we finally get to the point where I'm going to show you exactly the entire hiring process right how you can hire Market's best va's virtual assistants and growth Specialists right this is the most important video ever together combined with the last video that I uploaded because what I did is I'm show you the exact lead generation process the conversion process the outbound conversational flow that we closed um that we that we that we basically use to close people to close prospects to get them on a call that my growth specialist leverage as well as the entire process on how to build the content assets and leverage client results um to be able to become a great Authority right combined with this video it will make sure that you're capable of running 100K a month outbound process right because a lot of people say it's not working I know a lot of people say that because nobody is capable of making more than 50k a month uh profit cash collected with outbound they also say yeah you need to run ads um that's not that's completely not true that's completely not true if you have the right labor then you can do everything right as you can say here scaling 200k a month outbound is extremely reasonable when you have the right labor right this year we're going to hit 100K a month completely through outbound right and that is why in this video I'll cover the exact labor hiring process running completely for you by having the right people in place so the first thing that you need to understand I mean need to take care of how do we generate attention that is what we do with by hiring va's the reason why va's are so good is because they have such a strong mindset to be able to do boring and repetitive tasks over and over again for weeks months if not years right they're so good at what they're doing that this process I would even say it's going to cost you like money but it's it's it's it's [ __ ] insane if you want good people then do this if you're broke at the moment and you are have a business that is making less than 5K per month you could do this and it's definitely going to work but I don't know if your mindset is set to the right point that you're capable of willing to even pay 69 bucks per month for a hiring process right but then just go find [ __ ] videos in Facebook groups but that's absolutely yes right um besides that what is going to cost you up front is 869 dollars right basically because you pay the VA is 400 per month you have two va's and then basically you um Can acquire this entire process that's why I said watch the other it gave me personally a it was like literally around a I think the entire process gave me like a 30 35 x return on investment the outbound process literally because the growth special is getting paid on commission right basically like it gets five to seven point five percent so the the beauty is that whenever you go to onlinejobs.ph You're Gonna Make a job post with the daily tasks and requirements of that job so what I did is I made a job pause Instagram B2B Legion right created 189 applicants I had 189 people applying for the [ __ ] job that's [ __ ] insane and my job post was not even that optimize it was like this what I'm going to do next time is I'm going to make it make it way more optimized so I only get 30 applications with extremely qualified people so trust me I have a guy working for me right and a new guy two and a half week he is doing the work every single day he didn't miss the day he didn't miss the day of saying good morning Nick in the chat in the WhatsApp at 9 00 am in the morning didn't miss the day he is always doing his work he is great it was the what he is doing he is um skilled in a way that he understands that he needs to like like Target the qualified prospects so the growth specialist can take it over right um this is this is a very powerful process and it's not even if that's not even worth 69 bucks just go find people in [ __ ] free Facebook groups right the first step one right so qualify by asking them um to make a loom going over the following topics the experience that they've had in the past their work ethic so the the the the the basic things that they do whenever they're working so like are they committed to what they're doing what is their Vision what are their goals in the upcoming whatever years weeks months with this entire process um what are your current skills like it's important to get to understand their current situation to be able to understand how they are going to perform in the future right um step four right open six right spots so 50 minute spots on your calendar with the best candidates right of all those people that applied uh that made the best Loom hop on a call with them and go over the requirements the things that you want them to do every single day be completely honest you want the best person right the only way you can get the best person is by being completely honest in what you expect right after the calls you pick one person step five guide them to the complete like like walk them through the complete training going over the topics that um are basically going on about that's it boom done you know that person is so good at what he's doing because I could not what he is doing I could not do it out of the mindset for that like a lot of people can do do that because it's a very boring and repetitive tasks so you need to be able to actually have the mindset to be able to do that and that's why va's are very very powerful within this specific process they're a valuable asset right um that is basically how you can hire Evas right what is the process behind hiding like literally hiring a growth specialist it's a little bit more complicated right um first of all understand why you need to like literally why you need a growth specialist to convert the attention and not a VA because you can't only rely on va's right therefore watch this video right go to my growth specialist right and this is a little different process right so first of all understand why you need a growth specialist to convert the attention because you can't only rely on va's you cannot hire a VA to be able to convert the attention these people are skilled in a different way than that these people are like va's and growth Specialists completely different thing right so definitely um so basically definitely go watch this video it's an extremely important video to be able to understand the first steps about building a successful outbound campaign and to be able to scale it because most people are not even capable of scaling uh their outbound campaign right most people make 10K per month with their campaign that is already a lot to compare to like what the average people makes with it um but if you want to build a successful album campaign this is a very very important step right so you own we basically have two options it's sad to say but you only have two options to find growth Specialists that are Masters in converting the attention right yeah this is most of the time this entire process what I said the previous video in this video to build a successful outbound campaign is for people making already um I would say 10K per month normally you would already have a little audience Etc right you have some money to invest um and the beautiful thing is that it's hard for you to find growth specialists in Facebook groups in Instagram influencers things you like if you leverage influencers or you leverage coaches or you leverage Consultants or agency owners it's hard to find growth Specialists there the only way you can find role Specialists is by attracting growth Specialists by being able to become the figure that would like that would attract these people I get people uh in my DM every single day that's anything can I do setting for you I'll do album boom everything everything right I get these people I get I get 30 a month one a day every single day right and I don't react on them because I don't need them I have two amazing growth Specialists right now at the moment that are capable of bringing in a [ __ ] ton of money every single month right the second step is buy them right pay for a growth specialist if I know a growth specialist is great I'll pay 5K for it right now I don't care really if a person is so good at what he's doing if if I have uh I would pay the most amount of money for the best labor and the best talent I would pay 20K for that if I need to if I know the person can bring in way more that's the mindset right that's the process so that's very sad to say um but like whenever you have a small audience do a post and see who reacts on that right it's about that's what I'm going to explain you as well like a GS is not specifically a lot to do with the exact skill that person has it's more like a natural born talent that these people possess right so two months ago I hired my growth specialist Dominic he is an insane growth specialist and he didn't really know how to do setting but I just knew some people just have the risk and that's the beauty between growth Specialists and appointment centers and vas is that a growth specialist you need to have it in you you just know if you hop on a call with somebody that if that person is going to succeed or not right and the beauty is that I saw the potential in him I saw that he is capable of doing a lot of stuff although he did not even had specific appointment setting experience it's not about the skill it's about the risk that you see in a person right like I have risen any kind of way because you're watching this video for three minutes and 20 seconds so you're watching me for a reason it's because I know what I'm talking about right it's it's that simple and the reason why I can close people it's just a natural born Talent it's like a way of operating you cannot create to become a growth specialist you either are a growth Specialist or you don't right and that is the the hard thing about this process right but besides that you can also hire a normal appointment setter but your conversion will be a bit less right um hop on a call we have a potential candidate and look at the way they operate the knowledge they have about the market and um the experience that they possess the way they operate in the the way they think about things you can feel if somebody is a growth Specialist or not right the second step is explain them the daily workflow the daily kpis they need to hit and the management role they need to have to make this mission go smoothly in combination with the va's right because you don't want to become part of the lead gender Pro lead generation process when you make 100K a month you want to do leveraged activities you don't want to do unleveraged activities and leverage activities are for example working with clients making content it is not doing Outreach or taking care of the outbound campaign you want to have that automated right and what I said we are going to scale the 100K per month completely outbound without me and me doing a single thing in that entire process yeah I take the sales calls but I don't need a lot of sales skills to make 100K per month right in August as well we don't book a lot of calls we're going to book less than 25 calls and um we're gonna finish at a [ __ ] it's going to be sick it's going to be a crazy month right as I showed you last time in my all other video right we may what was it 46k in 13 days watch my video two videos ago right um that's the beauty about this process what is the math behind it right how can we realistically hit 100K a month what is very realistic so keep in mind that 2v8s costs you 800 bucks and they do 600 outreaches right if you don't understand why 6K watch my previous video where I show you is the exactly generation process and how it will work right so basically the thing that I want you to understand is you pay uh 800 bucks to be able for two people to do um 6 000 outreaches to qualified people that are looking for the solution that you can provide for their problem keep that in mind right it are qualified people that are actually um great to work with at that moment right um that is the beauty about that because you don't even need a lot you can do 20K outreaches but if you do it to people that don't have a pain what are you talking about like what are you doing you need one growth specialist you need to pay minimum five percent per close right he can take care of all the conversations you're paying five percent that's a very good price he makes a [ __ ] ton of money per month if you make 100 it's 5K right 6 000 outreaches 600 response rate response rate 15 booking rate 90 appointments you're not going to book them in because you want the qualified people five percent right that's only um sorry it's seven and a half percent then seven point five percent qualified um booking rate you want the qual you want to optimize for qualified booking right not booking rate nobody cares about appointments everybody wants appointments with people that are hopping on a call and say this is what I want here's my credit card I want to get started you don't want to explain people things man like get to understand how do you think I'm capable of having such less calls and make such high profit every single month as well as make such high cash collected get so many clients every month why do you think that is it's because I pre-sell people in the marketing I don't need people that are unqualified I don't need people that want to know more about what we do then just watch my videos and get back to me whenever you're ready right 45 qualified appointments eighty percent of these people show up that's 36 extremely extremely qualified appointments 33 closes right and you close 12 clients for an 8K paid in full offer or 4K return for two months 100K cash collected boom and this is extremely extremely realistically our process is a little little bit different we have less calls a little bit higher close grade um and that's the entire situation you don't need a lot to be able to um to be able to make a lot of money right you need quality you don't need quantity right I would not say you don't need quantity because you need volume right but you can rather do 100 qualified outreaches than 200 unqualified outreaches right but the best is to do 200 qualified audience uh outreaches sorry so that's the entire process 100K month cash collected 100K month cash collected you pay 840 vas and 5K for the growth specialist That's 94.2 K profit in a month don't tell me you're gonna leave a [ __ ] like 20K for this process what are you doing man like you're not even making 20K and I just explained you the entire process of how to make 100K it's easier than it sounds like of course it is right of course it is easier than it sounds like that doesn't mean it's impossible like why am why we are getting close to this point in this video like why are we getting close to this point right it's it's just important to understand that it's extremely reasonable and that you need to structure it right although you even make 30k per month from outbound right keep in mind how much money that is through an outbound process with one VA for example one growth especially you can do it yourself whatever your situation is right but normally watch the previous [ __ ] videos well watch this video combine it together and I can guarantee you
