Other creators might tell you to do that, but if your goal is to make money and especially like evergreen income, don't start with that, please. I've seen it

I have three channels that all have made over $1,000 per video and even $1,000 per 1,000 views. So, roughly a dollar per view. And I want to break down a real life example of exactly how I did this in three separate ways and how you can just copy it and do kind of the same thing. So, I thought we'd go smallest to largest in my channels. And I want to start off with this one cuz it's a very easy example. This channel here has 19 videos. Somehow it has like uh 792 subscribers right now. Honestly, I would say 100 to 200 of those are because I've

Honestly, I would say 100 to 200 of those are because I've mentioned this channel before in videos like this and people come subscribe. Please do not do that. It screws up the algorithm. Anyways, if we look at these videos, some of them, not all of them, make about a dollar per view, except for the ones that go viral. But let me explain how this works. So this video right here, when it was at 2,900 views, it was the first video on a brand new channel. it had made about $3,000 in affiliates because I got 10% of everybody who bought with this link.
Same thing with these other links. Now, this is not random luck and I want to explain how I did this and how you can do the same thing without reviewing saunas. But every single person who types in sauna box full review to YouTube is interested in buying a sauna box, right? So, it is very very targeted people. If we look for instance at my main channel, it is not targeted people. I'm not getting $1 per view um on this channel because it is very very broad.
So, I'll touch on that in a second. But the main thing to focus on is when I get exactly the correct people watching, the amount of money that you can make on YouTube is great. And that's why you actually do not want to go viral. What you want to do is find a very specific audience, a very specific avatar or person that you are talking to that you can fix their problem. And then you can monetize a few different ways. and I'm going to give you real life examples of each one.
So, this one right here only monetizes through affiliates and sponsorships. So, this channel right now has made about $40,000 with 19 videos. So, about $2,000 per video on average. Uh and then also like all the saunas and cool plunges that people have sent me. So, another 5 to 10,000 uh in those. But the reason why it has made so much money with so few views is because every video is hyperargeted. Watch this before you buy a sweat tent.
This is targeting people with a very specific problem. They're unsure if they should buy a sweat tent. And they want somebody, a real person, to tell them if it's a good investment or not. And I've used the sweat tent a couple hundred times. So, I can tell them the truth that this is a good investment. You should buy a sweat tent. It's great. I'm putting a link in this video. I'm just saying. But because I'm solving a very specific problem for very specific people, the likelihood that one of those people goes and buys something is very high.
They're thinking about doing it anyways. And if they click on the link in the description, I might get $50 to $100, whatever it might be, per person who does that. So, if one out of a hundred people go and buy the thing that the whole video is talking about, why would you watch that video if you're not interested in it? Then I am going to make a dollar per view on a $100 product if 1% of those actually buy the thing that they're literally thinking about and that's the only reason they would watch that video.
Like, it really makes sense. Now, just to give you an example of why I'm so against AdSense, this channel is not monetized. It doesn't have 1,000 subscribers. It's got 4,000 hours of watch time, but like I would probably have made 20 bucks in AdSense as opposed to 40,000. Like, isn't that kind of stupid to think if your goal is to make money, it is hyperargeting people and solving a very specific problem for them? So, this is one example of that.
Let's go over to my second biggest channel, which is Gabe Bolt, the process. Now, this channel right here, um, I've really been honing down just over the past two [music] months and really focusing on what my offer is going to be on this channel. But now I have kind of figured it out, right? So, as of right now, every single person who watches my channel is interested in growing on YouTube. You're probably not making as much money as you want, probably not getting as many views as you want.
And I've been on YouTube for 7 years. I figured out how to make money relatively easily. I've had 60 million long- form views on my main channel. So, I have a very specific skill set for a very specific set of people who need help with that skill. So generally the way that you're actually going to make money if you have a skill set of anything. You're a baker, you teach guitar, you know AI automation, you know email marketing, whatever it is that you know that you're an expert in that you're talking about on your channel, you can sell your expertise.
It's pretty much people paying for the amount of time that you spent learning the thing that you learned. So you're now you're finally getting paid for that, right? And so you can do this a couple different ways. One of them is to be just giving as much value as you can for free. give all the information away for free. It's what I try to do on this channel, just give you as much info as you possibly can. And then you can do a couple things on the back end.
So, one of them would be offer one-on-one coaching. I always recommend this to people who are just getting started because it's the easiest thing to do, right? You have a skill set and you want to offer one-on-one coaching to the people watching. You're talking to a very hyperargeted group of people. Well, now you just need to have the same thing that happened with my saunas and cold plunges happen to your video. you need one person out of a hundred to pay you $100.
And so if you have a one-off coaching call, maybe that's $100. Or you can bump it up. Let's say now you have a $1,000 coaching program that takes a month or three months. [music] Now you just need one person out of a,000 people to buy your $1,000 package. That means if you're averaging 500 views per video, every other video roughly, if you're hyperargeting people who are all interested in this thing and learning about this thing or buying this thing or whatever, it's not unlikely that one out of a thousand of them will actually give you money to do that.
Like generally 1% would be pretty reasonable to assume if they are targeted people. Well, actually, even with like five to 10,000 views on this channel, it will get more people clicking on the link, buying the five-hour YouTuber, whatever it is, it'll get more people doing that with 5 to 10,000 views than with like 50 to 75,000 views on my main channel, which means it's like almost 10 times more effective, makes 10 times more money than my main channel with this specific product, just because the the channel and product are not super aligned.
But that is what my skill set is. So, that's what my product is. Ultimately, if you want people to funnel through watching your content to giving you money, that is generally uh a good way to do it. Now, another way of doing this is by making u multiple offers. So, not everybody is going to want to work with you one-on-one, but some people have different levels. So, there are maybe a beginner in your expertise in baking is willing to spend $19 um on an ebook, but somebody more advanced is willing to spend, you know, $100 or $200 on a 4hour cooking master class.
And somebody else is willing to pay $1,000 to have you personally teach them exactly how to cook every meal that they really want to learn for the next three months. You know, they want that personal touch. Cooking might not be the best example of this, but you will see this generally in a lot of areas where there might be different levels of interest on the different people that you have. So, having different offers that fit different people can really help make more money on your channel, right?
But the easiest thing to do is to start with one-on-one coaching or a group coaching and test things that way and see what people need and then just kind of build as you go. And something I was hoping to show, but it's not really loading right now, is that this channel right here, which has made about 40K. That means that I have sold $3 and something,000 worth of sauna and cold plunges, which means if I had my own product that was selling that was hyperargeted, instead of making 40,000 on this channel, I could have made 300,000 on this channel, more or less, maybe 200 cuz maybe the conversions wouldn't be as great.
But that is why I've mostly stopped posting on this channel. I post like once or twice a month just when I want more stuff is because even though this makes uh almost $2,000 a video, it's still not nearly as efficient as having your own product. And I'm kind of sick of talking about sus and cold plunges. So, now let's look real quickly at my main channel. This one right here monetizes through AdSense and sponsorships.
This one actually proportionately makes the least amount of money. Mathematically, it still does really good. It's great. But since it's very broad, it's just what I'm interested in for the most part. Um, it's habits, it applies to kind of everybody. There's no hyperargeted niche of people that I'm going after. It's very broad. It's not going to monetize nearly as well. No matter what product that I make, it's probably going to only fit about 30 to 50% of the audience because I talk about whatever I'm interested in.
And so, this channel was not built well to make money. And instead of shifting it into targeting the people who might buy my product so I could make more money, I just started a new channel that was hyperargeted for those people that you're on right now that is just for creators. I could talk about all my creator stuff here and I could talk about all my, you know, habits to be more frugal and my minimalist wardrobe and whatever I want to talk about over there, the books that I'm reading, whatever.
But the thing is, you can't generally have both. You can't have super broad audience. You can't have a huge reach and every one of those people be exactly who you're searching for. If your goal is to make money, you should solve a very specific problem for very specific people and have it very clear how you can solve that problem and mention it in videos. But more importantly, I think most people try to take the easy route.
Like if you take a lot of uh creators courses, it's either going to be recorded and you'll have no access to somebody who actually knows what they're talking about or it'll be crazy expensive. Like most cohorts that do something similar to me are like anywhere from three to$6 to $10,000. And that's not something I feel like good about charging cuz I actually really enjoy teaching this stuff and talking about it, helping people.
And so I am actually about to open the doors for the first time in 2026. You can join the weight list down below. But in the 5-hour YouTuber, I'm showing exactly how I run all these channels in under five hours a week. Every single one is profitable right from the get-go. I've helped other people do the same thing. There's just like tons and tons and tons of proof of just people like you're here and then you start implementing some like proven things and then you just have a giant spike.
It's just kind of what happens if you actually follow through with all the stuff. And the same thing with the money. If you have no strategy to make money, you will make no money. It's just a guaranteed thing with YouTube. But you also don't need a lot of views in order to do that. And so I don't really love plugging it. I'm not a huge sales guy. But much like I'm talking about in this video, if people don't know how you can improve their lives, how you can help them, then there's no chance that they're going to do that thing.
So much like with a sauna, if you're looking for a sauna, I'm telling you it's a it's a good sauna or a bad sauna. And the same thing with this. I I'm pretty much guaranteeing that this is the best thing if you're like an educational personal u brand creator. I'm pretty much 100% sure that you will not get more access to somebody who knows what they're talking about or better info with anybody else. like nobody else is offering as much value as we do with as many proven results for like not a crazy price.
So anyways, there are lots of ways to do it. If you don't want to sell a product, if you don't want to coach people, then you have affiliates. We just made I think 11K in the past month from a brand new affiliate stream that we ran in a brand new way, you know, and there's just so many different ways to make money after you understand how to make good content and target the correct people. There are so many great ways to make money. teach all of them inside the 5 hour YouTuber really in-depth.
So doors are opening up soon for anybody who's interested.
