THIS IS THE BIGGEST RERUN EVENT YET!! (Hakuhou AND Lion?!) | Azur Lane transcript

So, I'm sure you guys have heard of this. I'm pretty late to this, but I'll go ahead and talk about it regardless cuz there are about a week and a couple days left before this update goes live. So, on the Bilibili website for Azur Lane, about 2 weeks ago, they were talking about a event selector. And how this works is coming on October 8th, you guys can pick whatever event that you guys want to farm out. It's going to be interesting.

I wonder how it's going to work out. I'll make a proper video about this when it comes out, but for now we'll talk about what it has on this post that is right here. So, I have it translated for the most part. It might be a little off. I used a manga translator thing, so bear with me, guys. So, select rerun. During the event, commanders can select an event on the on the select rerun screen and launch it during its light rerun, which is basically like a one week event.

You can launch a light rerun only once per event period. Once you've selected and launched an event, your choice cannot be changed. Each event period will offer the same selection of light reruns as the previous one or add new options. Check the game for details. When this feature first launches, available events will include Roses of the High Tower, which is Lion's event, Dance above the Celestial, which is Hakuryuu's event, and Iron Blood Wings, which is I think it's like a SSR event, nothing too crazy.

So, if you guys don't already know, we're going to probably go with the UR event, but let's see. Once you select and launch a rerun, you cannot select that event again during a feature select rerun. So, um if you guys are are low on oil, I wouldn't pick the UR events right away. I mean, you could. I don't think it really matters too much unless you're planning on farming a lot, but I'll go ahead and make a proper video when that comes out.

Uh the light rerun will run for the exact same duration as a corresponding select rerun event. So, either a week, 2 weeks, depends on what it is. Events opening in sync. The uh accompanying content will open at the same time and its scope will match that of the selected events light rerun. Okay, so pretty much the same thing as a normal event. Um for example, if you select dancing above the celestial realm, which is Hakuko's event, the corresponding UR exchange combat uh preparation event, shop event point accumulation, story event, and other related content will also be open.

Okay, so at the moment you select that, all the banners, all the shops, all that stuff, UR gear, everything will be available. All right. Uh and other related content will be open during the event only once any light rerun is launched, its corresponding campaign events will also will also what? I guess also happen as well. Okay, they basically said it. So, you pick an event, everything related to that event is open. I'm not sure mini events will be as well.

Like, there's some mini events tied to that. I'm not sure. Maybe it will be. We'll see. Limited construction. During the event, a limited construction for the active light rerun will also open. The available characters and their rates will be the exact same as when the event previously held. Check the game for rates of the limited characters. All right, so pick one, all the milestone rewards, all the shop rewards, all the gotcha characters, they will all be available when you pick it.

Okay, so it's going to launch on October 8th, which is, I believe, next Thursday, not this Thursday, but next Thursday. As of right now, there's only three options. And if I'm being brutally honest, there is one really, really good option here and it's lion. So, but I'll talk about them each of them individually and what you guys should pick. But as of right now, lion is like the number one pick when it comes to these three options.
