Meta just dropped a major update to its claw MCP. Again, AI is moving fast and most of my clients are excited about the MCP, but have no idea on how to use it. So, in this video, I'll show you all the practical ways to actually use Claude to manage your ad account from visualizing your Facebook ad performance, finding optimization opportunities, creating new ads, and launching campaigns directly from your Claude terminal.
And in the previous video, we set up the connector from Meta's MCP to Claude so that way we could get this working. So, be sure to check that video right here so that way you know how that part worked. And I've gone ahead and linked all the prompts we're using in this video below. So, I've gone ahead and copy and pasted the very first prompt. And what we're going to do is use Fable 5 on high mode for this. And we're going to have it analyze our ad account data.
And we put in our ad account ID. And we're going to look at all of the opportunities we have to essentially optimize our current Facebook ad performance. We're essentially going after lowhanging fruit. And there's two groups that we're going to ask it about. First, we're going to calculate the average cost per purchase across all of our active ads and identify which ones have zero sales but have a two times amount spent, meaning they got no purchases but have already spent what our average cost per purchases by two because that is an underperforming ad that we can easily get rid of to lift our rorowass.
The other group is any ads that only have one purchase but have a two two and a half times the average cost per purchase that we normally have in our account. These are two cohorts of ad creatives we can immediately cut and lift our ad account performance with. So we're going to have the claude go ahead and analyze that data for us. And rather than having to do this manually and analyze our account where there can be human error, we may not notice something, we may miss an ad set by checking, this is actually going to pull all the data, fact check it, and give us that list.
So that way we can just confirm if we want to turn those ads off. All right. So now Matt has pulled all of the data with our group one with zero purchases. So, we have about $400 to $500 of wasted spend here where our average cost per purchase in the account is $24, but we've spent two times, three times, even four times that amount without a single cell here. So, these are quick ads we can get rid of on a lifetime active view.
And then we have another group here with one purchase. And the CPAs are extremely high on these one purchase ads. So, we're going to go ahead and have Meta cut these ads because it's just wasted spend that we can quickly rotate back into winning performing ads and roughly $1,000 in spend here. If our average cost per purchase is $24, we would be able to effectively rotate that budget into winning ads and increase our purchases without actually scaling anything.
This is one of the lowest hanging fruits that we can capture immediately. So, now we're going to have Claude turn all these ads off. Now that we've turned all those ads off, our next prompt is going to be analyzing all of our current active ads that have spent money during the last 30 days in our ad account, and we're going to inspect every creative and classify it based off of the actual creative style and format that it is.
So, we're going to label all of our ads by UGC's, founder videos, product demos, problem solutions. So that way we can get an idea of all the formats in our ad account, which ones we are missing, which formats are performing best and identify which of these creatives are the ones that we want to scale or if we need to create more creative because of specific formats that we may be missing. And this is going to give us a compelling report of exactly what's working, what's not, and what we can improve upon so we can later create more content.
And the reason we're having meta analyze this by the creative style/formmat is because the latest Adromeda update is pushing individuals with ad accounts to be able to have a net unique set of assets. So that way you can cover top, middle of funnel, and bottom of funnel with the creative level because Meta understands how to sequence those creatives in order. And when we get this report back, we'll break down what that actually looks like.
So that way people are always seeing the educational ads at the top and Meta understands when to show them the offer ads at the bottom without you actually having to segment anything which is very important because if you don't have all these formats your ad account is not going to be very stable and not very easy to scale. So your report may look very different than an ad account that is well more seasoned like the one we're going over who is already following these best practices with us.
All right, so now the cloud MCP has officially built our report on our creatives by format. And as we can see here, this is on the last 30 days performance with spend of 150K with 6,000 purchases with our average cost per purchase around $24 and a purchase row of 2.13. Now, this account has a lot of creative formats, so yours might look very different. If you're missing a lot of middlefunnel and bottom ofunnel or a top ofunnel creatives, then you know you need more formats.
But we have this categorized by spin by format. So we can see a lot of our spend is going into top of funnel which is very normal. We should actually see this exact layout on a healthy account where a lot of the spin is in top of funnel and a lot of the spin is in bottom of funnel because it's closing the loop on the purchase and we're bringing in a lot of new customers on the front end and then our middle of funnel is in the middle supporting more gradually the people who haven't made a decision yet to get them to buy.
So this is a healthy looking chart and we can see our UGC testimonials are driving the highest spend which makes sense because that is where our creator army is where we've covered this in past videos on how to launch hundreds of ads for a creator army. Now, as we come down here, we'll see that our CPMs are lower on educationbased ads, which again, no surprise here because we know we get lower spend on anything that is top offunnel because it's more widely appealing because we're basically putting ads out there to get people educated and aware of our product.
And then our CPMs are roughly around the same in the middle of funnel. And then the bottom of funnel, CPMs are higher. Once again, makes sense because it's retargeting ads which are showing to the same people over and over again as expected to have higher CPMs there. Now, what you'll see with a healthy account with a lot of formats is your cost per purchase is going to be relatively stable. On accounts that don't have a lot of formats, you're going to see very high spikes and very low spikes in your performance.
And then if we look at the rorowaz, once again, very stable here because we have a high variety of ad creative styles throughout our entire account. As we look at this data, what we can then do is have it then pull an additional report on what's performing best here, what formats we're missing, what we're under spending on, and what creative angles we can create to introduce into this additional creative mix that we already have.
So, we're going to go ahead and send that prompt over now based off the feedback on the exact priority production list for what creatives we need to introduce. So that way we can improve performance based off of what we're lacking in. We can have it go and use the foreplay MCP, which is a ad library to find our top performing competitor videos based off of these exact assets that we need to introduce into our creative format list.
And now it's going to go through foreplay, find those top performing ads that we can then use to model with the Hicksfield MCP to create more content and supplement that with our ad account to improve our overall performance where we're lacking. All right, so now the MCP has gone through foreplay and literally found the top performing ads from different brands based off of the formats that we're lacking in. And this version is, can I tell you a secret?
We have somebody swimming. We have other options from other brands here that we can pull open, showing us exactly what other ads that these other brands are using in their ad account that have been performing for them. Now, we're going to use the Hicksfield MCP to literally replicate those performing ads that we do not have in our ads manager currently. So that way we can get this automated and launch them into our ad account.
All right, so it just put together our creatives and it already flagged as Labor Day sale, which is crazy because it pulls our code from our website. And here we go. We have our actual sleep cap that's pulled in here for 25% off. We have our swim cap, which is 100% waterproof, satin lined, and adjustable. And then we have slides off by 3:00 a.m., stays on all night, which is a product comparison. So, pretty insane that we already have three image creatives and our videos are loading in now.
And what we can do is actually have these videos. >> Can I tell you a secret? >> A swim cap should fit over your braids. This one is satin lined, 100% waterproof and leak proof, adjustable band, performance clasp, [music] braids in, cap on. Done. >> Wow, that's crazy. That is literally insane. So, here's our video that we got for our ad. And we have somebody trying on the swim cap, adjusting their hair, putting it on.
This is 100% with AI, which is crazy. And the best part is is we can add text to this and launch this directly into our ad account. Let's look at the other one. >> Here's the part to look at first, the band. Adjustable so it stays on all night. Satin lined interior, lightweight and breathable, gentle on hairlines, curls, locks, silk press, all of it fits. Wild. Um, pretty crazy video. Uh, it looks like our product on the naming right there needs to be slightly tweaked, but that's an easy fix that we can have it go back and we can have it add text to these videos.
And now all we got to do is just send this final prompt and it's going to go launch these assets into our ads manager from what we are lacking. So, if you have a lot of missing formats, the MCP will build all of your formats for you. And the crazy thing is is these AI videos are just getting so realistic. It's absolutely shocking. And for some of you wondering if this product is actually exactly what's shown here. And just to show you their actual product, it is literally identical to what we got in our ads, which is pretty amazing to think about.
And then once Higsfield builds all the creatives, we can give it this final prompt where it will build the entire meta campaign with the primary text, headlines, subscriptions, CTAs, everything that is working and what we need in our ad account and literally structure the campaign so that way we can launch this and get it live. And the MCP directly integrates with Meta and can upload this automatically and start testing it right away.
And once again, all of these prompts are linked below so that way you can complete this entire process with all of these steps. Now you have the entire workflow to automate everything with your Claude MCP. And if you want to see how to build a creator army, check out this video right here.
