And if I catch him, if I catch him, bro. Mr. leaked my product on. All right. In this video, I want to go over how I made over six figures with this product of mine that got leaked before. It got leaked before and I'm going to leak it again so you guys can take away from this and understand what a winning product actually is. And when you scroll on your burner, like you don't scroll recklessly. Now you know of an old winner that is still currently printing.
So the product still currently printing. You can just bring it in in like in a different marketing angle. Whatever angle you take it with. You can print if you're creative. But we're not trying to be creative here. We're trying to make or do what's working already is what I'm supposeding to say. So to start with as an introduction, my name is Omar if you didn't know and I'm 18 years old. I've been doing organic drop shipping for over two years.
It's been I believe two years and two months, two years something, but it's over two years. So I've been in the game for a long time. I've been in organic since you know the OG organic. No ripping actually filming because we used to film a year ago of course but you know two years ago it was like strict filming filming. We didn't know about ripping. The only thing we added was you know crying stitch girls that came like one year and 6 months ago.
We used to add a crying stitch girl in the beginning. Then nobody's going to buy your product. Then you show the product directly. We didn't have any, you know, making clips of making the product, bringing material and actually making a product. So, how did I find this product guys? Come on, man. Is the burner. I found it on the burner. It is a variation of something that has worked before. And this product I'm running was currently working.
It was printing somebody, but that somebody was no shipping. How did I know that he's no shipping? It's because his price on the website was too low. I tried to source it. I checked with my supplier and it turns out the product cost around 70 bucks with shipping. And guess how much the guy was selling it for? He was selling it for $65. No profit. So, how do you expect him to make money out of that? By no shipping. So, I came in here, I said, "Whoa, whoa.
The product costs that much. How am I going to be able to market this in a way that makes people think it will be worth the money that I'm going to price it on, which was above $100. I priced it in the beginning, you know, I priced it a bit low, so my profit margins was around like 20%. That wasn't the best. But currently, the best I could do, I split tested split tested many prices. The profit margin is around 40% 35% to 45%.
It depends on how [snorts] many they buy and also I have the upsells which boosts my profit margins. So that being said when I find the pricing I find this product as I said I found it on the burner. I was scrolling just a random day, you know, every single day. Scrolling, scrolling, scrolling, putting products on the sheet, scrolling, scrolling, scrolling, putting products on the sheet. Then I sent this to my mentor, the sheet.
Then he saw this product and he said, "Run this. I ran it." I didn't really have any hope in it because I was thinking mostly about the pricing. I knew it was a good product, of course, but the pricing was kind of off track. Like, it wasn't good. I thought I wouldn't make any margins out of it. But then I thought of it. This product is good. Even though if I get a couple of sales, it's still like good money because it's a high ticket product.
It's not only about me selling low ticket products. If I sold a $13 product and I get 80% margins, that's still nothing though. What is that like $10 out of out of that $16? It's only $10. But if I sell this product, I source it for 75 bucks. I sell it for 110 bucks. That's $25 there. $25 in profit. And if you go viral, that even boosts it because a lot of people sees it. they go to your website and buy. So when it come came to the pricing, I was hesitating, but I just went I just went deep into the product and I started actually making content.
And when I say I make content, I was ripping. And guys, this ripping method, I'm going to gateep it. I'm going to be straight honest because it's so OP. It's so OP. this ripping method. Nobody in this space knows about it except for me and one friend or one student I teach and another friend of mine which used to run the same product but he couldn't compete me compete with me because I had you know good accounts. Yeah, my accounts was better than his.
And how I went viral consistently with this product is by split testing. Something worked with a video. I take that video. I change the text hook. I slap it on. Post it. Boom. Viral video. That went viral. I take it again. Change the sound. Boom. Post it. Viral. >> Nothing crazy, right? something we all do. But there is things you have to analyze and think about. Why did this vi video go viral? Was it a text hook? Was it engaging?
Was it visual hook good? What was good in this video? You have to analyze it and implement it to the next video that you are going to split test. Because if you split test blindly, you say, "Oh, I look at this video. This went viral. I'm going to change it sound. I don't know what went what like did good with this video. I just change the sound and you change it. Nothing happens. 2K views. You have to think and analyze your videos before you split test them.
Because when people say split testing, you are not split testing blindly. You're split testing on what currently works. You by analyzing it, by checking the video. And one great thing you can do, check the comments. If one video went viral, it's for a reason. And you can find out why it went viral in the comments. That's people talk about about a certain topic that is about the video. That means that's why it went viral.
So check the comments and try to make an analysis that you can include in the next video that you are going to create. That's what made me going go viral consistently almost every single day. And at that time when I started running this product, I mostly went viral on YouTube guys. YouTube Yes, we all underestimate YouTube. We all over down look on YouTube. Oh, YouTube is no childish. It's for kids. Yes, it's for kids, of course.
But this product was suitable to the market. That's why it printed on YouTube. I haven't really checked my overall revenue on this product because I don't really check revenue anymore. I check only, you know, monthly. But I believe it was like 120k in total for the past 3 months, four months something. [snorts] But it's just it's just something light work you know. So in the beginning YouTube printed I believe I made in total on YouTube 80k and 30k was half half Instagram and Tik Tok and those started picking up like a month ago.
That being said, many of y'all have have been waiting for this moment. Who's the Mr. Guy who leaked my products? If and if I catch him, if I catch him, bro, in real life, if I catch him, Mr. Kane leaked my product on the case study. And probably many of y'all have seen this. probably he just leaked it casually. But the thing is at that moment I wasn't printing with that product specifically. I was just I just made a couple hundred.
Then it started picking up, you know, picking up. But I'm really grateful for everything that happened. Even though you guys saw that I was kind of making money with that product, nobody hopped on it just because it's low per mill. And bear in mind, this product is low per mill. Is around like 500 600 per mill, sometimes 1,000 per mill. It depends on the video and the concepts. There's so many factors to it. But it's printed.
It doesn't matter. If something is 200 per mill, but every video you post, you get 10 million views. What happened now? 2,000. every video you post. And that compounds over time. If you post one video or videos consistently every day and they get over 1 million views and it's a $200 per mill product, it is worth it. It's still money. You're going to make money by posting videos that go viral automatically. So, don't overlook.
Don't say, "Oh, this is high per mill. I'm going to run this, but this is low per mill. I can't run this. It's not for me. I'm I'm better than this. You should look at what's working, not only by the per mill, but rather about the intrinsic virality. That is what made me this 120k, which is nothing. All right, I want to wrap up this video here. Before I go, I want to tell you that you should not run only Hypermill products.
They are good. Of course, hypermill products are good if you can go viral. But if you can't go viral, what's the point of running high per millill products like people push low permill products is something that you should utilize. It's something that will make you thousands of dollars like it has done for me and not thousands but hundreds of other people, hundreds of other organic drop shippers. That being said, I'll see y'all on the next
