This is exactly how I'm implementing AI to be in every single inch [music] of my business. AI is obviously all the rave right now. Everyone's talking about implementing it, using it in their business, and how they're getting more output. What I will say is that nine out of 10 people [music] that you see online talking about AI and how it's revolutionized their business, these people are broke and they're typically selling you a course on AI implementation.
So, I actually run a business. I have a real team. I've got 100 plus full-time employees >> [music] >> in my business. So, I'm not some freelancer that's basically sitting down all by myself trying to have 20 [music] agents with me and not have any employees at all. So, what I'm going to do in this video is just walk you through exactly how I'm implementing it in my business [music] to get the most output. And it's typically the opposite of how most people look at it.
Now, whatever I have observed from having thousands of clients all around the world is when it comes to AI, most people are like, "Hey, can you write me this ad? I want you to act as a Bain or McKinsey consultant. Look at this. Re-look at my employment contracts." Something like that. And it's like they start from zero and then they want AI to take them from where they are to the end point. Now, while you can use AI to do that, right now, that still gets you a very mediocre output.
So, one of the exercises that I do in my business, and I did it just last week, and I'll run you through it right now, and it is something that would have taken me years to basically do before I had AI. So, in my business right now, we've had like the last 2 and 1/2 months that have been low sales months. And so, I've been obviously speaking with my team and trying to get to the bottom of it. Leads are very, very strong.
Super quality, high quality leads coming in. We've had a bit of turnover on sales team. And so, I wanted to basically dig into what is going on. So, what I did is I went into ZoomIQ and well, not me personally, I had my team do it, and pull every single sales recording for the last year and a half in my business that was beyond a certain time limit. And so it pulled out 5,338 sales call that were substantive agency sales call.
So this doesn't include like my high ticket programs or anything like this. This is exclusively just for agency. Then it listened to every single one of those sales calls, right? From the transcript. And I said, "Okay. Now what I want you to do is I want you to act as a sales manager and I want you to rip through all of these sales calls and I want you to rank each and every rep." Then it ranked them on dials, talk time, and put a full trend analysis for all of those things.
And what you can see on the screen >> [clears throat] >> is what it produced for me. The level of detail that it's got on this thing. Like it's got all of the questions, what percentage of the call that they were asked, um which script questions did get asked, script adherence by rep, so ranking all the reps and how how they adhere to this stuff. Um and then it gives me a team scorecard. And breaks through all the different team scorecards.
Um if they went for a one call close, um how did they do on their discovery? Did they ask a commitment? Like on a scale of 1 to 10, how committed are you to solving this problem? Um and then they use the specific close sequence that we use on our calls. Then did they lock down the second call? And how did they end the call? What their talk time percentage is here. You can see here like okay, they talked 52% of the time.
Um they handled, you know, 68% of the objections. Then it will give me like a full month-by-month breakdown of how this trend looks over time. AI's only as good as the context window that it is that you give it. And so effectively, the first thing that I do, I'm running you through how I use this for my sales team. I'm going to show you how I used it in other areas of my business as well. But effectively, you want to give it as much context as possible.
And most people, they understand that, but they don't actually do it because it's quite difficult to do. I'm the guy that can have the big picture of like where the most value would be unlocked by using AI in my business, and then collecting all that data and then going through. I'm not the guy that's going to create all these workflows and automation. And to be honest, I think a lot of the people that are teaching that online are completely broke anyway.
So, just imagine, right? Like I asked my sales manager to physically listen to 117,000 sales calls to then identify the 5,800 that are worth going really, really deep in, and then ranking them and scoring them and doing all of these things. Like this is typically what people would pay these management consultants, like 1 and 1/2, 2 and 1/2, 5 million dollars as a consulting project at Bain, McKinsey, Boston Consulting Group to actually do in their business, where they go in, they create a data room, they pull all of this stuff, then 6 months later they come back to you with your report after spending hours of calls on like Zoom and consulting calls and engagement letters and all this nonsense, right?
This took me like a day to do. It probably took a couple of hours for my team to pull the data for me, and then I went back and forth with this for a day to get all of this data. And, you know, I obviously had a hunch at where where things were going, but you can't get this level of detail from speaking with your team. And realistically, while no one really wants to admit it, it's like if you want anything done properly, you need to do it yourself.
Like all of my billionaire friends, all of my friends that have got companies that are doing hundreds of millions of dollars, it's the same recurring theme. It's the stuff that no one wants to talk about like online and put it in videos like this, where they're like, "Yeah, like, you know, I've got a very great management team, and they just run everything for me." The reality of that happening is actually very, very low.
Does that mean that you need to, you know, do everything yourself and you can't rely on anybody? Absolutely not. I've got some absolute savages in my business that I can rely on, but it's things like this. Like no one's going to sit down and really dig through all of this data to this level of deep analysis for you and come up with this idea. Well, they might, but it's very, very rare. When I catch up with my billionaire buddies and I see the level of detail that they get involved in or I look at, you know, the clients that I've got that are doing tens of billions of dollars in revenue and I hang out with their management team.
Like these people are absolute savages in going from the clouds all the way down to the dust. And the dust is what most entrepreneurs don't want to deal with, but the dust is where the hundreds of millions of dollars are to be made because it's very easy just to be like, "Hey, this is like I shouldn't be This is below me. I shouldn't be getting involved in this level of detail." Why not? Why not, right? And it's typically some belief or identity that the business owner has, but if you look at like stories of Elon, like he will literally find a problem in his business, then he will go and camp out, sleep on the factory floor to find out what that constraint is to get the throughput.
So, it's like if the richest man in the world does it, then why can't you do it? You know, you want to use AI to be able to be in every single inch of your business and it's impossible to do it unless like this would have just been too much of a burdensome time exercise for me to do with AI didn't leverage AI. And so, this gives me a full analysis of trending, where the training was at, what's going on in the meeting rooms, what is the review cadence of calls, what is like the words that are being used, what's the word cloud, the the the recurring themes.
And so, this is just one way to do it in your business. So, I would highly recommend that if you run a sales team to go pull all of your call transcripts and to run the very same process. It will absolutely be enlightening. I am now going to reoccur set this up as a recurring task that happens from my team once I built it out once, so it'll happen in week and it allows me to get like a high-level executive look at what like the pulse of my market, what's being said on sales calls, what's coming up in the economy, like what competitors are being named on sales calls, what are the the the number one things that are stopping people from going back, um what are the number one things that are holding people back from buying, or what are the objections that they're presenting on these calls.
We are living in the most incredible time ever to be a marketer. This is just a way that you can apply it on the sales team. Another exercise that you can do with your e-com business, or if you don't run a sales team, is you can pull all your customer support tickets, right? Same thing. Load them up into a Claude project. That's one context window. Then, you are you basically say, "What are my top five biggest competitors online?" If you're too lazy and you don't know what they are, then you're like, "Okay, cool.
Um I want you to go read all of their Trustpilot reviews, all of their Google My Business listing reviews, all um any review platform basically that exists. What are the reoccurring themes that come up?" Then, you take all of that information, right? And then, you ask Claude, "Hey, can you categorize this into five distinct angles that I could write ads about?" And then, it will write the ads. And like the big thing here is if you just ask AI to write ads for you, it's going to be dog It's going to be complete and utter dog And I can tell you from speaking from experience from working with so many different businesses around all the world, looking at people's ad accounts, and literally auditing them for a living, and then being paid by having to beat those results by a minimum of 30%, otherwise my agency doesn't get paid.
So, I see this I have a very unique vantage point that most people don't have. Even for the guys that are spending like, you know, tens of millions of dollars a month, they're only spending that in their business in their niche. But like, not only do I have thousands of clients, but then in addition to that, like we we speak with tens of thousands of businesses a month. So, I have a very unique vantage point and I can tell you unequivocally that most AI ads are just killing ROAS.
So, instead, when you give it all that context window, then you can basically give it your framework of your winning ads that you're already running in Meta and you can say, "Okay, now take all of these insights and I want you to write me five unique ads based on these angles, but I want you to do it based on this winning ad format." And if you show this ad to 100 people, not one in 100 should be able to tell that it was written by a different copywriter.
Then it will go out and it will write you five different ad angles. Then you can say, "Write me 20 different headlines for all of these ad angles. Here are my top 100 winning headlines from my ad account." Boom. Then, what you do is you run that, you chuck them in a CBO, you let them run, you see which ones are the winners, then which are the ones from the winners from the statics, and if you don't know how to create like a winning static ad, here's a plug, use my platform getkong.ai.
I've got all my winning ad statics in there from spending $300 in ads. You can just swipe and deploy them. You can even jack me and use a 7-day free trial and go create a bunch of ads, right? Um that's how much I want you to win. Then you run them as static ads. Then after you've done that and you find the winning angles, then I want you to basically create a mini two-to-three-minute VSL based on the winning angle and run that as an ad.
Then this is the same process like we've done it for writing ads, then you can do the same process for writing emails, for having an FAQ question on your sales pages, on your landing page based on all the ticket support customer support tickets of like what are the things that people are talking about that aren't appearing on reviews or forums. And you get all this collateral and it just basically results in you being able to be in every single inch of your business everywhere.
And so, I think that what like the interim is going to look like for most businesses is not just replacing entire departments with AI. Um that will obviously come, but it's more so of having like an AI employee on every single team that does all this stuff. Like it just does the stuff that humans are not going to do or it's going to take them like it's going to be a full-time job just to troll and listen to these sales data, right?
Um and even if it's a full-time job, they still can't get to it. It would literally take a month if not years to do that. And so this is the way that I'm thinking about AI in my business. It's about how can I be absolutely across everywhere and micromanage the process. I know that's a dirty word, but it is a word that equates to hundreds of millions of dollars. And it's a way that you can micromanage it and still focus on growing the business because you can leverage AI to get you all of this data.
So, I hope you enjoyed this video. Basically, just take one error in your business that is a constraint or is a the pain point in your business right now. Implement this process. It will like this has been an incredibly eye-opening experience for me. And when I look at the data, like you can see here like where the coaching is landing. Like this kind of stepped in at March um and then boom, it started to to lift immediately.
So, it's just we're living in an incredible time to be an entrepreneur. If you have the creativity to apply AI, do not be lazy. Do not go from zero from a blank page and ask it what to do. Go out there and give it as much context as you possibly can. Um feed it. Have a very, very clear outcome of what it is that you're looking to achieve. And this is the way that you can just go out and explode your business. Um so these kind of raw videos is something that we're experimenting on the channel with.
If you enjoy this, I know I've been getting feedback of like, "Hey, we love this. We love this deep source and not all these fast-paced cuts." It's something that we're trialing out. Let me know in the comments if you guys enjoy this. And if you do enjoy it, what other topics do you want to see me talk about? Wherever you're watching this in the world, stay dangerous, go get them, and I'll see you in the next one.
