Brands that are dominating e-commerce right now all know that having a UGC creator army to create thousands of pieces of content for your brand is one of the most valuable ways to scale. The problem though is that even though you have hundreds of creators, 80% of them still make poor content. So in this video, I'll show you how to train your creators so every video goes viral and generates sales for your brand. I do this with tons of others, even starting brands to being able to do million-dollar months with a strategy like this. So I'm going to walk you through that

So I'm going to walk you through that exact structure right now. If you are running a meta creator program where you're onboarding creators, having them make videos so that way you can run paid collab ads, or you have a TikTok shop and you're onboarding creators and you find yourself in a position where all of the videos they're making are just not converting or getting views, this is the exact strategy you need to deploy to be able to solve that.
So in order to actually fix this, we're going to start using a new workflow. Right now, you're inviting creators. But what we're going to do and attached to this workflow is whenever you send out your sample, we're actually going to give them a script from our winning videos that have been proven time and time and again to convert because we want them to model a proven video. It is 10 times better for a creator to make money if they already have a proven formula.
We're literally giving them the key to success and all they have to do is just do exactly what we recommend and they're going to make more money. It's as simple as that. And we're going to design a community so that way we can train these creators live on Zoom calls every week showing them what videos to make based off of the data that's working so they can make more money and you can too. Creators are going to love this because it's a layup for them.
You're literally doing all the work for them so that way all they have to do is just film it exactly as is and you're going to start seeing your creators generating way more money and your brand is going to take off leveraging this strategy. So in order to do this, it's very simple. What we're going to do is we're going to tell our creators that this video gets views and sales and they need to model it. And you're going to take your top performing videos and have them replicate them exactly, not partially, exactly.
And if they do this, they are way more likely to make 2K to 20K commissions following this structure. And if they just follow the steps, and if you want to make a lot of money from what's already proven, then you just need to do this. We're literally going to tell the creators those exact things. So, here's how the flow works. We're going to have them model the exact video. And this is an example from a TikTok shop brand.
This video did 12.4 million views and 100K in sales, and this creator would have generated roughly 20K in commissions. Here's the exact video. >> You guys see this little piece of insulator here? Well, this is tape, okay? And this tape right here helped lower the temperature in my front room by 7°. As you can see, I put this stuff all the way around the border of my doors to help block that hot air from coming inside during the summertime, and it works so well.
This is called a windproof sealing strip. It's super cheap. It was super easy to apply. That little white strip there, that's the sticky part. It sticks right onto the door, and then that little insulating part >> So, we take this exact video that's already generated a ton of sales and views. We send it to the creators and we tell them, "Here's the steps. Watch the winning video we just gave you. Your goal is to study it, film it, and visually match it exactly." Step two is you're actually going to recreate that video with the same hook, structure, and concept.
Don't reinvent it. Model it exactly. Step three, you're just going to post your version, and then step number four is as simple as making money. You'll drive sales, you'll earn your commission, who model this video make way more than creators who don't. And here's the example of creators who modeled the video exactly. Creator one did 10 million views, 79K in sales, 15K commission. Creator two, who modeled it, 28 million views, 100K in sales, 20K commission.
Creator three, 3.6 million views, 20K in sales, and 2K commissions. And you are going to share this data with your creators and tell them like everyone who's modeling this is straight-up just generating a ton of cells and views by doing this. So here's the video that was modeled. >> is what's letting all the bugs into my house. I mean, you can literally see the sun. That's probably also why my AC bill is so high. So I bought some of this to fix that.
And now look at the difference between having it and not. So now it'll keep out that hot weather and >> That's video one. >> strip right here, it's actually a door seal. Just this one strip has made the temperature in my living room way more stable. Look, I lined it all around the edge >> That's video two. >> Not because it helps seal the gaps around my door in under 10 minutes. Not because it helps keep that hot muggy air from getting in and keeps my AC air where it belong. >> All right, so we have the creators modeling the video.
Now let's just understand why this video works in the first place. So in order to structure video that is converting based off of what's already been proven, we have to understand the science behind the video. The very first part of the video, frame by frame, opens with the problem. So you call out the exact problem. You show the exact visual and this is what you're telling creators. Open the door. Show the issue. There's a gap in the door.
Bugs can get through. It can be why your home is leaking air. It can cause your AC to always be running. That is the hook that we're leading with. One person led with the bug hook, another person's leading with the thermostat dropping from 90 to 77 because there's no more air leaking. Another person is showing how their house is no longer getting freezing whenever it's in the winter. After they highlight the exact problem, they demonstrate the product for how it works by actually showing the visual, the solution of how it blocks the air so that way they can have a more comfortable living space and now bugs aren't coming in and there's no issues with the AC constantly running.
And then the problem again, which is just re-highlighting the exact use case, the product and how you solve it, and finally the exact result at the very end. That is the structure of the video. You provide them the exact script of the video as well. And then you're going to give them the exact script, which is the script from the winning video, so that way they can understand the exact layout. And if they want to model the script exactly, perfect.
They just need to have the right hooks. So, the hooks are "This dropped the temperature in my room from 97 to 77." Other hook, "I finally figured out why my AC has been running non-stop. The problem is related to temperature." "If your AC is constantly running, check your doors." People don't realize this is the issue, so there's mass appeal. "This tiny piece of tape fixed one of my biggest problems in my house." It's very important they model these hooks exactly in order for the video to be able to perform.
So, you're giving them the framework. You're showing them the visuals to model exactly how long the video is frame by frame, the exact winning script, and the framework of the video from the hook, the product intro, the problem, the solution, the proof, and the CTA. And then we're providing them the data, so that way they can understand this. The data is when you model the video exactly, it works, not partially, when you model it exactly.
And this is what happens when creators model the top 50 videos. This is the top 50 creators who modeled it exactly. The door gap reveal, which I just showed you. There's a door gap, and then you're revealing what the problem is and the solution to that. The average creator who modeled it exactly averages 5 million views. That's absolutely insane to think about. giving your creators the best chance to win by doing this.
Their average sales, $23,000 they average per video. The median sales, $18,000 average units that were sold through this. And then the GPM per video, it's absolutely insane. And the door gap in the flame draft test, where we actually show the gap or show the air draft, those are the videos that perform best. People who did the installs that model does exactly did very well as well. We have other winning formats that are proven.
We can have creators model all of our top formats. But, here's what happens when they don't model it exactly. If they do not go frame-by-frame, if they do not follow the exact video framework and use the hooks that we mentioned, if they do not understand the script exactly, it will not work. Because when you partially model a video, and let me show you what partially means, the text on this video, we did not say do drop shadows on the video.
Not only that, but listen to the audio for what they say. >> Whoever made this deserves a massive raise. No cap. Back in 1940, folks were literally draping wool blankets >> This person visually matched the video, but they did not match the script or the hook. What did we say for the hook? This dropped the temperature in my room from 97 to 77. We gave them multiple hooks. They did not use that. They opened with, "Whoever made this deserves a raise back in 19 whatever." Like, that's not the hook.
Even though they visually matched it, the video just didn't perform. It got no views and sales because they did not model the video exactly. You cannot partially do this. You have to do it exactly. >> If you asked your husband to replace a door 6 months ago and he still hasn't done it, just fix it >> This doesn't call out the problem. The problem in people's lives is not that their husband didn't replace the door. That is not a specific problem.
We don't know truly what the problem is in this hook. The problem is is the temperature. We tell the creators it is the temperature, right? That is the winning hook that we already have identified for them. If you do not use that, you're setting yourself up for failure. So, you need your creators to understand we have the exact framework, we have the exact scenes and visuals. Some of these people will go and model it and get all the visuals right, but they'll miss the entire script.
It has to be exact. Let's look at another example of somebody who did not do it exactly. BOBALOO BOB BOB THEY USE MUSIC. They didn't use a voiceover. You have to show the creators exactly how to model the video. The The who did model it exactly generated all the cells. So, once your creators begin to understand, in order to generate cells and make more money, all you have to do is follow this exact framework. We give them the structure of the visuals.
They'll match that. We give them the exact script to say. You can use the script exactly, or you can interchange it with one of these hooks that are already proven to convert. Same thing here. We give them the exact framework, so that way they can inner swap whichever piece they want that is fine, but this is what is proven to convert. All this other stuff, they visually matched it, but they didn't do the voiceover, they didn't follow the script, they didn't use the exact hook.
It does not work that way. If you tell your creators this, they will begin to understand. And if you come from a place of, "Hey, here's how y'all can make more money. Follow the video exactly, you're going to make more money doing this. Don't create your own video." The expectation is is we did all the work for you. All you have to do is film it exactly this way, and we promise you, you're going to make more money. Creators will begin to start getting tons of sales.
They will love it, and every time you have a winning video, you just run them through that every single week on a call. Every week is a different video that's proven to work with this exact structure. You show them the data, you show them what's not working, what it looks like to model it exactly, you give them the framework, the script, the visuals, the video example, and show use cases of other creators who did it exactly and made money.
If you do this, you will see a dramatic lift in your performance with all of your creators. It is a night and day performance lift. Now that you have an army of super creators that can give you stellar results, you still need other formats other than just UGC in order to scale. That's exactly why I made this video on what creative strategy we use to run in order to do that. I'll see you in that next video momentarily.
