I've tested hundreds of AI tools while helping thousands of brands scale ads, content, websites, and automations. And honestly, most of them are useless, but a few are giving brands an unfair advantage. The brands using these tools are creating more content, launching faster, automating entire workflows, and scaling way quicker than everyone else. So, today I'm breaking down the six insane ways to use AI to actually scale brands in 2026.
Starting with our first use case, building websites. Building websites used to take weeks, and building the ones that actually convert was even harder. You needed designers, developers, copywriters, CRO teams. Now, Claude can help build entire Shopify sections in minutes. You can literally take inspiration from brands like Rhode, Rhone, or Mozy Wash, rebuild high-converting sections, swap the branding, rewrite the copy, and launch insanely clean pages faster than ever.
So, let's take an example from Mozy Wash. Here we have their website that is already built for conversions. We have our one-time purchase, our subscribe and save, all of the breakdowns for a high-converting site. And here's what an example looks like for another brand. And they're really missing all of the key points. They don't have that many product images. The site isn't super well breaking down the product for conversions.
There's cutoffs. There's a lot of information, and it doesn't really flow together. So, what we're going to do is use AI to be able to accelerate this entire process. So, we're going to take this website from the example, like Mozy Wash. We're going to go into Claude, and you can literally add a connection for Shopify. It's a brand new feature that they have now. You literally just add this connection, Claude syncs with Shopify, and you can build your landing pages with Claude with this integration, which is pretty incredible.
So, we'll integrate this. We'll then come in here, and we'll say, "Design a product page just like Mozy Wash, but for our product. Make sure to use all the exact info we have on our product page." And so, all we got to do is just hit enter, and Claude will start building out the framework [music] for what that layout will look like. So, now we're going to feed it all of the information from our website so that way Claude can design the [music] landing page.
So, what we're going to do is drop in some of the text and we're going to add the screenshots from our current site and we'll submit that and then we're going to drop in all of the examples from the example website that we're going to use for Mozzie Wash images as well. And now Claude's going to literally design the entire site based off of these examples. So, what we've done is we've asked Claude to design a product page just like Mozzie Wash but for our product Coochie.
We want to make sure it has all the exact info so that way it's accurate. And it came back to us and it's asking the exact information. So, we went ahead and pasted all of this in and then we grabbed all of the screenshots from our current site and then we gave it all the screenshots and information from the Mozzie site. And once we send all this information over, it has all of the details it needs to start building our custom product page that we can directly import into Shopify.
All right, so now Claude is fully designed our website with all of the conversion rate triggers from the competitor site that we wanted to model. And as you can see, we have the scrolling banner at the top. We have our full menu now and the full breakdown with callouts, our buy more save more from our website. We have icons for social proof. We have the different ingredient breakdowns, how to use, care instructions, frequently bought together, and all of the other additional information on how our product works.
This site is absolutely insane. All we have to do now is just add in all of the image assets to build this completely in. And as you can see, it has done absolutely everything. And if you remember before, this is what our website looked like. It was mainly just text, not a lot of visuals, just reviews, and everything was kind of all over the place. But now, we have a fully well-designed website with all of the key callouts, 96% would recommend, low stock.
And these are our placeholders for where we put all of our image assets next, which is absolutely incredible to think about. This only took a few minutes to get an entire site done. Where previously you'd have to hire designers, you'd have to hire CRO experts, but now all of this is in place. But even the best website will not get people to buy if the visuals do not build trust fast enough, [music] which brings us to our second use case, brand visuals.
So you can either pay for product photography, lifestyle shoots, graphic designers, and branding for thousands of dollars, or you can use AI to generate it instantly. Tools like Chat GPT 2.0 image generation can create brand kits, product images, lifestyle photos, website banners, hero images, and brand graphics. So to add image assets to our website, we can go to Chat GPT and use their image generation 2.0 model, which allows us to develop our brand kit.
And so all we do is just upload our site images and say now build a brand kit for our brand, and it gives us the exact brand kit with all of our colors, fonts, and visual styles. With this brand kit, we can also give this to Claude to refine the site some more, and now we want to get the images added to our website because as you can see, these are just placeholders and we need to have real visuals. So now what we're going to do is we're going to download the product images from the site so that way we can make similar visuals for our product.
So now we're going to have it generate five to seven product images for our Gucci product following the reference examples in a 1080 by 1080 size so we can educate, break down, and guide the user and show them what our product is about. All we do is go to create image. Now I'm just going to paste all of the information from our website. We're just going to copy all of this text and paste it in here as well along with our reference images and our product so that way it has all the info it needs to design the image assets that we're later going to add to our actual website that Claude has built.
And now we have our images for our website [music] product page for the product imagery that we can use. And it's generated five to seven images, a comparison, we have what is this specific wash, how it works, how it's made for your body, what's inside, how to use it, the scent that goes with it, and why you'll love it. And this educates the user, it walks them through, and we can have ChatGPT now parse each of these out to get us the actual image file.
So, we can say, "Now provide each image separately so we can upload it to our website." And so, ChatGPT, we just have to ask it for each image independently now, and we can then download every image that we ask it for. We're also going to say, "Now generate three lifestyle images of someone holding the product so we have additional assets to add to our website." And then I'm just going to download these images and have it independently create all of these real fast.
And so, now that we have all of the visuals for our website, we can come back into Claude and drop in all of these assets. [music] So, now we've uploaded all of our images to provide Claude, so that way we can fill in each of these sections with the real visuals for our website. And then I'm just going to provide it all of the ingredient [music] images as well as the final product image, so that way we can fill in this final section on the site and see our completed website after this.
And just to continue looking through this, it's absolutely incredible how well this is truly designed. From the emojis, the star ratings, our verified reviews that are pulled directly from the site. Some focus on scent, pH balance, sensitive friendly, long-lasting, and all of the callouts, even the visual subtle effects here with this line. It's beautifully branded, curated. We can build our custom bundle, it shows the steps.
It has everything we need to start running ads directly to this page. Now we've given it our ingredient images to add those to the site, but with the Shopify integration, you would just upload these images directly into Shopify and it would auto-sync to your product page. I'm adding them in here just so that way you can visually see what the completed site looks like, but the Shopify integration directly handles that when you upload the product images you download from ChatGPT into Shopify directly.
All right, so now our site is fully rendered with our images. As you can see, we've plugged in all of the breakdown images for our product. And as we scroll down, we have our product breakdown for frequently bought together, and all of the other visuals that we need including our ingredients and everything. From here, what you would do is you would just finish the connector integration on Shopify, and the best approach is to upload these images on the back end of your Shopify, so that way it all syncs together.
So, to get the images on your Shopify, you would just log into Shopify, upload the images on the back end, and it'll dynamically sync with the product page you just built in Claude by using this connector integration to build it dynamically on your site and your theme. And that's the final step to getting your entire site completely redesigned from looking like this to what it previously was looking like before, like this.
And this changes everything because now brands can instantly generate the visuals, the proof, and education, and trust-building assets that increase your conversion rates without waiting weeks for designers or photoshoots. Like, this has literally saved hundreds of hours in just a matter of minutes to be able to do this. But, even with a great website that we just designed with strong visuals, none of it matters if nobody sees it.
No traffic, no sales, it's as simple as that. Which brings us to step number three, AI ads. And this is where most brands get stuck because creating ads used to require agencies and media buyers for research, copywriting, creative strategy, designers, and editors. Now, AI can do most of it in minutes. You can beat AI with product reviews, Reddit pain points, [music] competitor ads, TikTok comments, Amazon reviews, and website copy, and instantly generate all the hooks, scripts, headlines, offers, CTAs, and ad angles.
So, let's look at what that process is like. First, we're going to start with the ad copy that we need for our ads. And we're going to use a tool called Imaginative, which is our own internal tool for our clients, and we're going to sign in, and we're going to go to the ad copy section. And we're simply going to take our website and paste in the product page URL, and it's going to analyze the product page, extract the details, reviews, and offers directly from our site.
It's going to analyze our entire brand kit. It's going to research Reddit, Amazon reviews, and forums of our competitors and what their main problems are and position our product as the solution to all of those problems people are facing online to get us the most rich ad copy that we need to be able to drive more sales and get higher click-through rates. Now, you can also do something similar with ChatGPT, Claude, and other tools out there.
It's just a little bit more manual because you have to go through of prompting to ask it to do all these things. Whereas, with our tool, it's already built with all of that knowledge. It can also leverages all of the ad accounts that we have access to to see what the highest converting ad copy is and uses those frameworks to blend these in, as well. And so, here it is. We have our ad copy literally generated in a matter of seconds here.
We have our primary text number one, which is a user testimonial, which is pulled directly from our website. We have our feature-driven introduction, which breaks down all of the features and benefits of our product. We have our benefit stack, over 115 happy customers. We have for lasting freshness and comfort, made with four natural oils, 20 plus delightful [music] scents, doubles as luxury pH-friendly balance. These benefit stacks have absolutely been crushing it for our clients right now and are some of the highest impression and highest click-through rate ad copy versions we've used.
We have all the other formats that we know drive sales included here, as well as every headline, sub-headline, and offer that is already from your website added in here. And based off this ad copy, you would just review it, back check it, make sure it's accurate, and you can adjust this in a Google Doc. You don't have to go line by line, literally. Just like your website, there's always tweaks and adjustments you can make, but all of this saves you so many hours of time to be able to get everything you need, so that way you can drive more sales.
And the reason we love this so much is because it provides you exactly what you need for Meta Ads to be able to convert. Now, once we have all of our ad copy, what we want to do next is generate all of our ad AI images for our ads. And so we just go to the ad creative generator, we paste in our product URL again, and it's going to connect to our Shopify store, it's going to download all of our assets, it's going to extract that product data, and then we're going to be able to generate picture-perfect ads that we can leverage with our ad copy and send to our brand new website.
And so what it does is it pulls in all of our product images, we can hit continue, it's going to analyze our product image, and we can move on to the brand kit stage, and then start to generate our ads. And so now we have all of our brand kit colors, our fonts, we can adjust them if we want to change out our font, we can double-check all of our hex codes for our colors, and we have our logo and our product image. We simply hit continue, and then we have three different ad copy versions for our ads.
Think of this as top of funnel, which is educating people, making them product aware if they don't know about your product. This one would be considered middle of funnel, so they know your product, they know your competitor's product, and they're deciding which one they want. This option would be the bottom of funnel ad copy for your creatives, which is people who have added your product to cart, but just need that extra push to be able to buy.
So you want to make sure you design ads for all of these versions. You'll simply hit continue, and it has all of the different ad formats that we need in both 9 by 16 and 1 by 1 formats. And we can do a POV creative, a DM story reply, we can do a product comparison, we can do a node-based, we can do a customer review, and then we simply hit generate. And I recommend generating as many versions of these, split testing them, testing them with different products, and literally in a matter of seconds, we already have our first ad that we can start using.
And this was completely generated with AI scanning your website with all of the relevant information. And this is a UGC DM story reply, which is your product on a story, and this person has replied and said, "Wait, is this the wash that helps with dryness and razor burn?" And then we have the reply, which is from the brand breaking exactly down why they should buy it. These ads I've been seeing converting like crazy in Ads Manager with crazy click-through rates because they feel so organic.
We have another one of somebody actually holding the product and posting on their story, and it looks extremely real. It's crazy how good AI has gotten. We have our next one, beyond dryness, confident freshness, daily comfort, naturally balanced. We have our offer, and we have the scents next to it. It's absolutely incredible how well this stays on brand, and we're using this in generating literally 50 to 100 ads every week as we can to be able to have a constant pipeline of creatives to drive more traffic to our site and convert.
It's honestly amazing how well AI has gotten these days. And so, as you can see, we're getting all of our AI image generation, people holding it, the actual story replies. We can get our features and benefits, every format you can think of it is in here. And if we absolutely love it, we can say create three split test variations to generate even more. And then we can batch launch these into Meta and see which ones work, come back, and get more.
And here's our note-space creative, absolutely amazing. This ad format has been doing three to five X ROAS on average. So, all we do is just download the zip file once we have all of our images generated, save it, and we can upload it into ads manager, and then use our ad copy that we saved earlier to then place in automatically. Taking this amount of time from days to hours, agencies to media buyers, and doing it in a matter of minutes.
Where we have our site, we now have our ad creatives, we have our ad copy, and we can start launching them and generating sales today. And that's where tools like Imaginative completely change the game. Instead of expensive photoshoots and endless revisions, we can now use the AI to generate our product ads, lifestyle creatives, and generate our Meta ad variations in minutes. But, there's still one massive bottleneck.
Static images alone are not enough to scale anymore. The brands that are winning in 2026 are also using video ads to drive higher click-through rates, lower CPAs, and sustain performance as they scale spend. Which brings us to step number four, AI video ads. Arc ads for AI UGC creators, just months ago you needed real creators for every ad. You had to find creators, ship products, wait for filming, request revisions, and hope the content was usable. >> [music] >> Now, AI creators are getting scary realistic.
Tools like Arc Ads can literally generate AI UGC videos in minutes with AI testimonials, product demos, and spokespersons. And you can adjust these. So, let's go ahead and break down how we can use that. So, inside of this tool, we literally just go ahead and sign up, and we can generate our user-generated ads from this tool. And so, just to break down how this works, you can create a new project, you can come down here, and you can paste your AI script or the script that you write yourself.
You can choose your actor for who's going to be demonstrating your product for you by showing it, moving it around. We can pick out who fits our brand the best. Once we find a creator that we like, we select them. We have our script. And what's crazy about this tool is it's so realistic that you can adjust the speed of how fast the person talks. You can change their voice. You can adjust the stability of the wavelength of how they actually talk, and how familiar they are, or how consecutive they are in speaking through this video, as well as the style exaggeration.
Do we want them to use hand movement? Do we want them to show the product like this? Do we want them moving around or walking? These are all things you can do to make this extremely realistic. And these ads are absolutely crushing it when done right. You can even add in the different emotions on specific keywords that you want them to speak on. So, that way, it comes across genuinely. to show you what some of these AI video ads look like.
So, this was made with Arc Ads. Literally, just check out the first 8 seconds of this video. >> Okay, you guys, I finally grabbed the Obvi Burn Fat, and I'm obsessed already. It's a collagen fat burner that also acts as a fasting activator, so it helps me stay in that fasting zone without feeling hungry. It has So, this is a sped-up version of this creator talking, and it's pretty crazy that she's holding the product, she's speaking with confidence, she's smiling, she's waving it around.
And this is the AI UGC that you can literally generate. Let's look at another example of this. Okay, real talk right now. If you actually want to see results and stay consistent, this calorie tracking app is a total game-changer. Every single day I log my meals, track my macros, and it keeps me so accountable. It's honestly so easy to use, and since I started tracking consistently, I've seen Yeah, this just blows my mind. >> [laughter] >> Um seeing a video like this, it's going to be very hard to even realize that this isn't a real person.
I almost want to believe this isn't AI, but it is, which is shocking to think about that it has gotten this good at this point. But, these are literally the things that you can do in 2026 and have AI ads that convert. You have the images, you have the website, and [music] everything that goes with it to absolutely crush it. However, if your brand is completely built off of all things AI, you still need to have a strong trust factor, which is why we still want thousands of real people making ads for you, which leads us to our next step, creator outreach automation.
And most brands struggle with getting attention online because reaching out to creators is very painful, and it's extremely manual, having to do DMs, follow-ups, negotiations, tracking replies. But now, there's tools like Yuka to automate the entire process, so you can mass invite them, automate the outreach, manage your follow-ups, and scale [music] affiliate onboarding way faster than human teams ever could, sending thousands of invites and doing the messaging for you.
So, we just go to this tool, and we can start to send out automated invites to creators on TikTok Shop and [music] Instagram and Meta and build a creator automation sequence that will literally DM all of them for us, so we don't have to do it ourselves. [music] And then, they reach out for samples, and we ship them to them, they generate the video, and now we can get hundreds of videos launched in both our GMB Max campaign on TikTok and on Meta [music] ads.
To do this, we would literally just come in here, go under social intelligence, and since we're selling a feminine hygiene product, we can do women's supplement. And what we can do is literally just go to AI creator search and use their AI feature to search women's hygiene product. And anybody on TikTok or Instagram who's mentioned these things or talks about a women's hygiene product, it's going to pull all of those creators for us.
And literally, we have some of our competitors showing up for our brand right here. We just hit add to list. And we have 55,000 creators we can now automate and send all these invites to to start getting them to make videos for us. So, we would create this list and we would go and set up an outreach agent where the AI bot will literally do the outreach for us. We hit create new agent and we do target collaboration and message so that way we can message them on Instagram or TikTok.
We select our creator list that we just built and then we just hit continue and we fill in all of the information on how they can reach out to us and then we just notify them with the exact message of here's what we're doing with our brand, here's why we want to work with you, and then all of the automations go out. People request a sample product and then from there, they post a video and now we have hundreds of creators making content for us that are real creators that we can now automate and leverage on both Meta and TikTok at scale.
So, now we have all the distribution we need. And this is important because creators are becoming one of the biggest growth channels in e-commerce right now. And the brands winning are not creating one-off pieces of content, they're creating hundreds. But there's still one final problem. Most brands still lose customers after the click, which brings us to step six, retention automation. Most brands are terrible at follow-up.
People abandon carts, [music] questions go unanswered, and customers disappear and never come back. Now, AI SMS [music] agents can recover thousands of dollars in sales automatically. And tools like Textcart can literally have AI conversations with customers over text to recover those abandoned carts, answer objections, recommend [music] products, upsell your customers, and close sales 24/7 for you. So, here we are inside of Textcart.
It's a Shopify app that you connect to your store. And all you really need to do is just go to the settings and you go to messaging and you set up a phone number for your bot, so that way anytime somebody adds a cart on your website, and they abandon and don't check [music] out, well, this AI SMS messaging agent will reach out to them and say, "Hey, what happened? We noticed you had an item to cart. Do you have any other questions?" And then the person says, "Well, I wasn't sure about what size I should go with." AI agent responds [music] with the size.
Person checks out. Or maybe the person says, "Well, the price is too high." The AI agent simply replies [music] and says, "Here's a 5% off coupon." You're able to recover so many more abandoned carts and initiate checkouts that were lost by retaining them and actually getting them to convert by having an AI agent do all the outreach for you. Just to show you what this looks like, we go to cart recovery, and we go to conversations, and the AI agent will reach out to them.
The person says they could not find the shipping for the order. Based [music] on your order address, your shipping charges are $10. Would you like to complete the order now? And yes, [music] they reply. This allows you to recover way more added to carts, so that way we retain users as they visit our site and get them to buy. And this is where everything starts connecting together. AI builds the website, generates the visuals, writes the ads, creates the UGC, automates creator outreach and follow-up, and closes the sale.
That's why brands who are using AI properly are moving way faster than everyone else in 2026. This isn't the first time you've seen a video like this, and this certainly won't be the last video that you'll see like this. There are two types of people, people who implement the things they learn in videos, and people who continue watching, planning, [music] and never taking action. So, which one are you? If you like this video, watch this next.
I'll show you how one AI prompt can fully automate your UGC creator outreach, messaging, and onboarding to scale on Meta and TikTok Shop.
