This video is titled I made another 44K a month Roblox game. Yes, this is my third game in a row that has popped off and there is a method to this madness. If this pisses you off that I've had three successful games back-to-back, this video is specifically for you. We're going to talk about the biggest addiction that Roblox developers have and the biggest addiction in the world rather and that is an addiction to copium, okay?
I'm going to get into that. But first, let me show you we have this is how much Robux we made the last 72, 1.2 mil. All right? This is you know, this is conservative estimates. I'm going to explain why because we have a lot of 18+ revenue, but you can see 500k yesterday. It's a Sunday. Already at 230k today and it's only noon. So, this is going to keep growing. This is going to keep growing. Um you can see we have around a 25% US 18+ rate.
We have an incredible audience here, almost 30% US audience, okay? And I want to give a huge shout-out to the team. This is the lead programmer, Scripted Eli. Make sure you guys, you know, keep an eye on him. Very, very talented dev. We have my level designer here, Fall To Deep, extremely talented builder, probably one of the best builders I've ever worked with. And then of course, if you want to go check out the in-game credits, everyone that worked on the game is in the credits because I want to show love to the people that worked hard on this game and we all came together to make this game.
And if you think it's slop, I mean, bro, this video is for you because we're going to talk about copium because I know a lot of you guys watch my content for the tactical insight, okay? But here is the reality, dude. I'm going to explain something to you guys, okay? My channel contains This is my opinion, okay? My channel contains every single ingredient and step needed to make a successful game. Yet, why are there people still struggling?
This baffles me, bro. I don't even sell a [ __ ] course. This [ __ ] is free and it's on the internet. How are you still not doing well on Roblox, okay? There's going to be some tough love in this video. I'm not talking about tactical [ __ ] in this video. I'm going to be talking about mindset. Why? Because everything that is needed to have a successful game, in my opinion, is already on my [ __ ] channel, dude. But, something I often don't talk about is a mindset.
Because this is kind of a crazy story. Like, I'll be honest, right? I have three games in a row that have hit good revenue numbers, okay? I'm not sitting here to toot my own horn, but there's a method behind this madness, okay? There is all of the sauce required to make this kind of money on Roblox is on my [ __ ] channel, dude. Yet, why are so many people still struggling, okay? Listen, you guys know me. I want to help.
I want to inspire. But, we need to [ __ ] be real in this video, man. We need to have a tough conversation, okay? Why are so few people winning this space? Let me explain something. Let's say you have 100 devs, okay? They all want to make a 10K CCU game. Got 100 devs here, okay? What happens? These guys right here, they scroll Instagram all day, okay? Boom, gone. Simple. These guys right here, massive egos, have trouble working with people, don't know how to collaborate, don't know how to manage a team.
Cooked, okay? These guys right here, get only watch 5 minutes of my videos or any educational content, cooked. Okay? These guys right here all complain, lack integrity, don't take accountability, Okay? Cooked. Let's keep going. Uh I said this is going to be some tough love because I genuinely want to help you guys. These guys right here complain that Roblox algorithm fried them, they're they're messed up. Oh, it's the ads are too expensive.
Oh, all these new requirements. Oh, These guys right here even more copium. This is literally what it looks like. The amount of people that actually take this [ __ ] seriously, and it's not even just the people that are tactical, it's the people that have the proper mindset. It's such a small percentage. Not just on Roblox, guys. This is so much bigger than Roblox. This is in the world overall, okay? This society has a plague of victim mentality or what I like to call an addiction to copium.
All right? An addiction to copium. And this is some tough love, man, because it's way easier to point the finger at something outside of yourself for the being the reason that you haven't had what you want or you don't have the success you want than to take a good, hard, honest look at yourself and be radically transparent and honest with yourself and be like, "Shit, maybe there's some things that I can improve on." Not just, you know, the tactics and the freaking thumbnails and the freaking D1 retention, but your mindset and how you're moving through this world, man.
So, let's get into what I call the ironclad rules to wage war, Okay? And I'm not talking about waging war with other developers. For 99% of you, this war is in your own [ __ ] mind, man. You are your own worst enemy. Let's get into it. First and foremost, do what you say you're going to do. Discipline over motivation. Most you guys can't trust yourself. Why? Because you tell yourself, "I'm going to work on this game.
It's going to get done by this time." And then you don't [ __ ] do it. And what happens is you can't trust yourself, dude. You set a goal, "I'm going to go to the gym X amount of times a freaking day, a week, whatever." >> [snorts] >> And then you start lacking, man. And discipline is built through habit. Motivation fades. If you need something or someone or you need to watch my videos to get motivation, that's fine for a little spark.
But that's not going to keep you going, bro. You have to find that [ __ ] dog inside yourself. Okay? For me, man, I've been in business 10 years. I've eaten a lot of [ __ ] bro. This is what a lot of you guys don't understand. I've been broke several times in my life, bro. I'm talking I'm living in an Airbnb here in Florida, $200 to my name. I need to close the sales call in order to [ __ ] buy a meal the next day. You understand?
A lot of you just don't have that dog in you. All right? But it's inside you. It just hasn't been activated. Let me rephrase that. A lot of you do actually, I believe, have that dog in you, but it's not been activated. Okay? This one's huge. Respect people. Pay them on time. Have integrity. A lot of you, I don't know what it is, but this is business, man. And these are people's livelihoods. If you're hiring a team, okay?
They're considering that into their budget for the month, how they can pay groceries, how they can pay their family. You're [ __ ] with people's livelihood here, okay? People are relying on your word. If you are saying, "I'm going to pay you X amount of dollars on X amount of day." you better [ __ ] do it. Okay? You have to respect people. I I can't believe I have to even like teach this [ __ ] on a YouTube video. Like just fatherless society, man.
It makes me sad. It really does. And this one's huge, okay? Focus on yourself and your own goals and stop just scrolling Twitter and be like, "Oh my god, why is this guy successful and not me?" It's because he made a slop game and dude, the amount of people that just spend time looking at some of my old games that have lost CCU when they could be focused on themselves is insane to me. Okay? And this one's really important.
No one's going to save you, bro. And no one owes you [ __ ] okay? All of the stuff that you guys seeing from me, it seems like, "Okay, Tizzy came out of nowhere and he's having success. Dude's just lucky." That's just [ __ ] code, man. I put in the work for 10 years to forge my mindset. Okay? Eating [ __ ] again and again and again and again and getting back up, okay? Relying on myself and God, of course. That one's huge.
But sack up, bro. Sack the [ __ ] up. Grow a pair of balls. If you're not successful, if you don't have what you want, it's your [ __ ] fault, dude. It's not the algorithm's fault, trust me. Okay? No such thing as handouts. No one owes you [ __ ] Stop complaining if people don't answer your DMs. If you're asking a top dev for advice and they don't answer, no one owes you [ __ ] [ __ ] bro. It is what it is. Sack up, okay?
And your failure is your own fault. Okay? This is it. This is huge. We're going to get into this. But more importantly, so is your success. Okay? This is [ __ ] huge. My team is cracked. They're dialed in because we all share this same mindset. We're hungry, okay? Not just for [ __ ] money, whatever, but we want to make good games, bro. Look at Reason Anomaly. It's the most polished simulator game I've seen on the platform in a long time.
We put a lot of love into that game. We have almost 80 unique characters each with their own lore. Huge shout out to the team. But, let's get into this, okay? Because this is the biggest disease in the world, okay? Or addiction. And it's the addiction to [ __ ] copium, bro. And I'm going to show you guys how you can start to reframe your mindset because it's a lot harder to take a god's honest look at yourself and accept that dude, maybe you have some things you need to improve on.
So, let's get into it. This is a lot of [ __ ] that I see on Twitter. Oh, this guy's game only works because it's slop. This is game it's all slop. It's all slop. You can have that mindset, victim mindset, not going to make it. I'm sorry, I'm being honest with you, bro. It's not going to get you anywhere. Or you can have the mindset, you know, maybe there's a reason these kinds of games work on Roblox and maybe there's something that I can learn from this.
Just a thought, man. Just a thought. Just a simple reframe. Another one is, this is classic. Oh, if only my developer didn't ghost me or if he did what he asked. It's it's my dev's fault. Oh, I had this great game idea, but they didn't execute it properly. It's cuz the devs that I work with suck and there's no good devs and maybe I'm a bad leader. Oof. That one stings, man. It's like going into a boxing ring and getting hit with a [ __ ] one-two, right?
Straight clean punch to the jaw. That one hurts. Maybe I'm not creating a good work environment for my team. Maybe I'm a little too egotistical. Maybe people don't like working with me. Ooh. God, that one might sting. Damn, bro. Take a god's honest good look at yourself in meditation, man. That's what I And listen, guys, I'm doing this because I genuinely think this is the root cause of the problem. Cuz the tactics and advice, it's all there, bro.
It's all there. This one's huge on Twitter. Oh, the algorithm screwed me over. Oh, Roblox is making bad updates. Oh my god. Jeez, let me send you guys a box of tissues, bro. Jeez. Or this is an opportunity to learn more about the new algo changes before others. This is actually an opportunity. You guys see this simple reframe? This [ __ ] can take time, but dude, it it starts with just taking an honest look at yourself.
Okay? Sorry if you made it this far. You're like, "Oh, Tizzy, you're not leaking the sauce." Well, bro, this is the real [ __ ] sauce. Let me tell you. All developers ghost me, never get worked on on time. Uh Wee wee wee. Maybe I'm not creating a strong enough incentive for my team to want to prioritize the game that we're building together. Ooh. Just a thought, man. Just a thought experiment. Okay? If only this insert top dev would help me with my game and respond to my DMs.
That's why I'm not successful. Wah. Or maybe I'm taking more than I'm giving and just asking for handouts when I haven't offered anything of actual value. Oh my god, dude. That's a left hook to the body, straight to the liver. Damn. Damn, that one stings. Tizzy's saturating the market, making Roblox harder. That's why my games aren't successful. Holy, dude. That's one of my favorites. Or maybe how can I take an honest look at myself and improve my weaknesses to improve my overall chances of success?
Wow. Guys, this [ __ ] is deeper than money. This is a societal problem. We need good people to stand up that have a spine, that have integrity, that pay people on time, that have radical self-accountability. That is how you truly truly win. Okay? Because here's the thing, dude. As I've said, all right? My channel contains every single ingredient. This is my opinion and step needed to make a successful game. Okay? Everything is there, dude.
It's all free on the internet. All right? The proof is in the pudding. I mean, three back-to-back winners. Okay? This one I partnered with the solo dev. This one I designed it and project managed the entire game and hired a team. Okay? Here people thought, "Oh, you know, maybe Tizzy, you know, just got lucky. The game was already built." Okay, bro. Well, I just proved you wrong. I built a game from scratch and I still hit a banger.
All right? Now, I'm not sitting here to flex. I'm using myself as a testimony to what can happen when you tap in to yourself and get radically honest with yourself and you realize that this is majority of devs. Scratch that. This is majority of society. And this is really who you're competing with here. And even some of the people here don't share this mindset, dude. It's not even just about money, man. It's about taking your power back, bro.
Because anytime you blame something outside of yourself, you are giving up your own personal power. And you're just [ __ ] cucking yourself, bro. I'm going to be so honest. Like you're just cucking yourself. Like just sack up, take an honest look at yourself, journal if you need to, and be honest with yourself. No one's perfect. This stuff took me a long time to learn. A lot of pain. There's a lot of stuff you guys don't know about me that I've gone through, you know, drug addiction for years, lowest of the low, had to crawl back out of it, okay?
Walking with God and learning these tough lessons. This is for me decades of [ __ ] pain that I hope you guys don't have to go through. All right? I want to see you guys win, genuinely. Genuinely, man. So, sorry if this wasn't the video you're expecting. Sorry if you feel clickbaited for this title. But I'm just kind of getting fed up with this, man. I just see this everywhere in the dev community and even society in general.
And dude, once you start being accountable to yourself, you can win, bro. The dream is still very much alive, dude. Roblox is not too saturated. The competition is actually like this. It's not like this because people don't have this. Okay? Peace and love.
