Today's first work from home opportunity is with the company Roadie. Now, Roadie is a subsidiary of UPS and Roadie is hiring for a couple of different remote work from home roles.
What I really like about Roadie is they do offer a four-day work week and three-day weekends once a month. And so, for those of you who would like to only work four days a week rather than five days a week, Roadie is going to be a great company for you. Now, they have three jobs open in the customer support or customer experience department. They have a CX content specialist, training manager, and trust and safety specialist.
I'm going to take a look at one of these with you, but if for some reason this job is not open, you can also go to their create a job alert and you can create an alert and have the opportunity sent directly to your inbox. So, you want to make sure that you're checking back. So, the first role that we're going to look at is a trust and safety specialist and this is a fully remote full-time position. This is open only to the US, not international. And a little bit about this position, the trust and safety team members work together to provide tactical operations. So, basically going to be making sure that the platform is safe for the different users customers online. Of course, they're going to train you in this position. What they'd like you to have is 2 years of experience in some sort of trust and safety or risk-related role, good verbal and written communication skills, knack for problem-solving using investigative and analytical skills, proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems, ability to execute consistently with high attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence, and thrive in a fast-paced and agile environment, and navigate ambiguity with ease.
So, what are the benefits? They have some great benefits at Roadie.
