So many people feel that they're failing at manifestation and not living in the end when it's not actually what is happening. What is likely happening is that you are feeling burnt out from constantly trying to get into the state and stay in the state and stay into the living in the end condition. I know this may sound a little blunt, but stay with me because if you are in a position where you're feeling inconsistent or you're feeling burnt out or you're feeling like you're constantly trying to get back into the state, first of all, know that there's nothing wrong with you.
What is probably wrong, most likely, is that you are misunderstanding or that you're not yet grasping what living in the end actually is. Chances are, somewhere along the way, this idea of living in the end and maintaining your state got turned into something that you constantly feel that you need to maintain, you constantly need to think about, you constantly need to feel, you constantly need to try and get right. And you guys, that is not embodiment.
That is pressure. So in this video, I'm going to teach you what living in the end really is, why what you might have been doing is draining you, and how to release the force from trying to live in the end and instead learn to rest in your power. And believe me and trust me, once this clicks, you will feel so much better, you will feel so much lighter, and your manifestations, that's the best part, your manifestations are going to start coming in much more naturally, much more effortlessly, and much more quickly.
So stay with me and watch till the end. Before I begin, hello and welcome. My name is Christina from Empowered Creator. With all that being said, let's dive into today's video. So, let's be real for a moment. I know that a lot of you are tired, if not exhausted, from trying to manifest, right? From trying to live in the end. Perhaps you're constantly affirming all day long.
Perhaps you're trying to catch every negative thought and flip it. Perhaps you're trying to ignore the 3D and doing all this, instead of feeling powerful and empowered, you're feeling drained. And perhaps you even have thoughts of, "Maybe I'm not very good at this." Or maybe I'm doing something wrong. Or maybe I'm not doing enough. Maybe I should be doing more. Or maybe the law of assumption doesn't work for me, or the law of assumption doesn't work at all.
But the truth is, and the good news is, you are not failing. Even if you're feeling this way, you are not failing. What is actually happening is that you are putting effort where effort was never required to begin with. Because if you're feeling burned out like a lot of people are when trying to manifest, this doesn't come from doing anything wrong. What it comes from is trying to do whatever it is that you're doing in unnatural ways.
And if you are in a state where living in the end feels almost like a full-time job that you have to maintain day in and day out, then guess what? You are not living in the end. If you are feeling burned out by trying to manifest your desires, then this is a sign that you are trying to force the state, you are trying to force the idea and the concept and the identity of living in the end instead of just being it. So let's untangle a bit that big lie that you've been sold about living in the end and why it can be so detrimental to your whole outlook on manifestation and to your whole impression of how well you can manifest.
The truth, you guys, is that the way living in the end is being taught by a lot of coaches, a lot of content creators out there, a lot of books even, has turned the concept of living in the end into an endless mental task. So people misunderstand it all the time and get confused all the time thinking that it means I have to think about it all the time, I have to feel it all the time, I have to be in that state all the time, in that perfect state, I have to think from it all day, I have to feel it all day, I cannot slip up, I cannot fall off track, I cannot react, I have to be perfect in every way and in all ways.
And if that sounds exhausting, that is because it is. And as I said in my intro, this is not embodiment, you guys. This is trying to micromanage your mind. And here's something that I don't feel is being talked about enough. If you are constantly feeling that you have to be reminding yourself every minute of every day and of every hour about your state, then this is a sign that you're not yet believing that you are it.
And of course, I don't want anyone getting discouraged. If you are not in that state yet, then you're not in that state yet. But there's nothing to say that you cannot yet finally into that state and stay in that state once you learn how to do it properly and once it finally clicks. Think about it this way. Do you wake up every morning needing to remind yourself that I am myself? I am myself. I am myself. I am myself.
I am myself. Doesn't that sound ridiculous? Yes, it sounds ridiculous. Why? Because being yourself already feels natural, already feels assumed. It's not an affirmation. It just is. You just are yourself. That's why it feels so natural and that's why it feels so matter-of-factly. Same goes for living in the end when it comes to your desires and your manifestations. If it constantly feels like it's something that you are trying to hold on to, especially that is something that you are constantly doing or very, very frequently, then that is not living in the end.
This is where a lot of people get get confused. That's not living in the end. That is trying to get there. And there's nothing wrong with that, as I said, but realize and have the awareness that this is what it is. This is why it's exhausting you. This is why it's burning you out. And keep watching because further down in this video, I'm going to teach you exactly how to get into real living in the end. So before I go there, I want to explain a little bit more why it is that the state of trying to live in the end, trying to get into the state, actually burns you out.
And there are a few reasons that are very concrete and very important to know and remember because once you know these reasons, then the real living in the end becomes very obvious and becomes very natural to you, okay? So some of the reasons why you're feeling so exhausted and so burned out. Reason number one, you're constantly monitoring yourself. You feel like you have to monitor every thought, you have to monitor every feeling, every reaction, every little thing that you say or do.
Of course, that goes without saying that this creates pressure. Reason number two, most likely you're trying to ignore the 3D. You're trying to fool yourself, you're trying to pretend that whatever it is in the 3D that you don't like is not there or is a different way. Instead of staying indifferent to it, you're putting mental and emotional energy in trying to lie to yourself about it. That is also exhausting, that also creates a lot of pressure and immense resistance, you guys.
Reason number three, and this is a big one where a lot of people get confused and a lot of people get it wrong, is where you are trying to force a feeling. There are so many people who misunderstand living in the end as always being happy, always being high vibe, always being positive, always being blissful, always being excited. And [snorts] this is, I've talked in other videos about that, this is the definition of toxic positivity that you actually want to avoid because that creates immense resistance and can even have an impact on your mental health, but that is the definition of toxic positivity which a lot of people confuse for living in the end.
And of course, this is not living in the end. This is not real. This is performance. And the truth is, every time you're trying to perform, at least for longer periods of time, what happens? You end up tired, exhausted, and burned out. So, what you're doing is that you are trying to control the state of living in the end, as opposed to resting in actually being it. These are two very, very different experiences, you guys.
One is mental effort, pressure, exhaustion, burnout. The other is identity and surrender, in the best possible sense of the word. So, what does it actually feel like to be living in the end? And this may come as a surprise to some of you, but living in the end, you guys, actually feels normal. It feels natural. It feels obvious. And it may also not feel like anything special at all. And I know that this may not be what some of you may have expected to hear, but think about the things that you already have.
The things that you already possess, the things in your identity that you're already taken for granted. Is there any checking around these things? Is there any effort around trying to keep these things? Is there any urgency? Is there any effort around trying to believe it? The answer is no. These things just exist in your life. They are normal to you. They are natural to you. They are second nature to you. They are matter-of-factly to you.
And this is what living in the end actually is. It is something normal. It's nothing special. It's a calm, settled energy. You're not trying to prove anything, you're not grasping for anything, you're not constantly trying to reach for it. It's none of these things. It just is. It just exists. And it feels normal, obvious, and natural. So, the real living in the end, you guys, is actually being, and it feels like being.
It doesn't feel like anything in particular, just because it already feels so natural to you. So, what is the actual shift towards living in the end, and how do you actually achieve that shift? Especially if you are in a burned-out state, have been trying to live in the end, have been trying to stay in the state of the wish fulfilled, and you want to make that shift into actually being the person who you want to be, the person who already has what you want to have, the person who's already doing what it is that you want to do, and so on.
The shift is actually very simple, but it does require honesty with yourself, and it does require self-awareness. So, instead of asking yourself, how do I get to the end state? How do I stay in the end state? You want to ask yourself instead, why do I even feel that I need to try? And the answer to this question is going to reveal so, so much to you. Because it's going to show you in which ways you are not yet being the version of you who doesn't need to try, and who doesn't need to put in any effort.
The answer to this question is going to help you identify those aspects of yourself, those versions of yourself, that still, and yet, don't have your manifestation. And from there, the shift is actually quite simple, because guess what it is? You do no more. You release the effort. You stop trying to control every thought. You stop trying to control outcomes. You stop trying to force feelings. And you stop trying to control the process.
You just allow yourself to be because you remember that the version of you who already is who they want to be, who already has what they want to have, who already doing whatever it is that they want to be doing, is not trying hard. In fact, you may not even be trying at all. And that is the version that you are. Not becoming. Not trying to reach for it. Already. You already are that version. Remember and let that sink in that the end, your end state, your end outcome, already exists.
And it doesn't need your effort to exist. It already is. And this is the point where I like to remind people of two very important principles to help you in that shift that I just described. Number one is you always want to be remembering your I Am. You always want to be remembering who you are at your core. You always want to be remembering that at your core you are unconditioned consciousness. You are limitless. Creation is already finished.
And whatever it is that you desire has already been given to you. You just need to claim it and rest in it. This is the power of your I Am. You want to be remembering this power and you want to be claiming this power. And this is the kind of identity that goes hand-in-hand with releasing the effort, releasing the need to try, releasing the need to grasp for things, releasing the whole urgency to try and stay in the end.
No, you rest in your I AM and then you just be. Then you just assume already having whatever it is that you desire. And the second thing that as a coach I find very very helpful is learning to stay present in the moment. I see it in so many people that I coach, in so many people that I talk with where they're either stuck in the past, in what we call the old story, or they're projecting a ton of anxiety into the future.
How is it going to go? What is going to happen? What do I need to do? And again, you guys, these are the states that take you out from living in the end naturally and effortlessly, as we have been talking about, and put you in that state that has the risk of burning you out, of exhausting you, of putting you into this endless cycle of constantly trying, constantly grasping, constantly reaching for it, and never really reaching for it.
So, what you want to be doing is learn to be present in the moment as opposed to living in the past or living in the future. Enjoy your life the way it is right now, even if there are aspects in your life that you're not enjoying. This is fine. Find all the things, no matter how small, that you do enjoy in your life right now. Add things to your life that you may be enjoying, things that bring you joy and bring you happiness, and give your heart warmth and excitement.
Actively pursue your contentment and your fulfillment in day-to-day life, no matter how small the things that give you that contentment and fulfillment may be, and watch your state and your mood and your mental and emotional energy magically transform. Those two, always remembering your I AM, always remembering that you are unconditional consciousness and learning to be present in the present moment, not in the past, not in the future, in the now, are going to take you so, so far and they are going to help you realize the shift into natural, effortless I am living in the end.
And before I start wrapping this up, there was one more thing that I wanted to say. If you are one of these people, and there are many, many of you, who are feeling the burnout of trying to manifest and trying to live in the end and trying to stay in the state, I have some good news for you. Being in this state doesn't mean that you are failing in any way, shape, or form. What it actually means is that you are coming into awareness.
You are expanding your awareness and you are expanding your consciousness. And what do I mean by that? I mean that you're starting to see, finally, that forcing doesn't actually work. It means that you are outgrowing the effort and that you are ready to stop doing and you are very, very ready to finally and ultimately start being. So, don't make your burnout into something that is wrong or into something that means that you are failing.
No, make it into something that signals to you that you are finally ready and it's finally time for you to let go and become your I am and rest in the state of the wishful field, in the end state, naturally, effortlessly, from your consciousness, from your awareness, and from your normalcy, not from your effort and not from your grasping. So, if this resonated with you, I want you to be honest with yourself and ask yourself, does living in the end feel natural to you right now or does it still feel like work?
The answer is going to tell you everything that you need to know and no matter where you are in your journey, remember that you can always move forward and upwards. Believe that you are finally ready to move into a more effortless way of embodying your power and start shifting into that direction. Also, let me know in the comments if this resonated with you, if this shifted something in you. I'd love to know. You know that I read all comments and I respond to all of them or most of them.
So, I love hearing from you. And make sure that you follow all of these things that we discussed in this video today as well as my other videos, of course, for natural, effortless, normal manifestation. With all that being said, I'm going to wrap up this video here. I intend that this has helped. As always, I very much appreciate you guys being on this channel, watching this content. I love making this content for you.
And as always, I look forward to seeing you all at the next video. Until then, take care and bye-bye.
