If you're working a full-time job, you might be feeling some FOMO, especially because you see all these people online supposedly building profitable side hustles using Claude and AI. But when I took a look at these videos, most of these side hustles people recommend aren't realistic and are really just a complete waste of time. I even saw this YouTube video the other day where somebody recommended you should get some random jobs on TaskRabbit, and that honestly sounds worse than a 9-5 job. You see, the goal of a side hustle is not to just make some extra cash on the weekend. That's thinking way too small.
You should be thinking about how to build a real sustainable business while working your 9-5 job. [music] And eventually, your side hustle grows enough to become your main hustle. Now, personally, I've done this myself. Years ago, I used to be a six-figure tech sales rep working in Silicon Valley, but I didn't like the idea of working for another person.
And so, I left it all and built my business online here in Vietnam. And so far, I'm at over 400,000 YouTube subscribers, and I make over $100,000 per month in profit. And the best part is really I have the freedom to work and live wherever I want as long as I have an internet connection and a laptop. I've even replicated this process to my clients. Brandon, for example, was a 9-5 employee, and within 30 days of working with me, he was able to sign three clients and get to $10,000 per month for his content marketing agency.
So, if you're trying to start something online, now is the best time. Only in the last couple of months, Claude and AI really became a thing. So, this is your chance to break into the industry because AI is a playing field. Nobody even knows what they're talking about. So, in this video, I want to share with you what I believe is some of the best AI side hustles that you can get started with today. I'm going to break down each one in specific detail so you can figure out whether it's a good fit for you.
And I'm also going to show you what you need to do in order to get your first paying client for each one of these side hustles. But before we go down the list, I want to break down exactly what makes a good AI side hustle. Now, as a YouTuber myself, I watch all these side hustle videos, and I'm going want with you what are the common problems that I see where even if you watch other people's videos, you're going to be like, wait, this doesn't even make sense.
So, the first problem I see is that a lot of people who recommend side hustles, they have real no validation for the idea that they recommend. They're not really checking if people actually need it or are willing to pay for it. It's almost like they just used claw to build a random list and they're just like talking some nonsense to the camera. The other problem they have is a lot of these side hustles don't really have that long-term business thinking.
It's just really like quick money, make money on the weekend kind of thing. And a lot of times these side gigs are worse than a 9-5 job. And when these people are sharing these side hustles, they don't even have a clear way you can get clients, right? Like, how are you going to get someone to pay for these services? They don't even tell you and they're just like essentially farming you guys for views. So, the side hustles that I want to share with you are a little bit different in a couple ways.
Number one, all the ideas I'm going to recommend are proven. Meaning, I've done it myself, my team has done it, or they are things that I'm looking to hire for or my friends are hiring for, right? So, there's actually real demand in the market. We're not reinventing the wheel, okay? We're just being early and capitalizing on the opportunity. Number two, all the ideas I'm going to give you have the potential to become a real long-term business.
So, they're ideas that people have already been doing for a while before AI, but now because of AI, it just makes it so much [music] easier. And I'm going to also going to show you a clear path to your first client for every single idea. So, I'll show you exactly what steps to take, how to reach out, how much to charge, all that stuff. And ideally, you want to get your first client [music] within 60 days. Now, we're going to use a scorecard to rate every single one of these side hustles on a scale of one to five.
And the variables that we're going to use is number one, ease. How easy is it for you to get started even if you are beginner with no experience. Speed is how fast can you get your first paying client. Validated is real people are already making money with this thing, so you're not reinventing the wheel. Next is competition, so how crowded is it, right? So, the more stars there are, the less saturated, meaning the more blue ocean, better it is for you.
And number five, long-term, you know, can this grow into a real business that can replace a 9-5? So, each side hustle is going to get a score out of 25, but don't take it as like total truth, right? You have to really think about whether these side hustles is a good fit for your skills, knowledge, and experience, okay? So, what might be good for you might not be good for another person, right? So, you really have to take that into account.
The first side hustle we're going to cover is going to be AI ads for Meta. So, when I say Meta, I primarily mean running ads for Facebook and Instagram. So, the opportunity is that there's a ton of brands right now that are running ads, but they can't really scale because they need to generate hundreds or even thousands of ads and do a lot of ad spend, and their team just doesn't have the capacity to make all these ads [music] at that level.
And this is where you come in. You can use tools like Claude and Hixfield, which I'll show you in a second, to generate these ads pretty easily. [music] So, how does AI do the work? Well, you use Claude for the ideas, the hooks, the angles, and you use Hixfield for the images and the videos. And how would you even get started? So, if I was selling this, what I would do is I would go on Facebook ad library, I would find brands that are spending money on ads, but they don't run too many ads, right?
Maybe they only have like a couple dozen. And then, I would make them samples of ads that I believe they can run and hit up the ad manager, the founder, whoever is the decision maker at the company, and see if they need my help. And I could charge maybe 1 to 5,000 dollars, even more, depending on the skill, the scale, and the brand itself, right? So, I'll give you a live demonstration of how I would think about this.
So, let's say I found this company called Work Louder, and they basically do these keyboards and other like peripherals for, you know, computers essentially, right? So, it's like, all right, pretty sick, you know, this is a hot brand that's like kind of trendy a little bit, right? And what I notice is if you go on Meta, you go on Facebook ad library, which is free, you can see how many ads this particular company is running.
The worldwide ads for this company, they're only running 20 ads total, just 20. Why only 20? Now, what I want to do is I go to their competitors, right? So, the bigger brands that sell something similar. So, I'll go to a competitor like Razer, right? They're running 700 ads. So, you see like all these different variations that they're running. So, if the company I want to work with is only running 20 and their competitor's running 700, clearly there's an opportunity for them to create more ads and spend more money.
So, all I need to do to create this ad is I open up my Claude, okay? I'm using Claude to work and I would say, "Hey, use Higgsfield MCP and make me a bunch of Instagram static ads about this keyboard." I put in the link, right? I don't even have to copy any images. Then I'll say, "Hey, you do the research on other keyboard brands, see what they're doing." So, Higgsfield is essentially a software that creates all these images.
I would say it's better than Claude when it comes to generating like these kind of 3D images and videos. Claude is pretty good for design, but when it gets more complex, Higgsfield is what I typically use. So, you see like it's generating all these different images, right? And then what I do is like, "All right, we have like these 3D designs, but it's not quite an ad quite yet." So, I'm going to say, "Hey, go on to these ad libraries and then take inspiration from some of their best ads and generate my version of it for this brand." So, I basically gave it Razer's ad library.
So, Claude is going to look through all the stuff, see which ads seem like they're performing based on how long they've been running, and then it's just going to like copy them essentially or take inspiration and just apply it [music] to a different brand. And so, just from using that process, doing it all inside Claude, we generate these two static ads, [music] right? So, basically I took the images from the website, combined it with the ad that's already working from another company, and then it made these, right?
Stop scrolling, shipping one tap, whatever, okay? And so, if I took these samples, which I already know are proven to work for the other brand, and I go to this brand and say, "Hey, I think you could be doing so much better. You only have like 20, you know, three ads running. Like, what if we can pump that to, you know, hundreds and test different creative? Here, I've already made five samples for you to see if that's something you would like." And if they like it, they're going to be like, "Wow, dude, this guy actually did a lot of work.
Let's get on a call with him." By the way, if you want to do this for yourself, I actually put a link in the description for you to try Higgsfield. They're actually running a promo where if you sign up before July 31st, for 24 hours you're going to have unlimited access to all their top models for free. Now, let's get into the scorecard for these AI ads for Meta. The ease to start, I would say it's a three. You still need to understand ads, you still need to learn how to generate images on Higgsfield, but once you get the ball rolling it's going to be much easier, right?
The speed to your first client, because it takes a little while to learn these skill sets, let's I'll give it a three out of five. Validated 100%, I know people need this, even I [music] need this for myself for my business, so 100 five out of five validated. Competition, I would say it's a three. There are other people that do it, but it's kind of new though, so maybe it's a three or four I would say, uh just because not a lot of people are doing this at scale of AI.
Long-term career out of this, five out of five, like this is going to be around for a while, people are always going to be running ads. So, if you develop these skill sets, you will be in business for a long time. And by the way, if you're watching this and you still need a little help figuring out which business [music] idea is for you, I actually have a free gift for you. I created a custom Claude skill called the business idea generator, where it's going to ask you a series of questions and you fill it out using your skills, knowledge, and experience, and then with that it's going to recommend some of the best AI side hustles specifically [music] for you.
And at the end you're going to get a full business plan on exactly what to sell, who to sell it to, and what price you should charge. So, if you want to get the free Claude skill business idea generator, click the link in the description, it only takes 10 seconds to install, and enjoy. Now, if you want something a little bit easier, uh the next idea I'm going to show you is AI ghostwriting. So, the big opportunity here is that founders want to build their personal brands, but they don't have time, especially the successful ones.
So, they need someone to write content in their voice, whether it's on X, LinkedIn, uh email, Twitter, wherever there's copywriting. AI does a lot of the work in this scenario because basically if you get the founder's voice, maybe you get all their YouTube videos or you get their interviews, right? And then you can train your Claude, your AI, to write in their voice and clone their style. And then they can maybe get like 60, 70% there, and then you want to put that human touch to get it all the way 100% there, right?
I'll even share with you how I do this for myself. So, when I'm writing my YouTube scripts, and any copywriting really, I have a database on Notion actually, right? Doesn't even have to be complicated. Notion is good enough. If you just have an idea of what good is, transcripts of your YouTube videos, your style, your top performers, and it breaks it down, your personal stories, elements around your personal brand, client success stories, who your ideal avatar is.
That's pretty much all it is, right? So, if I was ghostwriting for someone, I would collect all this data on each founder so that every time I use my Claude, it plugs into my Notion, and I can write in their voice. And I can tell you, as someone who writes their own videos and has 400,000 subscribers on YouTube, this method is probably the easiest method to get started, and it's really cheap to get started as well. Now, if you're trying to get your first client, it's pretty simple.
All you would do is you would need to find founders who are on X or LinkedIn who posts consistently, but are really bad at creating content and getting engagement. The key is to find someone who is able and willing to buy. Meaning, their business has to already make money, so I would not recommend going for like real estate agents or solo entrepreneur or coaches. They usually don't have that much money. Go for people with bigger businesses because they want to build their brands, but they're just not good at the content side, right?
And what you can charge for this, depending on skill level, you know, I've seen people charge $500 a month, which is pretty low, but I've seen people charge 2K, 3K a month for this. [music] And sometimes, if you're really good, you could charge a percentage of profit based on the clients [music] that you bring in the door. So, scorecard for this, the ease to get started, if you do it the right way, like what I just showed you, like with the Notion database and all that, I would give it a four cuz Claude does a lot of work for you, but you need to train yourself and understand like what is good copywriting.
The speed to get started, it's a five, you know, it's one of the fastest things you can do cuz a Claude is really good at copywriting, and you're just creating like texts, right? Validated, this is something people have been doing for a while before AI, like out of five. Competition, three out of five, you know, there are people doing it, so [music] you still have to compete, but once you get pretty good, there's always room for great.
Yeah, long-term success of this, there are agencies that have, you know, 10 clients and they're just like running their like LinkedIn accounts. So, this opportunity, I give it a 22 out of 25. I would say it's beginner-friendly and one of the best [music] AI side hustles to really start. And now, if you're curious about how to even find people who are interested in this offer, I actually have a free cloth skill for you called the list builder.
All you got to do is download it, link in the description, it's the same link as the uh business idea I put it both together in a pack. I'll show you how to use the list builder. You can use {slash} PD list builder, find me three AI software founders who have raised money and are looking to build their personal brands on LinkedIn. And the way I programmed the skill is it's going to find signals. So, what are the things you can find online that would indicate someone is interested in doing LinkedIn.
For example, let's say they're posting a lot, they raised a lot of money, they want to get clients using LinkedIn, but they suck, only getting five likes a post. Perfect opportunity for you to slide in and be like, "Hey man, I saw you're, you know, doing your thing. Congratulations on raising money, but even though you're posting, you know, you have a lot of knowledge, I'm just surprised that [music] you're only getting five likes." So, you agitate the problem and then you provide a solution in the DM or tease a solution and then they get on a call with you.
The magic of reaching out to these clients is actually not what you're saying in the message itself, it's about the list building. Just finding people who have a problem that you can solve using these side hustles. And so, when you use the list builder skill, it's going to create this report and it's going to give you the signals, right? So, it's going to score each lead based on how likely they are to respond and then it's going to give you the person that name, the LinkedIn, um if you connect it to other tools, you can get the email contact as well.
And then you can see like the likelihood of them responding, right? It's like, all right, like very active personal technical person, sucks at content. You can basically get this list, export it to a Google Sheet and send the messages and make it easy for yourself. So, again, if you want the list builder skill for free, I put a link in the description. Now, the next cloth side hustle is one that I know a lot of people want to do and that is being an AI creator.
So, if you want to create content and you want to talk about AI, teach people how to use AI, even work with sponsors, this is the one for you. So, for example, Sandy, one of my clients, she literally was just a insurance sales manager like 6 months ago. I basically showed her how to do YouTube, how to create content, and she didn't know anything about AI when she was starting. And through a lot of trial and error and using certain strategies that I shared with her, she was able to get to 50,000 subscribers and she makes more than $50,000 a month while having a full-time job and taking care of her three kids, which is absolutely insane, right?
So, what is this opportunity? Basically, if you just create content around helping people use AI, helping them make money with AI, anything AI cloud related, right? It just gets views because demand is so high right now and the supply is very small. You might think there's a lot of YouTubers creating cloud content, but there's really only like less than 15 relevant ones in my opinion. So, you know, you might as well break into the space.
And if you build an audience now, it's like it's an asset that you will have for the years to come. So, how does AI make this easier? Well, you want to use cloud to write your scripts, repurpose your content, post in different places. You want to use tools like Heggisphere, like I was showing you, to do the thumbnails, maybe some B-roll, some motion graphics. Um cuz it's more than easier now with AI to create content, right?
Like technology is not the problem anymore. How would you start? The easiest way to start is really to find three to five creators. Could be me, could be other people that [music] you like, and you want to use cloud to break down their scripts, their strategies, their branding, their aesthetic to figure out like why it's working for them. And then you want to figure out what are the gaps that you can fill because you shouldn't just copy me, right, and other creators because there's no way you're going to win at their game.
You got to understand what works, take the bits that you like, and find the gap that no one's really looking at. And what can you do in terms of charging money? Well, if you have, let's say, like 10,000, 20,000 YouTube subs, you can literally get paid thousands of dollars for every brand deal. >> [music] >> And you can sell info products, courses, cloud skills, right? Sometimes it's $9 a month, sometimes you You charge $5,000 per client if you're working with them one-on-one, really depends on what you want to do.
And for AdSense, it is bonus money for me in the lifetime of my YouTube channel. I think I've made over 200,000 in AdSense, but I think of it as just supplementary, like free money, right? But you never want to rely on AdSense. And if you really want to make good thumbnails as a YouTuber, for example, you definitely want to use Higgs Field. So, all the thumbnails that you see on my channel, like let's say this 3D box, the icons on this one, this Pokémon trainer, right?
We're actually just using Higgs Field to create all the 3D assets. And then we go on Photoshop and just kind of put it together. So, you don't really have to have design skills. You can just literally use Claude and Higgs Field to do a lot of the creative side of it. So, what's the score for being a AI creator? Ease to get started, I would say three. You would still need to learn skills, get good at content, be good at speaking in front of the camera.
But once you get the ball rolling, it really goes. Speed to getting your first client or making money, I would give it a three as well, because sometimes it takes a little bit longer for content to roll versus like just doing outbound, reaching out to someone that has a problem, right? Is this validated? 100% I'm doing it myself, making over 100k a month, so I know it works, right? Sandy's making 50k a month, right? Competition, give it a three, four-ish, I would say, just because there's more people popping up, but I wouldn't let that discourage you if you really feel like you [music] want to be a creator.
Long-term career in being a creator, a five out of five, you know, I've been doing YouTube stuff for like seven years now, and it's the bulk of how I make an income, so it definitely is a long-term thing from my experience. Now, real quick, if you're watching this, you might be feeling like, okay, this is great and all, but I'm not really sure which AI side hustle is right for me, which is why I want to invite you to a free three-day live training coming up.
And on this training, I'm going to show you exactly how to find your profitable AI side hustle, how to get in front of clients, how to create content so that clients come to you, and most importantly, what do you even need to say to this person in order to close them. I'm even going to show you a live sales role play so you can [music] follow step-by-step on exactly how I close. And last time we had over 2,000 people sign up, so you want to check the link in the description to secure your spot before they run out, and I will see you live.
Now, let's say you're interested in the creator economy, but you don't want to be the person in front of the camera, but you want to be the person behind the camera. What's the side hustle around that? So, this is what I call the growth operator. Now, the opportunity essentially is you get all these creators building their personal brands, and they're spending so much time on content that they're going to need people on the back end doing growth operations.
That just means like anything it takes for you to help them monetize their audience, whether it's the emails, webinar, ads, you know, you're essentially like their business partner doing operations. How does AI do the work? Well, Claude will help you build landing pages, funnels, emails, webinars, all that, right? So, if you sign up for the free training, you would see this website here, right? And it's not me building everything.
I actually have a team of people working with me, and you know, a growth operator is the one that builds the websites. They're the ones that connect all the email and all that. My job is to make content, right? Because it's not very high leverage for me to build a website. You know, you can be that person for the creator. Even let's say these webinar slides, for example, right? You can actually just use Claude and build these webinar slides for the creator.
So, instead of them having to spend hours building this presentation, you can get paid to build it for them, and they just show up and read the words that you gave them. And it's crazy because you can use Claude to do all the copywriting for you, and then you can use Higgsfields to do all the design for you. For example, I actually use Higgsfields within Claude, and then I first created the background for the slide I just showed you, and then I just added the text after that, and I did this all within inside of Claude.
Now, in order to get your first client as a growth operator, you would just use the Claude skill I gave you, which is the list builder skill. Find all the creators that have a big following, but don't really sell anything yet, and be the one to help them create an offer. What to charge? I would say you should do a base fee and then plus a percentage of profit. How much profit? It could be 10% all the way to 50%. Really depends on how well you negotiate and the value that you provide.
Now, the scorecard for this. Easy to get started, I give it a two out of five. It is one of the most profitable kind of businesses I would say, and this is very much needed. I know a lot of creators that would need this kind of service. I know a lot of creators that I personally coach and have helped, they need this kind of service. However, to do all these things like email, webinar, ads, and all that, and recruit the right people, it takes a lot of skill.
So, two out of five in terms of ease, but it is still a good opportunity. Speed to your first client, because you have to develop these skills, I would give it a three. Validated 100% like it's going to be here for a while. Um all the big creators you know, they actually don't do their business side. They have growth operators, right? All the big names. Uh competition, I give it a three. If you're good, I give it a four, because if there's always a need for a good growth operator.
Long-term career out of this, five out of five, for sure. So, this one gets a 18 out of 25. It is one of the best opportunities I would say so far that I've showed. Uh but it requires high skill. Now, if you're interested in helping creators, this next one I'm going to share with you is going to be really interesting, and that is the YouTube agency. So, right now, there's a really big trend where a lot of founders want to build a personal brand specifically on YouTube.
Everyone on TikTok and Instagram who don't have YouTube wish they were on YouTube, right? So, they use YouTube as recruiting, sales assets in a way, get more, you know, time on brand with their customers, they get more opportunities, more sales. Um essentially, if you can run the whole channel for these creators, that would be great. So, you want to use AI to come up with the ideas, the scripts, uh even the editing, the thumbnails, basically everything besides actual filming.
And how would you start this? The key here is just to find founders who are already making money, maybe they tried YouTube, but they completely failed, and you're like, "Hey, you're really good at what you do. You know, I think you could do better. Just let me run the whole thing, and you just talk in front of the camera, I'll do the rest, right?" So, how much can you charge? I've seen people charge for just script writing and ideation for 1.5 to 2K for four scripts a month.
So, that's like 500, like $300 per script essentially. And if you do the editing, you could charge on top of that, and then [music] you can also take a percentage of profit, depends on how you negotiate. So, ease to get started, YouTube, you still have need to learn this stuff, so it's two or three out of five, I would say. Speed to your first client, give it a three. Validate, 100% founders need this. Competition, mm, if you're good, I would give it a four out of five, but if you're kind of starting out, three out of five.
Long-term success, five out of five. So, this is, I would say it's high skill, but definitely learnable, 18 out of 25. Now, another AI side hustle for you is the content distribution. So, this is another trend with that pretty much Alex Hormozi, I would say, really kicked off, where he has 4 million subscribers on YouTube, right? He's getting quite a bit of views, makes a lot of money from this, but he started a second channel called More Mozi.
So, this one has 100,000 subscribers, and, you know, they're basically blasting a video every hour, right? So, that's probably like 20 or 30 videos a day just from their podcast that they do, Q&A's, uh, workshops, all this kind of stuff, right? This stuff would normally, like, they would have nowhere to put it, but because of the second channel, they can just spam and post everything, and they don't care if it gets a thousand views, 500 views, because from what they say, these videos are so specific that they put a call to action at the end, and people actually, you know, book a call or get their email, and then they actually buy.
So, from what he says, he makes more money from his second channel compared to his main channel. His main channel is more for the exposure, second channel is more for monetization. So, what's happening is every other creator is looking at this, and they want to start a second channel, too. So, the opportunity for you is you want to use Claude, you just like scan all this, you know, archive of videos that they have, of the transcripts, find the best parts, use AI to cut it, and post it for [music] them.
That entails the thumbnail, title, choosing the clip, um, but that's pretty much it, right? How would you get your first client? You would find YouTubers who have good long-form content, and you're just like, "Hey, dude, I'll start your second channel for you. You don't have to do a thing. I'll take care of the whole thing." And what do you charge? There's really no set rate for this, cuz it kind of is a new trend, but could you charge thousands of dollars per month?
Yeah. Like, you're going to make them so much money if you can actually do it well. So, easy to get started, I would say three or four out of five, depending on your, uh, skills when it comes to editing and understanding content, speak to your first client. Demand for this is really hot right now. Even I'm looking for someone to do this for me. Give it four out of five. Validated, four out of five. It is validated, but it's new, so that's why I'm giving it four out of five compared to the other ideas, but could be like a four or five, I would say.
Competition, I give it a three out of five. There are people doing it, not that much, so, you know, depends. And long-term success of this, we don't know how big of a trend this will be, so I'm going to just give it a four out of five. I mean, it's it's essentially clipping, right? Now, moving away from video content and going into text content, I'm going to share with you another idea called AI SEO, GEO, AEO, whatever you want to call it.
So, what is this? Pretty much brands right now, they want to rank on Google, right? You type in Google like, "My back hurts." And then they want their website to pop at the top. So, if you basically do their SEO for them, like traditional SEO on Yahoo, you know, Google, Bing, whatever, people actually pay money for that, and you can use AI to do [music] all the work. Now, the other new opportunity is GEO or AEO, depending on what you want to call it, but essentially it's just ranking on platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, all the AI tools essentially, right?
So, if I go on Claude and I say like, "Hey, what's the best way to learn Chinese?" What's going to pop up? A bunch of apps, a bunch of websites, and basically if you [music] can help these brands rank on ChatGPT, they will pay you. And how does it work? You know, basically you use Claude to mass produce this content [music] that ranks essentially, but you have to learn what actually ranks. So, for Sandy, for example, one of my clients who had a YouTube channel, before her YouTube was popping off, the first AI client she had was helping a language learning app just rank on Google.
And she was paid, you know, starting $3,000 a month with no experience, and she actually increased their SEO traffic by like 1,000%. You actually can get started even if you don't have much experience. So, there's many different ways to get started. It could be I mean, you can go on Upwork, that's how she found her first client, or you can find clients that already doing SEO, but you can say, "Hey, I see you're doing SEO, but how about ranking on, you know, AI platforms?" >> [music] >> So, if If doing this right now, I would actually pay attention to like these website platforms like Webflow for example.
[music] So Webflow, it's like WordPress, they a lot of people build their websites on this and they have this whole big push where they're like SEO is shifting, AEO is next. And that just means like ranking on AI, right? You can see that they're making a very big push for this. So if I was selling this service and I was helping [music] businesses rank on ChatGPT and Claude, I would basically find all the websites that use Webflow, use this narrative and be like, "Yo, like Webflow's pushing it.
Like if you're not doing this, you're left behind. I can do this all for you." Then I would just like send them a Loom video, it kind of explain like what the opportunity is and get on a call with them, right? So it's very easy to use my Claude skill that I gave you, the list builder skill, and make a list of 100 companies, let's say in the fitness space or the supplement space, who have a website, who do SEO, they get good website traffic, but they're not ranking on AI and I would hit them all up.
It's as simple as that. I'm not saying it's easy to get the meeting, but it actually is that simple. So, what's the easy to get started? I would say four out of five. And you just from talking to Sandy, one of my clients, like she just learned this in like two weeks, right? So it's really not that hard. Speak to your first client, I give it a four or five out of five actually, just because the way you build the list actually is pretty straightforward on how you get the meeting.
Validate 100%, they all need it, five out of five. Competition, mhm, I would give it a four or five out of five depending if you're doing AEO or SEO. For the AEO stuff like ranking on the LLMs and the ChatGPT, you know, there's not that much competition actually. Long-term career potential, five out of five for sure. So I would say it's one of the easier beginner-friendly ones for sure. All right, so the next side hustle that we have for you is going to be AI lead generation, right?
So outbound lead generation. Essentially, every B2B company wants to make more money, they want more sales calls, but they are a lot of times not good at LinkedIn outbound, cold email outbound, right? So if you just did this for them, they would pay you. So how would it work? Claude will build your list similar to what I showed you. Claude will help you write the scripts and then you would still need that human touch and actually like do the work, but essentially AI does a lot of the work for you.
And how would you find your first client? You just pick a niche, ideally a boring niche that's not good at outbound like, you know, logistics, law, trade, you know, these kind of things. Uh you can even also be software companies as well. Uh basically you build a list of 100 people using Claude and just reach out to them, right? What can you charge? $1,000 to $5,000 per month retainer plus commission. It's all negotiable.
So, let's go to the score cards. Ease to start, I give it a three out of five. You know, you still need that sales skill to in order to succeed at this. Uh speed to your first client, I would say three out of five only because the competition is kind of high for this and I'll explain in a second. Validated, five out of five, people need this. Competition, I would give it a two out of five. So, why is this? It's because everyone who does outbound lead generation is trying to get clients using the same method, which is outbound lead generation.
So, even though there's so many people that need it, there's so many people that are selling it, right? So, that's why I would give it a two out of five. Long-term potential of this, five out of five if you really can crack it and like get really [music] good at this. Now, if you don't want to do outbound, the next side hustle I have for you is actually inbound. So, this is AI DM setting inbound. So, instead of helping companies reach out to people, you're only working with creator-led founders who create content.
And essentially these creator-led founders want to either sell in the DMs or book a call via DM. So, this works really well for LinkedIn, X, and Instagram. So, when they create content, all you got to do is find the people that follow them, find the people that engage with their content, find the people that view their profile, and send them a message, and get them on a call. So, you can use AI to do the DM setting, but unless you're going to spend a lot of money on the AI infrastructure, you probably still need to add that human touch to it, uh which is fine as well.
So, speed to your first client, it's pretty simple. Find creators who are creating content and they suck at DMs, and just do it for them, right? And you need to make sure that they're selling something high ticket, otherwise it's not worth it for you. So, high ticket would be like $2,000 minimum, okay? Ideally, if they can sell more expensive things and make more money, you will make more money. How much can you charge? $1,000 base, you know, is pretty normal, 5 to 10% of commission.
So, if you're getting 5 to 10%, obviously the bigger ticket size, the more worth it it is for you. So, easy to get started, four out of five. I think it's pretty simple once you learn the fundamentals. Speed to your first client, five out of five. If you just find these creators who are not good at DM setting, pretty simple. Validated, you know, even I hire people for this, five out of five. Competition, it's a it would be three or four out of five, I would say.
There are people doing it nowadays. Long-term career of it, I would say it's a good starting point unless you're going to build like a sales agency. I don't think you should be doing it forever, but it's a good way to make some money, figure out stuff online, and then you can progress from there. A lot of times people start in sales and eventually start their own business, right? Now, the next one I have for you is going to be email monetization and retention.
So, a lot of brands out there, they're collecting a lot of emails. Maybe it's organic content to email, maybe it's running ads, and they're making money. The problem is that they might have these really big lists, but they're not really activating it, right? They might have a list of like 30,000 people, but they're not sending emails regularly. Or when somebody adds an item to the cart, there's no like abandoned cart, you know, automation that says like, "Hey man, I saw you put this in your cart.
How come you didn't check out?" If you basically use Klaviyo to write all the emails, build all the logic, all the flows, that's what the opportunity is essentially. [music] And to find these clients, essentially you would just find brands who are collecting emails, a lot of emails ideally, and then you sign up for their email list, and then any brand that sucks at emails, that's the one you reach out to. And you would just make a Loom video saying like, "Hey man, I've been on your list for a while, and I don't think this is converting.
Here are examples of your competitors who are doing it really well. I want to do something similar for you so that you can make more money." [music] And if you do the work and you show them that you did the research, they're going to work with you. What to charge, really depends. You know, I've seen some people go as low as like $500 per email. It could be higher, could be percentage of revenue. Really depends on your negotiation [music] and skill.
So, easy to get started, I would say four out of five. Speed to your first client, four out of five as as All you got to do is sign up for their email list, see if they suck or not. Validated, there are people who built really big businesses doing this, five out of five. Competition, because there are people doing it, I give it a three out of five, but if you're actually good, you know, I would actually bump it to a four.
Long-term career out of this, five out of five. So, I give this opportunity a 21 out of 25. All right, so now that you've seen all 10 side hustles, the only thing left to do is pick one [music] and start. And I know this system works because Brandon was able to get his first $10,000 per month within 30 days of using this [music] system. Sandy used this system and now she has over 60,000 YouTube subscribers and makes more than $50,000 a month.
And look, all of them started in the same place as you. They had a 9-to-5 job, they used the time after work on the weekends to figure it out.
