What's going on guys? I got the game early and became the number one player in the state of Indiana and it's all because of my power forward build that I'm going to show you here today. So, when it comes to his vitals, I made him a power forward 6'9 height, 215 lb, 7'3 wingspan. Now, I will say off the rip, I didn't really get into the strength side of it just because at power forward, I play a lot of comp. So, I'm going to be able to play back end and be able to guard centers in pick and roll and pick lanes and that's why I made him kind of quick with his feet. His speed's at 83, agility at 81, going to be able to switch onto smaller guards and guard them straight up.
In the park in some of these clips, I was guarding ball and playing lockdown on this build, which is possible um with the 83 perimeter. And I'll be able to get a lot of rebound, be able to shoot the ball and then most importantly finish in the paint through traffic and I'm going to show you exactly how now. Now, the first thing I did is with the finishing, I went with a 73 close shot. I got a 73 driving layup and a 93 driving dunk along with a 70 standing dunk with a 47 post control.
Now, I'm going based off how I like to play and I prioritize dunking the ball just because it's safer. You ain't got to worry about too much getting blocked or the meter being as bad cuz dunks are kind of OP this year. It gave me a gold aerial wizard, got 10 badge tokens which we'll go over. I get bronze float game, bronze ghost stepper, bronze layup mix master, bronze paint prodigy, gold posterizer because my my vert is going to go up to an 80 and my rise up is going to be bronze.
Now, I like to put my posterizer in one spot and then have the reaction be the rise up just because my I want my rise up to be at a silver level. And as you can see in these clips, I'm able to dunk the ball with ease and dunk through contact. I'm also getting posters without even having a badge equipped at times. And I think this is a good set because at power forward position when you're cutting to the basket from the corners and comp, going to help out a ton.
Also, if you're running in the floor in transition and you got a smaller guy down there, you can just dunk over the top of. Now, at the rebounding spot, I had to go ahead and get a 84 defensive rebound along with a 65 offensive rebound to start. As I get cap breakers, I'm going to raise them both up, but I wanted to be able to get rebounds on the defensive end just because it helps out the center a ton and you being a power forward, you don't really need to prioritize offensive rebounds in fives.
That's why we have a center there. If you are doing a lot of park or stage, getting offensive rebound will help out a lot too as well. So, if you want to up those and prioritize those, then do that as you may, but I am a fives guy, so I did it this way. It gave me a gold sink snatcher. I also have possession closer at bronze along with crasher at bronze and it does just enough. I'm able to grab the boards when we need them.
I didn't get really get outboarded by centers in the park and I'm still able to run the floor if I have a bigger guy guarding me in the park. Now, let's talk about the shooting aspect of everything. I have a 70 mid-range, a 80 three-pointer with a 95 free throw. I personally love having a high free throw just because I just like getting stats on the board and getting a little bit on my takeover. So, whenever there's a transition take foul, I'm able to knock them down.
Whenever there's a late game situation, I'm able to knock them down. Just personal preference for me. But, with the shooting badges, mainly just bronze level like bronze arc cadence, got bronze dead eye, got silver set fire, got bronze smooth operator along with bronze static midi. And just for the end of everything, bronze quick trigger, which is going to help with the no dib situations out the corner. Again, I I won't touch the three too much, Maybe enough to get a silver quick trigger or just kind of use it with the fusion reaction thing to kind of raise the badge up that way if need be.
Um I don't play a ton of comp, but it does help in a rec too as well. And with shooting, I'm able to knock shots down off the dribble. I'm able to work out of a corner. Even Even at this point of the year, just being the first couple days of the game being out, I'm able to knock down my midi even though I haven't upgraded it yet, which is crazy. And I'm able to hit threes at a big clip with in my face, walking into the shot off a steal, in transition, what have you.
Been shooting about 60% more or less for the last couple days. Now, popping over to the play making side, this is probably the side that you want to spend the least amount of time at unless you are a sweat and you're trying to be able to do everything. I just want to be able to do the bare minimum, so I got my pass and sack at a 65, got ball handle at 75, and speed with ball at 72. Want to be able to run the floor just a little bit if I get a steal, not have to worry about coughing up to a guard every single time.
I'm going to come into badges, I got bronze ankle assassin, got bronze break starter. Everything's bronze by the way, so I'm just naming the badges. So, at the bronze level I have dimer, handles for days, lightning launch, along with unpluckable versus tight visionary, and pace. So, I'm able to run the floor if need be, able to do a couple dribble moves against slower defenders, like if I had a center on me and he's guarding me at the perimeter, I can beat him off the bounce and go dunk on his head.
And I can get the ball up in terms of like getting it up to a guard. Now, I will struggle a little bit in terms of break starter, but we can always upgrade that later if it becomes a huge issue. Now, when it comes to the physicals, again, like I said in the intro of the video, I definitely like being fast at the power forward position just because I'm playing a lot of back end defense, so I got my speed at 83 and my agility at 81.
I think that's perfect for the 6'9 position, especially on defense. Going to be more than enough to be able to catch up with guys, be able to guard guards on along the perimeter if need be if you have to step up. And I got my vertical at an 80, my strength at a 57. I'm not too worried about strength, just personal preference for me. I'm not setting screens so much in the three side of things. I don't play enough threes to really care about strength.
And then a lot of people I'm going to be guarding, if the center is going to be banging down low, we'll just throw the center on a rotation. And then if the guards have strength, I'm still big enough to where I can contest them at the rim, if need be. And when it comes to badges, I have gold pogo stick, which is really needed this year. I have silver flash, I have silver slippery off ball, and silver workhorse. More than enough you need if you just know what you're doing out there.
And last, and obviously the most important part of the build, and that is the defense. You are the power forward, you're the most challenged guy when it comes to defense in comp or even some rec games. You're going to be able to guard up top, you got to be able to call rotations, you got to be able to take the slip, hit corner shots, need be. But on defense, you got to be able to get the stop and come down with the rebound most times.
So, interior I got at 76, perimeter I got at 83, steal I have it at 90, block at at 74. Now, like I said, defense is the most important. You want to be able to get lane steals, so I put my steal up as high as I can get it. That's why I have it max length. You got to have max length, there's no reason not to. You can still hit threes, so you got to have the max length. And you got to be able to block shots too as well, especially this year where defending around the basket.
If you don't have interior or block, you're going to get dunked on, lay up on every single play. So, you got to have at least one or the other to contest underneath the rim. Now, when it comes to badges, I have a bronze ankle braces, silver challenger, silver glove, got bronze high-flying denier, gold interceptor, gold off ball pest, bronze paint patroller, and also got silver pick dodger, and bronze seatbelt. So, I can pretty much do anything, guard, guard, guard centers, guard forwards on the ISO and in the pick and roll.
And that's what's most important when it comes to these 6'9. Getting a stop. Now, here is the overall build itself, that way you can see it in its totality. Like I said, 6'9, 215 lb, 7'3 wingspan, comes out to be a two-way rim-rocking slasher. Shades of Shawn Marion, Paul George, and Jayson Tatum. Go-to badges being gold Pulverizer, gold interceptor, gold pogo stick. The strengths are seeks out the rim, a true switch defender, beats most front court players down the court, quick hands to rack up opposing turnovers.
Weaknesses are not a threat to go to work in the post, not built for the physicality. Now, again, you're going to get cap breakers throughout the year. This is a great starting spot if you want to play the power forward position. You can play more like a wing, you can play more like a big, you can play as is. Very flexible, very good in both modes, 5v5 or 3v3. Even some cases if you're really nice, some 1v1. Now, that's all I had to say when it comes to this build.
Go ahead and leave a comment on what you think about the build in its totality. Also, leave me some ideas on what you would do in terms of tweaking it or what cap breakers you would add to it. Also, join the Discord because throughout the year we're going to be rating you guys' builds, so you're going to be able to put your builds in there and show a couple game clips. And on YouTube once a week down the stretch of the year, I will comb through them all and give you my opinion on how your build moves and how you how you built it.
So, go ahead and join the Discord. Link is in the description. Until next time, take everything you learned in this video and simply get good at the game.
