Opening (first 30 seconds)
This is the email marketing strategy behind the fastest growing brands, and most brands are barely using it. Most of you believe the more emails you send, the more unsubscribers you get, but the big brands believe the more emails you send, the more revenue you generate, and that's the difference. The moment you land on their website, they hit you with a full-width pop-up offering 15% off. Not because it looks good, but because it captures the most amount of people at the highest conversion rate possible. Then they collect both email and SMS so they can follow up with you from two different channels until you buy. And this

Every word below is the caption track YouTube publishes for this video, pulled from the video itself and reproduced unchanged. It is not Prepublish's writing, not a summary, and not a re-transcription: it is the video's own published captions.
And this is where it gets insane. They have a flow for almost every single action you could ever take. View the product, browse abandonment flow. Added to cart, cart recovery flow. Started checkout, checkout abandonment flow. Bought once, post-purchase education. Bought twice, VIP segmentation. Stop buying, win-back sequence.
Subscribe, subscription retention. Canceled, save sequence. Every click creates another opportunity to sell you again. And those are not weak two-email flows. The best brands are building five to seven, sometimes 10 emails inside each sequence because they know most people will not buy after just one reminder. So they keep stacking education, reviews, UGC, objections, comparisons, benefits, guarantees, and offers until the customer finally converts.
They segment everything. New subscribers, first-time buyers, repeat customers, high LTV customers, subscriptions, lost customers, people who viewed one product, people who bought another, and people who opened but never clicked, and people who clicked but never purchased. Every segment gets different messaging, different products, different offers, and different timing. The fastest growing brands are building dozens of personalized sales journeys at the same time.
And they are not emailing once a week, they are emailing every single day, sometimes more than once. And every email is designed to attack a different objection. Then if you still do not buy, they do not give up. They change the angle, they show you more proof, they make the offer even stronger, they introduce a bundle, they add urgency, and they give you a gift, or they move you into another flow to get you to convert.
And they'll keep nurturing you until buying feels like the obvious decision. That is why some of the fastest growing brands can generate 30 to 40%, even more of the revenue from their email and SMS. They are not relying on Meta to make the sale. Meta gets the click, website captures the lead, email and SMS finish the job. This is the real strategy. Build the list, segment the audience, automate entire behavior, send more offers, test more formats, and keep selling until the customer converts.
Because the biggest mistake in e-commerce is paying for traffic once and never following up again. Comment email and I'll send you the full email flow strategy that you need right now.
