Opening (first 30 seconds)
Yerr. What's good, YouTube? It's your boy Swag back at it again with another Hey. And today, I'm going to be showing you guys what you all have been asking me for, man. A Cooper Flag Do-It-All Power Forward Build that has high shooting, gets contact dunks, has an elite post game, has ball handle so he can dribble and ISO, and with all that can still play elite defense and rebound. Don't forget to hit that like button, hit that sub button, and turn on notice so none of this is on any future videos or streams. But without further ado, let's head straight to the build.

But without further ado, let's head straight to the build. Starting with the template, we're going to go with 6'9 height, which is Cooper Flags listed height. Now, originally, I was looking at a 6'8 like last year, but you can honestly get everything you would want and need at 6'9. So, we gain that extra inch of height, and also the cap breakers actually worked out better at 6'9. Now, for weight, we're going to go with 249 lb, which is the heaviest we can be while still keeping that 70 speed with ball, which is a requirement for certain animations.
And then for wingspan, we're going to go with a 7'1 wingspan to gain access to that 87 midi, which not only unlocks a lot of badges and animations, but also really good jump shots as well. That's the template. Let's head straight to the attributes. Starting with the attributes, we're going to raise our driving dunk to an 83 and our vertical to a 77. And without cap breakers, this dunking is still very effective, but with four cap breakers, three to dunk and one to vert, we get 93 dunk and 80 vertical, unlocking that gold posterizer, both contact dunks off one and off two, and a lot of elite dunk packages.
Finishing is super strong this year, and the fact that the build is 6'9 with long arms, you're going to be dunking crazy. Now, this build even has the ability to get 95 dunk for even more packages, like the straight-arm tomahawks, but that's not 100% necessary. And moving on to the post control, we're going to go with an 84. Now, 83 gives us that silver post spin catalyst, which will allow you to throw people out the way.
And if we raise our midi, you see that 84 gets us that gold post fade phenom. So, you can go into your post hop shots and your post fades just like Cooper Flagg. Moving on to shooting, we went with 85 midi for that silver dead eye and gold static midi. If you guys didn't know, static midi does pop up even on three-point shots. So, having this badge helps a lot with the shooting. We're also going to go with an 83-point rating.
Now, 78 is all we need for that silver set in fire and 79 gets us an extra shooting token. And then I just went with 80 just to reach that threshold. Now, you do miss out on 833 for that bronze limitless. And you can eventually cab breaker if you want. But in all honesty, you don't need limitless to shoot from far as I've been shooting from limitless on my 78 three-ball build no problem. Now, on this build, I recommend shooting specialization and using the two cab breakers you'll eventually get on midi to get it to an 87.
Not only does that unlock silver smooth operator, so you'll be able to fade easier in the midi, but also unlocks bases like Scotty Pippen, which is one of the best bases in the game for poppers and swings. And if you guys want a really good Scotty Pippen jump shot, I got you with one right here on the screen. Scotty Pippen base, Bassi release one 35% Baluba release two 65% max release and 2/4 speed. And if you want to find the best jump shot that's custom-made specifically for you, NBA 2K Labs is the place to go.
They have a lot of cool free features. But what you want is under the premium section, the custom jump shot data. This is where I find all my jump shots for my different builds and different ratings. And it's an absolute game changer. They're constantly doing in-depth statistical testing on different jump shots to show you which releases and which bases have the biggest green windows than others. If you want to check it out for yourself and have an advantage over your opponents all year long, head over to nba2klab.com and use code swag for 20% off.
Moving on to play making, we're going to go with that 70 pass accuracy for that silver dimer, maxed out ball handle of 80, and maxed out 70 speed with ball. Now, last year 6'9s move super clunky and slow, but this year you can cook up crazy with these low ratings. And combine that with our 93 dunk that we'll have with the high shooting, you can fry anybody for a dunk or for the shot. Moving on to rebounding, we're going to go with a 90 D board and 80 O board.
Even with the build being able to dribble and dunk and have high shooting, this is a power forward build at the end of the day. So, we need to be able to rebound the ball well when playing park or rec. 90 D board in specific gives us that Hall of Fame sink snatcher, and this is one of the best rebounding badges in the game as it allows you to just jump out the gym on rebounds. An 80 O board in specific gives us that silver crasher to help us when our teammates miss.
We also have the ability to get 95 D board on this build with future cat breakers, which will give us that gold possession closer and allow us to snag even better. Moving on to defense, it might seem like we won't be able to have good defense because of everything we're able to get offensively. We're actually going to be really solid with 82 perimeter for silver challenger, 83 steal for silver glove and silver interceptor, and then 84 block with 71 interior for that silver paint patroller and high flying denier.
Now, obviously this isn't super elite defense, but this is still more than enough to consistently get stops. If you guys remember my defensive demon build, it does have 84 block as well, and I get so many blocks on that build. So, I can only imagine that this build will be able to do that as well. Now, finally the physicals, we're going to max out our speed to an 80, max out our agility to a 75, and then strength to a 76 for that silver box out boss, which is very important for holding those box outs and not getting wormed.
Now, with the last little bit of attributes, we're going to raise our post control to an 85. This might seem like a waste because it doesn't give us a badge or a token, so what's the point? Well, this one attribute is very important because it's what allows us to get the cat breakers how we want. As you can see with 85 post control, we get the dunk cat breakers we need with three caps getting us 93. However, if we don't go 85 post control, and let's say we use those little attributes to get one more three instead, it completely messes up the cat breakers.
As you can see, three caps now only give us plus one each. So, there you guys have it, man. I haven't made this build myself just yet, which is why I don't have the usual clips to show you guys for every attribute rating, but this build is definitely on my list for being my next build. It can literally do it all offensively while still being a monster on the glass and a monster on defense. One tweak you guys can make if you're worried about the steal and want to be more hawking in the passing lanes, you can lower dunk to 80 and lower post control to 84 and get that 85 steal, which doesn't unlock a badge, but does unlock that hawk defensive takeover, which gives you a boost to on-ball and lane steals.
The only issue with this version is that you now would need an extra cat breaker as three caps on dunk only takes it to a 91 on this version instead of a 93 like before. You would need to do four caps on dunk and one to vert in order to get the gold posterizer. So, you guys can decide what you prefer, getting the 93 dunk faster with less cat breakers, or optimizing the build a little more and getting the 85 steal for that hawk takeover.
When I make this build personally, I'mma go with the 85 steal version since I love playing passing lanes, and having that hawk takeover would be amazing for me. But, there you guys have it, man. A 6'9 Cooper Flag power forward build that can be used in park as the big man or in rec as the power forward. If you don't have any fuses unlocked yet or extra tokens or anything, this is how I would lay out my badges to start off.
Obviously, it would look a lot better once you use your fuses and bonus tokens to get more badges. And if you don't know what dribble animations would be good on this build, you can copy this layout right here. These dribble moves will have you moving super shifty 100%. These are also the shooting animations I recommend you put on as well. Kyle Kuzma's go-to shot is very glitchy to use as a speed boost paired with the Shifty Sharp crossover to get you to the basket.
Pro 2 dribble pull-up is still the best fade in the game, but has a higher requirement this year. So, we went with Pro 3, which is a very good budget fade. Unfortunately, we don't get Kyle Kuzma's spin jumper, which if you guys remember last year was super glitchy and created a lot of space. So, we go with Pro spin jumper, which is still very good. Now, Zach Levine hop jumper is super glitchy for not only shooting off of when going dominant ball hand, but also really good for speed boosting out of.
And then for motion style, I haven't really labbed these a whole lot. So, I don't know if there's a secret one that's super glitchy, but I've heard Alex Caruso is a very good motion style, so you can go with that. But that is the full breakdown of the attributes, the badges, and the animations. Let me know in the comments what you think about the build, and if you want to see Black Market play a comp 5v5 best-of-five series versus an elite team, check out the video on the screen right now.
But until next time, I appreciate y'all. I love y'all. God bless. Peace.
