So, a friend of mine runs one AI automation that is simply so boring, I'm almost embarrassed to describe it, and I can tell you that it makes more money than half of the flashy AI agents that you've probably seen on YouTube right now. Which means that the AI services that actually pay are not the ones that are exciting or even fancy. And I can tell you, it took me a long time to to believe this and to actually understand. So, a friend of mine runs one AI automation that is simply so boring, I'm almost embarrassed to describe it, and I can tell you that it makes more money than half of the flashy AI agents that you've probably seen on YouTube right now. All it does is that it takes a spreadsheet of unpaid invoices and it sends the polite follow-up email when one goes overdue. That's the whole thing. Which means that the AI services that actually pay are not the ones that are exciting or even fancy.
And I can tell you, it took me a long time to to believe this and to actually understand. They are the boring, repetitive, no one wants to do a jobs that businesses are already paying a human to handle. And I can tell you this because just over 24 months ago, I was studying to become an investment banker, which was a career that honestly I didn't want. Which led me to going all in into building my own AI agency. And for the first 5 months, I had made a total of zero because I was chasing the next tool, the next fancy system that honestly wasn't going to make any money whatsoever.
And it was only until I started to actually start selling and building these systems that were so boring that actually solved a a real reoccurring problem that I actually got my [music] first paying client. So in this video, I'm going to give you the nine boring AI automations you can actually sell. Rank from good to great. I'll show you what the math actually looks like and I will be straight with you about it. But of course, remember that the results that you get really depend on you and the clients that you get.
So with that said, let's count them down. Starting with number nine, which is the inbox triage and email sorting. Now, this would mainly be a simple uh foot in the door kind of offer for businesses that you can charge a couple hundred bucks a month a sort of a retainer, but there are mainly systems that you build for for other businesses to build trust and actually be able to then upsell to different systems that you can charge more money for.
And it's also a very good system as well because this is a problem that a lot of founders actually manage and have at a certain point in their business. And a lot of the ones that we have actually sold to multiple clients for multiple thousands of dollars. All right, so this right here is the uh automation that we built inside of N10. We have three different parts. The first one here is watch [music] and classifying the email.
So it receives new emails, it classifies them um based on different criterias that obviously we tell AI to do. Then we have the second part which is writing a draft and also labeling the email which is now sorting the email for the founder itself. And the last part is that it creates a draft but if it's an urgent email then we actually send a telegram message. So uh let's get straight into it. Let me show you how it works.
I'm going to go to the email. So this right here is going to be my receiving email and this is going to be my sending email. All right. So let's say the email says, "Urrent campaign tracking is down. Hi James, our client paid campaign tracking appears to have stopped working and we're currently enabled to attribute conversions from Google Met Ads." This is a very realistic email that let's say in a marketing agency for example would be sent.
[music] This would be sent to the founder. So we can just press send. So let's refresh here. We can see that we have the email here. I'm back on the automation here. I can press execute workflow. This now received the email. It's now classifying it. It should do the high-end priority right here. should be labeling it. It used the [music] AI agent to uh actually create a message that then we get on Telegram. So if I go here, I can see that we have the high urgent email [music] and this would be the actual message that we get from our AI agent uh to the founder if it's [music] a higher urgent email.
And by the way, we do this because we don't want to generate a draft when it's something that's serious and something that requires the founder's attention. Um instead of generating a draft, let's just, you know, text the founder and he can figure it out from there. But you can also add the step of creating a draft for that email. All right. And as you can see here, the email that we just received is also labeled as priority, which means that we can go here and we can see that we have [music] priority as well.
So, um, we're basically labeling the email as well. That way, the founder goes inside the inbox and saves time and not having to filter each email [music] because, uh, sometimes they can get hundreds of emails per day. All right. So, now let's say that the email that we're receiving is a promotional email. But, you know, these marketing agencies, they sometimes do want to receive marketing emails because, um, they either partner or they, you know, do something with the business itself.
So they received the email. We can press send. All right. So we just received the email here. 30% off. If I go to the agent, I can press execute workflow again. Again, you can also publish this and it will run every single minute. You can choose the trigger. Uh but we're just testing it out. As you can see, it labelled this as promotion. The AI agent um made a draft and it drafted the email. If I go here, I can refresh.
We should now be able to see the email that was drafted. There we go. Right here. Hey, the growth marketing team, thank you for reaching out. [music] uh the 30% discount on digital marketing packages sounds like a great opportunity. I will read this offer with our team and get back to you if you're interested in booking a strategy call before Friday. And also, if you go to the promotion uh labeling, we can see that it was added here as well.
Now, that right there was the warm-up. Let's go to the next one, which [music] actually points at money, which is number eight, automatic invoice and payment follow-up. So, this automation watches a list of send invoices. It sees which ones have gone overdue and fires off a polite escalating follow-up email at seven days, 14, 21 until it gets paid. When it comes to who we target, well, it's basically any business that runs on invoices, which can be agencies, contractor, wholesalers, and it would be a huge slice of every local market that's out there.
And the reason this works very well is because the system pays for itself, meaning that you can charge anywhere from $1 to $3,000 cuz you're directly pointing the system at how much money the business can save and actually recover from these unpaid invoices. And almost every B2B business, especially service- based with a ton of clients, is experiencing this exact problem with having a lot of invoices that are unpaid, clients not paying, and actually you being able to follow up with them and you forgetting and then you doing the whole thing over and over again.
So definitely worth a problem to solve for businesses, which can also be a foot in the door offer to build that trust. And bear in mind that with the fact that you can connect this automation into their existing system, you pretty much don't have to make them do any extra work and just have the additional step of following up with invoices which is very high leverage for a business to have. All right, so this system all starts with a Google sheet full of payments that we are due.
So we have the invoice, company name, uh first name, last name, email address, amount due, status, due date, days overdue, payment terms and department. And so this system uh is actually divided into two different automations. The first automation is looking at the new payments coming in from Stripe. We have the make.com automation here which allows us to get all the Stripe payments, filter them, get the customer name from the actual payment and then search the customer in the Google sheet and update the status to paid.
So it goes from overdue to paid here. The next thing is actually following up with invoices and following up with payments for clients, which is where the second automation comes in because every single day or you can run this every 15 minutes. I mean I recommend once a day. You run the automation, it looks at the status and the ones that are overdue. If it's overdue by seven days, it sends them this email which is, "Hey, hope you're doing well.
Just wanted to check in to see um the invoice I sent over last week. Let me know if you have any questions." It does the exact same thing for 14 days, 21 days, 28 days, 35, and 42 as well. That way, you have a whole follow-up system in terms of invoices. You don't have to chase clients up. This is a problem that we had internally uh in our business funny enough where [music] we had a ton of clients and because we had not a very systemized process, [music] we had payments going all over and we missed payments.
Sometimes clients forgot to pay and it was all over the place. And so it was only until we started implementing this that [music] we started to to have everything efficiently. So um two different automations separated, one main dashboard with all the invoices and so on. And you have the status and you [music] also have the names and all the information of the payments. So the next up is not only an automation that helps [music] them to make more money but also save more hours which leads me to automation number seven content repurposing engine.
So this automation takes one long thing a podcast a webinar a YouTube video transcribes it and pulls the best moments and turns them into a stacked of ready to post social captions for Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram. The people that would essentially pay for this would be anywhere from coaches, agencies, founders, essentially anyone who wants to post on social media. They know that it is powerful and it can be a very good lead acquisition method for them. but they simply don't have the time.
And by the way, this is the exact same offer that Anthony was able to sell for 1K as a foot in the door offer as his first, you know, paying client, but also the one that we personally used to sell to businesses anywhere from 2K to 5K, really depending on the actual how many accounts you're managing for them. All right, so here we have the full automation inside of N10. Uh, and if you're looking to actually build this, uh, then I actually left a video up here where you can see the whole build step by step.
This right here is the dashboard. We have the input, which is where you would add the YouTube URL. you change the status [music] to start. Um, and then you have the content that you put here. So, let's do it. Let's go here to my YouTube. I can go to my one of my most recent videos of one of our students who went from zero to 15K [music] a month. I think it's very interesting. We can some good content about that. I can go back to the sheet.
I can paste this in and I can press [music] start. Now, in this case again, we would have to manually do it, but you would just publish the automation and it [music] will check the actual trigger itself and when it starts and you can do it like every single minute. So, we can press execute [music] workflow. What it does now is it catches the status changing to start. It updates the status to working which we'll see. Uh and then now [music] it's using API again a platform to to get the words.
Then what it's doing essentially is um is getting the prompts that we added to our database. Then it used AI to make uh 10 different ideas which we then use some fancy little uh steps in the automation to go through each idea once at a time and create the Instagram post right here using claude LinkedIn post Twitter post as well. And then what it's doing is it's going to step five which is generating the image using Nana Banana.
It finished making the image and it added everything to the dashboard and now it's going to go through idea by idea. So, if I go back to the dashboard here, I can see that this is uh still working cuz it's still making the ideas. And now we have the first piece of content. So, [music] paragraph transcription. So, here is where we uh we get a little specific part of the video. We have the Instagram post right here. We have the Twitter post.
We have the LinkedIn post. And then we also have the image URL. Now, of course, for this specific thing, I probably wouldn't put um an AI image that looks like this, which all depends on the prompting. I would put a picture of me and Matteo together. And also we have the prompt hub which is a a very unique way of creating the system because instead of adding the prompts inside the steps in the automation we add it here so that we can change it here and it automatically changes the automation without us having to go to an attempt.
So it's a very small change but it's one of the the biggest levers that we've done um whenever we implemented this in our clients. As you can see it now made the second idea as well the biggest obstacle that held them back made the image as well. And so it will do that for a few ideas, but essentially we also have the status here generated. And now what happens is that you have a human in the loop. So a human that will look at this dashboard, say, "Okay, this is great." They can set the schedule date of when they want the post to go out uh for each one.
Uh and they can press schedule. And then you could have another automation set up where it goes through, you know, the actual dashboard every half an hour. It looks at the status u whether it's scheduled. If it's the same day, then we can pretty much post it automatically. Okay. So um and if you go back here we have the status to done which means that this idea uh we we finished it and as you saw in the demo it is very high leverage to not make the whole thing automated but to have the human in the loop element where you know maybe the founder or someone from their team can overlook have the second opinion on the post maybe they can you know redo it if they don't like it and make sure that they can fire off the posting automation.
Hey guys, quick one here before we get to the next automation. If you're someone who has been wondering how you can take all these AS skills and turn them into a real business and actually start selling these boring offers that actually make revenue, then that's exactly what I work with my students one-on-one with. So, if you're interested, check out the first thing down below. It goes through a full video on how we do that step by step.
With that said, let's get back to the video. And now that we're done with this one, we can go to the next automation, which is something that every single business wants and needs, which is more customers, and that is the automation 6 AI [music] personalized cold email system. The automation will build a list of businesses that fit a specific target. It researches each person and writes a personal opening line for every single one and then loads them into an outreach sequence that sends it [music] on its own.
The people that you would tend to target for this would be anywhere from sales teams, recruiters, and marketing agencies. Basically, anyone whose job is to be able to actually source lists [music] and send outreach messages to get more customers for the business. All right. So, this right here is the automation that we have inside of N10, which is connected to our dashboard. Right here you can put meta location New York uh United [music] States.
How many results do you want? Let's say we want uh I don't know 50 emails. [music] I can change the status to run. I can go back here. I can press execute workflow. This is now using API to [music] scrape from Google Maps, meaning extracting metspas in New York from Google Maps. And then it's looking at whether their website exists right here because we can only get emails of people [music] who have companies that have a website that's public. which is where you see the filter here.
All right. So, out of 50 um companies, it found 49 that have websites. [music] Now, it's using a software which I really like called any Mail Finder. So, you can pretty much find any emails of decision makers in these companies that you're looking to target. And not only that, but they only charge you per verified email. So, uh meaning that you know your account won't get blocked because all these emails are pretty healthy.
All right. Once that's done, it looks at whether their email is valid. Out of 49 emails uh went through, only eight were valid. uh you scrape the website. So we extract the text from the website and then it's using AI to create a personalized icebreaker based on what it's finding from the person but also in the website and it's adding everything to our Google sheet database. As you can see the workflow just executed everything successfully.
If you go back to the actual database and you can see the status is done and if I go to emails I can see that we have uh eight emails. So we have the name, email, company name, type, and we have the full icebreaker that we can use to then cold email or we can even look for the LinkedIn profile if we had that setting in the animal finder as well. Hey Raquel, notice Essence of Beauty Metspa's focus on combining advanced skincare tech with personalized care.
Also a fan of your seasonal facial treatments. Want to throw something by you. I hope you'll forgive me, but I creep on your site quite a bit. And I know that personalized client experiences are important to you guys or at least I'm assuming this given the fact that you guys have a focus in targeted skin therapies blah blah blah right it's very very specific to them um and it also adds a bit of you know the human spark to it now is this perfect of course not right but the good thing about this is that you can always change the prompt and make it better optimize it based on who you're targeting and based on how personalized you want it to be now there's a couple of different ways as to how we can structure the AI cold email system you can either do the setup fee which is you know the fee which can range anywhere from 1k even 10k K as well depending on the complexity and the size of the business and have a monthly retainer or if you're starting out you can also have the pay on performance basis model which is where they pay you per booked appointment and to calculate the amount of money that you would charge per booked appointment is you would take how much money the customer typically spends for the business which is also known as AOV average order value and you would take 10 to 20% off that and that's what you would charge the business per every single booked appointment that you give them.
Now, the reason this works very well is because this solves a problem that every single business needs, which is more leads, right? And so, this turns a list [music] into book calls and more money for the business. So, there's a ton of different ways as to how you can structure this, but really with this specific offer, you can target almost any kind of business because at the end of the day, they all want customers.
And one important thing here is to spend effort on the first personalized line because like we all know our reach has gotten harder because it's very very easy now with AI to blast thousands of emails every single day to these businesses. So we don't want to come across as hey I want to sell you something but more you know different angles that could actually work for these businesses. And now that we have cold email out of the way the next one is going to be catching existing leads that are coming to our website which leads me to number five AI lead generation agent.
This would be an AI chat agent that lives on your client's website. It greets every visitor, asks a few qualifying question, whether that be budget, timeline, what they need. It captures their details and pushes the qualified ones straight into a CRM or books a [music] call. And for this specific offer, you want to target specific kind of businesses like coaches, SAS companies, agencies, and service businesses with a website.
Essentially, anyone either running paid traffic to a website or maybe even a organic traffic [music] to a website would be great for this because it catches existing leads and converts them and basically makes the business more money. In terms of the pricing structure for this specific system, it would typically be around how many visitors they get right now. But you would have an implementation fee which can be anywhere from [music] 1K to 5K and you can have a monthly retainer which can also be anywhere from 1 to 3K a month.
And this works very well because it is one of the small things that a business can implement but can yield very very high results for them. All right. So this next automation is actually built on a website. So let's say you have a website like this [music] and it's Tory gym very very AI slop website but let's say this is the website of the gym. um on the bottom right. This right here would be the agent that would capture new leads.
So, hi, welcome to how can I help you today? I want to know what classes [music] I can do. And we can obviously change the name of the agent, the the font, all that stuff, the the theme of the [music] agent. You would most likely do that for each business. So, that's that. Says to classes take place in our group uh fitness studio [music] class availability and schedules vary. Uh would you like help with where to go for class when you arrive or are you looking for membership options?
Let's say uh what is the location of the gym opening hours. So to gym is located in Silver Peak Plaza. Use the main entrance with the to gym signage. Reception is directly inside. Opening hours are this. Obviously we can have a whole conversation with this but it does different things. Now in the back end of the actual agent we're using a voice flow. So we have the main prompt here uh which is again to gym virtual assistant uh with tone of voice response rules and guardrails.
And then we have playbooks. Now playbooks are essentially things that the agent is able to do. So it's able to give you information about the gym membership uh options. [music] It's able to give you uh information about personal trainers. It's able to just give you the main support. So this is all built here. Um and you can always customize it. You can always put more stuff and connect the actual agent to through MCP to Google sheet your CRM.
Maybe it's a live database that you can pull data from, but it's super super easy. Um, and then you also have knowledge base in case you want to add documents or maybe even websites. Uh, which is great. Um, and so and then to be able to actually deploy this, you would use a widget and you would copy this code. Um, I use claw code to actually build a website. So I just told, hey, use this code, put the widget inside the website and make it work.
So, super super easy. And then we have the chat widget right here, which is able to capture all these clients who in the first place wouldn't have all the information on the website, uh, but would have it if they had someone to talk to. And this exact system is the one that Jessic used [music] to close his first two deals with his agency. And so, this right here captures leads that are already going on the website. But the next automation actually solves one of the biggest pain points in the sales industry, which leads me to automation number four, which is a speed tole agent.
So this speed to lead AI agent all starts when a lead fills out a form, clicks a Facebook ad or opts in into a landing page. This AI agent calls them back within 60 seconds. It qualifies them on the spot and books the appointment. Now the businesses that we would look to target for this specific offer would be anywhere from home service, solar, real estate, insurance, medas, and coaches. Essentially anyone who is running Facebook ads and the more money they spend then the better it is for us because we would charge based on the value of the system, not so much how long it takes us to build the thing itself.
Now in terms of how much we charge, I already established that we charge based on the value. But what does that actually mean? Well, we have the software which runs on pennies per minute really which is retail AI and then we have N10 which you can self-host on your own account. But to price based on the value, you want to ask them questions as to how many leads do they get right now? What's the current conversion? How many misleads do they have right now?
And what's the current ticket, which is how much they charge. And based on those numbers, you can charge serious money, which can be anywhere from 1K to 10K for this setup. And then you can charge anywhere from, you know, 10 to 20% of the implementation fee. And I like this offer because, you know, in business, we all make datadriven decisions. And there's a data point that proves that this exact offers crushes, which is the fact that responding to lead within 5 minutes makes you 21 times more likely to qualify them versus 30 minutes.
And a 2026 benchmark across 939 companies found a 32% close rate when responding under 5 minutes versus a 12% at 24 plus hours. And yet the average B2B lead response time is 47 hours, which means that it's an easy system to build, but such high leverage and it creates so much more revenue for these businesses out there. And that's exactly how one of our students, Matteo, sold his first speed agent for over $4,500. And also how Luca closed his first paying client for his agency as well.
And that's how Danielle and Lucano were able to close their first AI paying clients for their AI agencies. All right. So this agent right here is actually built instead of retail AI which is where we have the prompt all the instructions that it has to do and then through something that we call functions we're able to then book appointments. We're able to check the availability and then we have the backend which is N10 which is allowing us to fill out a form obviously whether that be from ads or from the website and then what happens when a person fills out a form is that it automatically waits 1 minute and then it makes the call to the person to qualify them and then convert them into a booked call.
So here's our form for example. I can put James Michael james@gmail.com. I put my number. I can press submit. All right. So it just triggered the automation here. And as we can see here, I'm getting a call from the agent. Hello. >> Hi there. You recently asked about solar through a Facebook ad. Is now a good time to chat for a couple minutes? >> Sure. Yeah. What's up? >> Thanks for taking the call. You recently asked about solar for your home, so I just have a few quick questions to see if a consultation makes sense.
Are you the homeowner? >> Yes, I am. >> Great. Thanks for confirming. Can you tell me about your average monthly electric bill? >> Uh 2,000 per month. >> Thanks for sharing that. What got you interested in looking into solar? >> Um my wife, she's all about the the environment. >> Got it. So environmental reasons are a big factor for you both. Are you looking to make the switch to solar soon or just exploring your options right now? >> Yeah, like next week ideally. >> Thanks for letting me know you're looking at next week.
Before we book, can I confirm your full name and email for the appointment? >> Uh, James Michael. >> Thanks, James. Can I get your email address to set up the appointment? >> James.com. Thanks for clarifying your email, James. Let me check what appointment times we have available for next week. Here are some available times for next week. [music] Tuesday from 9 to 11:30 a.m. or Wednesday through Friday, either 9 to 11:30 a.m. or 3:00 to 5:00 p.m.
Is there a day and time that works best for you? >> Whatever slot, whatever first slot you have, let's do it. >> I'll book you for Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. One moment while I confirm your appointment. You're all set for a solar consultation on Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. A solar specialist will call you then to go over your energy needs and answer any questions. Thanks for your time, James. Have a great day. >> But there you go.
So, if I go to my calendar, you can see that we have the soda consultation again, 9 um a.m. my time. And there it is. Now, while a speed tole AI agent catches the leads that are newer from ads, the next automation catches the leads that businesses already paid for. Which leads me to automation number three, which is lead reactivation. So, this right here is an AI agent built typically on retail AI that calls through a database of old, cold, or unworked leads, has a natural conversation, re-qualifies them, and books the interested ones back into the sales calendar.
[music] And it works through hundreds of contacts in a day without a human dialing a single number. In terms of who we would target, it would be any team with an actual sales team. This can be dental practices, home service, real estate agents, insurance, and coaches. And the reason why this offer works very well is because businesses don't have to have an additional cost in acquiring leads. We're already using the ones that they have, right?
And we're making [music] the most out of what they have in the business right now. And it was also studied that multi- channelannel reactivation campaigns run in the few hundred range to set up and operate. while published 2026 benchmarks show that reactivation rates of 18 to 50% and ROI of 400 to 800%. And in terms of pricing, the way that I recommend it as a beginner is you can charge an implementation fee which can be anywhere from 1K to 5K USD and then you can charge a per booked appointment for the business [music] which can either be 10 to 20% of the amount of money that the business would typically get from the customer on average.
All right, so the lead reactivation agent is very similar to the speed to lead. pretty much the same setup just a different trigger meaning the a different way of starting the automation. So [music] we have the agent here which has rules and guidelines as to what it has to do. Then we have the automation inside of N10 that basically goes through this Google sheet which is going to be full of contacts. I mean this is just one contact but you would have hundred maybe even thousands of contacts for each company and we would uh run the automation.
It would then go through the contacts and it would then make the call itself which we would receive to our phone number. Um, and then obviously book us in for a consultation. As you can see, I'm just [music] getting the number >> talking to Michelle. >> Yes. >> Thanks, Michelle. You recently asked about Facebook ad. Is now a good time to chat for a couple of minutes? >> Yes. Yes. >> Great. Thanks for your time. Are you the homeowner at your property? >> Yes, I am.
Thanks for confirming. About how much is your average monthly electric bill? [music] >> Uh 2,000 bucks. Um I got my interest in solar because my wife wants to help the environment and I'm looking to implement solar [music] uh tomorrow. >> That's really helpful. Thanks. So you're looking to move forward with solar as soon as possible, right? >> Yes. Correct. >> Perfect. Thanks for sharing all that. Before we book your consultation, can I confirm your full name as it should appear on the appointment? >> Uh, James Michael. >> Thanks, James Michael.
And what's the best email address for your appointment confirmation? >> Uh, jamesgmail.com. >> Let me check our availability for a solar consultation this week. We have openings for a solar consultation this week, including tomorrow from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. >> Yeah, I think tomorrow would work at 9:30. Yeah, that's fine. I'll book you in for tomorrow at 9:30 a.m. for your solar consultation. Looks like there was an issue booking that time.
Either you already have a booking or it's not available. Would you like to try a different time tomorrow or would another day this week work better? >> No, I think you already booked it, so it's fine. Successful. Just say thank you and then you know. >> Thanks, James. Your solar consultation is all set. A specialist will meet with you to review your energy needs and answer your questions. If you need to reschedule, just let us know.
Have a great day. >> All right. Thank you. So, as you could see, it's very similar [music] for the speed to lead agent. The only difference would be the trigger again uh that it would call from the list of leads, not so much from people who come from Facebook ads. Now that all the old leads are recovered, we can go to the next automation which makes sure that no call is ever missed in the business. [music] Which leads me to automation number two, which is an AI receptionist voice agent.
So, this right here is an AI voice agent that answers the phone, replies in a natural voice, answers the common questions, books the appointments, cancels and reschedules, and also transfers to a real human if needed. The best niches to target for this would be companies in the home service space, dental practices, and also aesthetic clinics. Essentially, any business that has a high volume of inbound calls, but we wouldn't target companies like e-commerce or maybe even restaurants or barber shops because each customer for that business is worth a lot less than someone like a roofer.
And so we want to make sure that we're very careful about who we target because we charge based on how much money we're making them or saving them. Now, in terms of how much you price the business, it really depends on the value. So you can go anywhere from 1K to 15K for the implementation, which is the fee that they pay you to set everything up. And then you can charge a 20% monthly retainer to maintain the system, optimize, listen back to the calls, and just make the AI agent better over time.
And this automation specifically solves one of the biggest pain points in the home service, dental, and actually the MedSpot industry because of the fact that they receive so many calls. They might have a receptionist on the phone. But when it comes to after hours, they have no one on the phone, which means that they're missing calls. And a missed call is a mislead. A mislead is misrevenue. And revenue is just money for the business that is completely lost because no one is there.
All right. So here we have the inbound receptionist again with the rules and guidelines uh for the food prompt right here. And it has the function to book an appointment as well. I'm going to call the number that we actually set up inside of Retail AI. We have a number here that I can simply call that I connected to my in receptionist. I like Retail AI because it's super super easy to to actually do everything. Um I'm going to go ahead and call it and then we'll have the conversation.
So as you can see the number going to call it and here >> thank you for calling Tory Law Estate. My name is Grace. I'm a digital assistant here. This call is being recorded for quality purposes. How can I help you today? >> Um, well, my wife wants a divorce. She wants to take all the kids. Um, and I'm not going to let that happen. >> I'm sorry you're dealing with this. [music] What should the lawyers know about your situation? >> That she wants to take custody of all the kids, the house that I even bought her.
Um, [music] yeah, and the car. >> Thanks for sharing that. What location or jurisdiction is this matter in? >> Uh, New York. >> Okay. Thanks. Just to confirm, [music] how many children are involved? >> Uh, three. >> Thank you. Let me get you scheduled for a 30inut consultation with one of our attorneys. We have availability on Tuesday the 25th at 10:00 a.m. or Thursday the 27th at 2 p.m. Would either of those work for you? >> Yeah, 25th is okay. >> Great.
Can you spell out your full name for me? >> James Michael. >> Thanks, James. Can you please spell your first and last name for me? J A M E S space Michael like Michael Jackson. >> Thanks for clarifying. Just to confirm, is your full name James Michael Jackson? >> If so, can you spell it out for me? First and last name. >> No, Michael Jackson. James, first name, Michael, second name. That's it. >> Got it. Thank you. So, your full name is James Michael spelled J A M E S M I C H A E L.
Is [music] that correct? >> Yeah, correct. >> Great. Let me lock that in for you. Looks like I need a contact method to finish booking either your email address or phone number. Which would you prefer to use? >> Uh, we can use an email. So, my email is jamesgmail.com. >> Thanks, James. Just to confirm, your email is jamesgmail.com spelled j a mg [music] a i l. O, right. >> Yes, correct. >> Perfect. Let me finish booking your appointment now.
It looks like that time is no longer available or there's already a booking for you at that slot. Would you like to try Thursday the 27th at 2 p.m. instead? [music] >> Yeah, sure. >> Thanks. Let me book you in for Thursday the 27th at 2 p.m. [music] One moment. You're all set, James. Your consultation is booked for [music] Thursday the 27th at 2 p.m. Is there anything else I can help you with today? >> No. >> Thanks for calling, James.
Take care and we'll see you Thursday. [music] >> Bye. All right, as you can see here, uh, the lawyer consultation just came in with james@gmail.com. Now, I'm not going to lie, there's some stuff that we can definitely do on the prompt itself cuz the the agent wasn't perfect, but it's uh it's good enough to get started and there's a lot of stuff that um that we can add and remove and really the the limits with these agents is endless.
You can always connect it to softwares and you can do a bunch of stuff that right now a receptionist or maybe even the founder is doing as well. And one important thing with these agents is that you can either make a new number on Twilio and then give that number to the business itself or you can use the number that they already have and then connect it to the platform so that when someone calls their number it automatically transfers to the agent number.
Okay, it's a very important thing. Um but yeah, that's the build. And now that we're done with handling missed calls, the next one is the most boring one which leads me to automation number one, the fully systemized lead engine. So this system right here is not one trick. It's the whole what I like to call the boring machine because it takes everything that we've spoken about so far in terms of making the business money and saving the money.
It puts it all together. You would have the AI lead generation agent on the website capturing and qualifying every visitor. The cold email system running outbound to fill the top of the funnel. The speed to lead agent calling back every new optin within 60 seconds. The AI receptionist answering every inbound call day and night and lead reactivation working through the old database in the background mining fund revenue. and stitch together they are a full sales engine that runs a business growth without the business owner touching it.
The people that we would target for this would be any business that wants predictable new revenue and wants to optimize their sales processes and is looking to scale. Now when it comes to pricing there's a couple of different ways as to how you can structure this. Typically we would have a foot in the door kind of offer something that's you know easy to build and builds a [music] trust and then you would keep upselling them and selling them these new systems and actually charging thousands of dollars for the implementation and then you would have a monthly retainer.
So for the whole system combined, you can charge anywhere from 5K to 20K for the implementation and an overall 1 to 5K a month retainer because you're part of the business. You're part of the sales process and you're allowing [music] the business to increase conversions by a margin, make them a lot more money, and essentially grow their business overall. and understand that the most boring system really directly relates to how much money you can save the business or make the business and has different services, different offers all combined into one fully systemized lead engine that allows the business to scale efficiently with AI.
And to give you just one thing here as well, with the fact that these are all AI agents, whether it's chat or voice, you can simply demo these to the business. So, it's a very easy to sell offer because they can see it working before they even buy the thing itself. So, those right there were the nine automations you can start selling to businesses today. But I want you to notice the pattern, which is that every single one is a job that a business already pays a human to do.
We're not reinventing any wheel. We're not creating some sort of fancy system. We're just directly taking the thing that businesses want, which is more money, and putting that into an actual service that we can craft for these clients. And then, fundamentally, you want to have focus. You want to pick one thing, just one, because the biggest mistake I made early on was trying to do everything at once and trying all these different offers all together and and trying to sell it to everyone and trying everything.
But really, if you're everything to everyone, you're nothing to no one. And if you're someone who's serious about taking all these skills and turning them into a real business and make money, then you can check out the first link down below, which goes through a full video on how you can do that by working with me onetoone. But if that's not you, then you can check out this next video on the screen where I build a 10K a month AI agency for a stranger in 30 minutes.
With that being said, I really hope you guys found value from this video.
