The offensive captain is terrorizing competitive pro am but is viable for all game modes park wreck or pro am beware of this ankle breaking deep bombing poster machine that is so op it should not be allowed in NBA 2K26. What is up YouTube? It's your boy cheese here and welcome back to another one of my build videos. You guys have been begging me to drop this one and it is finally here the offensive captain build. Before we get into the builder, I just want to thank you guys if you are watching and supporting the channel.
If you have not, please hit that subscribe button. We are really close to 3K. So let's get that 3K after we post this build video. But again, thank you to everyone who has shown support. I appreciate all of you and with that being said, let's get right into the builder. So for this point point guard offensive captain build, we're obviously going to pick point guard for the position. We're going to pick [music] 6'4" for the height, 178 for the weight, and 6'5" for the wingspan.
Getting into the finishing here, uh so we're going to go with a 78 on the close shot. And then a 75 on the layup. And then a 93 on the driving dunk. Which is very op a 49 on the standing dunk and then a 40 on the post control. So as you can see here, we have a very very high standing dunk. Once we upgrade that vertical later on, we will see that that poster gets increased. But as you can see in some of these clips, the driving dunk is very good especially with how much shooting we have on this build.
And the great thing is you do not need any cap breakers, so you can be dunking right away, catching bodies, and doing crazy posters. Um so, this is very, very good finishing on this offensive captain build just [music] to round out the demigod that it is. For the shooting, we're going to go with an 84 on the mid-range shot, and then a 93 on the [music] three-point. Um this is kind of up to you guys with the free throw.
I go 97 because I play Pro-Am and Rec mainly, but if you don't, you can leave this lower, so totally up to you there. Um as we look at the three-point shot here, right? So, we have a 93, which gives us everything on gold, which is really, really nice. Um I would highly recommend getting this to a 98 um cuz that'll let you get a lot of legendary badges uh for the shooting, uh but again, if you guys are low on cap breakers, this is a pretty good spot for the three-point, uh depending on the game mode that you play, but um overall, uh this has been my main competitive Pro-Am point guard build.
It's very good. We have a 93 driving dunk and a 93 three-point that I cap broke to a 98. Um so, uh you can pull a lot of really crazy shots, especially if you guys have Patty Mills. Um if you don't, I can recommend some other jump shots, but the 6'4 with Patty is very, very OP this year. So, this is what the shooting looks like on the offensive captain. Uh for the pass, we are going to put our pass accuracy to an 85, which is a pretty good spot, but you [music] will see uh some pretty cool cap breakers here.
You can't really find a lot of good cap breaking uh for point guards on the pass, but this build does get them. Um for the ball handle, we're going going this up to a 90, and then for the speed with ball, we're going to put this to an 86. Um so, as you can see, you get Lightning Launch on gold. Um you have the ability to get it to a 91, which will get it to Hall of Fame, or you can keep it at the 86 and max plus two to get the Legend Lightning Launch.
Totally up to you guys. Um but, I will get into the cap breakers more as we get going, but um in these clips, you'll see a lot of uh really elite passes from this build. Um obviously, a lot of ankle breakers and just overall good playmaking, good dribbling, good movement from this offensive captain build. Uh just to kind of um you know, run the offense efficiently and uh you can do some flashy stuff with it, too, which is always fun in 2K, depending on the game mode that you play.
Um but, overall, extremely elite playmaking here on this offensive captain [music] build. For the defense, we got a 37 interior because we are a point guard, a 71 on the perimeter, that's going to get us Challenger, uh 73 on the steal, which [music] is plenty. Um you can get a lot of lane steals with this, I promise. I have shown clips. I will continue to show clips of me playing defense, so uh this is what the defense looks like.
Um if you guys want to add more, you will get good cap breakers here, too, if you want to be more well-rounded on defense. Um I don't really have to play a lot of defense with my team. My teammates take care of the defense, but uh again, totally up to you guys, and you guys will see some good cap breakers here uh because everything else is pretty much in a good spot. Um so, if you want, you can increase the defense here to get it higher up, uh but again, totally up to you guys.
Um offensive rebound, we are not going to touch, and this is going to just go up to a 41 here, and then uh for the speed we have 87 and an 80 agility um and then we are not going to touch the strength because I'm not a big believer in strength. And then we're going to put our vertical up to an 80 here to get that posterizer on gold. And that is the build. >> [music] >> Um as you can see here we got shades of Damian Lillard, Jamal Murray, and Tyrese Maxey.
Um aerial wizard, limitless range, dead eye, free throw, driving dunk, and three points. As you can see there are no big weaknesses to report [music] because it is such a well-rounded build. And uh we will get into the cap breakers uh just to make it an even better [music] uh 6'4 point guard demigod, but um I'm having a lot of fun on this build. Like I said, this offensive captain is what I'm using in my competitive Pro-Am leagues.
Um so I hope you guys like it. I will get into the cap breakers now to show you what uh different routes you can take to cap break this build to tailor it to your play style. All right. So, this is what the cap breakers look like. Um as you uh should have noticed when we did the builder, [music] you don't need anything for driving dunk. We max that out right away, which is very very nice. So, our driving dunk is taken care of.
So, there's one section we don't have to worry about cap breakers at all. Um on to the three pointer, like I said, 93 is a good spot especially if you specialize in shooting because you'll get two extra badges and two extra cap breakers if you want. Um but like I said, I play competitive Pro-Am, so I use a 98. I added five cap breakers here for my version of this build. Um but the 93 is still a very solid spot if you want to put cap breakers elsewhere.
Uh for the pass accuracy, [music] as you can see you only need two cap breakers here um to get this to an 89. 85 is solid, but if you guys want more, you can get [music] this to an 89 with just two cap breakers, and you can get to a 92 with five cap breakers. I would recommend probably getting the ball handle to a 92 >> [music] >> at a minimum, 95 max. Obviously, anywhere in between is good. And then again, with the speed with ball, >> [music] >> the ability to get legend lightning launch is so good, so I would either use a max plus two to get this lightning launch on legend. >> [music] >> I specialize in play making, but I also just threw this on five cap breakers to get to the two a 91, so up to you guys on in that department for play making.
On to the defense, like I said, I am not very involved in the defense outside of a couple rotations, but I just have to make sure I guard my corner. So, I have my challenger, but if you guys are playing park or wreck, and you want some more defense, you get a lot of cap breakers here for defense, which is good. So, if you want to be more of a well-rounded defender, like I think this is still very, very solid defense for a point guard, but again, I don't really play park with this build.
So, if you guys are looking for a park point guard, this [clears throat] could be an option to add more defense here. Um That's pretty much all I would do for the cap breakers, the shooting, the play making, and the defense. But, if you want more agility, you want like 84 agility, you have to use two to get four, which is nice. Same with vertical, you see some good stuff here and strength, so that is what the cap breakers look like.
If you guys have questions on where you should put cap breakers, please feel free to add that in the comments, and I will get back to you guys to help you out there to uh maximize your play style that you're going for with this offensive captain build. Ooh, this is what my badge layout looks like. As you can see, we have just an absolute insane amount of legendary badges for this uh offensive captain build. We have Dead Eye and Aerial Wizard here.
We have that Posterizer on Legend, Dimer on Legend, Shifty Shooter on Legend, uh Slippery Off-Ball we do not have on Legend but Hall of Fame, >> [music] >> uh Limitless Range on Legend, Pogo Stick Hall of Fame, Lightning Launch Legend, and Handles for Days Legend. Um on top of that, we also have the Side Shot Specialist on Legend that we get with the 98 three-pointer. So, um overall a pretty overpowered demigod point guard build.
Um like I said, I specialized in playmaking. I do for all of my point guard builds just because I think playmaking is so important, but um you guys can specialize in whatever you want to be honest with you. It's totally up to you. If you guys have questions on how you should um put your badges or what you should specialize in, I will try to do my best to help maximize your play style. So, uh please feel free to add those comments in and I will get back to you guys the best I can, but uh just an insane amount of legendary badges here.
You don't really see this a whole lot uh with point guard builds. So, uh pretty cool here to be 6'4" and still get all of these legend badges. This is the takeover that I'm running on this build. Uh we have the Deep Bomber, which you can basically shoot the ball from anywhere inside of half court if you're playing fives or if you're playing park, you can shoot from uh literally anywhere. Um and then I went with my pass accuracy and speed with ball.
So, I get a 93 pass accuracy when I'm maxed out and a 99 speed with ball. Um this is what I like just because uh speed with ball and pass kind of uh really rounds me out as a complete guard, especially when I'm playing a very sweaty uh league match or a very good Pro-Am team. Um so feel free to add whatever you want. Another good option would be to uh implement the mid-range in this instead of the pass accuracy if you guys uh add pass acc to your build with shot breakers or if you like uh hunt minis a lot, I think the 84 is good enough for the mid-range, but um I could definitely see if you guys want to get that mid-range higher with this uh takeover.
Here is the beautiful jump shot. I also get a lot of requests for the jump shot that I'm running on this build. Uh we got Patty Mills, Dejounte Murray, and Collin Sexton 50/50. Um I use it on release. If you rhythm shoot, it doesn't matter, but if you button shoot, I would probably recommend putting this on release because it is extremely fast. Um if you guys don't have Patty, I would highly recommend trying out Kyrie Irving or Quentin Grimes.
Those are both uh really solid jump shot bases if you guys have not unlocked Patty yet, but if you have, uh definitely run Patty. It's [music] very hard to contest his jump shot with um the high release that you get and with the quickness um because as you can see, even if I were to go on 105 on the speed, it's still an A+, so uh maxed out speed is pretty insane on this jump shot. So would highly recommend trying this one out.
So I've gotten a lot of requests for uh the animations that I'm running. Right now I have uh De'Aaron Fox pass style on. Ja Morant for the dribble style is the best. I run it on all of my point guard builds. Uh Steph Curry signature size-up, you'll need a 92 [music] uh ball handle for that. D-Book on the breakdown, Kemba escape, Kyrie Irving for the combo moves. I'm a big fan of the De'Aaron Fox crossover, although sometimes you can get bumped out of it, so just be careful with this one, but it's very good if you guys get good at [music] learning when to use it.
Curry slide for the behind-the-back is very good. [music] Penny on the spin, Chris Paul for the hesitation. D-Book on the step-back, and then Kobe for the triple threat. This Steph Curry hop jumper is very, very good to shoot out of or just to use it as a dribble move. >> [music] >> Um The Kyrie spin jumper is also very good. You guys can do a Devin Booker breakdown right into the Kyrie spin, and it's very tough to contest.
And then I use a Pro 2 for the fades, and [music] then Davion Mitchell for my go-to shots. This is what the animations look like that I'm running. You guys are more than welcome to try out anything that you want from me, or if you guys like certain animations yourselves. >> [music] >> I mean, definitely do what feels best for you. I'm just trying to give you guys options of what I use if you guys have seen me in my live streams or in my videos, cuz I've gotten a lot of requests on what animations I'm running.
For the dunk styles that I'm running, I really like two-foot moving dunks all that much, but I did put on the baseline reverses if you guys like doing reverse dunks. And then make sure you put on your contact dunks. We get Pro and small off, too, >> [music] >> which is nice on this build. And then onto the one-foot moving dunks, we have reverses again from the baseline, and then we did uber athletic Tomahawks. Um Kind of like getting LeBron James for small guards, which is cool.
If you guys like the LeBron dunk style, um and then we also get the one foot pro and one foot small on the contact dunks as well. Um For the signature dunks, feel free to use whatever you want. I use Malik Monk. I just think it's like pretty quick. Um and I just like how they look, so uh pretty good dunks from Malik Monk. But again, feel free to try whatever you want. You unlock a lot of uh solid dunk package tier for the signature [music] dunks.
And then for the alley-oops, we have pro, elite, and Malik Monk if you guys want um some cool stuff here on the uh alley-oops. And then again, make sure you guys put on your contact alley-oops, too, for uh again, contact alley-oops, and this will trigger uh contact like put back dunk animation. So, make sure you guys have these on. And that wraps up the offensive captain demi-god point guard build. Like I said, I'm running this build in my leagues.
Um I'm running it in normal ranked Pro-Am. It's just a very fun build. It's very well rounded. Uh I can do just about anything I want. Um and I can run a smooth and efficient offense uh for my teammates to get them open as well as get open myself with the uh crazy contact dunks, the limitless range shooting, and the ankle breakers. Uh just very, very fun build. So, I hope you guys like what you saw here today. Like I said, I got a lot of requests to drop this build.
Uh sorry for the slight delay. I was in the works editing it. Um so again, I hope you guys liked it. If you guys have any questions on what you should do with cap breakers or animations or specialization, please feel free to put that in the comments. I will get back to you guys as best that I can. Um But again, I I you guys watching. I appreciate all of the support that you guys have shown the channel so far. We are off to an unreal start in our first year of YouTube.
So, thank you guys. Hats off to you guys. Y'all are the best. And please stay tuned for more videos like this to come. So, thank you guys and as always stay cheesy.
