Most people that get into the trading industry is because they want to get their time back. They don't want to work so hard. Yet, so many traders [music] end up sitting at a desk all day and struggling for their money. I like to put this down to four cornerstones. And [music] if someone can understand these four cornerstones, they can shift their entire identity. They can change their entire life. Most traders think psychology is all about discipline.
Our guest today is Nav, [music] and she thinks that's the complete wrong place to start. You can't outdisipline your biology. When traders feel like, I know exactly [music] what to do, but I keep doing the the opposite. Why can't I just be more disciplined? A lot of the times when [music] people think that they have a trading problem, they don't actually have a trading problem at all. What they actually have is an identity problem.
In this strategy breakdown, she walks you through her framework that combines neuroscience, psychology, and even quantum physics to explain why traders keep repeating the same mistakes. Most people are trying to approach discipline from the conscious mind as [music] opposed to the subconscious mind. If you're a trader that's tuned into fear, then you're more likely to see risk everywhere, and this is where most traders live.
But when that person can raise [music] their frequency by doing, and they begin to resonate with someone who is abundant, the energy of money can actually manifest for them faster. [music] It can actually come into their life. You're finally going to understand why your brain reacts the way that it does when it's under pressure. You're going to understand exactly why you know what you should do, but still fail to do it.
And by the end of this episode, you're going to have a practical framework that you can use to rewire the habits that are actually holding you back. Like I refer to it as almost like this emergency [music] break. So this is actually very simple. And a lot of people will see this and go that's too good to be true. Are you telling me if I do this one thing this can actually truly change my trading results? And [music] the answer is yes.
All you have to do is let's get into it. I want to get stuck straight in. There's so like when we sat down and you described the things that you want to talk about today, I was like I'm all for this. So I I want to do very little talking. Um I want you to blow my mind and everybody else's. Where does this journey begin? I'm actually glad you said that because one of my key um core uh beliefs while I am teaching is to not show people my superpowers is to show them theirs is to show them what they are capable of but through my frameworks.
So I think where we begin is actually what most people refer to as trading psychology. Okay, sounds good. Okay, so when most people think of trading psychology, they think I need to be more disciplined. They think um if I could just be more disciplined, I would get the results I want. But my job is to show the person that if you can pass a demo account and if you can make money on a demo account, but you're crumbling when real money is on the line, you actually don't have a discipline issue at all.
Especially if you're the type of person that can go to the gym, you set an alarm for work. Maybe you have a dog and you're dedicated to always taking them out for a walk every day. you're disciplined in other areas of your life. So, how do we take that discipline and apply it to your trading psychology? So, for me, when I think of trading psychology, I like to look at the symptoms, which is another thing that a lot of people think trading psychology is.
So, they think I need to stop revenge trading. I need to stop getting FOMO. Stop overleveraging. Can you think of one more? Okay. So, when we look at the common trading psychology symptoms from this angle, it makes sense why someone would say, I need to be more disciplined. Because when we're looking at it here, we can see we need to stop doing something. Y and if we could stop doing that, then I will be a disciplined trader.
Y but the key here is not that you need to be more disciplined, but you need to understand that your brain is actually always acting from a place of discipline and total control. However, most people are trying to approach discipline from the conscious mind as opposed to the subconscious mind. So you can't outdisipline your biology. Your brain is always acting in complete control and complete alignment. So this is the cycle that usually happens to traders.
So normally the trader pain cycle that I see is this. The market is the most uncertain thing in the world and the human brain hates uncertainty. It is wired to look for threat and it has to do that at every single moment and every single second because it needs to ensure that it's keeping you alive. Right? Like if you're trying to cross the road and a car comes by, you stop before you've even thought that oh there's a car, right?
So the trader pain cycle looks something like this. The market provides you with uncertainty. your brain and your body now have to ask a very important question. And so when we're thinking of decoupling and actually like labeling a thought, actually having a pause, bringing in awareness, when we think about this, when the market provides you with uncertainty, for example, we have a big volatile candle or a news event or something that's taken place that you didn't anticipate, how do we make sure that we can keep the preffrontal cortex, which is the logical part of the brain, online and stop the brain from going into survival.
So first your brain asks itself this very important question. Is this a threat? And if your brain perceives this thing as a threat, that's what sends you into survival. And from a survival state, you stop making rational decisions. But before this occurs, if someone can pause and ask themselves that question, is this really a threat? They can actually have enough space in between taking their next action. I like that.
I like that. I I think most people probably don't perceive any of this bit. They just feel and then they act immediately, but they don't have that pause. They don't have that awareness to even ask themselves the question. But this sounds like a very good place to start. Yeah. Well, the reason they don't actually have the awareness to ask themselves the question is because when traders feel like, I know exactly what to do, but I keep doing the the opposite.
Why can't I just be more disciplined? Well, discipline is actually a conscious mind activity. So, if I was to draw an iceberg, right, actually exists underwater. And so, this is your subconscious. Whereas this what a trader is aware of is their conscious. So if we're looking at the iceberg in terms of this is a brain 95% of your actions are actually coming from this. Okay, things that you are not consciously aware of.
Which is why you can know exactly what to do and still not do it because your subconscious is the thing that's actually driving the action, not your conscious thought. That's the end of the road. That's after your brain has already perceived what action it wants to take. So when you're revenge trading, overleveraging, whatever it might be, and you're clicking that mouse rapidly, that's a side effect of your subconscious mind being in control.
Okay. I'm hoping what we're going to dive into and spend most of our time is here. Because I presume, you know, most traders are stuck because they're focusing up here, which is the 5%. And you'll get the odd day or couple of days where you do all the right things before something spirals and you end up back here. But most people don't know how to fix that. Right. That's right. Got you. Right. Blow my mind. How do we start fixing that 95%.
Okay. So, like I said, I don't know everything, but I know everything that a trader needs. And in order for this to make sense, it had to make sense to me in a really simple way. Okay? So, by the end of this, every single trader that watches this is going to start initially with a I don't know what that means. What is this neuroscience? What? I don't understand that. But I promise by the end of it, I'm going to explain it in such a simple way that it's going to make complete sense to you.
So, beautiful. So, now that we know that that 95% of our actions actually come from our subconscious, the first step is awareness. So the human brain is an error prediction machine. Like I said, it's wired for survival. It's wired to keep you alive. Now within the human brain is made up of 86 billion neurons. So first and foremost because we know that the human brain is actually wired for threat it and error prediction it means that we need to make sure that we are not repeating the mistakes that actually causing bad trading psychology symptoms in the first place.
So the more times, so say we have the human brain and this is a neurological network that every time someone sees a volatile candle, this is a neurological network that that brain goes down. Okay? Right? You see a volatile candle, your brain goes, "This is how I act. This is how I respond. I size up." But what we need to do is retrain the subconscious to say, "Hey, when we see a volatile candle, we're not going to size up at all.
Instead, we're just going to do nothing. We need to think in terms of probabilities. We need to think in terms of market possibility, right?" Okay, let's take a quick break here and I want to tell you about a prop firm that's actually trusted and proven to pay their traders. There's only one name you need to know about. It's Traderify. You see, Traderify Futures is one of the most trusted names in the industry. They've had consistent and stable operations over the last few years, and they've paid out over $125 [music] million to traders.
The best part about doing business with them is there's no hidden rules. There's no denied payouts. As long as you hit your objectives, you get paid. It's pretty simple. Now, here's what Traderify gives you that actually matters as a trader. They've got flexible plans in place that you can get paid out daily. You've got the ability to pass evaluations in just a single day. And if you don't even want to mess around with evaluations, they've got instant funding plans as well.
Honestly speaking, their dashboard is one of the best in the game. They've got an in-built journaling process that allows you to trade, track, and improve your results over time. That's how real consistency is built. Now, before we get back to the episode, I want to share a massive update. Tradeify 247 has officially launched. This is going to give you better pricing for cryptofunded accounts and you're also trading with institutional liquidity from exchanges like Binance, OKX, and Bybit.
This is honestly giving you the best trading conditions possible. On top of that, the payout setup is simple. Ondemand payouts. If you hit your objectives, you get paid. It's as simple as that. I personally think regardless of whether you trade futures or crypto, Tradeify is the move to make. And make sure you use the code PFT at checkout to make sure that you get the best deal available. Links in the description below.
And so by repeating this action over and over again, you will strengthen this pathway as opposed to the one that causes you to size up. But if a trader keeps going down this pathway, you're more likely to go into a sympathetic nervous system. In other words, fight or flight. Okay? Right? So your brain's more likely to perceive this thing as a threat. It's more likely to act from an irrational place. So your brain out of the 86 billion neurons your brain say this is an eyeball.
It is perceiving every single second 11 million bits of information. Right? And the human is only consciously aware. Mhm. Remember the 5% only consciously aware of maybe 10 to 50 bits. That's nothing. Nothing, right? Okay. So, that's the part of you that goes, I know what to do. Why am I not doing it? Right? But your brain is busy perceiving 11 million bits of information around you. And it's what you focus on that you actually notice.
So, your brain is filtering down this information based on your belief systems. So if there's a trader who as a natural response feels like they're living in fear or they're living in lack, the information that they're going to perceive is going to be fear-based. So for example, the chart might be moving up, just coming down a bit. But as that chart moves down, a trader who perceives fear would see this as the market's going to crash.
M I'm in a long position. I need to get out of my trade now. Right. But a trader who is in an abundant state, who is maybe operating from a parasympathetic state, they would actually pause and say, "Hey, I'm going to hold on to my plan, wait for the market to play out, and turns out it was just a higher low, right? So they're less likely to make a decision that would go against their trading plan because what they're perceiving is going to come through in a different filter which is going to change their state and deliver a different action.
So the situation in the market is identical but depending on your perception will completely change what you believe is going to happen. Exactly. And how you act from your subconscious. Make sense? So your brain will always filter information based on your belief systems. And your belief systems basically make up your identity. So a lot of the times when people think that they have a trading problem, they don't actually have a trading problem at all.
What they actually have is an identity problem. Who is the person showing up on the charts? Who is the person making the decisions? How do they think? How do they feel? Because your brain will always act consistently with the person who you believe you are. Your brain doesn't act consistently with what you want. Instead, it acts from who it believes you are. So, in terms of the neuroscience, that's all you need to know.
All you need to know is when you feel like your brain is acting out of control, it's actually acting in 100% control with who you believe you are. The neurons are actually wired that way in the first place. So if we don't train the subconscious, you're not going to get a different action. If we don't change the belief systems, you're not going to change your identity. If we don't give you a chance to even shift those belief systems, we're not going to be able to shift your identity.
So that's all someone really needs to know about the neuroscience part of it, which is even when you feel like you're not in control, you're actually 100% in control. Nice. I like that. Very simple. Like I think you've explained that super well. So yeah, let's keep going. Okay. So now that we know that the real concern in in terms of shifting your trading psychology is to work with your identity. Well, how do we actually work with the identity?
How do we actually shift the identity? How do we shift the belief systems? Like what do we actually need to do? How do we begin? I like to put this down to four cornerstones. And if someone can understand these four cornerstones, they can shift their entire identity. They can change their entire life. So the four cornerstones of identity start with our favorite mindset. Right? So the mindset section is your subconscious and conscious thoughts.
So we need to a trader a successful trader to thinking probabilities to detach from their ego to have a focused mindset. Okay? Right? And so that kind of takes me back to the awareness point that I had addressed at the start to say like we know that the market is providing uncertainty. The brain is going to perceive is this thing a threat and if it is perceived as a threat then your brain will go into a survival state and make illogical trading decisions.
So in order to bring awareness into the equation this is where we actually have that decoupling take place. Remind me what decoupling is. So decoupling is just a fancy neuroscience way of saying labeling a thought so we can separate it from the identity. Okay. So this is what we want to do in our for our identity. Okay. So this is also the section where we look at the belief systems. How do you feel about money when a trade goes against you?
What are the thoughts that you hear in your head? Are you calling yourself stupid? Are you saying you're an idiot? Are you saying that's okay? I learned something from that. M so this is where we need to focus on the mindset section of the the identity cornerstones. Next we have body. So this is your physiology. Do you go to the gym? Are you well rested? Are you getting enough sleep? So you can actually have focused discipline.
Now one of the best ways to see if your state has shift is to look at the body because your body will speak to you sometimes before your mind does. While your mind is going crazy and saying take another trade, do this thing, da da. If you notice that your body is tense or your chest is tight or your heart is racing, then we can actually slow the process down. We can catch it faster in the body. So that's that. Then we have my favorite which is energy.
So this is how you feel. These are your emotions. Are you fearful? Do you have doubt? Do you feel abundant? This will go more into the quantum physics section. Okay, interesting. And to explain exactly why this is important in the first place. Okay. And then finally, we have action. What kind of actions are you taking? Are you the type of trader who sizes up when you've taken a loss because you just want to get that back?
Are you the type of trader who can pause before doing the next thing? So that's what action is. Now, in order for a trader to change their identity, they first need to ask themselves, who am I now? And write this down in accordance with the four cornerstones. How do you think? Do you go to the gym? How much sleep are you getting for focused actually to make good decisions? What's your energy like when you come into the market?
Are you feeling like you need to make money or are you feeling abundant? Are you feeling detached? Are you feeling like you have enough money? Then we want to look at your actions. What kind of actions are you taking? Are you revenge trading? Are you rushing into the market? Are you even writing your trading plan? Are you journaling? What kind of trader are you? What kind of actions are you taking? And then after you've done that, we want to ask another question.
Who do I want to be? So, this is your ideal trader version. This is I want to show up to the charts every day feeling detached. I want to be the type of trader that takes aligned actions, that is able to run small control tests, that is able to identify what their relationship with losses is even like. I want to be the type of trader who takes care of their physiology. I don't want to eat McDonald's every day and feel lethargic, right?
I want to make sure I'm getting enough sleep. I don't want to be doom scrolling Instagram all night. I want to be the type of trader who meditates, who trains my subconscious, who looks at my belief system surrounding money. Right? So that's where all this work is done. After all this is done in extreme detail, sit with this and visualize. So, first I want someone to visualize who they are now. How are you acting? How are you feeling?
How are your decisions making you feel? Do you feel aligned with those decisions that you're taking in the first place? Is it really who you are? And more importantly, is it really who your soul is? Or does your soul have a deeper understanding for something else? Because if you know that you want to be a different way, that is likely your soul trying to show you your potential, what you can be. So your brain, the neurological networks in your brain that we spoke about at the beginning, 86 billion neurons, right?
It doesn't know the difference between what is imagined and what is reality. Which means by closing your eyes and sitting with this identity, who you want to be and actually thinking about if the chart moved against you, how would you operate from each of these four cornerstones? If Trump drops some some tweet or something, how do you want to act from these four cornerstones? Who would be showing up in that scenario?
And then you rehearse that. So by rehearsing it, you are literally training your brain to take these actions before you have even taken them in the first place. You literally do rewire your brain in that way. Biologically rewire your brain and your subconscious, which is the part that we're most concerned about. So do you have any questions about that so far? So far, it all makes a lot of sense to me. We're starting off by mapping out the four cornerstones of your identity.
Is that right? And then we're sitting with the idea of asking yourself then two questions based on those four areas. Who am I now? And who do I want to be? And then I guess comparing the difference between those things. That's right. Okay, cool. I'm up to speed. Nice. And we want to feel like where the resistance actually lands because your body will tell you first. So when you're doing the visualization, if you're visualizing, for example, you've been holding a trade for 2 hours, it came one tick, one tick away from your TP and it started reversing and now you're about to be back at break even and now it's gone past break even and you're in draw down and you're about to hit that stop loss and boom, your stop loss gets hit.
How do you feel about that? How do you respond to that? So this is the kind of exercise that you have to do with this visualization. Okay. Also, on the flip side, how do you feel when you're winning? How do you feel when you've held a trade all the way to TP? Because honestly, like one of the most surprising thing about doing this work was I always thought the the biggest thing that traders probably struggle with would be like FOMO, right?
The number one thing that always comes up is people can't hold on to their winners. Always. They're cutting their trades early. They see the trade going $200, 300, but their target's a,000 and then they've cut the trade because they're just like, I just want that money. Interesting. So, they're lab, right? So, even visualizing that, you're seeing the trade go in your favor. Can you hold it? Think of if you are visualizing this even and you're like, "That was easy." Do it with a bigger number.
Okay? Find where the resistance is. Don't just do $50 like anyone can close their eyes and be like, "Okay, $50, that was good. Yeah, I think I'm a good trader. Okay, now now imagine a $10,000 trade that you want to hit. Yeah. Now imagine the trade being up 6,000, $7,000, 8 12,000 begin to reverse on you. But you're going to be patient. How are you thinking in that moment? What's your body state like in that moment? What your feelings in that moment?
What action are you taking in that moment? Visualize that. Are you going to are you going to close a trade early or are you the type of trader who can say I'm good? Whatever happens happens. Complete certainty that everything is good. So that's how you need to visualize this. And the more things that you can practice on, the more scenarios the better. And traders have a lot of scenarios that they can pull from as well.
So it's like if someone watches this episode and then they go onto the charts and something negative happens. Take that scenario, visualize it from a place of who you are now, how you reacted now, and then switch it and put it down to who you want to be. And because you've already created your blueprint of the type of trader you're going to show up as, even if you're in a survival state and you're not acting from 100% logic, at least you have that blueprint to hand to say, I'm going to quickly read this.
Okay, I don't feel like that right now, but I'm going to sit with this and I'm going to visualize from that place. That version of me would have done this. And by doing that, you're actually able to rewire your brain, rewire those neurological networks. Okay, so this is the part it gets fun. Okay, this is the part that my teachings become very different from other pe other people's teachings because I don't just talk about the brain in the sense of this is the biology, this is the neurons, this is the psychology, these are the human behaviors, the patterns, blah blah blah.
I actually talk about things from a quantum level. I actually talk about things from a spiritual level. people's relationship with God, the source, universe, whatever you want to call it, whatever higher power you want to believe in, truth, I don't care. I don't care. Just know that there is a higher power and that's it. And if you don't believe that, that's also okay. Each their own. Yeah. Cool. Right. So, we're going to now talk about the quantum physics side of things.
Yay. Quantum baby. Okay. So physicists have discovered that all around us is an invisible field of energy. So this microphone, this pen, this whiteboard, this table, even the empty space. Everything around us is an invisible field of energy. Okay? So if you are tuned into lack, in other words, you feel like you don't have enough or you're not enough, you're more likely to be the type of person that can't accept a loss.
But if you're tuned into a frequency of, let's say, abundance, you're more likely to be the type of trader that can make good trading decisions that can say, "I'm happy to leave my day at three losses and come back the next day," okay, with abundance. And if you're a trader that's tuned into fear, then you're more likely to see risk everywhere. And this is where most traders live. They live in fear and they live in lack, which is where their trading decisions come from.
So manifestation is when your thoughts, beliefs, and emotions all align. And when that happens, you can manifest the outcome that you want. Now, I'm not saying that, okay, you're going to come to the charts and you're going to be like, I'm going to have a great trading day today. I'm going to look at this candle that's going red and I'm just going to manifest that it's going to turn green. That's not what I'm talking about here.
This isn't wishful thinking. And this I'm not going to explain this in a watered down version. And I'm going to explain this in a way that actually makes sense from a science perspective. Okay? So when your thoughts, beliefs, and emotions align, the quantum field responds with opportunity. It responds with the opportunity to give you what you want. Right? But you have to be the person that's thoughts are aligned, beliefs are aligned, and emotions are aligned so you can take the subconscious actions that actually serve you.
Okay. Okay. So now that we know that all around us is an invisible field of energy, everything around us is made up of atoms. Mhm. An atom is made up of 99.99% empty space. In other words, it's energy and vibration. So Nicholas Tesla has a really famous quote that I'm probably going to botch and like not say in order, but if you want to understand the the universe, think in terms of frequency, vibration, and energy because everything around us is just a vibration.
If we took a microscope and we zoomed in on me, I wouldn't actually exist. It would be empty space. But we perceive the universe, the world as solid matter. But even the human body isn't just made up of 100 atoms that are solid. It's actually made up of 7 billion billion billion [ __ ] nuts atoms. Which means at the core fundamental subatomic level, a human being is just energy. It's just a frequency. So now that we know that, how do we actually shift our energy in order to actually get an outcome?
Can we we want like how what what has this got to do with manifestation? Okay, we're made up of energy. What has it got to do with anything? So, in order to understand this, we need to understand the human the body is an extraordinary electromagnetic system. Okay, your brain produces an electrical charge with each thought. It produces a wave, right? An electrical charge. Your heart produces a magnetic charge with each emotion.
And together this forms your electromagnetic signature. So scientists have actually measured that the human body, human heart, brain vibrates a frequency several feet outside around 3 ft. So an easy way to think of this is like, have you ever walked into a room and like without even saying a word to anybody, you can just detect something is off in the room? Yeah. And it's because humans are actually emitting a frequency, emitting an energy outside of themselves.
So you feel it. Or you can meet someone and you're like, there's something off about that person. Even though they're smiling in your face, you can detect their energy and their their subconscious, what they're actually feeling and believing. So how you think and how you feel determine what your electromagnetic signature is determines what vibration you are sending out into the universe. Now the way that frequency works is it works like for like.
So, if you've ever seen the experiment with like a tuning fork, for example, and I had another tuning fork here that was 10 Hz, for example, me vibrating this wouldn't affect this. Okay? But if I had another tuning fork that was also 5 Hz, now these would vibrate together. Now, they're in the same frequency. So, everything around us has a frequency, has an energy, right? Mhm. Money being the one that most people want on the stock market.
So the quantum field around us doesn't respond to what we want. It responds to who we are actually being. Our energetic signature that we are sending out into the universe. So there's a famous saying by Joe Dispensza that goes, "Your personality creates your personal reality." I love that. Yeah. Dope. And so for anyone watching this and they're like, "Okay, cool. Cool story, bro. Like prove it." Well, I will. Okay. So, the HeartMath Institute studies the relationship between the brain and the heart.
So, the HeartMath Institute studies the relationship between the brain and the heart. And more importantly, it studies when the brain and heart are in coherence. So the more coherent your brain and your heart, the stronger the signal that the person is sending out. Okay? So coherence is when the heart emotions and the brain emotions are in alignment. Okay? So in other words, we want to make sure that we have a rhythmic heartbeat, right?
It's actually been studied that the heart communicates with the brain far more than the brain communicates with the heart. Okay? And the heart is sometimes actually referred to as the little brain. So we know that the brain has 86 million neurons. The heart also has 40,000 neurons. Its electromagnetic field is stronger than the brains. So the reason why meditation and breath work and all that kind of stuff is so important is because we're putting your heart into a state of coherence.
In other words, we want to get your heart into a state of rhythm. So the what we're actually looking for here is a sine wave. Okay? Right? Which basically means equal peaks and troughs on both sides. It's also been studied that your emotions carry a frequency. So when you're in a state of abundance, i.e. you've done your meditations, you've done your breath work, you are now in coherence. However, if your energetic frequency is one of lack, then you will be in an incoherent state, right?
So now you're going to manifest outcomes based on this. And if you just want to think of that in a practical way and you're like, I don't really get that duh, just think about the state that you're trading from, right? Like if your state if your state is in fear, your heartbeats erratic, you're more likely to be in a survival state. You're more likely to break your trading balls, etc. If you're calm, you're more likely to feel detached.
You're more likely to be like, I can be patient. So manifestation occurs when your brain's rhythms and your thoughts, your emotions align with your heart's rhythm. Okay? Right? So we want to eliminate the fear response. And when this occurs and both of both the brain and heart are in alignment, the human being can send out an even stronger energetic signal and the field around someone extends even further which allows new things to manifest into your life even easier, allows new opportunities to arise.
So in order to get good trading results, we need to make sure that the heart's rhythm is not chaotic. We need to make sure we're actually taking the time to meditate. We're actually taking the time to get ourselves into that state into a coherent state. Okay. So, now that you fully understand the functionality and how all these three things work together, why our thoughts can actually create our reality? How is this relevant for traders?
Because that's really the question that people are going to be asking like, "Okay, cool. So, you're telling me if I just think positively, I'm going to be able to move atoms around me and manifest a life that I want. Yes and no. So, your brain goes into survival when we put something above our identity. I call it pedestal energy. Okay? Right? So, the thing that I want to address right now is money blocks, importance, and struggle because those three things are very important especially for traders who are trading proper accounts.
So if the first thing I want to actually address is the energy of importance. When a person wants to manifest a reality for themselves, if they are operating on an energetic frequency that says, "I need money." Mhm. They are placing money above themsel. In other words, money is operating on a different frequency from what that person is vibrating out into the world. But when that person can raise their frequency by doing meditations, going into a theta state, uh aligning their brain and their heart and they begin to resonate with someone who is abundant, the energy of money can actually manifest for them faster.
It can actually come into their life because now that thing is no longer above that person. Now it's in alignment with the frequency. We know that everything around us is frequency. Money is just paper. It's just atoms. It's just frequency. It's just energy. So instead of putting money as something that is above above you or is so important that your brain goes into survival every time that that thing is on the line, if we actually become the type of person that has a good relationship with money and trust that money will always flow to them and come to them no matter what, you're more likely to manifest money into your life.
And in a practical way, a person who doesn't need money isn't chasing money on the stock market. Instead, they're looking at the money on the stock market market as a side effect of who they are as a person based on their belief systems. So, this actually comes down a lot of the money struggle actually comes down to the energy of importance, the meaning that you're giving to passing a proper account. If I pass this account, I can take a payout.
I can do this thing. The importance of if I pass this account, I can finally say that I'm a trader, right? something to prove frequency of lack, right? Or I'm good either way is a sentence that traders need to say to themselves very often. Good either way. No matter what happens, I'm good either way. So, the other thing I want to address is the frequency of struggle. On the flip side, if you're the type of trader who says like let's say that you have a belief system that you have to work hard to make money, which is a belief system that's drilled into a lot of people from a young age because you see your parents working hard, you see your parents struggling, whatever it might be.
So, as a trader, most of the most people that get into the trading industry is because they want to get their time back. They don't want to work so hard. Yet so many traders end up sitting at a desk all day and struggling for their money. So if you've passed a trade in one hour and you just made, let's say, $1,500 Mhm. the part of your brain that believes you have to struggle to make money won't allow you to stop there.
It will say, "Take another trade. Let's make more. I have to work hard to make money. It can't accept that it's easy. So, this is why like rewiring your belief systems again is just so so so important. So, I want to give people an exercise that they can actually do. Awesome. Okay. So, we now know that our our brain is actually acting in 100% control. We understand the science behind it. We also understand how manifestation actually works.
You are changing your inner energetic state to change your energetic frequency moving outwards. The universe sees that, provides you with opportunity, doesn't shift outcome immediately. It just provides you with opportunity to get the outcome you want. Maybe you see a clean setup. Maybe you make money easily. Can you walk away? Right? It's providing you with the opportunity in order to become the type of trader who can even walk away in the first place.
We want to make sure that you are operating in a paras parasympathetic nervous system state in a rest and digest state. So there's something called like I refer to it as almost like this emergency break. So this is actually very simple and a lot of people will see this and go that's too good to be true. Are you telling me if I do this one thing this can actually truly change my trading results? And the answer is yes.
All you have to do is extend your exhale longer than your inhale. And by doing so, you are signaling to your brain that we are safe. Because the first thing to happen when someone goes into survival, you say, "Stop breathing." They go, "Right." Yeah. And by actually breathing in and extending our exhale, we're telling our brain that we're safe. We're telling our brain, you can stay in a place of logic. Please keep my prefrontal cortex online.
Right? So, the easiest the easiest kind of breath count that I like to do with my clients is just 4 seconds in, six seconds out. Okay? Or you could do six seconds in, 8 seconds out. We want to add breath holds and things like that into it. And by doing so, you actually allow your brain to stay in a state that can make and continuously make logical decisions. So again, it's not like magic where you're going to think something and the universe is going to shift.
The universe is going to provide the opportunity. You are going to shift. I love this. I, you know, when people talk about like creating a hack to achieving what you want. I feel like this is almost that thing, but with the context that you've given today, it makes sense, right? This is not like the wishy-washy, oh, you know, just be calm, walk away. This is actually like logical. It's practical. It makes sense when you've described it in the context of how you have.
Yeah, you've uh you blown my mind. Nice. [laughter] Yay. Well, that's all I've got to blow your mind with today. [laughter] Honestly, that was amazing. Really, really good like simplistic in a positive way to help I think anyone to understand how to actually start making a shift. and you gave it from the most like high up level all the way down to the basics right down to the very action that you need to take to start creating that shift and you introduce some new topics um quantum physics neuroscience it was it was all in there has been an amazing session thank you so much thank you for having me guys and girls what a session how many of you have just had your mind blown how many of you have been exposed to some new information that is going to help to create new outcomes as part of what you are doing in this game of uncertainty.
