Here's a mindset to make your life better. Beware the seven out of 10. Because you see, when something is bad enough, when something is like a three or four or a five, it's easy to let it go. Let's say you get a girlfriend, like your first girlfriend, she's pretty ugly. And as much as you know, you like her, whatever, but you're leveling up as a guy and things aren't so good with her, whatever, it's easy to leave the four.
It's easy to leave the job that's like a four. You know, it's like some full-time job. It's It's okay. It's kind of fun, whatever, but it's also kind of [ __ ] You don't like working full-time. You don't like working a job. The pay is really low. It's only okay because, you know, there's like a few funny people you work with. It's okay. Like, it's it's easy to leave a four, a five, a six. A seven is where it gets difficult because a seven is good enough.
And you know what's very interesting about this? Most guys right here, right now, have got a seven in their life. You've got something in your life that's a seven. In fact, you most things in your life might actually be a seven. Think about how shocking this is. I could just guess that about you. Most guys have got something in their life which instantly has come into your mind that's a seven. It's not the 10. It's not the thing that you actually wanted.
It's just the thing that you're latching on to. If you're watching me for a while, you know that you've got to get rid of the seven already. And so, you've already been thinking about, okay, I have to, you know, leave this thing. You probably already know what it is. How shocking is this? you know the thing that's holding you back and you're just not getting rid of it because it's like kind of good enough. Maybe it's a girl, maybe it's a friendship, maybe it's a living situation, it's a working, you know, career, business, whatever.
There's something that's popping up in your mind right now which is like your seven. And you can probably guess what this mindset is. The problem is when you have something that's like a seven, it kind of fills up your time and energy so that you don't go and get the thing that's a 10. Understand this right now. Nine times out of 10, you don't turn the seven into a 10. You know, online, everyone will tell you like, "Oh, you can you can grow with your partner." I'm telling you, it's complete false.
That's like beta male peasant propaganda. You don't grow with a girl who's a seven out of 10. You meet a girl who's already a 10 out of 10 and you grow with her. You don't grow this like [ __ ] full-time job which is like a seven into a 10 out of 10 thing. You do the 10 out of 10. You start the 10 out of 10 online business. You know what I mean? It's like the seven almost always can't and doesn't become the 10. That that's why it's so difficult.
This is like a universal experience. That's why it's so difficult because for you to get things in your life which are 10 out of 10, you can't just stick with something that's kind of mid and that mid thing turns into a 10. That's not how it works. You have to leave the mid thing, don't have the thing for a while and then you find the 10 or you cultivate the 10. And of course, this is why most people struggle with it because the guaranteed seven for a lot of people is a better choice than the unpredictable 10, right?
If you've already got like a full-time job, it's comfortable, it's pretty good, and you know, you're pretty good at it, whatever. This is how a lot of men when they're past 25, 30 years old, they start to live. It's good enough. Why take the risk? A lot of guys like they get like a girl who's like, you know, just pretty hot enough. You know, that's when they were looking at her in the first place thinking like, oh, oh my god, she's a 10.
She's like a six or a seven. But like, you know, they they think, "Oh my god, she's so hot cuz she's like small town hot, you know what I mean? Or like office hot where she's like one of the hottest girls in your office, but she's still like a seven." Guys will get her, and obviously I'm talking about appearance, but let's just like encapsulate, you know, her personality, character, whatever. guys will get the seven and then just be unwilling to try and upgrade after that.
And by seven, I also mean her character in terms of relationship skills. So, let's say like I'm not just criticizing that she's not a 10 out of 10 in looks, but you know, her personality is awesome. Let's say like her personality is also seven. You know, her character, her relationship skills are also seven. Her background, her sexual past, all of that's like a seven out of 10. It's like ah, she got [ __ ] by like one or two Chads, which is like that's like that's an angel these days.
Only she only got pounded like hundred times by two Chads when she went on holiday. That wow, bro. You should marry her, bro. Whoa. You know what I mean? That's like that's better than what most guys are getting these days, you know? She's she's only had about like four or five kilometers of [ __ ] inside of her, bro. Nice. You got yourself and she makes you coffee in the morning like sometimes. Whoa. Here. Here. [laughter] That's like the low standards of men these days.
And you know why I say this? You know what's interesting? The reason why I think it's really good to have super high standards in a lot of things is because the alternatives in life are actually so good these days. I really don't think you should get into a relationship with a girl who's like a bit mid or something because being single and not having a girlfriend is also [ __ ] sick these days. Like it's very easy to be happy when you're single because obviously these these days girls like they give you everything when you're still single anyway.
So don't and the same thing with like a job, right? It's like it's so easy to you need to understand like it's it's so easy to be happy without like a stable job these days. You know, you make a bit of money on the internet, you randomly put like some some of your services online and you get a couple of sales, whatever. That's that's arguably a better life than having a stable job anyway. So basically, you've got to think that the the alternative to whatever you're thinking about in your life is actually pretty good.
Like I would argue like being single is like a nine out of 10 life, even close to a 10, honestly. Especially when it's basically a 10 when you've got girls who are giving you like wife treatment but for free because then there's no cost. And the same with like the online business, the same with many areas of life. Basically, what I'm saying is it's so easy to be happy these days because if you don't have, for example, a girlfriend, it's very easy to be happy single anyway.
If you don't have a full-time job, it's very easy to be happy. If you don't make money, it's very easy to be happy. Seriously, it's so easy, bro. I see guys here, they they have either no money or they work like a little job at back home. they saved up like 2K and they come here for like two, three months or they they make like $500, $700 a month from like fitness coaching or something. They're the happiest people I've ever seen in my life.
Like you know these [ __ ] Australian guys with like the mustache and the mullet and they just like drink beers and jump into lakes and [ __ ] Bro, they're living some happy [ __ ] lives. It's very easy to be like extremely happy these days unless you're like a [ __ ] doomer [ __ ] you know, dork who's watching too much content. But when you actually are out in the real world where it's very easy, right? So it's like why would you settle then if it's easy to be happy when you're single these days?
Most people are just kind of used to it, right? Whether it's because you're not attractive to girls or you are attractive but you're still kind of like trying to have a bit of distance from girls. It's very easy to be single. So why would you settle then? If you're going to add something to your life, let's say like a business or a girl, why would you go for the six or the seven? Why? You know, that's it's such a big lesson, right?
And you probably have a seven in your life right now. What is it for you? You can probably remember one of the last girls you dated was probably like a seven. To be fair, like for a lot of guys, dating a girl who's a seven out of 10, that's still like maybe even out of your league first of all. So maybe you should consider something with her because you might be punching at that point. But if you are like developing yourself, it's not hard to like outclass a girl who's like a seven.
You know what I mean? It's not hard to get to the point where like you are genuinely attracting girls who are eight, nine, 10 out of 10 in terms of looks and also in terms of like personality, character, and whatever. And so why settle? Because the single life is good. Why settle for a [ __ ] job? Because the life of being unemployed is [ __ ] sick. Unemployed guys have the highest testosterone out of any sort of career you can have, you know, and unemployed guys probably have the most sex obviously because they've got time for it and stuff, but they're probably the most attractive to girls as well.
I swear to God. Seriously, the studies won't say this. Obviously, it'll say like, you know, some some highle job might be more attractive. But remember, whatever the study says or the the women say, take that as a caveat until I tell you the truth about women. I know more about women than all the researchers and women themselves. And I'm telling you right now, the most attractive like occupation that you could say to a girl is that you're unemployed.
Seriously, I promise you, you'll sling you'll [ __ ] the [ __ ] out of her faster than if you tell her any other work. I promise you this is the truth. So then it's like, bro, being unemployed these days is actually pretty good cuz it's like, you know, you're just there like working on your laptop trying to like build an online business. That's fun as [ __ ] Being unemployed is sick. Being single is sick. So why would you enter something that's so mid then?
Why would you fight to keep something mid in your life? It's some cost fallacy, right? Let's say being single is sick, being unemployed is sick. Why why have you got anything in your life? Because a lot of you guys who watch me, you're working some like [ __ ] full-time job. And you guys often you'll ask me as well, like, oh, should I leave? And the question I always ask, I ask two questions. Are you living at home with your parents?
Most of the time the guys will say yes. And then I'll say, okay, well, how much money have you saved up? And they'll be like, oh, 27,000. And I'm like, what the [ __ ] Your expenses at home are like 2,000 a year. You've just saved up 10 years of expenses, [ __ ] You don't need more savings. What the [ __ ] are you doing working this job now? You now you're literally just trading your life for money at this point. You know, there was a difference.
Like you you want to go save up like 1K, 2K, 3K, so you've got like a year of your expenses as like runway to go and build a business, you know, till you've got time without income. Fair enough, [ __ ] How many of you guys have saved up like $8,000 and 15,000, whatever? You're asking me if you should leave the the job. Yeah, [ __ ] yeah. you should leave the [ __ ] Of course. [laughter] So leave, right? Because you you'll find yourself in such a mid situation and you almost forget that the alternative is often like better.
Like even if you're not successful. So why would you stick? It's because of sunk cost fallacy. Sunkos fallacy is where you've got something and it's not even that good for you, but you're basically refusing to give it up just because you've kind of like invested some time in it already. It's kind of like you're already in a relationship, which isn't that good. If you could teleport back in time, you you wouldn't do the relationship again.
But since you're already together and there's going to be like a bit of an uncomfortable conversation to leave and you've already been together for a while, it's easier to just like stay together. But that's I promise you, write this down somewhere. I promise this is some good advice. Be the man who doesn't fall for sunk cost fallacy because you've probably heard what it is before, right? Sunkost fallacy. You probably know what it is. be the kind of person who doesn't fall for it cuz that's some like that's some like beta male [ __ ] like [ __ ] level thing to be the type of person who falls for some costality.
You know it's like the [ __ ] dumb [ __ ] she's getting like beat by her husband but she stays with him cuz it's oh but we've been together for 20 years. It's like are you [ __ ] [ __ ] Holy [ __ ] Like that's not a [ __ ] reason to say oh we stayed yo but I've been unhappy with him for 20 years. It's like well yeah that's a bigger reason to [ __ ] leave. [ __ ] is not going to change. He's going to keep beating your ass.
Right. It's like the [ __ ] right? Stop stop like basically you're you're together with a girl for two years. It's mid as [ __ ] You don't even like it. You you if you could go back in time, you would have way preferred just being single [ __ ] girls and whatever. But you're together just cuz it's like oh well but we've been together for a few years now. Like that's such a stupid reason, right? If you wouldn't start it again and if you don't really want to continue it, but you do it just because you've got a bit of history together.
Like that's such a stupid It's a fallacy, right? It's like a literally what it means is like illogical decisionmaking. Basically, if you think like this, if you've got some sevens in your life right now, maybe a girl, maybe a worker, whatever it is, that's basically like poor decision making. Like when you wanted to invest money, you would be a bad investor. Like think about that as an insult. You would be a bad investor.
Investing is all about good decision-making, right? Extremely logical decision- making. You would be a bad investor because you're not a logical decision maker. You're like a little girl. You're like an emotional decision. But we've been together. But I don't want But it's going to be hard. It's going to be hard. We've No, we've been together for too long. No, but I'm going to be sad. Like, what the [ __ ] Grow a pair of balls, bro.
Bro, it's going to be sad. But I really love her. But I know she's texting other guys, but I really love her, [laughter] but she only followed a couple of guys on Instagram. Stop being a [ __ ] [ __ ] bro. Shut the [ __ ] up. Shut up. The [ __ ] wrong with you people? Why are you fighting for the seven? Why are you fighting for like the girl things were kind of good and then you saw that she was following 400 [ __ ] guys or she followed like two new guys one random day?
That's the like bro that's lower than seven. But like why you follow why you with a girl like this? Oh but she you know if she meditates for 10 years then she can be wife quality. That's the type of [ __ ] I used to say. Don't fight to keep the seven in in your life. And also here's the thing. You will never think the seven will stay as a seven. That this is where it gets tricky. When you have a bit of this like self-improvement mindset, you will not be thinking that the seven will stay as the seven cuz if they stayed the same, you'd happily leave.
You just have too much hope in people in situations and you think that things improve. That's the fallacy that you've fallen for because you've improved your life so you think other people in situations improve. Most of the time they don't. Right? If you thought like let's say you're with a girl, you're not really happy anymore. Things are kind of [ __ ] whatever. If you knew that it was going to stay like this forever, right here, right now, and I asked you as like a logical decision, would you split up?
You'd say yes, of course. But when you're debating splitting up with this girl, you always add this caveat that things are going to get better. Oh, but if she meditates for 10 years, if she just listens to me and then we'll do this. Oh, yeah. And then the new thing that I told her and you know, in my work it won't be as bad because two months from now then we're going to do that change and then that would be actually pretty good and I'm going to say to them like blah blah blah.
You're basically coping, right? You're just coping, right? If you have to fight to keep something in your life and you have to cope based on like what the future could entail, that's a [ __ ] reason to keep something, right? That's a really [ __ ] reason to keep something. Something that should be in your life is something that's amazing right now and also will be amazing for the future. Not that it's [ __ ] right now, but could be amazing in the future if you know it completely 180s.
Cuz that's not fair. You could say that about anything then. Oh, but I'll keep taking heroin because one of these days when I when I'm buying heroin next to the gas station, I might go inside and buy a lottery ticket and then I get rich from the lottery. Like, that's not fair to say at all. That's not fair. You can't say that. Like, you can't just like speculate for some crazy Ben. Oh, if she just meditates for 10 years, then she like you can't that's not allowed.
You can't just like say something pretty [ __ ] extreme. Oh, yeah. If they just completely if the situation just completely changes, then it'd be okay. That's not fair to say. Look at it as it is. Look at it exactly as it is. Not like this idealic version that you have as a guy on self-improvement because you've been able to do this for yourself. You've been able to rapidly change your life. But I'm telling you, other people don't.
Bro, trying to improve your life is so [ __ ] hard when you want to, right, [ __ ] You probably want to improve your life more than maybe anyone you [ __ ] met in your life. Like how much you you like die hard watch these videos. How much of your day is about self-improvement, fitness, business, everything? You probably want to change more than anyone you've met so far. And even you still stumble and fall into rut and have months where you [ __ ] up, right?
This shit's hard when you [ __ ] want it. When you'd kill people to to [ __ ] like improve in your life. When you do some like disgusting things to try and improve, like this is your biggest priority in life. You do anything to try and fix your life. It's hard enough, right? And so then you're thinking that someone else is going to improve who doesn't even want to. You take this [ __ ] like flabby girl to the gym with you once or two times and you're thinking like, "Oh yeah, but if she just goes consistently, but she doesn't want to, right?
You're like expecting too much of people who, first of all, they don't even want it that bad. Bro, when someone wants it bad, they still struggle on this path. When someone doesn't want it, like when someone's not begging me for advice, I don't reply. I'm telling you, whenever one of like, you know, one of my fans, whenever one of you guys asks me, "Oh, but so Hamza, you know, my brother, I'm I'd tune off and I'm like, no, sorry, bro.
I'm not interested." What? I'm like, "I'm not interested. I'm not going to help you with your brother." If your brother wanted help, he'd come to me. He's a [ __ ] little [ __ ] and he's [snorts] hopeless. About a thousand guys have asked me so far how they can help someone who doesn't want their help. you know, their brother, their sister, their family member, whatever. Guess how many we've been able to help? Zero. Zero.
I am a complete [ __ ] failure when it comes to trying to help you to help someone who doesn't want your help. I'm telling you, I have a 0% success rate. I've never been so bad at something in my entire life trying to help one of my fans help someone that doesn't want their help. So now if you if you come up to me and try and waste my time about like, "Oh, well, I want to try and fix this person's life for them, I'm just going to interrupt a bit rudely." Say, "Oh, sorry, bro.
I don't like this. I'm not going to help you with this because I know it's literally just a waste of my time, and I'd rather just go and like do my own thing than listen to you yap about like your brother or your girlfriend or whatever. People who are lazy [ __ ] and they just don't want to improve." [ __ ] You wanted to improve more than almost anyone you've ever met and it's been super [ __ ] hard and you fell off this path for months and you reset months of progress and you got into ruts and and you just [ __ ] up so much and you struggled with consistency and you wanted this people don't change.
I'm telling you. And and let's say it's about work, you know, like if you've got like a [ __ ] kind of mid-tier job, most of the time that's about the people in there as well. Well, you know, it's your co-workers, your boss, your clients, whatever. That's why it's kind of shitty, right? So, you're expecting too much of people. This fallacy of like sticking with the seven out of 10, the six out of 10, seven out of 10, the mid option.
This fallacy is based on like you usually think they're going to become a 10 if they do the right things. But I'm telling you, that's not fair to say because people don't change. People don't improve. Your co-workers won't improve. Your boss won't improve. Your girlfriend won't improve. Your friend, your seven out of 10 friend will not improve. I'm telling you. So ask yourself this right now. If these things don't improve, would you leave?
If the answer is yes, brother, you need to leave today cuz they're not going to improve. You're going to waste so much of your own willpower. You're going to you're going to drain your limited willpower by trying to convince your mid-girlfriend to try to remember to meditate every day rather than you just meeting a girl who already happened like who might be like a meditation teacher and that's her business. She has a cute little online business where she teaches meditation and like she has you have so much more in common with a girl like that than this [ __ ] midgirl from your hometown who's not she's not part of our world.
She doesn't give a [ __ ] about improving herself. She's not on self-improvements. But guys will fight for this [ __ ] mid girl just because like she's already in your life. But you deserve to be with the kind of girl who's already actually in in this world as well, right? So beautiful things happen when you let go and stop expecting people in situations to try and change over time or whatever. And you let go of the seven.
Beautiful things happen. You meet people who are genuinely on your level. When you let go of like old loser Jeffrey friends, they'll backstab you. Of course, they'll always talk [ __ ] about you afterwards. But then you'll open up space to become friends with new people who are actually on your level, who aren't like little losers taking drugs, who aren't little like spotty [ __ ] cigarette smoking little losers, right?
You meet people who are actually on your level, kindhearted, who do a similar business as you. They're on a similar level in success as you in fitness mindset. You genuinely learn things from them. Done. you open up space for the new possibilities. The same with like let's say if you've got a girl right now who's mid and you keep thinking to yourself like, "Oh, but things can get better if she just doesn't do this, if she does this." If you knew that things weren't really going to get better, you'd probably leave and you so you should leave cuz things aren't probably going to get better.
I'm telling you. And if you leave after a few months, you have this open space where now you're actually, you know, really pursuing girls more. You're not chasing, but you get my point. You're open to girls more, right? And so then you'll meet a girl who actually already is consistently doing the thing that you've found attractive in a girl, right? It's like what you're you're fighting this uphill battle trying to get like some normie girl to, for example, meditate every day.
Whereas a year or two from now, you might come move to Bali, which is where I live, which is where a bunch of our followers are all moving to. We've already got like 10 20 people here as well. and you move here and it's like, bro, girls here have been meditating like us, like since co like that's [ __ ] beautiful. You'll meet a girl who literally actually does these habits. She'll probably still be a hoe, let's be honest.
But like still, you know, your your girl back home's a hoe, but she doesn't have the extra benefit of like being on self-improvement. If you're going to be with a hoe, she may as well like you may as well have like some banter with her. You know, she's on self-improvement or whatever. Okay, fine. You know, you'll meet girls here, right, who are actually way more compatible with you. But you'll only have the sort of mental capacity to do that if you're kind of free from the mid in the first place.
Like imagine two paths in front of you. Just imagine you've got like a girl who's like a six out of 10 right now. She doesn't really want to change her life. She scrolls and whatever and you're really trying to get her into the gym and meditation, whatever. In one sort of scenario, you stay with this girl. You keep trying to help her. A year passes and you're just more like you're just older basically still trying to get her to go for a few months in this year. you just gave up completely cuz, you know, you just didn't think about it.
You were focused on your own thing. Sometimes she texts you like very randomly once every few months that she's in the gym without you telling her and you're like, "Whoa, whoa, you're so happy. Whatever. Okay, it's sexy. Whatever. Sweet." But most of the time it's just an uphill battle. And a year from now, her fatigue just looks a little bit worse. Whereas yours looks better and you're just outclassing her even more.
That's it. Like that's reasonably what your year is going to look like. It's just an uphill battle trying to get someone mid to like be like you when they don't want to. They yearn to be people yearn to be mid people yearn to be consumers right so why try and change that or let's say in the second scenario you break up and for an entire year you are the guy who's single but who's doing all these good habits and you're you know you're you're open to meeting a girl again and maybe it takes three months maybe it takes six months maybe it takes nine months but then you meet a girl who already like let's say she's in the gym she's already training in the gym consistently and then you've got your little like bodybuilding lifting partner now and you go together it's like you know you see those Instagram Instagram reels of like the couples who like they take pre pre-workout together, then they go and lift together or some [ __ ] You've just got your [ __ ] like dream girl.
Congratulations. But you're only going to be like really open for that when you let go of the girl first, right? I'm telling you, it's almost like especially when you're a bit of a loyal guy. Your eyes don't really see new girls, like especially as as potential partners until you fully close things off with the first girl. I promise you that's the case. I know you're probably thinking like, "Wait, so I could stay with the first girl?" and you know, just see if there's any girls first, you know, who might be No, no.
I I promise it's like your eyes don't doesn't It's like the new girls are almost like unplayable characters in a video game. They're like blacked out. They're like like they're like um they're like grayed out, you know, in like a character selection game. You don't even see them until you unlock them. And and in this case, it's like until you're kind of single and you're then you'll they'll be there. Like there's probably a girl you know right now who's actually like compatible with you, but you you haven't your brain hasn't even processed that she's like a potential option.
Because a lot of guys are actually like actually pretty [ __ ] loyal. So your brain doesn't even like process the potential option of another girl that you probably have seen in the gym or you've probably like spoke to once or or twice before, you know? So when you leave the seven, when you leave the mid, that's when you have the capacity. That's when like your brain starts to register the other options, right? It's it's only when you leave the [ __ ] full-time job and you're unemployed that then you have the sort of capacity and the energy to go hard in business. which is like we all know that's true.
Trying to start the business at the same time when you're working full-time, bro. It's very tough. Very tough. I tried, you know, everyone online will tell you this. This is how I know if someone's like [ __ ] or not. Cuz everyone online will tell you like, "Oh, you want to make a business? Well, then just work on it like before your, you know, your your work and when you come home from work, just work on it then and hah, like work on the weekend." And I'm like, "Bro, I have a pretty good level of discipline and work ethic and stuff.
Okay, fine." And I'm telling you right now, when I worked a full-time job, I couldn't really work extra on business. I'm telling you, like, I don't know how the [ __ ] people are telling you like, "Oh, yeah, you can go to work and come back at 5 and then and then um work a few more hours." And they'll always say some [ __ ] like, "Oh, well, your work ends at 5, so come home and work for 4 hours, then it's 9:00, and then you get ready for bed." It's like, "Motherfucker, like, so what?
You think I just teleport at 5:00 p.m.? I just [ __ ] teleported home or some [ __ ] I'd be home at like 6 something. And that you also need to eat and do some random [ __ ] chores. Okay, it's like 7:15, 7:30." and you're [ __ ] tired. Your willpower is drained. You're tired. You just you were in work all day pretending to be like similar to your co-workers and stuff, right? So, I couldn't do both. I couldn't I only made really good progress in business.
You know my story, right? When I left my job, moved back home and went all in on business. Trying to juggle both, trying to keep the mid thing [ __ ] me over. In fact, my first full-time job, you probably remember I I've said this a lot, my first full-time job was like I was in this office. It was like this customer service role and um I left that right and I switched it for a part-time job like it was like a zero hour contract job um in a homeless shelter.
So I was like on the desk in this homeless shelter where like you would just go at nighttime like at midnight take your laptop and then you work till like 8:00 a.m. Sometimes I'd work till 400 p.m. So midnight to 400 p.m. 16 hours, right? Take your laptop and you can just like sit there on your laptop and just do whatever you want. And every like every half an hour through the night, one of the homeless guys would come into the shelter and he'd just like press the buzzer, you would ring the thing, open the door for him, done.
Okay. Basically, so it wasn't much work, but it had to be there basically. And so I started to be able to make a bit of progress cuz this job was obviously way easier to be able to work on business because I had the shift when I was going to the job. I was getting paid £9 an hour to sit there. So I just take my laptop and work on businesses. Sweet. But I'm telling you, so this job was like the seven, right? Because think about how cool that sounds. you were getting paid £9 an hour which is actually more than I was getting paid at my previous full-time job £9 an hour and most of the shift I was able to work on businesses and that was fine.
I was like genuinely part of like the job. She even said it in the interview like oh yeah most of the people they're like students so they just bring their laptop and work on their student studies here because you just have to be here to answer this call thing. That's it. So that's like that's pretty [ __ ] cool, right? Yeah, it's at night time it's bad for your health. Yeah, you know it's still a job. Whatever. Okay, so we'll call it a seven.
Leaving the seven, I'm telling you, was hard. I worked this job for like for extra months and months and months than I should have because it was a seven. It was good enough. And you know, sometimes when I was debating leaving cuz I was like sleepd deprived and I knew that I still would have been better without working this job if I was just full-time on business. But I would argue against it thinking like, oh, but it is pretty good though, you know?
It is pretty good. Like it's basically free money. And a lot of people would kill for this job. Like it's actually pretty [ __ ] easy. I just go I make this extra cash when I'm just working on my business because otherwise I'll just be working on business just at home. I may as well get paid £9 an hour for it, right? So I ended up staying in this job for like way longer than I should have. And I'm telling you right now, I only made good progress in business when I left this job.
I'm telling you, it's so true. It's like you need to get rid of the seven to go and pursue the 10. That was my official journey of like leaving the seven for the 10 was like I had this job that a lot of people would be like, "Oh, fair enough." You know, bro, a job that pays you £9 an hour, which is like $14 an hour. And you literally just sit there on your laptop and work on your online businesses through it. And you probably do the equivalent of like 10 20 minutes of work for an eight hour shift, but it's like quick call.
So, you just have to pick up the call in the middle of the night and the guy will say, "Oh, hey, it's Trevor. You know, I'm in room 17. Okay, sweet. Go ahead. Have a good night, bro. Boom. That's it. That's it. Like that. And then you don't do anything else for like an hour basically until like all the homeless guys are going outside to go steal from the students and you have to all let them in and then Oh, you're right, bro.
Do you want to do you want to buy a bike? Yeah. No, I'm good, bro. [laughter] Actually, is that a PlayStation? These [ __ ] used to come in with um with bikes. Like they'd all go outside at like [ __ ] 2 3 4 a.m. Like 10 of them. Every time I'd see them leaving on the CCTV, I would always be shocked thinking like, "What the [ __ ] Imagine if you had like a girlfriend and she's walking past or something. 10 of these [ __ ] homeless guys, they disappear into the night on the CCTV at like 3:00 a.m. 4:00 a.m. and like ants, you know, ants that are carrying like leaves, they'd come back and they're holding like two bikes.
One of them's just holding a [ __ ] TV like this. They're holding like just crazy [ __ ] And they'd always say, "Oh, do you want to buy a TV or something?" So, but basically, this job was actually like my seven, right? And I'm telling you, I left it. And it was only when I left it and I went all in on building this thing which is my 10 that was absolutely worth it. Right? This this is what like this was my own experience of like leaving the the seven for the 10.
And I'm so glad that I did this cuz if I tried to juggle the job with this business longer, I don't think I would have had the same level of success in this business. Like imagine that. Imagine a world where I I basically stayed with that job with ideas that like, oh, but it could get better, you know, like I could um I could do less shifts or I could ask for the daytime shift so it doesn't mess up my sleep schedule or I could do this or that or whatever.
I probably wouldn't have have went all in on YouTube with, you know, the same level of like focus and everything. And maybe I would have never actually popped off. Who knows, right? But this was me leaving the seven for the 10. And it gave me like obviously I could work on the 10. You know, you can sort of like stack something up for the 10 before like you leave the seven. But it's not going to be as good. And so for you, if you've got something that's a seven out of 10 right now, try and remember what it was.
You know, you probably thought about it as soon as I started to explain it in this video. Whatever it is, bro, beware the seven. tell yourself right now like you're going to have to leave that thing which I I bro I bro like I know it probably you seem so scared of it and you're thinking what like you're feeling sad like you have to leave the girl or you have to leave the job and you know there's like a sense of discomfort around it and I'm telling you right now if you sit with this feeling for the next like hour and journal about it and stuff you know what's going to happen you're going to drain your willpower you're going to feel tired and when you feel tired you're not going to want to make a decision I promise you whatever you're thinking about right now it's very likely that the right choice is like you make a decision right now.
You know what I say to people now? I love to do this. This is what I would do is send a text to start the process of moving on because it's very easy to like cope and sit here for ages. But what you really need to do is just start the uncomfortable conversation because then when the other person kind of responds to it, it's easy for you to like say your piece and to end things, right? It's just hard to start it. And so the way that I would do it is actually start it by sending a text message.
So for example, if you need to leave a girl, sending her the text message like, "Hey, we need to talk." She'll already guess what it is. And it kind of what I like to say is it kind of opens the door to the conversation. It's already started and they'll bring it up now and you can't escape it now. You know what I mean? Or for example, you send a text message to like your manager or something or an email, whatever. And even just tell them in text like, "Oh, hey, like you know, I've decided this.
I will come speak in person, but I just wanted to send you this message preemptively, whatever, but I'll come speak to you in person tomorrow, whatever. Because when you do that, it kind of locks you into this decision. Because if you don't do this right now to leave the seven, what you'll do is you'll sit here like a [ __ ] [ __ ] journal about it yet again, and basically by the end of your journaling session, you'll be so tired that you'll want that sort of, you know, the the the security of not changing anything.
You'll want like a hug from your seven out of 10 or even five out of 10 girlfriend or whatever, you know, cuz you're kind of tired and whatever. So, it's like basically if you do feel like this is right and and you're pretty adamant this is not your 10. Like that's the real question you should ask is is this actually your 10? Just be honest because you know it's hard to say is this a seven whatever but just ask is this girl actually your 10?
Because I'm telling you bro your your 10 is not like the girl from your hometown who you have to like try to convince to do all this stuff. And also you know she's a bit of a hoe. And also, you know that if you left her within one or two years, she'd be the exact same as all the other girls in your hometown, going out to the same clubs that you probably know all the people in your hometown go to, you probably know which guys she'll end up hooking up within like a year from now because, you know, like they're already in your school or some [ __ ] like that.
That's not your [ __ ] 10, bro. It's not. And if you're staying with her now, you feel like, you know, a sense of like, oh, but I don't want that to happen. But it's like, why fight to keep the seven in your life or the the five? Why fight when you can just go be single and and you know not have the thing and go fight for the the thing that's way better, right? So, you probably know what it is already. So, the action step for you, bro.
Send that text. Many of you guys, you're working a full-time job. That's [ __ ] Which is so unnecessary because you've also saved up pretty good money. You've like, you know, you'll probably spend like 200 bucks a month at home if you're living with your parents, right? And but you've saved up two grand. You've got like a year of your expenses. You've saved up [ __ ] five grand, 10 grand. You don't need to stick with this.
And and it's hard to like leave something. That's why I'm saying send the text message. Send a text message right now in the next 20 seconds. Send it to your manager. Send it to your girl. Send just open the door. You don't have to fully say, "Oh, hey, I'm broke breaking up with you." Whatever. But just open the door to like something deep like, "Hey, we need to talk." Or to your manager, "Oh, hey, thingy. I hope you're having a nice day.
I just wanted to let you know that I'm going to be leaving. I'll um but I'll I just wanted to send you this text preemptively, but tomorrow I'll speak to you in person." Oh, like that because that just like like you know it kind of starts the process so that it Okay, sweet. And I guarantee when you do it, you'll stand up and you'll want to go to the gym straight after this because you'll have good energy. You're finally living life aligned to like the bigger goal.
And I don't blame you for this. You know, it's very easy for us to like, you know, sit here and think, okay, you're being a bit of a [ __ ] whatever. But I don't blame you for this because honestly, it's like, bro, it is pretty [ __ ] hard to like to take action on something like this when you have something which is a guarantee. It's hard to venture forward, right? It's hard to let go of the six or the seven to to reach out blindly for a 10 that might not be there.
It's very hard. But this is how dreams are made. This isn't like I I I promise you this isn't some like [ __ ] that you're going to end up regretting. You you might regret it for the next few months because you might not get something better. Sure. But if you keep [ __ ] pushing forward to to build the thing that's a 10, you will you'll have moments of regret and weakness where you'll just want the com comfort of the the previous thing.
Especially with girls as well. But I'm telling you, the path forward of of going for your 10, going for your moonshot, going for your dream, bro. It's always worth it. Always worth it. Honestly, if you especially if you're not even that happy right now and you've been constantly trying to change the situation, but it's not really working and what not working and not working, bro, leave the seven. If you've been finding yourself like agitated, trying to change things, trying to fix things, trying to set things up in a way so that it's bearable.
What if nothing's going to change? Because it's probably not. If nothing changed, would you still be like, would you still stay in this situation? Probably not, right? You'd probably stop trying to fix it and you'd just leave. You'd pack your bags and leave. You'd leave the job. You'd leave the location, you leave the friendship, you leave the girl. Remember, this is so interesting, by the way. You know what we'll end off with?
It's so interesting. Leaving was mankind's first act of self-improvement. Think about that. Humanity's first act of self-improvement was leaving a seven out of 10. Back in the caveman days, that was the first sort of act of self-improvement was leaving somewhere where the resources started to get less abundance. It's in your DNA. You have like adventurer caveman DNA. You have their blood through your veins. That's how you survive.
That's how your bloodline survived because they left when the situation wasn't good enough. You try your best to stay in this like barren wasteland to plant the seeds and to to pray and hope for the rains and and for the new growth of the trees. You try your best, of course, you fight. Okay, fine. But when things are not growing, when the wasteland stays as a wasteland and you realize things are not going to change, bro, you pack your stuff and you just venture forward in any direction. your ancestors didn't know what what lies beyond the horizon that way.
That's [ __ ] so badass and they just [ __ ] walked anyway because it's better to take the unpredictable world knowing that you're a capable man, knowing that there's an answer to everything these days that you could possibly struggle with, knowing that there's something better out there because you just believe the people who are telling you. It's better to take that than to just be sat here in in like an area that's just its resources are just diminishing slowly waiting until death hoping and praying for a change.
Don't be like these stupid women staying with like men who beat them for 20 [ __ ] years. Don't be these stupid simpy men staying with women who microche and disrespect them for 20 years. That's such a terrible life, bro. When when the alternative these days is so good, being single is so good, not having a job is so good these days, bro. Why why [ __ ] settle for something so mid these days, right? Rise up. Like life is meant for more than like constantly asking your [ __ ] little hometown girl to like stop following guys on Instagram.
Stop going out to these [ __ ] DGEN little parties or something, you know? There's there's girls who genuinely don't drink alcohol. There's businesses that you can start that genuinely you wake up early. Bro, I didn't even have my alarm on today. I woke up at 4:45 naturally. It's it's uh it's 5:35 right now and like, bro, I'm happy to be here. It's not easy, you know. I'm sweating a little bit. I'm like, you know, it's tense a little bit, you know, giving a speech for 45 minutes straight.
Of course, it's not easy. But six years ago, I was working that job. I was technically in work exactly like 6 years ago or maybe a little bit more. 6 and a half years ago I was like I would have been sat in work at this time at this time at 5:00 a.m. trying to work on the business sleepy as [ __ ] cuz I was working night shifts. The only difference is instead of being in like a crack den house in Manchester in UK where where there was syringes like literal syringes outside and like [ __ ] all these crackhead homeless guys and whatever making£9 an hour trying to make a business.
Well, now I wake up in my villa, which is costs like$10,000 [ __ ] dollars a month, and it's like that's like barely even it's not even 10% of how much money I make. I took the [ __ ] risk. It would have been easy for me to stay in that job. It would have been easy for me to stay with every single girl that I've been with so far, but I took the risk to to keep going up and up and up. I'm telling you, the men that you respect, every single one of us have lived a life like this where we had something comfortable. we had something guaranteed and we left it behind.
What if I stayed in that situation? What if I stayed with the girls that I used to date, bro? Like, I'd be a nobody? I'd be irrelevant. I'd always be looking to the guy who's successful, thinking, "Oh, yeah. Yeah, right. Must be cheating. He just got lucky. Whatever." You want to know the luck, bro? Every single girl I've ever been in love with, I've left. I don't think a girl's ever broken up with me. I've left every girl that I've been in love with.
And most of the time I've left with this thing of like, oh, my life will be better. My focus will be better on my business if I leave. I've abandoned and sacrificed love to build my life up. I had a comfortable job. I had a comfortable apartment. I I didn't live with my family anymore when I was like 21 years old cuz my family was like quite abusive. And I left this apartment to move back home to my abusive, traumainducing family so that I could build this business.
And people want to say it's love. People want to say it's luck. I voluntarily stepped back into the home where I was traumatized as a child just so I could work on this business more. I didn't have friends for about 2 years. I was deeply lonely. The only people who I had to talk to were basically my followers. So, of course, I got [ __ ] good at this work. Of course, I understood the men of the world and the problems that they had. take the plunge.
Build the [ __ ] amazing story. Like, leave this [ __ ] barren wasteland. Lately, you've tried to plant the seeds. You've tried it now and it's not working, right? You've tried it enough. And so, what you need to do, bro, you need to do the equivalent of like metaphorically packing your bags and and walking into the the distance into the horizon, right? You need to start your adventure. And the way you do that in the modern day, you have to go send the text to whoever you're it is you're leaving.
If there's a specific person, send them the text that just opens the door. Hey, we need to talk. If it's to your manager, you know, write write it a bit more professionally, but hey, just wanted to let you, you know, have a nice weekend. I just wanted to let you know that I've decided today that I'm going to be leaving this job. I just wanted to text you right now. Tomorrow we we can talk in person and I can just work the last two weeks, whatever.
Boom. Just something like that. And it just opens the door. And I bet the moment after you do this, you'll have like a moment of everything, whatever. And I bet you'll feel like going to the gym afterwards because you'll have like so much energy of like, oh [ __ ] like I'm I'm actually about to build the [ __ ] life. Oh [ __ ] Like that. Like like you'll have the best energy that you'll have for [ __ ] ages. You're building your [ __ ] dream life.
Did you think it was going to come without some sacrifices? I'm excited for you. Even though it's going to hurt. Even though right now you'll probably be pretty hype. A few weeks from now, a few months from now, you'll probably have a moment of really missing. If it's a girl you're leaving, you might start missing her. You might end up dating a [ __ ] a girl who's actually worse than her, and you really start missing her more or something.
Completely normal. You might struggle with business, not get a sale for two, three months, and you think, "Oh man, that job wasn't actually that bad." So normal. But wait till you [ __ ] build the 10. Just just [ __ ] like, bro, starve till you build the 10. I'm living proof that this [ __ ] [ __ ] works and it's and that it's worth it. So, I'm excited for you. If you want my help with this, if you want to speak to me directly, and you also want the help of like [ __ ] thousands of guys, we have this like big group chat that you can join.
You get my courses and community and whatever. It's the product that I sell, which I make. I make a [ __ ] ton of money from it, and I really work hard in there. So, maybe you want to go check that out. It'll be the link uh just below this video. Goodbye.
