$20 Grok Bot is Insane… Just watch transcript

Grogbot is one of the world's most powerful tools because it lets you have a team of agents that communicate with each other and work for you 247 whilst being unbelievably beginnerfriendly to use. And this week everything changed because it got 70% cheaper to [music] try. So, in this video, I'm going to help you unlock capabilities across five levels that 99% of people don't even know exist. So that after this video, you can save more time, make more money, and get light years ahead of everybody else.

And if you're new, I'm Jack. I built and less tech startup with like a gazillion customers. Now, I'm building my own startups, and I share here the stuff that actually works. Now, by the end of this video, you are going to have a full team of agents that help you in ways that you probably haven't used before. So, let's talk about Grogbot specifically.

Why are we even talking about this right now? Well, it's powered by Grock 4.6, an extremely fast model, but is Frontier Intelligence. Essentially, it runs on your computer, but it also runs in the cloud. So, it means whether your computer's down or not, these can work for you 24/7. Really cool thing. Best part of this, no API keys. It works on Mac OS and iOS. You can do things 24/7 no matter what you're doing. And the cool thing that I really like about this is the fact that the bots can chat with each other.

And you'll see why that's actually a capability unlock in a second. And no matter where you're starting, this file level system is going to help you know exactly which bots you should build for yourself with a bonus bar at the end that I think you're going to really enjoy. Starting, of course, with bot number one, which is called Grock Master. Well, Jack, what do you mean when you say Grock Master? This is going to save you about an hour or so.

So, first thing we do is head over to Grockbot. And once you log in, you're going to see this screen here. Okay, it gives you some suggestions. My first thought when I saw Grockbot was cool, but what should I build? This is actually the purpose of what I call the Grom Master. So, first thing I want to do is call this guy Grockmaster. Now, we can give it any funny color we want to. I really like the kind of playful customization.

Let's go with a light blue and call him Grockmaster. And of course, guys, we are not savages, so we need to give him an emoji. So, we're going to go with a nice superhero emoji right there. And then we click on get started. Now, the cool thing about this is these bots can essentially do anything that you can do in a browser. So, first I'm going to do is come here to type your answer and say all of the above. I'm going to give you specific instructions of how I want you to behave and help me.

Now, if this is your first time, you just want to go ahead and authorize the different permissions just so it has full access to all the apps that you actually use. And you'll see just how easy it is to click authorize. Like none of this crazy API key stuff, they have made it so unbelievably easy. Everything happens in the chat window. So guys, what we're going to do here is actually get the Grock masters to suggest the five most important Grock bots that we can create based on your individual circumstances.

I'll put a link down below so you can go ahead and grab this prompt. Essentially the benefit of Grock is the Grobot in fact is that we have agent to agent communication. So we can have our single point of contact and it can leers with everybody else. Now I'm explaining how I want it to work. Basically when I describe a problem, don't solve yourself first. Decide which bot should own it. Generally speaking, the more specialized it is, the better the performance will be.

Then what we're going to do is give it a brain dump and it's going to suggest for us five bars to create based on everything we're doing and we want to focus on right now. So all you're going to do is you come down. I'd recommend a speech to text product. So you can go ahead and do this. I'm using Glido and just yap about your life, everything you're working on and what your problems basically you would like to solve.

Little hack by the way is to head over to Claude and chat GBT and say this. Hey there. I'm creating a personal AI agent system and I want to kind of dump about everything that I'm focusing on. the stuff I talk about, the stuff that's important to me, my goals, my systems based on everything you know about me. Could you just give me a breakdown of that right now on this chat? And Claude and Chat GBT will do that for you.

So basically, you can bring that context over to Grock. And then at the back of that, guys, it'll come down and it will itself create all the bots that you possibly need, which is freaking awesome. As you can see, I'm finishing my cut. I'm making moves. It's got a life admin bot to handle things that just happen dayto-day like groomers, appointments, health to make sure you're the best version of yourself, partnerships, YouTube, and school.

So effectively based on all of your brain dump, it will then go ahead and create those individual bots for you. The one little hack guys, you want to grab your Grock master and then you want to come down here and drop it and pin it, which means it's going to be there easy for you to click on and navigate everything. This is where you're going to drop all your thoughts and ideas and it can delegate it to different bots.

Brings us nicely onto level two, which I'm calling digital on. Now the idea of this is that our body has a bot now, which is awesome. So what we can effectively do is use this to effectively manage our entire health system. The first thing to do is come over to health and what we're effectively going to see and look at this. The spot's already checking my calendar. It's seeing my weigh in data. It's doing everything.

I didn't even prompt this. So, first thing I want to do is this. Hey there. I want you to update your profile photo to be like an Arnold Schwarzenegger cuz you I want you to name yourself Anie. You are like my AI Anie. Now, my current goal is to finish off my cut and obviously my MMA training, jiu-jitsu, things like that. What I would like you to do is tell me what data would you need from me to best help you be the most helpful thing possible and come back and tell me ways in which you think you can maximize and help me from a health point of view.

What stuff you need to know and what data and access do you need? Now, as you can see guys, Arnold has come back and guys, not only has it given it a very Arnoldesque image to kind of inspire us with a mustache, a fantastic mustache, I might add, it's asking us different questions here. Okay, so it's asking us like what are we giving it? We're just giving a morning weight and we can feed this data and it can create anything for us.

And guys, mine even made me for example a tracker that I can run and check locally about the when the trending weights. These are some example data but again it's really helpful in finding ways that you can improve and actually giving you assets, graphics and tables to do that. And cool thing is you can actually grab the app and then drop messages to it when you're not at your computer. And again, you don't need to worry about any of the hosting.

It just kind of runs in the background for you. And so digital army is one thing. And bear in mind guys, our chief of staff here, our kind of grock master is always going to pass on the information to digital army. If we ask it a question or give it some information, it will share this amongst itself. But that takes us very nicely onto a bigger problem. That's it. Like sometimes want to talk about a specific thing, right?

Whether it's growing your business, any kind of personal life goals, but really real in reality, what you really need is a chief of staff. Now, this person essentially answers one question for you, which is where is my time best allocated right now given all of the contact and information that it has. And this is something that can save you well over 3 hours every single week. Now, your chief of staff can be called Grockmaster.

You can also rename them to chief of staff if you want to. They were great initially in getting the name up and running in terms of creating it, but again, you can call these ones chief of staff. And as you can see, it's got access to everything here. First thing we're going to want to do right now, we've done that to be fair, is come down the bottom left and click on plugins. And here you can give access to all the plugins you want to.

Generally speaking, go with the principle of least access. In other words, don't give it something that you think it doesn't really need. But the chief of staff is super capable. For example, it can connect to anything. Let me give you an example. Okay. Hey there. First of all, I want to go ahead and take a note of all my social media profiles for Jack Roberts. Once you've grabbed that for Instagram, for YouTube, for Tik Tok, and for LinkedIn, I want to go ahead and use top view to create for me a gorgeous do three images using the best available image generator model on top view uh to create me just a beautiful Instagram carousel.

And if you think that we need a agent to do that, go ahead and create that for me. Uh maybe call one Instagram. I think that would be great. And we can put all of our Instagram data on there. I also want you to go ahead and grab all of my data, my stats. You can use Appify to go ahead and do that and then connect it there. Now, I've mentioned a couple of tools. Appify is something that we use to scrape data, but one tool I've been having a lot of fun with recently.

It's called Top View. So, obviously, this has access to like, you know, images and videos, but what's really unique about this is it's a it's a kind of video agent. So, for example, it will build sequences. It will really have like an agentic workflow behind it. And the pricing on it is super super sick. So, what we can do, and I've done this as well as a test, right? This is a really cool tool. I have just asked Grogbot, hey, I'm signed into this.

Go sign into it for me and first of all, understand what my Instagram is. Get me the data and then create me some carousel posts based on viral outliers. And you can see exactly what it does. Now, in the studio itself, when you build stuff, you'll get it in this like cool canvas that you can edit, but it's got an MCP, which means that we can just give this to Grock Bar and then essentially if Grockbar ever needs to generate any images, any videos with the best available models, it can just use this connection and do that for us.

And as you can see guys, it's found my profiles Tik Tok and needs to verify and then it's going to ask me to authorize it. So let me show you what it looks like when you authorize something. So Appify, let's just authorize that. And I wanted to give this an example because this really is a typical kind of use case that you might give a chief of staff. Now again, Ampify lets us access essentially any tool. So if you ever want to find out data, it is a completely branding to have.

Going to come over here. I'm going to allow the access. Give it full access. It's done. Now let's connect to Top View. So we're going to come over here, click on authorize, and let's just see what it does. Opens up. Authorize. And that's it. Like it's ridiculously simple. And again guys, you'll know it's sharing messages. It's message Instagram three messages with the Instagram bot. So now we're just giving it to the chief of staff and the chief of staff is just delegating it to every agent that we want.

And again, now it has access to top view. We can effectively go ahead and build for his beautiful carousel examples or videos. And the other cool thing is that our chief of staff can actually spin these things up simultaneously. So as you may know, I actually have a podcast called the stack podcast I do with my buddy Nick. Now I have this image that our designer made and effectively what I want to do is have like this background animated.

So what I can literally do is head over to Grobar and I can literally say, "Hey there, go check out the last thing that I downloaded. It's a kind of image for a podcast. I want you to turn it into a 5-second video, highest definition you can with the best video generation model you can using top view. And all I want is the background to be animated so it looks kind of nice and edgy whilst kind of keeping the text where it is so it's got a nice bit of movement.

Once you've done that, just let me know where that is, please. Once again, guys, Instagram, we haven't even spoken to it, but he's been yapping, guys. He's been yapping a lot to our chief of staff and having a good conversation with them. I know you can click into it and see all of the different conversations. And as you can see, guys, Grockbot has gone ahead and done this. So, I can play this and we got this beautiful subtle animation in the background.

All done using our chief of staff. And so you want some kind of image and video generation asset inside your agent. You can plug them in and effectively whenever you need to. Should you need to build posts or get ideas or concepts, you can do that very easily. I'll put a link down below so you can check that one out. Now, as you can see, Grogbot now using Top View has gone and made us these ideas for Instagram carousels, which is beautiful and based off a basically a carousel that's doing quite well, giving us the GitHub logo, giving us the Gro logo and building out.

And we can just see this in any variation we want to. And all we did was connect it and ask it to do something. Now, a chief of staff is one thing, but if you really want to get the most out of Grockbot, what we're going to need to do really is get a very critical role, which is going to be the strategist. Now, the idea of the strategist is that we give it the data and information that it needs. So, this is going to be analytics, um, understanding competitors in the landscape, understanding your audience, and also looking at revenue.

Now, you can either bundle this inside your chief of staff or you can have a separate data person that really looks at that. But when you're really thinking about what roles should I split out because ultimately that's the question, right? Because you can have a thousand roles in Grockbot, there is no literal end to it. My personal experience is that you want to keep your roles if you can catch to the five to seven big things that you want to look at.

But of course, you can break them down into smaller details if you want to. The more specialized an agent is in one particular area, the better, generally speaking, it will do. So, I like to think in five to seven categories, but then you can have as many mini agents as you like. And this leads us on to level five, which is the idea of ahead of fun. Now, why is this? Because everything we do ultimately is to have a good time.

Now, the way that I think about this is every week do something small that's fun. Every month do something bigger, and every quarter do something massive. So, I want a fun agent that knows what I'm doing, what I'm up to, knows where I'm traveling based on my calendar, and they can actually recommend things. And so, I would give it a prompt like this, which is, hey, I'm currently in city X. I'm going back to buy in three weeks.

I just say, "Hey, I'd like to experience the coolest things that you can do in Budapest. Go ahead and find all the cool stuff, add it to my calendar, uh, and then basically your job is to make sure that I can do something really cool and different every month and something epic every quarter." Its job is to keep me accountable for that. And so we can come back over to an agent and say, "Hey, with 3 weeks left, what do you recommend that I should do in Budapest before I go?" Being aware of everything I have going on in my calendar.

And as you can see, before I even site anything, my chief of staff has delegated that and it's checking what is fresh and good and happening in Hungary for us. And so this is a really good life investment cuz I think sometimes you can take these things so seriously and so work focused. I think this exists so we can have incredible relationships, have fun and a good time and be the best versions of ourselves. And ahead of fun is a role I strongly believe you should have and everyone should have.

But of course with with great fun comes great responsibility. And this is the final one I want to talk about here and explain how this connects together which is really important in a second. And that is the finance bot. And essentially what this bot needs to have is the eyes on the finances that could be personal and also business. So we can plug this into your services like maybe Mercury or whatever bank that you're with.

And from that it can then actually keep hold of your P&L, your profit and loss. And it also crucially lets you use your chief of staff to go ahead and ask questions. So we want a finance bot. So once again come back over here. Hey there. I want to go ahead for me and create a finance bot who's connected to and understands all my finances. Their key job is to make sure that I'm making the best decision possible from a personal financial point of view and also really lock in and crush the business P and L.

I'm going to give them reporting. I I basically I need them to ask me what metrics do they need and what access do they need to go ahead and fulfill that properly. And as you can see it's come back and suggested based on information it has about you, your businesses, where you run, things like that. And then effectively we can go ahead and then just connect to these things and have this financial bot that's aware of all the stuff.

Now here's a key thing that everybody misses and this is idea that because the chief of staff can connect and chat to the finance thing if it's making a decision it can speak to an agent who's specifically locked in on all of the numbers because a lot of the time the biggest issue with AI is the fact that it doesn't have the full context and it doesn't think around corners. here it can speak to and find the appropriate agent and then you can literally come over here type in any name of the bank say for example Mercury add that then you can connect to it and essentially then have an agent that understands the financial reality of your business and then we've got my fun agent as well in the background trying to crack deals I've got a feeling that the fun agent and the finance agent they might be butting heads a little bit but you can start to see how they all interact with one another and if you had a budget you may say okay the fun agent's going to check with the finance budget agent you set so the real kind of I'd say star power of the Grock system or Grockbot is the fact that these individual agents have their own purview and they can communicate with one another.

Now, how does this actually go ahead and compare to different agents? Well, I've got a little bit of a thing here that you can screenshot if you want to just to understand it. But effectively, one of the things that Grockbot has done and made very easily is the fact that you just take it off the shelf. Whereas, Hermes agent for example, it isn't off the shelf, but you can configure it in a bazillion different ways. So, you can mold it and have it do different things.

You're not rewriting the code in Grockbot. You're accepting what Grockbot is whereas Hermes will let you configure it. So that's going to be down to your preferences and it does allow you to do some interesting things in Hermes like bring in unique memory systems. Um connect it to your Aentic operating there. A lot of interesting things you can do with it which is pretty fantastic. Now cloud computer over here as you can see is managed at the bot and Hermes agent bring your own thing.

Again iOS and built-in uh not on Hermes agent so it doesn't run on your mobile phone just like that. Model choice you are on Gro 4.6. Hermes agent for example, you can use any model. Does it run locally? It runs in the cloud only, but it does have access to your laptop and what you're signed into. Hermes agent runs locally as well as the cloud. So this could be 100% running on your computer with your own personal models.

Car shape is free plus your API bill whereas Grogbot is from $20. So it's not that one is displaced the other. They have slightly different use cases. I know this all sounds like Spanish. This shows you how to save money. It dreams for you overnight and thinks about ways in which you could physically improve based on your entire chat logs and you get full immediate access to this alongside all the other cool beautiful memory systems. Now, the thing is these memory systems and using Grockbot is one thing, but if you're not utilizing some of the most powerful techniques with AI agents, you're leaving too much value on the table.
