The $10 million brand playbook behind Smoochie. They are not relying on one channel or one winning ad. They're building a full creative and conversion machine. Start with Meta. Smoochie is running 350 plus active ads right now. UGC, AI videos, paid partnership ads, product demos, try-ons, reviews, warehouse walk-throughs, features and benefits, and sold-out creatives with discounts and urgency, as well as last chance freebies and special offers. They're even sending some traffic directly to Prime. That strategy is simple. Never rely on one creative format or one reason to buy. What this transcript is
Every word below is the caption track YouTube publishes for this video, pulled from the video itself and reproduced unchanged. It is not Prepublish's writing, not a summary, and not a re-transcription: it is the video's own published captions. English captions, generated automatically by YouTube, in the video’s original language. Source: the video on YouTube.
They're constantly attacking every different angle for customer objections, desires, and stages of their awareness. Then comes the website. Instead of dumping traffic on a generic homepage, many ads go directly to product focused pages. And immediately you're hit with a full-width email pop-up that they're seeing convert around 15 to 17%.
Why? Because even if you don't buy today, they now own the customer relationship that can liquidate that traffic later through email. Then look at the product page. The foundation is immediately price anchored from $59 down to $39 with installment payments directly underneath. They then stack reasons to buy, skin tone adaptation, hides imperfections, 16-hour wear, SPF 15, and it is specifically positioned around the problems of mature skin.
Then they remove the risk, 30-day money-back guarantee. They add an urgency, selling out fast, 89% sold, limited quantities, countdown timer. Scroll down and it keeps selling. Customer testimonials, before-and-after style results, percentage-based proof, and a Smoochie versus others comparison with ingredient education, how to use instructions, and FAQs, as well as free worldwide shipping. Basically, every question that could stop someone from buying is answered directly on the page.
And they increase the AOVs by aggressively pushing bundles across the site with some bundles advertising savings of more than 50%. But the part I'm watching most is TikTok Shop. Smoochie already has crossed 26,000 products sold on TikTok, and they're heavily onboarding creators. Creators make content, TikTok finds the winners, those winners can then be rotated over to Meta, Meta scales them, and the website converts them into a man.
That's the playbook. More creators create more content, more content creates more winning ads, more winning ads creates more traffic, and better CRO turns that traffic into more revenue. Smoochie isn't just scaling ads, they're building a system where creative, creators, paid media, and CRO all feed each other. Comment brand and I'll send you the full funnel we use with our clients just like this.
