Yes, Your Honor. Thank you. Have a seat? Yes. Now, Mr. Bradley, you are the same Mr. Bradley that testified right before lunch. Is that correct? Yes, ma'am. You understand that you are still under oath? Yes, ma'am. Now, when, before we broke, um, we were talking about the information that told you about, um, him doing the work to the guy that was killed on the freeway. Is that correct? Correct. -- All -- right. Now, um, To be clear, this information, um, was never told to the government, um.
On the prior occasions that you all, when you all met, is that correct? Say that again. To be clear, when this information that you just told this jury of what Kwan said to you in the first proffer that you had, you did not tell the government that information, is that correct? No. In the reverse proper, did you tell the government that information? No. In the third time that you all met, which was a proper back in 2024, did you tell the government that information?
The first time that you came forward with this information was on July 10th of 2026 when you met with myself, my co-counsel, and, um, your attorney and And other government officials. Correct. All right. Now, um, why didn't you share that information on those three previous occasions? Oh. Like I said, at first I was sticking to the code of the streets or whatever and that's not to say nothing. But then after everybody else started coming forward and saying things, I thought it was in my best interest to say what I knew to, so I can get home to my family.
And did your staying, um, Silent. Affect your relationship with Kejuan. At any point. Say that again. Did your staying silent, did you, let me ask you in a different way, did you think that that would impact your relationship with Keywan? No. OK. And as far as your relationship goes today, how is that relationship with him? With me, I'm still all right. I don't, you know, I don't know how you feel. OK. Um, How did you view cooperating with the government, the police?
I mean, If you like. Basically, I it's something I ain't wanna do. I don't, didn't really want to get involved in talking with the government or with anybody. Is it fair to say that you have been labeled a snitch? I'm pretty sure I am. Is it fair to say that you've been labeled a rat? I'm pretty sure I have. And You talked about a code in the streets. What does that mean to you? Being labeled a snitch or a. I mean, I really don't care what nobody think or feel about me at the end of the day, but it is what it is.
And We kind of discussed that um this conversation with Kwan occurred. Um, after you had gotten out of jail, is that correct? Correct. Now, did you later come to have a conversation with Jerry? Concerning keep on. Yes. And um how did that conversation come about? Um, actually, me and Jerry, we was riding one time and he had took a phone call or whatever when he stepped out of the car or whatever. I don't know who he was talking to, what he was talking about, but when he got back in the car, he looked at me like he had something on his mind, so I asked him what's up, and he basically was just like, Yo, little cousin tripping.
I'm like, What are you tripping on? He was like, basically he was saying that somebody need to come up with his money before he ended up doing something to somebody else. And when Jerry referred to your little cousin, who was he referring to? Kwan. And so he was expressing to you that someone needed to do something to come up with this money. Is that correct? Yeah, -- that's -- great. Based off of those statements or that statement.
Did you at that point think that Jerry was the person to come up with the money? I will object to the speculation of what he thought at the time. -- The speculation of -- that. I can ask it a different way. Do you know if was supposed to come up with the money? No, I don't know. If he's supposed to come up with the money. All right. And, um, If you know, do you know who they gonna be next -- was -- referencing? I'm going to object to the speculation of what if. 10 minutes.
I'm assuming he probably was -- talking about -- I'm assuming, sir, if you, if you know, you say so. If you don't say you don't know. So you're a little trap, Your Honor. I'm going to object. There was no question. He's blurting out things. He had already answered the question, saying, I'm assuming it was speculation. The court sustained that. I'm going to ask that the jury be instructed to disregard that. The jury will disregard uh the witness's last statements.
Your Honor, if I may ask the court to tell the witness to Respond to questions. He has to answer a question. And Your Honor, to be fair, I think that the confusion was in which he was asked if he did know and then he did blurt out the information that he knew. So I, I think that there was some confusion there. All right, rephrase your question and uh Mr. Bradley, only answer it if you know the answer, OK? Don't speculate.
Do you know who that was? I'm going to, I'm going to object to asked and answered. Overruled. Yes. -- What was the -- answer? I didn't hear that. -- He -- said no. No, no thank you. Now, um, You, may I approach? Yes. And Mr. Bradley, you're familiar with the, um, House on Ramona, is that correct? Correct. I'm showing you what's already been admitted into evidence. state's exhibit 755. Do you recognize, um, the outside of this photograph or this photograph?
Do you recognize the people in this photograph? Yeah, who are those people that are in the photograph? That's Jerry and one. Permission to publish these, Your Honor. Yes, you may. And this is State's exhibit 755 for the record. This is on 11-10-2020, 13-10. And I am pointing to the person in kind of like blue and some type of shorts. Who is this person? It's key one. And who is this person? It's you. All right. I'm showing you what's been admitted into evidence states exhibit 758.
That's on November 10th, at 173342. Who is in this photograph? It's one. OK. I'm showing you state's exhibit 761, what has already been admitted into evidence. Had you ever seen the defendant driving a Camaro? Yes. I'm showing you what's been marked as states exhibit 766. Who's in this photograph? Uh, uh, that's key one, and it looks like Florida. And this is Florida. Yeah. Is that correct? Yeah. I'm showing you state's exhibit 768.
On 1111, 2020, 1348, 42 is the time on the screen grab. Do you recognize who that person is? I can't. -- In today's exhibit -- 768. I can't really see that like that. OK. Would it help if I come closer? I know the glare is bad. Oh, Your Honor, I apologize. May I approach? Yes, you may. Thank you. Right. He states exhibit 768. That's key one. All right. In states exhibit 769, do you recognize um the people in that photograph?
Yeah, that's jittery in Q1. All right. And if you could in state's exhibit 69, what does I don't think the jury can see that. I was about to do that in state's exhibit 769 in states um. The person that's closest to the door, who is that? That's one. All right. And then you also identified Jerry. Would that be the person next to this other black vehicle? Yes. Permission published to the jury. Have you ever seen that other car that Jerry is standing by? -- What are you talking about the -- chores?
Yes. And had you seen that car quite often? Yes. Was that car associated with Jerry? Yes. I'm showing you what's marked as states exhibit 770. Do you recognize who's in that photograph? Yeah, just keep going. And When you're saying Kwan, that's the same person that you've identified here in the courtroom, is that correct? Yes. Now this was back in 2020, is that right? Yes. OK. And it's fair to say that people have kind of changed as far as weight gain.
Is that correct? Correct. Um, and is it fair to say that Mr. White was a little bit smaller in these photos than he is now? Correct. All right. In 6 years we've all kind of changed a little bit, is that right? OK. All right, I'm showing you state's exhibit 771. Do you recognize who that is in that photo? Yeah, that's key one. And that for the record states exhibit 771 um the date on that screenshot is 11-11-20-20-1408-33.
And I'm showing you what's marked as state's exhibit 774. Do you recognize who's in that photo? Yeah, that's key one. OK. Do you know the other person? Yeah Yeah, they look like Trey. And this is on, um, for the record, states exhibit 774 uh screenshot is dated 11-11-2020 at 1409-07. Mr. Bradley, um, A few additional questions for you. At some point, Well, let, let me back up. When did you get arrested on your federal charges?
Uh, May 12, 2023. OK. So, well after this office date, is that correct? Correct. All right. So, um, May 12th of 2023, but between 2020 and 2023, um, At least as it refers to your federal charges, um, it's fair to say that you all were engaged in the drug conspiracy during that time. Is that correct? Correct. And then when you were arrested, it was for these charges that you told the jury about. Is that correct? Correct.
Did you feel at the time that there was a lot of heat on you guys? You say at the time? Yes, or now. Um, at first I didn't really have no clue, but over time, yes. OK. And how did you feel about that? I feel bad about it. OK. Why did you feel bad? Because it's a, because So I feel like That if it wasn't for this situation, I probably wouldn't be in the situation I'm in now. And you have to clarify for me when you say if it wasn't for the situation, what situation do you mean?
The investigation of this murder. And so did you feel like the murder is what kind of. Help me. Yes, the murder, the investigation of this murder kind of. Combined with the investigation of our conspiracy, if it wasn't for the, I feel like if it wasn't for the investigation of this murder, I wouldn't be facing the charges that I'm facing right now, OK. Um, So, But you're here now. Is that correct? Correct. All right.
And, um, you understand your role and responsibility in your current charges. Is that correct? Correct. Um, how do you feel about testifying against your little cousin right now? Uh, I feel bad about it. Why? Cause I, I mean, I really didn't want to, be a part of anything that was going on. So, at the same time, he probably gonna spend a lot of time in prison. Kwan is much younger than you and, um, Jerry and Theo and Yella.
And Deen, is that right? Correct. Was there something about that relationship? Like, how do you feel that everybody's, um, role impacted the relationship with Kwan in this group? Does that make sense? I ain't getting what you're asking. Let me ask it a different way. How do you feel that the members of your group. Treated key one. Within the situation or before the situation -- before -- the situation, I mean, before the situation, I feel like.
They treated him somewhere fair. They'll look out for him how I would. But In this situation now, I just feel like. Basically, he was used or misled or however. And you felt that he was used or misled. Yeah. Your Honor, if I could just have one more minute. Yes. Mhm. And Mr. Bradley, there is one other. I On state's exhibit 786, it's a still shot. Um, 11:22, 20, 1703 seconds. Do you recognize the person in that, uh, in that photo? -- Excuse -- me.
Just keep going. Have you seen this uh this vehicle before? If I can just have a Right Mr. Bradley, I'm showing you what's been previously admitted into evidence on state's exhibit 781 with a screenshot 11-11-2020 at 180931. Do you recognize who this person is? Yeah, it's good. -- Do you know who this -- person is? Yeah, it looks like London. Who did you say London London, OK, and that's a friend of Devin Brown's, is that correct?
Prior to you being arrested in, in, uh, Tuscaloosa on November 5th of 2020, um, What was Kwan's financial situation? If you know. Yeah I ain't sure he was. Dead broke, but You didn't have a lot of money. At some point after. You get out of jail on November 12th. Um, And after you have the conversation with K one, do you see a shift in his finance? When I came, when I got out of jail, he had, Yeah, a little money. I mean, It wasn't a whole lot, but yeah, a little money.
New clothes, new, new shoes, new this, new that. Yeah, new clothes, new shoes, new this, new that. Yeah. What's this and that? I mean, just, Shoes and clothes, basically. This and that was just extra. All right. And do you know how he got the new stuff? No. OK. Mr. Bradley, I do want to ask you, do you know whether or not your cousin Keywan White had a direct beef with Mo3? No. You don't know. Are you, are you saying I don't, I don't think he did.
OK, but you don't know for sure. That's good. I'll pass the witness that's. Thank you, Your Honor. May I proceed? OK. OK, Mr. Bradley, um, You said if it wasn't for the investigation into this murder allegation, you wouldn't be here. Is that what you said? I said if it wasn't for her. -- Hold -- on one second. My question to you is, you said if it wasn't for the investigation into this murder, then your whole situation wouldn't have been investigated because it was like kind of going on at the same time.
Is that what you said? Correct. OK. And so you wouldn't be sitting here, you feel, or what you testified to if this whole investigation to the murder wouldn't have been going on, right? I mean, I don't know. I probably could. And. And you wouldn't have been walking out of that holdover right there, right? I don't know. And you wouldn't have been in jail. Well, you do know, Mr. Bradley, that's what you just testified to.
You just said, I feel like I'm in this situation because of this murder investigation. That's what you testified to 5 minutes ago. I told you I feel like that started the investigation on things that I had going. Other than, other than that, it's not no telling if I would have been in here or not, OK, -- but you're here now according to you because of -- that. That's the way I feel. -- That's the -- way that you feel.
And so, here we are, right? You're in federal custody, is that right? Correct. I mean, you've got other stuff going on, Mr. Bradley, is that right? You got some dope charges out in Kaufman, right? Correct. OK. You got, you had some stuff in Alabama, right? Correct. I don't know if that's still going on, but you had it, right? Correct. And now you're facing very, very, very serious federal charges, right? Correct. OK.
And in fact when you were first investigated by the feds they were talking to you about charging you with RICO, right? That came up. That came up and RICO is can expose you to life in the penitentiary, can't it? Yes. And it's all about a criminal enterprises, right? Correct. And drug sales and drug trafficking and dope money and all that kind of stuff, right? Murders and everything else, correct. And then they even talked to you about something called BCar, didn't they?
You remember them talking to you about that? No, I can't really recall. You can't recall whether or not they talked to you about a death coming from drug sales? You don't remember that? I don't remember that. OK. So, you, you know, though, that Vicar is a thing, right? Maybe you don't know that's the name of it, but you know that people in the feds get charged when they sell drugs and people die from those drugs, OK, right?
You know that, correct, yeah, and so you know that that's a, a life sentence right there, right? Correct. In the federal penitentiary, right? Correct. But you miraculously don't remember whether or not with all the dope sales that they investigated for years out of your dope house that they were talking to you about VICA, right? Just don't, don't remember anymore. Yeah, I don't remember seeing it at all. OK. Nothing about no, Don't involving death and none of that that you're talking about, OK.
And so you sit down with them for the very first time, uh, back close to when you get arrested in 2023, is that right? Correct, um, and it's, it's for y'all to sit down for you to do a proffer with the federal government, right? Correct. OK, but you said they were talking to you about other stuff and so you just weren't sure and, and so you decided not to say anything at that time, right? Correct, but that's in 2023, right?
Correct. OK. And so you're saying though that you were aware of the allegations regarding the murder that happened in 2020, right? Say that again. You were aware of the allegations regarding this murder in 2020. You knew about whatever the streets were talking about back in 2020, right? Correct. Um, but you don't get picked up until 2023, right? Correct. And you said that you knew that they had been investigating you that whole time, right?
No, you didn't know that the feds were investigating you? No. OK, so when did you think the feds started investigating you? I, I didn't know the feds was investigating me until I got picked up. You didn't. Probably, probably to, and I'm so sorry, we can't talk over each other. Your testimony before was that you felt like there was heat, and you felt like they were, they had been investigating you and all that kind of stuff.
That you knew that they were investigating you. That was your testimony before. No. Oh, you don't remember saying that? I'm telling you that I didn't know the feds was investigating, sir, do you remember saying that? Repeat your question again. Um, that you testified before to this jury that you were, that there was, you know. Heat or an investigation or you knew that you were the target of investigation before you got picked up by the feds in 2023.
That's a mischaracterization of the testimony that um that Mr. Bradley stated. He stated that he felt like it started, not necessarily that the federal government was actually investigating him. He, in fact, he said he didn't know until he got picked up. Thank you. The jury will recall the testimony. OK, well, let's talk about, um, let's talk about what you were doing, uh, with your life in 2023. How many drug houses did you have?
Um, a couple. Let, let's name the streets. Let's name the streets that all the drug houses were on. Go ahead. Harlanddale. What was the address? Uh, 28, 42. OK. Uh. My hobby OK. What was the address? I can't remember the address. OK. Uh, Illinois, 2932 Illinois. OK. And, That's it. That's all I had. OK. So, you had a, a drug house on Harlandale, a drug house on Mojave and a drug house on Illinois. Yeah, that's it. OK.
Did you have a drug house on Fernwood? It was more like a chill house. That was a chill house? Yeah. Are you aware that there were uh. Well, OK, did you have a drug house on Britain? It wasn't my drug house. Oh, -- whose -- drug house did Britain belong to? Not me. Who? -- One of my -- uncles. What's your uncle's name? Uh, Wesley Washington. -- Wesley -- Washington? Yeah. So, he, he had, he owned the, the, the drug house on Britain?
Yeah, he operated that drug house. OK. Did you just work out of it? Who? You? -- I ain't have no dealings with -- it. You had no dealings with the drug house on Britain? No. OK. And Wesley Washington, who is that to you? It's like my uncle. He's like your uncle or he is your uncle? -- He's -- like my uncle. So, he's not related to you? No. He's not blood, but I grew up under him as him being my uncle. Was he married to somebody in your family?
No. OK. So, what's his relation to Armisha Mathis? Who? You don't know who Armisha Mathis is? No. OK. OK, so, uh, Brit, so you just had the, you had the three drug houses and you said that Fernwood was just a chill house. Basically. So, you're, -- what does basically -- mean? That's what it was, a chill house. OK. So, people hung out there? Yeah. Who were the people that hung out there? It's basically me. So you just hung out at an abandoned house.
It's not an abandoned house. It was just a chill house. Do you know what a chill house is? So who came to the chill house to chill with you? Anybody, anybody that I invite. Name them. In. You should go over here. Who else? Different people. I can't give you everybody's name, ma'am. OK. But it'll be different people. If I would ask counsel to clarify a specific time frame in, in which, uh, she's referring to. Yeah, -- let's not confuse -- the jury.
OK. Thank you, Your Honor. When did you start chilling at Fernwood? Um. When I had got out of jail from Alabama. That's the first time that you started chilling there? Yes. So, November 12th is the first time that you started chilling at Fernwood? I can't give you no exact date. I just said it was after I got out of jail from Alabama. OK. I mean, you're not disputing that you got out of jail on November 12th. Well, I got out of jail, but I'm just saying.
That's not, I'm not saying that's the exact date that I start killing her. I can't give you an exact date when I start killing her. OK. So, when was the exact date that you're saying he want him over there? I can't give you an exact date on that either. Um, could it have been in December? I know it was before he went to jail in Mount Pleasant, put it like that. -- Before he went -- to jail in Mount Pleasant. So, do you know when that was?
Uh, I can't remember the exact date. OK. But you're saying it was before then? Yes. OK. Correct. OK, so, let's talk about, um, The drug houses that you had. So, you were selling drugs out of three drug houses, is that right? Your Honor. May we approach? Yes. Mm May I proceed? Yes, you do. OK, so, um, I think that what your testimony was, is when you got back, when you got out of jail in Alabama, you came back to Dallas, right?
Correct. And you're saying that you did, you went back to selling drugs? Eventually, OK, when you got out, you were smoking weed. No. When you got out, you were possessing firearms? No. OK, so. So, let me, let me clarify this because what I understood your testimony to be. Is that you claim that you had this conversation with Kwan at Fernwood, right? Correct, right, and you said that you guys that, that he came over and asked for weed, right?
Correct, and you had weed, correct, to give him, correct, and so you had weed on you. -- Were you not smoking -- the weed that you had on you? I wasn't. Were you selling it? Yes. OK, so you were selling weed right when you got out of jail. Yes, yes, OK. And then you, you said just now you weren't possessing firearms. That's what you said just now. When you mean possessing, I'm thinking you're saying, do I carry a firearm in my possession?
No, I didn't walk around. I didn't carry firearms. Did I have firearms? Yes, I did. OK, so you had firearms right after you got out of jail. Yes, OK, um, and so you're, I'm asking you a question, you're giving me a direct answer, and then you realize that you're lying about it, -- and so now you say -- something I'm gonna object to argumentative and a mischaracterization of his testimony. OK. Thank you. Um, Now, you said that you were a part of something called GRC, is that right?
Correct. OK, and you said that it started off as like a rap clique, is that right? -- I said -- a rap group, a rap group together, all, all of y'all were, were rapping together like a singing group. Yes, this is how it started out. OK. And then, um, And then it, it kind of moved away from that. Is that right? Yeah, -- some of us -- did. Yeah. Some, some people in GRC did. Sure. OK. And then, did some people become drug dealers?
Yes. And some people became, Rap rappers or wannabe rappers? Correct. And you said that you were wanting to be a rapper, but it didn't work out for you. Is that right? Right. OK. And so you're one of the ones that became a drug dealer. Correct. OK. And so that, that, that's what, I mean, did you do anything else? Were you, was, did you have a different plan other than being a drug dealer? What do you mean? Like, were you going, you weren't going to rap, right?
So, what was the plan? Was it always going to be drugs? No. OK, so you were, maybe, what were you going to do? I wanted to get my CDA. I wanted to do a lot of things. There's a lot of things that I wanted to do. OK. So, is that something that you want to do still? Yes. OK. So, you have, so you're hoping that you're going to get out of federal custody so that you can go get your CDL. Well, I know, I know when I get out I'm going to get my CDL.
Or is it going to be the same thing when you got out of Alabama and you're going to sell drugs and have guns. Um, OK, so your rap career didn't work out, and then you kind of shot to the top of your food chain as it relates to selling drugs, right? You were at the top of your, of your game as it relates to being a drug dealer, right? In your, in your group. And that's how you feel. Well, I mean, you had multiple drug houses, right?
Yeah. You were, you were selling a lot of drugs, weren't you? It depends on what you, what you call a lie. Did you, you had people working under you? No. You, you were able to run three drug houses all by yourself at one time? I mean, just because I had three drug houses don't mean nobody worked for me. OK. So, you didn't have anybody that sold drugs for you is what you're now trying to say. No, I don't have, I sold my own drugs.
OK. And so, then you, um, And so you're, you're, you're selling hundreds of thousands of dollars' worth of drugs every year, right? Where, where do you get that from? Well, how much, how many, how much were you, were you selling in a given year, in your Three different drug houses? Judge, I'm going to renew my objection to Relevance, um, in addition to the defense's continuing to get into specific instances of, Sustained.
Thank you, Your Honor. So you um. And you're running all these drug houses, you, did, did you introduce Qjuan to this drug lifestyle? No. How did, uh, do you know how he was introduced to the drug lifestyle? He grew up in it the same way I did. OK, so this is just how you grew up. I mean it was in our neighborhood where we grew up at. It's what you know. It's what I've seen. And, and you'd agree with me that, that drug dealing comes along with, um, lying, right?
No. Stealing, right? No. Violence? Might be a little vius. OK. Depends. OK. Um, so, you, So you're not being a, you're not being a wrapper, right? Correct. You're being, you decided to be a drug dealer, correct? Correct. You rose to the top of your drug dealing enterprise, correct? I mean, that's what you want to say. So much so that you realized that you needed to have some legitimate businesses in order to be able to deal with the money that was coming out of your drug house, right?
No, well, you talked about having like a barbershop, or you said Jerry, Jerry had a barbershop, is that right? Correct. OK. And that was a legitimate business, wasn't it? Correct. I mean, it was like anybody could come to the barbershop, right? -- Say -- that again. Anybody could come to the barbershop, I guess so. OK. I mean, it didn't have a sign on the door that said only, only certain members, right? Right, I mean kids could come there and get their hair cut, right, um, and so that was a legitimate business, right, um, and that was separate from the, the, the drug houses that you operated.
What the business, yeah, of course, yeah, it was, yeah, of course, yeah, um, because it was open to the public. And, and just being at, being at the barbershop didn't mean that they had to be associated with whatever you or Jerry had going on at your dope houses, right? Just being there. I guess that's not my barbershop, so I don't know what goes on. And you never go to the barbershop. Yeah, I go chill up there here and there, but OK.
How, how they operating and running ain't got nothing to do with me cause that's not my house. Sustained. Did you have, um, a smoke shop on Illinois? Yeah. OK. Was that a legitimate business? Somewhat. OK. So, you sold drugs out of it also? Yeah. Was it just open to the public, though? It depends. If you came, you definitely probably yeah. No, I'm just saying, -- so -- is -- that considered open to the public? I don't know.
I guess not. Um, OK, so let's talk about, uh, you said GRC didn't have any beef with, with M3. Is that what you said? Correct. OK. And you said no one in GRC had a problem with M3. Is that correct? -- That -- I know of. -- That you know -- of? Correct. Um, and so, but you talked about the fact that there was a rat beef. Is that right? Correct, OK, um, and that that rap beef had to, there was people that were getting shot back and forth.
Is that true? I guess. Well, what do you, what does it mean a rap beef then? Rap beef is when, I guess two people don't like each other. They talk about each other and wherever they take it, they take it. I don't know. OK, so you don't know what a rap beef is. Yeah, I do. -- I just explained it -- to you. OK, well, you just said I don't know. So, which one is it? Do you know or do you not? I know? I just explained it to you.
So, what is it? I just told you that it's when two people don't, two or more people don't like each other. They rap, talk about each other, and they take it wherever they take it. OK. And so, so the rap beef that you're talking about is just two or more people that had issues with each other. Is that what you're trying to say? Basically, OK, so it didn't have anything to do with anything other than they were just rapping about each other.
All right. Is that what you're saying? Ask your question again. So the rap beef that you're talking about, are you saying that there was no violence associated with that rap beef? I'm not saying that. OK, so there were shootings back and forth during that rap beef between 2017 and 2020. Would you agree with that? Uh, Yeah, yes, there were people on different sides shooting back and forth at each other, right? Yes, sir.
And there were people, for example, from Trap Boy Freddie's side that were getting shot and killed, right? That's what it said on the videos. Is there, and there were people from three side that were shooting, shooting and getting shot, is that right? Yes sir. I mean, and so there were, there were all kinds of things going on between all these different parties, right? Correct. And there were, and, and Mo 3 was shooting at people, right?
Allegedly that what they said and Trap boy was shooting back, right? I don't know. And how many of those, how many of those cases, those shootings, those killings or whatever, how many of them, uh, did people come in here and sit in court and point to the left. Your Honor, I'm going to object 1 to relevance. Number 2, it's she's misstating what Mr. Bradley has said. Number 3, in addition to he has said that he doesn't know, um, it would be allegations and speculation sustained.
Well, Your Honor, he, he has testified that he. He knows about a rap beef, and now he's saying he doesn't know about a rap beef and so we're, I'm just trying to get it clear, Your Honor, that is not what he testified to. He testified that those were the allegations and things that he said or heard of, uh, which would be speculation. It's the same. OK, thank you. OK, so you're, you're speculating. Is, is that, is that what I'm understanding the government to say for you, that you're speculating?
You don't know? Yes, OK, so you don't know about a rap beat. You're speculating about a rap beat. No. OK. So you don't know about the multiple shootings that were going on in between 2017 and 2020? If you said yes, would it be speculated? Oh, you have to answer out loud. I'm sorry. You're going to talk funny. I'm not talking for you, sir. I'm asking you a question. -- This -- is not a back and forth. I'm asking can you repeat your question?
My question is, are you saying that you don't know anything about shootings -- back and forth between -- I know is what excuse me, sir, let me finish my question. Between 2017 and 2020, all I know is what the internet put out there. OK, so you only know what the internet put out there, OK. OK, so let's talk about the people, because you do know at least one person that was killed, right? You, you know about Bubba. Yeah, -- what about -- him?
You know that he was killed, right? Yeah. And you know that that happened during that period of time, right? Your Honor, I'm gonna object. This is uh improper to relevance to going into specific instances of conduct. This is outside of um the scope in which we have just discussed at the bench. What, what I recall, Judge, is that he testified about that on direct. No, he did not. Well then, can we approach? -- I don't -- recall, uh, -- direct testimony -- regarding -- But this is -- cross-examination.
Go ahead. Um, Mhm. OK, so let me ask you this, um, the Bubba Browning shooting, was Bubba part of like a group? Like a group like GRC, -- I don't -- know what Bubba was part of. I don't even know. One second. Is that, Your Honor, that that's someone I would approach. Yes. Hey, um, hey, all that side conversation you gotta, you gotta take that outside, that's crazy. Um, OK, so. You will agree with me that there were a lot of, Uh, shooting back You, you'll agree to that.
Yeah, allegedly, yeah. Um, and. Ultimately, If we fast forward from 2020 to 2023, you are ultimately picked up by the feds, right? Correct. And you have these various conversations with them where they bring you in and they want you to talk at first, right? You choose not to, correct? Say that again. They they bring you in at first and they want you to talk to them, correct? Yeah, they brought me in and they wanted to talk to me about murder.
OK. And then, um, and so you made a decision not to speak about anything at that time, correct? Correct. And then they brought you in a second time, right? Yeah. And at that time, it was like a reverse proffer where they were trying to tell you what they had, right? Correct. And that's when the government comes to you and they kind of lay out, you know, here are all of the things that we could come after you for, right?
Kind of like -- they make a presentation -- to you. Yeah, they made a presentation, yeah. OK. And they kind of, the, this is all of the things that we're looking at or here are the things that we know and all that kind of stuff, but you, you don't have to say anything in that type of meeting, right? Correct. Um, and then you come back a third time, is that right? Correct. Um, and then you're, you're having, you're doing another proffer with the government.
A third time, right? Correct. But even then you don't talk about any kind of conversation that you had that, that you're now all of a sudden coming up with today, right? Well, I mean, it's not all of a sudden coming up. I'm so sorry. It is very important that you answer the questions that I'm asking you. Ask you a question one more time. -- At -- your 3rd proffer, after you had met with the government 3 times already, you didn't, you, you didn't tell them about any conversation that you're talking about to this jury right now.
At that third proffer, no, OK, and it wasn't until the prosecutor with the state government, Ms. Biggins, came and met with you in July 2026. Did you all of a sudden talk about this conversation from six years prior? Is that right? Correct. OK, that's the first time that you're talking to anybody about this conversation from 6 years ago. Is that what you're saying? Say that again. July 10th, 2026. You recall that day?
Yeah. What were you doing? -- What you mean what I was -- doing? Did you come over here and meet with Ms. Biggins? Did she come to you? Uh, I was in federal custody, so. Did she come to you? I was at the federal building, yeah. OK. And so she came and met with you there? Yeah. -- Who else was -- there? Um, my attorney was there. OK. Tommy was there. What did you say? He was there. You called him Tommy? I just called him what I think his name is.
That ain't, that ain't his name. I have no idea. You tell me. I'm OK. Well, I'm, that's what I think his name is. He was there, the dude right there with the nice blue suit on. He was there, um. And the um, And the, the federal prosecutors, they was there. -- Barnes was -- there. Barnes was there. OK, and so you have this conversation with the state prosecutors, Detective Barnes, and the federal prosecutors, is that right?
Correct. And do the federal prosecutors, um, say anything during the meeting? Um, before the meeting. -- The federal prosecutor said stuff before the -- meeting. Yeah, before the meeting she was just telling me like, uh, as long as I'm truthful, be truthful, be honest. Oh, you're, you're talking about the proffer stuff. Yeah, that, um, and so they had a conversa and so, so the main people that are asking questions are the, are Mrs.
Biggins and Mr. Adams. Oh, that's his name, Mr. Adams, I guess so. Well, I'm glad you're on a first name basis with him. OK, so, and then, and then was Barnes asking you, was Detective Barnes asking you any questions? Um, -- I can't -- recall. You can't recall if Detective, have you ever met Detective Barnes before that day? You mean in the other proffers? Yes, -- he -- was in all the proffers, yes. OK, and so then you, you, all of a sudden in July, on July 10th, 2026, you, you tell the story, is that right?
Say that again. All of a sudden, July 10th, 2026, you tell this story. Oh yeah. Now, prior to July 10th, 2026, you had signed plea paperwork, hadn't you? You signed plea paperwork back in 2025, didn't you? You signed a plea agreement, right? A factual resume that you spent some time correcting with your attorney, correct? In 2025. I can't remember the exact date, but I don't recall. I just signed. So, Your Honor, that's, that's absolutely not true, and Ms.
West does have a copy of the plea agreement paperwork in which was signed in 2026. -- Can we -- approach? No. Yeah. If I OK, so you filed, um, your plea paperwork, right? That included your, your plea agreement and your factual resume, correct? Correct. And you had a plea agreement, um, supplement that said that you were not cooperating. Is that right? Correct. OK. You signed those documents. I got my date wrong. You signed those documents in June of 2026, correct?
If that's the correct date, then, yes. I don't call today, but, yeah. OK, but does June 2026 sound about right? Yeah. OK. Um, and so you had your noncooperating agreement in June of 2026, right? Correct. And so at that, without cooperating, you were facing, um, 22 counts in the federal penitentiary, correct? Correct. One count was for up to 20 years, correct? Correct. And the other count was up to 10 years, correct? Correct.
And you were told that those two counts could be combined for a total of 30 years, correct? Correct. And you knew that one of your co-defendants in particular had, had got sentenced to 27 years, correct? Correct. Um, and so, in June, you knew all of those things, correct? You knew about 30 years, you knew that you weren't, that you had signed a non-cooperation. You knew all that. When did you have you seen? Well that's not my question.
My question is, in June when you signed all your documents, you weren't cooperating, right? OK, but you knew that you were facing 30 years in the feds, correct? Right. And then all of a sudden 3 weeks later you meet with these prosecutors, right? If it was three weeks later, I don't know. You know, time. July 10th, 2026 is when you met with them. You recall that? Yeah. OK. And all of a sudden at that time you start cooperating, even though you had signed documents about not cooperating.
Now you're facing 30 years, you're cooperating, right? Correct. You know that your one of your co-defendants got 27 years, right? Yeah, -- you got 20 -- something years. And that, and all of a sudden everything got very real for you. Is that fair? Say it again. And then, and then after you meet with these prosecutors, you're, you all of a sudden sign an agreement that says, yes, I'm cooperating. Is that right? Correct.
And specifically in that agreement, it says that you have to testify against Keywan White, doesn't it? Say that again. In that cooperation agreement. It specifically said, where you say that you're cooperating now, it specifically says that you're gonna testify against Kwan White. I mean, it says that I have to be truthful and I guess, yeah, if they want me to come to court and testify I can testify against and you know that you were facing 30 years and the goal is for you to not have to go to prison for 30 years, right?
The goal is for you not to go to prison for 30 years. And so you're willing to say the things that you need to say. So I think you said it so you can come home to your family, right? No, -- I'm gonna tell the truth -- because for 6 years, sir, you met with multiple agencies, multiple prosecutors, multiple meetings, faced with all of the things that they knew about you, and you didn't say anything because you didn't know anything, right?
And then all of a sudden, sir, Your Honor, I'm going to object to allow the witness to answer her question sustained. Don't testify. Ask the question and let the witness answer. So you didn't, um, you, we already went through this, right, Mr. Bradley? You've met with the prosecutors a bunch of times, right? Yes, -- I met with them a few -- times, and then all of a sudden you're facing 30 years, right? No, all of a sudden I'm facing 30 years though.
You're saying all of a sudden like it just happened, but yeah, -- I'm facing 30 -- years. You're facing 30 years, and you were facing 30 years, and then all of a sudden you start cooperating, correct? As of July 10th at least is when you had your meeting with Ms. Diggins and Mr. Adams, right? Yeah, July 10th. That's when I spoke up and told them my truth. And now, um, and now the goal is for you to get less than 30 years, right?
Right. Less than your co-defendant that got 27 years, right? Right. Convert hopefully a conversation can go out to Kaufman County so that you don't have to worry about what's going on out there, right? Hopefully. Uh, uh, and, and if there's anything still going on in Alabama, that can get, that can get resolved too, right? And you know that you have to be able to, to get the state to a certain place with your testimony in order to be able to get all those benefits that you want, right?
In other words, you, you're hoping to get what's called a 5K, right? Correct. And a 5K is when the government, based on how good you do in your testimony, is going to file a motion with the feds to say that we want him to have a lower sentence, right. That's what the 5K for, right? Right. And that's what you're hoping for, right? Yeah, reduced sentence. Yeah, you're looking for a reduced sentence and you're hoping that you're going to get a reduced sentence all of a sudden starting on July 10th talking about a conversation that took took place six years earlier.
What day of the week was, was, uh, what, what day of the week did you meet with Kwan back in 2020? That was 6 years ago, man. I don't think I remember exactly what day it was when I met with him. What was going on at, at the Fernwood house? Nothing. I was there chilling. OK. And who else was there with you? -- It -- was me and him. There was nobody else chilling at the Fernwood house. No, I just pulled up. -- You just pulled up to -- the front. -- I just had pulled -- up.
OK. And so, how many other days during this period of time did you pull up and chill at the Fernwood House? How many other days? Yeah. I mean, Day after day. I can't just give you a certain amount of days. Every day. Every day? Yeah, basically. And when you went over there, you were just, were you smoking? No. Were you drinking? No. You, you, you don't, you weren't doing any drugs other than just selling them? -- I wasn't -- doing no drugs, ma'am.
OK. And so, you, you are, you remember a, and let me ask you this. When you got out of jail in Alabama, um, did you have a phone? Yes. Like a cell, I mean, I'm talking about a cell phone. Yes. OK. Did you have, did the cell phone work? Was it on? Yes. OK. So, did you, you had internet and social media? Yes, OK, so when did you see the video that the news had put out about, about the shooting on the highway? Did you see it on your way back from Alabama?
No. When's the first time you saw it? I can't recall the exact date. -- I don't -- remember. What year was it? It's 2020. You saw it in 2020? You said the video? Yes, that the news put out? Yes. Yeah, -- it was -- 2020. You saw it in 2020? Yeah, but you don't remember when. I don't remember no exact date, no exact date, no exact date. No. Who showed it to you? Who showed me the video? Yes. The internet? I mean, did somebody say, oh, my gosh, look at what happened and showed it to you?
Or you just found it on your own? -- I just seen -- it. You just seen it on your own? Yeah. OK. So, because everything that you described is what was in that video. You say what? Everything that you described is in that video. Would you agree with that? I don't get what you're saying. -- I don't -- even understand. Everything that you testified to here today in front of this jury is on the video that the news put out.
You're aware of that. Everything like what? You said that, um, that the car was shot at, right? Correct. And that it disabled, it stopped eventually. Is that what you said? Correct. And that, um, that Mr. Noble got out, right? Yeah, he got out. And then he ran around to the other side, right? Yeah. And then he started running away from the car. Correct. OK, and that he was shot. Well, I don't think it showed him getting shot.
No. I'm just saying that he was, he ran away from the car and was shot. Yeah, he got shot, yeah, OK, and so all of that was on the video that the news let out. Right, you saw the video, so you know that that's what was on video, right? Yeah, I saw the video. OK. And then when he ran around to the side of the car, what do you know what he was doing? Allegedly he was reaching for something. -- What -- was he reaching for?
I don't know. OK, and so I think your testimony was that, um, you were told that. Uh, the person on the highway ran up to him and stood over him and shot him, right? Yeah, the one told me he ran up on them. OK, so if all of the witnesses that were on the highway that day did not say that that's what what happened, that, that is what happened, then does that change your testimony in any way? You say what? All of the witnesses that were on the highway that day, are you aware that there were witnesses on the highway that day?
Well, -- I -- mean, there's a lot of people on the highway wasn't. OK, so you're, do you think that the police would have talked to some of those people? Probably so. OK, so do you think that they would have been able to give eyewitness accounts? -- You say eyewitness of -- what accounts, accounts of what -- of -- what they saw. They should have, -- they should be able to tell what -- they saw. OK, so if all of those people testified that nobody said that anybody stood over Mr.
Noble and shot at him, would that have any impact on your testimony? No, why would I? I just told you what -- your client -- told me. OK, so that means that if that's true, then my client didn't tell you the truth. You say what? If that if what you're saying is true, then my client did not tell you the truth. Well, I'm just telling you the truth about what your client told me. I don't know what, I mean, clearly there's, there's a disconnect because that's not what happened according to all the witnesses that were out there.
Were you out there? No, I wasn't out there. OK, so, so if all of the people that were actually out there say one thing and something somebody else says something else, then who do we believe? -- I don't know who you -- believe. The people that were out there. That makes sense, doesn't it? I didn't hear you. You was asking the question. That sounded like a statement to me. Well, it was a question, -- so -- answer it. The only thing I can tell you is I don't believe what he told me.
Whatever you believe and what I believe, that, that's different. I don't believe in what he told me. I'm asking you whether or not if somebody sees something, can you if they're testifying about what they saw, -- I'm going to -- ask and answer. It's the same. -- Ask a -- different question. OK, so, um, Generally speaking, um, in your experience, having sold drugs for a period of time, um, Are most drug transactions in cash?
Cash, Cash App, however they can pay. OK. And so in 2020, were most drug transactions in cash? However they can pay. OK. Um, do a lot of people buy drugs in cash? I guess so. You said OK. Is it, is it unusual for drug dealers to have a lot of cash? Depends who the drug dealer is. A good drug dealer. You, for example. Ask you a question one more time. Um, is it unusual for drug dealers to have a lot of cash? What do you consider a lot of cash?
Uh, hundreds of dollars, 10, you know, -- hundreds of -- dollars. Oh, yeah, hundreds of dollars, yeah, that's cool. Thousands of dollars. Maybe so. It depends on the drug dealer. OK. Um, and then generally speaking, are people buying, um, are, is the drug money kind of in lower denominations, like tens, twenties? -- It -- depends who's paying. OK. And so, if like the normal crackhead on the street is paying, are we talking about lower denominations like tens and twenties?
Depends who the crackhead is. That, I guess it's fair. Um, but I mean, I think, I mean, I, not to be funny, but I think that most of the time, right, uh, somebody that is, you know, buying drugs or whatever, we're talking about buying drugs in, in lower denominations, right? In 10s, 20s, 50s, you know what I'm saying? Low denominations. That, that's, that's normal. Would you agree? Like I say, it depends on who the drug dealer is.
Well, how much, um, is, uh, like a gram of crack cocaine? It also depends on who the drug dealer is. -- I don't -- lie to you. OK, for you. -- Like 25 -- dollars. Twenty5? Probably so. OK. So, 25, obviously, somebody would give you maybe a 20 a 5. Come in any any amount. It can be 1s, it can be 5, 1020, it don't matter, Your Honor. I'm going to. Overall. Um, And so, your, your previous testimony was that, um, You did not really know Marquis I mean, you knew of him, you were associated, you know, you had, you were associates with uh Marquise Conway, is that right?
Yeah. Um, and that you were associates with, uh, Davarius Moore. Is that right? Yeah. OK. Did you not like Davarius Moore? -- I don't have no problems with -- him. OK. Um, and you, you knew of Melvin Noble? Correct. OK. Um, and at one point, everybody was friends. Is that fair? It depends on who you're considering. Who, who are you talking about? -- The people -- that we were just talking about. Out of them three. Yes.
I guess so. I don't know. You don't know or they were. -- Like I -- said, I guess so. I don't really know if they were friends or not. OK. Um, and so, ultimately you bring Keywan White into this. Group of friends and rappers, is that right? You introduce him to Jerry, you introduce him to Devin, you introduce him to those people. Is that fair? It's fair to say. OK, um, and that he ultimately develops a close relationship with Jerry.
Is that right? Correct. I think your testimony was that he called, he referred to him as Pops. Correct and you didn't kind of understand that. It's not for me to understand. It's their relationship. And so, and that he had a relationship with, did he have a relationship with Devin or not really? He won. They probably knew each other. I don't know their relationship between him and Devin. OK. And um, did he have a close relationship with Theodore Thomas?
They rap together and like I said Theodore will be around Jerry so they probably knew of each other or I can't really give you the details on their relationship like that. OK, so you don't know the relationship between Theodore Thomas and Keywan. Yeah, I don't know how deep their relationship was, but they knew each other. They was cool. OK. But, but his relationship was with Jerry. Yeah, strong. Yeah, he, he had a strong relationship with you.
Who was closer to Jerry, you or Kwan? Me? -- You were closer to -- Jerry. I would think I've known him longer than Kwan did. And then who was Kwan closer to you or Jerry? I feel like me because he knew me longer than he knew them. OK. But, I mean, you, you described him like being very close to Jerry, calling him pops. Did he have a nickname for you? Who? Kiwan. No, we was he gonna call me my nickname or he gonna call me his cousin.
That's it. Like I said, I don't know where that pop situation came from. I don't know what kind of relationship they had to start there. That's on them. That's not my business. And then in terms of who he spent time with, who he wants to spend time with, who is he spending the most or the majority of his time with, with you or with Jerry? Probably Jim. And that's because he worked at the Ramona Trap House. Yeah. And Jerry ran the Ramona trap house.
Yeah. And you didn't really have anything to do with the Ramona trap house. No. May I have just a moment, Your Honor? Yes. OK, so let me ask you a little bit about um some of the culture that was, that that exists in the, in the South Dallas rap community. um, so there. There are groups that may or may not have issues with each other. Is that fair? And, and there's a term that people use called, um, like on site. Have you heard that term before?
Yes. OK. What does that term mean? I guess when I see you, when I see you, what -- it's -- on time. And what does that mean? Whatever you, whatever you wanna do, however you wanna do it. OK, does it mean that when I see you, -- I'm going to do something to -- you? Depends on how you're feeling. It could be. I could say I want to talk to you on site. Then when I see you, I'm gonna talk to you. -- So I feel like I want to punch you in your face -- on site.
OK, sir. -- I'm gonna punch you in your face on -- site. Your Honor, I'm going to object to non-responsible. All rules. So, um, you, so the term on site means that somebody, when somebody sees you, something is going on, something is gonna go down. Is that fair? Yeah, OK. And that was kind of what the, the environment was back then, right, that these, these different groups, they would see each other on, and it would be on site.
People would beat each other up, shoot at each other, kill, kill each other, you know, people would die. Is that right? I guess. I mean, that's what was going on. I'm not asking you whether or not you were involved. I'm just saying that's what you were aware of based on whatever you were hearing in the streets, right? I guess, um, and, and people, I mean, I think we already talked about this. People were shooting at each other, right?
And I'm not talking about whether you were involved in anything. I'm talking about just was that what was going on. Is that what was going on? I'm asking, is that what was going on? I guess so. Um, and, and 3 was shooting at people, right? I guess so. I'm going to object. We've been down this. It's been asked and answered multiple times. And I'm not, I'm not asking him about his involvement in any specific. At his situation. -- You're asking him about -- things that he's heard about.
Right. Correct. Which would also be speculation. Well, he said, uh, his whole, his whole testimony is speculation. This is all after the, I mean, they're. It's not directly from your client. -- It wouldn't -- be. I'm going to, everything he's testified about that he knows has been speculation. Right, answer if you know, sir, OK? Yes, ma'am. Um, And so you're, you, I mean, so, so you had heard or it was, it was common knowledge amongst the community that, that most three had been accused of shooting at people, right?
