wanted to talk about you know to tape Jackson what so I know a lot of you guys wanted to talk about you know able to take reading it's something that is really really hard I think it's true pretty much the hardest aspect to learn because it just needs a lot of you know screen time it's not easy and yeah that's exactly why I wanted to make webinar about it as you know I've been talking about it for quite a while now during you know the last few weeks and months even and I've put everything that I kind of you know collected into this webinar to make it as informational and you know complete as possible and this may be the last level to take reading webinar I think we're going to need to make you know a few other videos and if you guys like this this you know content so the webinar forum we can make it into you know other webinars because you know with knowledge are there to read you know talk about bigger topics more kinky topics and and yeah and to answer your questions as well while doing so let me just make sure that I've got you know chats so the live chat as well on my iPad here so I see the questions because otherwise I'm up and they will just see them right away all right so um if you want to ask me questions so in the live chat not on this board because otherwise I'm not going to be able to sit down I mean I'm gonna be able to see them but it's it's far easier for me to see them right here on my iPad so alright let's get started right away so first of all we're gonna do a quick recap of what level 1 and level 2 is because you know a lot of you guys know already about it it's not going to take you know it's going to take 2 or 3 minutes right now but I just wanted you know to really start at the bottom level I don't want anyone to feel like doesn't understand something so let's get started so um level 1 level 2 this is what level 1 is going to give you this is the information that you're gonna get so with the level 1 you're only gonna get basically the best bidder and the best offer slash the best ask and you're gonna get a few information so the first thing you're gonna see is how much the buyer is willing to buy all right so this is you know a hundred shares and he wants to buy it at the best bid that is currently on the level one which means there is no person that wants to buy had a better price at a higher price this is the you know the price the fair price and in this case it's six hundred and forty four point ninety two and on the right side you're going to get basically the best ask the best offer which is going to be 300 shares at a price of six hundred and forty four point eight nine points so level two is going to give you a bit more actually a lot more information than the level one this is why we're using the level one and not level two and it's gonna give you also a few other things and I'm gonna explain right now so it's gonna give you basically the same information as the level one at first which is going to be the best bit the best bid is always on top all right it's the highest on the level two and it's going to give you basically so the core in this case you're going to see 10 10 in this case doesn't mean 10 shares all right most of the times level 2 is going to be set up that way that you need to add two zeros at the end of the quantity basically so in this case the base bit is from GSC og SEO being Goldman Sachs that is who is willing to buy so on the left side is going to buy how much to the quantity of it in this case 116 and the quantity is going to be basically a thousand shares in this case all right now what you're going to see just under there is color coded so the best bid in this case is going to be in yellow all right so they are all willing to buy at the same price and different quantity so those are different persons usually a thieves and the quantity and I'm right here and the price and just under that you're going to get the second-best big basically and you're going to see same thing alright the different routes basically the different buyers at this price and the quantity in this case is not displayed but usually you're going to see it I just ask on the right side right here and the quantity as well right there now one thing we didn't talk about yet it's going to be tape all right the tape right here also called times and sales is going to show you what transactions got through if you see it in red right here it means that a seller is willing to pay the price or to sell at the price that the buyer is willing to pay for all right so in this case someone is taking this price side you can see one sixteenth that's why you see it right here 116 all right and this is the share size in this case three thousand one hundred shares be hungry chairs but thousand shares all right if someone is willing to sell at the price of the buyers right here now if someone wants to buy all right and it's not basically willing to pay for it is willing to pay the price that the seller wants we're going to see it in green or answer in this case which someone is buying hats we ask right and in this case the quantity is going to be 1/8 or I mean the price can be 1/8 and someone is willing to buy 100 shares all right so that's going to be it for the level 1 and level 2 all right that is the explanation that you need this is what you see when you are seeing the level 2 and also the level 1 all right so next here we're gonna I prepared something all right I bet I've been preparing this one for quite a while so I'm gonna show you exactly what I personally see when I look at the level 1 Emme the level 2 so I'm also I'm only looking at the level 2 usually the level 1 is gonna be more like I'm looking at you know at my phone and you know trying to find some some but so didn't inside here we've got a question [Music] yeah we have moved it's it's it's true we have moved from the fraction system someone where I was you know asking about or talking about the fraction system and now we have adopted decimal system it's it's true I just wanted you know for the video level true in level 2 level 1 and level 2 I just wanted you know a picture to your picture of a level 1 and level 2 to explain it basically nothing more than that so I figured I've prepared this level 2 kind of illustration basically to show you exactly what I'm seeing and you're gonna see me often times in chat talk about basic your strong tape a weak tape it's heavy or it's absorbing you know those kind of words that that I use a really common for me but some of you might not understand what I mean when I look you know I'd tape so what I do right here is gonna be basically so what you see in green right here those are gonna be big alright so you're gonna see a level 2 right you're gonna get the best price and the best offer which we just talked about all right and the bids are gonna be in green so that's what you see right here the kind of lines those are gonna you know show you base you keep on level 2 that's gonna be lets say a stock that is at a hundred dollars right so you're gonna get $100 right here you're gonna get 100 point one or whatever right so the best offer just over it that's gonna be you know 97 or whatever 95 94 I just just for a sake of this explanation right so the weak tape for me is gonna have a few things right so I'm gonna say the weakest take the weakest tape is that I have a few things so first of all we're gonna have a lack of bibs all right so no one is really willing to buy the stock and that is why the bid is not stacked all right so you're gonna jump either gonna hear me a lot talking about stamped offers and that's what I like to see in a weak tape so compared to hires by tears so the buyers only have you know four names basically right and the offers are going to be far more stacked so we're on the bid you're going to see you know the price up $100 and just on rate you know with all those lower 97 on ask you're gonna get 100.1 100.3 100.5 101 right so you've got a far more offers on top of you know the beads and also added to that the offers have more sighs so sellers want to sell more than the buyers now there is one more aspect that we need to talk about and it's absorbing and that is a word that is pretty particular because what absorbing basically means in my case is going to be you know hidden dibs and hidden asks so what that means is you're gonna see so this here for me is the times and sales for this administration all rights and it's gonna show you a few things it's going to show you how much you know we are buying from the offers and how much we are selling into the bids so in this case the tape the weakest tape is going to show you basically that you're selling a lot of quantity all right so 400 shares 200 shares 200 shares one share is 100 200 and you know we're only that the buyers are not buying much you know we're buying 100 shares loves all right here here here but we're seeing far more selling all right and the weakest type shows you that no one is really hiding any shared and he shares on the bid all right so we're you know the stronger tape is gonna show you 100 shares but you know it can absorb all that sighs all right someone is showing 100 but I will take you're seeing you know 300 500 thousand shares hitting him but he's not disappearing on the weakest tapes they're going to see 100 shares and as soon as one of those you know sales is gonna get you so attacking that bid the bait is just gonna get filled and it's is not there anymore all right so the buyer is not there anymore and you start moving down and all those authors start eating down as you know the big block of sellers just you know hammering the stock down taking all the bids and besides just you know gets through and it moves down now a balanced stock is gonna be a stock that just goes sideways alright so buyers and sellers are a strong as you know the other so nothing is gonna really happen so what you're gonna see is basically you know no stacking on the bids on and no stacking on the offers or vice versa stacking on the bid on the bid and stacking on the offers all right so both sides are as strong as the other they're both showing the same kind of size all right so 100 shares 200 shares on both sides and the tape is going to show you all right every time someone is selling to on a chair so I'm going to come up buying two armored chairs and same thing with the hundred chairs all right so the share size you know is pretty much the same the bids and you ask stacking level is going to be the same the beads and offered quantity all right it's going to be kind of the same now a strong tape is pretty much the same thing as you know the weakest tape but just you know completely the opposite so we're you know the weakest tape is gonna have a lot of of stacked offers the story on tape is going to show you you know a stacking of offer of bids so as you can see let's see that could be you know a $1 stock you're gonna get $1 right here and then $0.99 98 and then you're going to get you know 96 then nothing here and then you know stacking just under right here and on the offers on the opposite side you're gonna get you know 101 for example and then right wave 105 107 and then one you know 110 whatever rank the offers are not going to get as much quantity on there alright so a hundred shares by tier and as soon as you know someone it that that offer and also you know that's you so we don't be here right here all right so if we attack him we want on your chairs we're just gonna move up and the stacking is gonna continue so we're you know the base we're at one dollar ninety-nine ninety-eight they're gonna be at 102 101 1 and on the right so one of one other thing is just you know the quantity that we're showing we're showing more size on the bids and we are continually moving up buying through the stock that is the kind of of tape that we're gonna see market when it's dark for example is we need you know ripping alright so we're just moving up we're just buying all the offers and and the bidders are just continuing you moving up with the start no one is really willing to sell yet and they're just moving to stop the stock up up up and that is what you don't want to short into for example and that is not something you want to show it into now we that is what you can see right so no no absorbing on the bids or on the ask really all right and now we've got the second aspect which is basically you know a lot of the time we pretty much 100 you sign up the time actually we're gonna see absorbing on one side or the other alright but if both sides are absorbing as much doesn't really you know matter because it kind of balances you know each other out both sides doesn't really matter but sometimes we can see things on the tape and we're gonna talk about that right now so whereas you know the weak tape the weakest tape right here you know we're gonna see a lot of offers and and the bids don't absorb so when 100 shares go through we just move down a hidden strong tape could be something like this so this is not the you know the really strong tape for me the hidden strong tape and but it's it's a tape where you want maybe to stay away from because there is an agenda someone is buying hidden fees not willing to show his size on the bids so right here the green ones alright someone is not willing to show basically his size so you're going to see stacking on the offers let's see that that could be you know whatever $1.00 right here the best offer and that could be you know 99 cents if someone is showing a hundred shares right so you might think all right there's only 100 shares and just above you know we've got a total of you know 800 shares it should be done right but someone is showing 100 shares but you see the size go through so 200 shares 100 shares 100 shares one hug tears so a total of 500 shares right but he's not disappearing all right the bidder is not disappearing he's gonna you know absorb oh wait I said you're gonna see it in the middle now so that's what you know that's actually that way it's gonna be on top now so um the what I was saying is you know you see the stacking on the offers and you've got that one hungry chair dinner time and we see a lot of science going through but we're not moving down someone is just buying him now he's not gonna stay there for the whole time was at the time you know he's gonna get filled a thousand shares then we're gonna start moving down to the next level but you're gonna see the same thing where someone is showing a bit of just a little science but he's gonna absorb a lot right and that makes it hard to move down because you know shorts are gonna get hot overconfident they're gonna see the tailor or I think it's super weak right but in reality we're just you know absorbing absorbing absorbing and then shorts realize oh we're not moving down and they start hitting the offers all right so we move up we move down the absorbing panic up move down you know and we're gonna see basically most of the time just to grind down alright we're not so gonna see kind of the crashes you want to see but we're going to see basically grinding down so burn down heavy and then panic a bit because the beads are not disappearing and then move down again and again and again alright on time and sales what does the colors of the prints correspond to so Brandis not to be we're hitting the bid so the seller is hitting the beats and green is gonna mean a buyer a bid someone who's willing to buy shares is gonna hit the offers all right so in this case green is someone hitting the red and red is someone hitting the green all right now we also have hidden sellers and hidden buyers all right so this kind of tape is going to be it's something that I don't want to you know touch at all all right so it's a tape that is as so as I was saying all right energy so whereas the balanced you know tape here no one is really you know hidden hiding any share size so one of our chairs go through we move up 100 shares on the Bates hitting we're gonna move down the hidden seller buyer tape is gonna be something I don't want to touch because both sides are basically absorbing as much on both sides so the the buyers are hiding their share size the sellers are hiding as well we start moving up you know we don't get you because someone is selling hidden on the offers and then move down same thing all right so that's on a basically the same thing as on top because we don't know who is really hiding the most share size and usually that's going to be you know a sideway stock now there are a few other things we could see you right so let's see so right here we could see basically that someone is is hiding on either side so let's see this one might be someone absorbing on the bids all right so we got Shar share size hitting the beats basically the bids are not moving and they're showing you know they're hiding their share size and on the other side you know it could be exactly the same thing right here so someone is hitting the offers all right offers are not showing anything and you know we can't move up because of that and then you know but but no one is really willing to sell at the same time you know as you can see right here only 500 shares going through so we're not gonna get you know much much action from that now the tape that I like the most is the last one and I'm going to present all right and it's the hidden weed tape that is what you're gonna see before the really really big moves the big crashes I have you know whatever the open or you know when we get breakouts and we fail and you know we get the really big rejection candle right that we liked so much same thing with you know when when I personally you know sometimes you count downs in a chat where I'm like I think this is gonna crash now this is what I'm seeing on tape so you're gonna see let's see let's say we have a break our area right so one dollar we're trading on rate the whole time and then we tried breaking out right we make it over one dollar but then we've got you know 101 for example right so once and higher and that would be this offer right here and we see a lot of buying go through right so we got you know right here we've got thousand one hungry chair right you 500 and here's 600 shares and we read so what you need to understand is when we got a break our area people are gonna panic out right every single short that is risking that area as far as try to get out once we break over it right what you need you to think about is what happens when everyone's expecting a breakout size is going through but nothing moves right well that is going to be a big big oh I need to you know get out of my lung kind of thing or the shorts that got out oh it's not actually moving up I want to hit the beads now right and so in this case you know that we have quite a lot of beads but that would be you know just bins just over so to add the 1 dollar area right so we got a lot of bids there because people want our buyers are trying to buy but usually the biggest size is gonna hit you ask and in this case you might think oh that you know we don't have a lot of offers right you don't have a lot of size on the ask but everything is going through but the seller is not moving at all and then panic kicks in we crash through the bins and panic sets in and we get the big rejection now that's kind of what you know the different tapes I see so to recap what I like to see is going to be a wheat tape all right this here this is going to be what I want to see after the big break downs when I'm looking for continuation fade you know when I say no I'm not going to come back here I'm going to cover you know whatever ten percent lower or whatever because it's heavy but we tape that here is the head take this is what you want to see once you are in a position this isn't the best point to enter the position the best point to entry position is are the areas of pure panic pure emotions alright when everyone's emotional and everyone's chasing and everyone's doing the same thing on the same side that is when you need to be super focused and not emotional at all alright and this is the tape you want to see all right hidden weak so when everyone panics out of the stock everyone's hitting the offers but nothing is moving when you see that nothing is moving at all that is when you want to hit and want to be entering at least I don't want to be entering at the $1 level so we're all you know offers are because usually we're gonna break through it all right so you might think yeah but I want to be risking love the resistance but the problem is everyone's doing the same thing right so when we break that one dollar you know offer we're all deed did you know the quantity is where everyone showing size but just over it someone's not showing any size but everything goes through and nothing happens that is when you need to enter the or it is that where I enter light that is where I enter that is when panic kicks in and after that after that I want to see heavy tape for a fade and usually you know for the kind of ads when I when I get short when I want to add to the position I'm going to wait for something like that to happen to just buying grinding up and then hidden offers on the aspirin so him the sellers on the offers and we try to make it up can't make it can't make it it's kind of overextended so as soon as we see that you can expect a pullback and if we are in a stock where lungs are bad that already happened and we see this tape on the move down on the way down this is where you want to get your and so when something like that happens and after the rejection you want to see this tape coming again and fade until you know the float now everything I just told you you know is kind of on the short side right but you can reverse it it's exactly the same thing for long positions all right it's just that I personally short kind of 95% of the time 90 to 95 percent of the time that is why it's easier for me to explain it and at the same time with the small caps you usually at least in the market we're in right now we are gonna see more of more clear areas to enter for short side at least in my opinion so from there what you need to understand about tape reading let me actually go through the question because it's kind of getting stacked right here so on so some are a Christian or was saying so you're looking for a frequency of a certain behavior on the timing sounds on the tape yes in the sense that I'm looking for an area where everyone's doing the same thing now this right here shows me everyone is panicking out everyone's seeing you know the breakout which is talked about from that on dollar level for example and everyone's doing the same thing but if nothing happens everyone ends up on the same side do you typically ignore trades that transact inside the paid and offer if you mean that it's kind of a game and it's you know kind of choppy and we see this kind of tape right here or this kind of tape right here where you know we're seeing the same thing on both sides yes I'm trying to ignore that that is kind of consolidation that is not an area of emotions and I'm trying to you know stay away from there in buying and hitting selling might be observed by not seeing multiple times and sell prints but the sides of bids and offers doesn't change and that is a question yes it is so um episode is so there are a lot of words to describe the same thing basically so it's got to be that the most used words at least I am talking about is going to be absorbing alright so absorbing for me is someone showing something at Harbor chairs and you see prints so let's you right here you know a hundred chairs showing and you see you know the thousand one hundred chairs going at that price right buying at that price at that level where someone is showing a homage chairs but nothing you know nothing is moving nothing is happening it's not moving up while you know the size is showing that is absorbing for me another word that is used at the same time is gonna be stuff so when you can hear someone in chat or Mac saying you know this the start is stuffing usually when this stuff happens this is the take you're gonna see all right so someone just completely selling selling something hidden basically because he's got so much hair size that you would scare off the body when you say we're focusing on level two in tape or 10 in sales what percentage of time are you focusing on a tiny self and what percentage are you focusing solely on the level - that is what I want to talk just now when I'm done answering the questions so you know keep that in mind I'm gonna talk about it right now for the hidden weak it's showing two armored chairs on the offer that 700 went through and above that 100 shares but your honor 20 people are hiding hiding their size exactly that's what you're going to see that is what you you know what you're going to see on something that is about you know to stuff so pullback so that is exactly what I'm talking about so you know the hungry chairs to our materials you know what I'm showing my tier those are just examples right I just want to make it really clear so you understand you think we're hooked on this you know 100 shares bonus to your thousand shares 3000 whatever and you need just to keep in mind that you know you can't be looking at the tape the whole time right you don't want to be looking at to tape the whole time and just you know seeing you know someone is showing you know 500 shares and just 700 are going through right that doesn't really matter everyone's hiding their share sites I'm hiding my share size when I'm covering does that mean you know I'm a buyer that it will continue to buy up no it doesn't right but it just you know makes it easier because people don't get emotional seeing my size or the size of any kind of trader right but something you want to keep in mind is let's see let's say if thousand shares are showing at a specific level you see just under you know let's say 30,000 shares on the bids trying to buy you know and the bid and the ask the seller is showing a thousand shares and you see you know size of whatever right let's say 50,000 shares go through while the seller is showing 1,000 shares right that is something you need to see you well the big stack is only good for a stock for you Bob if the authors are not absorbing usually and actually let me talk about damages after so now that I talked about the different level to tape kind of variations and that you can see within the day and you need to understand that you can't be looking at the tape you can't be looking at the level to the whole date right become please sitting there eight hours per day or you know depends on if you try to market a normal hours after always whatever right but you can't be sitting there the whole day at least I thought and looking at you know to take the whole time but there are areas that you can see before even the market opens or you know hours before that area is hitting where you can expect those kind of patterns right to be really really easy to see compared to the D action we're gonna see in a range or whatever and I want you guys to focus on those areas for next week especially you guys that maybe don't know how to read the tape whatever I want you to notice specific areas and that's what I want to talk about right now let me answer to the next weekend if there's a men's volume when the stack bigs outweigh the potential hidden cell of course of course that is the thing right but you need to think about when a breakup happens it's not you know we're gonna take ten minutes right it's going to take a few seconds a minute maybe to get to try to get through that level but if you know after you know the big panic there kicks in the big you know emotional area and we try to be able to break through and nothing happens well it's not gonna try to break that area again and again and again and then eventually breakout right people are gonna really really freak out and there are reasons for that and that's you know what we're going to talk about right now now one thing you need to understand is detail does not the market on its own all right so you know you might think well you know this stock is moving because this is that you know people are willing to buy and this is that right you need to understand that small caps have one reason why they run one reason why they get up why they move why they have runs while I have offerings basically how to market and the small cap world that we trade words and that is just cash right company need cash to run their businesses right and to do so to get that cash they need to sell stock into the market that is the easiest way for a company to get a lot of money or its own offerings and you get those shares out to sell onto the market all right they need liquidity they need volume without any volume the company cannot sell stock and cannot make any money from it because you know if no one is willing to buy there's not no one to really sell into right and if you have millions of shares but to start is only trading 10,000 shares per day one can be able to kind of retain the price your trading app and at the same time you know sell stock if they wanted to sell 1 million shares into 10,000 volume per day they're gonna crash to start down to zero all right and those manipulators try to hit emotional corns in really emotional points during the day that have the most volume all right the most fun we're gonna see are at breakdown areas over resistance on their support right and generally where people are getting really really emotional so I made a few examples right here and those areas those areas where the most volume is traded where the emotions are the biggest are called liquidity events and liquidity basically areas aren't and those are those areas are where manipulators are working the hardest to you know work their magic whatever they want right manipulating not only you know crash dogs down but what they need to do is trap shorts that is why we always talk about it they trap stocks that have a lot of shorts in it or a people just hammering the stock and they rip it up you know with the shorts basically getting out when shorts get out right they hit the offers and they move the stock up and those shorts hitting those are the most you know newbie traders all right newbie traders hit the lows movie trailers are emotional they get in at those areas because they've seen a breakout or breakdown but if you're actually attracted breakouts actually failed more often than not parents just that's a fact for the small tabs at least I trained so the areas of interest are going to be in this case this is the pre market all right and the pre market is going to move sideways within a range all right after that we get a break out all right and we start moving up into the open and I had to open we start crashing down on it we start crashing down sellers are getting in short sellers are hammering hammering hammering right and by the time we get to that breakdown area alright let's see if that I could give you know $1.00 right by the time we break down one dollar we're really overextended to be down sign alright and still evening with the overextension people are seeing wait a sec you know we were you know in a range at one dollar now it's breaking that that mark right it's overextended but it's a breakdown it's valid line and then you know you see the breakdown happened and exactly in this area right here under one dollar what we're gonna see is going to be let's see if you can get it or not we're gonna see basically this right the hidden strong tape where people shorts are trying to getting read everyone's rushing everyone's like oh I need this break thought I need to spray it down I need to get in right but you see a lot of sheer size going through you know hitting the pins hitting the bids but nothing moving alright the start is not moving down someone is absorbing that whole share size right so where the shorts are now in someone is accumulating a position of 10,000 100,000 shares right of people short but this Stark is not moving down well what happens when people don't want to sell don't want to show anymore well they need to get out of their shorts and that is exactly what we're going to see after that mine where people are getting in every other support area of liquidity right people are getting in and then the many players to start buying really really strongly right away and shorts panic out because now they're in the red now they need to cover and of course the more needy traders or any the more starting ETB the more people are gonna get scared and the more people are gonna just hold and hold where it's like yeah but it just broke down now I'm in the red right away let me just see if it reverses right and then it just starts ripping and it starts really you know ramping up it starts moving really you know strongly and fast just in general the question behind your cover size but not when you enter stat because there's or III both I hide when I want to enter I hide when I want to exit because people are not gonna hit me if I don't all right I need to do it because otherwise I'm not gonna get filled anything when I cover it's really the way about you yes indeed that's why it's be more important in this case you're right but at the same time you know I try to even if I'm I'm hidden I try to kind of take my covers and split them in multiple orders so you know I get filled can we find who manipulators are really typically the underwriters that the company hires to sell stock yes indeed there are those are most of time the underwriters doing that or and what on the writers do is either they you know push the stock up market where does the bottom is the lowest basically to get the try stock as as as high as possible basically with you know is the meril of volume as possible because that means you know last volume means less share that they need to accumulate and I'd open of course we get you know 1 million volume within one camel or more whatever right and that we you know balances it out because now you know you've got a lot of size kind of accumulating during the move up and then within a you know a few cent or whatever within you know the open they can sell the stock and make a profit out of it and usually when they drop an offering they're gonna short against the stock the whole day which you know is easier to do that way so there are two ways to create the quit trap shorts and squeeze them second manipulators cap up stocks to get it on everyone's radar and prop the bid and sell into the momentum right yeah you know it should work that way with I'm seeing my screen at the same time it should work right now yeah exactly I mean zooming in and out so to create liquidity you need areas of emotions you know emotions equal basically volume in small caps and in general um as we break down we accumulate right that you know that is the area you need to look at when our trading alright everything else doesn't really matter alright because what you see apart from this area is basically so this move is the result of this here alright now you could you know shortly open and race to the top that is another trade right but still we're talking about take reading and you need you know understand that we have areas of interest and those areas are where you need to focus the most so after that free market this is you know the opposite case so you've got a stock that is moving up pushed by the underwriters pushed by some entity that wants to sell stock at the end and we see you know the move up and then we start you know to fade free market alright so what happens when we being you know the start is really in week as we had into the market open now at the open what happens is many players to start buying buying buying buying bread why do they do that well because it doesn't take much volume maybe alright so they see so they've got access to what we call order flow so they they know exactly if there is a seller or there isn't that is you know the whole its it's not a peep it's the zero condition thing you know um but they start pushing it right this might be many players this might be you know whatever that that might be many players and the retail as well so people you know thinking it's not a trip whatever but we had into the breakout area right everyone everyone who is short from here or most at least are gonna have their stop at the high alright because that is the highest structure the highest point right and everyone is whisking off that point but what happens is we start moving up we break over that area right we break over that area people are panicking so shorts are getting out people are longing they're thinking oh this is heading to whatever right if it's the one dollar stop this is adding to the others and you know we see a lot of emotions in general right and people start buying but just over the break on area what you're going to see is I think you all know it now is going to be the the hidden week alright so right here we see emotions right people are buying buying buying they're stacking the the beads they're really trying to break over that area and nothing happens nothing happens that size goes through at you know the breakout I ran over and we just don't move up we don't give up we don't give up why do you think that is right because manipulators want the biggest volume they want the biggest buying and they want the highest price at the same time so when Dan breakdowns is giving them is basically bog you a lot of volume so a lot of money to sell into and at the same time the best price as well so when that happens when the breaker happens look to take because the tape tells you exactly if you know it's a good break out see if it's going to parabolic or if someone has hidden hidden hidden at that level right to break up areas might be like like this one is or are points of you know really big interest alright because that shows you who is really in charge of the stock now other things you might have seen in the past this here is going to be you know not at market open not pre market this is you know during the midday whatever right or in the afternoon or you know whatever the morning and we start moving in a range right everyone's looking for the same thing their sing up and start training in the range they want to see if we can break down or break over it now if the many players want to stock higher that might you know have different at cameras that might be because you know they want higher the higher closing price because they want to offer to an s3 and they've got you know to arm to you know get a higher end close to basically bring they their MVP a chest up and you know be able to raise more that is another theme as well you know I'm not gonna get into it right now the pace of attending the higher closing price to get more to be able to offer more shares during the offering what they might do is and that happens usually on ETV stock so we're you know shorts and shares are really available they're gonna break it down right everyone's thinking the same thing again everyone's like oh it's breaking down I need two short short short and setters are you know selling the stock what do they do with them and what did do the many flavors do they buy all right they started buying buying buying buying buying in this area because people are hammering it just short right and what happens next they just move it back up into the range shorts are trying to cover cover cover and when we you know arrive at that area where every stop is they just you know rip it up so in this case shorts are gonna begin at the you know the words average possible and at the same time many players are gonna get the best average as well alright so when we do see that area what we are going to see is the hidden strong tape move it up again all right on top right here this is the kind of tape we're gonna see so a lot of size going through the beads alright but but nothing is moving nothing is moving it's not moving down and what you might see as well is a huge offer all right so let's see yeah let's say 10,000 shares 20,000 30,000 shares what you need to think about is as a salary I do want the best price right so why the hell would I want to show my share size if I want to get film because you don't want to get filled alright what you want is people getting emotional because you are are showing your size right and people are like oh there's huge 7 right it's gonna move down but in reality the biggest size position the biggest you know order on the level 2 is going to be hidden all right so where you see more hundred shares it might be a hundred health insurance right and he's gonna get taken out at some point those sellers are gonna come in and right away once sent lower whatever we're gonna see the same thing where someone is not showing size but size is going through on the left omelet on the tape on the time themselves all right so it's anything right here alright we're gonna see you know a range and then you know we break out and same thing we're gonna see the hidden weak term tape right here happen and then as soon as you know the the panics you know stops sellers are gonna see all right and so manipulator is gonna see all right we can't move it up any more because of the shorts we sold as much as we could now you know the end game is this still the same we want to sell stock we want to hedge the offering we want to get out warrants the ATM whatever and they start really selling because now they took advantage of all the shorts they can't play with them anymore sword they're gonna need you know to hit the buyers on the bigs right let's now open it up for some questions again before we continue do you take notes of the Titan sale level to be Hagar's market you see if when price gets there intraday it showed the same behavior of course I look at that I believe write it down because I just you know can remember but basically if I see something really weird happening during market where someone is showing huge size on the base but nothing is moving or vice versa a huge offer and nothing is moving I want to keep that in mind and I want to keep in mind every I'm where that happened so let's say that happens at the high of day right at the high of the pre-market session I wanted to that in mind because when we eventually try to trap and try to get that pattern right here right when we break down I want to look at that area where someone was you know showing a huge bid but it crashed down and you just pulled his offer right I want to see that so to conclude that topic right there this might be what you're gonna see on tickle right where you got the pre-market session all right we've got a range we break out we don't see you know the hidden weak a tape that we always start back we don't see this but we see a strong tape so we pumped on on buying moves up no problem then we get to range around and we open week and to be open we start moving up all right everyone's thinking the same thing if they're short they're gonna miss the holiday and then you know then we'd tape again someone you know is just hidden on the offers size goes to nothing moves and making me see a big big bitter as well right but nothing moves and then the big big just pulls so it doesn't get filled but you just pull this or you just you know cancels it we move down we really crash down next area people are getting back in short short short we get overextended we get into the breakdown area alright we break down but then we see a hidden strong tape right so what we see on top right here we see you know absorbing absorbing absorbing absorbing and then you know we push up we get all the stops right so shorts panic panic out the shorts do the work for manipulators they move it out basically the manipulators have a great average all right and then you know we move it up we don't see any hidden sellers on the tape at that breakout area then we form another range and then of course now manipulators that have sold into the stock and then accumulated back at the at the lower average they want to sound because as I said you know what I'm looking at our dilutions stocks right stocks that have a lot of shares to sell stock that starts that need to do offerings and that is where I look at fundamental because the fundamentals gives me give you basically the good overview of what you can expect from the tape and what you can expect from the chart during the day so when we break out we search for the liquidity we search for the volume we break it out somebody's hidden again even week and then move down form another range but how do you wanna as right here as you can see but not falling yeah that crunch down you know it will fade back down whatever but again if they need you know the higher closing price they might trap again so they know move it down again even strong tape as right here and then you trap shorts again ETV shorts and we move it up and now you know that area where all the servers were where you think is the seller in mind they're you know that where the manipulator is trying to sell stock again and accumulated at at a lower average price and that's when you see this huge moves up again alright essentially level 2 is most useful just before during or immediately after breakouts pot breakdown areas or generally areas of high emotional correct if so when is level to not be useful now of course you could be you know looking at level 2 you the whole time and that might give you an edge of course if you want ads you know you're not gonna wait for us areas because we might get trapped you want to get an ad of course after you know is stuff in area so let's say you see you know something like that happen or something like that happen right here you start moving down of course when I put moved on one candle all the way down most of the time of course right but what you want to see if you want to add is basically you know a breakout we stuff move back down under the support or right at the support we try to bounce and which is super super habit so in this case you want to see this here alright so breakout stop stuff stuff stuff stuff him weak alright you move back down we try to pop and on that bounce again we wanted to speed this fear alright so as I told you this is what you're going to see at those bigger areas during the fade you want to see this then we try to bounce and either you know we tried doing this so we try moving up and someone is hitting again or we just can't bounce right we just try to bounce buyers you know whatever it could be short there's cup trying to cover right hitting the offers but every time we know we we take out one offer it another level where sellers are sellers sell sell sell and then you know eventually when shorts are done covering you know just it continues down because there's so much you know selling selling selling that to start coming about and that is exactly why on the stock that is crashing down right here all oftentimes I'm gonna say in chat I do not want this to bounce this high you know and hit other areas and whatever because if the stock really does what I think which is searching for it creates you to move down into sell manipulative took advantage of the shorts right they already took advantage of the short so if they want to sell stock the shouldn't bounce much all right because they're trying to sell and if they tried to sell it just you know Pitts caribou ball the full time the whole time the whole time and when they see all right no one's is willing you know the short I'm not willing to cover it's more with home sales dog at that area they're gonna move it down again to search for more liquidity and take out all the bids and that is why the weakest dogs the best fighters not bound because manipulators want to sell as much as possible into the liquidity because they know tomorrow nobody's going to be watching it today is the volume day today is the day we got five million shares volume and you know on other days we get ten thousand shares they want to sell and they will do it right now because they know we need it today alright so now that we talked about areas of interest the liquidity events the liquidity areas we are going to talk about I'm gonna show you real charts right because you might think well you know it's all good it's all you know you know I'm seeing this on on your illustration I'm seeing that on your picture on your drawing but you know I can't see I mean under my charts because I'm not using line charts whatever like the reason might be because you know you're kind of new to this whole thing so I thought I would show you a few examples where you know we get exactly that right so I'm going to answer questions after but I'm just gonna you know keep on going and I'll answer the questions just before we make it into the live examples or it because also cannot live examples but you know the chart and the level two and this here is all are empty all right or in pieces dog that just crashed down at the open the featuring something that's you might know this song so we need that right we are super week into the pre-market session someone's hitting it and then we form kind of a range right lower highs so we're seeing alright what I was saying is you know we tried to pop manipulators are selling into the pubs and as soon as they see all right no one's be there to buy anymore they're gonna move it up move it down again so you know higher the highest high and lower high lower high lower high and then we don't really move it down and then I'd to open what do you see we've got that no we're not sure if you can see at that point so we've got that area right here as you can see we move it down and look at the volume right volume is there not much right but what happens when we break under the support it down all right we get that volume channel right here bigger volume right that is people hammering short-sellers hammering and manipulators are buying so in this case as I talked about one sec so this what you're gonna see right here is going to be this this tape right here right people hammering but someone is absorbing and what happens next let's back into the range all right and just you know rock it up and what happens we get big volume right that is exactly what I mean where do they move it to where it's the resistance right here right people are putting their stop just at the resistance they pop it over they take all the volume all the stops basically shorts covering so basically needing to buy and you know that happens right the biggest volume is at the liquidity event the liquidity area and from there we'll just crash back down and from there what happens is many players are not down a ton with the trap and higher height so the highest height right here and then lower high lower high and lower high and then if there you see all right we can't push it much now right we are done with the trap we can sell more stock at that area took advantage of the shorts and now they just dump it that is an example a prime example of you know what we're gonna see and after that you know again we're at the support area and we make it on do it we trap trap trap we move it back up and from there you know what you're gonna see is chopping action so in this case what you're gonna see is you know balance a balance tape right here alright so as much as those are as the other side right and at the same time you know we're not fading down so choices are going to cover in - you know so during the day basic feed another you know get out out and at the end of the day when the stock doesn't move down you know shorts are starting to cover and that is why we see the round updates so this stock is or was most likey and easy stuff now tn XP same thing what do we do resistance areas right here a 1.5 right and this is the trade for example I person to so no we got that resistance area we move down at first right break the area of support absorb absorb absorb we start moving up you can see be open and then they rip it up right you rip it up right at that area and you know we make it over and that have you have you have the you reject right away and I actually took it short and right here right into this area as I was talking about those are the areas of emotions those are the areas where I want to enter because other people are covering most are thinking break out and let everyone's on the same side they're wrong alright so after that we start you know but zorbing again at the support level and we make it over it so we break out again all right right here but as you can see the volume is kind of getting lower so manipulators are taking advantage of the shorts a bit but it's not really working out right and after that we move down again right away try and making it and then we see let me take maybe take all right you try bouncing you make it into always so I'm get taken out and then you know next level right away sellers to settle be French they come back to the area they move it down every time we bounce so are your high and then lower high lower high which try making it over can't make it and then they just let it go they sell sell sell sell and from that moment on especially when shorts so locates are you know expensive they just keep on selling during the day right they try you know you see areas like that every single time right so we've got that resistance area they pop it over see the liquidity alright shorts are covering and they dumped it back and then lower high have you happy happy breakdown and we move further down downtown that is what I'm looking at I hope this is clear for you guys I hope that you are see and understand what I'm talking about right now if you is wearing it down so I know that you know I'm under Steve you understand so next thing see I another one right a bigger trap this time right so you know we've got basically the high right here we're making it weak weak weak as you can see right here breakdown area absorption right here we claim and from there on we just start moving up in this case as you can see we've got that high V R so I'm going to wait for that you know Ariely pre-event area we make it up heavy and actually again wanted to take it short there on in this case I didn't get short because I just didn't have the locates at that time and rejection we tried the bouncing again heavy tape you try to get you know the shorts out maybe from this resistance area and then dump back then you know move down and again you know support area we break down everyone's getting emotional if you compare to the volume all right we've got some more volume flowing in and then we just start reclaiming right and shorts are getting squeezed again because it broke the support but no follow through absorbing on the bed and then we start moving up and again that's where I got short actually alright on this bike right here another strategy moves up and then you know heavy so higher lower high lower high and we break down and from their absorption again you move up and that was basically the biggest trap where we've got now and every single short in right from those areas right here like I was everyone's hammering thinking we're going to move it back down and then you know absorption so right here someone is absorbing absorbing absorbing despite the selling you move back up and that is exactly the bounce I'm talking about this should not happen at all all right this you know this is already like I'm 70% sure we're gonna make it back up and when I see this I'm 90% sure we're gonna make it back up because the stock should target is weak and stock when new players are selling should not be bouncing this should be fading off because many players need volume and they need liquidity to sell so in this case what they do is and move it up over the 280 level and of course you know we got the the resistance area which adds volume that is one area of interest and at the same time we also have whole and half numbers right 2.5 is going to be a high area of a volume of emotions because it's a half number people put their stop there $3 same exact thing alright so in this case you move up can't make it alright and liquidity event or stopping out dumps back but they still absorb this time they move it up and they're actually searching for the $3 it stops because people you know make in near 280 and they're thinking alright you know it might pop over I'm ok with it because I personally know about tape I personally know that there are likely to search for liquidity so I'm gonna put my stop at $2 and what do you do with squeezin to $3 search for the liquidity make it to 303 or like 310 and right away when shorts are out when people you know what you're gonna see right here on top you know someone is selling hidden and someone's just selling something something and as soon as we don't have volume anymore we are not covering any more people are not buying it to stop we move down boom right away we try to bounce and daddys to cows that we want to see right where we do it bounce much we try to bounce and we just see this tape weak weak weak you super weak try to bounce top make it bounce can't make it and right away now that people are not buying anymore people you know people might be buying because they think rent we're gonna see the same thing as you do here people are getting along and as soon as people are not getting along anymore dumping then you dump it and then they search for liquidity again so it bounces a big resistance area we move down we go through it and again liquidity people are getting stopped out it bounces so crashes back down again same thing right here we make it over the resistance by 1 cent this time you dump it back and right here you know they notice all right we just you know pushed it up over the resistance you've got you know just a bit of volume so this volume right here and then we push it over again and as you can see the world volume again and now you know we just don't see the volume anymore because no one's covering anymore so it's not worth it for the many players to move it up again and just heavy you know pushes up make it pushes pump make it push push push can't make it dump back trap just a bit of Schwartz again we tried pushing it back up but they know it's alright you know what you know the bottom is here those volume people are not getting out shorts are not covering so there's no reason for manipulators to push it back up because shorts are not being scared so they're gonna need more volume to accumulate a position to push it up to that area of interest of liquidity then people are able to cover basically right so it's not worth it anymore and when it's not worth it anymore when there's no fog in which you fish out you know dumping is the best solution because that is going to give you the pigs basically cell into and that's what we're going to see into the flows alright that is the next thing we talked about a few other examples and then I talked about the the live examples and answer the question this before alright so HEPA exactly the example that I was talking about with the breakdown area right we've got that you know breakdown area right here people are getting emotional at that area at first at the open you know we can't even move so many players are just selling into the stock selling into the big volume that we get into the open and then you know accumulation accumulation accumulation so you know someone is buying hidden right here so as soon as several stepping into that area right here you know someone's just continuous buying buying buying it's not moving down and shorts are getting in more and more and more the positions are getting bigger and bigger and bigger and after that you just squeeze them out liquidity area liquidity event right here and as you can see someone is selling it into this area right so where sellers are getting in in and you look at the volume right big volume which right breaking our comp make not making and then is everything everything so this tape right here and we just ran back down or in crash back down we just got to liquidity and from there you know it's not worth it squeeze the shorts anymore and you just move down move down move down every tape the whole freaking day so when I'm talking about it in chat when I'm seeing I'm saying the tape is heavy this is why I mean it when I say it's you know when the tape is not heavy I'm saying something is wrong here because we should have a heavy table so yeah this is the last example HEPA on another day this is the perfect start to explain to you exactly what it is all about with the creature events so he marketed no volume whatsoever you know a bit on the fade and then we pushed back up but as you can see I don't have the bottom and smart bed I remember the bond the volume was not big you know the bottom is not big so they're not willing or they can't really sell much to what the you is they move it down they make it look heavy into urine and we get two stops from this area right here absorb absorb absorb move it up move it up move it up and what happens we just go parabolic because now you know there is no one really selling into this breakout area right here we're just you know making it over and we just you know push push push there's no kind of pressure and you know when when you see a breakout happen the best breakouts the breakouts that will really work they don't keep any time to enter all right the entry is not fury entries into the absorption area all right you want to retain the rank point which people don't understand most of the time because nearly traders like to chase breakouts but break arts I'm not good regarding the winning rate I actually have the be very short strategy where you know I'm looking for traps my area of interest for covers is always the higher up day or the breakout area right but then once you look for the bigger break up because the breakout is just a liquids event for many players to sell in so you get up up up up up what do we do all right we've got this resistance area and so first of course we've got this right here right we make it over hidden hidden cellar the whole time move it back up so they got a big liquidity here and then you know we tried so we put in a range right here so basically this fear and you know accumulation accumulation accumulation we tried breaking down right here someone is buying hidden and then we try breaking over the property to make it right here and try making over they notice all right we can't even push it up now accomplished it up over seven we can push it up over the resistance area there just no choice inning so what do they do they dump all right they dump at first right to it so accumulate a bit off of lungs from this area right here to make them panic so they sell right they sell here and then you know we get a bounce right away but basically you know what I don't like about this is we are right at support and again we're not breaking through we're just bouncing out and then you know when we eventually break this area in what should we do what should we see well we should see it have you heavy tank right it should move down it should you know show this kind of thing but actually what we're seeing is basically the hidden strong type so so what we've seen is even strong again so we've seen sellers but nothing is moving right we tried making it under just someone buying reading and then we just pushed back up and then you know higher low higher low higher low and then all of a sudden we're back into the brain right we're back into the range you're already and then we're moving into a bigger range right this one and Schwartz are just getting squeezed wearing shorts are you know they've got their or their stop here they've got their stop here they've got their stuff here and then once it really starts moving and everyone's coming at the same time and that creates the screen right and then of course the end of the day we've got that new range right here right so first of all we've got that range here so we tried breaking over liquidity event over eight dollars so now we've got you know the whole number plus the resistance area by making all the stuff move down and then here I actually got short right in here and we move down but right away you know we should see a head take but we're not seeing that we've seen absorbing moving back into the range where I'm like oh oh this is not good so it's all kind of get squeezed again we move up really quickly right because they don't want to accumulate more sheer size they get it over eight again everyone covers into it and they just you know no follow-through whatsoever someone again we tape and or you know hidden weak I mean didn't we tape someone's selling him and slammed back down right so we got the volume we got the liquidity and now we come back down all right so this is it for the normal examples we're going to get into the the live examples right now let me just answer the questions we're good fun stuff often you see hidden buyers and the star just breaks down so like they trap the long side and then to fight it hidden by I mean it happens right but what you need to understand is when you see a tape like this you're right it's not one buyer hidden and we just can't make it through him and it just rips it's hidden you know it's hidden buyer decides is going through through through we might even break him but then one set lower of a few cents lower we do the same thing again do the same thing again and then just pops right away and get back at the first order where the buy order was and you see you again the same thing and we start moving up rent but on stocks that are actually heavy you're gonna see basically you're gonna see we tape and here and there you're gonna see you know hidden hidden strong tape so this year just you know for the second just for this buyer is basically short covering we make it through but right away we don't see that hidden buying anymore right we don't see that anymore move back into the tape right away and we start moving down so we're the start that is accumulating which really wants to bid shows you basically the him strong all the time the stock that will move down and fade down is more like it's basically you don't have this fear for a second and I mean this year for a second and then we'll we've taken you the level to me is most most affected when you identify bullish factors bearish factor is developing on the chart like double tops and double bottoms reclaims etc basically this is at least the way I really want guys to understand how you know the market is moving as a whole so how this all works all the many players are working and how you can identify the biggest areas of interest where the tape is you know the easiest to read of course those areas are also going to be areas where the tape is moving them but at the most right because volume is flowing in but those party areas where you need to where you need to focus on right because those are the areas where the big moves start so if you just look at it I mean you know this you know breakdown and an absorption is the low so you get from this entry right here you get this move from the entry of the stuff so right here get this move from the area of stuff over that resistance right here you get this move from the trap right you when someone is buying to get this move right and from the trap home for 8 you get this move so this is why I want you guys to focus on those areas because those are the real areas why why the stock is moving at all right because we wanted to this is where the the move start and this is exactly why I want you guys to focus on those areas so it's you that's when you really focus in on the level - and I think the tags and sales and because you have an idea of where you think what you think will happen next on level 2 and time itself of course yeah so when when it breaks out you know I want to see will we stop or not because that's the area I really want to enter act well next so many planners want to keep buying back and we're - yeah it motivates me only to sack a sell back into it right yes so on other starts of course like let's say s s for example that one should all remember it that's to start that god from $1 to Baisakhi for i don t remember I think over 20 right something like that or like 19 or something you know those are basic you know short tripping over each other and so when I analyzed SES back then I told you guys there is no there is no dilution on it there are no you know s3 or s1 stay put so they come to an offering and they have cash right if you've got all those things the company doesn't you need to basically sell stock and when the company doesn't sell stock but still everyone's bearish on it and they're the shorts are easy to get shorts are going to trip over each other and we're going to create a squeeze and they're all gonna wait for you know this type of action right the break downs but there is no big seller there is no big manipulator you needing to basically that needs to sell stock so this isn't going to happen right and those are the areas where the stocks that are really great for Long's where you don't have any division so you know dilution and no possibility of offerings there's no manipulators trying to sell and because of that you are more likely to move up so the more than you should the more you're going to see those traps and the more or let's say the less you're gonna see you know multiple traps right the Mon illusion the more we're gonna have the kind of charts like tnx P for example or CCC L from last Friday where we just you know have one trap and then we fade off and that's why I like it so much right because the the fundamental part gives me a good idea of what is likely to happen not only from the statistics but also from the chart perspective so what I can expect from those few traps all right so now that we are done with that part I'm gonna ask you to go into the description of click alright you're gonna start seeing it and the more you do it the more you know it repeats you know the more you repeat it the easier it's gonna get for you I in space it's gonna become second nature you don't even have to think about it you see the tape you see what's happening you get your entry you have to watch that's it alright so have you already answered this when you say we're focusing on able to any tape on time yourselves what essential point are you focusing on time yourself and what percentage argue from sense of normality dilemma to is is not usable without the tape only look at level 2 you're not gonna do your people be able to see anything as well alright and you know that is exactly why you know I started to do this video and structure it that way for you to perfect time 95 is showing you basically 5000 shares okay and now you see you know some so someone is just taking you out right so we see a lot of sheer size going through that you thousand shares two thousand five hundred shares in total and then you know three thousand shares and we are basically taking him out all right and right away you can see that let's see look at the bids all right ninety-three showing you know a thousand shares right a thousand shares and we can chew it all right and we see that we're showing it a thousand shares but we're actually absorbing more than that right and right away that is what I mean that is what you don't want to see alright so we are making it down right we're taking out the bids but by the way we just push back up right someone is just buying someone's just buying as soon as you see liquidity on the ask we see someone buying alright so you know now you know the just the momentum is is breaking down right there is momentum going down because every time you try to get women to downside someone is just buying the offers and right away you know we just got 5,000 shares taken out at ninety five and we're back at 95 on the big right no panic nothing is happening its ups are absorbing and as you can see this the size or the size on on on the bids it's just showing you know 100 shares 200 shares right nothing is happening and on the offers we see you know just before we saw you know 5,000 shares and now we're seeing you know 1,000 shares right there versus 100 shares you take him out and then you know we see buying on the offer going on going on going on right so let's just move it up which why you know making it back to that 90 level right we try making it back and right away 95 is coming back right 95 is coming back and then we try making it back down towards you 90 all right and you can see size is going through size it's going through and let me move it up a bit and as you can see you to be showing 100 shares and you know we've got a lot of size going through your nearly a thousand shares right and nothing is moving nothing is happening right nothing is happening sites going through someone's absorbing notice those things and right away we you know we can break down we Punk right down 94 is back on the bait right and what happens 96 is now back look at those orders 5000 shares hitting the ask right now this is the area where you want to see is hidden or not right is hidden or not and you're gonna see 200 shares took him out right away 99 did you see your share size that yeah let's see how much yeah 99 showing 200 shares right away took him out big or is hitting the tape and now we're over 4 and the beats just you know the bids just chase up right they're not sitting there just you know weak refreshing on the beams the whole time right and then we start moving up I start looking up for three absorbing again and then for four it gets taken out and now big selling we see a lot of people tape we move up move up the bids are still at the a spread we're not just sitting there we moving with it point and taking out not a lot of volume lot of Vol you we're moving up we're moving up but the beats are still moving up with the stock right and then either you let me get second out 11 then on the beat right and then we start moving up again and again point 15 showing the point well let's see point 12 they try to take him out port to AB is absorbing again and then we freshing who's coming back he's coming back it's coming back he's not trying on your hundred shares now thousand shares and then we take you know is the better still come again and again at higher levels and we take everyone out right so this is what you want to see like you want to see the move down that you know isn't big right we're not moving down much we're trying to move down but just business you know keep on coming back keep on coming back more sizes going through the bid then it's moving down and once we try to pop it's open when I say a start needs to open up this is exactly what I mean where we start you know just buying a business to chase up exactly that level they keep on even when they chase up you know they keep on absorbing absorbing and then we see you know exactly that's tape and that's exactly what you want to see now the next area I want to talk about and go to 35 minutes to basically be open from 9:30 is where we wants to land at right so I'm gonna show you exactly what I mean so we're going to see the same type of action then we saw just before all right 9:30 is going to be you know pretty pretty wild at first but 9:30 is not the area you want to look at so first of all right away we open up right we see a spread so right away it's hard to judge the tape all right I'm not going to take an envy there we're just mid range between the 430 PI and the 410 bill right and you're gonna see where I'm starting down at first all right with you choppy you know and this is this might be the area where you think oh thank you but I need to get in on each in and I need to get in it you know we didn't break out we didn't try to get the volume we didn't try anything but right away first thing you need to notice when we are at $4 look at what happens when we break down under four right you're expecting a lot of pressure right right away you know did you see that we made it under four by the way absorbing we push back over four bits were coming back there refreshing all right nothing is happening nothing is moving someone is absorbing into this action all right so 93 on the page 94 comes back and then you know the best ask is you know nearly at 4:00 right so we've got a 10-cent spread people should be selling if you many people should be dumping if they wanted to right 96 97 98 and then $4 would be playing right when I see it in a few seconds now 95 is absorbing so much share sighs all right we're absorbing a lot into the 90s and then you want to see right away when you see people are not really panicking anymore when the share size is not going through anymore all right it's not going to be worth it for the many players to really but you know they're gonna chase and they're gonna look for liquidity so big orders and all to take them out and then you're gonna see that we move down at first all right so Derek you'll attempt at $4 they probably saw that we have liquidity lower right and yeah you push back up back up you is sick you all right so as I told you right four dollars just try to break out couldn't make it and then we make it to that 360 level why is that 360 level a good level because it's the level we broke down from in the morning right and then look at the tape in the 360 and that is the area I want you to look at so before that bread I had four dollars I know you're not really breaking down an area like you're seeing absorbing which is not normal it's not normal to see absorbing right away we should be cracking down more you know moving down but now I look at the night the 72 page all right the 72 bits absorb again and now here is 17 K just hitting the offers right something like that is not normal something like that that just broke down to you those should not do that it's retiming right away and we are absorbing a lot right we're absorbing and absorbing and absorb it right and what you're gonna see is basically over the next 30 minutes so I'm gonna kind of show you a few pops here there so the four dollar level it's gonna get that alright because it is a level of high interest it is a whole number it is where people are gonna put their is their stock back and look at the way it pops you four dollars in the all right look at how just fast it happens so we are at 390 right now 392 so I'm talking about the bids make it all four it happens really quickly 410 and then as soon as the buying stops as soon as the emotion stop we're gonna make it back down so you're gonna see right now liquidity is gone emotions are gone we crash back there are three 90s we carpooled for you tried Ford again try four try for try to hold it I told it try to hold it again we try making it back up which I'm making it back up it's happening very quickly right but every time you try to make it over that for the whole level over 410 and off it becomes we have an test for again it's not holding nobody's buying him at that four level yet right so we're trying to get to stops at that moment for ten was the previous high we try to make it there I can't make it and then we crash back there on three 90s so despite it moving it up it's pretty weak right now right it's pretty weak in a way that shorts should be in short should be really panicking it should you know so if the buyer was there right let's see 370 370 to that previous level where we keep on absorbing look at how much share side is going through line make it number 70 again do we see hidden buyers you're gonna see that yes 1997 to 69 sorry guys 69 absorbing more sheer size we are at that breakdown area alright you try making it down we try making now we try breaking or shorting showing shorting showing the lows right this is a difficult one right this is a difficult example so I'm showing it to you exactly what I please so we are absorbing and right away we pop back over 70 again this is not what you wanna see you wanna see heavy tape you don't wash absorbing on the right and then you're gonna see that Jones after that where try to pop again so 390s come back after the absorbing now shorts are bent again right it's the third time the fourth time actually so one two three four times you tried breaking down 3:17 you couldn't make it right now we pushed back we are near four again into the 90s area and you're going to see four dollars break a lot of emotions it happens quickly and right away for control right count hold once more four dollars is being really heavy we're not seeing absorbing on the bids we're just popping over really a lot of emotions and we just can't make it we can't break over it and you're gonna see right away we're gonna get a nice rejection again right so right away you're eighty three seventy three seventy degrees 372 374 absorbing absorbing absorbing again and again this should not happen right because we're now you know what I'm making it over for you know we tried getting the liquidity we tried everything right normally they should not be any kind of you know pressure right now we should we should we should suppress you to the upside normally they should take advantage of the liquidity now they took advantage of it and now it done but right away 60s absorbing we're pushing back up over 70s again we're absorbing absorbing as well now the point I want to make here is the big difference between the four pubs before and the next $4 pub so the next one all the pop is going to be at 60 minutes for the time video the video times right and you're gonna see 90s getting take now 93 taken out four dollars now now and remember four dollars was a big level before we we always broke through it really quick now look at what happens now look at the beads how much they are you know absorbing if we're moving back up now 404 absorbing absorbing absorbing 405 absorbing absorbing 408 absorbing four three absorbing again for one absorbing more share size than showing again you know a lot of sheer size is going now where before we just made it over for and we just made it back down right away this time we're seeing more absorbing right away to make it back on before we test it you make it back up right away now for ten absorbing absorbing absorbing for twelve not showing all right every time I make it back to 4/10 we're absorbing more share size a lot of size is going through the ASCII offer it's alright and 4/10 absorbing 4/9 absorbing for 10 for 14 optionally size we're moving back up for 19 on the a stacked the big bitter comes in all right the big bitter take it take it out picking out for 10 absorbing more share size absorbing absorbing all right and now you know we move back up bids come back perilous unit limits I can probably you know beats come back absorbing again now at 420 and now 420 moved up moved up another 440 great this is the difference in in the tape that I was talking about and at the big areas right so a lot of absorbing into the 3 the high 360 is basically right a lot of absorbing at that area and every single for pub but soul into soul into soul into no hidden buyers on the previous for pops right we just you know have a lot of shorts kind of panicking up and then it moved back down panicking as it moves up back down but this time we had a lot of buyers in right a lot of orders going through a lot of size hitting deep ass and just in general when you see a lot of absorbing despite the breakout and where it should fade down and crack back down we see a lot of absorbing this is where you really need to be careful alright so let me look at the questions quickly because you know we're taking more time than I expected one of those now is your yeah I know it it's gotta be it's gotta be easier if I stop it and make it more you know if I slow it down but I mean we're already at you know two hours for the great dollar I don't have anything against it you know I've got time but what I want you is you know I've still got a few examples but you need to go through that so that's why exactly I had the links in the description because you can slow it down on your computer as well and that's gonna make it easier because you know it's you know you're gonna get it better you know you're gonna get a better video quality if you do it on your own you're better able to look it back and so on and so on and you know the video will be posted so you're gonna be able to do it you know yourself when you're reviewing it when you're trying to get it to get better and so on I remember with HEPA when you had sure it just--over aids how did you know too short there and how did you manage to get the energy so quickly they've been able to so fast well same thing you know what I just showed you on the $4 they are covering as soon as you don't see that selling anymore and you crack and you don't see any absorbing it just goes through the bins and ass-kiss just chasing down there is you know and you know that that's exactly when it cracks and that's you know the entries and you know you could have entered every single time you look for light nothing stops you like $4 doesn't hold short over into the resistance area where you see a lot of absorbing absorber for again possible for again and then on that fourth pub you see it absorbing absorbing absorbing and then we start moving up cover out and yeah you know then that's how I turn it worked so let's continue um with shorts example so long I wanted to to have a long top of this war just because I know I'm not that you know I might be sure all the time but but you know and I know a lot of you guys you know also look at anything me all day a for you know long ideas and I want to take you know to be borne of those example because that is exactly what he was looking at when when he was training HEPA is what long HD right the next example we're going to talk about it's gotta be I again go to the description and look at the video or right-click on it and go to the area of interest which is going to be 9:30 a.m. but it and my 30 a.m. is going to be at 2 hours 10 minutes and or two hours and nine minutes exactly what you are this is a short example something that I believe I did enjoy so you all right so 9:30 9:30 market opens nine dollars on the bids my daughter gets taken up right away we are moving down all right we're but entry opportunity is gonna come just after night now we popping back up we've got that resistance area 9:40 which you know is where we topped out just before you open you try making it over that night for the era we're trying to go we can't make now we're back under nine right we try to you know we try attacking that nine bid we make it alright but the bids are not really chasing up right they're not really absorbing anything they're just kind of you know taking out the offers and you know trying to make it up but the bees are just not you know moving up with the stock all right it's not moving up it's not chasing it's not absorbing anything you know that the offers are not really open they're absorbing quite a lot and the offers are also refreshing the whole time right while refreshing the offers now you're going to see all right nine dollars now on the beat we're trying to make it up but you know where you're gonna see like 9:30 gets taken out by the way and we're you know the bid is gonna get taken out and move ten 7:27 offers right now at 9:30 this is 9:30 931 934 right so we've got quite a lot of offers and at the same time you can see 9:30 warm showing here are my chairs look at the share size that goes through right I try to make it up right away we break over eight now we're in the 40s 46 45 49 50 right we've got a lot of offered and the babe is not really chasing up right it's not really moving up with it but again this is not really you know really anything special right now but you're gonna see something happen at 9:33 that is really really important to see so we move back over that 9/5 area eventually right now right move over it and again the bid is not really chasing up right it's not really absorbing it's more like shorts kind of getting squeezed right now just moving up but we're not seeing a lot of buying right there's not a lot of buying pressure going into it there's nothing really special going on and now you don't see any green anymore right you don't see me buying one tomorrow we've seen and now you know we're getting more selling pressure more selling pressure but this is this isn't it yet but we see more subtle pressure by the way right we see the panic on the way up we see the shorts covering and as soon as that is done we don't really see any buying going on anymore right and now it's gonna happen pretty quickly now you see right away now so you see 9:30 - 9 by 9 60 and you're gonna see right away right now you're gonna see the offers we couldn't even see it because it happened so quickly 950 was the best offer move down to 949 move down to 947 move down to 946 move down to 925 so now we're trying to get equality at every single level so 9:00 9:15 49 47 46 45 right it happens so quick Newcomb did not see it if you're not really paying attention and that's why you know meantime we'll help and now 9:40 on the ask more sighs then he the bids were attacking the bids the bids have no sighs the bids are not hidden nothing really happens 9:32 9:40 is still on the offer right 9:40 trying to get taken out happens it moves up and you know that is exactly what I mean with it's alright for a level to break it's the area you want to look at now 950 kind of stacked on the bids this doesn't matter if someone is hidden on the ask it couldn't mean someone is showing size on the beast feel basically on the ass so what happens now 950 showing 950 showing no one is really chasing up up in the 70 red we're still in the 50s despite that big win despite the kind of pressure you would expect and right away what happens 9:50 remember well sir do you see any offers of the offers that were there before getting taken out here nothing just 75 shares right so they pulled the big the bid was there to scare the shorts out and now look at what happens 933 on the bid look at the offers look at the offers it's gonna happen any second now 970 and then we come back down you come back down and you're going to see right away 960 thumbs on the offer and then doesn't move nothing budget and now you see kind of stacking 960 got bigger and now someone is just taking the bid that he offered down to get it film and then 950 shows on the bid 956 now showing on the ask gets taken out again what happens now is really important 990 we're not breaking over that area of resistance 970 comes back no kind of reaction buying starts to stop completely right nothing happens nothing happens nothing happens no bill buying at least yet all right now this is where it starts so you're going to see 89 right nothing really particular so nobody really showing size 97 shows 93 shows 96 we test him 95 so as coming down 93 so 95 stack 93 start and then 80 stacked again and then 97 romina 77 just stacked again and you're not showing size and this is the point that I'm making when you want to sell don't you sighs you try to get fill as much as possible showing as less size as possible right let s so 77 showing there 75 now we're still moving down stacked and then seventy-five still still still and now you know just right away 75 we're not moving up nobody know nothing showing size on the bits we are not moving out basically manipulators trying to move it up trying you know shorts to get in and so on and so on and once they break it out kind of over that in the resistance area a 980 you know we don't see any selling and then you know sellers start to step in and you really see it right and and and you know you see a lot of orders on the ask and you know every time you try to pop over it it can't make it can't make it can't make it and you know we start moving down from the earth bonus so as I told you right for the continuation for continuation you want to see the tape that we were talking about this before you want to see this tecnique right so let's look at that so $8 pops alright shorts are getting kind of out because the $8 pop breakdown didn't really happen on any volume you know no follow-through no nothing and we got to look at the area as a whole right $8 will hold it or not and you're gonna see that you know you can't even make it over eight at this point right the big t if the offers are still moving down the the bids are just getting you know whacked completely they're gonna get a third getting take now completely right and every time we do take them out you know to ask is kind of chasing it back down we're moving down with the stock we're not just staying at an area just you know compared to be open and by the way we break down because we're not seeing any kind of absorbing on the bids we're just seeing absorbing on the offers we're seeing offers getting stacked up we're seeing you know bids getting attacked and also moving down with the stock as well alright so that was one example I wanted to see and then we're gonna talk about 10:17 a.m. on this one you what's that is what I want you to talk about you here so for a video two hours and six 56 minutes alright so 1016 we moved up right so we've had as I was saying and as I often say in my videos and everything in chat I look for to wake up those are the best areas because it's basic you want to move up people are starting back right they move it up they absorb a bit and then they push it up so shorts are getting out alright and that's pretty much the same thing at the open right you want shorts to be out and someone to be selling into that body so 760 on the mid 770 we chase up right we're moving at towards that $8 hole number where a lot of stops will be right we've got that stop area right here so we're looking for the quiddity kind of event so either near $1 to get two stops people to panic out just before the breakout or you know but free this resistance area so you're going to see we buy up we make it at eight shorts or you know chasing and now right away you know we're not really making it back to eight oh nine eight nine eight nine eight nine so we're probably gonna head it to a halt but it doesn't happen and now $8 calm all right so you know kind of follow through and don't want is kind of absorbing on the bids we're making it you know to that area and you can't make it up now so we're searching for food et over eight over the resistance area and well as well we're not making it and right away you're going to see no equity no buying it's done nobody's absorbing on the bed so what is left for many players to do they are gonna dump their position into it because now that they've got to be creative from the pub over resistance there is just you know nothing for them to do at that area anymore they're done using it basics to get volume I mean look at the bottom red increasing not making it and as soon as we won't see any volume anymore the offers are going to come down down down and then boom you just you know start crashing down 70s you know not showing size and diable we just start moving it back down alright so I hope that you saw that but I know right away you know the offers are gonna chase down we're gonna make it down down down someone is really selling into this room right it's not just pop down we absorb you make it back up all right so after that 11:05 a.m. so let's scroll so that is more what talked about just before because I was saying you know we need the breakout areas and break down areas to create equity right if they need liquidity or they want to sell start they're going to look for the volume they're going to look for the liquidity and that's exactly why they break it out and if there is no follow-through on the breakout everyone's on the same side and that is where I want to look at the tape right so 345 4 in some of the video all right so $9 now we tried breaking in over that area once could make it and now we're going to try it again so 910 on the bed nine eleven on the bed now nine twelve nine twenty and now we try to break out over nine forty which is the area where every stop will now write everyone's thinking all right break up right breakout it's gonna happen but as we're gonna see like right now right is there anybody going on and you panic any kind of big thing happening no and the offers you know right now nine forty right the absorbing just absorbing size right absorbing size nine thirty five now back to that area now 9:26 with the big baby just look at the ball read it just gets taken out and right away and yeah you know it's it's just gonna get through it no volume no full of you know kind of absorbing and because of that it's it's not gonna head over it because there is no absorbent there's not wish to basic here with humilate more share size well they didn't want a position right they don't want a position so 950 now we're trying to break over it now we're making it back to the previous resistance area no buying again we're just making it through right we're trying to break it out and we just can't make it at all so 9:50 no reaction and you're going to see then 59-51 right that is exactly what I mean breakdown area 950 you look at it again 950 size goes through right 951 951 allotrope 959 51 right away is on the ask look at what happens thousand shares and thousand shares a thousand six hundred shares right not making it over its stuffing it's nothing there is no so they took advantage of that break out of that volume to sell into the breakout and now 940 comes in and 9:30 you know is there and we're just getting you know a lot of prints right everyone's selling into it you know and we try and making it back back back back back that's not mine that's from the video but look at the tape 929 1796 and then boom we crash down right we search for the liquidity over that break on area where everyone's thinking the same thing but no volume really flows in alright they don't find a liquidity day one and they sell into the breakout and once they break it out alright it once 851 is there so everyone's looking for at 8:50 break out as soon as we make it over but we can't open everyone's on the same side right everyone's fun and it just doesn't happen and exit just right away ABS you know moves down into the hall now because everyone's looking to sell you to a halt all right see the next one the next area the next value apiece [Music] 705 person word is happy all right 11:28 are my rights ten minutes so now that gals hard Ben's right and most fail we're gonna look for it to get another entrance now we know on the backside we want to be have nine dollar pops right now what happens with any kind of bowling and and buying pressure going through at nine dollars once we break it no it's just you know bids are not moving over a nine dollar they're singing to the eight dollar range nine dollar is you know moving down the more and more and more 904 now gets taken out you know nine at the bait we try to move it up over nine ten we just can't make it no one we willing to pay the price all right and you know the ask is just sitting there all right this is not an area I would enter whatever I want to see this stuff I want to see something on the tape that tells me you should be in right now right nine dollars reject all right and right away we move down authors are not kind of chasing it down right so nine ninety now some that is from eight ten to eight oh five to nine oh five - you know eight nine to five and now you know ninety-five showing a bit of upsides just one hundred shares but you see right away just for weight stack 896 eight ninety eight eight ninety nine and nine dollars also so my ninety everything that's on the bid is getting kind of taken out ninety seven and now boom right away no buying pressure over $9 all right and we there's no equity so they're gonna dump it back but the point
