>> I was back to posting on Facebook, posting on Next Door, dropping a leaflet exactly where I was told, and ensuring that I'm pushing a customer referral. And that is how I managed to get the next client. Now, the next house, personally, I do not think it needed to

This is me getting clients for a service business charge build because today I'm following charge's advice on building a service business from scratch all to find out will this be more profitable than if a human did it. I want to start a service business. What are the top five profitable service businesses regular people can start? Right? So now we've been [music] presented with three options. There's social media management, there's a cleaning service, and there's a freelance digital service.
Now just hear me up. The business has to be an offline [music] service business. It cannot be an online business. So that means out of the three options, cleaning is perfect for what we're trying to do. Why? Now, I'm not a stranger to cleaning businesses. I've studed the cleaning business before on this channel. But the difference is this time we're going to see are the results going to be better when a human does it or when AI does all the thinking.
Now, let me bring you up to speed. The last time when I built a cleaning business, we got four cleans and made a total of £325. Now, that is the benchmark for the whole video. If we can [music] make more than £325 with AI doing all the thinking and ours just rendering the service, that means AI has won. The challenge has started and the first thing on the agenda is we need to get it to make us a business plan of some sort.
Now, Chibbt gave us a business plan in 5 seconds. I'm not kidding. In 5 seconds, we had a reason why cleaning was a better service business. He chose a niche that we should focus on to maximize profits, the stab cost, and this is the first big requirement of the challenge. Chargeb reckons we need a startup capital of only $350 and it reckons we can earn up to $160 to $320 a day. Now, this is something that we're going to put to the test because personally, I'm calling BS.
So, I got to work. I studied the business plan a little bit and then I put my money with my mouth fees and raised the £300 for capital and I went and bought the cleaning supplies as I was instructed. Right? So now these are the cleaning products that we've been asked to get. Now I have spent a total of $25 but remember our budget was $300 and right now the balance is $267. >> Now the next big thing that we're going to do is brand new.
Now I went back to charge and asked it to make me branding for the business that we just created. And within seconds I heard the name, the slogan and the color schemes. The name is Hello Pristine. Slogan is wear clean feels fresh. The color scheme is pink and blue. The reason apparently feels fresh. And >> next I asked you to make us a marketing plan for the business that we just created and it did. Now this means >> the challenge has officially started.
Now, instead of me telling you what the marketing plan looks like, I thought it would be a lot better if you just watch me execute it. So, [music] the first marketing strategy being building a website. Now, I spend the evening designing and making a [music] website. Now, this is the first time it felt like Chad GBT wasn't in control of things. Why? Because I had to do the website myself. But it did make me all the images.
It made me all the paragraphs and any writing on a website is a tragedy. [music] And this is what the website looked like. As soon as you get on the website, the phone number is in your face. [music] You can just click on it. Boom. Now, these reviews, Charib said I had to put them or else customers wouldn't come. [music] We got our services. Now, the services that we're going to provide is house cleaning, end of tenency clean, moving clean and mobile cleans, [music] Airbnb cleans, and commercial cleans.
If you want to book a house clean or get a quot [music] from us, you click the website, you put your details, name, your email, phone number, and then [music] at the bottom, you just send it and and then at the bottom, we just basically put where what areas we really serve, and [music] you can see the areas around Manchester and whatnot. And then more reviews. Apparently, social proofing is very important. Now, the second marketing technique was designing flyers.
So, I spent some time designing flyers and the next day I had them printed. Now, these are the flyers that I just printed. Now, if you're new here, I'm not a stranger to flyers. I hate flyers in all the businesses that I've tried the dog walking, bin cleaning, cleaning. I've done flyers and the conversion from them for me was very small. But this is not my business. I'm just following instructions. Now I've been told to print flyers.
Now these are 250 flyers and we have spent £5. Unlike the other times where I just went and dropped them in random houses, this time charge has been very specific. He's told me to drop him in renters, busy apartments, professional areas, and student accommodations. And that's exactly what I'm going to do. [music] >> [music] >> The next marketing strategy that Chuck GBT has recommended was posting on Facebook. And this it was very specific.
It told me to post on Facebook marketplace plus local groups. And every ad I had to have service offered, prices, before and after pictures and intro discount. So that's exactly what I did. So for the next few days, I kept posting on Facebook and dropping leaflets and this happened. Well, well, well, well. AI has done it. Now, this is our first job. Now, this is an Airbnb clean. We have charged £30 an hour. Now, hear me out.
We've been charging for so much. And maybe we put a price up, so I don't really care. 30 could be a good start. This should probably take us about an hour and a half tops to clean. >> Right now, this clean was not as bad as I thought. The place them near look clean. The guests before were very, very respectful. I can imagine. The kitchen, it damn near looked clean. All I had to do was give it a wipe. The living room, as you can see, is spotless.
I started with the downstairs toilet. I cleaned it. I went to the [music] kitchen and I cleaned it. I then moved into the upstairs toilet. I wiped [music] it clean. I done the bathroom, everything. I changed the sheets cuz it's a Airbnb. The guest have to find fresh sheets. And then I went to the living room. I wiped it, [music] mocked the whole thing. And this is what the final clean looked like. Now something very strange happened.
I couldn't believe it. But right after this clean the following day, right? So AI has done it again. Now this is another clean that we've gotten. This is the end of tenency clean. And as you can see that place is very small. It's just the kitchen, the bathroom, that's the bedroom and this is the living room. That's all that we need to clean. And we have charged this for £60. Now, just hear me out. £60 is not a lot, but the place is literally going to take me like an hour and a half to clean.
And if we really like talking specifics, that's about £25 an hour. I'm not being funny. Minimum wage is £13. We're still up. >> [music] [music] >> Right. So, it's the following day and I was just thinking like I am very surprised with the cleans that we've gotten with how quick they was and I didn't really think we'll get those cleans as quick as we was. But I'll be honest with you, we haven't even done all the marketing strategies that we've been told.
So, what I'm going to do now is I'm going to keep doing what I've been doing, but then also I have to move on to the next marketing strategy, which is posting on Next Door. Now, for those of you who don't know what Next Door is, it's just basically like a neighborhood app where people just go to keep the neighborhood safe, promote their little businesses, and just keeping everyone's business, but apparently works. So, for the next few days, I'm going to religiously post on Next Door and hopefully we can convert.
Nonetheless, I did post on there. So, for the next few days, all I did was post on Next Door Facebook Marketplace and I did drop the flyers around until this happened. >> [music] [music] >> Right. So, this is the property and the client just wants to end up teny clean. So, he's showing me everything that he wants to. Just basically general cleaning, [music] the oven, the sink, the toilet, the over everything just make the place [music] look nice and [music] >> [music] >> At this point, it was raining cleans and [music] I think I had found a cheat code because well well well charge did it again.
We got another one. I just locked in another clean. Now it is tomorrow and it is a two bed and it's a end of tenency clean. Exactly what we've been marketing. So I think what charge told us to target is actually working. Focus on the end of tenency cleanse and hey it's working. Focus on Airbnb cleanse and you've seen we've got one so far. Now this I have priced it at £100. Hear me out. It might be a little bit cheap but brother we are taking whatever we given.
We're not getting a lot of clients and we putting in so much work. So £100 two bed and I'm going to go clean it tomorrow. Now, after that, same thing. We go again. We just double down on the marketing and that's that. Now, this house was not too bad, man. That's one part of the kitchen that was a little bit rotten. The rest of the house just needed a wipe. So, this took me about 2 hours. [music] >> [music] >> Yep, that happened.
Luckily, it wasn't really broken and I put it together and the cleaning went on. [music] >> [music] [music] >> I was back to posting on Facebook, posting on Next Door, dropping a leaflet exactly where I was told, and ensuring that I'm pushing a customer referral. And that is how I managed to get the next client. Now, the next house, personally, I do not think it needed to clean because the house was already clean. But the customer took it one step further and they rented a carpet cleaner that they wanted me to use whilst I was cleaning the carpets.
[music] And hey, >> I know you [singing] told your friend you're not okay. And tell me what's wrong and why you never [singing] said [music] you felt that way. Cuz you're trying to stay strong and fake a smile [singing] until I look away. But I've known you too long. It hurts to watch [singing] your blue eyes fade to [music] gray as you fade away. [singing] [music] As you fade away, I know you told your friend you're not [music] okay.
Tell me what's wrong and why. You never said you felt that way. Cuz you try to stay strong [music] and fake [singing] a smile until I look away. >> Now, just for the interest of time, we got two more cleans. And the first one was an [music] end of Tennessee clean again. And the place already looks mint. And you're going to ask how much did we charge? Well, £130. Now [music] this [music] now the second one. This person just wanted to get [music] their washing machine, oven, kitchen, and bathroom clean.
And that's exactly what I did. Right. So, this is the fun part. How much money did we really make during our whole challenge? Now, before I tell you how much money we made, I thought I'll give you an update about Project CES, the e-commerce business that we set up in the last video. This is the thing. From when we left off, obviously the printer had issues, but the printer now works perfectly fine. And I can tell you now the quality of phone cases that we making is very very good.
And then I put some more time and effort into the custom unboxing of the phone cases and all of these small more small more small things. Now why could we not order the phone cases? Well, the website is not yet live. But we are genuinely launching in the next 5 days. So if you want to get yourself a phone case or you just want to support project cases of 3.7 million, just go to the website, just leave your email. I will notify you when the website is live.
Or alternatively, if you don't want to buy a phone case, just I beg you just go to Instagram, follow we are project cases. It means a lot because he helps me with social proofing. Now, back to this video. How much money did we make? We made a total of £640, which is £850 USD or €730. Now, I could tell you why we made so much money compared to when I did it myself. I feel like when I did it myself, I was just targeting random things.
Whatever stuck, I went with it. But with following what the AI is saying, it just felt like it was very specific. Why am I saying this? Like, let's say, for instance, when he was telling me to drop leaflets, he told me to drop them in specific locations. When I did it myself, I was just dropping them like a madman in just every letter box I could find. I don't think that is worth it. Next, I never had a website. This time I had a website and I never even posted on Facebook.
Now I'm going to be honest with you. Lord, every day I was posting on Facebook like three times to a point where the mods in some of these groups would just kick me off because it was too much. But that's just because I wanted it to work. And now when I was posting on Facebook and they see you have a website and it wasn't even a mobile number, it was an actual number. I think that helped me convert a bit more. That's it for this video.
