This video right there did 14.6 million views only 1 day ago. And why is that? It's because the video looks absolutely so real. So, let me play the video. So, one of my student is running this exact same product and he's converting around $3,000 per million views. So, we're going to do 14.6 * 3,000. And this guy I've done around $40,000 with just one video that took him probably 10 minutes to make inside Xfield. The only thing that separates you stock from this guy who printing so much money is not the amount of work you do, but simply a knowledge gap.
So, in this video I'm actually fill that gap showing you guys everything. How I do my research, how I do my videos, make my videos look so real, my exact prompts so you stop burning thousand of credits on video that do no views. What I'm going to show in this video is the exact strategy that make my client a million dollar last month at the round 70% profit margin. So, I'll pop up some results on the screen, but most of these guys were actually complete beginners and only after a few days applying this information, they started printing money.
So, let's get straight into it. So, the main mistakes you guys are doing is you guys not understanding all the composing that takes to make a video go viral. This is the perfect example of a video that isn't good quality, that the text font isn't good, the text placement isn't good, the the quality of the overall video is really bad. This is why it got such low views. So, the difference between a video like this that do no views and a video like that that like just so real and that go viral is just you understanding these composing and you knowing how to do these videos, okay?
All of you guys just don't know how to make your video look so real. This is exactly what we're going to cover in today's video. So, there's a few components here that you guys need to master to be able to go viral every single time. So, the light. The light is something that is so important and you guys got to include that in your prompt, right? A lot of you guys have really bad lighting. So, in your prompt it's really important that you mention the light a specific way, which I'm going to leak all my prompts as well for you guys to be able to uh do these vids.
So, another thing that is really important is your avatar realness, okay? The avatar got to look real. The reaction as well got to look real. If it doesn't, then it's going to be really ordered to really convert these views into money in the first place. One of the most important thing as well is the background. If your background is dull, then your video is going to go so much more viral compared to a really bad background.
And something that most beginners are completely messing up is the text and font placement. So, this is something really simple. You guys got to master, okay? It got to be like this. It got to be exactly this font, the system font inside CapCut or the TikTok font. This is the best font and you got to have this placement. A lot of you guys are doing a mistake when it comes down to that. And as well, the placement of the overall video.
So, as we all know, the hook is the most important part of the whole video. So, I want you guys to understand exactly what's a great hook. So, this is one of my creator account and it was doing great, but I was like, "You got to have a hook where it's like a pattern interrupt." So, it did this video right there of simply the profile like that and I was like, "Dude, you're going to make this guy fall." So, he went ahead and did this exact hook that shot.
And as you can see, a million views, 7K likes, and he posted the video 7 hours ago. 1 million views 7 hours ago. Let's play the vid. So, as you can see, as simple like that, you need a hook where it's like a breaking pattern. A lot of you guys are doing the store concept, the gifting concept, which don't get me wrong, these concepts are really good. But if you haven't done a hook where it's like a breaking pattern, something really original that nobody have done yet, do it.
Please go ahead and brainstorm something for your product. So, here's another example, 85k likes 2 days ago. So, again, it was the first one on this concept, so this is why 4.7 million views. Another one here, 338,000 K likes. So, you guys get the gist. It needs to be something where the viewer feel intrigued on knowing what's going to happen next, right? It's the the whole point of the hook is that people want to watch the second part of the video, right?
Because there's no point on having all the rest of your video really dull if the first part isn't dull. So, this is why it's really important to master the hook. Here's another good one, 2 days ago, 127,000 K likes. And then here, the last one. So, as you can see, even myself, I wouldn't know that this is AI, but yes, this is 100% AI and the guy like really think and be like, "Okay, how can I make this product, this uh safe thing super viral?" And he went ahead and brainstormed probably with Claude or something and he had a thought and he was like, "Okay, I'm going to do this concept." And as you can see, because he was the first one on the new concept and he actually sit down and think on something that nobody have done, he went viral.
So, if you don't know what content to do next, then sit down with Claude and actually brainstorm on new ideas that nobody have done. So, now a lot of people are talking online but not actually showing you guys live. This is what I'm going to do. So, in today's video we're going to do this example and I'm going to actually make a realistic AI video live for you guys to understand everything. So, step one is really having all the best quality image of your product ideally in multiple angles.
This is always better. So, in case this product there's no really angle. So, now that we have the product picture, we're going to simply go ahead and go on Instagram and find our competitors. So, this is the first step. So, finding competitors is really easy. You type the name of your product directly in the search bar here on Instagram. Then after that you're going to pull all your comp and then this is a step that is crucial, okay?
It's really important to know what people that are selling your product are posting as content right now. That's going to allow ourselves to find a competitive edge to be able to beat them on something, okay? So, you got to beat them on something. Either the actual video, so either by doing better clips, so better backgrounds, better visual, either by introducing a new concept that nobody have done for the product or either just changing the variation of the product.
So, as you can see this is not actually a competitor. It's like kind of a variation of our product, but we're going to still count them as comp because we're going to be able to inspire from them and inspire from their most viral video. But, I I just want to make sure you guys understand the importance on having a competitive edge. So, when you're running a product, you first find all your competition, right? And then after that if you don't find any edge, if you're like, "Okay, these guys are already way too viral.
You don't know how to do better vids and you don't know how to bring another concept and to change into another variation, even if the product is a really good product, don't run it because it's going to be really hard for you to go viral. So, this is one of the most important step that I see almost nobody able to understand. You got to make sure that you have a competitive edge. There is no point for Instagram to make you viral if you do a worse variation than a video.
There's no point. So, I'm looking at these accounts and I see that their video quality is absolutely bad. It's so bad. Okay, so we now have the edge of making actual better videos. Okay, so we can literally take their concept here. This one, 300k views 6 days ago, 11k likes. There's this one as well. It's all different niche, but it's basically the same product, right? Um so, this guy 14k likes, a million views just a couple of days ago.
So, these guys are doing kind of like this concept. So, very simple. We're going to actually replicate this with a better background, with a better avatar, and as well our product is a bit different from them, so we can allow ourselves to do that. So, to be able to do that in the fastest time as possible, what I'll do is simply take the link of this video, go in the site that's called SnapInsta, and then you simply paste the video here, you download it.
Really important you download it, and then after that we're going to go inside Claude. So, you simply drop it into your Claude, so the actual video, and then it's really important that you upload the real replicator and the video frame. So, that's going to allow Claude to be able to analyze the vid properly. So, if you guys want that skill, you can simply shoot me the word prompt on Instagram. So, now my Instagram is a bit weird.
There's no message button no more, so you got to swipe up in my story, go in my story, and then type the prompt, and then after I'm going to be able to receive the message. So, for you guys that don't know, this is the platform we're generating our video on, and there's this feature called MCP that's basically allowed to connect your XFill with your Claude. So, that's going to allow yourself to make video way faster directly with Claude basically.
So, you're going to take this link, you're going to go into Claude, you're going to go here, then after in settings, and then you're going to go on connector, you're going to simply add a connector, you're going to paste the link and name it XFill, and now your MCP is connected. So, now as you can see with the skill, it's simply pull out every single frame of the video. So now, it knows exactly what is the video basically.
So now, we're going to simply find our avatar to replicate the video. And then after, we're going to find a background. So the way I'm doing it, guys, is inside Pinterest. Okay? So basically, out here have real background and real avatar is really taking photos, pictures inside Pinterest directly. Because if you do it with uh with the AI, it's going to be really really less good. This is real picture, so obviously it's going to look more real.
Uh so we can type uh 40-years-old woman for the avatar in our case. This is ICP. Always important when it comes down to the avatar that it is the person you want to target. So this is basically the ICP for our product. So we're going to see here right away here really really good picture. So we're going to download that. Now we're going to go away and find a background. So we can simply type door of uh house. So as you can see, this one is pretty good already.
So I uploaded the image of the avatar, our background, and then after the three variation we want to run. So very simple, now replicated for my avatar in image one, my background in image two, and then my three variation. So now we're going to go ahead and send that. Perfect, guys. So now we just got the starting from image. So the first one, as you can see, the quality is insane. It's just because our background is really dull and our avatar actually look real.
It's really a real avatar. So this is why it's really good. So good one right away. Second one here. Very solid as well. Third one, look at the quality. Really really good. Fourth one here, fifth one. So now we're going to turn that into a video. So what I do usually is just describing the action I want, right? So basically, what we want is the girl to say 3 2 1. That's how it comes out. They're removing it and after that, displaying the variation directly on the door.
Awesome, guys. So now I said, "Okay, based on the first video that I sent it to you, tell me the prompt of this video so I can send you back and you do it. So remember the girl is saying 3 2 1, let's see how it comes out out loud, and then removing the towel and then being happy, and then displaying all these variation with different angle and zooming in. Tell me the prompt. It should be with C diff super and 5 at 1080p and around 10 seconds.
So C diff super and 5 3 the best video model generation out there and 1080p for a really good quality. So now it's going to go ahead and send me the prompt so I can send it back and then after it's going to generate the video. Awesome. So it just did the video, we're going to play it. >> 3 2 1, let's see how it comes out. >> So as you can see very very good. The only thing is it didn't add the other variation at the end.
So we're going to simply say this. But this is a one clip one shot again did did everything perfectly. As you can see the reaction very good. Obviously the whole clip is good just because the starting frame image was good and the action was good because the prompt was good. So it's really about the starting frame image and then the actual prompt for the right action. So now we're going to say to add the other variation.
Awesome guys. So the two other are made so we're going to play them. Perfect as well. So we're going to put everything together for the final vid. Hi guys, so just finished the video. I'm going to play on the screen. >> 3 2 1, let's see how it comes out. >> Jingle bells jingle bells jingle bells rock. >> So as you can see the avatar looks really real, the reaction look real, the background is really fire, the light, the placement, the placing, every single detail is dialed and this is why this video if I would have posted it, it would do great.
So you literally saw me do it live inside XFill, but if you want to watch my other video that I'm going to put on the screen right now that is basically showing you guys how to do it by batches so you guys are able to do way more video way faster. So definitely recommend you watch this video. So this this model I've never been easier to do right now because before we used film for product. Right now everything is AI.
It's way easier to learn as well. So this is why we always see beginner joining AI and start printing thousand dollar days in the first few weeks of starting. So we got Ryan here doing a thousand dollar a day. Another guy as well a thousand dollar day. We got here June with 1.2k in a day. While in the day prior with a 3k in a day. Here Danny with 57,000 dollars in 14 days. Here we got 5k day. Here just me with a 11k day.
Here another 3k day. 84k in a month. Basically if you haven't watched the case study of Matas very very good. Here's someone with 11k pound in a day. So why they win is really because in our first call I give them a winning product. And then after that in that same call I break down the exact strategy that we're going to go about the product. So they have a good product. Their video are good and we have a system for them to be able to post a lot.
So why they win is because they have all these things dialed. And especially now with Q4 that is coming up. It's insane. The opportunity right now is like we never had a Q4 with AI. It's never been easier. Now we have system in place and everything. So yeah guys if you want to join my mentorship it's going to be the first link down description. Hope you guys enjoy this vid. So yeah, peace.
