Hey guys, it's a beautiful Friday, and in today's video, we have a new case study with the one and only Ahmed. We're going to show you guys today and talk about how he hits multiple 10k days working with me. To kickstart the video, if you give us an introduction, how old you are, what your name is, and where you're from. >> So, my name is Ahmed. I'm 21, and I'm from Egypt. And yeah, like I've worked with Omar for uh as a creator, and we made a lot of money together. >> And before diving deep into how we managed to hit multiple 10k days, take us back how you actually started.
What were you doing before you actually started organic drop shipping? >> So, I've been in the space for like uh in May 2025, but like this was before AI, so it was all filming. And I tried filming, but it wasn't my thing. Like uh fixing the aesthetics and like uh the putting your hands like this and that. Like I didn't like it. So, like I quit organic, but then after like I was I was familiar with the AI space, and I knew people were doing crazy stuff with videos and images.
So, once I knew like people are using it in organic, I came right back and like hit a crazy amount right away. >> I see. You just jumped into the flow directly. >> Yeah, cuz it's like AI is way easier cuz you like you can fix the aesthetics, the backgrounds, everything you can do it to your liking. So, that's what I like about AI. When I worked with you, you like you helped me, guided me through the things to do, things not to do, which eventually like carried over to next products when I worked when I did it alone, you know. >> Mhm. 100%.
And we if we take it even more back before you did drop shipping at all, what were you doing before that? >> Uh like I was just into video games, football, and like other stuff. Like I was I wasn't really into the money-making space. Like organic drop shipping was my first business model to actually like fully do it. >> Mhm. >> But yeah, like I wasn't really into the online money space. >> I see. So, out of all of the business models you've seen out there, crypto, trading, why did you choose specifically dropshipping or specifically organic dropshipping? >> So, like when I first started, it was like appealing cuz I was broke as [ __ ] And I wanted like I didn't have money for ads or like So, like the idea of just going viral with your like getting sales from views, like your only traffic is virality, it sounded nice, like but like uh it didn't really like uh click until I got my first sale.
Like this [ __ ] actually works, you know? >> Mhm. Mhm. And talking about the first sale, when did you get your first ever sale? Did it take months, a year? >> It took like like 2 months. >> 2 months into the game. If we talk about the feeling, how did you feel when you got that first sale? >> That dopamine hit hit me like crazy, like uh you know, like this [ __ ] actually works. And like I made money while sleeping cuz I woke up to a sale, so this was crazy, like getting money in my sleep.
And obviously like cuz I I live in Egypt, so the currency is like a sale goes a long way here. >> Yeah. >> actually making money like it's hell of money here. >> Yeah, 100%. If you bring USD to Egypt, you're going to you're going to live like a king, basically. >> Yeah, like 20K is like a mill, so yeah. >> That's a mad That's mad. Would you say that the first sale felt better than anything big you've hit? >> Nah, like cuz cuz in my situation, like when I did it, I stopped for a while, like 6 months.
So, when I came back, like I worked with on another problem, made some money, but then when I made big money, like [ __ ] Like once it hit the bank account, [ __ ] that. >> I see. >> This [ __ ] This [ __ ] is real, yeah. Cuz I made like more than someone's yearly salary here in Egypt, so it's crazy. And like uh 2 weeks, so this money is not real. >> That's mad. That's mad. >> Yeah, yeah. >> Like imagine how much 10K in in one single day compared to the average Egyptian monthly salary is.
In one day >> like the money This is money that people make in a year. Like if they work 12 months a year, they make 50K a month, like nothing, bro. >> Yeah, yeah. >> I made it in a day, so like the concept of money right now for me is [ __ ] >> Yeah. >> I can't see myself working a 9-5. >> You can't see yourself putting the fries in the bag and oh, customer >> no, no. >> We're not specifically saying a 9-5 is bad, but we're we're we're saying it's not for us. >> Yeah, yeah, cuz like if you if you actually invest time in like as I said, like it took me like a year and 2 months to see actual results.
But like uh like if you put the time in and they doing what you're doing, it's eventually going to come. Like if you were running uh 22 products, your 21st product could be like the 50K per month product, you know. >> 100% >> This is my only advice for people, like don't quit. Cuz I tried to quit and go into other business models, but came back to organic cuz I spent the most time studying it and have have the most knowledge.
So when I actually put my head down and work work >> 100% >> that's not the deal. >> So Ahmed here, one thing he's good at, I've noticed by him being and working with me, is that he gets back on his feet, no matter what. If he fell once, if he maybe didn't post for 1 day, he gets back on his feet, no matter what. He does it anyway. >> not >> going to lie, you helped me cuz I didn't have this work ethic of doing like like I wasn't used to making six, seven videos a day, you know, I was lacking a bit.
But working with you like it made me like uh improve the work ethic, you know? >> Yeah. >> And it carried over to like like now six videos a day is nothing for me. I can do that like, you know, don't feel like it uh took time. So yeah, I'm grateful, bro. >> Yeah. >> Cuz this guy this guy always he's always on my ass texting me like do this, do that. And like when I send him a video of 0.2 seconds, do this, do that, change this, and the twerk like we made a lot of money.
Like if I could we we messed up. Cuz I was I was actually talking to someone yesterday about it. This was This was IG in like a week. >> Mhm. >> 20 million views. >> 20 million in 1 week? >> Also the Facebook 30 million views in >> Facebook, 30 million views. >> Yeah. >> In 28 days. >> Yeah, but but actually it was like 2 weeks. >> We absolutely blew this to the moon and this product went crazy. Crazily viral and it's for a reason.
It's because a product we brought to the market, it was ran by somebody else but he hasn't really went crazily viral yet and we brought other concepts and proven things that worked and applied it and boom, as we see, 30 million views on Facebook and it was I believe 40 million on Instagram. >> No, no, 20 19.5 million. >> 19.5. And if we dive deeper now, how or why do you think we managed to hit these big days? >> Cuz like when people used to niche down, you know, like do two stuff niche down you would get sales, you convert better but like your your target total addressable market is small as [ __ ] With this product, It was hell of viral that like you can get easily 10 million views and it was also a seasonal product so we were able to like we hit all the right boxes like checked all the right boxes.
So when we went viral like even if it's low converting we were getting hella clicks and hella eyes on the product which actually turned it to lots of money. >> Yeah, you said low converting. How much does this product convert per mil? >> We're doing like 6,000 people click on the website. And like maybe 200 buy. >> So for this for this product guys it was 400 between 400 and 500 per mil. And as you guys see it doesn't matter what the per mil says.
If it goes viral it goes viral. You can take advantage of other factors instead of only okay I'm going to run a 3K per mil product. No, you can run a 500 per mil product even 300 per mil product and if it goes viral consistently it doesn't even matter anymore. You just post videos spam spam spam and you're making money. The money is coming in and that's exactly how Ahmed hit multiple 10K days. And if we go to the juicy stuff now revealing the dashboard. >> There's a 6K day, 5K day, another 6K day, 2.2K day. >> I can just attach the screenshots of the the stores directly.
And coming into what's the number one thing you've learned by working with me? >> Always be intentional you know like if you do something know why are you doing it. For example like we had a winning hook of X Y X Y and Z that had X Y and Z. So if we change the Z and make it something else we have to keep track what happened you know why we did that. What like split testing is important as [ __ ] cuz we like had several ideas going not going viral at once like maybe get 100K views but after change tweaking something small, we 10 million views.
Always know what you're changing, why you're changing it. And back to the basics, like sometimes the basics is all you need. Don't overthink stuff. >> Yeah, you're right. Guys, if you change something, you try to split test a viral video, you need to pay attention of what's happening. You split tested it for a reason, to check if it's going to perform. But if you just split test it and go on about your day and find new concepts and just only do new concepts, why did you split test it from the beginning?
There's no point. If you're going to split test it, check the data. If it worked, now split test it again, and potentially you're going to go viral. That's exactly why we went viral consistently, like every other day, basically. >> Also, like like what once we found the audio that is winning for this product, we spam the [ __ ] out of it. We like all the videos we came using this audio. Once we find the winning text, all right, let's keep it for some videos.
Once we found like a winning avatar, like or a winning movement in the avatar, like someone laughing or pointing or doing X, Y, and Z, we spammed it. Like it's all about finding what's worked and scaling, doing what what's what you did several times. >> Precisely. >> Repeat what you did. >> Precisely. And to end up the video for the beginners out there or maybe people who've already started, they've been in the game for a while, and haven't seen results yet.
What's the number one advice you would give them? >> Patient Be patient and consistent. This is all I'm going to say. Cuz you never know when it's going to happen, like And also, don't compare yourself, cuz I used to do this, open the a Discord channel, see the wins, like say, "Why this is not me?" Focus on your inputs, like like don't focus on the dashboard, focus on what's getting you the dashboard. If it's doing certain amount of videos, do that.
You know, cuz in in the end of the day, all you want is to get views, get eyeballs on the product. How are you going to get views? By posting more. So, post more. Be patient and consistent. That's all I'm going to say. >> Beautiful. >> [laughter]
