what's up guys hope you're doing good finally back with a great video um in this video I want to talk about the structure that Iman gotzi and Alex ramosi understand very well right so let me explain you this whenever you're going to build an offer you need to build an offer and solve a lot of inefficiencies right because that's the only way to increase an offer but what a lot of people do is they do one of like the 10 things but you need to do them all right so what I mean by that is they

what's up guys hope you're doing good finally back with a great video um in this video I want to talk about the structure that Iman gotzi and Alex ramosi understand very well right so let me explain you this whenever you're going to build an offer you need to build an offer and solve a lot of inefficiencies right because that's the only way to increase an offer but what a lot of people do is they do one of like the 10 things but you need to do them all right so what I mean by that is they solve one problem right but why wouldn't you solve 10 problems like why wouldn't you solve more problems for different people instead of letting like actually letting your clients go to your competitors after right make sure that whenever people are going to you and they become a client that you are able to solve inefficiencies within the future for them right so they never have to go to any competitor because the thing is is that the relationship is already there when they're a client right so whenever you deliver well they will never ever go to somebody else as long as you have the thing that they really need right so what I mean by that is what I said like um I have a couple clients right I have a lot of clients and what I do with those clients is whenever they face an inefficiency what I simply do after a certain amount of time I make sure that I'm gonna build a system that is predictable that is able to solve that inefficiency for them so they don't have to go to my competitors and the reason why they will always choose for me is because I delivered extremely well before right so what I mean by that is the relationship is already there because they're already a client for me uh like for a very long time so they will keep buying and buying and buying right so how you actually need to implement a done with you and are done for you infrastructure together why you don't need to build an agency and why you don't need to build a coaching business but you need to combine them together right this is the best offer structure that you can ever get right whenever you're able to to actually build this thing out you're able to make a lot of money so what I would recommend you is whenever I'm able to get 20 minutes of your attention watch this video because this is going to be in like actually an insane Banner right so I was talking about it on my story on Instagram yesterday very shortly um what a lot of people do is they're trying to build a coaching business or they're trying to build an agency right but what I do is I build them together I build an Empire of the structure of the coaching model together in an agency together so let's separate them right the main pillars that the like the main different uh like yeah the main pillars is that difference between an agency and a coaching model is that a coaching model is like a one-time fee it has a one-time fee you pay once you deliver something and they're gone an agency is actually a model where you have a recurring model right whenever clients are actually satisfied it's like a monthly model right like a recurring model how that works with the done with you and it done for you for the agency agency is harder to deliver because what you deliver is execution you deliver a service with a coaching model you deliver information so it's easier to deliver process right so the difference between that is you simply deliver on a monthly basis a certain service and you keep delivering that for the same price right with coaching is you deliver you actually build a package for a three month package and you deliver that within information right so why wouldn't you combine those things together because what is what you need to understand is with the coaching like you will probably hear that a lot right why do people that have a coaching business actually get clients so extremely fast they get clients much faster than people that started to start an agency right it's because they generate a lot of attention and you need to be able to generate a lot of attention in order to sell information the reason why people why coaches are able to sell a Service quicker than agency owners is because it is a package that you sell for for example two months it's a one-time fee and that is what people are looking for at that moment right so the reason why like actually people that have an agency have a very hard time selling a product is because they don't use this model you need to use this model to sell people and front end right and you need to actually leverage this model to actually keep your clients in the back end because what a lot of people do is they are selling their package through this process but keep in mind that you need to sell it for this process because you're able to get a lot of attention right make sure that you get a lot of attention you get awareness you sell for example a newsletter then you get them into your course then you get them into group coaching then you get them into one one-on-one um and what a p what a lot of people actually then do is they say okay yeah goodbye right but what you need to do here you need to understand this difference because what the process is is that there are customer right the reason why like act the difference between a customer a client and a partner is what a lot of people do is they pick one and they keep attaching to that person and then like they will just stop working with them right because like why won't you build an Empire so you're able to solve an inefficiency for a lot of people right for a lot of your clients unlimited so they will always keep coming back to you and that is the reason why you were going to build a million dollar business right because what you do is you like actually um resend your clients to like a different offer but you the same business right your business because this are eight different offers right but you all need to implement them right because then people are actually not able to quit people can just not quit your Empire right so whenever we talk about people being a customer right what I mean by that is whenever you're a customer I mean whenever people have a customer they don't have to spend a lot of time to actually get get them to their destination right so what I mean by that is whenever you're at a Starbucks and you really want to get a coffee you're a customer right you're a client when people have to spend more time on the delivery process then you're a client right so for example um you're going to do group coaching or one-on-one you have to spend more time on that person so it's going to become a client right and what a lot of people don't understand you also have a partner right so whenever you actually have an agency model and you deliver in this sort of structure people are actually going to become like a partner right because what you do is you sell a higher ticket service on the same um uh to the same client because what you need to do is you need to get a lot of attention with this process right let people become a customer let thousands of people become a customer right then enroll the clients that are happy with your service in your one-on-one or group coaching right but what you'd normally do then is you just like actually gonna make sure that they what a lot of people do is they don't continue working with them so what you need to do then when they're happy make sure that you enroll them within your done-for-you system right hey what's up yeah I have one-on-one coaching right now but I struggle with like short film content um I'm probably gonna find someone for that don't worry I get you right make sure that you send them to your short form content delivery mechanism where you have a system in place where you're able to like actually consistently repeat that process so what we do is whenever clients have inefficiencies we're trying to solve that we solve the employment setting inefficiency we solve these short form content like actually the long form content inefficiency right we don't solve the email campaign in right we solve the organic marketing growth um inefficiency so what we do within our business is that we have a lot of different structures where we can redirect our people to a lot of different offers so they're gonna buy from us again because we have a big solution for their pain right so that is the main thing that I want you to understand so that is the reason why you're probably thinking hey I run an agency model right now but I have a hard time finding clients right that is the reason why I have a hard time finding clients because you don't use this model right and you're not attracting people with this model because you have to understand this it's very easy to get clients with a coaching model but it's very hard to sustain them and to keep them right but with an agency model it's very hard to get clients but it's easier to sustain them so what you need to do is you actually have four options it's easy to sustain but hard to keep it's hard to like a like it's easy it's very easy to get clients but it's very hard to sustain but it's very hard to sustain and easy to keep so use like the the best option from both make sure that you get clients from here because it's easy to get clients and make sure that you sustain those clients through this model right so whenever you have a current offer within that process redirected in this process so you're able to get a lot of clients and whenever you simply have a lot of clients but you don't you're not able to like keep making money from your audience from the people that you currently have because they're always gone make sure that you build deliverables within your infrastructure so you're always able to solve inefficiencies for your current clients right a very important process I repeat a lot of things in this video but it's very important to understand it's the difference between information and execution right the reason why what I said like why people that have an agency have a hard time selling even one of like even 71 person is because it's about execution and with coaching it's about information so it's very easy to sell but it's very hard to sustain right and to keep the clients so with this model you become rich right you literally become rich but in order to stay rich and build a sustainable sustainable business you need to have a lot of departments because yeah you probably know this right people that have 100K a month agency are at a very very very good point right because they like actually keep that money coming it cannot stop over time right and with a coaching model it's very hard to stay Rich because you need to keep like actually selling to new new people right it makes a lot of sense if you think about it so what I want you to do now sell people in the front end with this process and whenever you did that make sure that you deliver people and solve a lot of inefficiencies for them with this process so you combine them together and you're going to become rich through this process you're gonna stay Rich through this process right it's very simple but you need to get that process right you need to get that process in your head so you're able to get a lot of clients because this is what what is keeping people from getting clients what they do is they say yo what's up I have an email campaign delivery that did do what everybody else does let me sell you this right it's a monthly fee of 2K it's not gonna work you need to Market it different right you need to Market it in this way and then you can actually get people to this phase whenever they are already whenever they are already a client because it makes a lot of sense because you see a lot of coaches that makes them actually make a lot of money but they have a hard time to like actually keep getting clients right and with the agency model you you're not even richer like you have a hard time finding clients right so but the thing is make sure that you become rich and you stay Rich by delivering like keep delivering and solving a lot of inefficiencies so people are not able to go to your competitors right it seems very hard but it is very easy right so that isn't the main thing that I want you to understand right whenever you want our help with building those systems with building these offers because this is actually about offer building right whenever you want to like actually us to build your offer your infrastructure your appointment setting delivery we're going to make sure that we're going to do 400 to a thousand outreaches per day we're going to implement you sellers that are able to convert that attention and what we do for that process we still do 50k a month right no matter if you're an agency no matter if you're a Consulting business whenever you sell a product whenever you sell a service write a high ticket service we're able to help you skill uh what I said like reach out to my Instagram we're going to talk about it really really appreciate you watching this video and you still actually stay till the end um I'm gonna make a lot a lot more bangers so keep tuned um and I'll see you next time
