How Chicago Streets Created A Serial Killer... Bloodhound Lil Jeff transcript

It's a long overdue episode. [music] My and I both have been trying to put this video out for over a year now to be honest. This will be one of the most uncensored boots [music] on the ground view of one of Chicago's most infamous rappers and even more so serial [music] killers in my era. Today we're covering the life, murders, and the unfortunate early death of Lil Jeff. [music] This, just like a lot of my other videos, is going to be an unbiased look at his life, but more so really focus on the places, dates, times of a lot of his murders.

[music] And this guy did a lot in his very short life and he rapped about it. And I thought this would be the most appropriate place to [music] start it. We are on 79th and Maryland right now on the East Side. This was his block. This is still the Blood Hound's block, one of Chicago's most notorious and violent gangs. I've seen a lot of people do documentaries on this, but no one ever really is boots on the ground like we are on this channel.

[music] And truly this guy did so much havoc on the South Side here, the South suburbs, and the near West Side that it's kind of >> [music] >> insane that it took this long for him to get killed cuz the amount of damage he was doing is just [music] insane. I don't know many other cities outside of Chicago that this kind of life and death can even play out. Got some gas over here at the Falcon Fuel. I never really see Falcon Fuels anywhere else but Chicago to be honest.

Narcotics officers rolling through, they waved at me. Now that thing's cool. I don't know what quick shifter I like better, the R9s or the S1000s. They're both cool, but maybe I'm just used to the R9s right now cuz I've been riding that one for a little bit.

Oh, yeah. But, stoppies on the Beamer are just nice. We're currently heading to a place that we have done on this channel before and I labeled it the worst place in Chicago to live and that's the first place we're headed. And we got a long commute to get there just because 79th and Maryland all the way down to Altgeld Gardens, Alligator Gardens, whatever you want to call it, is a little bit of a journey especially in midday rush hour.

Got the towel man. Towel man with the towel plan. I don't like the top end power of this S1000. [ __ ] We have made it Altgeld Murray Homes in record time too, mind you. Lots of these state license plate readers right up there. Crazy how massive this place is, man. All right, now that we're down here, we're just a couple blocks away. This is where Jay Boogie, Little Jeff's older brother, and Little Jeff, 12 at the time, Jay Boogie, 16 at the time, committed their first murder.

Turn left here on Langley, which is pretty crazy. This is not the last murder Little Jeff would commit on Langley Street just 40 blocks north in about 8 years from now. Insane. Safe passage doing their thing. Bunch of abandoned Jeeps. So, a boy by the name of Molly Molly, September 18th, 2014, an 18-year-old boy by the name of Molly Molly begins to have problems with the set Drill City. Like I stated before, his older brother Jay Boogie brought Little Jeff down here a full 40 blocks south to the very edge of the city of Chicago to one of the city's last housing projects here and they shot Kamal Burton aka Molly Molly multiple times and killed him.

Now, pull up a little a picture of little Jeff when he's 12 years old. He looks ridiculously innocent and you just wouldn't put this on a boy like this. He's playing basketball, he's playing sports. It's just It's kind of crazy to think that's the case, but by all accounts this is what is transforming this young man's life. >> Can you tell us like who introduced you to the street life? >> My brother. >> Your older brother, right? >> Yeah. >> [music] >> So, his older brother brought him all the way down to All Gel Gardens, which is telling.

I I a track. So, they had plenty of time to think about what they're about to do. Wasn't just a rash decision. And what is [music] it? 2020 or 2021 when we're back on Langley Avenue up on 79th? Anyway, that was his first murder. So, let's head back up to the South Side to continue on this this crazy life. What? Yeah, you guys can get pictures. Yeah, I know Corvette. What up? What up? You want to rev it? Just a little bit, not that loud.

Jesus, you're going to blow up my bike. >> [laughter] >> See you. Maybe. Probably not, but maybe. Kind of crazy we're talking about kids killing kids and all these kids are just so full of love. Yeah, this is this video is like a mini road trip video in in a sense. And I guess it does make sense that somebody with a rumored over 10 homicides under their belt would start killing at such a young age. So, fast forward another 2 years after Little Jeff's first homicide with his uh big brother Jay Boogie, and his childhood home gets shot up.

And he talks about this in an interview later in his adult life when he's already rapping. >> My career got shot up when I was like 14. [music] I was on stupid ass [ __ ] The bullet that [ __ ] flew like right past my face. They [music] had shot the back and the front. Then they blew the car, they set that [ __ ] on fire. [ __ ] was busting. I ain't going to lie. >> What's going on? That [ __ ] almost hit me, dog. [music] See what I'm saying, though?

[ __ ] [ __ ] like that. play a part. I got to do. >> [music] >> Just seeing that [ __ ] every day. I was seeing it every day, you see what I'm saying? So, like the everything that was going I was seeing that [ __ ] all the time. >> And just like the murder that he got wrapped up in at such an early age, this is also because of his big brother Jay Boogie. His enemies are the ones that are rumored to have done it. So, bullets [music] were flying all over the house.

And you got to remember what a like transformative time [music] that 14, 15, 16-year-old boy is, man. That's a transformational time, I'm telling you. 79th and Cottage, this is primarily where the Blood Hound's have claimed for a very long time. Right here, 79th and Langley. Turn right. So, right here, 79th and Langley. So, 2015, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 7 years later after he was 12. Uh so, he's 19 at this point, Little Jeff, is back here in his home turf on 79th Street.

We're only about 0.2 miles away from 79th and Maryland. We're on 79th and Langley. Now, before I even preface any of this, Lil Jeff's friend crew was shot on April 13th, 2021. And fast forward exactly 1 month to May 13th, 2021. And an 18-year-old by the name of Ronnie Sistrunk, street name Lil Gutta, is right here. Lil Gutta is shot in broad daylight here on 79th Street, which is not a not busy thoroughfare. It is one of the major arteries through the South Side here.

And that 1 month date, I don't think is a coincidence. As we continue to listen to more and more of Lil Jeff's music as he's starting to come out with as he is an adult now. He is very strategic about how he mentions a lot of his killings. And the exact 1 month date and only being 0.2 mi away from his block, broad daylight, left many people [music] including the Blood Hounds of all agreeing that this is Lil Jeff's doing. >> I love everything you do for the city, bro. >> I appreciate that, homie. >> I watch every [ __ ] video.

I'm like, "Man, we finally got somebody in Chicago that's doing right." >> I appreciate that, man. I don't get over to the East Side enough. I appreciate that. >> You definitely do. You be everywhere. >> Appreciate it, homie. >> This is my first time seeing the bike and I'm like, "Oh, I know that person." >> [laughter] >> Thanks, man. Super cool even though I'm doing kind of a dark documentary, people still recognize me. 79th and Cottage, this church actually bought the corner store there.

That used to be a liquor store for years, years, years. It's always been one of the South Side's most active blocks, [music] well technically East Side. And the church has bought that but it they've yet to do anything with it. Damn. Full apartment buildings just boarded up down here like entire city blocks. Damn. Damn. Thing does not have good brakes. Can't hear a thing. He's got the headphones on. No brakes. He's in his own world.

See how long I can trail him for. Full throttle, no brakes. >> What's right up? >> Huh? >> What's this? >> What's that? Save up your money, bro. >> Oh, bro, yeah. >> All right, guys, we have now arrived at not one of Little Jeff's killings, but definitely the most definitive moment in his timeline. On March 16th, 2023, a Bloodhound member by the name of Z Money was standing right here on the block of 79th and Kimbark. It's now a Dollar Tree, and the pictures though, it looked more of just an abandoned parking lot when he was shot and killed by a rival member of Trap City, and he was [music] shot 29 times.

So, it was such overkill that it really transformed the lives of not only Little Jeff, but also his cousin Q50, and not for the better. This is truly when they wanted blood. This is what they really wanted. And to put it in terms, I mean, if one of your best friends was murdered, the police aren't going to do much down here, and you still have to see these people that did it and and get mocked for it on the [music] daily, you might have a response like these guys did, too.

So, I'm just trying to humanize this a little bit, cuz this is more than just numbers. This isn't more than just back and forth and back and forth and back and forth, but this is [music] definitely the definitive moment that by all accounts turned Little Jeff into the demon that he is, and both him and Q50 both have Z Money tattooed above their eyebrows. So, it was really really serious, and you can see in multiple videos that they still throw up Z, you know, in attribute to him whenever they're talking about their current killing or their future killing or their disses.

They're doing it in the name of of Z Money. >> Z was [music] like the heart type of dude, like, you know what I'm saying? He don't do no wrong. Like, Z Z don't do no wrong. You know what I'm saying? He don't brother don't lie, he don't cheat, you know, steal. [music] Like, Z was like that at heart. So, when I lost him, it I damn, y'all just took It's like y'all didn't take a [ __ ] that was like [music] like slangin' on y'all and [ __ ] like that.

Like y'all ain't Y'all took a [ __ ] that was to heart. Like the [ __ ] cool. He He He He really ain't get to [music] [ __ ] with y'all [ __ ] Like, you know what I'm saying? He don't diss y'all. Uh I'm doing the life and death of a rapper named Little Jeff. Do you guys know him? So you guys know you're in his territory right now. Blood Hounds, all this [ __ ] Okay, yeah. I just I just left over on 79th and Maryland and I'm kind of talking about his short death and uh kind of you know, a lot of the crimes around the gangs.

You guys know any Blood Hound members? No. Well, good to see you guys again, man. Maybe I'll see you back at Chipotle. What are y'all's names? Travares? Christian? And what? Anthony. Good to meet you guys. Cool. So many kids recognize us. So I guess this is a good time to bring in Q 50 who's still a rapper, still alive, and still very much active within the drill scene. Now is in this later part of 2023. There's no address associated with this and I really do kind of want to dive into this one as well.

The Q50 was shot and seriously wounded. However, he self-cared. Now, why do I want to talk about this so much? Because I know guys that have done this. I've heard of it for years and I really think it skews the numbers here in Chicago of just how bad it really is that they self-treat. A lot of guys will self-treat when they get hit. Obviously, there's no address, there's no times, there's no locations, there's no nothing like that.

However, these are still young guys getting shot and they're just too afraid to go to the hospital for whatever reasons, whether it's medical bills or they don't want it to be reported. So, it's it's pretty obvious at this point now that the Blood Houndz Drill City has some real real enemies. Not only did their best friend get shot 29 times, but now your cousin just got shot and is self-treating himself. So, more and more of this anger [music] is really starting to build.

More blood is about to get spilled down here on the south and east sides of Chicago. That's that's for sure. Ambulance number nine there is probably going to go, what is that? West bound? Yeah, to try to get that patient to the University of Chicago. That's where a lot of the trauma victims here in the south and east side end up at. I've always said this guys, this is such a telltale sign of how a neighborhood is doing.

How are your churches [music] doing? I know I've said this in many hoodies. I know I've said this in many of my videos, but if your [music] churches are boarded up and no one's attending church anymore, it's never a good sign for the rest of the neighborhood. If your neighborhood believes in [music] God, they believe in repercussions for all one's actions. I'm not just talking. I'm I'm being I'm being real here guys.

I'm being real. The most violent neighborhoods in Chicago time and time again have boarded up churches. I've observed it. I'm telling you. What are we listening to? Triple 3 Blood Houndz Lil Jeff. And I guess my bike changed. I'm not listening to that for no reason and I'm not on this bike now for no reason. As you know, this is a multi-day vlog. Lil Jeff was not just a killer within Chicago in the Chicagoland area. We have to make a little road trip out of this and go a little bit to our neighbor north to the city of Milwaukee.

Remember the last time I was up there in Milwaukee on this thing I had an absolute blast, but this time it's strictly business, it's strictly documentary and it is about an hour and a half 2-hour long ride up there. Multiple multiple multiple bodies have been linked to Blood Hound Lil Jeff and the Blood Hounds in general in Milwaukee and some of their close ties to it. I feel like I wouldn't do true justice if I did not make the trip up to Milwaukee on this and bring you to a couple of the homicide scenes as one of them is a triple homicide, a triple homicide and that's why triple three in in his music is not a coincidence.

A lot of the [ __ ] he says and same thing with Q50 is not a coincidence and we're going to talk a little bit about that today and yeah, make that long long road trip up there. $111 for 17 gallons. God, dude, I hope you're having a better day. That sucks. Do I want a car wash today? No. Yeah, as I was listening to a couple songs on the way up here, literally said, "They go to the mill for dough." Looks like a storm's coming.

I already I'm rolling with it. It is what it is. There's the Haribo gummy bear factory. That's where they make all your gummy bears. If you're a gummy bear person, I'm particularly not. I don't like gummy worms, sour worms, gummy bears. I'm just I'm not into it. I don't know. Coming into downtown Milwaukee here, man. I always say Milwaukee is like a mini Chicago, and it really is, man. All the the homes are made of brick.

They just got a Harley-Davidson Museum and they're the home of Harley, which is sick. These clouds do not look promising, and I am very far away from home. Oh, it feels nice to stand up. Look at how beautiful their downtown is, man. It's so sick. There it is, 1903, the Harley-Davidson Museum, right out there. And look at all the huge steeples on Catholic churches. Passing those is about where as we're about to go come in on our first trip to homicide.

Not our last murder here in Milwaukee, either. Spoiler alert. Spoiler alert, I know we're we're into this video already, but spoiler alert, there's more. After a triple murder in Milwaukee, there's more. Here we are, Silver Spring Drive. We are in North Milwaukee right now. Oh, the traction control's on. Was that gay? Go to clutch it up, man, and it just slams down. Like, come on, man. We need to We need to make America and motorcycles like People, if you want to get a 800 horsepower car, there's no There's no traction control.

If you want a 200 horsepower bike, no, there's no wheelie control. Just You got to You got to learn some control. I hate I hate a computer telling me that I don't know what I'm doing. Nothing worse. Nothing is worse. Ducati boy, love it. It's a rough ass road. Little abandoned gas station there, huh? Nature's taking that one back. And this thing's got the auto brakes, too. I only have this speed sensor plugged in when I want my uh cruise control to work.

I'm not saying don't have a gun for the times you can. Most of the time you can deescalate. As we're going to the scene of a triple paid hit, right here, 54th and Mill. Oh, rough section of Milwaukee up here, to be honest. Before I even start talking to I want to put on my windbreaker, cuz it is getting cold.

Definitely eerie being at this one, but uh let me tell you about it. It is [music] March 27th, 2023. Anthony Thomas, Terrence McKinney, and Clarence Harris were all within this residence here on 54th and Mill in the city of Milwaukee. Now, the Blood Hound's were only after uh one of these guys, however, the other two were just uh collateral damage that were within the residence at the time. Obviously, the Blood Hound's have connections here to Milwaukee, [music] couple of the street gangs here, couple of rappers.

Obviously, have a strong loyalty towards these guys. So much so that Lil Jeff and one other shooter came here and [music] uh did their first paid hit here in Milwaukee. And man, I hope it was worth it cuz the gas prices uh are crazy and that was a long-ass drive up here. And those guys are even farther south of Chicago than me, so I can only guess it was like a 2-hour drive just to come up here, kill a couple guys here, or kill three guys here, and then head back.

Drug dealing was 100% the motive here. I don't know if they were rival drug dealers, someone owed someone money. However, uh drug dealing was known even to the authorities [music] to be a problem here. Uh so much so that the Milwaukee police had to make a comment on it saying that your life isn't worth more or less to us just because you're in the illicit drug trade. These apartment buildings definitely remind me a lot of the South and West Side apartments as well.

They're like a little 4x4x4x4 units in them. See those doors up there? And they're really common section 8 housing within our city and I can only imagine Milwaukee is not that much different. Milwaukee's story is very similar to ours in a lot of ways. And I just definitely eerie being here. Just cuz this only happened a couple years ago, less than uh less than 3 years ago, so kind of crazy. >> The case involving three men shot and killed execution style at an apartment in Milwaukee is still unsolved.

Two of the victims were brothers. And detectives say [music] it's going to take the whole community to get this killer off the streets. >> They said they taking hits out of Milwaukee. I seen Lil Jeff and them say it. Like they like the kids who got killed at the school. Two kids got killed at school in Chicago. Nobody knew who did it. I'm talking about the next the next 40 minutes, you will see Lil Jeff emerge on Instagram, YouTube, and that I did it.

All right, yeah, it's crazy, man. Like they they just pop up. That's how you know who killing people cuz they going to admit to it. And at least in Chicago. I'm taking >> [music] >> the killing school. Class start next week. You got to at least have like you got to at least have [music] two bodies though. But I ain't coming with no You ain't got [ __ ] I can't work with no beginners. Oh. You got to at least have a You got to at least have them two.

I'm going to give y'all two minimum of two. I'm going to start at two minimum cuz y'all know I'm going to start at two minimum. Now, I'm just doing it for for tradition. I'm going to start it at two minimum, man. Two You got to have a minimum of two. No, anything [music] You got to have two. You got to have minimum of two of them [ __ ] to come to school. You going to sit your dumb ass in this seat and whatever I say, do it.

Thank you. All right, guys. And talk about a real road trip. Now that we are back from Milwaukee, if you can't tell, I filmed this over multiple days. We are doing a road trip down to Sauk Village, which is far south suburb here in Chicago. Sauk Village is I believe in the county, but definitely not part of the city of Chicago. We have to go over 200 mi south to 223rd Street for this next one. And I don't know how much more of a confirmed murder we have than this one.

I'll turn this back on when we're almost there because I have such a far way to go. And to be honest, I have been running through GoPro batteries during this. So, what the hell is that? Charles >> S-10. >> What the It got a steering wheel? It got gas pedals? >> Brakes, gas. >> Oh, that's a car. Oh, hell no. Old Sauk Village, I haven't been down here in forever, man. One of those ghetto South Suburbs. I'll tell you what, we got a lot of them here.

I really mean that, too. It's a beautiful, beautiful place. We used to have a parking lot that we all used to practice at around here. There it is. Wow, guys. That's all I can say is just wow. It's kind of eerie to be here now, and it's all boarded up and stuff, too. April 9th, [music] 2023, a young man by the name of Pierre Bowser, aka Little Po, age 19, is shot multiple times right here in his front lawn on 223rd Street in Sauk Village.

Little Po had many enemies from the East Side of Chicago, and it is a direct highway shot there. It's about 20 minutes outside the city here. And Sauk Village, Ford Heights, Dolton, Phoenix, a lot of these South Suburbs are in pretty rough shape, even by city standards. And he had multiple enemies from the East Side of Chicago, and Little Jeff was one of them. I was told that the shooter snuck up on him and shot him multiple times here in his front lawn.

And now, why can we say, without a shadow of a doubt, this one, and I don't know how he never got charged for it, was him, is that he admitted to it on Instagram. He said in his comments, people were asking, "Why Po? Why did What did he do to anybody?" And Little Jeff quite literally just said, "Dis dis Z." aka Zmoney, who obviously has a very soft spot in the hearts of both Q50 and Little Jeff, and the rest of the Blood Hounds.

This is literally a reason that they're creating a bloodbath is because of of Z. So, to diss him and you know, think that you're safe down here in the suburbs, they're really trying to prove a point that you're not safe anywhere. And I think as all these continue to stack up, I think it's showing that, whether you're in Milwaukee, the West Side, the South Side, the suburbs, you're you can get touched, and that was their their motive throughout all of this.

When I'm stopped here, and I don't know why I forgot and I haven't said anything about it. Shout out to TST Industries for sending me the mirror block offs for this S1000. Kind of weird not having mirrors on the highway with it now, but it's beautiful and obviously I already had a fender eliminator on this bike when I got it, but it had mirrors on it. So, you know what I do need is a new tire from Miss Guided. Definitely suggest you guys get them from Miss Guided as well.

I'm going to pop my helmet and eat this green apple next to my green bike right here where Lil Po was killed a couple years ago. Kind of eerie. Once again, we're back at these crime scenes and it's just, you know, talking about them and putting faces to them and then being here and then telling you their last moments on their last dying day is just kind of eerie, but I got an apple to eat and I've been holding on to this one obviously.

Not bad. Apple a day keeps the doctor away. That's what they say. Really does match my bike pretty well. All right, I took off my helmet there and walked around the back by the garage. And a window right there, there's someone literally living in that house like with a sleeping bag on the ground and they were just like staring at me. Some like young black chick. She saw me going and throwing my apple and take a pee. Wonder if I could cut through that to get on the highway.

What do you guys think? Taking my BMW off-roading big time. So, this is as far south as we are going to go. Sauk Village. Obviously we're far as hell south and the farthest north we're going to go is Milwaukee. So, put those on a map and look at the kind of space we're talking about with all these murders, man. Look at [music] the space. Look at the ground covered. It's It's immense. It's immense. We are heading once again back north obviously back to the city, back to the east side where we will pick up on yet another one of his killings.

BMW is not a great road trip bike. I don't know why I picked this bike. Probably cuz it gets me everywhere really fast. I can go really fast on the highway. I like that. Walk in peace. Stop the killing, please. Walk safely. [music] Whose Whose damn phone number is that? Apple pay me. What the hell? >> [laughter] >> The exit was too much now. >> Yeah. Stopping the killing is one thing, but Apple [music] paying you what?

This guy walking down the damn middle of the street in a winter hat. Oh, it's a girl. Hey, how are you doing? So, let's jump on this beautiful Dan Ryan in rush hour traffic. I'm sure we'll have no none. Woo! Hey, we got booster Bobby. You know how we're moving? Oh, I lost Bobby Boosters.

Booster Bobby. This spot, man, of the merge of the Dan Ryan, 290, and the 90 off of the north. What is it called? The Jane Bryant Interchange. Yeah, look at that. Look at that. You're just You're [ __ ] Yo! Dude, the state troopers are on me. They're trying to pull me over right now. Yeah, I'm I just did. I just did. I think I'm good. I THINK I'M GOOD. YOU KNOW HOW WE'RE MOVING? SUPER slow some real slow work. Now, this neighborhood is an outlier 1,000%.

It's an outlier. This is a Little Italy. This is gentrified. This is safe. This is take a white girl to get some Italian ice. [music] This is This is nice. Little Italy's nice. Speaking of white girls and Italian ice, Mario's. Come on. Look around at this damn neighborhood. Where are we? Taylor Street. Where's the cookie spot? I know I've been there it is. Insomniac Cookies. I've been in this exact location multiple times.

So this one hits close to home in a different way, too. Taylor Street. I mean I I I frequent down here. A lot of people do. National Public Housing Museum right there as well. I forgot that they they kept this open. This is literally a museum of public housing and how it is, you know, grown and failed here in the city of Chicago. It's right there. But let's get back into this. Lil' Jeff. One of his most prolific homicides, for sure.

One that got most of the news coverage. One that got the most news coverage, I should say. It was June 25th, 2023. Jalil Gowens, age 19, was right here in front of this Insomniac Cookies at 8:55 p.m. He was in the back of an Uber. That's when a gunman approached [music] the vehicle and shot Jalil Gowens multiple times. As many as 20, witnesses here said. Now, Jalil was a little bit different than everyone else. He had close ties and was a part of Project Hood, an anti-violence movement here in the city of Chicago.

And to just be sitting out in your Uber waiting for your cookies to be done and get run up on like that is absolutely insane. >> Chicago police investigating a fatal shooting yesterday evening. 19-year-old Jalil Gowens was pronounced dead at Rush University Medical Center. But [music] police and nearby residents tell us the incident began in the 1300 block of West Taylor Street, where Gowens was a passenger in a rideshare and was shot.

Then the rideshare driver drove [music] Gowens to the hospital. >> I knew it was shots. And like I said, I was in my bedroom and I kind of ran like on the side of my bedroom on the other side of the wall, cuz you know, bullets don't have eyes. I thought that was it. I thought that was it. >> And the Uber driver actually rushed him to the Rush hospital, which the medical district is very close to here. If you were to get shot anywhere in the city, this is where you'd want to be.

And uh and he still passed. Uber driver said that he did his best to get there as fast as he could, but uh just was not fast enough. >> I was running the stop signs and intersections to get away. So, at one intersection I had to stop it cuz there was a car coming through, and then I turned to him and say, "Hey, I'm going to take you to the hospital." And he's, you know, he said okay. Then, the next time I stopped, I had to stop at the light because there was two cars coming through the intersection, so I couldn't run it immediately.

And um I looked back then, and you know, he was he wasn't moving anymore. >> Police have [music] not made any arrest in this shooting. >> And ever since then, Lil Jeff has rapped multiple times about catching catching someone in a fishbowl, catching a body in a in a fishbowl, aka an untinted vehicle, like [music] an Uber. He approached on foot and fired into the back of the Uber and the side of the Uber, and uh yeah, he really wanted Lil dead.

The whole thing is just uh very very eerie. I mean, 9:00 on Taylor Street is a busy place to be. You literally see the Italian flags and stuff. Like, this is as gentrified as gentrified gets here in Chicago, people. This is nice. >> And obviously, like like we've said in the past, this rap has made it into multiple uh tracks of his. And a lot of, you know, listeners and fans don't really know that the dark truth behind these raps is just that, it's the truth.

Like, Lil Jeff's actually [music] out here murdering people and then rapping about it. Now, I know you guys at home might be thinking, "How can you be so callous about this and just talk about this?" And it does happen day in day out here. However, I just think I I I've known that Lil Jeff was killing even when he was alive, and it just kind of surprised me that he never did get picked up on any of these charges, you know?

No one ever did a a thorough investigation, so it was just kind of everyday life that, "Hey, there's there's a there's a rapper in our city that is, you know, that's that's what he's doing. He's really killing people." And to this day, there's multiple young guys doing the same exact thing. They really are. But I'm not going to say anything cuz I mean, once again, they're they're living. [music] Lil Lil Jeff and the Blood Houndz, most are inactive now or or dead.

It just is what it is. It's the reality of living here in Chicago. What's gas up to? $5.99 for regular? Oh, that's sick. That's sick. All right, guys, welcome back to Milwaukee and welcome back to Pan America. I know you guys were back in Chicago with the S1000 for just a little bit there, but welcome back to Milwaukee. Or how does Tommy G say it? Milwaukee, Milwaukee, Milwaukee, baby. Milwaukee, Milwaukee, baby. We are right back here just a couple months later.

This is it, 58th and Fairmont. Yep, cool. Got a beautiful RV and some nice trees. Very nice. So guys, we are up here on our second contract killing. Well, I guess [music] this would be the fourth contract killing that Little Jeff and the Blood Hound have picked up at this point. Their [music] ties to Milwaukee have just grown stronger over time now. The Milwaukee guys trust them a lot more to take care of their dirty work and out-of-town shooters is very good for guys that are in town because the police are not looking for out-of-town shooters.

They're not looking for guys from Chicago. Why would a guy from Chicago come up here and kill people that he has no ties to? [music] Well, that's that's really good for guys that are in conflict with with other gangs. If you ever seen that movie Four Brothers, he's like, I asked for out-of-town shooters. What did I get? In-town shooters. What do I got? In-town cops, in-town problems. It's It's true. So here we are on his second batch [music] of our contract killings.

On September 4th, 2023, 18-year-old Clifton C. Penn Jr., aka Mook, was shot and killed [music] right here on this corner. Now, I do want to just say this is kind of a side note, the Blood Hounds acted as a unit, so it's really hard to say for certain if Little Jeff was the trigger man on this trip to Milwaukee, >> [music] >> but even the guys that paid them admitted Jeff was spinning often here in Milwaukee. So what do I say when the Blood Hounds worked as a unit?

I mean, [music] when they came up here both times, it was multiple shooters. Just like that last one that was up here, the triple homicide, there was multiple shooters. There was two shooters, Little Jeff and an unknown accomplice. This time, there's two other shooters, presumably Little Jeff and two other accomplices. They get their money, they get to go back to Chicago. The Milwaukee guys are happy, Chicago guys are happy, and yeah, that's what they get to do.

They get to go right back home. Kitty's coming home from school. Kind of crazy cuz we're talking about kids killing kids. I mean, these are teenagers. A lot of these guys are are teenagers that are killing and doing the killing, and it's just kind of sad. So, if you want to connect the 58th and Fairmont where I just were to what was that, 54th and Mill on a map, you can see that these are really close together. Obviously, whoever was paying for these hits, these are rivals within their own neighborhood.

These guys are close together, especially here in the city of Milwaukee. And it is always a little bit more personal when we're there at the place that it actually happened instead of me just being down in Chicago saying, "Oh, yeah, well, this happened here, too." Same reason we went all the way to Sack Village and down to All Galt Gardens and all over the Southside. Like, it's just other YouTubers aren't actually boots on the ground like this and showing you, "Okay, it happened here at this time to this person." [music] It's just a little bit more personal.

And also, we're showing you on a map how far away all this stuff is from one another, and it's pretty incredibly far. Oh, mini Chicago, Milwaukee. I love coming up here for the Harley rallies, man. I know I'm not talking about Little Jeff right now, but and the Blood Hound, but I do love coming up here to Milwaukee, the home of Harley. It's just always a good time. Every time we do stunt shows here come on a ride here, it's it's always fun.

It It has Chicago's same story in a lot of ways, you know, a rust belt city that has a little bit of forgotten forgotten factory workers. And And they both were a part of the Great Migration for a lot of African-Americans in the early 1900s. And they're also both sanctuary cities for illegal immigrants now. So, same same, but different. Chicago's better, by the way. Crazy, man. Over 2 and 1/2 hour ride home. Oh my god.

I almost feel like we're in a suburb. >> So, here we are in November of 2023. >> More [music] so, November 1st. >> It is a snowy night here on the 8300 block of South Dorchester. >> We're currently in the Grand Crossing neighborhood here on the East Side of Chicago, >> which has consistently been one of the most >> violent neighborhoods here, always ranking in the top 10. >> It is also home to O'Block. >> However, we are [music] more than a couple miles south of it.

We're right on the border. >> A young man, Dinardo Buford, aka D Money, [music] 19 at the time, >> and a woman by the name of Money, >> 25 years old, formerly known as >> Dezari McGee, >> a close friend of STL and [music] EBT FBG set, >> are sitting in a parked car >> right here. >> Now, this is a quiet block even during the day, but I could not imagine how quiet this would be at 12:39 in the morning. >> And there's an old saying here in Chicago that the most dangerous >> place to be in the city, and I know there's going to be guys that are already >> murmuring it [music] right now, >> is in a parked car, >> especially at night, >> which really kind of, >> you know, >> adds to the eeriness of >> this.

A quiet street, [music] >> parked in their car, >> just total situational awareness gone, >> and >> gave two shooters, >> Jeff >> and an unknown Blood Hound gang member, >> the time to come up >> and shoot and kill >> both of them. >> Execution style in their parked car. Definitely eerie, man, cuz a lot of the times we're talking about some of these killings, it's at least a couple years old. I mean, I feel like I can remember um seeing a lot of these ones on the news here.

A lot of the times if you if you watch the news here in Chicago, you you do just kind of get consumed in the numbers of it, but to put faces and people to every single one of these, and then, you know, know the overlaying story of who's doing this and why and the motives, and on top of that, just the method of all of it is just a little bit different. It's absolutely beautiful block down here in Grand Crossing. I don't see any boarded-up houses.

All the All the lawns are mowed. It's really nice. Even got a block club down here. 8300 South Dante Avenue. Block Club [music] welcomes you. Families and neighbors working together. Please drive slowly. This is a neighborhood watch area. We call police. All right, guys, and his last confirmed uh double homicide is downtown Chicago. Before Little Jeff meets his maker, he does commit a double homicide of two high school kids downtown.

I'll turn this thing off, man, since we're back in Chicago. That was fun. We haven't done many wheelies this vlog, huh? This vlog's been all business. Yeah, this one definitely threw me cur- for a curveball when uh when Chicago police confirmed that this was Little Jeff. Postmortem, post his death, they confirmed that this was Little Jeff. Got to turn on my fan. Yeah. Thanks, bro. Thank you. You said Pan Am? Yes. Here it is, man.

It really doesn't get any more downtown than that. That's literally the Bean in front of you. All right, guys. It is January 24th, 2024. 2 years ago, I remember this one all over the news cuz of how brazen it is. We are downtown as it gets, and they're high schoolers. Robert Boston, age 16, and Monterio [music] Williams, age 17, around 12:30 p.m. So, noon. Outside of Innovations High School, the shooting occurred in the first block of North Wabash Avenue, a couple blocks from Millennium Park.

And I think what makes this one probably the most like outlandish to me is that Lil Jeff went live on Instagram in the same exact outfit that he just did the shooting in in the getaway vehicle on Instagram. It was believed to be three shooters, as you can see from the surveillance footage right here, involved in this incident. However, only one has been arrested because one cannot be able to be identified, and the other one died in June 2024, which we will get to right after this.

That is Mr. Lil Jeff. So, kind of crazy that 2025 fast forward, you know, postmortem of the rapper, that CPD confirms that this was him. But, it was a full year and some change investigation, and the guy literally went live in the same outfit. >> Got to go after that one. Poof. I came [music] back. Poof. I'm with them [ __ ] though. >> Downtown, they always say do not do your dirt downtown cuz they will find you. They will get you.

And on top of that, you're killing kids, which is is crazy. But, even the teachers at school knew these kids were in confrontation with people. But, look at that. We were on the corner, and look at that, Millennium Park. It doesn't get any more downtown than this, people. >> [music] >> Body, I stay [singing] strong on your love all the time. [singing] >> [music] >> Guys got a car battery. All right, guys. We're going to head to the South Side where this story, unfortunately for you, but fortunately for all little little Jeff's ops, fortunately does end.

So, let's head down to Rhodes Avenue where all this came to a pretty crazy conclusion. Here goes some blood on little Jeff for you. I'm a fan of the music. That is I mean, I want that to to resonate in this video, too. I'm a fan of the music. I love Chicago music. I really do. [ __ ] trenches. [ __ ] trenches take my car. Woo! What is this? My third rapper serial killer? I mean, King Von, Pluto, now little Jeff. I think little Jeff is probably the most notorious.

At least for my age group. I mean, King Von or little Jeff, yeah. What the [ __ ] is that? There's literally just a Dodge Challenger abandoned in the middle of the street. Only Chicago, man. Challenger ditched in the middle of Marquette with the anti-lock still on it. Can you see that? Look at that. You kidding me? What the [ __ ] Saint Lawrence, STLEBT. This is FBG Duck territory over here, guys. We're pretty close to O Block, too.

We're on Saint Lawrence and Marquette. And we are coming to the end of this story. And what is the end of this story? It's a story as old as time. You live by the sword, you will die by the sword. This place, Rhodes Food, shut down. Everything on this block is shut down. Live by the sword, die by the sword, and Lil Jeff really did do that, didn't he? He really did. There's the camera that got it. June 8th, 2024. [music] Yes, less than 2 years ago.

He was 21 at the time of death. Lil Jeff and multiple shooters from Blood Hound were here looking for members of Trap City. [music] They saw a man on the porch here on the 6600 block of South Rhodes Ave. Still a very active block to this day. Multiple shooters including Lil Jeff exited the vehicle and began shooting at this man. However, when shots began to return back from the house and the porch, the rest of the shooters retreated.

Lil Jeff did not. Lil Jeff ran towards the sound of the gun into gunfire. It just kind of tells you, I mean, that's that's that's what makes a good Marine. I feel like I'm reading like a citation. Ran into the face of gunfire and was shot multiple times right here and killed. 21 years old and so much destruction of the city and the cycle just continues on. Was it all worth it? I'm not sure. What would you say? The man who shot and killed Lil Jeff was cleared of all charges as this was mutual combat.

Pretty eerie being here, man. Lots of boarded up homes down here, man. This is uh Grand Crossing still or it's still only a couple blocks from O Block, but just an area that's been fought over viciously um for decades now. And speaking of mutual combat, it really does remind me of a story that happened in Miss Guy this neighborhood a lot later than this. This is only a year and a half ago this guy was cleared, but in Miss Guy this neighborhood in Austin, there was uh a full-on gunfight which pretty much same thing.

Uh shooters in multiple cars rolled up on guys on a porch and uh the shooting started and no one was charged as it was uh declared mutual combat, self-defense, whatever you want to call it, and no one was charged, which is really crazy. Lil Jeff and Q50 and multiple other reps rap about this block in particular, how they're firing it up, how there's so much shootings on it, and uh you can't even come on this block cuz they keep firing it up.

So, guys, [music] in the end, I'm still down here on Rhodes. I just pulled off the block just cuz there was a lot of traffic down Rhodes. Is it all really worth it? I mean, we have to ask ourselves that not only as just a city but as as a whole culture and community. Is it worth it? You know, the back and forth and back and forth and back and forth until someone dies. Lil Jeff is a shining example of, like I said, live by the sword, die by the sword.

Part of me that finds humility in him, finds a soft spot, finds some of me in him. He runs [music] towards the sound of the gun. He's very faithful to his towards his brothers and I get it. I I I truly [music] understand it but, you know, looking at the larger picture and now as I've gotten older and stuff, is it worth it? No. No, these blocks [music] have have been fought over for decades and nothing's really changed.

So, I do love the music that has come out of the city of Chicago, obviously. Still a connoisseur of it.
