It's summer. Let's go. 101 things you can do with some bonuses. Write the things that stick out to you. There's going to be no particular order, but there is going to be some really great stuff that I wish I did previously in my summers, and these are all things that I have done, and I'm going to share them with you because I want the best for you. Don't miss out. Let's go. First thing. The first thing I have is to tan.
It's not even the tan itself, which is summer. It's the fact that you have to go outside. You have to do stuff outside. You don't have to overdo it. You don't have to plan a whole day to tan. Just be outside, and it's a good sign that you're living life. The next thing I have is push-ups. Do 10 push-ups with me. Maybe don't do it in tall grass, but I want you to get in the habit of taking action right away, doing those spontaneous things.
The next thing I have is go outside barefoot, or just be barefoot. Ground. Connect yourself. It feels so good. We don't need these anymore. The next thing I have is make a new friend. Go that extra mile. Initiate that conversation. Put yourself in situations where you have to meet new people. The next thing I have is learn an instrument. Guitar, piano, singing. Create a story journal where each day you write one little story that happened each day, and what lesson you can derive from it, how it can help you.
Sign up for some tournament. Last year I signed up for this sports tournament, and I actually ended up winning it. Those interesting moments never happened if you don't sign up for things. Take opportunities when they're presented to you, and make Get out of your way to get those opportunities. You can't like let life happen to you. The worst thing you can do is get all of these things and do nothing. That is the worst thing you can do.
And I don't want to say this to be negative. The only thing that's left to enjoy summer or to enjoy any day is just to take action. Write something, a poem, a book, journal, lower your screen time. The more time you could be outside, do other things in your evenings after work, during work, before work, whenever you have free time, don't spend it all on the phone. The moment I stopped doing that, I was able to get so much more done.
I started making videos. I started working out more. I started immersing myself with a bunch of new things. If you would like that to apply in the link in the description to lower your screen time. The next thing I have is play chess, plan a trip to go somewhere and actually go there. Eliminate your excuses. Get some money, find some ways to make money online, in person. We all have opportunities. Another thing I have is be an early bird.
Wake up early. Experience the day. Get out there. Wake up when everyone else is still sleeping in. Speaking of birds, bird watch. Just do crazy, fun stuff. Get a boomerang and spend a day going outside in a field and throwing it across the field and catching it. I'll show you a video of me doing that. This >> Oh, we got it. >> Those are the things I feel like which make life life. It's not the most productive things.
It's the interesting things that make that day special for you personally. It's those days where you go to this one spot and you do some handstand. It's the days where you're with your friends and you all throw rocks into the water and see who can throw out the furthest. It's the days where you start some business, some project and then you have days where you make no money and you have to work 12 hours a day to try to make ends meet and you vividly remember you having to sleep on the floor somewhere.
It's the days where you get lost in some country and have to navigate yourself out of it. Moments like those. There's this one game I play called Spikeball. The best way I can describe it without it taking an hour is it's just volleyball but you just got to hit the net. I've played that so many times and the best part is you you could bring it anywhere and just play at some crazy locations which are sick. I got to say this, go to the beach, get your toes in the sand, get that salt water.
The next thing I have is think about life. What would make it count? How can you make the most of it? I'm not going to cut this out and I don't even care if it drops the retention or people click off because the people who will hear this and take action, those are the people I want to reach. And if that sounds like someone who is like you, you want to take action, consider subscribing. I'll be posting more videos like this to share what I've been doing, my ideas, and give you ways to take action on this.
I'm not a movie. I'm not a movie. I just thought I was just playing with this stick. Imagine you make a boat. You just build a boat out of wood. You take a bunch of sticks and you make some device out of it. I understand that you don't step outside and it looks like this all the time. Or what if you have to do something at home? That's where you learn to do those projects, to create something, to learn. Try a 24-hour no screen challenge.
Do some yoga. Go to the gym. Do 10 push-ups. Learn how to do a handstand. Wear cotton and linen. The more you can wear those natural clothing, the better your skin will feel, the more breathable it is, and the healthier it is overall. The next thing I have, dance. Dance. Put yourself out there. Have fun. Go camping. I literally went camping back here a few 2 days ago. It was so interesting because I felt so immersed that I could almost sense what time it is without even looking at my phone.
I noticed as I went out, I said good night and I went here. I noticed, yeah, like I've still been here for a few minutes, and then it got quieter. I was like, okay, it's probably 11:00, 12:00. I started hear hearing foxes. Then at one point, it was completely silent and just some wind. Then I started to hear the birds. Then I started to see the sky light up. Felt like I lived the whole day. Might have not gotten the best sleep, but it's those moments like I talked about previously that matter.
The moments where you're in a pickle, the moments where you don't get the perfect 8 hours of sleep or the best recovery. Or even stuff like the best diet or the most amount of money. Whatever it is. I know I just said diet, but try to get better with the diet. I've gotten to the point where fruit tastes like literal candy. And literally everyone that knows me in person knows that I don't eat a lot of foods. I just eat single ingredient foods with simple ingredients.
The next thing I have karaoke. Start wrestling. Use a mace bell. Play ping pong, tennis, swim. Go on a run. Just frolic around just cuz you can. Instead of scrolling on my phone, I would go outside and play hide-and-seek. Get flip flops. They're elite. Join the like-minded club. There's so many like-minded people that also want to grow, make their summer phenomenal, lower their screen time. It's in the description as well.
There's also a 7-day challenge in there. You can DM people. You can even do daily missions inside of there that I post regularly in. I plan on doing fun events in there like chess tournaments or monthly challenges. So, join it. The next thing I have, purchase some tank tops. Go on a joy ride. Smile. Posture check. Drink some water, please. Try a new hairstyle. Get a buzz cut. Go on a solo trip, flight, explore some place alone.
You don't have to wait for other people to do it with you. Meet some online friends. Mow the lawn. Work. Try painting. Eat some fruit. They taste so good. Read a book about nature. Learn how to do a muscle up and do the whole progression of working towards that. Try not to go on social media. You're not missing out. The way I like to think about it is that social media is missing out on me. I can live my own life and you get this unmatched presence and clarity.
If you really want to cut down the amount of time you spend on screens and live it with more better meaningful things. Apply in the link in the description. Make a smoothie. Play basketball. Play cards. Make a fire. Catch a firefly. Sprint. Do a road trip. Get broke. Go all in on something. Do a cold plunge. Make selfies. Take a deep breath. Ask for things. Get rejected. Lower your ego. Do what I'm doing. Pick a blade of grass.
Inspect it. Just think there's millions of these on the ground. And you just have one of them in your hands. Look at the stars in the night. Get an ab roller. Say you're locked in when you're at the beach. Use beef tallow. It's this fat that you can use to moisturize your skin. Build something. Host. Invite people to your house. Give a gift to someone. Do keep-ups. Hackey sack. Make a YouTube video just because. Bike somewhere.
Do wall sits say yes to all the opportunities. Not all of them, but say no to stuff do a belly flop. I want you to right now say with me, "Let's go." Let's go. Let's freaking go. We have so many opportunities so much time, honestly, to just live it. You don't even have to be perfect. You just have to try. And something I've realized about finishing school is that all the moments now leading up to living the real world is that each moment I get is going to be one I'm going to be remembering for a long time.
So, I knowing that I live it more fully. I enjoy it more. I stop worrying about the little things of what went on that day or what am I worrying about in the future, and I'm just enjoying that present moment. And think about that for your summer, too. Don't worry about if it's perfect if you fly to Dubai, and then you go to Greece, and then you go to United States, you do a trip across the continent, whatever it is. Don't worry about that.
Just worry about making each day a day you would remember. And embrace it. Just cherish that feeling. Whether it's just the time you remembered you picked up that blade of grass and just threw it back into the grass. Those moments, appreciate them, live them, and you'll be happy. You won't have to set happy goals. You don't have to be like, "When I get this job, I'll be happy. When I will make this amount, I'll be happy.
When I do X, Y, and Z, I'll be happy." It'll be more like, "I'm happy, so I get to do this and this and this. I'm happy, so I get to make more. I'm happy, so I can do this and this and this." It's not going to be perfect. Some days might be worse. Some days might be great, but it's all just cuz life is awesome. That's why. I don't know I didn't know what how I was to say it, but seriously. You can also go on a call with me, actually, too.
Not only in the community, but if you apply, and I think we'd be a good fit to work together to lower your screen time. But, we can go on a call and I'll explain everything. So, have fun. Do some magic. Learn some stuff. Turn off the notifications. Try to get less blue light. Do natural things. Healthy things, the way that we've been doing it for thousands of years, like silk pillow cases, linen cotton clothes, using water filters.
The next thing I want you to do is comment your summer goals. What are a few goals that you have for the summer that you want to do? And it's a way you can just hold yourself accountable to actually doing them and take some action towards it. I'm sure there'll be people checking up on you, seeing what how you've been doing. You can also do it in the free community I have. For me, it probably be surfing, helping some more people personally with screen time, and being able to do a backflip, hold the handstand for 10 seconds, things like that.
Like bro, imagine I'd start just doing backflips in the middle of my video. So, subscribe, stick around so you can see that, and yeah. Hope you have a great summer. Make it count. Seriously. I know that might be overused. Whatever, you get the point. Bye. Bye-bye.
