What's up everyone? Welcome to day eight of my brand new small account challenge of trading in a $2,000 cash account using Weeble as my broker. Today is another green day, which is fantastic. I'm 8 days in and I've taken one trade a day. Super disciplined about that rule. One trade a day is a small account way. And guess what? I'm at 100% accuracy. The only problem is that I haven't traded every single day. I've been patient about waiting for a quality setup. So, although it's day eight and that I've only taken eight trades and

So, although it's day eight and that I've only taken eight trades and had eight trading days, this challenge has gone on for a bit longer because of the no trade days. I am being very patient. My focus right now is quality over quantity. Now, later this week, I'm going to do a uh year in review episode for my main trading account. And one of the things that you're going to see is that in my main account this year, I'm up three times what I made last year, but I took 40% fewer trades.
Less is in fact more in the market. Now, the only way you can make more money with fewer trades is also if those are really solid winners and you're taking bigger share size, which I was. Now, let's go ahead and jump onto the screen share here. And what I want to do at the beginning of this episode is start with an update on where we stand on the fundraising challenge. Because as you know, all of the profit from this small account challenge is being donated to charity.
And every time you guys hit the thumbs up on episodes in this series, I'm adding an extra dollar. So you're able to match my profit. We're doing a dollar for-doll match. So as of right now, we are at $197,000 of money raised for [cheering] charity. And this is over the course of the three small account challenges that I've done over the last few months. So, as of right now, uh I have now donated $197,000, which means I've still got $47.84 uh left to donate, but that's pretty good.
So, I'm pretty much um up here to um you know, in a in a pretty good spot where I've given away uh pretty much everything that uh we've made and collected. And so, the last donation here was to David's house. Now, I really appreciated this suggestion which came from a uh a viewer right here on YouTube. David's House is um like the Ronald McDonald House in uh Boston, but I think they have them in other parts of the country.
Uh David's House is up uh for um what really for children that are getting cancer treatments uh at Dartmouth Hitchcock Hospital up in Hanover uh New Hampshire. So, uh, the Dartmouth Hospital is is pretty much the biggest hospital for people in the New Hampshire, Vermont area, and it's actually where my father went for his cancer surgery. Um, when when he got sick in back in I guess it was 2005, uh, or was it 2006? But in in any case, uh, so, you know, I was really thrilled to hear about this house.
This is a place where um families can stay while their kids are going through um different treatments at the hospital. So, I donated $6,000 to them uh just today. Put it on the American Express right there. And so, that now has us donated uh over well, now exactly $197,000. Okay. So, thank you guys who have been hitting the thumbs up and helping me raise money for charity. I really do appreciate it. And all the profits from these challenges have gone straight to charity.
So, here is day eight of the small account challenge, and I'm up $18,568. Not bad. Now, the daily goal, generally speaking, for me, has been $200 a day. My goal is to try to buy a,000 shares and get 20 cents a share. Although, I acknowledge that there will be times where maybe I could buy 2,000 shares and get 10 cents and that would be just fine. Or where maybe I take 500 shares, but I can get 40 cents or maybe 50 cents and that would work out as well.
So, you know, there's different ways you can slice it, but generally 15 to 20 cents a share is a good goal. Uh, and and we'll break down the trade that I took today. But first, high look um at the account. Started with $2,000. I'm now at $3,7562. That's phenomenal. The account's up 87% in eight trades and I've got $1,700 of profit. So, since day one, you can see the metrics here. account is up 87%. Eight trades, 100% accuracy, and the average winners are $21,950.
So, that's that's pretty solid. I'm pleased with that. So, today, day eight, the trade that I took was on DRMA. This is a biotech stock. It hit the scanner just past 7 a.m. here. And as it hit the scanner, it was already squeezing up on above average relative volume. I at a minimum, if you've tuned in to this whole series, you know that I look for a minimum of five times relative volume. This had 6.8 times relative volume.
So, I was happy with that. The float was less than a million shares, a very low float stock. Initially, I had light volume. So, I had to wait for a bit more volume to come into the name before I ended up taking the trade. So, this is what I did. I let it squeeze up here like this. It then pulls back. And I was tempted to buy the first candle to make a new high. And I didn't. I didn't buy this first candle to make a new high.
And it's a good thing because it ended up being a rejection and on slightly higher volume. The reason I didn't take that trade was that I could already see on the level two that we had big sellers lined up. And so I'm using the level two right here on Weeble and I could see that we had these big sellers. Now, one of the things that I subscribe to is uh not just the regular level two, but I do the NBBO details. So, you do pay about $5 a month for this market data, but I find it helpful.
And so, this is what I'm using for my level two here with Weeble. So, I pull it up. I saw there were some sellers and I was like, "No, I'm not going to take the trade on it." So, I wait. It dips down here to a low of about 440 and then it bounces back up and I was on this green candle and I was like, "Well, that's pretty impressive." Then it dropped again to 440 and then it bounced up a second time and the second time it bounced up, I said, "You know what?
It feels like it's basing out here and holding this level. I'm going to take a starter position. Well, ultimately it's that's the only position I can take. And so what I did was I pressed shift one. Shift + one. That was my keyboard script that I pressed. So if I jump onto the whiteboard right here, you'll see my keyboard. All right. So press shift one. And just like that, I'm in this position. And what that order does is it's it's a hotkey.
And so it's sending a command to Weeble platform to buy a a specific number of shares. Let me show you what the hotkey looks like. So the hotkey here, we'll go to settings. We'll go to trade and then we're going to go to hotkey settings. So shift one is by using all of my buying power. So I was using $3,550 of buying power, which is what I had this morning. So, what I'm actually going to do here now is I'm going to update this to uh $3,700 of buying power.
So, I can use uh you know, pretty much all the buying power that I now have in the account. All right. So, 3,700. Well, I could go to 56, but it's all right. I'll leave it there for now. So, I press shift one, and that automatically calculates that based on that price, I can buy three thou 1,324 shares. And so, I get filled at $2.58. even though the limit was 268. So I put my offset 10 cents above the current price. So I'm in 258.
It pops up to 260. All right, I'm up 2 cents a share. 265, 267, 268. And I want to see it break through this high right here, which was 270. It hit this level here. It then dips down for a second. And then it squeezes up. And as it pushed up there, I took my profit off the table. And I could tell pretty much immediately that this stock was really heavy. It dipped down, it came back up again, dipped down, came back up again, and I actually got a trade on it in my main account, but I only made $8481 in my main account.
I really didn't find this stock to be particularly easy to trade, which was kind of unfortunate. So, you know, it look, here's the thing. This is a biotech stock and what we know about a lot of these biotech stocks is that they're it's not uncommon for them to be hurting for cash. And so if we actually look at DRMA, I am familiar with this ticker. We've traded it before. This is not the first time by any means I've seen it on our scanners.
I'm just going to click the auto here. So you could see this is a stock that's actually sold off quite a lot over the years. And so if I zoom in, you know, you can see, okay, you know, we're sort of selling off here. And these can work for a bounce off the low. You know, this is a day where it bounced, but then it squeezed and then sold off the rest of the day and became a red candle. So unfortunately, that was a that was a known issue with DRMA.
So now if I it is a US company as you can see right here. But if I pull up the filings on it. So I'm going to pull up the quarterly filings and we're going to scroll down here. And what you're going to notice here when you look at the filings is if you look at their profit loss statement you can see that they're operating at a net loss. So for the three months ending September 30th, 2025 just for that three-month period they were they lost $1.6 million.
For the 9month period they were down 5.6 million. So they're losing, you know, $7 million a year roughly. I mean, this is this is a significant amount of money to be losing. This is, however, not uncommon. What I mean, why would anyone buy this stock? Well, when it comes to biotech stocks, people will buy them. They're companies that are in the R&D phase, and they're they're buying them in hopes that this company ends up, you know, coming out with a cure to some terrible disease, which is a great thing, of course, for all the people are affected by that disease.
And for investors and shareholders, it's it's a good thing because that's going to increase the value of the company and that now gives them something that they could sell potentially or license to uh to other companies. So, you've got a lot of these small cap biotech stocks out there and companies that are doing R&D. They're working hard. They're spending a lot of money and they're supported essentially by, you know, people that are buying their stock.
Now, I buy it, but I'm not holding it. So, I'm a shareholder for a very, very short period of time. So, the fact is this did not do as much as I hoped it would do. I was hoping that this was going to put in, you know, a really nice squeeze. I was hoping we were going to see this, you know, rip all the way up to $3 a share, and that just didn't happen. So, you know, it's disappointing, but it is what it is. And at the end of the day, I'm green.
I'm up $185 and I'm glad that I was able to break the ice with this trade. And you know, I've been wanting to take some more trades in the small account. So, got a nice trade on it today and making my way now um up closer to $4,000, which is kind of the next um the next milestone in the account, which will have me at up 100%. So, we'll see whether or not I can do that within 10 trades. I've got to make another 250 bucks to make it happen.
So, if I could do that within the next two trades, uh $250, that would be pretty nice. I'd be pretty pleased with that uh growth, doubling the account in uh 10 days, 10 trades, but we'll see what ends up happening. So, for those of you guys that have been tuning in on YouTube, if you haven't already watched this full length episode on my small account growth strategy, every trade that I've taken during this challenge has been based on this strategy.
So, I'm going to put a link to this video here. It's a full length training at the end of this um recap or the end of this small account challenge update. And if you want to download the PDF worksheet that accompanies that full length class, I'll put a link to that here in the top of the description and I'll also pin it to the top comment down below. All right, so I've just got two more trades in this challenge to get myself up to 10 and then I will be starting a brand new challenge.
Okay, so with that, I'll remind you as always that trading is risky. My results aren't typical. So please manage your risk, take it slow, and I'll see you guys bright and early tomorrow morning for Warrior Members. I'll be streaming at 7
