so in this video I'm going to show you exactly how you can give every single client an absolute insane row ass right it's extremely important to build an exceptional fulfillment and the reason why is because whenever you build an exceptional fulfillment you're capable of creating evidence that you can leverage within the marketing so you build an automated flywheel right in this video I'm going to show you actually exactly how to increase retention how to give your clients a return on investment as quickly as possible I give you resources about a deliverables document a tracking sheet uh client client tracking sheet that you need to be capable of leveraging to be able to actually track your client success right so you can make better decisions for your client so they can get results faster right the first thing and um one of the most important things is increasing retention you want to increase retention with your clients you want to make sure that they're extremely active and you can do that through three different ways right the first is outcome oriented actions make results driven actions and the reason why is when you make results driven actions um actually actions that get your clients to their outcome faster you're capable of delivering them a return on investment quicker right accountability and communication communication is the most important thing within your delivery if you don't have a proper communication process if you don't hold your clients accountable with a proper accountability process how do you ever think you're capable of increasing retention and how do you ever think your clients will stay active right and keep paying you money they will never do that because they're not active in the first place they don't get results and the reason why they're not active is because they don't know exactly what to do because there's no communication and the last thing is expectations and the route the path that your client need to walk to be able to get to their outcome right the first thing is outcome oriented actions results driven actions analyze your current delivery process what I want you to do right now is analyze your process right you'll probably think a lot of you probably can think about a lot of that you have in there right now so think about the exact process that you have in mind or that you have uh built build your mechanism right now analyze that process and you'll see that you have a proper process in place right the point is that you probably have a lot of in there you have a lot of things in there that add value but keep in mind that you need to add value at a specific certain amount of time it's about when you like there's a lot of value in a lot of different programs the point is that they don't understand when you should add that specific value at what time it's all about timing within a delivery right it's all about timing because it's about how fast can you get your client of return investment that means that you need to um put the right value pieces in the right place to be able to give your client that return on investment so you have for example phase one phase two phase three phase four phase five restructure and cut out all the right create results driven actions think about it right now which five actions if I take them right now will get my client a return on investment as quickly as possible possible right that are not the actions that you are doing from the start right now after the onboarding immediately make these actions let it run for three months and what happens when you let it run for three months you have clear data right ask feedback innovate right ask feedback from the clients that you why do you think my clients get an insane row as the reason why is because we get them clients first you need to keep in mind that you need to get clients first to be able to improve your product you can never improve your product if you don't get clients because clients are the people that you ask feedback from and whenever you have that feedback you can innovate so after three months of running you have data you ask feedback you innovate right based on the feedback that you get from your current clients and you repeat the process you analyze again three months later right you cut out more that you have right now or you restructure things you let it run for another three months you ask feedback again this is exactly how to improve your fulfillment this is how you can get good results what do you think what happens the third time when you're here right after 9 months restructure cut out all the create results driven actions why do you think what happens it increases retention right the reason why it increases retention is because clients are doing the things that they need to do to be able to get to their goals that means it increases retention because they have exciting tasks they work on to be able to get to their goal and they have a clear path to walk to get to that goal and these two things are very effective within a communication proc process as well as it increases retention that's the most important thing second thing accountability and communication track if you don't track your client success I don't know what you're doing but how do you ever think you're capable of giving your clients the right advice if you don't know where they are right now right track your client success get to understand where they are at now so you can give them it's same it's about timing right advice that you give is probably good but not at that specific timing so get to figure out where your clients are at that specific moment and provide provide them that specific value Asset that they need at that moment to be able to skill right whenever you have a fitness offer whenever you have a marketing offer or whenever you have a health offer that doesn't matter it's all about tracking your client success understanding where they're at right now right through communication and accountability and giving them the right action steps making the right decisions together that's why I'm a big fan of oneon-one and not of group coaching and all that stuff um to be able to get them uh to grow right hold them accountable and make the right decisions during this process so when you have that data when you understand where they're at make the right decisions and hold their hand to be able to actually get to the level where they want to get to right keep refining to give your clients the expected attention that they need to be able to scill and what do you think what happens when you keep refining uh uh the entire process what do you think when you keep holding your clients accountable what do you think what happens from their perspect perspective it increases retention right when you hold your clients accountable on a consistent basis and when you track their success and when you give them that feedback of what they need you have a clear communication process right you have good accountability that means it increases retention from their perspective okay the last thing expectations and the route the path that they walk right very important give the right expectations to prevent confusion and unclarity it's extremely important to give your prospects people people that are currently clients that are willing to become clients as well a clear expectation of exactly exactly what they're going to do to be able to get to that level right if you don't have a plan to get to go to B you will forever stay at a right if you have a clear plan you can get from A to B and that is what most people don't understand at least people understand it but they don't take action they don't do it right create a clear growth plan for your clients to stick to you the reason why we have this deliverable document for our clients um is for them to get to understand the exact process of what we're going to walk through right pre-information onboarding call all free F and boom here uh pain filment process outcomes what are the outcomes of Phase One content right uh growth call um YouTube growth all that stuff what are the outcomes growth campaign integration boom Channel Prof optimization all that stuff ads boom um what are the outcomes of this process of this phase growth team creation uh done for you process uh as you can see here upgrading team client success manager closer operational managers these people uh what are the outcomes of that the L things systems infrastructure we're never going to let our labor do the most uh the most boring task we want them to do the most valuable tasks so what we're going to do we're going to install automations to be able to make sure that they do the most boring repetitive and whatever repeatable stupid tasks right we're never going to delegate you things that we can automate boom Next Step communication structure right this gives so much Clarity to the client to make sure they don't get confused right it's a very important process for you to be able to leverage this is a very important process guys right um this is only a very small part of the Fulfillment the Fulfillment within business is the most complicated thing you cannot make it you can almost not make it simple because there's too much that um you need to remind yourself of if I won't make a video about the entire fulfillment I won't be talking for three hours right um and then I don't even go in depth so keep in mind that this is a part of it these are the main headlines that you need to leverage to be able to increase your uh uh uh increase your success rate right start leveraging this from now guys start actually implementing the things that I tell you to do and you will like see success trust me when your clients get results you'll feel the most fulfilled ever you feel like you're actually running a business right because most people cannot deliver client results but they sell an offer that is two five 10 grand okay um hopefully that makes sense whenever you want to help with implementing this entire system this is only 5% of it of what we do um but whenever you want our help with this entire process make sure to reach out to me book in a call right now in the description um we'll do a lot more things as you just saw in the deliverables document we do a lot more things off refinement systems lead generation right client acquisition these processes ads YouTube organic as well as outbound uh inbound Instagram all these things um content very important asset as well like this this video is what converts people this is what makes your book in a call this is what makes you believe that my solution will solve your problem so this is a very important video right um all of my videos are besides that hopefully it gives you more clarity on how you can get your clients in insane rowes and um I'll See You by the next video Chia Chow
