I've generated over 7.8 billion dollars in sales across a thousand different niches and each one of these a hundred and eight plaques littered across my office represent a millionaire that I've created and they all run the very same playbook. Okay, so this thing rips and it is my secret selling system. I have used this thing in countless of industries to literally wipe the floor with the competition. So first step in the system is to use what I call a high value content offer which is basically a piece of high value content that we give away and we make an offer for in exchange for a prospect's contact details.
And it is completely designed to get people to raise their hand in a sea of people and say, "Hey, I am interested in what it is that you've got." And this is the very first offer that you are ever going to make a prospect and that's why I call it a high value content offer. It is not just giving someone a shitty little opt-in to opt-in for. We are making an offer to them that should be so irresistible but they can't help but give us their contact details so we can get them on the phone.
In my own agency, we actually guarantee to beat any other agency and marketer by 30% or we simply don't get paid. And so that means that I go head-to-head with literally the best teams, the best marketers in the world on a daily basis and there is a very good reason why I'm running this funnel. It's not a new shiny novel sexy funnel and that is the point. It is grounded in fundamentals and advanced people always do the fundamentals but they just do them ex- ceptionally well.
Which brings us to step number two. So what is a high value content offer and how is it different from a shitty lead magnet? Well, let me break it down. Well, typically a lead magnet is like a five-page promotional brochure about a company. So where a high value content offer completely separates itself from that is that we want to be giving away something that our [music] competitors would be happily charging for. It could be a swipe file or a cheat sheet.
And then what you want to do is on the last page of that report is you want to make a strong offer for them to book in a call with your team. Ideally, it should be something that is visual, so you can jump on Zoom or you can do it in person depending on how your business is set up. It should be like, "If you enjoyed this information, we are extending another offer for you to get even more value through this audit process." [music] And if you're still on the fence, so you're wondering why like, "Why do these things work better, Sabri?
Why are you talking about this system?" Well, let's just knock them down one by one. So, the first thing is human beings are dopamine-seeking machines. All we're looking for is that quick hit of dopamine. And because they've got a mental image in their mind of what they're getting [music] when they give you their contact details, the cost per lead on these things are impossible to beat. Here's how to go away from this video immediately and develop one for your business that absolutely [music] rips and pulls its head off.
First thing that most people do when they're designing them, they keep them very very vague. I'm not out here being like, "Here are five ways to grow your business." That is absolute snooze fest material. For instance, in my latest funnel, my $7.8 billion meta ads playbook, I'm showing you specifically how to go from $100 a day to $100,000 a day. That is targeted to a very specific individual. And the reason that this works better than anything else in the market is because it's giving your prospects results [music] in advance.
In a day and age where prospects have never ever been more skeptical, it doesn't matter what you say in your ads. They simply don't believe you. So, what we do is we treat every prospect as if they were a paying customer before they even get the chance to buy from you. [music] Here's how most people screw these things up. They do one of two things. The first thing that they'll do is they just make it a five-page promotional piece about their business.
[music] Now, the second thing that they do is they're like, "I am going to put together my magnum opus. This is going to be the best thing I've ever put together." And then they put together like a 298-page PDF, which is just like incredibly dense and no one ever gets through. You want to make this thing 20 to 70 pages and it has to have a lots of images, very easy to consume. But this is all the basic level. What does this game look like when you play it on nightmare mode?
Well, this is where you have multiple high-value content offers that you are deploying in every single service vertical that it is that you operate. Just like this next company that I'm about to show you their funnel and how they scaled this thing to billions [music] of dollars in revenue. Let's go check it out. So, you might be thinking, "Hey, Sabri, this sounds too simple to print." Well, check these guys out. They are absolutely printing with this funnel.
[music] Fisher Investments. So, if we come across to their ads library, they've got Germany here, DE, then they've got America. And so, if we look at their ads, click on any one of their ads, let's click on this one, we'll click on this bad boy, too. What you can see here is that they are running different opt-ins for all of these bad boys, right? The definitive guide to retirement income, then you click on this, your ultimate resource on retirement income.
Then they've got a phone number, obviously the country, get the guide. While everyone else is out here getting all distracted with the latest AI chatbots, these guys are running the fundamentals and have over 300 billion dollars in management from doing so. And you might be thinking, "Oh, Sabri, but that's just under management. Like how big are these guys?" Well, first of all, they have 12,000 employees and their own individual revenue is estimated to be between 5 and [music] 7 billion dollars.
They are targeting people who are specifically looking to retire. And because they're being so intentional with who they bring into their funnel, they know that all of these people are pretty much going to be qualified. And the lesson here is that you don't need to have the craziest ads and all of this crazy stuff if you follow the fundamentals and you just do them very, very well. take [music] for instance my new funnel, right?
Which again is a high value content offer. It's following the fundamentals that you can see here, right? It ain't nothing new on here. But, there are a lot of like little ninja nuances here. The moment that you start running all these hyper complex funnels, when you start putting them in front of the gale force winds of cold traffic, and you're stacking multiple traffic channels on there, it becomes so complex, even the attribution of those things, that you don't know what's working and what's not.
And then, you end up being your own biggest enemy, and you can never ever scale. And that's why the clients that I have personally seen that scale the hardest and the fastest are the ones [music] that have basic funnels. Which brings us to the next step. Step four, the actual landing page that is going to sell the opt-in for us. So, the last thing that you want to do is with your high value content offer is to have the title just mirror what the headline says.
They want to expand out on one another. And so, the other thing that you can see here is visually in your mind, you can see that you're going to get a report. It's got a designed front cover on there. [music] They're giving you a sneak peek into the pages behind it. And they've even put the map of North America behind it, just in case you were confused as to who this was specifically for. In addition to that, they've got the American flag up here, also with a phone number as well.
Then, the sub headline, you can learn to generate income from comfortable retirement with a definitive guide to retirement income, which is exactly what this audience wants. A little bit of a testimonial and what not, and nothing else. Then, [music] we have one last ending line, which is join the millions of investors worldwide who have requested our guides. A nice little bit of sprinkling in of social proof. They understand their target demographic very very well.
They're speaking to an older audience who probably don't want to read a lot of information on a landing page, or don't want to over the top sensational copy. So, they kept it very, very simple and very, very basic. For instance, with my market, it's a little bit of a different play here, right? They're definitely more jaded, more skeptical, definitely a little bit younger. So, I need to do a little bit more selling on the front end in order to get somebody to opt-in.
Free report reveals how to scale Meta ads to $100,000 a day. We've got social proof on here, big bold headline, subheadline, a super high-fidelity mocked-up free report with hints into the pages. And then we've got a bit more longer-form copy, social proof, ads, a little bit more visual, right? This is my audience. And so, you want to figure out what it is that your market wants and just give it to them in a simple way.
So, instead of giving a free report away, you're giving away video training. And in order to watch the video training, you click to watch it and you have to pop in and put your details. I'm still a little bit biased towards going for a free report as I have personally seen these things suck in leads at far cheaper than any type of funnel. If your market is no one's doing free reports, then I'm typically going to say that's the path that you want to go down.
However, if for some weird anomaly that everyone's running free reports, then you should probably do an on-demand training. Basically, do whatever it is that you need to do to stand out from what all your competitors are doing. This brings us to step number five, which is to fill the funnel with as many leads as we possibly can. When we're looking at Fisher Investments, as you can see here, most of them are static ads.
So, by the time that someone uses AI or using a video editor to kind of edit a video, I could probably generate 300 static ads and find my way quicker to the bull's-eye and iterate a whole lot quicker. So, we get this huge amount of volume in them. The second thing is also, we get cheaper CPMs. So, good old Lord Zuck, he knows that there is only so many video ads that he can show to a user per session. If somebody watches one video ad and it goes for 1 minute, that's already 1 minute of their usage time on Meta.
But statics, you can fill up the feed with way more statics so that they can show those ads to more users. That means that it costs us less to get in front of those people. We get cheaper CPMs and it costs [music] us less to reach the same audience. So this is an ad that I'm running. As you can see, this doesn't look like an ad. And because it doesn't look like an ad and it looks like native content, the dwell time [music] is higher on it.
The CTR is filthy and the cost per lead is almost illegal. And so this is what absolutely prints. And if you're wondering, how do I produce such an ungodly amount of creatives and pump out hundreds and hundreds of creatives? Well, you can use my platform [music] called getkong.ai. Well, we have a full library of all the proven ads that we have spent over 300 million dollars on ads testing [music] and you can swipe and deploy them for your own market.
You can check out the link in the description below. Let's move on to step number six. All righty. So we've gotten people to actually opt in and give us their contact details. Now this is where the game actually starts. So the first thing that you want to do is immediately after somebody opts in for your high value content offer is you want to use a service like Sendinblue, which is like an iMessage service where you can SMS them immediately within 30 seconds of them downloading that.
And it's all about opening up a dialogue to further qualify that person and get them on the phone. And you want to start with something that's super low-key, all lower caps, it has a little bit of slang in there. It's very, very conversational and being like, "Yo, Sabri. Are you still looking for X?" [music] It needs to be a very easy ask from them that basically further gets them down the funnel and answering questions.
But we are not going to rely on SMS alone and be lazy. We are going to call these people immediately and if they don't pick up, we're going to double dial and we're also going to leave a voicemail and send them an email. It's all avenues. You need to cover them up in a blanket, cuz these prospects are distracted as hell, and you can't rely on just one avenue to get through to them. So, that's the first layer. After somebody downloads our high-value content offer, and gives us their contact details, we are then going to route them to a specific VSL that makes them some kind of offer.
And then that's where you can have an offer that is a little bit more broad. For instance, if we look at the fitness example, and we say your high-value content offer is around getting a six-pack in 91 days, you know that that person is going to be interested in getting [music] in good shape. So, then you would have a VSL that further makes them a very direct [music] offer. One, typically you're going to know that that's going to be a man that you're targeting, and that they have an interest in getting absolutely lean and shredded.
[music] Now, it is very important that you use both of these strategies. If you just rely on the inbound, like, "Sabri, I only want to speak to these super hot prospects." Your customer acquisition cost is typically going to be double than if you added the outbound engine, and started calling those people. And it's often time the busiest big ballers with all the money that don't automatically watch a VSL, and book in a call.
And so, even in my business, the biggest deals that we have ever done came from people that downloaded something, and did not do the next step that we wanted them to, which is to book in a phone call. So, when you're starting out, this is what beginner mode looks like. It is just [music] you. You are manually sending out SMSs yourself. You are following up each lead [music] yourself, outbound calling them, double dialing them, sending them emails manually, all of that stuff.
But this is what nightmare mode looks like when we scale this puppy to over a million dollars a month. So, what you want to do here is to take all of your manual SMS [music] logs, all your emails going back and forth, all of your phone call logs, get them all transcribed, and then you want to basically feed them in to a Claude [music] project. And you build your own chatbot that goes back and forth using AI [music] conversational language to immediately start to sift, sort, and siphon through these prospects and get them to book [music] in calls with your sales team.
And then you are applying conditional logic where you have a drop-down [music] where somebody opts in and you are trying to categorize people based on either a problem or a service that it is that they're looking for. And then it takes them to a custom VSL. So you might have multiple VSLs on the back end that does the job of what a salesperson would do where they make a compelling pitch that is specifically designed to solve that problem that they have.
And because it's so personalized, the conversion rates shoot through the roof. And that's how you dial this thing up to multiple millions of dollars per month. Which brings us to step number seven, the sales call. And here is where nine out of 10 people blow it. What they do is typically just run their same sales process. So instead, what we want to do is the opposite of what everybody else is doing. We do want to call it a strategy session, but we do want to actually deliver value on this call.
We want to find out exactly where the prospect is. What are the solutions that they've tried? What's the pain point that they are trying to solve right now? And where is it that they want to go? Then what we want to do is we want to splinter off a micro part of our offer and we actually want to deliver some value to that person on the call so that we can prove that we can help them by actually [music] helping them. We want to give them some of that deep sauce.
Because you are not selling in a vacuum. Every one of your prospect has been on two to three almost identical calls than what your sales team is offering. Thanks to guys like me. My book came out over six years ago. I had my sales script in there and that thing has been recycled, reused by pretty much everyone on the internet. And because of that, people are very aware of it. When you're selling somebody, you can't just think, "Oh, this is the first sales call [music] that this person's ever jumped on." No, no, no, no, no. 50% of your time should be focused on discovery.
Really intimately understanding exactly where the prospect is, what they have tried in the past, and where it is that they [music] want to go. Then, you should spend the next 20 to 30% of the call basically solving a specific problem live on that call for the prospect. And ideally, for this part of the call where you're demonstrating that you can help somebody, the more visual that it is, the better. If you're a digital agency and you can run through someone's ad account or their funnel and show them what they're doing wrong, that's going to be infinitely better by just telling somebody that their funnel is weak.
Or if you're in the fitness niche, one of the things that my students do that works very, very well is you'll do something like a free blood work analysis. And then you're spending that 20-30% [music] of the call actually going in, what are your free testosterone levels, what are your iron levels, going through all of that stuff, and being like, "Hey, we can help you optimize this. You need to basically do this." So, they can visually see that they actually need help, and they can see what it is that you're prescribing.
It's infinitely more powerful than just saying, "Hey, you should buy my fitness program [music] and get into great shape." And 20% of the call is the pitch. And the pitch is all designed on building the bridge, being like, "This is exactly where you are. This is where you want to go. This is exactly how I can help you get there." So, beginner mode on this funnel looks like this. You've got the people coming in, opting in for your information.
Then, what you're doing is you are calling outbound on those setting them for appointments, and then you're also dealing with [music] your inbound bookings. Because in the beginning, no one's going to be having seven to nine showed booked appointments on their calendar. So, for all the time that you don't have booked appointments or people don't show, you're spending the rest of that time outbounding and booking a call.
Then, what you want to do is keep on scaling ad spend enough to there is more opt-ins coming in than you you physically reach by yourself. Then, you want to start building a team. What that team looks like in the beginning, in my opinion, the best way to start is you should have setter closers. So, you should have people outbound setting their own appointments and then showing up and closing. And then you'll graduate to nightmare mode, which is you have a full team of just dedicated setters and then a full team of dedicated closers.
And it is the exact same system that I have used to create over 108 [music] millionaires. All right, so now you know what this whole system looks like. to actually have to run ads to fill this funnel up with prospects. So, I made this video that teaches you 97% of meta ads in under 19 minutes. Like, subscribe, and I'll see you in the next one.
