What's up guys? Nepenthez here and welcome back to another FC27 video where today I'm going to explain to you everything you need to know about the gallery, how it works, how the tags work, how the player system works, whether or not you have to hold the players in your club, and what the rewards are, and how the grading system works for you to take advantage of this incredible system that EA put into the game. I think people feel that this is a bit overwhelming.
It can look a little bit overwhelming. It's really not. It's so simple. It's so basic and once you learn how to use it, I think you're going to have a lot of fun trying to grade your sets as best you can and try and get the highest amount of points that you can. Before we get into it, guys, if you're enjoying the content here on the channel and you wouldn't mind dropping a thumbs up, that would be very much appreciated.
And feel free to subscribe if you haven't already. And so, first of all, guys, what is the gallery? Well, the gallery, as you'll see on the screen right here, is a collection of all of the cards that have touched your club during this game cycle. You do not have to have stored them into your club. You can quite literally just buy a player. I don't want to do it from the store, mind you. You could just buy a player from the transfer market.
And as soon as that player is in your unassigned pile, you have like that player is in your gallery. So, for example, this guy here, Cordo, you see how for me it says not acquired at the bottom. If we just go and buy him for 200 coins and click yes and then click assign now. As soon as he is here, he is now added to the gallery. So I can discard him, store him, sell him, put him into an SBC, evo him, anything you want, you can do it.
And then all of a sudden it does like it will still be in your gallery. So what I'm actually going to do is I'm going to go and try and sell him on and get my 200 coins back now that he's in the gallery. And so loans don't count, mind you. Neither does draft obviously. But every single player you get, if you buy a pack, for example, and you're like, "Oh man, do I really have to store all of these players and then deal with them afterwards?" No, you don't.
Once you open a pack, go on, hit us a big walk out or something here. No, we get a villa player. We're going to get ourselves. Who's it going to be? So, from here, if you're like, "Oh, I really don't care about any of these." You can just discard them now and they will still be in your gallery as first owners. They will be worth the points total that they are worth as the gem total that's for the SBC. So Malero here is worth 340, 280, 280, and 180 for Gus.
It's interesting that she's 80 rated at 180. That's what the 80 rating is. But you can just discard these cards now and they're still in your gallery. So in terms of the players and how you get players into your gallery, it comes down to objective rewards, SBC's, season pass rewards, and packed players. I'm not quite sure yet if an evoodeed version of a player would count as a different player in the gallery, but I am quite sure that the as soon as a player has touched your club, they in your gallery.
So, as you can see here, I've got five new items and four of them first owner because I just opened that pack that contained those four first owner players that I discarded and I bought that Byron's uh defender, I think it was, that I put back onto the transfer list. So, they're now in here. your gallery level, which you see at the top uh left there. That's the level that you're looking to increase to go ahead and get the objectives done in the milestones area for the gallery.
Um, level five will unlock Corona. Level 10 will give you a one of five holographic base hero player pick. Level 15 will give you a one of five holographic base icon player pick. Sorry, level 15. Did I say level five, level five, and level five? I'm losing my mind, guys, already. Level 10 will give you that there. Level 15 will give you the base icon player pick. Level 20 will give you a one of five 88 plus base holographic base hero player pick.
And level 25 will give you a 92 plus holographic base icon player pick. One of five. EA estimate that this will be season 6. This will be season 5, season 4, season 3, and level five season 1. people have already got to level 10. Uh they are mainly the spenders. I saw Bateson doing it today. He spent a lot of money which helped him get a lot of players which helped him get a lot of grading score. The grading scores are fascinating and it's an area that I think I am going to get lost in a lot this year.
In each of the categories you have objectives to do. So you've got the Premier League and the Barclays WSL and each one of these will give you a list of players here. So for West Ham here, have I had 24 West Ham players? I actually got Oh, no way. I have none. Oh, is that that there are 24 there? That's interesting. Um I wonder if it tells me how many players I have got rather than um how many players there are. Assuming that that means that there are 24.
But no, cuz there can't only be nine Coventry players. Oh, I'm an idiot. It's literally just a number in order. What a dummy. Um I'm sitting here like, "Oh, Arsenal one, Villa 2. I've got one Villa, Arsenal player." No, this is just the order of which they go. So, 24 sets. Does it not say how many players you have anywhere out of all of these? I've definitely got some Chelsea players. So, if we go into here and grade this and confirm the changes, it requires 20 Chelsea men's or women's players to complete.
So, only once we've got 20 players can we grade the set. I'll show you some set grading in a moment though. Uh, so you got Premier League and Barkley's WSL here. You got La Liga Esports and Liga Murv here. Um, another 26 clubs here. Uh, we've got Bundesliga and Fran Bundesliga. We got League One, McDonald's and Arkima, uh, PL, we got Sira, and then we have got leagues, which is your overall league that's graded with not from a specific club, but from the whole league.
So, if we go into the Premier League here, and I autocomp complete this, it will fill it up. I've only got 14 out of 30 from the Premier League. So, nothing uh not enough in there. From Barclay's WSL, do I have enough players in here to complete a set? No, only five in there. I doubt I've I've only opened my FC points on here, 2,000. I've not really opened any other packs. So, I doubt I'll be anywhere near 30 items on anything.
La Liga and Bundesliga might be my closest options because I've got a fair few packs from those specific leagues. So, La Liga isn't that great either. And then last but not least is the Bundesliga. And we're going to have a look in here. So, fair few in here, but still not the 30 that's required. So, if I wanted to, I could just go and buy and sell 11 La Liga, sorry, Bundesliga players, and then I would have actually only need 10.
Oh, no, I do need 11. Um, yeah, I'd go and buy buy and sell 11 Bundesliga players and then I could grade this set. I might actually do that because uh I want to show how the set grading works for something like this um as we go and how difficult it is. Now, for the rarities, we've got team of the week, uh, of which you need 20. I so far have four because I bought these, uh, I bought these three holographic team of the weeks, and then just discarded them.
I picked them up for anywhere between 10 and 11,000 coins because they then count as team of the weeks and count as holographics for you. And we'll get to why that's important in a moment. And then I discarded them to get my coins back. Um, so again, doesn't have to be first owner. Heroes is five, holographics is five. This might be a fun one to uh to grade initially. Could be quite good. Squad Foundations is four players.
I only have one so far. Um you can unlock three Squad Foundations players pretty easily. I don't know where the fourth one is. And then the starter set. This is where you can kind of grade everything and unlock everything. So, as you see here, I've just got five players, but on the tags at the top, we've got first owner, golden, different club, and different nation. So for having five first owner players, it gives me 150% uh boost on this gem score.
Now from what I understand, and I might be open to be wrong here, that boost is only applicable to the players that it is like four. So if I had four first owners here, well, let's say there was a sixth player here, cuz it makes more sense. If I had if there was six players here, but it only required five to get the boost and only five of them were first owners and one wasn't, only those five first owner players will get the 150% boost on their gems, the sixth player wouldn't get any boost because then it's it's not boosting like the whole score.
It's just boosting the gems of these players. So, what you want to do is try and get combinations up of your tags to get big boosts. And you can see here my grading score is 3,240. My bonus grade is 4,956. I could possibly take out a player like Zakagny. What was I at? 3240 and 4956. Um, sorry, possibly take out Barard and increase this even though I might be decreasing the actual grade of the player. So, we would lose all of our bonuses here because they're no longer first owner.
So, first owner is like really key. uh we'd be losing a lot of uh different club and different nation tags if we put in some of these other players. So different nation goes there. These are just lower graded players in the first place. So I'd be losing some uh grading here. But typically speaking and overall you can find some fun bonuses to help boost your bonus grade. Even though your base grade might end up going lower, your bonus grade might go way higher.
And I can hear that. What did you say? What are the tags and how do they work? Well, this is the tags glossery. It's really easy to unlock these, by the way. It's cost me nothing at all to unlock all of these. For all our out attack, just go and put five attackers into this starter set and then grade it, right? Just press regrade on it. And once you've done that, you will have all our out attack there. The same method for all of these things here.
Okay, for midfield [snorts] control, just go and put five midfielders in there. And the reason why it has to be the number that I say first is because that's when the bonus opens up. So that's how many it needs to grade it in the first place. defensive wall, which is five defenders, um, and grade it. It will give you the defensive wall tag. This tag here, uh, that is undiscovered, is actually like the skiller tag. So, go and put three fivestar skillers in [snorts] and grade it.
And then you will unlock this tag. And it's the same bonuses as ambidextrous, but ambidextrous is for fivestar weak foot instead. And that requires three fivestar week players graded in the same set to unlock the ambidextrous tag. Now, you can notice straight away some of these bonuses are easier to achieve and some of them are higher. So, for example, in all out attack, you need five attackers to hit that first 3% boost.
Now, 3% boost is not very much, especially when first owner is so intense. 10 10 items, 10 attackers for some of those bigger sets will give you a 6% boost and 15 attackers will give you a 10% boost. Whereas on ambidextrous, you only need three fivestar weak foot players to get a 3% boost. And compared to all out attack, which requires five attackers to get a 3% boost, ambidextrous only requires five fivestar weak foot players to get a six% boost.
Now, the skill move boost is exactly the same. So, if you have five fivestar skillers that are all attackers, you will get a 3% boost, a 6% boost, and another 6% boost. So, you will get a 15% boost on those five players that are all attackers. And if [clears throat] they're fivestar, fivestar, which which is wicked. It's just really cool. Multiples here, guys, requires two of the same player. So, what I did for getting two of the same player is I went and bought a team of the week that uh and a holographic version of the team of the week.
So, this uh Damiani here, that's his holographic version. I bought it and then sold it. And then I bought his regular team of the week version here. I bought that and sold that. And now I get a bonus grade for having multiple of the same player. Now, if I had his gold card, I don't even know what his base card is. If I had his base card in there as well, I would have three versions of him. And so that boost with three versions of the multiples tag would give me a 15% boost on his cards.
That doesn't sound great right now, but imagine if it's an Mbappe who's, you know, his kind of gem value is like 10,000. Imagine now having like three versions of Mbappe and getting a 15% boost on that. It that's like a significant boost. And then if you get four of the same player type, uh it gives you a 20% bonus. I'm curious to understand how evolutions work in this and whether or not Evos count as a second item, a third item, a fourth item, and whether or not position changing uh cards will also help with the uh gallery tag bonuses.
Something for us to figure out as the game cycle goes on. For hands only, you need five goal, sorry, beg you pardon, three goalkeepers to unlock uh the hands only tag. First owner is five first owner items. And this is by far the most important thing that you are going to have. Five items at first owner level will give you 150% boost, 10 for a 300% boost, and then 20 first owner items for a 500% boost. Obviously, in this starter set, first of all, it's really easy um in this starter set to get the uh grading.
You only need 2,000 points to get that G, like that target grade. Really easy. Like even just putting five first owner players in there will literally give you even if they're bronzes. I think that's good enough. However, when it comes to like the team of the week setup here now, as I showed you before, I've one of these is first owner. The other three aren't. I did pack one of them. I actually think it was that striker that I packed and then went and bought him and discarded both of them.
For you to get the top grade here, the Sgrade here, you need 550,000 points. You are most likely going to need all of these 20 players first owner team of the weeks so that you can get that 500% bonus. If we look at what we've got here currently, this is what, like 1,000 points roughly. Let's say we had the whole setup there. It would be 5,000 points and then we get the 500% bonus on that 5,000 points. We're a lot closer, right?
We're not quite there actually yet. uh not even close to being close to there because you need a lot of other tags to come together at the same time. Not only would we need the first owner tag, maybe we'd need the holographic tag, maybe we'd need the team of the week tag would actually give a obviously the team of the week tag itself would give um some boosts as well. So having 20 team of the weeks would give a further 15% bonus.
If we made them all attackers, it would give a further 10% bonus. And you have to keep building your bonuses up and building your tags up to get the grading as high as you can to get those top rewards. So for for first owner, it's so key, so key having your items first owner because it just gives the biggest boost. And that stops people, I suppose, manipulating things by just going and buying and selling and buying and selling and buying and selling all of these cards and getting like taking advantage of the grading system.
Team of the week gives you need three team of the weeks. And like I said, go and buy holographic team of the weeks, okay? Go and buy two holographic team of the weeks and one base team of the week and then just discard them or sell try and sell them on if you want. I just discarded them because I bought them for 10,000 and I discarded them for like 9,760 coins or something. You would lose more by selling them for 10,000 because of EA's tax than you would by just discarding them.
When you buy three holographic team of the weeks, they will count in team of the week, which you need three to be graded to unlock that. And then the holographic, you need two to unlock to grade the holographic tag. And if you have holographics, two to three holographics in your set will give you an 8% bonus. Four to five will give you a 12% bonus, and six or more will give you a 20% bonus. These two undiscovered ones here, I don't know what they are yet.
I believe they are icons and heroes. Um, people have kind of done a lot around these already to try and figure out what they are. I think they're icons and heroes. And then the ones at the bottom are really, really simple. can't really be manipulated into your favor. They're just basic ones that give a little generic boost. So, golden is five gold items, but it's a one, two, and four% boost. Silver is uh five silver items.
It is a 15, 30, and 60% boost, but it's not nearly as exciting as it sounds because the silver base uh grade is so much lower than the golds, right? So, what is it? I think it's 65 grade per silver card. And then oh sorry 35. So that boost on a 35 like you're literally just better off using golds. Like even a 80 rated gold would give you more in itself than the five silvers with the graded tag would give you in the first place.
Uh and then bronze gives you a 20 40 and 80% boost for 5 10 and 20. And to unlock bronze just go and get yourself five bronzes and grade those. Different league is exactly as it sounds. Put five players from a different league. five players from a different nation and five players from a different club. You could do all of these, you could grade all of these together, unlock all of these tags together. If you just put in five players, five different players from different clubs from different leagues and different nations, you'll do it.
You could do it individually if that's a bit easier. They don't give a great boost either. 1 2 and 4% and then 1 2 and 4%. And then the [snorts] same league gives 1 2 and 8%. The same club gives 1 2 and 4% and the same nation gives 1 2 and 4%. And you obviously unlock these by putting in five players from the same league, same club, and same nation. Uh that will unlock those. You can see how there's ways to get really good combinations.
Not necessarily in this five player starter set. It's very difficult actually, I would say, to be able to pick up something too great. like may maybe once you've got like five German attackers or five German midfielders from Bayern Munich for example that are all first owner maybe that would give you a huge boost because then you'd have especially if like you also had like the multiples tag covered off in there like thinking about what you could have you could have golden um uh popped into there that give you a 1% bonus you'd have the same league for a 1% bonus same club for a 1% bonus same nation for a 1% bonus you could have two holographics for an 8% bonus.
Two team of the weeks or three team of the weeks for a 4% bonus. Uh you could have all out attack for a 3% bonus. You could have ambidextrous and or the skill move uh one for a further 3 to 6% bonus. Uh you could have the multiples in there for a 10% bonus. And then you could have it all first owner for 150% bonus. and all of a sudden you've compounded your bonuses so much that those five Byron players could have like huge uh boost for your total score.
Now, whilst this starter set total score only requires you to get 2,000 points to get to the top level, your overall score is a combination of all of your levels together. Everything together. So, categories we've completed 0 out of seven. Sets we've completed 1 out of 126. My starter set is the best one, 8196. And so my gallery level is that it is 8196 because I don't have any further items in the gallery level. And then at the bottom, you can see I've got 186 items, 181 first owner.
Hopefully eventually I'll have only first owners because once I pack those other players first owner, that'll be done. And holographics, I've currently got three. The Sranks are going to really require good cards and good bonuses. And I wouldn't be surprised if we saw more categories eventually. I think EA spoke on the fact that that's going to happen to get your gallery level to level 25. I don't think uh did it did it say in the objective what the requirement was for level 25?
It was in milestones uh level 25. No, it just says reach level 25 if memory serves. Level 25 is like tens of millions of level needed. Um, raiding. Here we go. No, there does it doesn't tell us what the uh Oh, hold on. Can I No, I can't. It won't show me what the level is to grade. I wonder if it does show you somewhere. Um, however, if we went to, for example, and this is where it's going to get really fun. If we went to, example, Coventry City, you only need 15 Coventry players to grade Coventry.
If we look at the uh rewards for Coventry, you only need 2,400 points to get 20 38 gallery tokens and the Coventry badge and kit, right? So, if you grade one Coventry, well, to grade 10, you would need to submit all of these Coventry players anyway. I don't think you could even hit 10 if we're being uh realistic because to put in 15 players even if they were all bronzes. It would give you so many bonuses. Same club, same league, uh same scarcity, like first owner and stuff like you would smash it.
But if you just got 10 points, you'd get the badge. 400 points would give you the kit. 1,100 points would give you eight tokens. 1,700 points would give you 10 tokens. 2,400 points would give you 20 more tokens. So 38 tokens on offer. And you look at that and you think, "Oh, that's all right, isn't it? 2,400 points for for commentary. That's pretty cool. Then we look at Arsenal. Arsenal need 20 players and you need 2.5 million score to get the Sgrade for Arsenal and that will give you 220 gallery tokens altogether.
Uh it will give you the Arsenal kit and the Arsenal badge for 10 and then for 110,000. It's mad how much different it is. Of course, Arsenal have got players that are way higher rated, that have a way higher base score and are more likely to get promo cards and special cards throughout the course of the year that will influence the uh difference in the bonuses here. And when we look at the market, if we just go to the market real quick to have a little look at uh like where the players are and and how much they're worth.
When you look at a special card, a team of the week is 425 for this Gabriel Martinelli. This Alawaran 2,625 for the base hero. Then for an icon Loa Matez 21,000 or a loa mate icon card, but it's holographic pristine schmeichel 24,000 um more more informs and uh heroes and stuff here. But I think even like for example an Mbappe like shining stagger there is 12,000. I think Killian Mbappe we might be able to go into the concepts actually and have a bit of a better look.
Killian Abbapp's gold card 19,000 like gems or rating or whatever. So if you've got an Abbappape and you you could go and put him in so many different sets because you can use the same player like throughout different sets. You could go and put him in loads of different sets and just take advantage of his huge score. Now, if we go into the club real quick, I would be interested, really interested, as something I'm going to have to figure out to see whether or not [snorts] EVO players, as their rating goes up, their gem value goes up.
Because if it does, that's going to be really uh really fun to try and utilize EVOs for the gallery. 95 Maradona, 60,000 gems. This 95 Maradona, one of them is the holographic version. This one will be This one will be the pristine holographic 90,000 gems. I don't know what they're called. I'm going to call them gems. There are a lot of high-grade players that once if you've got them first owner and you know you get the big bonuses on them and the positional bonuses and the league and nation and club bonuses and stuff like that and whatever the icon and hero bonuses might also be, you're going to end up trying to hit those big targets.
But if we look at Arsenal for an example and we say, "Okay, how are we going to get 2 and a half million points on Arsenal?" Well, the difference between this David Ryer 13,750 and this David Ryer, 20,000. That's the holographic versus the regular. Now, this 20,000 is all well and good, but if you had the whole Arsenal set first owner, all of a sudden, you're getting a 500% bonus on this 20,000. That's huge. That's now 100,000 that you're picking up from this David Ry instead of 20,000.
Gabrio 89 is coming in at 11K. Declan Rice is coming in at 8.3K. I don't [snorts] think you could I think you could have every Arsenal player first owner right now, including the special David Ry cards, both of them. And I don't think there's enough um I I don't think there's enough uh um like points there to hit the 2 and a half million. I think we're going to have to wait for like promo cards and things like that. In a nutshell though, the rewards obviously from the gallery tokens that you get.
You go to the store, there's a token store. Now, forget the kind of bonus rewards that you get from the objective side of things in the token store. That's where the players are. You can earn a lot of tokens. I don't I don't actually know if you can earn enough tokens for all of the cards. Something that we're going to have to kind of add up. I would assume that you could, but you can at the very least earn enough tokens like I've seen people already picking up like the P and the uh Hulk already, which I think is nuts, by the way, cuz this Hulk is crazy, right?
Right mid, rightwing striker. Just some really fun stats. I think P also is very good. Um, very good. But for me, my first objectives will be 500 tokens for David Louise. Uh my well my first objective will actually be 500 tokens for the Walcott because I think this card looks crazy good. I think he's going to be absolutely amazing. My second objective will be 400 more tokens for Dravinho because he's part of the Arsenal past and present as well.
He's fourstar, three star, great pace, decent dribbling. Okay, a bit lacking elsewhere. Um and then some fun play styles. And then my third objective will be me picking up uh the David Louise. After that, I will try and get enough all of the tokens to get all of these players cuz I really like these players. I think they're a lot of fun. But that is how the gallery works, guys. That is how it works. Um, I think it's really fun.
Um, I, as I say, I think hopefully now that I've kind of explained it to you and shown you like how it works and how to unlock the tags and what they mean, I hope you realize that I don't I don't think it's scary. I don't think it's overwhelming. I don't think it's the sort of thing that you have to like be intensely like scared by or like like look at and think, "Oh my god, this is so complex or complicated." Just go into your category here, pick a club.
If you've got lots of players, just autocomplete it if you want to. You can just press R1 to move to Villa. You can then autocomplete your set or regrade your set. Press R1 to Birmingham, to Bournemouth, to Brenford, and so on and so forth. And when you're in this tab here, you can again just use L1 and R1 to move between the uh kind of sets that you've got available. So, it's not really super timeconuming either. I really like this area of the game.
I'm going to find it fascinating to try and kind of build in and out of uh the S tier teams to get the gallery tokens as quick as possible. But guys, that is how the gallery works.
