Hey guys, Mike here. So, big day coming up tomorrow. We're going to talk about all those landmines that are going to be put in front of us tomorrow and there is a boatload of them. So, I think definitely uh the market's going to be making up his mind which way it's going to be going. Also, I'm going to show you something I was looking at on charts today and I was showing members and if this lines up, it is like the perfect springboard. It's almost too perfect, which you know, again, we'll see if it's going to happen, but it would be awesome if it did uh for us

It's almost too perfect, which you know, again, we'll see if it's going to happen, but it would be awesome if it did uh for us especially. Also, I'm going to debunk something. Remember, you always got to do your research. And what was crazy, something dropped today. I don't know if you noticed it. I didn't actually noticed it until the end of the day when I was researching this for you guys, but it's pretty surprising, and I don't really know the reason behind it, which kind of we'll dig into.
Uh we're going to talk about a stock chart I've never talked about before, but again, had a had a terrible day. But when things line up, technically, I least like to present it to you and let you make your own decision. We'll go through a couple other stock charts. And I also, again, I will pound the drum. I don't know until I see something different that you know what is China doing? China is in control of their AI race.
We are not. We are depending on publicly traded for-profit companies to do what's best for the United States. And then you get stuff like this that came out last night and I will show it to you and say just more evidence saying, hm, I wonder how this is going to go for us. And again, what does winning the AI race mean against China? But I will start off with this again. Speaking of China, few things going on with China here.
Uh this was just you know an update for you guys. I like to cover stuff like this. Annual installations of industrial robots. Remember we don't have our real robot I guess in a way uh phase out coming or phase incoming but you can see China again has some zeros. This this is just what they rolled out in 2025. You can clearly say clearly see that they're way ahead of everybody else. And the only reason I think we're even at this number is because of one company and that company is Amazon.
But the problem is remember what is Amazon like all the rest of these they're global. So they've rolled out 1 million robots you know in their lifetime here they started rolling this out but don't forget probably 50% maybe more are actually around the globe uh in their different facilities and sorry 50% of them here but if we didn't have Amazon rolling out these kind of robots we probably even further down the list. Okay.
So again, once if Tesla starts rolling out their robots, these other companies start doing it and that's fine. But we know uh again, China really don't have any choice because remember they got the G the the problem where they had the one child policy. So they they're short on workers to begin with and so they really didn't have any choice but to really uh roll out this kind of stuff and get automated. U but again it's not like our birth rates are very high either.
So you know I think once we start obviously rolling them out whenever that's going to be we're going to see if they're going to put any regulation in there or just let people do what they want to do with them. Obviously, our numbers should hopefully catch up, but I thought, yeah, just another thing they're they're pretty way ahead on. I'll tell you this, man. I'm not saying I condone this, but it sure would change some behavior.
Look at this right here. This is o former B AIC group chairman sentenced to death with 2year reprieve and bribery case. Think about that now. Absolutely has political rights for life taken away, had all his personal assets confiscated, and sentenced to death for bribery and moneyaundering. Can you imagine we do that in this country? How many people be lined up on there? But I tell you one thing, people would be like, I somebody approach them, they say, I don't think I'm going to do that.
You know, and the thing is I was thinking well maybe I don't know in this, you know, country here in America like presidents as far as I know in my whole lifetime have been bribed to give pardons and commute sentences, right? I've seen that. We've seen it many times. Uh so I wasn't sure if you could do that over there, but then I read also they obviously they took all his assets. So like what do you bribe with? So thought, well, that was interesting.
But let me know let me know what you think about that. I wish we would, you know, obviously up uh what the law says here and and how we punish people for bribery and all that good stuff and money laundering, but uh not to that extreme. I got to be honest with you. Now, this goes to the AI race and you know, let me get your opinion on this and what you think. I know I usually differ from a lot of people and I'm in the minority on this. uh you know my my plot or my belief is you shouldn't put you know six public traded companies, eight public traded companies, whatever it is now uh that make up the majority of the AI spending and AI race uh in charge of this cuz they're not going to have our best interest at heart anyway.
And then of course China's government controls everything over there. So they're kind of in control of uh what they're going to do and how fast they're going to move. But here's Nvidia and AMD, right? So reportedly they're actually lobbying this, which means they're spending money to try to get the administration and other people running the Senate, obviously the whole Congress to not be so strict when it comes to selling chips or importing chips to China.
Of course, why that's a big market for them. So of course it says Nvidia and AMD are reported pushing the Trump administration to pressure Congress into drop in China related chip export restrictions from the annual defense policy bill. corner a report at Politico. The companies want the administration to intervene directly with the lawmakers to strip provisions from the National Defense Authorization Act that would tighten oversight of chip sales to China.
Now, their argument is, and I love it, if we restrict ourselves to China, then they're going to increase and how they produce chips, right? Are they gonna they're going to start developing their own chips? Well, first of all, they're already trying to develop their own chips. But second of all, I kind of go to this analogy. Remember, we're being told being told we're in this AI race. We can't lose it. Can't lose it. Nobody can tell you who says that, by the way, what they're talking about.
Whether we're talking about stock prices, whether they're talking about the coolest apps on your phones, national defense, whatever, right? Nobody can put that in there because when it all comes down to it, you really listen to them, what they're talking about is money, stock prices, things of that nature, right? But, you know, when you look at, think about it this way. If I'm fighting somebody, I'm supposed to be in a war with this person, right?
I'm talking a war with them and they're having trouble feeding themselves. That's like me making the argument, well, you know what? Tell you what, let me sell them the food I have here. If I'm I'm a ger, maybe I'm an agricultural company, right? And I want to make money and, you know, drive my stock price up. I want to get access to that. And so, it's a huge army, right? And can really raise my stock price. Well, I'm going to try to convince you to let me sell the food to them even though we as a country are in a battle, a war with this country, right?
Supposedly in this race. Uh, and it's very important to sell the food I already have to them, which means they could eat immediately and then boom, excel forward, right? And go into the fight versus just letting them try to plant crops or find a way to produce their own food, which would do what? Take a lot longer, right? So again, if they're just starting to make their own chips and and they're going to have to be solely relying on their own companies to do that, well, may maybe I don't know, may maybe we're ahead of them, right?
Maybe we stay ahead of them. But if we allow two of the companies who sell the most chips in the world, the most sophisticated ships in the world to actually sell more ships to them, well, doesn't that kind of take away the advantage we have? I mean, and keeping us ahead and stuff. So, and and why would these companies do that? Cuz remember, both are American companies, by the way, even though AMD gets 68% of its revenue from outside these borders.
And you know, a good thing about Nvidia, it actually gets I think only 37% outside the borders. So you majority you know 60 something% comes from inside here but it's like why would you do that to gain access to a huge market be the second biggest market right so there's only two people really racing for a AI so if you can get more access to that market again then oh look at that and again that goes back to I can't say it enough like who's looking out for us who's looking out for the country come on we don't you know we don't even regulate this stuff yet are you kidding me suppose we're going to have a Zara coming up soon I can't wait to see who that is, you know, but here's another thing.
They're talking about taking the a rumor which I know we're going to, you know, we're going to do it. We're going to take a stake in anthropic. Well, how the heck do you regulate companies if the government has a stake in them? The whole point having a stake in them, right, is is you're hoping to grow. I mean, their stocks go up, right? I mean, how much I mean, look at the Intel investment, right? It's way up. That's what you're getting.
You're not getting trying to get it to drive the stocks down. That's not the point in the investment. You know what I'm saying? I mean, that's what we were told at least. So, yeah. I just I don't this kind of puts a whole another cog in the wheel or whatever wrench in this whole thing to sit there and try to sell me on the fact that we can't lose this race. But you know, we're depending on publicly traded companies which have to drive their stock price up.
How do you do that? Bringing in more revenue, increasing your margins, holding your margins, all that stuff. Well, how do you do that? You gain access to what? The second largest market in the world when it comes to AI. That's how you do that. That's not good for us, right? If we're supposed to win this race. So anyway, I'll stop and get on my soap dish on that one. Now, this right here, the Federal Reserve has never hiked in October ahead of a US election, but the market is currently pricing in a 70% chance that that's going to happen.
First of all, that's not true. 1980, Jimmy Carter was the incumbent going up against Reagan. And guess what? They hiked all the way through that election. Okay, you can see right there, there's September, there's October, there's November. They just kept on going through January. Okay, so first of all, it has happened. It's just rare that it happens. But the other one is look how much it dropped today. We were at 70%.
Actually, it wasn't even that high yesterday. So again, they put these false numbers out there. But today, I just recorded this like out on the right before I started doing this. It's at 49.3. Well, the current target 375 to 4, right? And so all of a sudden, it's like it dropped a lot today. And I looked, I'm like, well, it's weird because we're going to look at yield and say what they do. They spiked. I got to put new lines on here for you guys.
Again, they went up again. But the data came in, you know, softer than expected. Joel's job openings and then the CB consumer confidence, right? And so is that why it dropped? Cuz when you look at yields, there's a 30-year. I got to put you I had to put this new line on here going back to like 2002. 10 years right there. So now I got to go back on the 10 year and I got to put a new line on this one to go back to 2002 because we're already eclipsing the 2007 and six numbers, right?
So now we got to put a new line here. Hopefully we won't reach this anytime soon. Who knows? And again, the same people will be screaming, but it's normalizing, you know, whatever. And so, again, we'll put that on there. That's not very far up, but at some point in time, this thing is going to come back down because it look at that chart. It looks just like a stock chart. So, eventually, it's going to come back down.
I don't know if it's going to be five, whatever it is, and start flagging. What's weird though is oil continues to come down. Like oil's coming in. It's coming down this trend line. Breaks that trend line. We see a much bigger flush down. Okay. But also see a pop. So clearly that's a great area for a pop. But again, the 10 year and the the yields are doing their own thing. Now remember I showed you where they were they were going up together.
Oil started selling back down. The yields just keep going. Okay. Now I'm not going to get into it. But a lot of this supposedly has to do with the crack spread with diesel and things like that. I'm not even going to touch that. Okay. Plenty of people talking about that. Just just Google it. You'll see it or whatever. Uh but that's what they say a lot has got to do with plus I tell members I'll share with you like HYG right coming down so fast and it keeps coming down and and the market is not reacting the reason why is because I guess it makes sense and we kind of been talking about this is not because there's there's stress in the market is because it has a huge competition now right it's never really had competition before right because now people are buying what they're buying Google and all these mag sevens like bonds and stuff they keep on issue for a nice percentage or a nice yield.
So they're doing that and so that's creating more strength now. There's not as much you know competition over here in a way demand I guess you could say right so so they're wanting more right but the but the spreads aren't blowing out right on the bonds they're kind of creeping up right and the yields going up are what's causing the move index to keep spiking. So again, it is it can be a definite warning sign, but it's just indicators are acting differently because now something has changed in the equation.
And I may do a whole video on that or maybe I'll talk about Saturday's video to make sense. But if you follow me long enough, you kind of know what I'm talking about. So I was looking into that day cuz something seemed very off. Okay. But again, diesel hit like a new like the crash spreads have never been this high. And I looked at a chart like not even close to being this high. Okay. And so you know, again, Google what that is and then diesel I think hit like crazy number today as well.
So it's it's insane like and and again the economy is showing to be strong resilient because there's still a lot of money floating out there. Okay. And I was asking my wife's family they're farmers using a lot of diesel and and they're big one's a small farmer a couple of them are very big farmers right big farmers. And I was like is there a breaking point at some point in time what is it? They're like I don't know we face this in a minute but it's like we got to keep purchasing anyway.
Now the smaller farmers like oh that's you know the breaking point they can kind of tell you what the breaking point is it ain't much higher than here but the bigger farmers can hold out all right because they got the resources to hold out but they like they said we got to continue to farm we can't just stop okay and again they don't set prices okay so this is just eating into their margins is what this is doing so don't blame the farmer the farmer's fault when you see food prices going up that it's not the farmer's fault they already got their contracts way in advance they don't tell the people buying hey by the way same thing with people raise cattle my brother-in-law does that too like they don't set the prices.
It's It's the conglomerates. If you want to fix this whole thing, it's like four companies make up like 85% of what they call the packers, I think is what they call them. They're the ones that process the beef, okay? And so they say, "We'll give you this and take it or leave or whatever, and then they raise the prices to increase their margins and put it out." But again, they got monopolies. That's the problem. So again, just a little side note.
Now, tomorrow, obviously, big day, right? end of quarter, end of month, before market opens, you got PCE, and again, I'll go over a bunch of data at the end, but it's way more data than that. Uh, and then of course, you have the JPM collar that'll be starting to roll. And then you'll have MU earnings afterwards. Okay, matter fact, while I'm thinking about I'm just going to go ahead and bring up the calendar here real quick.
And we'll just do that now so you can see it. And here it is. So, not just PCE, you have ADP, non-farm employment changes, uh final GDP. That's going to be a big one for what yields and whether or not they raise rates, personal income, personal spending, Chicago PMI, and crude oil inventory. So, just FYI on that one. Now, looking at stuff that seems to be setting up. I mean, God, it seems like it just wants to go higher.
Uh semiconductors, like I said, they're hiding out in them. You're just seeing these rounding bottom patterns setting here at this resistance again. MU, I think, will probably dictate a lot of this. Okay. Uh, but it just seems like they want to break through and send this higher. Uh, as we can see again, looking over at DRRAM, same thing. And MU would dictate this cuz this chart is identical to MU to Sandis and it just cannot get above and close above that level.
Again, this is a weekly chart here, not a daily chart, just FYI. So, we've tested it multiple times, but again, these rounding bottoms and just higher lows being set, but not higher highs, right? And so, you know, and you can see MU. And again, if it breaks through, we're going to run up to 67 to 69 pretty quick, I think, is what's going to happen. Now, looking at something I find interesting is, and there's a question, can it run up?
Can memory run up without the Cosby? I mean, you see, look at this chart. Remember when memory is running up? The Cosby was running up. Ever since the Cosby has stalled, okay, South Korean index, these memory stocks have stalled. I mean, can it? I'm just asking. I don't I've never tried Cosby that much as I have now, okay? Okay, so I'm just asking but hm uh now very interesting chart here. RSP equate ETF for the S&P divided by SPY.
You can see what's happening there, right? Two big bounces before. Are we going to get a third and here's these trend line I'm talking about. So you got one at the bottom there. But if we draw another trend line, let me just add it on for you. And there it is. So look at this right here. So that trend line only 1% away. Look down. We're drawing this from around the April 7th bottom right there. Boom. Boom. So it' be the third touch.
Okay. Okay, we got some major major jumps off this trend line. Okay, but it's not just this one. Plus, you had the 0.5 fib. You got this area with retest that previous high right there. Look at IWM. You know, look at this one. All right, you start drawing this one. Boom. We bring it over. Kind of the same thing where you're sitting here from April 2025 coming down. It's only about 1%. About the same thing, right? Got big bounces off this thing, right?
Go to the Dow Jones Industrial Average. Clearly been selling down. There it is. There's April coming up. And this is a little bit farther away. Not 1%. It's around depend on how it came down. Probably between like one and a half to maybe two and a half depending on uh how quickly it came down. But you know, and again, we be testing the previous alltime high. And I got to go back to IWM and look real quick and see. And again, if you pull the the fib levels on this one from that high to that low.5 fib also is right in there just like the RSP.
IWM I don't think's smooth. when I look at this one uh coming down trying to see if it would retesting well I guess it would be yeah in a way retesting the high right there so it's kind of almost in a bounce point really but you know if we put fibs on here I'm going put this low just in case it breaks through but if you put fibs on here it's going to be between the 382 and 0.5 if I'm not mistaken so you know not as smooth but if you can get these three to come down and even come close to this trend line right here to bounce and all three of them are doing at the same time and that it' be super bull bullish cuz I've seen this before in the past where I've noted it for you, you know, where these index were coming down and they all stood there and like hit a certain level at the same day and it was just a just a massive move up off there.
I ain't saying it's going to go alltime highs, but you know, that would be absolutely huge at least for one day and maybe more. We'll have to find out. Uh, now I did talk about Oracle yesterday, so I definitely make sure when they have positive news, I talk about them. As you can see, OpenAI's annual revenue run rate is approaching 70 billion, up more than 70% since the start of Q3. That's according to Axios. And again, what we talk about, why does Oracle get punished so much?
It has a huge exposure to OpenAI. You see it popped 7%. So, congratulations, the Oracle shareholders. Again, this article which came out today, good news for OpenAI is great news for Oracle stocks. I'm not making this up. The reason why because of that backlog roughly around 300 billion out of the 664 billion that we know of is from OpenAI. So if Open AAI succeeds, Oracle's good. If Open AI falters, Oracle is going to get punished right along with them.
Okay. Now, Open AI did also say today they're target around 30 billion funding at a $ 1.4 4 trillion valuation which to be honest with you I don't know about you but I'm so disappointed with these these new IPOs whether it was SpaceX whether it's open eye and throw out coming out with these crazy you know already up you know one and a half two trillion valuations uh just because again you're talking about to get some kind of return like you got on I don't know invidia name them any of name any of the big boys out there right they're talking about they have to go to like 10 trillion and maybe they do maybe they do but it's like my god you know you couldn't start off at 500 billion ion, 300 billion, like give it throw us some crumbs.
And so here they are. And this is what my neighbor who does this for a living. It always tells me, he goes, "You want to know where your money is?" Right? If the the big rich rich, I'm talking about wealthy wealthy people. They're not trying to stick our stuff in the stock market. They're going right here. They're they're buying in way lower than this on anthrop. They're already way in way back way back cuz I mean they've done plenty of rounds of offerings.
They were in SpaceX. I'm talking about it make your nose bleed, make you sick how cheap the valuations they were in in SpaceX, right? That's what they do. And so they're making a killing. There's no reason for them to try to risk anything in the in the stock market when they're already making that much money than these IPOs. That's what's even crazier about when these things get up to those crazy valuations. Remember these people are buying in at like I don't know 30 billion, 40 billion, 100 billion back in the day, right?
In SpaceX. So they made the amount of money is just unbelievable. Unbelievable. All right, so getting on some more news here. Meta staying busy, right? So they launched Meta Enterprise platform to streamline enterprise deployment of its AI models, agents, and infrastructure. Uh CG dea, I think that's how you say his name, appointed chief enterprise platform officer. Again, they're turning Muse and its AI stack into enterprise products.
Blasy blasy. So again, good for them. You know, stock goes green. So they're really really pushing this Muse thing, right? So you know, we hit the 0.5 fib. Is this the higher low we talked about? That's what we're going to find out. Or is it just going to come up, mitigate that daily imbalance, roll back over, and then test around that 79 gold pocket fib down there. Uh that's what we're going to get to find out. So, you know, we'll see.
That's what this is or not. So, again, you could roll, if you do, you just want to watch that level right down below between 690 to 698 somewhere in there uh to set it. But if this is it, you know, it's funny. I mean, I think a lot of people realize how close it came to set new all-time highs, but it was basically 2% away uh from setting new all-time highs, which is absolutely crazy in my opinion, but it's like, wow.
And you want to talk about coming back from the dead. Okay. Uh now, looking over here at another one, FICO, never bought this one before, but it dropped like a rock today. Dropped 27% after FHFA said Fanny and Freddy Mack will add Vantage score alongside FICO. Now, the only reason I mention this because just looking at technically that is a beautiful channel right there is coming down in. It's about to hit the bottom and then we put on horizontal support right here.
As you can see, it's about to hit that as well. Or I should say, yeah. Yeah, actually support. So, uh, you know, that's definitely an area to look at. And this thing's been cut what in more than half. It's down 75%. So, I'm like, woo. Uh, so I'm I'm definitely not talking about investment. I'm talking about a trade. Uh, for sure. when you look at that. And again, there's a big old gap above when you put this on a daily.
So, yes, 75%. Boy. Uh, so we'll see if it's going to hit that white line uh in the bottom of that channel. And I would think you would get a nice reaction out of that. So, at least want to bring that to your attention, let you do what you want to do with it. Again, getting super oversold on the daily. It's like 16 on the RSI right now. Weekly is going in oversold, but it can definitely get uh farther down than what it is now, which maybe would take us to the bottom of the channel and hitting that uh white line right there.
I didn't put fibs on this. I need to go back with some fibs and see if there's a magical fib getting hit right there cuz that would be even more confluence. Uh so I would definitely watch out for that and at least try to play the gap fill. Uh now looking over at MBIS, two ways to look at this. Keeps hanging in there, keeps consolidating, staying above both those trend lines. Here's another way. Maybe this is the easier way to look at it.
So it kind of is easier to set a target like right there. You know, you go into a daily FEG or imbalance golden pocket trend line, right? So again, we break above where it's at now or it keeps getting rejected, that's where we're heading. Break below, uh, trouble is definitely going to be in sight. Okay, especially if market shows any form of weakness. This thing is a huge, huge mover. Uh, lastly, Palunteer again holding up strong, right?
And you look, it's retesting the ADMA 79 fib right there, that level right there, previous high right there. So, if this can hold and tomorrow goes well and let's say you see yields drop and all that fun stuff and the oh my god the rate hikes now they're only 30% chance well you should see this one pop because it has been showing strength like relative strength and then you get to see it move up around that 200 area things don't go well watch that 21 EMA next okay now when it comes to earnings tomorrow again Jabil and then afternoon micron okay that's the big one so buckle up for tomorrow it's going to be a fun one can't wait please Hit the like, subscribe button.
