50 Noobs VS 1 Pro Developer Make a Roblox GAME transcript

today I have 50 new developers and one pro developer hi that's me and for the next hour we're going to be competing to see who can make the best game who's going to win quality or quantity let's go find out who's ready to start all right you guys s pretty ready let me open real quick joking yo break from the ads everybody everybody everybody listen listen everybody listen all right guys I'm you guys have 1 hour to make the best game all timer starting the timer starting right now all right so we're in studio now and I have a game idea I'm going to go with a horror round based game I haven't fully thought this through but we'll figure it out there's going to be one monster and you basically want to get as close to this monster as you can without getting too close cuz he'll like randomly attack and like he'll like be like sleeping and then he'll like randomly attack if you get too close or something I don't know that sounds terrifying and whoever gets the most points at the end of the round wins if that makes any sense you'll find out we'll figure it out I I'm hyped for this idea everyone just delet face stop deleting stuff so the timer is already started so what we're going to want to do first is get a monster model here cuz I'm not a modeler I'm just a scriptor but clearly I'm a pro oh this is sound effects what am I doing a true Pro would know his way around the toolbox um um all right we got to pick something quick we're on a time crunch here I need something simple what look at this guy look at this scary fella here we'll name him that we'll name him scary fella come here Buster okay wait wait no wa we need to make an hob or something we need wait let's make a horror game horror game uh first off I'm going to start off by making the round system so let's get start on that even me Bron oh my God please work oh sick all right as you can see here the closer you get to him the more points you get as you go farther away you less uh sprinting how many points you get beautiful but our guy here he he can't do anything about it so we're going to make it so he can he can attack you back all right and then you can see when there's an intermission it stops perfect who crashed the game who crashed the game get Mye in here seriously never going to make anything if you keep deleting everything we should so the noobs were having a lot of issues turns out if you put 50 kids in a voice call at the same time nobody is able to communicate at all shock but their biggest issue is that a few people were griefing and deleting things and causing a whole load of chaos and arguing and honestly nothing productive at all they're going to have to fix that if they want any chance of winning because I was lowkey cooking up my own game you know slowly but surely all right this will work ready [Music] ready he doesn't walk he just teleports get away from me get away oh yes oh yes all right I know it's like choppy but it's not he like he's supposed to move choppy so it's it's it's gone it's gone it's gone my way or the way I got an idea I got an idea okay I got an idea look if it's this long maybe we could do like you start at one side and you need to go to the other side of the map yes I'm I'm make all right I'm going do the coding I'm do the that hold it in I did the leader set all right I survived oh my gosh there we go I should have said that deleted all righty so now we have to animate this guy I am not an animator at all and I don't know what I'm doing here we go okay see like I I don't know what I'm doing cuz I'm not an animator kind of want to make him just like spaz out yeah something like that and then oh that's just beautiful okay this is kind of okay it's kind of it's kind of like horribly horribly good it's not good tell me this is not terrifying uh okay okay this is all we can even do because I don't have any time to do anything else I'm really starting to feel this this timer now all right I've never been happier with an animation in my life um let's code [Music] them all right so I did some things now the monster will randomly attack and I added a dash ability when you click e it basically just flings you away from the monster in the opposite direction and so now you want to get as close as you can to the monster to get more points and when he attacks you got to press e as fast as you can to dash away from him and Dodge him and yeah that's the game play uh it's not the prettiest thing in the world but again I only have 1 hour so come me some slack we should or or or [Music] or all right now I think it's just time to make the game pretty I'm going to display how much points you have the intermission everything I have 15 minutes left and we're just going to cook um I'm going to make a map scary dark I'm going to add some sound effects let's get to work why are there so many scripts in workpace I don't know that's what I'm asking why why there there's four differentt you saw that right me and you were writing bloody leaders that script and and someone just deleted also me yeah me too I was doing the same thing too my god with only 15 minutes left the noobs were having a lot of issues but that's exactly when a friend of mine joined their team drain honestly the biggest development Noob I know and an admin in my server which made him perfect to lead the 50 noobs and hopefully turn their luck around he kicked a bunch of kids who were griefing and created a stage to lead his army on oh and cash and actual Dev also joined just to get them on the right direction so Jane you're the leader of the noobs right yeah um it's not going so well so far yeah it's pretty chaotic I think uh all right guys I know they've been kicked to the ground over and over but we can't back down now like I we we can't lose this kid zionic like we can't if we lose them you guys should always quit like scripting in general and in building in general we're just going to spam a bunch of horror themed free mods okay yes yes if your computer can run the game you win yes oh like lagging simulator what yes lagging simulator lagging simulator this is the best game ever yes good good more more free models more free [Music] possible to ever you guys just made too big of a game they're that good yeah Roblox couldn't handle it yeah so after another 10 minutes of trying nobody was able to make it into the game somehow they just managed to break roblocks I guess but anyways now it's time to go take a look at what I was able to make in an hour hopefully it loads all right here's the scary fella as you can see we got some nice lighting and a little UI oh yep see once we get close enough it starts giving us points we got to get nice and close and if I click e see it dashes me away that's looking tough kind of okay see he runs after me randomly yo it scared [Applause] me look at his face bro and the noise that it makes every time I added that nice little ah bro my reaction time is actually trash oh he is going off
