These two 1v1 builds are the best builds in NBA 2K27. How's it going everybody? It's your boy Duxsys here and I'm back again another build video. Everyone was complaining about my center videos I posted recently how they don't have shooting. Oh, we need shooting. Well, here you go. I was trying to figure out a build to post that I haven't done yet. I've done point guards, small guards, big guards. I've done centers, big center, small center. So, I figured let me switch it up. Let me try to do something that's out of my comfort zone.

So, on TikTok I was scrolling and I saw a lot of people doing 1v1s, live streaming them, and their builds were kind of like meh a little bit, right? So, I figured, you know what? I could probably do a build a better build than those I see online. So, I found two builds. They both have really good shooting. One has elite shooting and the other one has um you know, not the best shoot or not as good shooting.
It's still really good. You know, it hits that threshold everyone keeps saying, "Oh, 85 3s is the sweet spot." So, it hits that. So, let's get right into it. So, what I'm going to do is I'm going to start with the what's it called? The one of the higher shooting. So, we're going to do 6'9, right? All the meta 1v1 builds in this 2K are 6'9. The weight is 225 and the wingspan is 6'9. So, if we have 6'9 wingspan, you guys might be guessing what we're doing first.
Let's go to shooting and we're going to max out that three-pointer. 91 three-pointer, that gives us Let's go to the takeover, shooting, that gives us zip code, right? 91 three, you shoot from deep, especially since they nerfed deep shot really hard. So, I'm hoping with this uh zip code takeover that you may be able to shoot a little bit better those deep shots. And of course, you get limitless range on silver, which you can plus one it to gold or plus two it to Hall of Fame.
And then continuing shooting, we're going to do 89 midi. And 89's a specific number, you'll see what what the plan is basically. So, this build it only needs like four cap breakers, right? Most people that have been playing games since day one have four cap breakers at this point. So, if you've been playing the game, you have four cap breakers. You're going to be able to take this 1 v 1 build straight to the ones court and start dominating everybody.
And then as the game progresses, right? That's how I think my builds. They are optimized to be great at the beginning and also at the end of the game. So, you'll see the plan here. So, 89 midi, free throw stays the same. We don't touch that because, you know, it's free throw and on 1 v 1s, we're not taking free throws. So, finishing, here we go. So, it's actually go straight to the driving dunk. We're actually going to max that out as well.
So, we have 91 3, 87 driving dunk. So, we're going to be able to dunk on everybody. We're going to be able to shoot over everybody. And obviously, with the driving dunk being 87, it's not the best thing in the world, but eventually we're going to get posterizer gold with the plus one. So, you know, it's pretty it's still really good, especially if you can get some open dunks, then you get the dunking takeover and then you can just posterize everybody anyways.
So, driving layup, we're going to go to 74. So, it's just good enough to be able to get some decent um badges, but also you'll see how much better that gets in the future. Close shot, that's going to be 80. Post control is going to be 78. Standing dunk's going to be 90. So, since we're not doing rebounding and pass accuracy, there's actually a lot of points left over that we can afford to do standing dunk. So, they said that rise up gold was buffed, which if you guys have seen or have played the game, I honestly don't think standing dunks were buffed at all.
It says they raised the success of standing dunks, which doesn't mean that they raised the likelihood you actually do a standing dunk. So, I'm a little bit iffy on it. It looks like they're still trying to buff it. So, if we have the extra points, might as well do 90 standing dunk. And anyways, if you're a post kind of person, you'll see what my plan is with all these cap breakers for finishing. So, moving on, the play making dis- these are where your cap breakers are initially going to go.
[music] So, play making is going to be 55 speed of ball and then ball handle is going to be 64. So, just just hold off, right? Let me get to the cap breaker breakdown and you'll see how everything's going to work here. All right, so let's get into defense. So, defense is actually where this build does pretty well. So, we get 85 interior defense. So, let's keep going. 85 perimeter defense is also 85 and we actually don't need any more cuz through the plus or if we keep increasing our perimeter defense, it doesn't give us anything.
So, might as well just keep it at 85. Steal, we're going to go up to 70. That gives us bronze glove if you want to use it. If not, that's okay. You can always lower the steal. But, just remember these builds are optimized very, very well. So, if you change a little bit on steal, you may not get the cap breakers I'm going for. So, you got to be careful on that. And then block is going to go up to 78. So, that gives us silver high-flying denier once I add the vertical.
All right, last but not least, physicals, right? Like I said, we're ignoring the rebounding because we're not even touching it. So, physicals, speed. Speed is going to go up to 80. Agility is going to go up to 78. Strength is going to go to 90 and vertical is going to be 75 and then So, that is the build. That's physicals right here. What's first is click continue and see what we have. So, we're shades of LeBron James, OG, and Kawhi Leonard.
Two-way, three-level bully. So, strengths: elite deep range wing, efficient mid-range bucket gather, a dunk contest participant in the making, clamps ball handlers 94 feet. So, that's some pretty good strengths, right? If you're playing ones, you're going to want to shoot really well, dunk on everybody, and be able to clamp everyone up. All right, so the weaknesses is doesn't care to pass the ball, which on ones we're not passing, so who cares.
And slow ball handling ability for position, which I said we're going to look at that for the cap breaker, so let's look at that right now. Builder glossary. All right, cap breaker. So, I said this is where the cap breakers are first going to go. I said you only need four, which is I guess true. All right, you can have 75 ball handle and 71 speed ball starting off, and you'll be just fine, right? If you get the extra cap breaker, you get the extra badge upgrades, mhm, as well as the other animations that go along with 80 ball handle.
I initially had this at 78 ball handle, but I saw everyone was doing 80, so I just double-checked the animations, and there are a lot of animations you get at 80 ball handle, so I made sure to get it for this. So, if you're going to be dribbling a lot, then you might want to go 80 ball handle. But, if you're not really dribbling, you can afford to go 75 ball handle just to start off, right? And you already know you have maxed out shooting, so you have 91 three-pointer.
So, we're going to be able to shoot everything, we have really good shooting badges, 87 driving dunk, so we have post riser, we're going to be able to dunk on everybody. But, this is this is my plan for this build right here. So, we had the first five cap breakers, so that goes into ball handle and speed ball. Then next, so this is where you can actually spread your wings out a little bit. We're not going to touch defense, cuz defense is already maxed out the way it is, right?
We're not going to get any extra badges anyways, even if we didn't cap breaker it, if we just max them out, so might as well just leave it the same. We're not touching rebounding like we said. So, strength can go up to 95 strength, and that's going to give you Let's take a look at what that gives you actually. It's going to give you the strong handle. That's the main thing. So, with 80 ball handle and 95 strength, they're going to get ball handle on Hall of Fame.
You're also going to get bruiser upgraded to gold as well. So, that's good, especially on the ones because you're going to be bumping everybody. So, draining all that stamina is going to be huge. All right. And then also, you get workhorse, which I'm not sure how well that's going to affect it on the ones. But, if you're plucking the ball a lot, then you might have to fight for it. So, that might be good as well. All right, so that's one option you can do.
The next option, which I think I might go ahead and do after ball handle, is mid-range. So, you could do your shooting specializations. That's That's what a lot of people do are doing, and you can put them on the mid-range shot right here, 93 middy. So, you don't need five cap breakers on there. You only need four cap breakers on the middy. So, 93 middy, cuz 94 doesn't give you anything. So, 93. You also get dead eye gold.
And with some cap breakers, you're going to get a little bit more. So, So, smooth operator gold, dead eye gold are the main two things. Now, if you're an astute observer, you would look at this finishing side over here. So, there's a lot of big numbers over here. So, if we go to post control, for example, if you like to do post moves on the ones, sometimes, you know, you get clamped up a little bit and you hit them with a post fade, and that usually gets a lot of people off guard.
Well, with five cap breakers, you can go from 78 post control to 97. So, at 6'9, you get unpluckable gold. So, that's amazing. And driving layup, you go from 74 up to 90 with four cap breakers. And that's going to give you physical finisher on gold. So, if you're not dunking on them, you can't shoot on them, and or you're trying to go for a dunk and it gives you a layup animation, it's going to be huge to have that really high layup so you can do any physical finishers.
You get layup mix master on gold as well, so you can um cancel out of a dunk and do a little jelly, and then float game as well, you get only on silver, which is okay cuz if you're doing a floater on the ones, you're going to be really open anyways. And also, if you wanted to, you can go to 92 close shot, which does give you other things, which honestly is not even necessary, right? Cuz you're 6'9. If you have 90 driving layup, you don't really need 92 close shot, so it's optional, right?
You can pick one or the other. You can do four cap breakers in one or four cap breakers in the other. All right, so that's the first version of this build. This is my favorite version because you get 91 3, you get the contact dunks, and you have those cap breakers to get the driving layup really high, the post control really high, which I really like just to be, you know, adds a little bit extra bag in your game. You have good enough defense to be able to clamp up everywhere, and you're fast, and you have really high strength.
So, that's the first version of this build. Now, let me show you the second version of this build. All right, so the second version of this build, you're also going to be 6'9, but you're actually going to be a little bit heavier at 230 lb, and you're going to be 7-ft wingspan. So, let me reset this. So, let's start off shooting again. So, shooting you're going to go 86 three-point, that gives you arc cadence on silver, so you can take some off-dribbles if you need to.
Yeah, and then mid-range you're going to go up to 87, that gives you smooth operator on silver, so if you want to still want to take those off-dribble middies, you can. And that's also why I like the other build as well, because since you get to 94 or 93 or middie, you can get smooth operator gold, so you can take a lot more off-dribble middies. And then free throw because we'll have extra points, it can go to 67. All right, let's go to finishing now.
So, finishing, we're going to do 78 close shot, we're going to do 83 driving layup. So, we actually have a little bit more. 82 driving dunk, 90 standing dunk once again, and then 55 post control. So, that's the finishing for this. This is another reason why I'm not a bigger fan of this build. This is a little bit more of a later game build, right? Because you only start off with 82 driving dunk. So, off the gate, you don't get all the contact dunk badges, which I mean, it's okay, right?
If you know how to get open, you won't really need to posterize people. So, [music] it's up to your play style. This just gives you a little bit more defense. So, if you If you know you're going to struggle a little bit more on defense and the other build didn't really help much, this build will be better for you on defense. All right, playmaking. So, we're going to do 64 speed of ball, and we're going to do 64 ball handle.
And then we'll look at the cap breakers here in a second to see how that works. Defense. So, I told you the defense is going to be a bit better. So, we're start off with 80 interior. So, that's going to give us the wall up once we add our strength. Perimeter defense. This one's going to be 85 as well. So, steal's going to be 83. So, we do get more steal because we can afford to now, and now we get silver glove. So, we can pluck the ball from people a little bit easier.
And then the block is actually going to be higher, it's going to be 84 block. So, now we get paint patrol on silver, and we also get high-flying denier on gold eventually with some cap breakers. All right. Last but not least, we're going to go to physicals. We're going to do max out our speed, max out our agility, 90 strength once again, and then we're going to do 80 vertical. And this is our second build right here.
So, the difference between this one versus the other one, we have less shooting, we have less dunking at the start. Like I said, this is the most optimized version of these builds. So, if you want to use this build, you may need a little bit more cap breakers, which some people are already on like nine and 10. So, if you're one of those people, you are going to be able to use this build [music] right off the gate. All right, so let's continue.
Let's see what we get. So, that we are a two-way rising sharpshooter. So, weaknesses can't pass and can't rebound, right? It's the one, so we don't care about that those things. Everything else is perfect. So, now let's go back and go to the cap breakers. All right. So, this build you actually only need three cap breakers to really start off, right? So, you need one for speed of ball to get to 71. And then you just need two for ball handle, right?
Last time we needed two for speed of ball, two for ball handle, but now we only need one for speed of ball and two for ball handle. Now, if you want to start off with four again, now you get 80 and that gives you access to all those extra dribble moves. But, realistically, if you were on a budget, you want to make one build to last you the whole year, you can only do three cap breakers to start off. So, my first four cap breakers go here.
Next, where else will my cap breakers go? Well, probably in driving dunk, right? 82 driving dunk all the way up to 93. So, now we have post riser on gold. So, now this build has more dunking than the other build did. So, boom, that's a plus. Then, after 93 driving dunk, we probably would go strength to get that 95 strength. So, that now we have all those extra physical advantages, right? We have bruiser up, we have strong handles up.
Boom, boom. Driving layup, look. 83 driving layup all the way up to 96. So, if you wanted to, you can hold off on your strength and go all driving layup. And now you have all the Hall of Fame layup badges with just 96 and 90 strength. So, you have Hall of Fame physical finisher and all those other badges. And then, lastly, this is where the build can get a little bit better. So, we can go up to 85 interior defense, we get some extra badges up there, but we can also go up to 88 block, which then that's where it gives us the high-flying denier higher.
So, we have some better defense. But, overall, just from having 84 versus 78, we have the better defense already. All right, guys. So, that's been the two versions of this build. I really hope that you enjoy them and you like this content. I put in a lot of time trying to find these builds, and that's just really one of my passions is trying to optimize every single little extra badge point or extra attribute point you can get.
That's just [music] That's how my mind thinks. I like doing that. So, if you find that interesting as well, leave a like, comment down below what you would change on this build. You know, go in a builder, move some things around, see what you can do, and just, you know, let me know what you changed.
