If you have two case studies, this video will change your life. Everyone always talks about AI infrastructures. But what does it actually require to build such a system? Because nowadays you need to be able to make the pivot from being a done for you agency owner, being a commodity, having low profit margins and extremely high cost, low value clients you can get results for, no matter how hard you try, as well as working 80our weeks, even 100hour weeks, focusing on trenches work, feeling like a glorified employee for your exact client to basically becoming a done with you consultant charging 5 to 10k up front plus backend MR revenue.
Reduce your current payroll by more than 50%. Having extremely high profit, happy clients, and an easy fulfillment. Stop selling a commoditized service. Start selling access or a pre-built infrastructure that you can replicate in other people's companies. Because nowadays, how can you separate yourself if you're doing manual labor and the manual trenches work yourself? It's not going to work. You won't be able to scale to a certain extent.
You hit a constant ceiling, right? So the first infrastructure that we have built is a custom automation that sends thousands of targeted and qualified DMs every single day. It's a traffic system and I've spent multiple five figures building this exact tracking system and I'm going to show you exactly how it works and how we leverage it as an infrastructure only for our clients because it's not accessible for the public market yet.
So as you can see here, it's an entire software that we have built that sends automated DMs. But the specialty is not that it just sends DMs. It has targeted DMs. It has a complete dashboard with analytics and data. You can send messages from the dashboard. You can use the CRM. You can use resources and even up to nine follow-ups per individual. So the second step whenever we filled in the username, we add targets. And this is how we integrate this for our clients to build that outbound campaign infrastructure.
So we don't have to manually do this ourselves. The the point about doing this is because when I started out, right, we had $150,000 last month, but two years ago, I was doing $10,000 a month with my agency and I skilled my agency to $100,000 a month. But guys, I want you to listen because the biggest problem here is that I was doing all the manual work myself. The reason why I hit that ceiling at 100K and descaled back to 30 $40,000 the exact month after in October 2023 was because I wasn't able to fulfill this infrastructure. meaning I needed to do all the manual work myself, being only able to fulfill for maximum five to seven clients, right?
That paid me like 9 to 12,000, which is a lot of money, but I was working 80 hours a week doing all the manual work myself. And now I've spent money that not only increases the potential of giving me leverage, but also builds valuation. This company will be worth millions in a couple years. Meaning, I don't only create leverage. I don't only build an actual infrastructure because people always talk about infrastructures.
They always talk about a go high level snapshot. They always talk about some very simple easy integrations or connect Zapier with Discord. That's not what an infrastructure is. An infrastructure is building a system that is so [ __ ] good that replicates human work to a certain extent that it gives the client 100 times better results. And it basically provides the following things. daily new,000 plus highly targeted leads 1 to 5k DMs per day on autopilot to these targeted DMs.
So let's say I fill in the campaign name Nick setting thousand DMs a day TC campaign right it's a specific campaign we run this campaign will be targeting niche specific high ticket service providers with a specific CDA bio high quality campaign optimization with AI that we've integrated within this to make sure that we only target the right people out of the lead list that we got here right we have a thousand plus targeted leads but out of the targeted leads only around 3 to 400 will actually be qualified then pattern misignment right send DMs anytime, any amount with zero restrictions, proxies, or potential to get banned.
So, what I've seen a lot of my clients struggle with in the past, and all of the clients that we work with have struggled with in the past, is get bands, get restrictions, proxies. It creates so much unnecessary friction. And we've been able to solve this problem. Up to nine automated follow-ups per lead, personalization within the messages with any different variant you want. Custom inbuilt CRM, no need for golevel or close.io IO because we have a custom CRM inbuilt for a client that tracks leads, closes, and all the people that are lost right within the pipeline specifically management from one dashboard.
You no need to log in into 50,000 different Instagram accounts because you can just manage it all from the dashboard. Meaning the setter can manage it from the dashboard that you hire. It's efficient and extremely scalable. A conversational flow to convert these people made by an AI infrastructure that I'm going to show you in a specific bit, right? Because the thing that I'm going to show you next is [ __ ] crazy. It's a different type of AI infrastructure that we integrate for our clients right now.
And it's a copyrightiting system and you're telling you're you're [ __ ] telling yourself right now, right? We currently have a VSSL running. And this is important for copyrightiting obviously because your VSSL is literally copyrighting. We have an entire letter running. We have a thank you page running. So all this specifically is running on the background for our business because we are going to scale to 500k a month before the end of the year.
Um we are going to hit $500,000 a month in cash collected with our company. We have done are in our highest month. This was in January $151,000 in cash collected. So we're doing pretty good and we're very sustainable because we work with highv value clients meaning we implement them in infrastructure take taking us a lot of time. We write their story sequences every single day. We make all their short form content scripts manually, right?
We do this all manually, including we install a setter in your company. We install a closer in your company. Make making this a lot of time for us to fulfill. But knowing it's worth it because we work the right companies. We work with companies that have certain pattern recognition in which we know okay, they have a foundation that we can actually rely on because if they have a foundation we can rely on, we know exactly how to scale them.
That's how I scaled all my clients. But not only this, not only this is copy. The second thing is that as you can see here all the reels that I make are copy as well. This is all copy. So how do I create this copy and how am I able to create copy with an aspect of reels. As you can see here my older reels certain text and so I don't mean like the myro ones. I basically mean like the reels that we've created here in the past.
So how do I create this scripting? And that's what I'm going to show you right now. the infrastructure data collecting with Deepseek AI based on old copy reals and documents all in one single pipe for it to be converted with AI knowing my exact style of typing meaning me and my copywriter sit down and we write all the copy for clients I'm the founder I know my clientele my exact pain points of my clients as best as possible copywriter has works for the biggest people in the space I have the best copywriter in the world meaning this guy knows exa knows exactly how to create frame to psychologically trick people intowards buying, converting and in towards keeping their attention constantly.
Meaning it makes it a perfect fit because I know my clientele and he knows exactly how to make the best VSSL, how to make the best short form content. We leveraged this and built this into an AI infrastructure, right? Which we now help our clients with selling, which is [ __ ] great because this is what it actually is required to build an infrastructure. But you're going to ask yourself, okay, Nick, but wait, if it works for you, how will it work for clients?
Very [ __ ] good question. We gather massive amounts of business data when we on board clients. Me, meaning we have a market research sheet that we gather from clients. So, it's a complete sheet. As you can see here, we have pain points. What is the state be? What is the state before? What is the state after? What is your competitive edge? Markets and problems, markets and customers, problems, solutions for these problems and benefits of these solutions. meaning solution benefit problem right solution benefit problem.
So we basically analyze their current situation knowing the exact benefit that it will give solving the problem that we have and we can filter this in AI that we have just built. So as you can see here tally right tally is a submit platform just like type form. So we fill that in tally. We say niche. We paste in that market research sheet name. Let's say I have a client that is called John short from content scripts.
Submit based on the AI on my pattern recognition and my copywriters, right? My all my copywriters data, reels and documents are in there same as mine with all my clientele information with their exact niche everything. And it creates out personalized written AI copy short form content, long form content, ad scripts. As you can see here, we have integrated the system where it creates actiondriven reels. It creates problem solutiondriven reels and credibilitydriven reels, right?
And this is the beauty about building a system that you can replicate. Meaning, we built this for our [ __ ] clients so they can save time. They can charge massive amount of money. But not only that, imagine saying you will be able to do this done for them. the amount of perceived value it gives that offer meaning you can increase your prices. It makes the offer more attractive. It makes it easier sellable for the closer or whatever you take your own sales calls.
It makes it way easier sellable. You can create massive amounts of advantages. And the thing is it took me a year, literally a year to build the first software and we're over six weeks to build the second one. Meaning it took me basically a year to build the exact automation software that sends out DMs. And it took me six weeks with AI, with my operational manager, including my technical guy plus my copywriter to build this out, right?
Because we want to do it as quickly and as best as possible. If you want to skip the trial and error and follow the plug-and-play system in order to productize your service, do yourself a favor and book in a call with me right now. Because you go from being a commodity, an agency to a productized consulting offer, charging 5K, charging 10K, charging 20K up front, two highvalue clients that are willing to pay you, right?
How do you go from a commodity to being a productized service? How should you structure your pricing? How to completely package your service and deliver better results with 15 20% of the involvement ratio. How to create market awareness and run a profitable traffic source? How do you build a system to pump out high value and credibility out of how do you build how do you build a system to pump out how do you build a how do you build how do you build a system to pump out value and credibility driven rules on autopilot? kind of ads to run, profile ads.
And right now, we've been testing I'll show you my ads manager. We've been testing entry to asset ads, which which have been working like [ __ ] crazy. Basically, these ones um as you can see here, these ones have been working massive, massive, massively well. We're testing so many [ __ ] different ad creatives. It's ridiculous. It's ridiculous the amount of ad creatives we have been testing. Um and we're constantly testing this because we want to make improvements every single [ __ ] day.
So, when we go back to the sheet, right? Um, how do you implement AI conversational flows to make sure leads are eager to book every single time? When I go to my Lucid, me and my team are working out Lucid charts every single day to make our integrations and processes better. So, if you check out this one, we have built our entire flow, our client journey. So, this is our exact client journey that we've created um here, the left one, as you can see.
Uh, this is our management MR integration on how to do that with DMs. We have so many [ __ ] stuff built out as you can see, right? And this is also some of my YouTube videos. So, we build a lot out a lot of different stuff. This is basically the biggest one. And this is an entire funnel process that we've built out for our clients. Um, meaning we know exactly how to convert and gather data from every single aspect of the company because the mo most important thing when I show you my WhatsApp right now and I go to my client success manager.
So as you can see here, so as you can see here, we're building a new action plan for every single client that gets onboarded, right? And this is what we build customly for our clients. We use it for ourselves, but we also build it for our clients to make sure that every single person knows exactly what to do. The first seven days of the onboarding process are the most important days. If you want to implement AI infrastructures know exactly what to do at what time.
So you know the saying that the person who tests the most wins and that's true because they know exactly what to do in what aspect to create scale and that's the most important part about running a company. So thankfully all these questions are already answered as I've developed a system to help agencies and online service providers transition to a consulting arbitrage model. It's a scalable model where they remove themselves from the business.
They sell infrastructures or they sell access. meaning you sell access to yourself or you sell an infrastructure that you can replicate. And if you want to implement the systems into your own high ticket business, all you have to do is click the link below and book a call with us in our call. We'll see where you're at, determine your ceiling and pathway towards breaking exactly that based on your personalized situation.
If you're qualified, the end result will be that you'll be able to work with us um to be able to scale your agency beyond what you thought would be possible without adding any extra complexity to your life. matter of fact the complexity of your life will be reduced because that's the entire point about building a company right if that's you then book a call I want to tell one more thing was like so many people are marketing soloreneur solo consultant right now and think about it you know how [ __ ] boring it is to make $30,000 a month $50,000 a month in profit on such a low scale besides that we'll discuss your experience systems and specialties and start crafting a plan towards productizing that exact service you need I appreciate the time that you took towards watching this exact video if you want work with us.
