Then we're going to go to barbell quarter squats. We're going to pair these quarter squats up [music] with box jumps. Following those exercises we're going to move to machine hip thrusts cuz who doesn't love a nice ass? The last sets are going to be kneeling jumps, one step box jumps, and two [music] step box jumps. For the last lift of the week we're going to start with hang high pull. Then we're going to pair that with box eccentric heel taps.
[music] Then we're going to pair that with three way heel raise. The next set of exercises we're going to go to trap bar deadlift. We're immediately going to pair that with band resisted vertical jumps. Following those exercises we're going to go to flywheel leg curls and machine hip abduction and adduction. Last sets of the day are going to be band assisted jumps.
The words are the caption track's own and nothing is reworded or re-transcribed. Paragraph breaks are placed between sentences so the text reads as prose.
