Opening (first 30 seconds)
Today, I'm going to be handing you my realistic 90-day plan to replace your 9 to-5 income with Claude AI. And this is the exact plan that I'd run if I woke up tomorrow with zero subscribers, zero audience, and a job that I hated. And I know because I live that I was a pharmacist sneaking looks at YouTube Studio on my breaks and I watched my side project quickly out earn my doctorate. And since then, I've made over $10 million from YouTube. I built a channel past 1.5 million subscribers and I've helped my community generate over $und00 million. And a shocking number of them started with a full-time job just like you.

So, this is not a 30-day fantasy. 30 days is possible. I did it with my own brother. More on that later. But it's rare as hell without hands-on help. 90 days is an honest, realistic number. Fair warning, though. This only works if you refuse to make lazy AI slop, right?
The internet is flooded with that garbage and it earns nothing. So, you're going to be using Claude to move faster, not lazier. And you're going to be using Claude to give value to the internet, not spam it. So, if you appreciate me make this type of content, you want to see me make more of it in the future, then let me know by gently cheersing that like button. Let's jump into it right now. So, first, let's talk about why most people never replace their income.
Because it's not what you think. It's not skill, it's not talent, and it's not equipment. People mostly fail because they never start. They research, they plan, they watch 47 more videos, yes, including this one, and then they do nothing. Analysis paralysis is the real killer. And let me show you how old this problem is. Over a hundred years ago, two teams were racing to build the first airplane. One was led by Samuel Langley, and he was funded by the government and backed by the Smithsonian, and he was covered by every newspaper in the country.
The man was basically a celebrity, and he had over $70,000 in funding, which back then was an absolute fortune. Now, the other team was two brothers who ran a bicycle shop, working with about $1,000 of their own money, and zero other advantages. Langley spent his time giving interviews and chasing bigger checks. But the Wright brothers just built. They tested, they crashed, they rebuilt. Then Langley's aircraft nosedes straight into the PTOIC River in front of the press.
And 9 days later, the Wright brothers flew. 9 days. The most funded aviation project on Earth lost to a bicycle shop because one team performed and the other team got started. So your 90 days doesn't begin when you feel ready. It begins when you upload. And here's the thing. Claude removes damn near every excuse that you had for not starting. Can't write, it writes with you. Can't research, it researches for you. The only thing that it can't do is press record for you.
Now, before I hand you the plan, we need to kill the single worst piece of advice in this entire genre. Use AI to build a app and sell it. No, that's And here's why. A product without distribution is invisible. You could build the greatest app on the planet and if nobody sees it, it makes nothing. Meanwhile, you could put damn near any product on the shelves of Walmart and it's going to sell. Yes, even the weird stuff.
Because Walmart owns the eyeballs. And owning distribution is playing business on easy mode. And your YouTube channel is your own personal mini Walmart online. Once you own the shelves, you can sell almost anything to almost anybody. And I'm not making this up. This play is older than the internet. Way back in the day, a railroad station agent named Richard Sears got stuck with a shipment of watches and a local jeweler refused to accept.
And instead of shipping them back, he sold them by telegraph to other station agents down the railroad line. Think about what he actually did there. He didn't invent the watches. He owned a channel to customers. And that one move grew into the Sears catalog, one of the biggest retail empires in American history. So the railroad was his distribution. But YouTube is yours. And a good example of this working today is Shawn.
He built his audience first. Then he launched products onto his own shelves. And we helped him get all the way to $500,000 in a single month. Not because his products were magic, but because his distribution was. He was number one in a fairly competitive niche, which is Amazon KDP. And because he was number one when he launched his product, it was very easy to make money. So, here's the plan. And I call this the 90-day escape plan.
Three months and three missions. Month one, pick and start. Which, by the way, if you're struggling to pick your niche or you already have a niche, but you're not sure of it, go ahead and attend our live training this week because I will be giving away the niche AI and a step-by-step guide to pick your niche and get started on YouTube with your personal brand. So, click that link in the description in the pin comment below to attend that.
Then, month two, volume and packaging. Then, month three is the money stack, and we're going to unlock them one at a time. All right, YouTube just got 10 times easier, and nobody is talking about it. You used to need an entire film crew. And it used to be a full-time job for you to just do any work at all on YouTube, but now you can get work done in as little as 15 to 30 minutes a day, and you can actually grow a full-time YouTube channel.
That's exactly what I'm going to be talking about at the live training that we're doing this week. Exactly how to start YouTube stepby step for beginners. So, click the link in the description, the pin comment below to check that out, guys. I will be answering questions before, during, and after the live training. It's completely free. Plus, I'll be giving away an AI that is designed to help you pick your niche if you don't have one in the first place or if you already have a niche.
It's going to help you make it 10 times better. So, really looking forward to talking with you guys. This is stuff that we never talked about before. So, click that link in the description and comment below and I look forward to seeing you there. All right, so month one, pick and start. You have exactly two jobs in month one. Pick a niche that can actually make money and upload before you feel ready. Now, most people get this completely backwards.
They wait for the perfect niche. And I have personally watched people stay stuck picking a niche for over 10 years. And I know this because when they worked with us, when they attended our live trainings and worked with us one-on-one, we were able to help them pick a niche in a matter of days when before that they were stuck for 10 years. And I wish I was exaggerating, but here's the truth. Sometimes you pick a niche and sometimes the niche picks you.
YouTube itself started as a video dating site. And I'm not making this up. They knew video was going to be huge and they just thought that they were building a dating app and they became YouTube. So, you commit to a direction and you figure it out as you go. But direction still matters. So, here's exactly how I'd use Claude on day one. The first thing that I would do is download the Claude skills prompt that we have in the description in the pin comment below.
It'll be the third link down there. It has the light versions of the same exact Claude skills that we use on our internal team and we give to our private community members. Or you can go ahead and just put this prompt on the screen. Copy and paste that into Claude. And then what you want to do is have Claude pressure test your niche idea against three things. Is there a proven demand on YouTube already? Can it reach viewers that companies actually pay to reach and does it connect to something that people actually buy?
Now, the last one is the one that everyone skips and it's the one that decides whether your channel becomes a hobby or an income. So, here's how to start this week. Open Claude. Describe your experience, your interests, and your work history and have it generate 10 niche directions ranked by most money potential. Then pick one direction that overlaps most with what you already know. Then record your first video on your phone or your webcam.
Yes, whatever you already have is enough and do it this week before you feel ready. And if you don't believe me that you can do this, nurse Jen was in your situation about 3 months ago, literally watching a video exactly like this. She attended our live training. She joined our community and she started recording videos on her webcam on her laptop. And now she has over three videos that have gotten over 600,000 views.
She's now making a full-time income. She quit her job as a nurse and she's driving all around the United States in her camper van, literally living her dream life. All because she literally just followed the instructions exactly as we told her to. And again, I put a free light version of some of the Claude skills that we give to our community members down in the description in the pin comment below. So check that out.
Now, if you're sitting there thinking that you're too old or you're too non-technical or you're just too normal for this to work, then let me tell you about my brother Zach. He's 50 years old. He's a blueco collar guy and the man could barely handle email attachments. And I say that with love. meaning he was very not techsavvy, okay? And he picked a niche in the skilled trades because he'd been in the skilled trades for 30 years.
And he followed the plan. And 29 days after posting his first video, he had a $214 AdSense day. That's a $70,000 year run rate. That's a full-time income. Literally one month after starting. And half of that first month, he was on vacation. And last month, he did over $18,000. And he's not special. He just started. Now, if you want to see exactly how I helped him grow, as well as an update on Zach, and if you want to ask me literally any questions you have about how this works, then click the link in the description in the pin comment below to attend my live training this week.
There are limited seats. We actually have so many people show up to these live trainings that we max them out. So, if you click down there and there's no seats for you, or if you're watching this in the future, go ahead and click again and it'll sign you up for whenever the next free live training is. All right, now is month two, and this is volume and packaging. So month two is where you go from I have a channel to I have a machine.
So the math is simple. More quality videos means more chances to win. Except this game pays winners every single week. So your job is one or two solid videos a week, 4 hours a week or less with Claude doing the heavy lifting. And notice I said quality videos because this is where I need to be blunt with some of you. 95% of people using AI for content are doing it dead wrong. They generate garbage and they post garbage and then they wonder why nobody watches and nothing sells.
Do not be an AI slop merchant. That is a dead end. And even in the off chance that it does work, YouTube bans most of those channels. And even in the off chance that YouTube doesn't ban your channel, if it's like some kind of faceless AI slop channel, it's going to be really easy for other people to copy you as well. So just don't do it. Remember, Claude is your leverage, not your replacement. So you bring the taste, the stories, and the face, and it brings the speed.
And yes, Claude specifically for creative work, it's just better. And everyone who uses both knows why. And by the way, I'm not a ChachiBBT hater. I really like ChachiBT for some things. For instance, I think it's the best for making thumbnails. So, I do actually recommend you use chatbt for the thumbnails, but Claude for almost everything else. Now, here's exactly how I'd run it. Here's a Claude prompt. I'll put it up on the screen.
You can copy and paste this into Claude. Now, for scripting, I'd feed Claude my video idea and I'd make it interview me first, my stories, my opinions, my experience, and then have it drafted in my voice. And that one step is the difference between a script that sounds like you and a script that sounds like everyone else, aka AI slop. Then here's the next prompt that I would paste in. Copy and paste this. And for packaging, I'd build the title and thumbnail before I ever hit record.
So here's how to start month two. Batch it. One planning session where Claude helps you outline 4 to eight videos. One recording day where you film all of them. Batching is really a cheat code. And then simple edits. And that is the whole 4-hour week. Now, when it comes to editing, we really like to use this software called Descript. It has an AI editing feature that will cut out all the silences and it does a lot of the heavy lifting for you and you can actually edit it just like a Google doc by cutting out words and it just edits those words out for you in the video.
So yeah, it's a really good tool. Now a good example of what month 2 momentum looks like is Nurse Jyn. She started with basically zero YouTube experience and within about 2 months of joining she had replaced a full-time income and a few months after that she was at a six figure a year run rate. Oh, and one more thing. Jen is 60 years old. I know she doesn't look like it, but she is 60, which reminds me of one of my favorite stories.
Julia Child didn't publish her first cookbook until she was 49 and didn't get on TV until she was 51. She became Julia Child's in the exact years that everyone says that it's too late. So, Jen is 60, Julia is 51, Zach is 50. What's your excuse? This actually works better in many cases if you're on the older side. Because if you think about it, it's just supply and demand. See, there's a massive amount of supply of younger creators.
And sure, there's probably a lot of demand as well, but that demand is pretty well met. However, there's also a lot of demand for older creators and there's very little supply. So, if you're an older creator, supply and demand is on your side and you have a massive advantage. And this is where month three comes in and this is the money stack. This is where replace my income stops being a dream and it starts being arithmetic.
Here is the thing about YouTube money that most beginners never learn. AdSense is just the first layer, okay? It's just the beginning. AdSense, by the way, is the ads that pop up on your channel. And if you're monetized with the YouTube partner program, you get about half of it, right? 55%. But the real money is a stack, right? So AdSense, then affiliate offers, then sponsorships, then your own products and services, and at the very top, high ticket offers.
Every layer multiplies the same video. Same audience, but more shelves. Now, real talk, if you need money right now, there are almost zero ways to guarantee income from YouTube instantly. And almost anybody who promises that is probably selling you something. But you can get quick demonetized by selling something from your channel right away. Even something small. People do make money with tiny channels. For instance, our client Guy, his goal was to make 1 to $2,000 a month because he was close to retirement.
And he got to that goal with less than 500 subscribers. Our client Carla, who had about 1,500 subscribers and was getting about 100 to 200 views per video, landed a contract worth over $100,000. So, yes, you absolutely can make money with a small channel if you're targeting the right audience and you're monetizing the right way. So, the right 1500 people watching you is worth more than the wrong 1 million. So, here's how to start with month three.
Add one layer. Now, you can go straight to high ticket if you want to. This will require you to sell on the phone. So, if you're not comfortable selling at this point, then don't do it. However, if you are comfortable selling, I would highly recommend it. With that being said, if you're not comfortable with that, I would recommend signing up for affiliate programs in your niche. Most take like 5 minutes to join. Or offer one simple service and mention it naturally in your next four videos.
And I know that sales calls sound very scary, but it's a heck of a lot easier to sell one person a $5,000 product than it is to sell a,000 people a $5 product. I promise you. Then you want to add on one layer per month until you find a big winner. Now, the big winners are going to be different for every single channel. For some channels, high ticket products and services are going to be the best by far. For some channels, you might have a really good affiliate partner.
And for some channels, sponsorships are going to absolutely crush. But let's do the math to replace your income on screen. A $70,000 run rate is just $192 a day. That is not a viral video. That's a boring consistent machine doing its job. Now, in order to get to that $192 a day, this channel that you're watching right here makes about $400 per 1,000 views. That means that I would only have to get about 500 views per day to make $192 a day.
That's $150,000 views per year. It's really not that much at all. Now, I have other channels that are even more niche. And one of my channels makes over $4,000 per 1,000 views. So, for that channel, I would only have to get about 50 views per day to make $192 a day. That's about two views per hour. So, when you think about it like that, it's very realistic. Now, you might be thinking, "Well, Shane, all of this sounds nice, but does it actually work for regular people?" Well, let me bury that question for good.
Josh was working in IT when I first met him, and he was making less than $1,000 a month. We helped him get all the way up to over $185,000 in a single month, and he did it just by making helpful content in the IT niche. Nicole had 85 subscribers when I first started working with her. She was literally about to quit YouTube. And she was working in a very specific type of cyber security job called governance, risk, and compliance, or GRC. and she got to $80,000 in a single month teaching women how to get into GRC jobs.
Antoine was a very successful tech salesperson, but he was also very busy. We helped him get to over $100,000 in a single month, teaching other people how to get into tech sales and teaching people who are already in tech sales how to uplevel. Jud got laid off in his 50s and he got his YouTube channel to over 500,000 subscribers and he's crushing it, making a ton of money. Alex teaches people how to graduate from college faster and he got to $15,000 a month.
Clifford got to over $30,000 a month with several different channels. Craig is a very successful realtor in Montana. He has one of the largest realtors in Montana and he's in his 70s and one of his very first videos with us got to over a 100,000 views which results in real business for his realy business. And Isaiah was about to get laid off from his job that he hated. And we were able to help him get to nearly $30,000 a month doing his passion, which is teaching people how to get better at singing.
And honestly, I could just go on and on and on and on. And these people are not special. They're just using the same playbook that I just handed to you. But I don't have time. If you have 4 hours a week, that's all you need. That's one less Netflix binge session, and you know it. Plus, you can write a lot of these scripts while you're doing a walk or going to the bathroom or taking a break or even driving if you're doing it safely because again, all you're going to do is a yap session and it's going to write the script for you.
It's going to do most of the heavy lifting. But I'm not technical. Yeah, Zach struggled with email attachments. He murdered an ice cream machine that he got from me because he plugged it into the wrong outlet. Right? He's not very technical either. It didn't matter. But it's too late for me. Tell that to Craig. Right? Tell that to Jen. Tell that to Julia Childs. The excuses are dead. The only question left is whether you'll start.
So, let me leave you with something special. When my channel first started making real money, I was still a full-time pharmacist. And I'd sneak my phone out on breaks, refreshing YouTube studio every 5 minutes. Don't judge me. Watching a side project out earn my doctorate, right? Out earn my six-figure career. And it was the first thing that I looked at every single morning. And you know what I did? I kept working that pharmacy job for two more years.
Even though YouTube was paying me far more money because I'm a skeptical, riskaverse person. That's literally why I became a pharmacist, right? I wanted the sure thing. So, when I tell you that 90 days is realistic, understand who's telling you that. Not a hype guy, okay? A very riskaverse person. And I'm not special. Zach's not special. Jen's not special. They're just running the same playbook that works. And now you have it, too.
So, here are your two options. For most of you, the free live workshop this week is going to be the move. And that's where we're going to give away the niche validator AI. And that's going to help you pick your niche or make your niche 10 times better if you already have one. So, link to the description in the pin comment below for that. Do not miss out on it. And look, I know 99% of you will just take this video and run with it.
You're going to attend my live training. You're going to get free value from both of those things. Then you're going to download my free skills as well and get free value from that. And we are never going to end up working together. And that is totally fine. But for the 1% or even 0.1% of you who want to be handheld, who want mentorship from myself and my team, or you want us to literally just do the work for you, then go ahead and book a call with my team by clicking the second link in the description in the pin comment below.
But only do it if you're very serious about growing and making money on YouTube with your personal brand because we're only accepting about five people to work with us right now. Now, the types of people we typically work with are people who are on the older side usually or high achievers in their careers and they have a lot of value to give to the world, right? You have a lot of experience in something and you want to start a side hustle or a second income or even something that could turn into a full-time business.
So, a perfect example of that is nurse Jen. The second type of person we like to work with is someone like Craig or Sean, for instance, who already has a business and they want to get more leads and make more sales from their business. The third type of person that we want to work with is someone who already has a YouTube channel, but they're struggling with monetization. An example of that would be Jud. So Jud had a pretty big channel, but he was struggling with monetizing and he was really just struggling with the whole system in general.
The fourth type of person that we want to work with is someone who's already crushing it on YouTube, but they want to crush it even harder. An example of that would be Shawn. So Sean was making $30,000 a month and we helped him get all the way up to over $500,000 a month. And then the last type of person that we like to work with is someone who is already big on other social media platforms like Instagram or Tik Tok, etc., but they want to move over to YouTube cuz they know that YouTube is the best.
So if anybody like that sounds like you, go ahead and click that second link in the description, the pin comment below to book a call. We're very picky about who we work with because we only want to work with people that know that we can get really good results for and we only accept about 18% of people who try to book a call with us. And also check out this video right here to see exactly how we helped my brother Zach go from zero to a full-time income in less than one month.
