Good morning my friends. Welcome back to episode number 122. Hope you guys are doing fantastic. Another day, another potential setup here. Gold is in the range. The ranges as you guys have probably already seen. You guys know how we call this, right? The range. the ranges. It's when the market is getting compressed and it's getting tighter and tighter and tighter and the direction becomes tighter and tighter and tighter.
Anyways, we'll be talking about all of that here. Good to see you all on a beautiful Tuesday. Let's see what the family is doing here. Uh we removed all the hidden users, so all the people that got banned and everything, it's reset. So, you get you get you get a second chance. Okay, it's going to be fine. Good to see you. Abn or ABN love my friend. How are you? Mr. Carver, good to see you. Marcus Sampler, good to see you.
Zaza, hey, I see you again. Mano, my friend, good to see you. Attere the man himself. Sana, good to see you. Nate, the man. Ruffy Jacob, how you doing? Hey, Jas. Yes. Anyone else? Karim, yes. Jack, Mr. Rockstar 1969 like that. How you doing? And Manu, yes. All right, Dipher. Good. Okay, everyone is here. The crew is back. The family's here. You know what to do, guys. We need to go back on uh we need to get back on the Yeah. on track as always.
The setup, the setup, the setup. What kind of setup are we going to see today? I have my f future chart in front of me. It is actually important. This context matters today. We'll talk about in a second. But uh yeah. Okay. Time to get the party started. All right. >> What did he say? What did he say? >> Get started. Yeah, exactly. Heat. [music] Heat. [music] Heat. Heat. [music] [music] Heat. Heat. [music] If [music] I get started, if I get started [music] If I get started, [music] >> [music] >> Okay.
Whoa. [snorts] Yeah. What's up, man? How are you guys doing today? Hope everything is going well. All right. This is uh yeah, incredibly incredibly flat. It's It's as flat as my tire yesterday on my scooter. Okay. It's getting ridiculous right now a little bit. It's getting absolutely extremely compressed. Okay. Yes. Yes. Yes. And yes. All right. That is what's happening. China is still um you know chilling on their own you know crowded beaches.
They're not present at this current moment. We saw it yesterday. There was not a lot of volume. There was not a lot of volume at 9 at least coming in, right? We expected a lot more volume coming in. Did not really happen. So maybe today will be one of those days again that that 900 p.m. volume does not really come in. People say, "Yeah, China doesn't really buy." Cool. Well, uh I notice a significant difference, but let's see what actually happens uh at 9.
Okay, this is in around 15 minutes from now. So, it's going to be important for us, of course. Um, overall, you can kind of see here that the daily point control right now since the open is right there and we did got rejected by it. [music] So, I want you to see that as an important level, right? That is a level that we cannot really neglect. So, that is a level that we have to mark out here. And the reason why I'm using futures today is because of the fact that these extremes are slightly off today.
They're a little bit different. Okay, this is the spot chart, the one chart right here. You can see that we're actually, you know, pretty much riding the V area, which is the same as futures. However, look at how compressed it is here against uh futures right there. It's a little bit cleaner in terms of the very low, the very high, the control, etc., etc., etc. Okay. Now, what's happening right here is the following.
We are getting rejected at it. We are pretty much inside of the value area on both ends, right? We're really really compressed right now guys. This is something that we have to um look at. Okay. But one of the things that caught my attention from the previous weekly value area. So let's mark out the previous week the Monday to the Friday. Now we all know we couldn't break the point and control last session, right? That was actually the resistance.
Couldn't break it. Uh but what did we do? We broke and below the previous weekly value area low multiple times. Sorry. Multiple times in a row. Okay. And every time when we broke it, we came back into it. So pretty much every time when we broke outside, we came back inside of it. Okay. So we came out on a Friday and a Monday two times, but every time we don't follow follow through. You can tell that every time when the market is potentially dropping and trying to push down [music] lower, the market does not want to come down lower.
And every time it does take out the previous low but it doesn't want to come lower. So [music] uh this was the idea that I had right to target the previous weekly loss yesterday. Okay. I ended up only getting uh a TP1 because of the fact that we talked about this yesterday. We said okay well what we wanted to see was a rejection and then the break below and we take out the previous daily low and the previous weekly low.
I ended up after the stream only taking out the previous daily low and not hitting the previous weekly lows. Right? So I took the previous daily low. I had a TP1 and then pretty much I got break even on the rest of my uh position on that initial trade. Okay. Then after that price broke out and it gave another range manipulation setup. You guys are probably not at this moment uh familiar with that. Okay. If not, we will be talking about it again.
What a range manipulation setup actually is and how we utilize it and how we trade it, etc. But that came in London, okay? And then New York again dropped and then took out the low again and now we're back at it again. Pretty much at the bottom, okay, so what we're seeing right now here is the following. We're going to take the previous daily levels, okay, the previous daily high. We are now back inside of it already like we are also in futures.
Um and we're pretty much right around there. So I I'm leaning towards buys. I mean honestly right now we are constantly getting that support here at the bottom. And there are pretty much no signs for me right now to say that we are going to break down. Every pretty much every breakdown right now is just turning into a yeah how do you say that? Into a reversal. Okay. into a push up higher into that support right here.
Pretty strong support at the bottom. Um pretty much every time like we're seeing that we do not want to break the lows. Okay. So I'm going to be extremely careful with um yeah right now shorting. Okay. Because it's just you know an absorption every time when we reach the bottom at this curve moment here. So what do I want to see? Uh this is the previous daily. Okay. We're now breaking above the very high. Um, this is the point of control of today.
Where is it? Right there. That's good. Uh, then we have this one. Okay, this is the futures chart and this is actually the most important one. Okay, you can actually tell that we're still below the point of control right there. Right, it is indeed a very fishy market. Okay, and I'm not saying this because it's just the facts. It's just what it is, right? The market is in what we call [music] the range the ranges. Okay.
And how do we call the range uh the ranges? Okay. The range the ranges is a low is a high. Okay. And this is the range itself which is actually a very good range. We actually did very well in this range itself. A lot of good setups came into that uh into that overall market here. Nothing wrong with this at all. I could easily trade it. It was easily tradable. Okay, but look at this. Look at this beautiful structure right there.
Especially last week and then look at the last three 4hour candles right here. Okay, so you can actually see what I mean here. We had a little bit of a compression here and then we have three candles right there. All within that same freaking compression right there. Okay. So, it's kind of like the range is going from this to this to this. Okay, that's kind of the situation right now at the moment. Um, so just be careful with that here.
What I like to do personally when that happens is just to really pay attention to the point of control of the current day. So, where do we stand in terms of the PC, right? uh in terms of the current day and um yeah, can we close above that? If so, can we close above the point of control? Can we actually close maybe above the very high? And I and I do believe that then from that moment onwards, yeah, maybe we could try to uh look for longs, right?
Potentially. I think there is nothing uh nothing like wrong with looking for longs at the moment at least. I mean, we're holding up quite well. We just need that closure in my opinion um of the 900 a.m. So the the hourly closure and then see how the hourly candle has distributed the volume in the order flow because that's something that we can check as well here. What has the hourly candle done? You can see that the buyers are starting to step in.
We had a lot of sellers here sitting overall relatively speaking. But that closure is going to be very important because if that closure is even um weaker or we tend to pull back in the last five minutes, it could be very very tricky. So it's just a very tricky condition my friends today. Okay, that is all that I can say right now at the moment here. This does not happen all the time by the way. It is not something that is you know all the time.
There are different type of ranges. This is a very clean range even though it might not look as clean to you. This is actually extremely tradable. Okay. And this as well. Um, and we did that right on a Friday also on a Tuesday. On a Wednesday, we had this one on a I believe on a Wednesday. Exactly. And then even here. So, this was actually quite tradable. Um, but now we just have to be extra sharp. We have to actually should be extra extra sharp today.
Laser sharp today. Okay. We have to make sure that if we close above this um red line and above this red line that in the pullback we find that support and we have to just acknowledge that we might be still pushing up though like the only thing that I do like and I do really like is the following and that is that we are um constantly going outside of the value area low of the previous week every time. Okay. But these very highs, so all the very high, the previously very high is or remains untested.
Now last time when we did that, we did the opposite. We did actually we take took out the very high and we remained the low on tested and it means that at some point in time we started to build all those lows out and we took that out. So we eventually targeted that low. We could still get there at some point in time. we could eventually still get to that uh very very high level which then aligns perfectly with what we pretty much talked about yesterday and that was that range manipulation expansion, right?
That consolidation, manipulation, expansion that at some point we would see the retracement of that back to that range um to then potentially make the move down or whatever whatever the case may be after that. Right? But that is still on my list. That's still something I was watching. Anyways, if price would eventually get to the top of that range that we would see resistance and a rejection from there and that we could potentially find our way lower.
But anyways, that was that situation. Right now, we are constantly creating those lows, respecting the lows every time, but also every time we're taking out the lows. So, this was a lower low and this was a lower low, but every time we get accepted within it right here. So, I'm personally looking for Yeah. buys. I just think it's important to wait for that um New York sorry that New York that hourly candle closure because the hourly will help us a lot um just giving us a little bit more of an yeah confirmation above the hopefully the value area as well as uh the point of control as well here.
Okay, so I think that makes sense but we just want to see a little bit of a closure and then hopefully we can just turn that into support and then rip higher hopefully. Right. Hope that makes sense. We still have 5 minutes left though for this hourly closure. Um so hopefully the bottom will be printed now beforehand and we close above it and we remain there and we hold that support. Uh and that's pretty much what we will be looking at I think.
I mean, yeah, trying to go short here, in my opinion, is extremely um is extremely tricky right here. We we constantly taking out the lows. We're pulling up. We're selling in those bottoms, but we never nowhere near coming back to the highs. So, that's something I was intended to look for, but we just have to wait and see what happens when we close this hourly candle first. Yeah. Why is it the case? I mean, there are multiple different reasons.
We had a major news on a Friday, the NFP that uh shook out. I think the whole market because you know look at just in general how it just took out the highs and the lows and just pretty much just did whatever it had to do on a Friday with the NFP even though there were horrible numbers. Okay, the dollar still remained strong which is very interesting. So the correlation with gold is also relatively off and uh yeah we have another range ahead of us here.
Okay, so we are again in another range. So this was the Monday after the Friday NFP and now the Tuesday we're within that Monday range. So that's what I'm saying. We're in the range the ranges and that's something that we just have to accept right now at the current moment. Okay. But it doesn't mean that there are no setups. It just depends on how we close and then we'll see. We'll see from there. Okay. because it does or it looks like we could potentially see that u range manipulation setup, you know, happening.
But anyways, we'll we'll see. We mark out the previous day. We will also mark out the current day right here on spot. So, we have that as well. And then we'll uh we'll see. Okay. We'll see. We'll see. We'll see. We'll see. Boom. I personally do not mind when gold is in a range at all. I'm not sure about you guys, but actually really like the range trading. There's nothing wrong with range trading at all. Um but what we do want is um you know, we do want to we do want to move.
We we still want to move. Like our range can still be 500 pips or 600 pips, right? Um, the tighter it's going to be, the harder it's going to be. That is that is just the the reality of uh of it. The tighter the range, the harder it's going to be. Okay. So, this is extremely tight right now. So, let's see what we can uh what we can do with it. If there is some potential that we can uh that we can find. Okay. Yeah. What do you guys think?
Volume or no volume? Volume or no volume, my friends, at 900 p.m. EST. Volume or no volume? [laughter] Let me know. Let me know what you guys think. Volume or no volume. We'll see. We'll see. Let's see if China is still sleeping. Okay. 1 minute left though. 1 minute 20 seconds left. So, this will be an hourly closure. And it doesn't look horrendous at all. Like the hourly doesn't look bad. Like we, you know, we can't we can't say that the hourly looks really bad.
Um, also on futures, I think it is not that bad either, right? No, it's not that bad. All right. Uh, do we have to wait for subs? Yes, absolutely. Okay. So, what is a number one step? What do we always do? The number one rule is we look at the condition. Like this is what I talked about with my group last night, my with the elite. Um, love the elite by the way. I'm very proud of that. Making some good improvements as well.
Um, but yeah, what is the condition? We're in a range. Okay, very straightforward. We are in a range. So, when we are in a range, the number one objective is to mark out the previous daily value area. Okay, we came out of it. We held support at it and we are now getting supported by it. Okay. Now the candle has closed officially above the structure. So that is relatively good. And usually what we would see is if you take out the V area low that you would target the opposing V area which is very area high which the 59.
Um but we had to wait for the 9 p.m. closure. And that means that we have to now see the value area or test the value area. I would prefer to wait for the value area to be tested for sure. And then find that support. I like to see gold pushing up like this though. I do like it. I do like it. I do think it's nice to see gold pushing. I'm not sure how big this actually is. This is still 150. It's actually so small. Wow. >> Yeah.
So maybe in a broader context it makes more sense to look at that reaction. There is a chance that if you do manage to break out of the very area high of today that we'll be testing the previously very high, but it's kind of a little bit of opium honestly even though the lows were taken out so many times. It does it does make sense. previous daily and then the very high. Okay, perfect. All right, so we have our levels marked.
Now the question is what happens when we reach the very high of today which is right there and stop loss below the the lows. I mean we have do have all the confirmations honestly. We found support of previous daily low. Uh we broke back inside the major levels. We are holding that support there after taking out the lows every time. Um we are seeing that price broke up. The hourly closes relatively strong. We are above the very high of today.
Entry could be at the very high. Stop loss could be at the very low. Let me see if there are sellers below there. >> Uh we do have some sellers uh sitting at this low volume though. Wow. Pretty low volume today. Definitely low volume today. There's no doubt. Um 16 36. >> Okay, this is a good level. That selling is important and that selling is also important. Yeah, that's a very high. Okay. >> Uh yeah, also the variation a little bit overvalued on the 5m minute.
So we do have to take that in account as well. So let's observe it a little bit. It's just a very tricky market. Hope you guys can understand that today. in comparison to the uh markets we have seen so far. Yeah, it's a very nice range breakout. I do like this a lot. Do you always check futures before uh going and trade on spot? I like to check futures. Yeah. See where we are. I do like it. I do like it. I do like it.
I think it's worth paying attention to it for sure. Yeah. So, I was thinking about something like this. Um, Yeah, around that area here. We're above the vehicle control the very high. We found support at the very low. The very high is a good target. I mean, the very high of the previous day is a relatively good target. Um, risk a reward makes sense. It's not even too crazy. Not even too big. But yeah, that's okay. Which is good.
All right. So, does this flat bottom mean anything to I mean, yeah, the flat bottom is showing that we're getting support, right? Like we take we took out the lows every time. You could see that this low took out that low. That's actually what we shorted yesterday with the intention that we would drop lower. We did not. We actually held support. Then it took it out again, but it didn't came lower again. It actually held support again.
And this is the third time. Now we're creating a higher low. Uh but we're still balanced. We're just in a balanced range. And every time we relieve the value area, we get accepted back inside of it. So that's the maintenance we're looking at, right? It's kind of the main thing I'm looking at. So, this is kind of my idea. It's just waiting for the value high to be triggered to be tested. That was actually the point that I was trying to look for targeting the 58 with the potential of going higher but managing the trade right there.
So, I think I'm just going to set a limit order around that level here. um see if we could get back. Hopefully we can. There's nowhere near that. Then we're going to chase the market right now this condition. Um it's also not necessary by the way in this case cuz that is the level. The very high is the level. What's the stop loss at 50 35? Right. The very low 35. Yeah. 35 [snorts] TP with actually potential that that we would get to the previous weekly for higher.
Let me actually just [music] let's sell it at 58 first. Imagine you're not trading MT5 anymore. Uh I mean, yeah, I actually am, but it's on Trading View now, so it's much better. So much better. So easy for the streams. Don't have to switch tabs. It's so easy, man. So nice. Ah Uh why the failure high? The fire high is a really good level. Uh a retest area. Yeah, it is an extremely important level for us to um to look at.
H that would have been unfortunate though if um if price would go to the 58 to the very high today already the 58 though is that target number one and then you have the rest right then the question is will you revisit the previous weekly very high because the fact that uh price has been rejecting at the previous weekly very low so many times now without moving back to the pasically value area high that at some point price will try to um get there right [music] which is the 88.
So pay attention to that to that level regardless if you trade spot. Pay attention to the 88 anyways. Not saying that you have to look at it now, but just think about that number on spot the 88 or the previous weekly ver high that at some point we'll probably have to revisit that level right there. Um it's similar to what we did on a Friday if you guys remember that we said there is a chance that price because it took out the very area um high so many times that we were looking at the very low right and this is something similar in a range pretty much.
Yeah. We retested that area yesterday. Which one? The very high. No. The previous weekly ver high. No. No. No. No. No. Yeah. So, I think we're just going to keep up that short, man. I think that's what we're just going to try to do. Maybe move it a little bit according to the value area. If it moves up, we might move our entry up a little bit as well. But, um, yeah, the goal is to get to the very high first. I mean, I don't really want to set a take profit right now.
I just want to set the stop loss at 35 because that's below the very low. Sorry, the 34, >> which is actually perfectly done according to our risk, right? >> Our risk is around $1,000. So, that's perfect. That's the way we like it. Yeah. So, limit order set. Limit order set. at 41 44. >> There we go. Okay. Now I can show a little bit. >> Okay. Uh was yesterday. Lorenzo, please give the VIP over settings. Uh it's actually in the book.
If you are new to my channel, you can download this book for free right here. It's all the all the information is inside of this book from divine fo perspective right here. Okay, I can't believe I've been forgetting about the book as well. So important actually. So much value get you can get so much value out of it to understand the way it works. Okay, also the settings of divine profile, it's all in there. You can download the book for free.
It's a 300page though. It's a lot of information but your the most important obviously the most important session is uh session one right episode one session one that is the volume analysis yes links in description alte.ai AI. All right. You find it right or IO, sorry. You find it right there. You click on that link and then you download it right there. Okay. Okay. Now, let's set in a note here. Let's set a note my friends.
Uh trades today is range their ranges. The range the ranges. That's my terminology by the way. So if you think that's weird then you know that's my terminology. We're in a range of ranges. Um price took out the puk very low multiple times in a row. Multiple times in a row yesterday reclaimed it constantly. Therefore, my idea in this ranging condition is that at some point we have to revisit the perfectly fai. For now, we are heavily compressed with a lack of oil.
China. However, we broke above the daily or the the very high of today as well as respected P daily low. I'm looking for buys targeting P daily for high and maybe with some follow through weekly or high overall risk is normal. Boom. [snorts] Okay, my friends. Let me do that. Right. We wait. We wait. We wait. Let me just set up what we need. Ooh, look at that. We're in. Suddenly, we're in out of nowhere. We are in that trade.
We test the very high right now of today. Extremely important moment. And our stop loss is below the value area low of today which is at 30. Oh, it's actually moving down a little bit. I just have to put it below it. [snorts] 32.4. Okay. All right. Great. Then I can get some tea, right? Yes. I need you. Yeah. So, we have the previous Delhi. Um, sorry. We have the very high, we have the PC, [music] we have the Viva, we have the pivot The viva bluff off.
Can you change it to yellow? Um, now we can make it a bit thicker for you, my man. If you like that, then we'll do that. We'll give it we'll give it an extra an extra shine for you. All right. Make it a little bit bigger. A little bit more. There you go. But wow, that looks that looks promising. Holy moly. What's going on here? Oh, this is 5 minute candle. 15 minutes. Sorry. Oh. [singing] >> Yeah. Okay. But we're now at our zone though, so that's good.
We're now at our seller. So that's that's the good part. That is the good part. So we know where our stop loss is set. It is below that low, right? Yes, it is. Man, that looks uh horrendous right now. Wow. At Gexbot. I think we have everything under control from a strategy standpoint. We just have to keep going and following up with what we do. But if I would get stopped out of this trade like the way it looks like right now, like zero reaction, right?
I think I immediately stopped trading for the rest of the day in this condition because that means I cannot even um work with anything around here. But we'll see. We're not going to overtrade, that's for sure. What a dump. My stop loss is at 4133. That is the value area low. Okay. that is done purposely but uh yeah the fact that we close below that soon the PC the VWAP I mean not a big fan not a big fan of it if if we actually do close below that on the 15 minute but anything is possible on the 15 because the 15 hasn't closed and we're now testing the portal control Yes.
Yeah. Now I'm really in that hourly zone. So yeah, what we want is we want to respect that obviously right now. But yeah, it's it is definitely um a strong strong reversal and this is why I'm happy that we take limit orders regardless because imagine going in market and chasing the market down at the top of that area. This can easily recover, right? If you would be chasing the market there. Yeah, that would have been really nasty.
So, let me let me actually check this out here. Uh I need to turn. to 6th of October. We're going to close in 5 minutes and I don't even have a chance to cut it early. I think I don't think I even even have a chance to cut the trade. This candle is just a freaky candle. Look at that. Okay. Well, we'll add it up. longed at fair high price broke in initially initially let's see uh target for high stop loss uh very Oh, AP says, "I rather miss a trade than set limit orders." Really?
I love limit orders. Personally, that's my personal um objective. I love it personally. But hey man, this candle is a freak candle right here on the 15. >> What can I say? >> That is a big um a big one, my friends. >> It's going to pop up on our screen as red, I guess. Let's see. It will be uploaded very soon. Why do you see the dollar amount at your stop loss? Is it because of Vantage or paper trade? Uh, Vantage shows it this way.
It's amazing, right? You can change it to whatever you want though. You can change it to points. You can change it to percentage, to tick, whatever you want. Are you going to wait for a stop loss? Well, I mean it depends right now a little bit here. The 50 minute has not closed yet. That's the only problem I'm facing right now. So, I could cut the trade earlier, but like um yeah, we need to see that closure at least. >> It's a pretty freaky candle if you ask me.
You took your trade too early this time. I mean, it's obvious that I took it too early. I think it's a bit obvious in hindsight that I took it too early because we earned draw down. So then you always automatically took it too early. It's like kind of like it speaks for itself. However, from our process perspective, I mean we we did what we had to do. We came out of the very error low. We closed above the very era high or above the P the port control and the VWAP and we went long on the retest, right?
We set a limit order. We didn't chase the market. We set a limit order. Uh we followed up with our process. You know what I mean? And our process has been working out like I mean from what we have done last week. We had no losing trades last week, right? At all. And yesterday was a small TP1 trade. So we had no losing trades whatsoever. So I mean yeah we'll take a loss at some point. It's not it's fine. And it's not a big deal.
And in my opinion, this is a pretty freaky candle as well. And that's going to happen sometime. One candle straight through it. It is what it is, man. Can make it better. Yeah, we do have the closure though now. And I don't think I even have a chance to like literally uh manage it earlier or do whatever I want here. I think it's just uh it's just where where it's pretty much right at my uh exit, I guess. Let's see. You guys know I'm full of surprises.
We always have a last line of defense. You think it's below the lows. It's not below the lows. It's this area. You guys know I'm always full of surprises. Every loss that we took on stream lately was not immediate. It was it was a slow grind. A slow grind towards my my stop loss. But this was a big big fat candle. That 50-minute candle right here. Wow. We haven't seen that in a long time. Not like this. Definitely not like that.
What this does tell me though, uh, to be honest, is that, um, I probably stay out. I probably stay out of the market, especially around this area with this like huge reversal right now. Um because I just don't then see from that perspective no clarity in terms of like what will be next because yeah it's pretty straightforward. I mean we're heavily compressed in a larger range. We have a smaller range. In a smaller range we have a smaller range.
Um this was the only logical thing that I could find according to our process our setup. you know, leaving the very low, coming back inside of it, breaking above PC, closing above the VWAP and then entering on the retest of the failure high and stuff. So, all of this is in my opinion something that we we've done. All right. But now, if we would break down here, yeah, I think we really have to first come down lower. Slightly lower at least.
Like I said, I told you guys I have always an um last line of defense for you guys. Ready? Which is this one right here? We call that the last line of defense or we call that in worst case scenario we call that the bandage. Not if you guys are familiar with that term the bandage. And the main lesson that we always hot hat from that is always, you know, the stop loss needs to be at a certain point. It it just it doesn't have to be below a low always, by the way, or a high or a low, but it's just where where are the sellers and put them below them kind of we tend to see that reaction from it.
We saw a lot of selling here in this uh in this area by default and that didn't succeed at all yesterday, right? Price couldn't uh continue to go higher and that tends to then be some sort of absorption. We see this a lot when we look at the order flow. So, I prefer my stop loss below that or put my stop loss below that level and then see if my risk applies to it. I was hoping that we would to retest the the port of control and the VWAP from the bottom up so I could get out. and get you entertainment hopefully win this trade.
Let's go. Thank you, man. Well, it's it's going to be tough tough cookie to crack. That's for sure. Glory trader. The dollar dropped. Gold's like, "No, I'm not going to do this." Yeah, that's also not what we want to see. We want to see the dollar um dropping and gold pushing up. But nope, didn't see that either. range. The ranges price took out the Pically very low multiple times in a row yesterday. Reclaimed it constantly.
Therefore, my idea at in this range and condition is that at some point we have to revisit the very high. For now, we are heavily compressed with lack of volume. However, we broke above the very high today as well. Respected the previous daily V area low. I'm looking for buy targeting the previous daily high. Maybe some follow through the previous week very low over risk is normal. Longed at the very high price broke initially target previous daily high.
Stop loss very low. Now everything seems to be aligning. The only thing that I can account for I think and this is something that I'm yeah still testing myself trying to get better at as well is uh the volume right the lack of volume especially what what do we do when there is a lack of volume >> in the market and how do we deal with that. But uh yeah, anyways, >> do we get get out on break even? Uh we'll be very tough to be honest.
I I was hoping that we would come back to the point of control >> and the VWAP >> because we're going to find a lot of resistance at the moment. We do have some support here. But if I'm stopped out today, it will be a quick stream, >> which is fine. We're going to have days like that as well. Perfect song at the right moment. Couldn't be better. Couldn't be better. The timing of this song, right when it right when it goes to my my stops.
Uh no reaction so far. >> Yeah, we journal every trade right now. Every trade, every trade is tracked. It's also tagged according to the playbook. So you can actually see the results of the setup, >> the actual results of each setup individually, which is very good because then we can actually spot the exact win rate, the exact risk-to-reward, the exact profit factor, um, everything that we need to know. >> Because the rules are pretty much the same.
It's relatively mechanical right now, right? Waiting for the very low or the very high to be broken. Come back. Break above the point of control of VWAP. Targeting opposing V area. Sellers being trapped or buyers being trapped depending on the on the setup itself. We can find it right here. Right. The sequence mark out the previous day the current weekly range breakout higher low. That aggression fills the lack of void.
No follow through. It's teasing us. Okay. Done. That was quick. That's going to happen. That is going to happen. My gez, it's going to happen. Let's refresh. This should pop up in any moment >> and we're going to add some notes. We're going to label the setup and I probably will stay out of the market for the rest of the day. One trade out of the market tells me, "Yo, Lorenzo, I think you should stay out. I think today, according to the condition, you should stay out for the rest of the day.
You should not overtrade. You should not get in again. you should not try to make your money back. You should leave it for what it is. Uh in other conditions that would not be the case though. I would be I would clearly be still be trading. Um not in this one though. Not in this one I guess. There we go. Boom. You got to love the platform. You got to love it. Uh range manipulation. Follow plan. No reaction. Immediate uh reversal.
Uh 15 minutes. 15 minutes in. Limit order was set at current daily high. Stop loss was set at current very low closure above BC Viva F area of today plus reclaim daily low initial target was boost daily for a high. >> Cool. Okay. Well, we'll take it, man. You know, we made, let's say, 4.5K. We have now a 1K loss. So, that's one um in essence, right? to break even according to the week. He can still we can still lose whatever what three trades in a row and break even.
So it's just about same setup, same process and same follow through and just keep doing it. Um and and not trying to force any trades right now. That that that's what would everything up if I would start to force setups and things like that. Uh it's better to be a bit careful and that is just because the condition itself right now. I gave it one shot and one shot only. Now that we have actually broken out again and reclaimed it again, we're pretty much inside of the very area again.
Uh so yeah, I think that is going to be it my friends. We're going to keep it a short stream then today, okay? Nothing more, nothing less and we'll see what price does, okay? Oh, that makes sense here. Where can you see the journal of the trades? Uh, I have it. I show it all the time. All the time. Um, what is the journal? Uh, we're going to talk about it very very soon. Okay. Yeah. Make sure number one thing I just just that your risk management is just on point.
You know, I think that is just by default the most important rule. then I think in the long term nothing can really go wrong. Uh the problem is usually where where it goes wrong is if you start overleveraging yourself or overrisisking yourself because you put all the hope in one trade every time. Yeah. I mean that's not just how the market works, right? So you cannot really do anything with that. What you can do is to make your setups to set up your setups correctly to follow up with them to have a really strict rules for them and to wait patiently for that to happen.
And um did we chase the mark? We did not chase the market. We followed the rules. We waited. We had a limit order set even. We didn't even know if our limit order was going to be hit, if it even would be triggered into our position. And uh yeah, we still got triggered. Okay, cool. Uh let's see. SP, what's happening? Good to see you. uh how to use the indicator effectively uh we will find support at some but my suggestion is to just pay again attention to the very area low of today see what happens again but then we have to reclaim very high I don't really like the the aggressive reversals for example like I don't like for example when the market is doing something like like this right [music] it ranges it manipulates and it breaks out higher Then it turns it into a CME play, but we are also finding that support every time here.
Every time we take out the lows here, we find that support and now we have a CME. So that means we're just heavily compressed. Yeah. On both sides of the market, sellers are trying to break down, but we have have a like really strong absorption at the bottom as well here. So it's kind of the combination of both, right? strong absorption at the bottom, but also heavy selling right here. Right? So, we're very tight. We're very compressed right now.
And I think that this particular range right now is something that we that I will avoid for the rest of the day unless we actually break out with more conviction, with more volume, and actually start doing something bigger than what we have been seeing right here. Okay, but that's pretty much it because the last week was amazing. There were no issues and range trading is not boring. It's not bad. The ranges are good to trade at all.
I look I like to trade the ranges myself. I mean, we've been trading the range last week. It was great, right? So, there are no excuses here. We're not going to sit there and say, "Oh, uh, range trading is so shitty." No, range trading is great. We love to trade ranges. Today is just where it's just heavily compressed and we just have to be a bit more patient now to see what the market will do uh and if the market will yeah break out and give us a bit more momentum.
It can stay within the range but just show us a little bit more more direction here. Let's at least see if we could leave the value area of yesterday and go from there. [music] Okay. So don't say that oh range trading is so shitty. Oh, range trading is amazing. It's great. Like look at look at what we have done in the past. So don't put it all in one basket and blame it all in one trade, right? Focus on that and let's come back tomorrow again and see what happened and if the market is better.
If the market is not better going to be in advance. I'm going to tell you that later on because I'm not going to trade a market that's very very very compressed that can do uh sporadic things all the time. So then we just have to be and sit on our hands a little bit longer and be patient. Okay. That's how we make money, my friends, over time. Yeah. To have that mindset and to not be too focused on ah need to make our money back immediately.
The time will come when it comes. Okay. We've been here so long right now so many times. You guys know exactly how that works. Okay, perfect. Let's keep it that short and powerful. That's it. No here. and move on to tomorrow again if the price action is stable and do the same thing again. All right, sounds good. Okay, perfect my friends. Take care then. And then we're going to see you guys again later on and um yeah, short stream then.
Okay, [music] if you like the video, even though we lost the pay today, but you still like the value that we are giving you guys every day here, then smash out that like button and support the channel. Really love it.
I appreciate you all and I'll see you guys soon. Yeah, [music] peace. Thank you. See you tomorrow. [music] [music] I want to show you. Yeah. Baby, [music] [music] I'm moving. >> [music] [music] >> Oh, [music] it makes me say that Hey,
