10K. Um, and then from there, it's a sliding scale. Like if it's just a new company, I'd be around five um less integrations.
If it's like a company like Ascend, I'm charging 65,000. It's a sliding scale. But what I want y'all to understand is like we're not price gouging. Like never price gouge. What how McKenzie described it is never price the scope of work, price the customer. And I used to think that means just low-key price gouges, but the more and more I've talked to people about that philosophy. You're pricing the customer because there's different variables like how important it is to for you to get it done right. like, okay, you're you'll eventually be storing their data or it'll potentially affect tens of thousands of clients.
So, it has to work and it has to be good and it has, you know what I mean? Like that's that kind of pressure, that kind of uh importance, that kind of strong infrastructure has a price to it, right? So, we're not just talking about scope of work. We're talking about customer. Um, and the main thing is I I love that I spent some time in Miami with Garrett. Um, when I was just crashing on his couch, he was like, um, I was like, "Yo, this is my homie Alex.
He's in partner with me in one of our agencies and u he needs XYZ built out. Can you like help him out and see if it's possible?" And Alex explained, "Yo, we want this to do this. I don't know if it's possible." And Garrett's like, "All right, bet. I mean, I'll get back to you in like a couple hours." Um, and I'll just basically price you on how much time I save you. Sound good? And Alex was like, "Bat, easy." Because if you think about it, if you think about pricing, if we're helping a plumbing company recover 20K a month in deals, we could technically charge 19,000 and they'd still be making more money a month.
But obviously, that's just a in a vacuum example. In a vacuum, if you're charging 2K, 3K a month, that's valid. It's so valid. Help them realize that like it's a literal leak. Um, how to go through contract process? I'd use sign.com. It's 10 bucks a month. And basically, you just I think I have a contract prompt for you guys in there um in the curriculum, but you just put the contract prompts, put the templates in, load it up, get the contract.
I try to keep it two to four pages as short as possible with still protecting me and just get it through. Um drag and drop sign.com should be dumb easy. Um, and I often tell them it's just an agreement to make sure that um, I get all the info you need I need and also to pro protect myself for my services because I'm going to be paying out my team. I don't want to take double risk and at the same time it's not like you wire me 10K and I just disappear to the Bahamas or something.
So I know a lot of the content in this 5 hour course is in Discord. And just to give you guys context, this Discord is my program AI Front Runners where we teach people how to sell AI. Um, it's through we do this through curriculum. It's a toz. Send this, click this, do this. Um, it's so [ __ ] good. And then coaching calls. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Mondays are with me. I do Q&A's. Tuesdays are with Garrett.
He's the guy that built Alex Herozy's AI CRM. He makes over a million dollars a month. He's actually, [ __ ] you, Rich. Um, but he's just coaching our guys for the love of the game. He's actually a very close friend of mine u in Miami. It's truly a blessing to have him in the group. Wednesdays are with Joe. He's my co-founder of Try GTM. He's also very technical. Help you guys out on the tech side. Thursdays are with me.
I do sales call reviews and calls and Fridays are with Julian. He manages the 25 developers that when you decide to join us, you get access to so you have something to arbitrage, right? My whole model is arbitrage. You just go out there, find the business, sell the thing, you kind of already know what to sell. You collect 10,000, give the devs 500 to a,000, next deal, right? It's kind of sexy. And the way I think about this Discord is like if you're serious about making money with AI, you're probably in this Discord.
I mean, it was interesting. I want to go over some leaderboard stuff, but it was interesting. I was, it was like 1:00 a.m. 2 a.m. the other night and I look at everyone in the VC. Then I look at the leaderboard and it's the same [ __ ] people. The more active you are, the more money you make and the more money you want to be more active. Just a flex and then you start making more money because you're so involved and it's a positive feedback loop over and over again, right?
Um, but I want to shout out some of the guys. Stefan with the quarter million equity deal. I'm about to hit uh I did 172 last month. I have yet to update this. It's closer to 240 now. Riley, he's 19 years old, 115, we started tracking all these deals. Uh, what is it? A little over a month and a half ago. This isn't a in a month and a half. And we have lurkers in the group. We've closed easily over a million of like a million dollars in revenue as a group.
Uh, Julian, he's only 18. He's closed 80K. Tristan's only 19, he's closed 70K. Tristan and Julian actually met in the Discord and then became friends and now live together in Bickl, Miami. Uh, it's so beautiful to see for real. Joe, he's my co-founder. He's the guy that's always in all my videos. Um Jake, he just started out like a month ago with us and he's a college student. He plays football, too. 20K in deals. Henry, he's 19 in Vietnam.
What's your excuse, Matthew? It's first deal. He closed a 6K deal. I swear. Where is it? Like, what's your excuse? These guys are ripping. Um, what is this? Where? I swear that was Gucc's first deal. See, Matthew closed deal. 6K, right? If he could do it, why can't you? He has no sales experience. Never made a single dollar online. and he's he's ripping. Um, the thing I want to show you is it's sure I could have some curriculum, have coaching calls, but the biggest thing that I feel like is underrated, just a community, people to grow and compete like with.
And every month I get a fat B&B somewhere and just have my guys pull up. Like the last one was in Dallas. Right now I'm at the Scottsdale one. We got a bunch of guys in the crib right now working. I'm just recording this fair fairly quickly. Um, the next one's going to be in Malibu. Like I'm not afraid to see my guys because I actually make the money and we just have so much fun doing this AI gold rush. It's like don't just watch us [ __ ] get rich.
Come join us. The level of support and the curriculum that we have. I mean our AI method do like what we're doing for LinkedIn outbound demos. Um setting up SMS, email reminders, backend systems, backend offers, client management, which software that we use, what's special like there's actually so much that goes into selling AI but often times online you just see people flex their wins. cuz it seems effortless. It takes work.
All the people in here are ambitious as [ __ ] I made it mandatory for guys to no life it uh cuz and they they're down for it cuz they see um the opportunity as well. And I I need you guys to see the opportunity as well. It's [ __ ] massive. So um it's a highlevel group. It ranges from high school, college kids just hustling. They want to make some money online all the way to software engineers at Amazon, at Stripe that still come to me to set up the business logistics, set up their pricing, their offer, get some sales advice.
So, it's it's a really good group. It's an ambitious group. And if you're going lone wolf, you're doing something wrong. Like, it's it's kind of like crypto trenching. Like, you need a group of guys to trench with to scan and see the the best newest thing. And with AI, it's the same. Like, two or three years ago, I thought I could just lock myself in a cabin, keep my, you know, costs low and everything, and just grind on my computer.
And I wasted six months of my life. Everything changed when I decided to mastermind. I know that I'm mentoring all of these people in this Discord. Um, but it's like dude, like I got a technically got a hundred guys scanning for the latest and greatest ways to make money online. And we have like guest speakers. Look, we have a guest speaker with a dude that did 125,000. He's an old friend of mine. We reconnected. Like, I'm I'm going out my way to make this happen for y'all.
Y I know some of you guys see the opportunity and are very ambitious, but you know, you're dealing with roadblocks, dealing with it's just hard to jump start. That's why I built AI Front Runners, right? You're telling me with my exact my with my curriculum with my exact marketing I'll basically duplicate it for you with my curriculum um sales framework we're doing sales training every day we have closing live call it I have fulfillment my devs I'm giving you access to my I'm copying my exact business for you telling me you can't close one [ __ ] deal a month worth 5 to 35,000 you can't close two deals a month uh take yourself seriously take your life seriously you only have one of them and right now if you're in a stuck position you got to Get your ass up and commit to yourself.
Don't just commit energy and time. Commit money. Buy the softwares. Buy guidance. Buy mentorship. Right? People say, "Oh yeah, I'm so invested in it. I put my money where my mouth is." No, you didn't. What you speak, will you literally put money where your mouth is? Is the big thing. I mean, a lot of these guys also just watched YouTube videos kind of like the one you're watching right now. Um, and then decided, okay, let's take the real step.
Let's actually go all in. Like that's what AI stands for. Not artificial. It stands for all in baby. I often say like to these companies, I'm like, "Yeah, I'm learning to be a true professional." So, we're just trying to do everything the right way. And that's exactly what I'm trying to do. How to learn the pitch in the best in the beginning. You test in your niche, but we have a framework for you, Addie, inside the curriculum.
Chris, steps to ensure show rate or improving show rate. Having a banger thank you page that includes FAQ videos that pushes for urgency. When you have after someone books, you're supposed to have a page that it redirects to that basically has a video that you make them mandatorily watch and it's it's pushing urgency like telling them, hey, like there's new AI [ __ ] that came in the out in the last couple days that could help empower your HVAC business.
You know, voice AI is getting recently in the last couple weeks. Um, it's been so good that even, you know, I work in AI and I I can't even tell the [ __ ] difference, right? Uh, I just want to take this time for you to understand, for you to show up at your laptop ready to go. Uh, and dialed in because I want to show you cool [ __ ] Like it's it's, you know, I also learn more about your business, see where you're at, but like and then I'll push authority also on that video and be like also if you type in Tim Chow on Google, like you'll see I partnered up with Cyber Sphere or um, our agency has and we're Anthropic Partners.
They give us deals. We've done deals um, joint venture deals with Anthropic. So, you know, I can ensure that um your data will sec be secure, all our [ __ ] will be compliant. Um like stuff like that. You know what I mean? Like that's the stuff that will get them to show up. What your how many how many times and what time you send them SMS, what SMS you send them, the email reminders telling them to show up, what email reminders they are.
There's tons of ways to continue to get show rate to be high. But think about it like this. The biggest thing if you're on the phones is after you book in that call. It's not being like, "Okay, thank you. See you then. Bye. It's being like, "Okay, a by the way, like around 4:00, like where are you going to be? Are you going to be driving home or you going to be at XYZ?" Like, "Okay, awesome." And you'll have your laptop, right?
Okay. Awesome. Awesome. Also, there there's going to be like SMS or email. I know they're just automations, but they're they're going to send to you just so before the call you could get a better picture of who we are, what we do, and how we can help your business. Is that valid? Yes. Okay. And I'll just try to continue the conversation. Some of you guys are scared to continue. Like just push push push. Provide value value.
Yo, look at this. Look at this. Holy [ __ ] They're doing this. Like be the AI guy for them. Like people are Yo, people pay me. There's a couple there's like about a dozen. I'm on retainer. I don't really do MR retainers, but there's about a dozen clients that do. And I actually believe that I am I have one of the best AI services. Like I feel like a AI concierge. like they just need some AI [ __ ] and I could like somehow famoose or get my network or get front runners or use my socials to get them something.
Like genuinely I I genuinely think I provide one of the best services ever and that's why I charge a fat amount. I I I don't believe that. That's literally in the real world it's true. I be on sales calls with potential prospects for front runners for OMG for clinics for insurance and if any any of my AI agent guys like like OMG guys that pay me 35 call me I'm immediately being like hold on give me a second and picking up that damn phone.
I'm like my like customer service on 10 like a framers like I don't even take Saturday calls. I know that we just randomly had a good amount of guys join. I'm like bro let's get y'all let's force y'all success. Y'all need to help your clients for success and you will make more money. Every business owners knows more business owners. Um, how to control the talk through the call to end up closing. You start by setting the frame.
All right. I have the I I swear I have the best sales training for AI. All I did was I've sold eight figures. I I closed I was just a closer like a sales rep for different companies. Sold over eight figures and then started my own like is managing my own teams and offers. So like show up to the sales call and take my sales advice literally. Um the best way to control the call is in the first beginning of the call. You set the frame of the call of how the call is going to go.
Hey, I'm going to ask questions, diagnose your business. I know clinics always deal with processing issues and sources. We're going to figure that out. Um and then I'll kind of just give you a brief overview of what's going on in my head. If I'm confident immediately that you have a strong problem, I will pitch you. I will tell you something we could implement and let you every know everything. Let you know everything you need to know to make a strong yes or no decision at the end of the call.
Sound good? So that's setting the frame what's happening in the call and setting frame of who I am. And I go into I'm Tim Chow. We've sold like how much do you know about us? Oh, I've just saw a couple emails or you just cold call us. Okay, cool. I'm this. We've served these people. We've gotten them these results and I'm excited to show you cool [ __ ] Right. It should be straightforward. Um, Chase, I'm not doing the refresh of the closing process for you.
You've seen it five times, brother. I If I'm going to say it a six time, lock the [ __ ] in. I don't know what the [ __ ] you're doing, dude. Um, like, also, I've told you, I've asked you for sales calls a billion times. Why haven't you give it them to me? And that's a problem. Um, Turkey, are we going to get trigmium, Lunix, Luminina, and Codex as for our business to run? So if you truly think about it, right, all you need in a business is marketing, sales, fulfillment.
So how we market is we have a bunch of free strategies, but also marketing is email, SMS, and LinkedIn. What more can you do? Hitting the phones. It's literally just these four. When we in terms of software, GTM solves three. instead of getting LinkedIn atlas or like you know trying to automate a Grockbot with massive usage instead of sending SMS through Twilio and trying to figure out your campaigns and all the copy and all the instead of trying to list kit and try to make it work you we have GTM and for the phones you can literally spend zero like 50 bucks get a [ __ ] ton of leads on Apollo pick up your damn phone and call people like and get them booked on a Google Meet that's free to you uh but softwares we can get a power dialer where you can just load up 500 uh contacts and just have it ring until someone picks up, right?
Um, and then Luminina itself allows you to demo when they're on that closing call. Yo, it's loud as [ __ ] The leaf blower needs to chill. Oh, hold on. Um, and then for for Lumina, when you get on that demo closing call, show them something. Like Lumina lets you demo um a whole bunch of like what is it? Um, it's like voice AI, a AEO, um, AI leads, uh, mis call text back. It lets them literally demo all of that tech in over a 100 niches.
So, you you can automatic that [ __ ] You can one-shot that [ __ ] And then obviously for Codeex and Claude, um, it's like you just need it. I need you guys to be actual AI enthusiasts. like you have to use AI to sell AI. You're going to be behind if you don't do that. Uh for lander video, I have a whole curriculum, a whole thing in drive. Um but the main thing you have to understand for the lander is it has to push for urgency with real world examples.
The VSSL should be four to six minutes long telling them who you are, what you can do, how revolutionary your technology is or what you can do for their business, who you've worked with, your case studies, you have 25 stuff like that. And then getting them to book call below. It's a video sales letter. That's what a VSSL is. So your the copy has to be dialed in. The VSSL is the only time that I script content. I don't script YouTube content, reals, Tik Toks.
I don't none of that. Um YouTube videos, my talks to you, I don't script [ __ ] Um even for the pre- nurture stuff, I don't script anything except for the VSSL because it needs to be every word needs to be perfect and so direct. Um and there's a difference between a website and a landing page. A website is justformational. It's cool to look at. A landing page is headline, sub headline, VSSL, book a call, case studies, right?
We've gone over this. It's in the curriculum. Best payment app to use to charge. If it's over a 10K deal, I always wire. Um, I am actually Asian like that. 3.5% is a lot. What's 3.5% of 35,000? Oh, hell no. Oh, hell no. Um, but if it's not that, I use [ __ ] commas, sometimes stripe if there's MR, but it's typically Zeller wire. Um, it's cleaner, it's faster, it's how real life business owners that do business do business.
Send me a wire. Uh, I'm just used to it. Um, what's your preferred way of doing market research so you can pitch easily? Talk to Claude all day. Should blogs be on website or landing page? Only website? Landing page should have no clickable buttons. Um, I understand picking three niches to keep outreach and content focused, but I already have connections with business owners across a few different industries. I'm interested in custom made builds too.
Would you take projects outside your dream? Of course. Yes. Always. I am I go to every conference, every mastermind. I love just randomly traveling to places talking to new people. I find myself in amazing environments. And anytime anyone needs some version of AI, I'm ready for it. I'm like, yo, oh, I'm in that niche. Oh [ __ ] I serve plumbing companies. Holy [ __ ] I have a buddy I went to see. He's a trader. I could sell him a AI bot trading algo bot.
And then we linked with guys at dinner. And there was one guy that owned a commercial cleaning company. He actually has the contract with SpaceX. Hey Joe, do you mind closing that door for me? >> Um, he has contract with SpaceX. And I was like, "Yo, you should I could build AI for you. You should use GTM to find more contracts like that." Like I I'm always down to do some deal. I always have our devs, Joe and Rackis are cracked as [ __ ] You guys don't realize this, bro. was exfang level dev.
Like I spent a year trying to find this group of like 25 guys and we got amazing people leading it. Anything you they could think of, you could sell them. You could arbitrage. That's why you're a middleman. You're a middleman because you could do any deal. But the reason why I tell you guys to pick three niches so you're a master in each niche. Some of you guys say, "Okay, yeah, I want to sell AI leads to like I want to sell AI CRM to like life insurance agencies.
I think that's a good niche." I'm like, "Brother, what's IMO? Um, what's the most popular imos? Where do people usually get leads from? Goat leads, Arya leads, uh, using them closer tech, closer leads. Um, what's IL? What's mortgage protection? What's uh, you know, what's final expense? What what's, you know, how does a upline downline system work in terms of comps?" They don't know [ __ ] You The reason why I tell you guys to go through niches, so you actually know your [ __ ] niche.
Some of you guys in here with actual backgrounds or have expertise in different industries can attest to this. You guy doesn't know [ __ ] about XYZ. So, how the [ __ ] can you sell AI that will understand my business? But at any level, like, dude, I don't know [ __ ] about no gym business or never ran a gym or don't know anyone that's ran a gym. But this gym owner with 10 10 gyms, I'm like, yeah, no, we I I definitely have like like a doubts that we could definitely get this done. 100%.
I'm 100% certain we can get this done. I'm not even lying. Like I just tell them that and vocalize that with certainty because you know why AI black pill because I got chat. I got chat in a network, right? You know what's better than asking chat? Asking 100 people in front runners. That's better than asking chat. Um you know, so it's like most of it will be a mastermind effect, but but uh I hope that answers your question.
How do you pitch on testimonies if you don't have any clients to show yet? We actually let you arbitrage our clients. If you look at Tim curriculum, we have case studies. I'm having Joe right now build out a banner uh so that you guys can put on LinkedIn with basically all the logos of the companies. Um but uh don't lean heavily on it. Use it as a fall back because I will be the one mentoring you guys and you will be using my devs.
You literally work with me. I don't care. You guys can call me your CMO, your COO. Just you can run my name. Just run it. I am literally a partner with you. You guys have paid to be an AI front runners and I'm here to serve you. I work for you. Figure it out. My LinkedIn is soft as [ __ ] So you could just put me as a face and then what whatever you need. We're just let you guys know me, Joe, Archie, Avi, Garrett, we're all Iraqis, Julian, we're all aligned to help you guys the max possible.
We're all busy doing our [ __ ] too. Um, but you guys have to understand, we're trying to go above and beyond. So, whatever you guys need, still hit up chat and let us know. What's the highest leverage activity to build authority for personal brand is just to be consistent with you just got to post post post post and then it's what's built my authority. Maybe you guys will start seeing this in my content on Instagram or YouTube.
I often on Instagram or Tik Tok with short form. I often tell people my problems in my life and in my business. We dealt with this. Oh, this [ __ ] [ __ ] up. Oh, email failed. Oh, dude. We keep on these guys after. Oh, I lost this client. Oh, but a week later, I always solve it. In a couple days, I always solve it. And then I make a video that's educational how I solved it and what insights I got and that builds my authority.
It it means I'm always challenging myself and I'm always figuring [ __ ] out. Like I made a mindset video yesterday. Y'all should watch it on YouTube. Um I just posted on YouTube, but um it's I was just saying how much of um what I do was um just like what is it? Jeremy Haynes called it Chad Ramming. like you don't even know if something works, but you just know that you're gonna figure it out and make it work. Um, and more than ever, like dude, I'm giving you guys the base of curriculum.
Just follow that. Use that as a base to continue and then keep pushing. Um, when you think about authority in a personal brand, it doesn't [ __ ] matter about authority when you could jump on call with someone and be like, "Look at these numbers and this is what we built. Do you want it?" Like, it it doesn't really matter. Like, you can literally do that. Um, it's when you talk about trust too, most of it is pre-built.
It's hard to try to build trust and try to regain trust after you drop the price or something. Um, but most of our process will be will be clear enough for you guys to push forward. Um, I'll say I'll have you guys start with u I tell you guys do two passes of all the curriculum. The first pass just ideulate, take notes, do go rabbit down rabbit holes, really understand what we're doing. into that second pass, actually start clicking things and getting things set up.
Um, it's that third week when you just try to make everything work and like one thing doesn't connect and you're just like, "Ah, [ __ ] this [ __ ] I won't do this anymore." Or you called 300 people a day for two weeks and nothing happened and you're just like, "Ah, [ __ ] this shit." Like usually those like, you know, as a preface like those you will say, "Fuck AI. [ __ ] running this agency, [ __ ] Tim Chow, [ __ ] the front runner." You'll say it.
There's I'm not going to tell y'all this like smooth sailing. Like it's [ __ ] hard and that's why we print. Once you crack it, it's you know you're going to make money. Everyone in here has some level of intelligence why you're here. Like or else just go do Tik Tok shop or some [ __ ] straight up. Um like also we're not here we're here to learn skills but not to make money with our skills. We're here to learn the skills and then build the business and make money with our business.
Right? Again that's not that's why we're not like traders. We're not trading crypto or some [ __ ] Like they have a skill and then they have to hop on this and then like do the skill and never find the skill. We're building our business. And right now for the first few years, you should be very unscalable. Like you should be in the like I'm still in the I'm setting closing, writing copy, still making I'm still in the trenches with you guys.
We're running up Regenics as an example with GTM. We're again we we've we're trying to revamp all using GTM and it's like dude we'll be side by side building with the same exact problems and things will just have to get refreshed and better and better and better. You'll start realizing that as the market matures, you can't keep the same thing, right? As markets develop, maybe you know, you just look at the in the agency niche in uh detailing like the market's so developed that there's now just companies just focused on websites uh for detailers, focused on just websites, for ceramic installers, focus on just um a GHL dupe for detailers.
And that's like one in a hundred home service industries and then there's like thousands of enterprise industries, right? Hey Adulo, I appreciate you. Um, but yeah, you guys just got to push. If I can give you guys any mindset advice, it just be like don't expect any results uh without putting the valid inputs. Like forget about the output and then put the inputs. Like you guys just have to be working all day. The last thing I want to see is you guys are have this burst of motivation like oh I just joined Tim Chow [ __ ] Um and then in three four days when you make zero dollars still you're like a [ __ ] like I lowkey need bread ASAP.
[ __ ] Like that's that's that's not how it's going to happen. Um it's slowly then all at once. And I'm sure you guys are in here to make like real money, not just like you know I don't nothing you can't get rich quick. I don't believe that. But obviously we're trying to do it fast. uh how are you going to be managing most of the systems once you've started working with these businesses they often ask about it so um after you've closed the client for that handoff uh I want every single one of you to be managing that client relationship you can have the dev in the group chat and IM message or you can use luminina in Lumina um we always send client portals like they have they can log in and see um what's in progress if anything's updating they can email support in the box they can see different stuff that's being built out Like, dude, if someone's paying me 10 to 35 racks, they're going to have something like that.
Like, you know, you treat your client with the utmost importance. Um, and then when you manage that client over time, still I'm I some days I'll just see a insane reel about like Grockbot or or I saw insane one about Muse. I just like hit my entire book of business with it. Just like sent all of them the same video. Um, cuz I want them to know that, you know, I'm managing the client relationship. I'm trying to upsell them [ __ ] I'm always telling them the latest and greatest stuff, trying to update them.
I want them to see me as their AI guy. Um, so I know a couple people in this group too when they arbitrage front runners, they're just like or Lumina, they arbitrage Lumina. Lumina has backend, too. They're just like, Joe, just I don't even want to talk to them. Just like do it. We can do that, too. But it's just like, do you want to make more money, bro? You want to upsell? Like my last 35K, my last last 35K oil and gas deal, um, it started off as a $1,200 website, right?
Imagine I just get [ __ ] off and gave it to the website guy. Now I don't have the opportunity for the 35 rag overhaul, right? So, uh, damn, I'm thirsty. Any questions, guys? Can we uh unmute or am I am I just rambling still or like is this valid? >> Yeah, bro. You're yapping. Yeah, bro. here yapping, bro. >> I'll shut the [ __ ] up, man. I'll shut the [ __ ] up. >> No, no, you were spitting sauce. >> Hella sauce, bro.
Hella sauce, actually. >> Okay, any questions, guys? Unmute yourselves. What's good? >> Yo, Tim, how does how does uh fulfillment look when I whenever I use Front Runner Devs, >> like for custom workflow? >> I always want you guys to collect the cash first and then with Front Runner devs, Julian, you can message him on Discord. Julian manages the devs for me. Um, and then, uh, Front Runner does has a separate Discord where it's a ticketing system.
You just ticket it in. You put all the information you need. That's why I need you guys to have fathoms that recording your closing calls. So, it has entire transcript, entire thing. And we'll often send them an onboarding form, like a form that it takes the business owner 30 minutes to fill out. Like, so we have every context we need to actually validly make what they need. And they always do it because they know that we need context to build them what the [ __ ] they want.
Um, if you guys have questions on how I'm just I fathom farm, check that in the closing uh what's it? Um, in the closing lab, that call with bro right there. Um, I'm just farming. I I ask questions and just farm him to just say stuff to feed the fathom. I just want a lot of context. You know what I mean? Uh, so it should be clean enough. Any questions, guys? Or is this a good way to launch? I just wanted to spend >> what's the what's the daily limit on GTM?
Like is there like a daily limit outreach? >> Daily limit. Joe, you wanna you want to unmute yourself and kind of talk about GTM real quick and then also uh cover Lumina. >> Yeah. >> So, can you turn this down? >> Yeah. Okay. >> Um >> Okay. Daily outreach. Is there a limit? The thing is it's it's based on how much usage you buy. that have been imported. They're all being monitored for intent. You attach all the different um all the different mailboxes, all your different LinkedIn accounts.
If you have the volume, if you have the the infrastructure behind it, you can send out a bunch of different volume. Um so like for example, you can easily send 50,000 emails a day if you attach a bunch of domains to it, right? >> A ramping system. >> What was that? >> Does that have a ramping system for you? >> Ramping. Yep. It's warm. It warms up domains as well. Yep. >> Oh, that's fine. >> Yep, >> that's good. >> Yeah.
So, it warms up your domains and then it will you can just buy the usage credits and run it. It's easy. >> Maxing out. >> Yeah. So, like let's just say you So, in the included plan, like on the solo, you get 3,000 data credits and you get 5,000 action credits. Uh so, it's split because like leads are like leads and monitoring of those leads are bought with data credits. the actual action of like making the AI copy, sending out the emails, sending out the LinkedIn, sending out the SMS, all that stuff.
That's action credits. Um the the pricing of each >> You're not sharing your screen. >> Oh, I'm not sure. >> So, do a do an actual overview. Go from the jump of what GTM is and what it does. >> Yeah, it's funny. So, instantly is just one piece of it. So, it's the the whole point of GTM is that it's it's email, it's SMS, and it's LinkedIn all combined into one platform. So the email is going to be better than link uh better than instantly.
The SMS is going to be better than whatever SMS provider and LinkedIn is going to be better than Atlas. >> And we say better in terms of deliverability and at the same time uh copy. >> Yeah. >> Our copy is going to be amazing with our contact pools. Yeah, >> exactly. Um so yeah, like I was saying, the email, the SMS, the LinkedIn, it's all done through GTM at a high level. And then it the the way that GTM works like from the start.
So you it finds the leads. So it finds uh leads within your ICP. It qualif it enriches those leads. It qualifies those leads. >> Enriching as in it gets their name, phone, email, LinkedIn website, >> all their information, all their info. >> And then qualifying meaning it monitors those leads, waiting until they uh interact with some keyword, waiting until they post something on their social media that maybe matches up with what you're selling.
And then it will go and write customized personal copy to whatever uh intent that they were showing and obviously knows your business. It knows what you sell. It knows like every ounce of that. And then it actually goes and sends the outreach through some sequence. So it will um like maybe it'll touch cold email first or maybe it'll send them a connection request on LinkedIn or send them an event request on LinkedIn if you're trying to host a webinar.
All of this stuff it can be sequenced um over a set period of time. The AI automatically does all of this stuff for you and ultimately then it books in the calls. Uh the AI automatically books in the calls. That's GTM at a very like high level. >> This [ __ ] is Thanos. Like this [ __ ] is actually Thanos. Like how many people processes time are we conserving? Like >> everybody in gets a onboarding process, right? >> We're we're gonna custom white club it for every single one of you. >> Yeah. >> And Tristan with you.
We we we'll we'll do a a separate contract thing. We got you. >> Oh, yeah. >> We got you. Yeah. >> Bet that. No, our white label will be so [ __ ] good on it, too. But yeah, >> y >> Yeah. Can you go over Lumina now real quick? >> Y >> guys, also Lumina's mandatory for every single one of you, by the way. It's like it's mandatory. Um, this is Joe's [ __ ] >> Yeah. This is Lumina. This is my SAS that I created. The the main thing with Lumino, there's four pillars.
So, number one, you have live AI demos. Uh those are those are right here. So, you can make your demos for whatever niche you're selling to. We have over a 100 niches built into Lumina already. And um like you can create the the demo. Like for example, this is for a regenerative medicine clinic. And if let's just say we go and um like let's just view this view this page, the regen medicine clinic. It's all white label 100%.
It's on a Regenics domain and we can see the receptionist. We can see the chatbot. We can click start. You can send this over to your client. >> Restore Regenerative Institute. This is Ava. How can I help? >> You can have your conversation with the receptionist right here on a closing call. You can send it to them. They can they can talk to it. Uh all these different things that you can send over to a client for demos on a closing call.
Uh number two, we have the actual client fulfillment. So you can order services. This is like Front Runner devs. Uh you can order services through Luminina and we can go fulfill it for you and there's no build fee. So for example, Voice AI, we cover all of the usage and we cover all of the building and it's literally just $350 a month. So if you sell this thing for 5K, it's 350 bucks. You keep the entire thing for for the build cost.
Um, >> no, not if you close when you close. >> When you close an AI receptionist, >> you keep the entire bill fee. That's the whole point. >> Uh, onboarding. We handle client onboarding as well. So, uh, for example, let's let's take a look at this. They they we sent them a form and this is all of their answers to the form. Obviously, the form is 100% white labelled as well. This is just like they can attach their logos, they can attach everything into here so that we can actually like build out a solid product for them and obviously then they won't turn. >> Show them the client portal. >> Yeah.
So let's here I'll I'll look at the like biomod or something. So biomod there's client portals for every single client. This is just an example for biomod. We can see okay they paid 10k. They don't pay monthly because this was a handoff build and it's live, right? You can see they get updates. They can submit support requests. All of this again 100% white labelled. And this just keeps your client like in the know of their their current process of the current um like like build that's going on for them.
And also if you're fulfilling through Lumina, it allows us to access any support requests that they have. >> So technically it's a literal handoff guys. We've tried to make this like we've thought about every process and make try to duplicate in the fulfillment end like your fulfillment is going to look the exact same as mine. >> Yeah. >> Yep. And over is there's there's 114 niches right now. Um like it's super specific like GLP1 clinics, home health agency, pet grooming, like martial arts school.
Dude, it's so specific. And if we don't have your niche, literally go here, request a niche, and this thing will be done by end of day. Uh, and obviously the the niches are for the all the demos that you're doing. >> Yep. Yeah. So, so the way that we do fulfillment, it integrates um whatever provider they're using in the back end, they have an API and uh we can just integrate with the it's like let's say it's a CRM, right?
They can see the patients, we can integrate that with the receptionist. the receptionist will book into their software so that there's no integration issues on that end. >> Yeah. Uh you might have to worry about HIPPO with that specific case. >> So you like an outbound voice? >> I'm sorry. What was that? >> Are you able to demo an outbound voice agent? >> Um no because outbound voice agents are very hard compliance wise.
If you wanted a node, you can request nodes as well. Like for example, if you want to demo something, you can go to the um if you go to settings or maybe it's maybe it's requests. Yeah, you can request a node and uh then we can build out another thing for you guys to demo as well. Um, but the reason that we don't have that native is just because it's very hard compliance-wise. Uh, actually like sending out AI dispatched cold calls. >> So, you just scrap sitting that [ __ ] as a whole. >> That's not a good offer. >> It's not That's not the greatest. >> That's not a good offer. >> Like like if you want if you want an outbound thing so that it's like, okay, they're already a client.
They've opted into this stuff and then it's going to go just confirm an appointment with them. That's possible. But if you're trying to cold call with AI, it's never going to [ __ ] work. >> Mie, what you need to do, I know, I know, I know I've been talking to you. Uh, instead of prompting it, you need to prompt. You need to take a screenshot of Lumina the fulfillment and the screenshot of Front Runner devs and just be like, "This is what my devs can do.
How would this niche need rank an level of importance and why each one of these would need to buy this kind of AI? Does that make sense? >> Yeah. >> Match it. I already know when it's clinics, they're buying voice AI, maybe a intake CRM system. I know when it's a clinic, it's definitely CRM or just a revamp of um backend or lead aggregation attribution. I already know if it's a detailing company, they probably want a website refresh, a dispatch software system.
I already know I'm entering each call already knowing what the [ __ ] I kind of want to sell. You know what I mean? So, no. GTM does So, there's four outreach I teach. There's literally only four kinds of outreach you could possibly do. Tell me you have a new one. So, it's SMS, email, LinkedIn, and socials, phone. That's it. Link GTM solves three. And then you bang the phone. Does that make sense? Is that clear? Now, now the importance of today's call is you guys taking this call and then being able to ask us questions.
Ask us the next how to help you facilitate your next step, not what your next step is, guys. All right. Each one of you guys have told me a reason why you want to get rich. Well, let's see it. I'm going to hop off this VC and I want you to see people in VC here still. Maybe Mox one, Mox 2, Mox 3. We have a core group in this in this community. It's Riley, Tristan, Racky's, Joe. Who else? We see Chris a lot. The other Chris, Dan, Hayden, Yanil I see a lot.
Like I if you literally Jacob and then Diego, Jace, I will know you by first name and I will know everything about your [ __ ] business if you just show up. Show up for yourself too, >> G. Yeah. All the time. Yeah. And then obi now more and more too. So hey, let's rip this [ __ ] guys. I want to see y'all go hard as [ __ ] Okay, phone setting framework. It's as simple as let me get to the business owner who makes the decisions.
I got cool [ __ ] to show you. There's cool AI [ __ ] You should be urgent and committed because of XYZ. Um, let's get on a demo closing call. You book them in. You continue the conversation. Um, and then from there you continue to pre- nurture them and shift their mindset, shift their beliefs, their limiting beliefs about what they could implement, what their business can accomplish with AI, how powerful AI and how fast it's growing to be able to make the sale on call.
But any questions? I know I just threw you guys in the breakout rooms. Um, any questions, guys? Let's hit it. Let's go. >> So, um, obviously in the curriculum, um, we talk about getting email going first, then LinkedIn. Um, when's the point where you think we should incorporate um, phone setting into what we're doing >> ASAP? It's just something that is has to be there. Um, that's a pretty big component, you know what I mean?
Like if we're trying to go omniresent and be like, "Okay, let's we're sent we've sent them an email, we've connected with all the top people within the company and we've called them, that's a lot of touch points, you know what I mean?" Um, >> for sure. Also, I've seen it happen where we'll have a team dial and they'll be like, "Oh, yeah. We saw Yeah, I definitely saw your message or I saw emails about that, but they didn't opt in, right?" Um, and it's like so easy when when you're on the phone.
It just feels like a bridge between emails and then going in real life to a business. Uh, cuz like they're on the phone, they're talking to you, like >> they're a little bit more hesitant about just hanging up. Um, I'll go all the way and, you know, if they want to hang up, I I'll like really push it. If I think it's a really good client that I want, like, whoa, whoa, whoa, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on.
This is valid. This is valid. This is valid. I swear I'm not 17 years old dialing you right now. Uh, >> right. >> Yeah. >> But I'm not scared to kind of break that boundary, especially on the sales calls when people don't want to buy. I'll be like like XYZ company like, "Yo, I wish I could reach over and shake you." like you know you got like 50 employees banking on you being AI native right wake the [ __ ] up like reconsider you know what I mean like you I'm not afraid to hard sell when I get to that point if they're gold you know what I mean uh but setting is valid just hit to hit it ASAP and you'll just start getting more experience you can link with Jace or just sync with Jace I know he not only is great at setting but he also has a team of phone setters too so it's like something to manage um but you're in college just think about it like you can get your friends who are hustlers and be like yo hit the phones with me.
Let's sell some AI. Give them a cut. 20 30 40%. It doesn't matter. >> Most definitely. >> They're geared to the phones, too. So, >> so yeah, I'll hit the phones and I'll sync up with Jace. Thanks, D. >> Oh, yeah. No, you'll see quickly like in the matter of a batch of a hundred, you could book a few calls, like a few quality calls. Yeah, >> it's really not that crazy. It's just, >> you know, for a lot of you guys, like I'd rather you do that than spend $450 to book those three calls. there's a lot way more pressure, but at the same time, it's like a probably a much more quality call.
But either way, like we should be just pushing on all fronts, if that makes sense, >> right? It does. >> Yeah. Easy enough. If it's not phone setting, if it's not ads, you know, I don't want to [ __ ] cold call anymore. And I don't like ads. I really don't. Like, it's just with what Meta is doing with ad restrictions, ad accounts, different types of targeting being nuked to death. Um, I'd rather have something reliable.
And with Outreach, it's reliable. >> I've made my millions off like brute force sales, which is knocking the [ __ ] door or dialing the phone. Um, and it works, right? Uh, but when you think about it, what else is brute force? It's outreach. Like brute force outreach on email, uh, LinkedIn, SMS, and setting that wide base. And if we could be omniresent, it's over. I mean, Horoszi speaks in this. Every business should have some sort sort of nuclear client acquisition where it's it affects everything.
They see you on everything. Like a lot of you guys might see me on Insta, then on Tik Tok live, then my YouTube video that like LinkedIn, then you check Medium, Substack. I'm on everything. I'm everywhere. Um, and with client acquisition too, not just your brand, what's online, but what you've outreached and pushed to them, that's all propaganda. Um, and it's propaganda to buy from us, right? um whether it's any niche, any AI, we want to be able to get that across and that's why we built GTM.
Um the whole reason was to aggregate every single outreach method in I hopefully in half a year we're going to implement complete SMS and voice and then maybe in two years it's going to be a closer like it's going to be video plus voice and it'll end to end sell it. But right now we could only replace the setter up to the demo closing call. So, Try GTM basically keeps on running the loop until it books you that call.
Um, you'll keep doing LinkedIn outreach, email outreach, SMS, and just hit on all fronts, follow up with them, give them custom assets, pre- nurture them, um, just to get them to book a call over and over and over again. Um, but Joe, I'll let you share your screen and just give our guys a quick demo about how it works. >> All right, hold up. Let me go to another. All right, everyone can see my screen real quick. Let's see.
Sorry. [ __ ] founder mode for real. All right. Um, here we go. Here's GTM. So, I'm going just start in the agent tab. This is basically like the chat GBT interface of controlling the entire thing, right? Um, obviously GTM is endto-end AI sales. It's going to be email, SMS, LinkedIn, going to keep following up with them. It's going to monitor all of their intent. Um, you can get leads. It's going to be a fifth of the price of Clay at a third of the price of Apollo for leads. >> Phone number, email, LinkedIn, website, all of it. >> Yeah.
I mean, if you guys are using a >> you can literally just ask this GTM agent right here, go book me calls, and it will then go and start a new campaign. It'll go create a campaign, create an ICP, do all the stuff for me. The way that it knows what to do is because in the context tab, this is all properly filled out about this company. So, I'm actually using GTM to sell GTM uh right here. Obviously, you know, it fills all of this information in.
And this is autogenerated from the onboarding process. So whenever you go through the onboarding process, uh the the AI that's integrated into it, you answer five questions. They're like long questions and then we have AI go into the back end and actually fill out all the context that you need for the website or for the for GTM itself. Uh we monitor keywords through intent. So these are all the keywords that we're looking for.
This monitors on LinkedIn, on X, on Reddit, uh it's across all their socials. It's across their companies socials as well. So if their companies are showing interest in something, it tracks those keywords. And ultimately, once those contacts, once those leads that are scraped show intent, we can see, okay, their intent scores increase. So like all of these are like really, really hot leads. Like if I just click on one of these, this right here, Pixis.ai.
Let's see. Let's just check it out. I haven't even seen this. What do they do? Skip intro. Okay, this website's sick as [ __ ] Um, I apparently AI thought that this would be a perfect perfect ICP for us. It looks like they just do AI advertising for probably more like clothing/ ecom type brands. But yeah, like that would be a perfect use case for GTM. And this is within our ICP. They also showed some form of intent towards uh a keyword.
So they had some sort form of signal engagement and we're going to have AI go and reach out to them as well. It's all queued up. Uh we can track inbox so we can see okay like this person uh let's see this person um like we can just see the conversation that we're having with this person. They had a a high intent score and we also have the insights so we can actually track all of our numbers. So we can see like how many leads that were loads.
It takes a second. Fixing. Fixing, guys. I swear. Okay, then needs it needs major fixing for real. Let's see if it loads. Okay, see leads found. We can see like, okay, how many invites are we sending out? How many emails? See how much credits we're using, all that sort of thing. how much um how much intent like signals that we're getting based on different types of keywords. Everything's tracked in notifications. You can create the actual campaigns themselves.
This is what does the outreach. Um so if we click this one, we can see okay this one uh it does this type of outreach. So it does an email email LinkedIn LinkedIn. All of this stuff is organized. It's sending from all of these different emails. All these different messages are approved. These are all different people that are getting approved on LinkedIn. So it tracks everything as as well inside of here. And you can have multiple client workspaces.
So you can create a client workspace and you can then resell GTM to a client or if you have multiple uh like companies I guess that you want to use GTM for, you can just create multiple client workspaces. That this is the agency plan only. Um in the search tab we have over 700 million leads or no just under 700 million leads and you can filter through so all of the job information uh from the actual people so like job location uh all the company information as well as advanced filters such as like net worth um if they're married do they have kids income all of that sort of thing is tracked here as well.
Um, yeah, like 670 or 697 million contacts that are in our database. And that pretty much sums up the entire um the entire thing. Obviously, it's it's going to be super complicated and that's the whole reason I'm still in a Zoom right here. I'm going to be sitting in the Zoom all day. So, obviously, you guys are all in we're all in community. Um, so everyone in here can get a lot of help. I have Wednesday calls. Tims and calls.
We're always in VC, so everybody can always get some help whenever it comes to actually setting up GTM. But yeah, that's that's a good overview of it. >> Yeah. And we're very excited because it functions. It's booked us calls, qualified calls. We're taking the calls. Uh there's obviously not enough data points. It's a great signal, but rolling into the next couple days, couple weeks, like um we'll get enough clean, hard data for you guys as well.
And I think what's sexy is there's tons of AI agency agency owners that have already onboarded and are using GTM and we could simply just look at the data and then tell you guys, yo, this niche is ripping. Yo, this niche is ripping. Yo, y'all should sell this. So, it's honestly a really big data play, but at the same time, we already kind of know what rips on LinkedIn and email. So, you guys need to match that. In the same way, you guys saw those like burning lead at five, hot lead at four.
You have their phone number. You've been talking to them and corresponding through email and LinkedIn. Give them a call. That's way better than a call of that's not that's not a cold call. I mean, this is why I tell you guys, like, if you have Try GTM that's doing email, LinkedIn, SMS, and you also hit the phones, what else can you do? Like, let's be so for real. Um, we're trying to hit on all cylinders without taking that massive risk of running ads.
Um, because most people, that's how they fail in business. They'll have this beginner optimism. Just think that you run a [ __ ] ton of ads and you can book these calls for like x amount of money and then just try to do it. You're missing the point. Uh there are just three gears to the business. Marketing, sales, and fulfillment. Um but if it's not dialed in, you're not going to be making any money at all. That's why you need control of your business.
That's why you guys are in here and it's done with you. That's why the curriculum is a base and it doesn't go all the way. Like it doesn't take you all the way to the point where you the business is all the gears match perfectly to actually turn to make you money. Um, and try GTM will help you guys get to that point way [ __ ] faster because now we don't have to manually set up X and then Y and then Z and then Twilio and then feel the copy, then here, then tie the track and then just do it all in one place and do it right.
Um, does it make sense guys? We'll do any questions. We'll bring people up on stage to ask any questions about GTM or how it works or just to get clarity. You guys can also type in the chat and we'll be able to answer y'all's questions, too. What's good, Diego? >> Yeah. So, I just have a question about the SMS and emailing and credits. So, how does the credits work with everything? That's just my first question. >> Yeah.
So, with SMS already, um, you know, we already have, you know, we've been pausing on it going out to full deliverability due to just straight up compliance. Um, like each message that gets sent out that's uncompliant that's stalked through us, we'd have to pay 12,000. I'm not down for a kid to send out a 100 messages on accident and now I owe [ __ ] 1.2 mil or some [ __ ] Um, or or some crazy number, I don't know, uh, thousand messages.
But also for usage, there's two kinds of usage. I'll let Joe kind of go over what the usage rate looks like, but no matter what, we've built Tri GTM to book you guys calls with about $100. If we're able to accomplish that, everyone in this room should be rich. If you're selling something worth 5K, I could technically book 50 calls to close one person if I'm at $100 per book call and then I'd cut even. You telling me in 50 [ __ ] qualified calls, you can't close one person?
Be so for real. Um but yeah, I'll let Joe touch on usage. >> Yeah, so data credits and action credits, they're two different things. Data credits are used for getting contacts, enriched data, so phone number, email, LinkedIn, website. And the action credits are the actual process of sending the outbound and creating the copy. So, sending messages on LinkedIn, sending messages on email, SMS, the copy behind it, running the AI behind it, those are all action credits.
The data credits are just the the actual enrichments themselves and the intent. Um, so it's two separate things. The data credit cost, it's about 1/5 the cost of clay and onethird the cost of Apollo and it's equal or better quality. and the action, all of it is purchasable on top of it. As Tim was saying, we're trying to say it's $80 to $120 per booked call. That's the range that we want to stay in. And that dominates meta ads.
Like meta ads are anywhere from $300 to $700 per booked call, per qualified shown booked call. And you know, if we can get that down to a hundred, it's insane. >> Yeah. And there's a >> emailing like, can we purchase emails straight through GTM? Yep. >> Are they like pre-warmed? >> So, we don't have pre-warmed emails just yet. They're coming soon. Um, but yeah, you can purchase domains through GTM. You can import warmed domains that you have through GTM or just any domains.
We can warm up any domains for you because we have a proper warming process. And um Yeah. Yeah. So, any any domain linking, all the purchasing, that's all inside of GTM as well. >> Okay. Yeah, that was all I had uh in mind. Thank you guys. >> All right, bet. So, what I'm going to do is this. I'mma sit in inner circle VC uh while I call a bunch of people up at the weight list from GTM. That's what I I still have to accomplish that by tonight.
Um if you guys need any help at all, we'll be in VC just working. Um but either way, like uh need you guys to push for real. We got a good amount of new people, a few people like closing the first one, two, three deals. Uh, y'all just need to work a little bit more high leverage, a little faster. Um, get her done. Start meeting some of the people that are in here that you were in the Mox uh, breakout rooms with. Um, let's get it done.
I see a lot of you guys also, hey yo, quit messaging me your wins and posted on the wins or leaderboard for real. Um, but also if you guys, a ton of you guys in here owe me tracking sheets. I can't consult you by giving you cool ideas, but I can consult you when we look at your numbers and we solve your problem. So if you owe me that, get it to me today. Okay, I'll see you guys in inner circle VC. >> Let me do a highle overview first of this high ticket sales framework.
You use this to sell basically any agency offer, any AI, voice, AI, AI, CRM, AI, whatever, AI leads. It's based off pre-handle intro, getting some intel, quick intel about the business, setting the frame of the call. This is who we are. This is what we do. opening questions, understanding their business logistics, their pain points, their patterns, where they are presently, where they want to go, and then amplify that goal for them, and then consequence, commitment, urgency, present, drop the price.
So, that's the overview. The intro, uh, I always start with, uh, yeah, can you hear me? Is there, uh, can you hear and see me? Cool. Um, if you can't hear them, you tell them, uh, I can't hear you. Can you please unmute? If you can hear them but you can't see them. It's a thing where people will just jump on Google Meet and they won't have their camera on. You just tell awesome. I can hear you but I can't see you. You need camera on mic unmuted.
Right. This is an actual business conversation going on. If they're driving, if they're on their phone somewhere or if they're driving in the car, immediate rebook. I do not I do not even tell them anything else. I just tell them, "Hey, uh, I thought you were going to be at your laptop. I need you at your laptop so I can show you stuff. Not only to actually show them stuff, but think about it. I when I'm selling something, I need to create a buying environment for them.
I need them to be in a buying environment. If they're in their car driving, they're not going to pull out a credit card and pay me five racks 2K a month. They're just not. All right? There's just there's just no way. So, they need to be at their laptop ready to go. What I'd like to mention is we're just going to focus on what happens in the sales call. But just as a reminder, like what you do before the sales call matters just as much, if not even more, right?
Like they could be completely pre-sold and when they jump on, they're just like, "Give me it. Let's run it." Right? So send the correct SMS email setting your authority, who you are, who you've worked with, what you've done, and just like AI [ __ ] cool [ __ ] for them to look at so they know that this is your interest. Okay, so the intro, very simple. I'm just making sure that it's it's a valid call. Like they got the camera on, they're at their laptop, they're settled in, they're dialed in, it's a quiet place, there's not a billion people talking.
If there are, tell them to move. Right? This intro space is where also you set your authority. When someone joins my Google Meet to buy AI from me, they're stepping into my office. They're coming into my Zoom room, my Google Meet room. So, if they're not situated any type way that I don't like, I'm going to correct them and make it happen. so I can move on with the sales call. Right? So, in the just to start, um this should be actually very simple.
I just typically ask like, okay, uh give me a quick summary like, uh where are you calling from? How old are you? Tell me about it. Um and they're just going to give you kind of a quick TLDDR about who they are just to open up the conversation. Um I don't really uh how's the weather over there? There's just it's [ __ ] Um just kind of get actual background information so you know what you're doing. Um and you know there will be NLP techniques sprinkled across the framework u but the whole point of neural linguistic programming is you have to be very careful and listen to what they say right listen to what they say and you have to agree on definitions so let's just say someone says someone keeps on saying during expiration I'm trying to increase my revenue oh we're just trying to balloon revenue oh right now our revenue is this and our revenue is that versus a prospect maybe later on the day they keep on saying, "Yeah, we profited this much and you know, we're looking to increase our profits and this profit." They keep using the word profit.
They never use the word rev. With the revenue guy, I'm only going to use the word revenue and only talk revenue. With the profit guy, I'm only going to use the word profit and talk profit. Right? You need to speak to their world. Right? When I say bubblegum, we got what? We got a good amount of guys in here. We got like And when I say bubblegum, all of you guys are thinking about different things. Some of you guys pink bubble gum.
Some of you guys tried it. Some of you guys a cavity. Some of you guys thinking about a moment where you accidentally swallowed a piece of gum. Right? I I don't know what words mean to you. So, not only do you have to define it correctly, but attach to those words as well. Right? So, this example right here, I said, you said things are busy, right? Busy. How do you mean? How do you mean is my favorite question of all time.
If I don't know what to say, I'll just be like, "H what do you mean?" Uh, and this actually is used to clarify here. Let's just say, "Oh, I'm really busy right now, but dude, I'm really motivated to get this built out for my business. I know I need the AI CRM. I'm not tracking correctly." What's busy to them, right? You be like, "Well, when you say busy, like what do you mean?" But this this should be a strategy you're employing throughout the call, right?
You have to be very careful about the words they use. And when you use those words back, you need to make sure you're on the exact same page, right? And from that, you can manipulate the conversation much more carefully. You need to speak to their world, right? These words that they're saying, there's just stuff going on in their head. You have to break it down clearly so you guys are on the same page. Um, so this is just a quick icebreaker.
This is just the intro of the call. This should be closer to like one to two minutes. Let me refresh this. It should be closer to one to two minutes. transitioning into the actual call, right? I'll talk about the frame, right? I often talk about you have to set the frame of who you are and set the frame of what the call's going to look like. So, usually I I'll say like, "Okay, cool. I I have your application here. Um or I have all your information that you filled out here or um whatever.
Um if you're ready, we can get this going." It's kind of like when you're buying a car and they show you the cards, you go on the test drive and then you sit down at the table. Right now, what we're doing is we're sitting down at the table. I need them to have that feeling like, okay, cool. Like, you ready to go? Like, let's dial in, show you what we got. Awesome. And then I will tell them the purpose of the call, right?
We want to understand what you're doing right now in your business. We want to get clarity and want to clarify where you want to go. I'll help you identify some of these gaps and patterns and basically we'll see if you know we're the right fit to help. Does it sound good? Cool. These are decision making calls, meaning I'll show you everything and by the end we'll just make a yes or no decision together. Sound good? Yes.
Okay. So, let me just go over the purpose of the call real quick. To be honest, I usually fly through this and I'll say this fly through this the first time and run the second pass verification. So, I'll usually go like, "Okay, cool, man. Awesome. Um, if you're ready, you just want to rip the call. Let's get it." Awesome. Um, basically point of the call, I'm just going to ask a couple questions, see where you're at, understand your business much more.
Um, and then after that, I'll show you exactly what we got, how the AI works, how we're priced, everything, so you can make a strong decision. Does that sound good? Yes. Awesome. And these are decision-making calls. Um, so mean by the end of it, I'll I'll let you know everything you need to know to make a strong yes or no decision. Sound good? Awesome. Right. So, I've set precedent. I've set precedent on exactly how the call is going to go.
Usually around maybe a little before or after, I'll be like, "So, how much do you know about us? How much do you know about me? How much do you know about us?" Even if it's a lot or a little, I'm just saying the same thing. We are this company that does this, that does XYZ. So, yeah, at Regenics, uh, basically, we empower Medspot clinics with the best AI as AI progresses. so fast. Now, usually the use cases are for the back office organizing the CRM, but but even front-facing website, chatbot, even potential voice receptionist, whatever you guys need.
That's why I will like ask you a couple questions just to see where your business is at and what you have set up so far. Right? I I'll have that somewhere there. But the most important part is setting the frame of the call. This is how it's going to go. All right, hold on. If you're getting value from this video, I want you to subscribe below. All right, 75% of you guys are watching my [ __ ] but aren't subscribed. So, click that subscribe button below and let's get back to it.
You're you're in my office now. This is exactly how it's going to go, right? Cuz I don't want them to think that I'm here just to have a little conversation with them. I'm not here to geek out about AI with you. I'm here to sell you something, right? So, from the jump, from the top of the call, they know that I'm going to sell them something. It has to be clear. And if they give me resistance like oh no what do you mean I I may need to you know this gives me the time we talk about pre-handling where they're like decision- making is like oh and also do you have like a business partner co-founder anyone that also needs to be here to make a strong decision no okay awesome right I could pre-handle that so there's no way at the end of the call when I drop the price oh I have to talk to Right I'm pre-handling um if they do give me resistance I'll be like yeah no just to clarify like I'm not going force you to make some some decision at the end of the call.
I'm just here to let you know all the information you need to make an educated decision. And as business owners, I mean, there's not to think about. It's just I mean I feel like we got something so good. I'll show you a demo in a bit. So good that you know you're going to want it. But just basically I will get you the correct info so by the end of the call you will know if you want to work us work with us or not. Sound good?
You'll be like yes. Um, and only then I know I see some of y'all's calls and you guys miss the frame. You cannot skip the frame. This is mandatory for every call. Sometimes I know it's hard to spit out and you know why it's hard to spit out? Cuz you guys haven't been doing [ __ ] mock calls. We have the mocks. We have the mock VCs right here. Mox one, two, three. Let's fill it up. What are we doing, guys? You guys are working so hard to get people on the book call.
Let's actually close them, right? Uh, so any questions so far? You guys can feel to butt in at any time. Any questions so far or am I just a goat at teaching? >> No, bro. You know, I've been in B2B for 10 years and even this is a good ask refresher for me, bro. >> Fire. Easy enough. Okay. Um, let's get into opening questions. So, they're like, "Yes, I can make a decision." Awesome. So, I'll be like, "So, how can I so how can I help?
I I I want the most open-ended question possible." Uh, so, uh, what motivated you to actually jump on call? I know I cold called you the other day, but like what's good? Like, how could I help? Don't, when I say don't reference their past or preframe. What I mean is a lot of guys will be on that setting call and be like, "Oh, Tim, I didn't do all that. I didn't set frame. I didn't ask them these questions cuz, you know, they told I had a 30 minute setting call." I do not care.
I don't care. Whatever that they said on the setting call, they forgot. We need them to vocalize it here on this call, on this demo closing call. It's different. Don't skip anything. Treat it like it's fresh. No assumptions at all. Right? Um because it's a framework because you need them to vocalize all of this. So at the end, they will tell you, "Yes, let me give you money." So I'll open it up and that will allow me to see where their head's at.
They might start complaining about their employees. They might start talking about AI and how they tried stuff but it failed. They might start talking about what they saw on a Tik Tok, right? I just want to see where their head's at and what problems they have. Like it's interesting. Uh you'll see it really vary. You'll see it vary and you just need to catch it and keep digging from there. And that's when you start gap analysis.
All right. That's when you start identifying the pain points in the present and the patterns that are limiting their business. So, um, the whole objective is to discover those limiting beliefs, those decision loops, and conflicts they have internally. I promise you, if they're making under 100 grand a month, if they're not hitting their goal, it's a mindset thing, right? And the mindset will lead to them taking the actions to solve it for their business.
So, the huge difference between B TOC and B2B is this right here. I want you guys to pay attention. All right? The biggest difference is right after. So, how can we help you today? It moves into 10 to 15 minutes of pure business logistics. Right? What I mean by that is it's how long have you been running your company? How many employees do you have? What do you offer? What did you guys do in rev last month? What about the month prior?
What did your tracking sheet look like? Uh what what kind of bottlenecks have you dealt with? Um who are your main competitors? What have you tried? Like it's just I I just want to understand their business. Where are you getting your customers? Who's running your ads? what's running this, how I just want to understand everything about their business, right? Because I have to I I have to and once they vocalize all this, they now know in their head that you know the information to their business.
I want to do such deep business analysis. I'm like, "Okay, what's your what's your cap? What's your CPA? What's your CPCTA?" And I'll just start asking [ __ ] like CBCT doesn't even [ __ ] exist. I'll just start asking them [ __ ] and they'll just be like, "Oh, I don't have that. I don't have that. I don't track that." I'm like, "I'm just like creating a gap." You know what I mean? Like no matter what, like I'm not telling you guys to to go that far.
But my point is, you need them to realize that that okay, he's learning about my business and he is asking me stuff about my business that I'm not even doing. I don't even know what it is. Like, I don't even know these important business metrics that I must know. I swear over half over 80% of the time I'll say that with confidence. I'm like, "Okay, pull out your tracking. Let's see your numbers." Nothing. I'm like, "Really?
You don't track?" Really? Well, that might be Well, why? H how? How do you mean hard? >> Right. What's up? Same question. So these these tracking questions, what what can you even sell them on? Like like what's the pain points on that tracking? Like >> okay, the pain is if I don't know my cost per book call, cost per job, cost per acquisition of one client, average order value. If I don't know what the lifetime value of a customer 30, 60, 90 rolling days is, how could I make a business decision?
How >> if I don't know how much it cost in ads and how much I'm making off profit and how much rev for each job? Like, brother, we have a big problem. we have a big big problem, right? >> Okay. Yeah. I just have to understand that. I just didn't know. >> So, this is like you're just creating the the gap with particularly what you're selling to. But it moves into this pain and pattern, right? What have you tried to do to solve this?
What made those things not work for you? Where do you feel like you've been stuck in the cycle? How long? How? Why? I don't understand. Tell me more. Right. Usually for any business, it's okay. Do you think it's more of a this or more of a that? Right? What options have you considered? Who have you decided to work with? What have you actually tried to do to solve this issue? Right? If they reference a competitor, um it's always what stopped you from going with them like you're talking to me now, right?
Um so a lot of this will be it will be more directive with what you're selling. So th this part five I promise you the questions won't differ that much but it will move cleanly from business logistics right because if you think about it let's just remove ourselves from as business owners and sales people in general just in a conversation it makes sense if someone tells you everything about their business it makes sense for you to be like okay what's the problem where's the problems why can't we hit 100 grand months what is the issue right and they will tell you it's this this this but you as a sales guy as a person that's going as a growth consultant, you're an AI growth consultant, literally.
You have to identify new [ __ ] for them. You have to be like, "Okay, you think it's this, but it's probably that. You keep on paying attention and talking to me about this, but it's definitely this. What have you done for that?" Right? Like, you can That's my form of authority building isn't me like, "Oh, look at all these companies I work with." It's I understand your niche and I could challenge you. If I could challenge you, I'm the authority, right?
Again, they're in my Google Meet. This [ __ ] my room. This [ __ ] my [ __ ] right? You guys are you need to set yourself as the authority during this call. This this framework will help you guys. Um, so at the end of the day, they pay you, right? They're not paying someone that they don't think is the expert genuinely. Um, so that's the pain, right? We could we could push pain extremely far. Like we can get into the wise and the why of the wise. uh but future vision is even even more clear.
So I usually then like to be like okay well implementing this AI like where do you want to take the business like I think this will help you clean a lot of stuff up for your business and also you can take you know XYZ further along but let's just say six months where do you want to be how much do you want to make awesome and what number will feel like a breakthrough six months from now usually it's to push their goal so when I ask like so how much do you want to make per month they'll be like let's just say in six months people will be like man I want to take my peptide company to at least a quarter mill a month, man.
I'd be like, "At least? Tell me the real goal." They'd be like, "I want a million a month." I'm like, "Hell yeah." That I I didn't do anything, but that gap is ma much wider now. Does that make sense? Like you can push gap and like when I say gap analysis, this is pain and this is goal. And the wider it is, the more they they more that they will be willing to pay or the more value you will provide. So, you can push pain, but I I I really encourage you guys, you can push goal, right?
And it'll have them think in their heads, too. Yeah. Like, why the [ __ ] am I talking about at least let me actually get to my goal and let me try, let me try to do something to get to my goal. And investing in help, getting AI built, it will probably get me [ __ ] closer to my goal, right? So, I like to go further than that, nonmonetary, and I'll be like, "Okay, what's your non-monetary goal then?" Right? You have all this money.
What's what's the goal, man? Usually, they'll be like, "Oh, I want free time. I want to travel. I want to do this." They'll tell you about the freedoms they want, and you want them to vocalize that. And I'll go a step deeper and be like, "Okay, why do you want that? Why do you want to work from home?" "Oh, it's cuz you want to spend time with your new kid." Oh, all right. That goal is massive now. Right? I I used to ask, uh, if you hit that number, like, "What would life look like?" Right?
Tell me about it. like emotionally, financially, day-to-day like I want them to create their own reality for me, right? Um because towards the end, like at the end of the call, I do this B2B, B TOC for info, the course, AI, anything when I sell anything, I love to frame people, future frame them. Um, and when they do this activity here, um, when they go over that piece, right, um, when they tell me what it looks like, where they want to be, like what house they're living, what car they're driving, uh, how much time they're able to spend with their family, how proud they would feel of themselves, how much self-confidence it'll bring for them and their business, how many contractors they'd be able to feed, how many people their company will be able to support.
Like when they tell me that that pushes it way out and towards the end of the call usually I when they don't if they are stuck like I know their brain is sold. I know they could buy it. I know it's all there but they just can't spit out let's let's do it. They can't spit yes out. I always do the activity of like close your eyes. can you see yourself, you know, running the business like with this saving multiple hours, AI is doing XYZ, you're making this much.
Can you actually see that? And they'll be like, "Yeah, I can because we just did the [ __ ] activity." They'll be like, "Yeah, I can." Like, "Okay, what would that version of Jacob do today?" Right? And they'll be like, "Oh, obviously they they get the AI and get it implemented." It's like, "Yeah, obviously." I'm not forcing you and telling you that. The successful version of yourself has told you that. And and then I do the correct frame of you have to let the successful version of yourself make your business decisions today.
In B2B, that [ __ ] slaps. They'll be like, "You're right. Let's run it." Right? Uh so make sure they they they they do this extremely clearly. Okay. So we have pain, goal, future vision, and you push it out even further. So let's take another overview. Let's take another step back, right? So we've asked them about their business. Okay, makes sense. Then it makes sense to be like, okay, what's the problem then? Like what are the problems the business?
What pain do you have? Okay, and once they told you all this pain, you'll be like, okay, well solving this, what's the other side look like? Right? What happens if you solve this? Right? And they tell you this, it makes sense to them to tell you your goals. And once they tell you your goals, tell tell you their their where they want to be, what they want to do, how much they want to make, it makes sense for you to be like, hey, are you urgent about it?
Hey, are you actually committed about it? Hey, are you, you know, are you going to take this seriously? And you need them to vocalize it. Okay, so um we get them to we amplify the desire. Okay, cool. And then we go into consequence. So, you know, I guess what happens if you don't implement this, right? Somewhere here, I would have talked to them about their competitors. I'll be like, "What happens?" And they'll usually tell me like, "Oh, dude, Gallagher, oh, Gallagher auto detailing spa down the street's going to cook us if we don't do anything." Like, they're they're damn near just selling themselves at this point.
And then I love the ultimate question that like actually is, "And would that be okay with you?" Like, "No, I need this. I need that." Like, I'm getting them riled up, right? And uh then I'll be like I identif identity frame. So during the whole call you should be labeling, pre-handling, reframing and I'll be like okay well you seem like the kind of person who finishes what they start. Is that fair to say? Okay. And why now?
Why not wait another 6 months? So sometimes it's not as harsh as this but when the right moments come I am definitely going down that talk track. So I need to anchor urgency and why like why now? You can hit us up in like 3 months. Why would you actually implement this today now? Right? And they they will tell you I want this now because of X, Y, and Z. If they don't tell you, if they're like, "Oh, dude, you just called me and it was really cool.
So, you know, I'm here on this call." I'll be like, "Well, I mean, besides that, like, why would you actually implement AI now?" Like, I'll just ask them the same thing in the different way if they don't answer my question. But I need to get them to answer my question. And if they don't answer that, I'll be like, "Okay, well, dude, you could have waited like, you know, you can still implement this maybe like next year." But, you know, I'm sure you get a good amount of calls, but why like actually you're on call.
I'm sure you don't just hop on these randomly. Like, what gets you to actually want to commit to kind of build this out? And they'll tell me. Uh, usually there's not a problem by this time, by how much expiration, pain, goal that I've done, they answer this question. They answer it every time. And now I'll move into commitment, which is different. So cool. Based on what you shared, I I'm 100% confident what we do will work for your business.
Okay. Uh would it be okay if I kind of walk you through what we got, how it works? Cool. Um and right before usually around I use the word commitment then, but it's why now? Why are you urgent? Why are you committed? Why are you committed to working with me? Why are you committed to getting AI implemented? And then I'll do a um a permission to pitch. So, I'll tell them you can ask questions whenever um whenever you want during the pitch.
Um but let me just break it down. All right, it's super straightforward. And I share my screen. Whenever I'm pitching anything, it's just second nature to me to use the word straightforward. Um this is neural linguistic programming, by the way. You just tell someone it's straightforward, it's straightforward, it's straightforward. Their brain will be like it's straightforward. I you wouldn't believe the amount of calls I'll say that and almost every call they'll be like yeah it is straightforward yeah this straightforward because I don't want them to have to think about all the mechanisms to it like who's going to build it what's the handoff who are the devs with the XYZ they get like um uh the voice models the latency like there's no need to show them all that [ __ ] there's no need so when you pitch make sure it's under a few minutes max should be very straightforward and then you pitch your thing congratulations And then so this was the OG method.
So now >> Tim have a question. >> Go ahead. >> Um a lot of the times I'll price drop before I pitch on my calls. >> I'll just um >> what do you what do you think about that? >> Now I price drop before I pitch. >> Uh okay. >> It depends on you're selling in my opinion though who you're selling to. But usually I'll be like, "So, let me go over what's on the paper first and I'll I'll tell you guys why I updated things and what I changed." So, I'll show what they everything we got and then be like, "Okay, so just from 1 to 10, like how aligned does this feel with kind of what you're looking for?
How aligned?" I always use the word aligned. And if it's a eight, nine, 10, I'll be like, "Awesome." Like, "What made it a eight instead of like a two? Oh, I love this, this, this, this." If it's like a six, I'll be like, "Okay, six. That's that's not that great. I mean, what's missing? And we we'll answer them because we probably have what they think is missing. This is just a temp check. But usually, >> you're giving this after the pitch, like after you show them what it is. >> Yeah.
And they'll be like from one to 10. How how aligned is this? Like just give me a good idea about what you're looking for. 10. Amazing. Why is it a 10? Nine. Amazing. Nine. Why? Why a nine? Why not give us like a four? And they'll tell you, "Oh, I love this. Oh, this can do this. Oh, this is going to save me so much time doing this. Oh, like they got this. And I'll be like, Mhm. Mhm. Hell yeah. Hell yeah. There you go.
There you go. Hell yeah. Yep. And then I'll move into the investment. So, this is literally for for go detail. It's still set for go detail. This is actually the dock that made me millions for real. Uh I told you guys this is none of this is slot. Like I typed all of this [ __ ] out. uh from one to 10 outline does this feel with when you're looking cool an investment. So we always we did a price anchor. So the training is based on what Allan teaches licenses 40k plus.
It was literally 35,000. All right. But we created go detail light to make the same value more accessible. Right? So we have this this and this and then price drop. We did nine grand pays five. Right. Um so and then from there usually I don't want to hear [ __ ] They just be like okay. All right. cuz we pre-handled for all the six things for partner time this if there are objections it'll come up okay this is what I used to do how I do it now is no matter what level CEO I make millions a month I go okay cool let me show you what we got um it's super straightforward let me share my screen okay so and then I have them do you have a notebook and do you have a pen and paper real quick and be like no I don't I'm like please get Get a pen and paper.
I know. I know it's old school, but just do it. I need you to visualize it. I'll I'll always have them do that. Always have them pull out a piece of paper and write down the price anchor. So, I'll be like, so on the top, write uh Regenics AI, voice AI, and then on the bottom, I want you to write service X, service Y, service Z. So, whatever you guys are selling, you you
