Look, I have to be honest, but everything that you hear about remote jobs is BS. Jawboards are just filled with spam. Your experience is never enough, and the pay is insultingly bad. And people say it's your fault. No, the system is actually broken. And what if you just want like a basic work from home job without having [music] to give up your right arm or start some weird side hustle? That's what I found. Now, these 11 remote jobs are not going to make you rich.

They're not going to do that. But they pay enough and they don't require experience. And things will only get worse from now. That's the reality. So, every minute counts. All right, so first up is threeplay media. And let's set the record straight. Typing jobs are a waste of time. They are so bad that you can consider it a scam because you type for hours only to check your earnings and find like two cents. It's not even going to pay for electricity to keep the lights on.

But threeplay Media is something else. And they are hiring voice writers. Wait, what? Instead of typing on your keyboard, you type with your voice. Lucas, that sounds like total BS. Yep, I thought so, too. But being a voice writer is kind of like being a parrot for live events. You listen to what's being said and repeat the words out loud. Now, why would somebody in their right mind pay for this? Well, because live audio is really messy.

People mumble, talk very fast, or there's background noise. And your clear voice helps the software create perfect captions or subtitles. And the best part is that 3Play Media is literally seeking voice writers of all levels of experience. So beginners, listen up. But it still sounds too good to be true and I agree. So I looked them up and they have a 3.5 star rating from over 250 reviews on Glass Door. They also have a 3.5 star rating on Indeed.

And they are working with top companies like Sephora, Yahoo, T-Mo, and more. And the process literally takes like 5 minutes to set up. And once you're in, you're in. And it's not going to pay for like a Lamborghini like all the gurus flex, but it can add a small stream of extra income because one paycheck is risky and having more streams of income that is freedom. So, I'll give it a score of 7.5 out of 10. Let's move on.

Next up is Safety Wing. Now, this is not about being a pilot or keeping the wing safe. But let's be real, most remote jobs on YouTube are trash. I admit it. Easy side hustles, yeah, except nobody's actually making any money, but boring companies are secretly hiring from home. And Safety Wing is the number one insurance provider for digital nomads. You know, those guys working from the beach in Thailand. And uh Safety Wing hires remotely as well.

But even better, insurance companies are usually very rich. And you know, all we do is follow the money. And if you're thinking, "No way." Well, I actually found them on Trust Pilot. Safety Wing has four stars from over 2,000 reviews. And what about their employees? Well, 90% would recommend Safety Wing to a friend. I'm talking 90%, 9 out of 10. That's really, really good. So, just click on associate opener and see for yourself.

Fully remote work from anywhere around the world. That's cool. And then it says competitive compensation. I don't really agree, at least not for the US. A minimum of 4 weeks vacation per year. That's pretty good. Health insurance, a new laptop for free, and a home office. So, I'll give it a 6.5 out of 10. The only problem is the pay, which is fine if you're living in many countries abroad. But in the US, it's going to be pretty hard because the cost of living has gone crazy.

Luckily, I have some other jobs where that is not going to be a problem. So, let's move on. Next up is Out School. Now, this is a flexible remote job that you can do alone at night. And I know what you're thinking. Not again. I heard this one before. So, let me show you some real reviews because my words don't really matter. Outschool has a 4.1 star rating on Indeed and people are indeed very happy. They've been featured in Forbes, Wall Street Journal, and many other publications.

And basically what you do is teach on your own schedule whenever you want to teach or whenever you want to make some money, I should say. But they're not just hiring in the US. They're actually hiring in over 50 countries, including the US, Mexico, European countries, Asian countries, African countries. I got to stop there or this video is going to be way too long. But the best thing is you don't actually need any credentials.

You don't need a degree. I'm serious. And you don't need to be a teacher. I'm serious again. You just need a passion for the subject that you're going to be teaching. And so here are some real examples of things you could do. People are teaching English. They're teaching foreign languages. They're teaching social skills. Important. They're teaching writing. They're teaching math. I guarantee there's something that you could do.

Classes are for kids between 3 and 18 years old. And you can choose who you want to work with. The only thing that you need is a clean criminal record, which makes sense. I'll give it a 7 out of 10. Next up is Searchual. Searchual. Head over to their site and click on executive assistant. Now, this is kind of like the opposite of hype. All you do is write boring emails, schedule meetings, and do other boring, tedious tasks, but it's stable, which in these times is good enough for me.

I mean, the job market is a total total mess. But don't take my word for it because I could be a filthy liar scammer. I'm quoting somebody in the comments from a long time ago. But Search Roll has a 3.5 star rating from over 200 reviews on glass door. And over 60% would recommend working there to a friend. And we usually tend to recommend good things to our friends or you're a very bad friend. And the best part, according to their own site, I'm not making this up, the average wage is 1,500 to 3,800 per month for people who work this job, whether part-time or full-time, but results vary, of course, and nothing is guaranteed.

Now, for this one, they do have some requirements like having a degree. So, that does lower the score to a 6.5, but the next one requires no degree or experience, and I'm going to prove it. And so, next up is Play Test Cloud. You know how people always say, "Find the job that you would do for free." Well, this is kind of it. Play Test Cloud pays people to play video games. And if you don't like video games, maybe you will like it more when you're getting paid to play video games.

And I get it. It sounds like a dream. It sounds like complete BS. It sounds too good to be true. And many things online are too good to be true for a reason. But in this case, it's a proper legit company. It's real work. It's not all easy, but it literally takes 10 minutes to get started. You create an account, fill out a form, and then they find suitable games for you. And when they do, you get invited and just click accept and make some money.

So, you don't need to sit around all day waiting, which would be awful. Now, what about the pay? Because if you're going to be spending your time on something, it better be worth it. And usually, in my experience, testing pays pretty much nothing. But this company is different. And this is their official information on their own website that I'm quoting. And it says they pay $9 per test. And each test usually takes 15 minutes.

Now, I don't know how true that is. That's only from their official information. You have to, of course, verify that yourself. But with some simple math, that would be 36 an hour. Now again, obviously don't expect that and nothing is guaranteed. This is just me doing some quick maths and the reality is not perfect. You're not always going to have tests available back to back. So I do think it's more like a side thing that you can do, but still no corporate BS and getting paid to play video games was always a dream of mine when I was younger.

So and to be honest, I would still love to do that. 8.5 out of 10. All right, now it's time for a real job that you can do from home. Not some gig work, not some shady side hustle. I'm talking vacations. I'm talking real wages. I'm talking Yeah, maybe I'm just talking. Let's find out together. Telerach hires people to talk over the phone. Literally just talk like blah blah blah. And if you hate talking on the phone, wait until you see the benefits and you might like it more.

So, Telerach is hiring a remote lead generation specialist. And if we click here, what they do is basically bring customers to companies. And every company needs customers or it's going to go under and it's going to collapse. making this job extremely recessionp proof and very futurep proof because if there are layoffs I guarantee that they're not going to let the people bring the customers go first. Now this job is going to be a little bit harder and take some more work than others on this list.

I do admit that. But what about the earning potential? And again this is not guaranteed in any way. This is just the range they pay their employees in, which is 35 to 85 per year, which for a very flexible one with no actual requirements is pretty good. Now, the reviews are a little bit mixed. Some people are very happy and others are very unhappy. And their 2.7 star rating shows that something is problematic. I'm going to be honest about that.

And the job is very boring, too. But that's not the point because in this job market, you don't have to stay forever. It could just be your way to start working from home until you find something else, something that's really perfect longterm. So, I'll give it an 8 out of 10. Next up is Conduent. They have over 56,000 employees working remotely. That's enough to fill up a huge stadium, which sounds BS, but Conduent is a global BO company.

Now, BO stands for business process outsourcing. And essentially what they do is they hire you and somebody else to place you in other companies. And the best thing is that once you apply, you are kind of in their system and then they find all the work for you. So if one company collapses over here or this one goes into bankruptcy, they will find a new one for you and kind of put you in that company instead. And I love it.

Just search for remote and I found about 50 open remote positions. Now they have ones in cyber security, in customer service, in like kind of management, in IT, whatever you want to do. There's so many fields and there's something for everybody. And also the best thing is that they're in a lot of different places and countries including the US, India, the Philippines, some European countries and many more places. But I do want to warn you that jobs tend to go pretty quickly on this site and again nothing is guaranteed.

So just check the website yourself once in a while to find the most accurate and updated information that you know makes sense. So what about the pay? To be honest, that's one of my top priorities and I assume you want the same. So, for a customer support agent in the US, the rate starts at 16 an hour, which isn't that great, but it's an actual job, so you do have some paid time off and other benefits, too. And again, it's completely remote.

Just sign up, answer some screening questions, take a very short typing test. They aggressively specify that you need a keyboard, which I don't know how you would do a typing test without a keyboard to type on. And so, I'll give it an 8 out of 10. Like, it's the pay is not the best. It's not going to be life-changing, but it's a huge company that probably has something for most people watching this. So, if you are spending your time on like fake remote LinkedIn job listings, you're probably better off spending your time on this website.

All right. Next up, we have Mod.io. Now, you're probably thinking, "What is that? Is it something for my car?" No. Modio is a company that helps video game developers create better video games. And uh I feel like we're always talking about gaming in this video. and they work with brands like Sega and Ubisoft to create some of the top games on the market. If you're a gamer, you're probably going to recognize some of these.

I've played a couple of these myself, too. Very good games. And they are, of course, hiring, offering really solid benefits. Now, first of all, you can get equity, meaning shares in the company that you basically own a part of the company. And when people sell these, they could possibly earn something. I mean, imagine the people who got equity in Microsoft back when they started. And let me tell you, they're doing okay right now.

Now, for this company, you can work remote or from their office in Melbourne, Australia. I think most of you prefer the remote option if you're watching this video or um you're kind of in the wrong place. They're also really flexible with the hours and as you can see, to I quote, enable a healthy work life balance. Wow, a company that cares. Now, how easy is it to actually get a job? I'm not going to try to sugarcoat it.

They have a large team, but this one is more serious. It's not like a side gig. It's an actual full-time position. You do have to work hard, but if you are a gamer, this could be the most fun job that you'll ever have. So, while for once, we do have something fun on the channel. Miracles do happen. N out of 10. All right, next up. And this is going to make some people angry, but I'll take the risk. And it's called Gigwalk.

Wait, Lucas, that's not remote. Well, I made a one-time exception because of its benefits. You don't have to have a boss watching over you. You don't have to clock in anywhere. You can do it whenever you want and you just open an app, grab some work, and start getting paid. All right, obviously that's an oversimplification. Easier said than done. But here is how it works. Gigwalk has all sorts of local work like small gigs.

It could be taking pictures of a product in a store. It could be checking if a billboard in your area has been updated. Just small tasks that they need regular local people to go out and check. And so, what about the pay? Now, gigs are usually not going to pay you anything, and the mere idea of taking photos in your neighborhood tells you that it's probably not worth it. But according to their own website, they pay anywhere between 3 and 100 per gig.

And it could take anywhere from 5 minutes for the smaller ones to a whole day for some of the bigger gigs. At least it's not a 5 cent survey, which I mean, I'm starting to hate them so much. But yes, you will have to actually step outside. It's not going to be fast. It's not going to be perfect. It's not guaranteed. But honestly, like when remote jobs are so hard to land, this could be worth giving a shot because you're not competing with everybody around the whole world.

You're only competing with people in your actual neighborhood who can do the local tasks. 7.5 out of 10. All right. So, next up is a company called Speak Right. And yeah, this is going to involve some speaking and some writing. Wow. Right. So, I did roast transcription jobs a lot earlier in this video, saying that they are completely And I still stand by that, but people have been mentioning Speak Right, so I decided to look them up.

Let's start talking about their pay. According to their own site, and this is just in theory, like what some people are making, and it of course depends on how much they work. It's nothing special, but definitely something people could do on the side. Now, you must be available at least 4 hours per week, which isn't that much, and it's flexible. The work itself involves listening to audio files from police departments, court hearings, and other sources, and you type what you hear into a transcript.

That's how it kind of works. Now, this is obviously not a way to make money fast at all. I want to set some real expectations. The problem is also usually that the work can be inconsistent. And so, even if you do want to work some more, you're kind of limited by what's available to you. But speak right in my opinion might be one of the better options for somebody who wants to earn by typing which doesn't require experience or some unique skill.

It's just typing. So 7.5 out of 10. And I think it's time for Gusto. Yeah, Gusto. If you don't know what that is, where have you been? To be fair, I never heard about this company before, but I'm very glad that we found them. Gusto is one of the kind of remote work giants, and what they do is basically HR stuff for companies like payroll and benefits. Now, we don't need to talk about the boring stuff. Just know that over 400,000 companies use Gusto.

It's a very large operation and that's why they can hire so many people. So, I really like their benefits. They have medical, dental, vision, all sorts of insurance. They have some paytime off and other perks as well. And they have all sorts of jobs, including some that are remote in all types of fields. You know, it's nothing fancy, just regular work with good benefits. So, it's like the perfect job board to go and explore to find some legit opportunities. 8.5 out of 10.
