The $11K/Month Al Faceless Long Form Method Nobody's Talking About (Full Workflow) transcript

All right, this one's going to be a banger. So, in this video, I'm going to be using Chat GPT-6 Astra, and I'm going to connect it to Higgsfield to recreate a popular YouTube channel. I'm going to show you the entire workflow from AI generating the videos to the titles and thumbnails, and even uploading it on a new channel. Okay, so we're here inside of Codex, and I'll show you guys the channel that we're going to be trying to mimic the style of. This one is called Unknown Frequencies, and with only 20 videos, they have over 72,000 subscribers, which is just insane. And their content is mainly focused on history, which is a great niche for high RPMs, by the way. Now, to generate the videos, we're going to be using today's sponsor, Higgsfield.

All we have to do to add Higgsfield to our Chat GPT is click this add Higgsfield plugin. Then, we have to just go over here and click try in chat, and now bang, we have it added down here. But, like, to tell Chat GPT and Higgsfield exactly what style we want, we're going to have to run a, quote-unquote, competitive analysis on this channel. So, I can't show you exactly how I do that, but I'll be back whenever it finishes.

Okay, so it looks like Chat GPT got done running our competitive analysis. So, it figured out the exact visual style, the movement, the pacing, the script. So, the first thing that I'm going to do is I'm actually going to get it to create a script and a voiceover. So, here I'm going to say, "Create a script for a history YouTube video. We are going to do first 1 minute 30 seconds of it." So, this will give us a good little test to see if this is possible to create a full long-form video purely from AI.

Okay, so it looks like it finished up the entire script here, and this one's going to be about how Napoleon marched into Russia and destroyed his own army. And it gave some visuals there. Okay, so I'm going to say, "Put this into Eleven Labs and make a voiceover. At the same time, generate an image of our character, the one that will be the face of the channel, similar to the skull character reference channel had. I'll come back whenever it finishes doing this, and hopefully it gives us something good.

Okay, so it finished up with the voiceover, and it gave us a mascot, but this style is terrible. So, I'm going to give it the reference image of what I want it to look like. So, I'm going to say, "Make it look like this style. Instead of the skull, let's replace it with something else." I'm just going to let it decide. Okay, ChatGPT could not get this done at all. Like, this is very trash. It doesn't fit the style that we were going for at all.

So, I made sure to use the Higgsfield plugin, and this is where we're really going to see it kick in. Hopefully, this can give us a much better stylized version. Oh my gosh, this is perfect. What? It takes gold just created the perfect character. Oh my gosh, we needed a non-human. Oh, wow. Wait, this is actually insanely perfect. Okay. Wait, that's insane. Dude, this is so good. Okay, I'm going to say, "I want you to real quick make me a name for my channel that this will go on, and generate a PFP and a banner for it in this style using the fox character." And then, we're going to make sure to use Higgsfield over here.

I'm going to hit send on that. Like, this is actually a really like creative-looking character. Like, this is the type of character you think you would see in this, you know? Like, the little fox ears are perfect. This is perfect. Okay, I got it to generate the images here, and this is what it looks like. So, I'm also going to quickly make a channel, and I'm going to call it History with Fox. So, we're just going to click create channel right there, and my channel is being created.

And just like that, we are there. We're live. And this could be where we post the YouTube video. Okay, with the YouTube channel created, the style permanently made. Okay, I've just made this entire prompt right here using ChatGPT to create the final video. But before I send it, honestly, what I'm going to do, I'm actually going to say make a human character for me so I know you know what style to also generate a background in this style.

What this is going to allow us to do is it's going to allow us to vet exactly what it's going to create before we just say, "Okay, go create everything." and then it comes back with something that doesn't match exactly what we want. Oh, yeah. Yeah, yeah. This is good. This is exactly what we needed. This style right here, where it kind of looks a little derpy, looks a little human drawn, that is good. And then let's look at the background.

Okay, the background looks fine. That's all right. All right. So, now we're going to take our entire prompt and this one's going to do the whole entire video. It's telling it to use Higgsfield and let's add that as nectar and then I'm just going to hit send and this is just going to go off and start creating it. So, I'll come back whenever this finishes. Okay, the video finally finished up. So, I'm going to download this and then play it for you guys so you guys can see what it looks like and then I'll give you my reaction afterwards. >> In 1812, Napoleon invaded Russia with hundreds of thousands of soldiers.

He reached Moscow, they occupied the city, and somehow getting there helped destroy his army. He had marched into Russia looking for a victory. Instead, he found a catastrophe. "We've taken Moscow." "Yes, Emperor." "Then where's the surrender?" "The Russians haven't sent one." "Have we asked?" He could occupy a city. Making the Russian Emperor admit defeat was apparently a separate problem. Then much of Moscow burned.

Supplies were running short. Winter was approaching and the army still had to get home across territory it had already marched through. Territory where food had been consumed, removed, or destroyed. The road back offered no easy rescue. So, how did an invasion powerful enough to reach Moscow turn into a retreat that shattered Napoleon's army? The disaster was taking shape long before the freezing retreat. To understand it, we need to rewind to summer.

In June 1812, Napoleon's forces crossed into Russia. He wanted a decisive military result that would force the Russians to negotiate. But their armies kept withdrawing. Every advance carried his soldiers farther from their supply bases while the Russians gave up ground and preserved their forces. "The Russians are retreating." "Then we follow." "And the supply wagons?" "They follow us." On a map, that looked simple. On the ground, it meant feeding an enormous army over growing distances.

Napoleon could order his men forward. He couldn't order food to appear. >> [laughter] >> Okay, that definitely wasn't bad, but there is some things we can improve. So, I'm going to do a little bit of prompting here. Okay, so I just sent it in more pictures and another prompt and I'm going to get it to create four new pictures so that way I can make sure that it's on the right track with a new style and fixing all the errors that we've seen so far.

So I'll come back whenever this one gets finished. Okay, this looks a lot better when it comes to the characters. This looks pretty good. Now that I look at it, this looks like pants, right? >> [laughter] >> Okay, no. That's what it should look like right there. That's funny. Okay, maybe we just leave it like that. And then here's our explainer map. Okay, yes. All right, this looks good. Keep this style going. But first, let's make a full 8-minute long vid.

Grab the voiceover, finish out the story, and do it all from scratch in this new style. Okay, so this is going to get a new script, get a new voiceover, and then create the full 8-minute video. And it's literally as simple as just typing a prompt to create a video nowadays. That's the power of ChatGPT-6 Astra and Higgsfield working together. So I'm going to come back whenever this fully finishes and I'll just show you guys kind of the result, just a little bit of it.

And then you guys can go watch the video as I upload it on my new channel. Okay, so it finished up here and it gave us also a thumbnail, Napoleon's Invasion in 8 Minutes. And let me play the video just a little bit. I'll skip through it for you guys. So let me bust it out right here. I'm going to turn it down a little bit. So you can see the intro. We have like the character and then we have text that come on screen and we see this and then some of the visuals are actually pretty good.

You know, the characters do look normal. Although this guy has a fox tail and he doesn't He's not my fox character. >> [laughter and gasps] >> Yeah, but this looks pretty good, you know, like we have some of these visuals are just great. And then my fox character keeps showing up. That's kind of like the storyteller. And you can see Napoleon and he's going in here, building bridges. Bang. This honestly looks pretty good.

Perfect. That's so funny. Okay. Yeah, some of these visuals are pretty dope, though. I'll give it that. But, we're going to see the performance cuz we're actually going to upload this thing. So, this is what we're going to do.

We're going to take that video and we're going to go over to our YouTube channel right here, History with Fox. Click create, upload this, and we're going to drag this video over here and copy it. Then, we're going to select a thumbnail. And it already gave us one. Now, we're going to need a title and a description. So, we can just ask ChatGPT to make that for us, honestly. Oh, we need to unlock more on YouTube to add custom thumbnails.

Verify your phone number. No way. Okay. You know what? I don't have an extra phone number to Oh, wait. No, I can just verify my current one. Nope, my account is already associated with two different phone numbers. Okay. Well, I guess we can just say, "Give me a title and a description." Wow, that is unfortunate. Oh, it gave us a title right here, so we can take that. Copy it, paste it in. And then, we'll just get description.

Paste that in. We're going to remove that dash with a comma. That's really sad that we can't add a thumbnail. It's going to hurt our video, but that's okay. Add this. Checking if my video contains any copyrighted content, which it does not. Set it to public. I'm just going to publish it, and then you guys can check out the channel for sure and then see just how well it did. But, without a thumbnail, I'm not going to lie, that's going to be really hard to pop off.

But, that's just my own fault cuz I've done so many YouTube channels. But, the concept still stands where the thumbnail, the full videos, and the title and description are all created by AI and Higgsfield.
