take any trades there. Uh, that was a no trade day. What am I talking about? So, in any case, um, I had traded on Monday and then today's Wednesday. So, nonetheless, I've had about one no trade day per week. So, yes, there will be days where there are not a quality setups and if that's the case,

What's up, everyone? All right, in today's episode, I'm going to break down my watchlist for Monday morning and game plan for the week ahead after a max loss red day on Friday where I gave back three times my daily hot market goal. Daily hot market goal is 20 grand. I was red $64,000. I now have a little bit of work cut out for me this week to try to get myself back on track. And this is very familiar because this is a repeat of exactly what happened last week.
Last Friday, the Friday before, I was red $73,000. And then on Monday, I came back with an $84,000 green day, which was amazing. I don't know that I could hope for something like that again this Monday. It's very unlikely. It really is. But, if I can keep my head down, we get a couple good opportunities, I'll chip away at this loss. And the best way to do it initially is to build a cushion with smaller share size. And once I've got a cushion on the day, depending on how big the cushion is, I'll keep trading until that stock rolls over.
And then once that stock rolls over, then hands off, take the profit, be grateful for it, and come back and do it again the next day. Focusing primarily on trading the leading gainers, but we've noticed that when the leading gainer has made a big move. So, I'll give you a little example. So, the leading gainer, let's say 4:00 a.m., makes a really big move. And then we come down and it's like 7:00 a.m. here and it's on a pullback, then sometimes that number one leading gainer, the the one in the top spot, well, it's not really set up very well.
Maybe for a curl, but there's a number two or maybe a number three leading gainer that has just come out with breaking news kind of like this did at 7:00 a.m. and is really squeezing. And that's where people are going to focus. And when that happens, this often kind of fades as the attention shifts to, I'll draw it in a different color, to the new stock. And so then this one moves from, you know, position three up to two and then eventually could displace the leading gainer.
Uh and then when this one rolls over, well, then maybe all of a sudden attention comes back and we end up getting a curl on this one back to the high. So, traders definitely have this, um, you know, kind of approach of a little bit of hot potato. You know, I jumping on one stock, it looks good, and then the second it doesn't look good, they're off it looking for the next one. The next one looks good, they're jumping on that.
So, a lot of jumping around. And the risk there for us, certainly, is that when the market is like that, you have to be really careful holding something that's getting extended because if something else pops up, all of a sudden attention could shift quickly. That's more likely to happen when they're extended because shorts will sort of see this as like, "Oh, here's the here's the cue. Something else is popping up. Everyone's going to abandon ship." And so, you get that shift in sentiment.
You'll I'm sure you've noticed that, but if you haven't, look out for it because you're you're going to see it. It happens pretty much every day. >> [snorts] >> All right. So, um, obviously Friday was disappointing. Um, a fairly avoidable loss. It really didn't need to be that bad. It should have been just an $18,000 red day. Uh, but I made matters worse by, um, you know, getting emotionally compromised and continuing to trade in frustration.
It's a mistake, and that was that was my own fault. So, anyways, now I've got this drawdown here and I've got to work to recover it. But, big picture here last 90 days, I'm I'm in a really good spot. So, I can tolerate, um, you know, gosh, if I couldn't tolerate this kind of drawdown, I don't know. I wouldn't be able to keep trading at all. Uh, but I could tolerate this. So, I just need to make sure I get back on track on Monday morning.
So, um, so now, is there anything, perhaps before we jump into the watch list to learn from the last 7 days? Let's just say the last 7 days. Well, maybe let's go back a little bit more. Let's do the last 10 days. Um, this is just sort of, you know, the month of August. Are there themes that we can pick up on here? So, uh for me, clearly, this is one of the worst um things that you could see is that I have an inverted profit-to-loss ratio because I've taken like four or five huge losses, and my winners are 6,500, but my losers are 8,400.
Uh that year-to-date um well, let's see. We go just last year, just for example. Uh so, last year, my average losers were $2,000. So, um you know, just during this little range here, the last 30 days, uh my average losers have gotten a lot bigger from, you know, just this handful of uh big losses. So, my accuracy has remained pretty high, 68-70%, which is good, but those big losses are certainly hurting my my average.
Fridays have been really bad. >> [laughter] >> Uh don't know what to say about that, uh but it's been really bad. Um some big losses there after uh 10:00 a.m., something to pay attention to. Price and volume. Um I don't think there's I think this one, for some reason, this one just doesn't seem to populate correctly. Um so, anyways, I don't think there's anything there. Instrument. Uh >> [sighs] >> yeah, I mean, I think more than anything, um you know, so, well, let's look at a couple of the stocks that I've lost quite a bit on.
So, S T K H and O N F O. So, D S Y um was Chinese. Uh S T K H was Israeli. O N F O was a US company. N A M I was a Chinese company. Some of my biggest winners, J Well, this one's Chinese. Y X T, that one's uh mm Let's just double-check that. Thought that was Chinese, also. Yep, that's Chinese. Um let's see. Then, we've got C L R O S C K T. Now, S C K T a US company, Socket. Um, CLRO, that one is a US company. HYFM, that one's a US company.
FRTT, Cal- Canadian, not Californian. RMCF, that's a US company. XH G, that one was Chinese. That was a bit of a wild card. INLF, that one was Chinese. WYHG, that was Chinese. WETO, that was Chinese. So, you know, if we just said, "Oh, get rid of all the Chinese." Well, you know, you get rid of a lot of the winners, you know, and you'd get rid of this one loser. The loser would be great, but then you'd lose the winners as well.
Um, the stock that I've made the most on, um, in total was 61,000. The stock I lost the most on was 52,000. So, just some interesting insights there. Um, Chinese stocks continuing to dominate, um, the uh, the top gainer scanner pretty much each day. WETO on Friday. And, you know, I should have finished up $26,000 on this one, but I went back for it, um, cuz I became emotionally compromised and made some poor decisions.
So, anyways, um, so then MD X XH, MD, sorry, MD XH. This one, uh, 32 million share float was up on Friday, kind of rolled over. CAPR, this one was easy to borrow. BANL, CAPR is a US company. BANL, Malaysian. WETO, this one was Chinese. Uh, HHS, this was US. Okay. Um, we didn't end up having a penny stock on Friday that did something like XHG did. Um, this is something you definitely want to keep your eyes open for. Um, sub $1 stocks.
So, they've got to be below a dollar, then they squeeze, and when they hold above a dollar, pay attention, cuz that was the move that gave us this like nearly 18, well, 16-point squeeze. It was the same kind of thing that gave us a four-point squeeze on SOCKET. So, just pay attention to those sub um $1 stocks if they can hold over $1 a share. That's something definitely pay attention to. The window for this one was around 9:00 a.m. uh on uh whatever that was what Tuesday, Wednesday.
Um XHG, that made its big move also a little bit later in the morning. It was around uh 8:40 in the morning. So, 8:40 to 9:00, 9:15, still uh a window where we're seeing a lot of traders participating and um a decent amount of opportunity. So, that was that one. Um now, for after-hours top gainers from Friday, uh we didn't have anything that was really big. Uh TRUG, this one popped up, US company, 1 million share float from a dollar to a dollar 50.
Um was technically below a dollar, 90 cents, just below a dollar. So, ends up squeezing up here. Um you know, unfortunately, it's it's hard for me to have high expectations, True Golf. I just I don't I don't have any reason to think that this is going to work really well into Monday. Uh it doesn't really fit the theme or sector. Yes, it's a lower float, but I don't know. I just don't think it's the right one. SKYEE, uh if it was Chinese and it was up a bit more, but 52% it's not bad, but we've seen we've seen better.
SKYEE, uh this one, 22 million share float, it's a little on the higher side, 63 cents. Uh 200 moving average up there around a dollar, probably not going to work. FIEE, this one's again um got a lower float, 2.6 million shares. Um it it you know, it's not bad. You've got this nice move here. Um but you know, just looking at this uh UBS AG London Branch ETN, I don't know. That seems a little weird. Um Let's see. What is this?
Hmm. I'm not sure about that. Um Curious about where they are operating. Doesn't really look like I'll check one of the filings here. Um Japan, yeah. Huh. So, not totally sure about that one. Um but, you know, it's a nice price range where you could potentially, if it opens up, get $0.50 or a dollar a share. Daily chart. Let's see about this. That's very interesting the way it's just kind of kept like grinding higher there.
Let me switch to a uh bigger time frame. Let's go to the 1-hour. So, we had this move from back here that I wanted to look at. Popped up and came all the way back down. Yeah, I sort of don't think it's going to work. I just I don't know. There's something about this I'm not really not too sure. But, uh could keep it on watch. XPON, we've traded this one before. Uh popped up here. High is five. Daily chart definitely has some potential if it can start to curl a little bit more.
Uh recent reverse split. Volume on Friday was just from the after hours move. So, that's probably one that closed fairly strong that I would imagine traders might be watching for Monday morning. So, I would put Let's see. We'll make a list here. So, um XPON is on the watch list. Um you know, maybe TRUG, but that's sort of a maybe. Um FIEEE, you know, I'd watch it, but I I really know. This one so far is the one that looks the most interesting.
Um, even though the gap's not huge, it's um you could see it's got nice range from 360 to 5, then back down here. So, it'll pop back up to 5, that's 50 cents a share. You know, with 1,000 shares, that could be 500 bucks. So, that would be nice. IPST This one um a lower float here, US company daily chart, a curl setup. I don't think that's too bad. So, I'll put that on here, IPST. The only issue is that um none of these are Chinese, which uh again, just in the current theme and market, it's been more the Chinese stocks that give us the big surprise, 2 3 400% moves.
WETO up a little after hours, and then these ones are all relatively uh smaller gappers. So, yeah, I think that um the name of the game each morning is watching the top gainer scanner, asking yourself what is obvious, and looking at the top, you know, three or four, top five, just to see, you know, okay, maybe WETO's a little extended, we can't trade it here, so let it pull back. Maybe something else in the two or three spot is moving a little faster, that could be the one to watch.
Then when that rolls over, maybe attention goes back to the second best. So, you got to kind of look at the scan and ask which of these right now is the best-looking stock that most other traders are going to look at and think, yeah, this is the one I want to trade. Cuz that's the one that's going to be the cleanest. That's the one that's going to have the most volume, and that's where you'll have the liquidity to get in and out of it relatively easily.
So, I'll be streaming as always tomorrow morning, 7:00 a.m., right? So, make sure you guys, if you haven't already checked out a 2-week trial, the link is pinned at the top of the comments and in the description. You can join me watching over my shoulder as I'm trading, and you can also use this same exact software here for charting, scanning, and breaking news. You'll be able to open it um in your browser, so whether you're on a Mac or a PC doesn't matter.
You can load it and adjust it as you'd like. You'll have your own installation of it. So, basically, this is the same thing that I'm using every day for charting, scanning, breaking news, and it's where we have our chat room and my live audio video broadcast. So, I hope you guys check it out. Hope to see you in the chat room tomorrow morning, but I'll remind you as always that trading is risky. My results aren't typical and there's no guarantee you'll find success whether you trade with me or you learn on your own.
So, please manage your risk by practicing in a simulator before putting real money on the line. With that, I'll see you guys bright and early tomorrow morning.
