let's feel it out just don't don't be gassing through it the whole time just get to that sweet spot and just tune in beckon Brian here up on top of my little lot up here pretty much most demanded video most demanded question I've ever got how do you wheelie what goes into a wheelie that's a difficult question to ask because there is a lot of you know a lot of things that go into it so here I am at my used to be secret lot until I guess the Land Rover company found out about it and probably paid someone off it's a third a third deck parking garage lot here in Chicago right outside the city so the view has always been awesome they used to be literally no one up here and it was mine this is where I learned you know pretty much how the stunts out of the military and whatnot so this is where I came and started so now here they all are maybe not the best place for someone to begin to learn how to wheelie around a bunch of brand new cars but I'm pretty proficient at the kind of wheelies and I'm gonna be talking about with you guys which is all just basic foot brake staggered and sit down those are the only two positions I really want to be worrying about right now just with you know beginning riders so staggered you're gonna have your left foot on your left passenger peg your right foot covering your rear brake so and you're gonna be in a slight hunched over invasion it may be full standing position what's ever most comfortable to you get it going first gear get it let it sit at idle get in your position rub up the bike a little bit and then all you're gonna do drop the punch just like that and you want to get back to the point where it's a little weightless so that weightless point that I'm talking about is balance point so I know you guys aren't gonna go right to a balance point right away you're probably gonna do a lot of a lot of that or this you know trying to get it up trying to find out where it is perfectly fine take your time you're not gonna want to slingshot your you know brand-new bike you guys are probably all probably all on that's the last thing I want to do too is slingshot my bike even if it's a meant to take a beating like you just don't want to slingshot your bike come on so take it easy take it slow get up to that balance point and you will know when you hit balance point there's no questions ifs ands or buts about it the bike becomes weightless it's sitting at this perfect angle that you don't have to keep gas and gas and gas in through it because you can you can chase out a wheelie and I guess I'll do a chase out wheelie here just to kind of demonstrate for you you'll kind of pump it up and you're gonna keep chasing it out to keep it up keep it up oh no and you run out of gas because you're not far enough back so I guess the first the first part of this is getting it far enough back now if you forget about the second part of this which is covering the rear brake and learning how the work rear brake that too far back experience is gonna hurt a lot because you are gonna go way too far back and not hit your brake so being able to feather that rear brake and knowing where that point of engagement is of how much you know brake you're putting on it is key here so you're not you're not already pressing on the brake but at the same time you're not totally not even covering the brake I I guess that's the best way to explain it here so I guess I'll go into and sit down here and if you have a full fairing bike and you're doing a sit down and you don't have anything cut out right here anything expect to be blind and be looking around those fairings and stuff especially with the cage I got on and it's tough now - it's so pain in the ass up kind of same thing just rather rev it up probably do about three and a half four K watch it up and you're just gonna sit right there right where it's comfortable you're not chasing it ah that's the last thing you want to do on a sit-down is chase it out stuff and then with time you know you'll you'll start getting way way way more comfortable in that exact position and then that's when you want to start moving around but have you noticed how I haven't even talked about the handbreak aka the only real difference of a stunt bike so as far as performativity on the bike so you guys can do these real ease that I'm talking about right now on your stock bike you know just I hope I hope to god you're ready to drop it because everyone does drop their bike when they're learning the wheelie I know so yeah I guess practice makes perfect from there and just just feel it out just don't don't be gassing through it the whole time just get to that sweet spot and just just hang out there you know I'm not using the handbrake I promise I'm on the foot brake and then that when it goes totally quiet like that that's just you coast and I could pull in the clutch check open do a coaster but I'm up here and someone else's Range Rover just apply warehouse so I guess I can't really do that I hope this was informative for you guys I wish I could say more about it but I know in theory it sounds so [ __ ] easy but believe me there's so much that goes into it and the main main thing here is practice willingness to learn and just and just real willingness to sacrifice your blank and your body if that is the case here you know so I hope you guys enjoy this I hope you guys you know enjoy my videos and if you have more questions about how that wheelie or what and what am i doing dropping the clutch or anything like that just just feel freely feel free to message me have figured you guys can see that a little part of it so I hope this was informative for you guys I hope you guys have fun with this as much as I do and yeah I hope you guys enjoy the beautiful huh beautiful little picture of my city here oh it's starting to rain and then in time all this [ __ ] comes in time don't worry you're not there's no need to [ __ ] rush okay you don't wake up one day and oh I'm gonna circle wheelie and [ __ ] jump around like a like spider-man on a on a bike on the middle of a freeway like just takes time it takes a lot of trial and error and yeah sometimes it just takes balls I guess for the female stoners out there too I don't mean any point intended alright guys this is Brian 66 [Music]
